We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel during our visit to Dharamsala. He helped us arrange everything—from booking the hotel to reserving the bus—and did so with such patience and kindness, even when we had multiple requests. The wash basin had continuous leakage and water from the wash basin entered the room continuously. This was not rectified or corrected and the staff would come and only wipe and on the last day the staff offered us to change the room after the trauma we went through for 3 days. Post our check out the concerns are not rectified. We were very patient throughout our stay hoping things would be rectified. I would not recommend this place as for the basic tariff we pay we expect basic hygiene and comfort .
