Red Ginger in Asheville is such a vibe. It’s a DimSum and tapas spot with a lively atmosphere, fun decor, and both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was super friendly which made the whole experience even better.
The menu is all about shareable plates, so we went in on a bunch of different dishes. We had the sautéed string beans with a garlicky mild spice, Shanghai-style pork dumplings, their spicy chicken that packs a real kick with the Szechuan peppers, fluffy steamed BBQ pork buns, chicken lo mein, and Szechuan wontons with shrimp and pork in a hot pepper sauce. We also tried edamame, the steamed pork ribs (worth the wait), and classic pan-fried potstickers.
Our favorites hands down were the pork dumplings Shang house style, the tender steamed pork ribs with black bean sauce, and the crispy pan-fried potstickers. So good.
For a family of four, the price was totally reasonable, especially with how much food we got to try. Hunter was an exceptional waiter! If you’re in Asheville and in the mood for some Chinese-style tapas, Red Ginger is the place to check out.

Started off with Yau Choy - baby bok choy with garlic sauce - excellent!
Scallion Pancakes were perfect.
Pan fried Vegetable Dumplings were lightly toasted and the veggie stuffing was very flavorful.
Pork dumplings Shanghai Style - tasty soup dumpling.
Yu Siang Eggplant was also amazing - not spicy, which was fine.
No complaints here!

Very cool place, good service, great food. I loved the style of this restaurant, get a few different plates of food and share it all. You get to try a lot of different foods all of which I am sure is delicious, all 5 we tried were great. The sushi and the spicy chicken where our favorites, I wouldn't consider the spicy chicken spicy but it was delicious. We also got steamed dumplings.

We made the 2.5-hour drive specifically for their dim sum, and it was well worth the journey. The scallion pancake came with a simple soy sauce accompaniment, while the hot and sour soup delivered excellent flavor and balance. The Gua Bao was the clear standout—absolutely delicious and our favorite of the meal. Both the Cha Shu Bao and Chinese chive dumplings were solid choices with authentic flavors. If you look at the photos, you’ll see what was left of our dinner — absolutely nothing! We stopped in looking for something light but tasty, and this place hit the mark perfectly. The sautéed string beans were fresh and flavorful, and you can’t go wrong with any of the buns. My favorite was the pulled BBQ pork — tender, sweet, and packed with flavor.

I’ve tried many Chinese restaurants in the U.S., and this one is definitely on the more authentic side. Overall, as a Chinese person who cooks a lot at home and is pretty picky about flavors, I’d give most of the dishes a solid 4 out of 5.
The only minor downside was the spring roll — the wrapper was fried a bit too hard. Everything else was quite good and tasted authentic.
Overall, a pleasant experience and a place I’d be happy to come back to.

Tapas-style plates, dim sum each one crafted like someone actually cares about flavor and balance. You can taste the precision in the dumpling folds, the confidence in the sauces. After dinner, we wandered over to their sister spot, Sweat Treats a name that feels playful until you see the cases lined with pastries and confections that look too pretty to eat. I ordered my usual strawberry matcha milk tea sweet, grassy, perfectly layered and a slice of pumpkin cheesecake so rich it could’ve been dessert’s answer to jazz. Silky, deep, unapologetically pumpkin.
It was one of those nights where the noise of work and the day just sort of fades into the background. Good food, good company, and a quiet stretch of road back through the mountains. Sometimes that’s all you need to remember that life isn’t about the grind it’s about the little escapes, the flavors that linger, and the people sitting across the table.

Not spending another dime there so manager hung up on me. Plenty of other good chinese in AVL. Avoid this place.

This was the worst meal I’ve had in 2025. I got the sesame tofu and I was immediately disappointed. It came out suspiciously quick, maybe 3 minutes, the portion was extremely small, it looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. The sauce was so sugary like syrup. $14 for what tasted like a microwave meal, but somehow worse. I was so hungry I finished the plate but I gagged every time I thought about it for hours after. My boyfriend got chicken soup and it was okay, the broth was good. The bathrooms in this place are nightmarish. No complaints about the servers though. Will not return and would not recommend.

What happened to P.F. Chang’s at Biltmore Park Town Square? This location has truly gone downhill. I hadn’t visited since 2019 and recently started coming back to the area. At first, I thought maybe the restaurant was just having an off day, but after visiting two more times, it has only gotten worse each time.
The restrooms are filthy, the smell of sewer is unbearable, and the sticky floors throughout the restaurant make it feel poorly maintained. Honestly, a place in this location should live up to higher standards. P.F. Chang’s corporate really needs to step in because this location is not keeping up.

