I had to spend money on a hotel which was costly and the complex was little to no help with me getting into my home. They recommended locksmiths but everybody that came stated the locks on the door were high security locks and they could not help me with them. Maintenance were good. They fix most of my issues in a timely manner. They do need to get the gates fixed to come into the complex and they need to continue to inspect cars that are not working and remove them from around the complex. I don't remember the pool area ever been open when I was there but it's a nice area. For the price, space, and proximity to downtown, you can't beat it. These are mixed income complexes. There are many professionals that stay in the area as I was one. However, improvements can always be made.
