We quickly distracted her as to not disrupt other patrons at the restaurant. A friendly waitress whom has served us in the past, watched and smiled. Our daughter settled in and was NOT screaming, crying, or misbehaving, and even if she were, there would have been an appropriate manner in which to address this situation. The hostess suddenly came over to our table and informed our family that she has it on “record” that our two children cry out and disturb their customers, she followed that up with…if your child cries out, please take her outside. Please also be aware of how the staff speaks to your family, it was unprofessional to speak negatively in front of our daughter. After experiencing this hostile and unpleasant environment at a so called “family” restaurant, our family decided to leave this establishment as at this moment we knew this was no longer an establishment that is family friendly. We felt it was only fair to speak with a manager to express our concerns about the unprofessional actions that the hostess displayed to our family.