While in Hendersonville visiting our Aunt and Uncle, we had dinner at PF Changs. Tina was our server. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely funny in a really low key way! She really added to our enjoyment of the drinks and meals. I opted for the $11.29 coconut mojito which was very good but not much kick. My sister got the Jade Margarita with a float of Cointreau. She said it was delicious and had a nice kick. We shared the pan fried pork dumplings that were seared on the bottom, stuffed with ground pork and the spicy sweet chili sauce was fantastic. I was craving calamari but unfortunately, it was so chewy I could barely eat it. And also, as you can see from the picture just looks like frozen onion rings . The dumplings taste like they were out of the bag, something that you could buy at any grocery store and make it home . I’m not sure if that’s true. That’s just how they tasted to me. The sushi was mediocre at best. I did find the lychee martini to be quite delicious. The waitress was awesome so no problems with the service. Perhaps they don’t get enough people to get in fresh ingredients. I’m not really sure. But spending $100 of my hard earned money for a mediocre meal was not something I was expecting to do. So unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon or ever.

If your Asian mom had a restaurant, this would be the place! My 86-year-old mom and I stopped here after a Saturday shopping trip. I’m always looking for diverse and yummy dining in this area for the times I visit with her. We had pork potstickers, green beans, lettuce wraps, fried shiitake, and a couple rolls with salad (spicy tuna and spicy shrimp mango). Everything was fresh and good! The green beans were perfectly spiced and sauced. The fried mushrooms were different than anything and I’d like to know the process. They were not the deep fried boring food. They were likely quick crisp fried then wok fried with some spectacular sauce. So much flavor! The lettuce wraps were just right. The rolls were fresh and good, not fancy. The total was $53 and Mom brought a bit of everything home. She bought lunch, and while I always try to grab the bill or leave extra tip because I never think she is leaving enough tip, she left a $12 tip. I was proud of her. This place is usually great but tonight was awful. I asked for an order of honey garlic chicken and our waitress said we don’t have that and I said oh it’s the honey chicken. She wrote down honey chicken then my husband said he would like the honey chicken as well. She repeated it and wrote it down. She brings out two completely different dishes. We stopped in here for a late lunch. They were consistently busy with diners and take out orders at 2 pm on a Wednesday. This place was recommended on an Asheville Foodies site. It did not disappoint. We started with shrimp egg rolls. They were piping hot, crispy, and not at all greasy. The Tasty Dish with chicken was packed with veggies and had a sweet and spicy sauce. Two Emperor meal had steak and scallops, plus asparagus, pea pods, and water chestnuts. Veggies were hot, tender crisp, and perfect. The fried rice could've been more seasoned. I prefer egg in mine. Overall, I would definitely eat here if you're near Hendersonville, NC, and are in the mood for any type of Asian cuisine.

I'm incredibly picky and my partner is moreso a critical person when it comes to food. Food is a big deal to us! When I tell you this is one of the best restaurants I've ever ate at in all my years, I don't say it lightly. I took a few pictures but we had multiple dishes to sample what was available, and each dish continued to impress us. Service was fast even in rush hour, food always hot with profound flavors and ingredient pairings that walked the line of interesting and delicious. Since our initial visit, this place has become our go-to date spot and we have recommended it to many of our friends! The dinner platters come with large portions and we have eaten several plates off the lunch menu and still felt light yet satisfied. The quality is disproportionate to the price in my opinion. Very much so affordable for amazing plating. The servers are pleasant, having walked us through the menu at first, and I've never had any issues with cleanliness here. Solid five stars across the board!

Cozy spot with great energy. Got seated quickly despite the crowd, which was impressive. Prices are a bit higher than I expected for a dumpling house, but totally worth it once the food arrives.
The fried rice is freaking amazing, seriously, one of the best I’ve had in a while. Flavorful, balanced, and slightly crispy in all the right ways. Service is quick and no-fuss. First bite blew me away.
Definitely a place I’d come back to when I’m in Asheville. Worth the hype.

The wontons in spicy sauce were surprisingly small (see the bowl aside the phone for scale). The wrap and filling were tasty though the spicy sauce is not like any spicy sauce didn’t meet expectations.
The lunch box special had solid portion sizes and overall was good value.
The hot and sour soup was delicious and loaded with yummy mushrooms.

