Had a good wobble a lovely poppy seed biscuit for a bit of crunch and fresh raspberry blueberry and strawberry. We had a creme brulee custard top and a blowtorched marshmallow top, both of these were excellent. There's just one thing missing and thats heat. The fruit was cold, the crumble isn't baked so is cold, even the hot custard was cold. Maybe it was our expectation that a crumble should be steamy hot, blow on it and enjoy that feel good nostalgic pud. I thought as they were being served freshly made to orfer they'd be hot and fresh. they could really ve made up and handed out like any cold cake. The packaging is good, the service was good, price point is where it needs to be but it's not got that feel good warming crumble vibe.
