I had the fish & chips, this day it was grouper, I'm not sure if it changes depending on what's freshly available. It was one of the best fish & chips I've had, the fish had a very light crisp coating, maybe like a simple egg wash, not the typical heavy bread batter. Whatever they did was excellent.