The authentic taste with a menu full of variety. This spot crushes it. Also tried a bento box. Highly recommend. Our waitress Raven was excellent. Absolutely delicious food. The soup dumplings are amazing, and the shumai appetizer was so tasty. Staff were friendly and service was quick. I sat at the bar, but there is a good amount of seating indoors. There is limited street parking so I would recommend parking in a nearby deck and walking over.

Delicious local Asian eatery. Everything was hot delicious and spicy. The ingredients for fresh the people were very nice and positive energy. The manager came over and talked with us truly interested in making sure every customer had a great time.
Portions were generous prices were Fair and the environment of the restaurant was great.

Stumbled upon this cute spot and was pleasantly surprised! We started with the pork dumplings, they were good but could have used a little more chili oil. For our entrees we shared the general tsos chicken and the curry fried rice. Both were fantastic! Lots of flavor. Also, they are currently donating funds to the Texas flood victims with every purchase of Bushido sake. We will absolutely be back!

I went to this place because it was recommended by a colleague… I was HIGHLY disappointed… the general tso chicken was not done the traditional way and the chicken nugget like experience was lack luster and the broccoli was going bad and very under cooked. I also tried the dumplings and one bite was enough for me.
Also, really wanted to love the Brussels but it was overly tangy (over powering sauce) under seasoned and nothing to talk about.
The lovely patron noticed I disliked the food and mentioned they would comp my meal, I’m not sure if that did happen, but it was a nice gesture. Lovely people, but im sorry to say I won’t return.

We really enjoyed our dining experience. We had our order delivered to Archetype Brewing next door which was a neat concept! We ordered the dumplings, veggie spring rolls, and the basil eggplant. Though all were delicious, the eggplant was extremely savory and a side of rice would have really complimented the dish and allowed the full flavor of the sauce to be absorbed. Been eating here since I moved to Asheville and it’s always delicious and the people who run is are always so nice! They have the best veggie fried rice in town for a vegan- there’s no egg. It’s also clearly made over high heat in the wok bc the flavor is so specific and the veggies have a good char to their edges (Waaaaaay better than oriental pavilion’s fried rice, which tastes and looks like instant brown rice). Their general tso tofu is my fav order- fried pieces of tofu without breading/starch make for a nice chewy texture and a very flavorful sauce (tho a little thin when really hot).
Wish list for this place would be veggie pot stickers and more meat free entrees like the tso tofu.

My wife asked for extra spicy but it was hardly spicy at all. My biggest complaint is the goopy texture. Gave it a try, with Oriental Pavillion closed for renovations, but will not return.

Ordered basic Chinese dishes (sesame chicken, chicken lo mein, and fried rice, came with a pork eggroll). I thought everything was very tasty, looked how it should look, cooked well. This is by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life. I almost thought I was on a reality TV show and the host was going to jump out from the corner and give me my real food. I ordered from here Xmas day so I wanted to give them some slack but the food was so bad I had to leave a review. The pu pu platter for two was disgusting. It was like it was left out 2 days ago and re-heated up in a microwave except the taste of old dirty oil overpowered everything. The pork was a fried piece of fat, no meat. The chicken on a stick (was it suppose to be teriyaki?) was super dry and hard. The dumplings was completely overcooked and rubbery, could barely bite into it. The general TSO was the only barely edible thing after throwing out the pu pu platter. Pork fried rice had nothing in it besides rice.

I ordered both a lunch combo, and a special combo, and chose for the rice to be pork fried rice. There was nothing in the rice, no pork or even onions, peas, carrots, bits of egg, just nothing. It was just plain fried rice.
Only positive from my orders was that the shrimp in the lobster sauce were properly cleaned shrimp.
Haven't eaten here in years, but after having ordered from here once more, I can say I won't be doing so again.

We enjoyed a lot of the food offered, but I especially recommend ordering a beef pho noodle soup! The broth was delicious! Overall I’d say this buffet was one of the best we’ve been to so far! :)

The food is unbelievable. They have probably the widest spread of Asian food I have ever seen including sushi, dumplings, rice and noodles, starters, gravies, salads, desserts and more. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat before the hurricane… unfortunately I just visited (for the first time since) and it was TERRIBLE. Every. Single. Thing. This is the first time I saw the sushi bar and felt sick to my stomach, not wanting any of it (my partner got a few pieces and spit it all out) The egg drop soup was literally gel, making both of us gag. Everything we both got (4 plates each) tastes like fish and plastic. The staff seems miserable now & so is the entire experience. Sad to see it go downhill like this.

