I love the food here. I love the vibe, coffee shop, and beer. But honestly, I feel like they don’t care about their customers. The benches are poorly designed and I’ve seen dozens of people fall or almost fall by sitting closer to the end of them. It’s mortifying to witness this and totally embarrassing for the person falling. Beyond that, the urinal in the men’s room has been broken for over a year and a half. This is ridiculous. I’ve thought about hosting events here but don’t want to see my friends fall on their butts bc management won’t fix this issue. Two stars
