The whole order was wrong from the drink to the food and half of the food was black and the other half was completely squished. When I asked them to replace the black burnt items they were standing there looking at me through the window with the worst look on their faces and then rolled their eyes and proceeded to look like they were extremely bothered by working or just doing their job. It’s not even like I was rude, i asked as nicely as anyone could and even stated that I hate to do this I’m sorry but…. I will even mention that they didn’t wear gloves and the girl who handed me my drink which wasn’t what I ordered had whipped cream all over her finger which means her finger was in the drink she gave me. After the rudeness and then seeing how disgusting everything was from start to finish, I will never go there again. The employees should be trained on good and proper customer service and food service cleanliness and sanitation. If they don’t want to work there they should just quit.