Food was OK. Tons of variety. Good, but not great. Steamers made food appear hot, but it was tepid at best. The best part of the buffet is the freshly made dishes. The water was tasted weird. That sums up my experience here. I’ve tried to give it multiple chances. The sushi is awful. One piece tasted like it had spoiled cream cheese. No ice cream. They have vanilla wafers but not banana pudding. There was some okay proteins, but limited options with vegetables unless it’s with a protein. Only fried rice, no white rice. Clean, large variety, good service, beautiful setting, clean bathrooms that don't smell bad like some buffets and the toilets actually flush, it's as close to Asiana as you will get. Average buffet pricing worth every penny. I drove 22 miles to get here cuz the buffets in Hendersonville are going down hill and it's 100% worth the drive unlike the only 2 Asian food buffets in Hendersonville these guys/gals don't burn the sugar doughnuts.
Next time I want quality and buffet Asian style I will go the extra miles and come here.

Unlike many places they actually answer the phone if you have questions.
I highly reccomend the dinner buffet over the lunch buffet it cost a little more but the quality of their food makes it worth it.
If you come in at lunch and decide you want dinner items too just make sure you don't have the lunch and dinner buffet in your receipt never hurts to double check.

Here yesterday 4/28/25. Great service. Closes at 9pm. I stopped by at about 8:15pm. I’m glad they said so. Food was still super as always. I know they have limited items at during last hour, but it’s okay by me. I love almost everything they have. Stopped here on 12/24/24 surprised they were open & extremely busy. Bathroom was very clean. Thank you. No suggestions. Those oreck vacuums are light and they seemed to be working great! You keep it well kept up!

I really enjoyed their Singapore Mei Fun noodles with vegetables, and a vegetable egg roll. This is the only Chinese food restaurant in Candler where I live, so my family has eaten food from here many times. I personally am not a fan of Chinese food. My husband loves the Sweet & Sour Chicken with Pork Fried Rice & that’s what he had today. We both had egg rolls & I also had egg fried rice. The egg roll did not sit well with my stomach. The kitchen is very chaotic & service is a bit less than friendly. There are dine-in tables, bit they are always grubby & it is not a nice place to relax, as they are right by the door & usually filled with people waiting on their takeout. There are restrooms, but I have never used them. Plenty of free parking, as this is located at Westridge shopping center, near the Food Lion.

I was craving some Chinese veggie soup and some fried rice, and I also got a shrimp roll and a veggie roll.
My meal was excellent. The soup was even better than I hoped for. My fried rice was delicious and even better then I anticipated. My shrimp roll was divine, and the entire experience was superb.
They had my order ready so fast that I thought they were saying someone else was ready. My meal was fresh and hot, and they exceeded my expectations and at a very fair price. I will definitely be eating here again.

I get tofu from this place. The owners legitimately call me “tofu” when I walk in to pick up my order. This place doesn’t deserve a 3.9. it’s a 4.5. The one star reviews seem to be written by people who are sad on the inside and clearly have a problem with having vegetables in their fried rice.. oh and if you order chicken, Ms. one-star-review, maybe don’t be upset that there is pieces of “cartridge”. You are eating a bird, after all.

Me and my parents used to come here all of the time. It was one of my favorite places, but how you treat someone is important.
The menu said pork fried rice, i verbally said pork fried rice, and they never said anything until i brought it back. Ordered house special choo suey, house special lol mein, crab Rangoon, egg roll and miso soup.
Great portions, ordered smalls of everything and the house specials both were full of meat which is sometimes lacking at other places. Very hot when I got home with it, which is great.
Rangoon's need a touch of sugar in my opinion but if you like straight up savory they are great. Plenty of filling.
Egg roll was awful. Undercooked and soggy. Super sad.
Miso soup was great once I added salt... Lots of seaweed and tofu.

