We had the best experience. The table was booked in advance and we were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and shown to our table by a very lovely lady who we believe to be Cara. She provided excellent service throughout our visit. She was very informative and was happy to offer alternatives for items not wanted. The menu was very adaptable providing lots of options for meat-eaters and vegetarians. The food was divine! Upon visiting the toilet, I was very surprised to see the range of products available. A life saver! We will 100% be returning and recommending your establishment.

Really good experience here - the sandwiches lived up to our high expectations with nicely toasted bread filled with tasty and creative ingredients. Pre-ordered before the theatre and the food arrived promptly, leaving us with plenty of time to enjoy it. Staff efficient and friendly. Wheelchair accessible with disabled toilet. It was fully booked but they let us sit outside. I had fries, the chicken sandwich with the hash brown and tried the masala mayo. The sandwich was really good and filling. The masala mayo was not bad, quite a subtly spiced sauce. The fries were nice and crispy, perfectly done. The portion was pretty good and I was more than filled. £18 is a bit steep but not unreasonable for what you're getting, could probably skip the hash brown for £2.

We booked a table for the two of us, don't think there was any need as there were plenty of empty tables. We were shown to our table which was upstairs. We ordered a couple drinks and our sandwiches. Did not have to wait to long. My porkies pig sandwich had plenty of pulled pork and the sausage was really tasty. The i got Seoul sandwich did not contain loads of chicken but was enough. The fries were hot and crispy just the way I like them.

We absolutely love The Slamwich Club! My husband and I always stop here for an early dinner whenever we travel from Nottinghamshire to Stoke-on-Trent to shop for pottery, and it has become a tradition for us. This is our 4th or 5th visit, and every single time has been fantastic.
The menu always has such a unique twist, and we really appreciate the thoughtful vegetarian options and swaps, which work perfectly for us as halal meat eaters. The food is consistently delicious, portions are generous, and the vibe of the place is just brilliant.
The staff are always so welcoming and friendly, and we often tell them they should branch out into other cities—it would be such a hit! This place is a real hidden gem and a must-stop for us every time. Just wish it was closer to home!

A fantastic, regularly updated menu of monster sandwiches and other good stuff, all served by friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere. The Supergreek salad is top banana. Even the tea is a cut above the rest. My favourite spot for dinner in Stoke-on-Trent.

I have visited this cafe multiple times and don’t believe I have ever had a problem, but on this occasion I have to say I was very disappointed with the food I was served, I ordered a chicken salad baguette, on arrival it looked great, but when I opened the sandwich up to put on mayonnaise I found that the chicken was an awful grey/green colour, I absolutely didn’t want to eat this as it didn’t look very healthy at all, I picked off all the chicken and just ate the salad roll, my mum went to pay and made them aware of what I had found, but didn’t get much of a concerned reply….. really don’t know what happened on this visit, because like I said it’s normally great in here…..

Cafe presents as clean and in good order. Appears popular with locals and passing tradesmen.

Been here a few times (usually when I am hungover) but it’s a great little place for some breakfast plenty of options. The big full English is the go too however have had the oatcakes before and they were still spot on! Prices are really not that bad but sometimes it feels like you are waiting awhile to get the food!

Called in today for the first time with an old work pal, the food was great and a good price, the place is spotless. The staff are all very friendly and efficient + the atmosphere is very nice, relaxed and friendly. We will go again, most certainly! Lots of tables, not hemmed-in, spread about nicely. Lovely friendly place with an outdoor area but unfortunately was raining but inside had a great ambience . 1st time here and had the mini breakfast with added black pudding which was served hot and very tasty. had mother’s day afternoon tea. it was divine and my very picky mum loved it. as a professional pastry chef and self proclaimed baker herself she was very impressed with the quality of food given. arrived early due to unexpected lack of traffic heading north but was sat immediately, staff are lovely and their cocktail menu is excellent. couldn’t recommend this place more, especially considering prices are more than reasonable and portions are mega with opportunities for take-home boxes for unfinished food.

This is a review for food only. We ordered 2 mini breakfasts that came to £7.95 each.
Unfortunately this breakfast was not good. Portion size for £7.95 was very small. Even though this is a mini breakfast, the price is expensive for what you get, as can be seen in the picture.
Beans were cheap low quality, fried egg was hard, bacon cheap quality, sausage that came with the meal was not nice, although the staff member did say it was from a local butchers. This food was all served in a takeaway carton.
Only positive was, we raised a concern with a staff member and it was handled well. You can get so much more for that price and better quality products at other places.
Very disappointing for such a lovely place.

Dropped by the Coffee Room to grab some breakfast while waiting on my train and as it was early in the morning (6:30am) the atmosphere was quiet. The premises was clean and looks well maintained. And Lauren was very helpful with advicing on allergens and providing a fast service. Pricing for the Breakfast deal was decent, as I had to have alternatived my pricing was different from the set standard. Overall, I had a lovely breakfast and it made my waiting time fly by.

Absolutely fantastic. First time we have eaten here and it won’t be the last. Fancied a breakfast and saw the large breakfast £10 small breakfast £9 so we had one of each and they did not disappoint. The food was great, we were asked how we would like our eggs and bacon which is great as I love mine well done and runny yolks. The staff were absolutely great, friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you and make you feel comfortable which when I say this I mean that they went over and above what we have ever experienced in any cafe/coffee shop. I love a good brew and their brew was bang on. If you’re hungry and passing anytime I would definitely recommend giving these guys a try.

