We come here very often. It is one of our favorite spots. Today I had the grouper fingers. They were delicious and so much food I could not finish. My wife had the Tuna and she loved it. I love the chips and the yellow mustard house sauce they have. Its great on everything! Whales Rib never disapoints! We love this place.

It's a great pretty historic for ma since have been going almost my whole like. It's just by Deerfield Bch. Peir and beach. All kinds of shopping around. I highly recommend going to Island water sports. It's a real cool vibe rustic. Food is all amazing..Don't forget to get extra whale sauce. Oyster are blue point right now. So good. Can't say one thing wrong. I haven't been down to Deerfield in a few years so It was a must stop to meet a friend I haven't seen since I was maybe 23. So nostalgic.

then turned out not great. Waited a long time for Takeout Order . Disappointed. Mahi very "fishy." Definitely not fresh! Mahi should never taste fishy ! It was as fishy as old trout. You're definitely was MSG in the food because I am allergic to MSG and I started to have a mild familiar reaction. Bread was dark like German bread ok ...Asked for butter and tartar . wasn't in the bag....then as I decided to risk eating it ....Broccoli had spoiled mold ! Butter as a melted tasteless tub of grease next to the fish I asked for butter on the side, real butter Idk....they acted like I was asking for too much. I was over charged told they'd throw in a side charged for it and rotten. Obviously chose the wrong restaurant kicking myself for not going next door.... this was a rare one time occasion .....(rarely if at all) treat myself) .. waitress disappeared and seemed a bit tipsy not to happy about this mess .Miss the old days of fresh made. Pray I don't get food poisoning sick! Small are the chance of getting refund...I bet tomorrow I will call and complain and ask for a refund.
Moment of treating myself to a sandwich was kind of special. Yes my stomach not feeling too hot after a few bites ...don't recommend this place at all ...go elsewhere until they clean up the kitchen.

I usually don’t like crowded places so I was unsure about this one. Glad we made it in, we valet the car, and were sat immediately (inside), the wait for a table outside at 5 pm on a Saturday was 30-45 mins. You can absolutely walk through the restaurant and access the beach and walk around while you wait. The service was good, the food was fresh, looked beautifully set up on our plates and the atmosphere was perfect. MP for the 12 oysters was $31.

Super Dissapointed!
I’m from the area and have been to JB’s next door several times for years. I walked in no expectations but it didn’t take long before I was super disappointed. The service from Jose was awful. It felt rushed and the entire service his tone was condescending. His manager (woman with curly hair) took away our full appetizers that and didn’t care to ask what was wrong with the sour burrata and soggy calamari. The entrees I will say were amazing but I don’t like anything smoked so I asked for the Demi glaze on the side. The filet mignon came drenched in the sauce and I had to wait another 20 min before Jose came back to the table. Another 20 min later the food came out and was actually quite delicious. I would like to say that I’d be open to returning for another delicious filet mignon with NO SMOKED DEMI GLAZE and charred asparagus but the service was bad enough for me to refrain. It was a slow semi rainy night and there was no reason for the awful service or bad attitudes from Jose and his manager. Food runners were all nice but that’s where it ends I suppose. Also the dulce de leche cremé brûlée would have been great if it wasn’t piled to the ceiling with sea salt.

The view can’t be beat and the kitchen does a great job with the food.My husband recently developed a severe intolerance to gluten, garlic, onions and Fructans which is difficult for us to handle at home, let alone at a restaurant. This was our first time here for dinner with friends and family. Our group of four had no wait. Our server Christopher was great! He answered our questions about the menu, made excellent recommendations about Brazilian alcohol, pastries and entrees, and was attentive throughout the meal.
We ordered the traditional (lime) and coconut & passionfruit caiperhinia drinks, Brazilian soda, the happy hour pastries, paella, mahi (grilled) tacos appetizers, tilapia (battered and fried) appetizers, and chicken and yucca soup (with soft bread). Everything was delicious! Definitely recommend this place.

So I came here after a long fun day at the beach and they had a sign that advertised Brazilian night for $5. It was already filled with people having a great time so of course I needed to have a Brazilian night experience. For most of the night he was slinging drinks all by himself. He was quick and could even take people’s food orders. It was a chill evening, the hummus was tasty. My husband had oysters and said they were very good and fresh, he also had the halibut special with carrots and parsnip purre. The mushrooms absorbed whatever flavor they were sautéed in, giving the entire dish an absolute brilliant burst of flavor. The vegetable was also perfectly cooked. Just a great melody of flavor in a very pleasing presentation.

Nice outdoor indoor restaurant in Boca. Lots of covered outdoor seating avail. Absolutely good for lunch. The surf and turf was very tasty and the tater tots the crispiest ever! My son loved his kids fish tacos which I thought was a great to see on a kids menu more than the usual mac and cheese or tenders. The Scottish salmon was crusted with sesame seeds and served with sautéed spinach and mushrooms. The carrot emulsion was such a superb sauce for the fish. Dessert was hard to choose because they make it all in house! Decided on the Carrot cake.....swrved with the unsweetened side of fesh made whipped cream! My only suggestion would be to not layer the cake with the frosting, the top was more than enough.