I have been to Asian Wok for takeout dinner a couple of times and so far everything has been quick and tasty until this most recent visit today. I had gotten the Special Dish B which included broccoli, sesame chicken, fried rice, and noodles. Give a general amount of food. I spent $30 on me and my boyfriend just to receive not only a burnt egg roll but also from stringy chicken that I ended up giving to my dogs. I got the sesame seed chicken. Maybe I should have read the comment about the sesame chicken before I purchase it. I’m crowning China Taste my favorite American Chinese restaurant in Asheville. My order is always prepared correctly, the folks who work here are kind, their food is very tasty, the portion sizes are plentiful and their prices are reasonable!
A few of my go-to orders include: Crispy Scallion Chicken, Chow Mei Fun, Szechuan Wontons, Crabmeat Rolls, and Chicken on Sticks (pro tip: you can make some yummy sandwiches out of Chicken on Sticks. Kewpie, broccoli/kale slaw, avocado, a little sweet soy sauce—get creative, thank me later.). They don’t drown their Crispy Scallion Chicken, and similar dishes, in the sauce like some places I’ve experienced in the past. I appreciate and respect a solid sauce to crispy chicken ratio. Their Chow Mei Fun hits the spot when I’m in the mood to take soft, airy vermicelli rice noodles with a little curry to the face. The wonton soup comes with those good fried wonton strips, not the dense/stale/flavorless oyster cracker nibblets I’ve gotten at some places.
Through and through their dishes are delicious. I see an attention to detail and consistency with their cooking that’s made me a fan. On top of it all they offer online ordering and they’re open 6 days a week until 10pm. I always do pick-up and my order has always been ready quick. Yeah, the parking lot’s…a vibe sometimes, but whatever. I’ve never been harassed by anyone that’s hanging around out there, but hey, CT also offers delivery if you’d prefer.

Had heard good things about this place from 2 people I know so I got a takeout. So glad I did not drive over there with the reviews on the unsafeness of the location. No utensils, sauces, fortune cookie. Wanted to try the Moo Shu Pork cant get it anywhere like I had in a New York. Pancakes were so thin it would not even hold anything. That was the 1st bad sign. The fried rice I got with it was awful dry and bland. The vegetables and pork were good but the sauce was lacking something. So disappointed would not try anything else. I lived in Fairview 7 years ago and this was my go to for Chinese at that time.
Since I’ve now returned, I was happy to find them still open and decided to give them a try
I got the teriyaki shrimp combo plate. It had great flavor, plentiful portions and the shrimp were not salad shrimp like I feared they would be. Big, plump, tasty shrimp. Lots of veggies as well. More than ample rice. The egg roll
That came with it was so good I wish I’d gotten two.
My only complaint is the lack of customer service. They just are not friendly. Perhaps a language barrier, but even a smile goes a long way.

Came here on a holiday when nothing else was open so wasn’t expecting anything crazy. The food much like other reviews kind of says it all. It’s more of a basic get the job done scenario. Got plain lomein, sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, pork fried rice, annd egg rolls. The lo mein had nice flavor, not too oily or saucy. The Sweet-and-sour chicken was delicious. It had really good batter, the sauce actually tasted like pineapples and not corn syrup,, it wasn’t too oily, And the pieces of chicken are large. The sesame chicken was really good too. The only thing I would say is there was a lot of sauce so it could’ve spilled in my car. The pork fried rice was standard. Four stars because it’s all about the eggrolls. The eggrolls taste tasted previously frozen. Fresh handmade eggrolls are a game changer. All that said, I would order from them again.

They’ve gotten pretty darn inconsistent.
We always order the same thing (the Singapore chow mei fun). This time, there was hardly any curry. You can see from the lightness of the noodles on the photo. Also it wasn’t spicy at all. Sometimes there’s far too much curry. Sometimes the curry isn’t even stirred into it and it’s just left in big clumps.
Also please note that my son ordered the sweet-and-sour chicken without the sweet-and-sour sauce, and you can see from this photo how overly breaded and fried the chicken is. When the chicken is in the sauce it has a lot more opportunity to hide how over-breaded it is, but without the sauce, you can see that it’s really over-fried and has a lot of batter.
This used to be our go-to place, for years and years and years, but recently they increased the prices; my Singapore chow mei fun was almost $19. And I understand when prices went up after Covid, but if you’re going to charge $19, I’d like to have a little bit more consistency with the quality. I am fine paying $19 for good Singapore chow mei fun that is correctly spiced, but not when sometimes it’s overspiced, sometimes it’s underspiced, sometimes the spice is clumped and sometimes there’s hardly any spice at all.
We want to like this restaurant again! We want to go back. We live nearby and we want to make this our regular to-go Chinese restaurant. So I hope that if the owners are reading this, they will take this as constructive criticism and examine the consistency of their dishes. Also, the sweet-and-sour chicken could do with less breading and more chicken.

