King Prawns with cashew nuts was the most watery, bland again apart from the Prawns which were tasty. The Yung Chow fried was certainly not watery, it was gloopy, it clumped together (over cooked) Chinese chicken curry was also very runny. The prawn crackers were not crispy. The food arrived sooner than the 45 minutes quoted which was good. When I rang through my order I felt that the person who was taking my order didn't really want to be there. We usually get two meals each out of a takeaway, not this time, the food waste bin will be getting what's left (which is a lot) Tangs were recommended by a friend, so not sure if the Chef was having a really bad day or not, but I will not be using Tangs again. The food was excellent, we liked every dish that we ordered and the service was great. We did a walk-in at 7 and by 7:30 it was practically full so probably a good idea to book as it's definitely a hit with the locals.