Restaurant was a bit hot inside, not sure if they just keep the thermostat on a higher setting. Service was very good. Food was overall good. Lobster and calamari were a little but chewy. Everything else was good. Prices are on the higher end of fair; but entrees do not come with any sides. Normally seafood places have some sort of side with the entree. Lobster was 39.00 a pound, we had a 2.5 and came with no sides.

Food: if you get a lobster roll, you’re basically paying $25 for a small appetizer. If that’s all you’re expecting, you might not be so disappointed. I met a friend today at the Boca Lobster Roll Company. We were both looking forward to a Maine Lobster Roll. What we got was not Maine Lobster, at best it was Surimi. It had no taste, other than watered down mayonnaise. It cost $35, it was not worth $10. I can only give this establishment a 1. We could not eat our lunch past one bite. We were escorted to our cars by, a woman we believe to be the owner, we shared our experience with her, but she appeared ro be indifferent. She tried to tell us she just got there. It is my opinion, you should know the food you serve.

We walked in, and there wasn't a soul there. We asked for the Hot Lobster roll. we wanted fries as our side, none available.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. I got mild chicken wings and my wife got pasta salad with chicken salad on top. With the luncheon special we got a pitcher of IPA1A from 26 Degree Brewing
Company. I have ate chicken wings from lots of places and Flanigan’s wings are the best I ever ate hands down. Their wings are baked, not fried and are not loaded with salt like some places. They are the best! My wife loved the pasta salad with chicken salad on top. She said it was exceptional. Don’t forget to try their barbecued ribs if you get a chance. I got a half rack (not in the photos cause I ate them too fast) and they were fall off the bone delicious. Some of the best ribs I ever ate. Service was great and prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Waited over 40 minutes to get a table as they were so busy. We didn’t mind the wait. It happens. Eventually get a table indoors and service is really, really slow. I feel sorry for the server though as it was so busy, they were trying their best.
Food came out, was really good. Environment and decorations were great.
The problem came when a cockroach was on my partners leg under the table… they have cockroaches under the table under the floorboards… crawling on the table legs..
I tried to email the company privately on this matter, they never responded.

So I’m not a person that is considered cheap by any means and I go to both expensive and moderate restaurants - it doesn’t matter as long as the food, service and the atmosphere are good. After having lunch today , I felt the need to share with you something that completely astonished me. I was meeting a friend for lunch. I had been here before( in march) the food and service was good so I agreed. We started by ordering our drinks, I asked for an unsweetened iced tea with extra lemons. When I got was my iced tea , it only had one lemon so the next time the server came by, I asked again if she could please bring me the extra lemons that I had ordered originally and she proceeded to tell me that there is an up charge of $2 ( never heard that before) Now I can understand if I was asking to swap or replace a side dish with something else but asking for more than 1 slice of lemon for a bitter tea is totally outrageous in my opinion. Out of principle, I declined the extra lemons, but I’m curious and help me out here… Do you consider a $2 dollar charge for slices of lemon to be normal or excessive? I would love to hear your opinion. Place has good food, used to come here for a while, service has gone down every single time since ive came here, Donna made us wait for an open table outside until her server was ready, asked her how long it would be and told me 20 minutes. Meanwhile when we call to ask if we can make a reservation they said yes and there is no wait currently. Certain people just shouldnt really be working front of house., I switched this review from 2 to 5 as Gabi was able to fix this issue and sit us at a table and honor happy hour to make us happy. Great food and service is so hard to find in South Florida, but it's never lacking at Chanson. This is probably my fifth time dining in and honestly, it's always over delivered. I'm an extremely picky diner, so this is hard to believe even for me! The food is novel and well executed, the service is eager, and the view is unparalleled. For happy hour, we sat on the patio, The food is pricey but drinks are 2 for 1. We had the cheese plate which was only 3 pieces of cheese. They a great wine list.

Came here for happy hour and the Tuna tartare was very good. It is one of my favorite dishes. The portion size was a bit smaller than I would have liked. The Caipirinha I had was excellent as well. Will certainly be back for dinner.
I came back for dinner months later (tonight). The drink was excellent. The foie grois was very disappointing compared to what I’m used to. I sent half of it back to the kitchen. My scallops arrived for dinner and the truffle oil was overwhelming. I couldn’t taste the scallops as a result. It was hard to enjoy and I couldn’t eat the purée because it had way too much truffle oil. A few truffle shavings go a long way by comparison. The portion size was again small. Traveled from Atlanta and we stopped in for lunch here at Hook’s Catch. It was an easy menu to read and also displayed great daily specials. Quick and easy to order plus the actual wait for the food was pretty short. We sat inside to eat and that was pretty cool as well. Hooks Fish has a snapper and fries combo for $16.99. However, I don't like fries, so I asked the counter girl if I could swap the fries for okra, and she said yes.
I didn't place my order right away because I was still unsure, and when I made up my mind, the manager helped me, and I ordered the snapper combo, but swapped the fries for okra.

