First sad encounter happened on the next day after promoting that they would be serving snowball nuggets. We drove 30min away excited to try them since that's the nearest location from us. What also didn't make sense to us is that thay close at 7pm so stopping production 2 hours before they close really does impact clearly for customer and sale service.
