It’s also a bit crumbly but I have a feeling it’s because of the Natural Ube which is crumbly when cooked if I’m not wrong. I like dense, soft, buttery cakes, but this one? It’s just a dense ube bread where it makes you full after a few slices. The frosting by far is the standout. It’s buttery and doesn’t leave that sticky feeling in the mouth. Unfortunately, this cake made me realize that Ube cake is probably isn’t my thing when too much of it is used and if it uses the natural ones. Have I also mentioned that it too dense where even 2-5 bites can already make you full? 😂 I’ll probably come back for the other cakes, but their exclusive Ube cake? I’d skip it.