This is probably the most unlikely location for a Brazilian Steakhouse (as its decorations suggest more of a nautical theme) but it works!
Upon arriving, we were greeted warmly by the host Hanny to graciously explained the 2 dining options they offer for lunch: Unlimited Rodizio w| Salad Bar or Seafood Boils (itemized per pound). Hanny checked on us frequently throughout our dining experience to ensure that all our needs were met, incredible service!
The Salad Bar offered a plethora of options from salads to veggies to cheese and more. They have a bunch of sauces on top to choose from to compliment your meal. My favorite item from the salad bar was a cheese infused with wine called Port Wine Derby, all I can say is WOW!
But the star of the show was definitely the MEATS! They provided us with a little lamp that you tap to change the color: Green to keep the meats coming, Red for the host (who also serves drinks), Blue to take a break.
The meat selection included: bacon-wrapped chicken, garlic picanha (top sirloin rump cap), lamb, sausage, ribeye, pork loin, sirloin and beef flank. Of which, we enjoyed the garlic picanha, lamb + chicken the most. I definitely feel this is more of a quantity v. quality venue, but if you're looking to try Rodizio this is an affordable place to start for lunch.
I also ordered a Jalapeño Mango Margarita, which Hanny crafted to perfection. It was the perfect balance of spice and flavor.
We werent able to try the seafood boils because the Rodizio left us absolutely no room for anything else.

We have always driven by this place and my brother always wanted to try it.
Now me personally I am not a sea food person, being Easter we ended up going there. It wasn’t busy it was rather empty.
Our waiter was Daniel and he was super nice and attentive. He answered any questions we had and always asked if we were ok, if we needed something and how the food was, he was great. We told him it was our first time being there and he explained to us that they had a special of Rodízio going on or the sea food menu. He said that the back of the menu was unavailable since it was being changed. We decided to do the rodizio he said the salad bar was included and the price. The food was good. The lamb was a litte bit salty but still good. The drinks were good, my brother had a coconut mojito and I had a Virgin passion fruit mojito. The salad bar had a good variety and had some hot dishes like pasta, rice, meatballs, mashed potatoes, shredded beef and soup, the crème brûlée was also good.

I was torn between 3-4 stars. It was my first time coming to this location and I was expecting something different based on a recent social media post (I should have known better) and other promo. Everything seems a bit mis leading but we learn and we learn.
So I must say that the service was fantastic the entire time from the hostess which was out server and all the gentlemen that brought the meats.
So we decided to do the meats “buffet” and try the seafood another time. The meat buffet is $19.99 JUST the meats if you want any sides or food from the salad bar is $26.99. Seafood and other things are separate. Some of the meats were really good like the ribeye, however others like the churrasco had an odd taste. I don’t think the meat buffet was worth it. I will come back to try the seafood options which aren’t buffet and edit my review.

Lucky Lou’s nails the balance between chill/classy vibes with ocean breeze energy, AND a seafood-inspired menu that you’ll actually want to eat from. Started off the night with some drinks from a very enticing list of cocktails. Had a hard time choosing, cause everything sounded so good, but I went with the Cucumber Melon Martini (so refreshing). My wife had the Dragon Fruit Paloma, bright, tart, and basically summer in a glass.
I went with the Mahi-Mahi Tacos (fried, but you can also get them blackened or grilled if you’re feeling virtuous). The fish was so fresh, the flavors from the lime crema sauce and corn salsa were tasty, and the portion was perfect. My wife ordered the Lucky Wagyu Burger, and after she graciously offered me one bite, I immediately regretted my life choices. That’s not a knock on the tacos…the burger was just THAT good. A perfect medium rare. And that truffle aioli? Nailed it.
The vibe is exactly what Deerfield Beach has been missing: modern, fresh, and fun without trying too hard. The staff were friendly, the service was on point, and the whole place just gets it right.
We’ll 100% be back…and next time, I’m ordering the Lucky burger. No hesitation.

We had a great time at the Grand opening of Lucky Lou’s Raw Bar! This beautiful restaurant is very inviting. You can see the big bright bar from the street, which instantly pulls you in. Whether you’re dressed up or in beach attire, everyone is welcome! Just a block from the pier, this Seafood forward spot has some tasty options! Since this is a raw bar, we had to try the Oysters, and they did not disappoint. Their East Coast oysters were very fresh. The Oysters Rockefeller were hot and delicious! Mahi Tacos and Grouper Reuben were also very good! The cocktail lineup is also very creative. Their Margarita was nice and balanced. The Old Fashioned was great as well. Overall, the place looks great, service was on point, and food was delicious! Looking forward to coming back soon! Special thanks to our server Ayden for taking care of us!

Came in tonight for the opening. Was lucky to get a seat at the bar and was very happy for that. As soon as i sat i was greeted by Alex with a smile and a comforting welcome. She got me my drink quick and let me know that it was happy hour. She showed me the menu and reccomened the hush puppies. They were great especially with the hot sauce that had an amazing taste. Alex was very attentive and when i was ready to order she insisted on the Dirty grouper Ruben. It was absolutely delicious. For an opening, it was a very amazing time and I can’t wait to go back and try more of the food.