Theirs some pieces of the chicken where it was too chewy. Other then That the food is great. I would say the building seems to need air conditioning. They had the door open up but with it being a kitchen in there it seems like they need actual air conditioning. Keep up the good work!!

My first time here. I’ve passed it for years and have been looking for a good Chinese Restaurant in Asheville since we moved here in 2016. Grew up with NY Chinatown and Lums in Queens, NY.
Owners were nice, read reviews and got a combo chicken and broccoli platter with fried rice, eggroll and wonton soup to share with wife.
My wife liked the soup and dumpling, it was a little more dark broth than she preferred but tasty. It comes with a well packaged bag of fried noodles which was great and in my mind, mandatory for a Chinese Restaurant. 👍🏻
Egg roll was delicious and the best one since moving here. I could buy a dozen and my wife and I could eat for a week.
They have packets of duck sauce, soy, mustard at your disposal.
The Chicken and broccoli was ok, fresh broccoli, meat and sauce was ok I’d do it again but perhaps a little too much sodium/soy??

I sat outside, it was nice. Had a ramen bowl 🍚 that was so pretty I didn't want to eat it! It was just as tasty as it looked. I'm going back for sure. *update* second visit as good as the first. Food overall was good but not super flavorful and the drunken noodles were not spicy at all - chili oil didn’t bump it up much either. Bummer! Nevertheless, fun spot. Service was decent, and food took a little long to get to us. We ordered a variety of dishes. Pretty disappointed with the szechuan cukes. It was on the bland side. The main dishes were ok but not great. The chicken wings are very good. Bit overpriced for the quality of food. The one thing that really stood out was their homemade sorbet. As of June 1st, lunch service has been discontinued at Charlotte Street but will still available at Gan Shan Station West. I have yet to get there but am eager to check it out.
Dumplings, like most other dishes here, come in vegan versions and are not just afterthoughts. Veggies are used smartly at Gan Shan.
Gai Lon is excellent! Very nicely spicy and full of flavor. Kimchi is a nice addition to this menu. It is fresh and made with great care and with a true love for the dish. Szechuan Cucumbers are really nice side dish.
I am looking forward to going for dinner, but that just might not happen. Why, you ask? Service over lunches I've had so far has been great. Dave was professional, knowledgeable and attentive.
Dani has become my favorite server. So glad she came to Gan Shan in order to work daytime. Dani is an excellent server and just a delightful woman. Food is always great here, but Dani turns plates of fantastic food into a memorable lunch. Professional, geuinely kind, fun and sweet - you'll find her to be a fantastic server. She's really great. Got a chicken egg roll, order of fried and white rice, and an order of chicken broccoli plus Chinese donuts. Everything was beyond fantastic. Clean environment and friendly staff. Ate way more than I should have and even considered ordering a plate to go for tomorrow. My plate of rice and broccoli beef came out to $12.25 including tax. I had to triple check! Waiter even gave me a to-go box of rice since I said I loved it so much.
2025 edit: still my favorite place to go. Recently I believe they closed briefly to remodel the kitchen. I love their veggie eggrolls most of all. They give house made duck sauce with them.

Ordered dinner on 1/26/25 and it was delivered while I was in the shower. Communicated this with the driver and it was left at my door. When I checked my card statement I see that I was charged $5 more than I should have been. Upon calling the restaurant I find out that the driver had signed my name on the receipt and gave themselves a $5 tip. The restaurant said they had to "investigate" but that they had a receipt "showing me one thing but you're (me) telling us another." Horrible. We ordered General Tso chicken and it’s not even spicy and they did not even give us any utensils to eat with and it’s a door dash order. Called the store and they don’t even care and I can’t even understand their English. We have lived in Hawaii most our adult life so can understand most Asian accents so this was a case of them not wanting to correct a order so making it impossible to communicate with them. Food taste ok otherwise but fyi spicy food is not even spicy not even a slight tingle to the taste buds. Communication is severely lacking. Horrible customer service, I selected delivery on website after 45 mins I called and woman literally was yelling at me and told me to pick up and would not let me talk. When I arrived she was on phone and shoved food at me and would not acknowledge me when I told her website said delivery. Was so strange how rude she was.

It is always clean and the workers are friendly and respectful not just of the customers but toward each other.
