The food was delicious and side dishes abundant as usual but the lack of service continued, we had to find and even cajole our server every time we wanted to order additional items. We shared a few desserts and quickly left after begrudgingly paying service charge for no service! Working in the industry We hate to remove the service charge as the team need to tips…. Funny though, she was quick enough to write her name on the £250 bill when it arrived. We did e mail the hotel to give some feedback but sadly a month later still no reply.
