The dish has a ton of lemon juice, which is great, however when you put the chicken and the mashed potatoes and the broccoli together with the juice, it all becomes a mushy mess. Why not separate the mashed potatoes at the very least? Also, putting juice into a cardboard box… I mean why? Why not use a plastic container? It’s honestly just neglectful and bad service.
