Kelson (I really hope that I spelled it right!) delivered the food to my table and also was a friendly and knowledgeable representative of the company. The food was mediocre which is a pretty big downside whenever going somewhere for food. The food was burnt and the quantity I received was not worth what I had paid. I spent over $31 for a large fried rice bowl, a regular drink, and 4 piece rangoon. I also added an extra meat because I couldn't decide which of the proteins I wanted more. I was ecstatic to recieve my food, but was disappointed just by looking at it. The meat to rice ratio was ridiculous. I even felt upset over the amount of vegetables in my bowl compared to the amount of rice. There were more veggies than pictures to be clear, they were just hiding under the chicken katsu. But I did feel ripped off. I ordered it without cabbage, onion and squash, but I still feel as though there was not enough meat for the amount I paid. The rice was mushy and soggy (which is noticeable and apparent in the photos), the crab rangoon was burnt as was the salmon, and the chicken katsu had absolutely no flavor to it. I felt like I was just eating a breaded chicken breast. The only positive things I have to say is that the soda machine was not lacking in syrup or carbonation, the teriyaki sauce has good flavor and the vegetables actually were delicious, I just wish that I had more of them. I couldn't bring myself to leave less than 4 stars due to customer service alone. The food was NOT worth it. I threw away SO much left over rice and basically just ate the vegetables and meat from the bowl then tssed the rest... happily. I didn't even finish the rangoon because it did not taste good at all. I believe all of the food basically was flash fried. I strongly recommend turning down the temperature for the grease because the inside of everything was ok cooked and warm, but the outsides were charred and crispy... not in the good kind of way either. I have attached pictures for reference and I HATE leaving bad reviews, but I truly hope that something gives here because it's even at a prime location with lots of foot traffic and the staff were so great. It just needs some tweeking with the food to improve the quality overall as well as the portions.