Went as wanted somewhere quiet and out of the way for a small bite to eat and didn’t want to go to a busy pub. And found this wonderful little cafe open on a Sunday afternoon!
The owner and the chef were so friendly and welcoming and made us laugh as well as they chatted with us!
I ordered the burger and the chef asked if I’ve had one from there before and I said no it was my first time there and he said it would be the best burger I had and he wasn’t wrong!! It was huge and homemade! I only wish I took a photo of the actual burger. But it was the actual size of the bap it came on! Homemade chips and fresh salad too. I didn’t expect all of that! And I couldn’t even eat it all. Not the best photo either but it’ll do!
They even showed us the Sunday dinners they do and they looked amazing too as well as the breakfasts! With fresh thick sliced bread/toast!
Will be coming back as the service and food were brilliant and it was quiet enough for me to deal with, with social anxiety! Thank you so much.

I had the most incredible experience at BO AND BEAN in Chester today! I visited with my mum, and it felt especially meaningful as I’ve been following Lydia almost since her lockdown days, back when she first opened the Stoke branch. While studying at uni nearby, I visited countless times—I've definitely bought more bubble teas than I can count (plus the tote bag and two reusable metal straws <3).
Both stores have such a warm, cosy vibe, with the delicious smell of egg waffles drifting through the air. The food is just as wonderful: today I tried the salmon poké bowl and the ham and cheese waffle—both were absolutely delicious. The taro and matcha milk teas never disappoint (by far the best bubble teas I have tried), and the summer berry bliss waffle was a heavenly dessert!! :)
A huge shoutout to Harriet and Penny for their impeccable customer service! Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated the complimentary hot water served in a teacup and saucer. Such a thoughtful touch. Everything was great value for money, and I honestly couldn’t recommend BO AND BEAN enough.
A final massive thank you to the whole team—you truly go above and beyond in both stores, and always make my day. I can’t wait for my next visit!!

Really lovely little shop with a great range of drinks and waffles. You can completely customise your drink if you so wish but they also have some great recommendations too if you're not sure. The waffles smell absolutely gorgeous and look fantastic, it's definitely worth a visit for a nice treat. It's right in Stoke town centre and is right by two bus stops so it's easy to get to, and it's a stone's throw away from St Peters church which has a gorgeous green churchyard with benches to enjoy your food and drinks on. The affogato is 10/10 and the taro is really lovely too. The staff are very friendly and helpful, it has a really cheerful vibe overall.

Made my first visit to The Coffee House, Longton, this morning, and I have to say I'm extremely impressed.
It is a very clean, comfortable and modern establishment that really sticks out in it's surroundings, very comfortable seating arrangements, It has that "trendy" upmarket feel to it, whilst keeping it's core roots and values of community at it's forefront.
The server was a real credit to the business, very polite and attentive, making conversation, explaining all the options available to me, and I was served promptly and efficiently.
As it was my first visit here, I indulged myself with a breakfast wrap, which was incredible, Hot fresh and super delicious.
There was a decent selection of hot/cold sandwiches/baguettes/wraps, cakes, biscuits and pastries available for the sweet and savoury tooth & health intolerant and/or other personal preference.
The pricing, I was expecting to be at the top end of the scale for an establishment of this quality, but I was pleasantly surprised, with my breakfast and a pot of Tea coming in at just over £6.50
There is a reward scheme in place for the die hards, but the fact you have to have a debit/credit card linked to the rewards app to collect stamps didn't sit well with me so I didn't bother. Also the free medium sized drink after collecting 10 stamps can only be redeemed as take-away which I rarely do so for me this is something that can and should be improved down the line, To cater for those who would like to sit in and relax.
Overall, this is exactly what Longton has been needing for some time, and finally, now it is here, it has not disappointed. A fantastic addition to the area and one I hope that can continue to build and be successful. The only blemish being the rewards scheme as i mentioned above.
Hopefully, be a benchmark for other eateries looking to set up shop in the town centre in the future.

◇ Nice staff, good atmosphere, inoffensive quiet music covers any awkward silence when it's not busy, good for socially awkward people.
◇ It's 30 seconds speedwalk away from longton market and as close to tescos front door as the nearest costa (and my GF says the coffee is better!)

And it may be a little TMI, but theres a tiny urinal squeezed between the stall and right next to the sink which makes the mens toilet feel smaller than it should. The womens and disabled toilets (which have female hygene products!) Have comfortable space for a single occupant but the mens seems a little too cramped to attempt to accomodate two people at once.
Overall, if you find yourself low on breakfast/caffeine in longton between 9am and 3.30pm with costa money and wouldn't mind sitting in a traditional stoke painting then I think you have to go there.
If you don't like all the boarded up windows on the shut down local businesses, nothing to do in longton, and all the big franchises permeating the outside everywhere then support this local social space and read their website too (it's a good read!)

Absolutely amazing Cafe! I could not applaud the owners enough as they have hit the nail on the head with this one! Wonderful quaint cafe with a fantastic atmosphere and decor to match, the food is amazing (fully recommend egg in the hole) and all the cakes! 5* for quality and the service is top notch aswel with friendly team!, this is a hidden gem of a cafe and I would fully recommend popping in if you are passing! I have visited today and I usually get a coffee twice a week from here on my way to work. The lady who served me today was super professional, a lovely manner and nothing seemed too much trouble. I even had to check a couple of gift cards to see if I had any credit left and this was no bother. Ordered 2 large breakfasts, was asked if I wanted tomatoes or mushrooms but wasn't told this is extra. The food was very disappointing.
