The entire time I remained with a neutral voice and explained No this is the only location I utilize since it is 2 miles from me. Then she continued with who was it. "I closed last night". "I closed Saturday." I'm like okay, I had it both days and I know one was afternoon, one was evening. But to insinuate I was being untruthful. I really could've went off...but I know how to be professional and deal with people like this manager. Seeing as I come monthly to pick up a 1/2 dozen to a dozen doughnuts regularly for my staff. I will no longer utilize this location. If this is the type of leadership overseeing staff, she needs to be reprimanded and re-trained on PIP. This is not the leadership or modeling that dunkins brand should want for its employees. The staff was more professional than the manager. Oh and I have receipts attached to show I received a strawberry/mango dragon mix below. It would've been more professional to say "I'm sorry, we cannot do that per our store policy, unfortunately there was an error when you have received this previously". And to add - we apologize for this error, is there anything else you would like.
