11월 5일 수요일 저녁 7시 30분에 매니저에게 정말 형편없는 서비스를 받았습니다. 드라이브 스루를 통해 집에 있는 가족을 위해 메가 피스트를 주문하고, 아이들을 위해 휴대용 컵 두 개를 주문하고 음식값을 지불한 후 대기실에서 기다렸습니다. 떠나기 전에 주문한 음식이 모두 있는지, 휴대용 컵 두 개가 없는지 확인했습니다.
매장에 가서 프런트 직원에게 휴대용 컵이 없다고 말했습니다. (그날 밤 직원은 정말 친절했고 문제를 해결하려고 노력했습니다. 직원과는 전혀 문제가 없었습니다.) 직원이 매니저에게 말했더니, 직원은 저에게 요금이 청구되지 않았고 휴대용 컵도 받지 못할 것이라고 말했습니다. 직원은 주문 내용을 다시 확인하지 않고 바로 주문서에 없다고 말했습니다. 저는 당황했지만 휴대용 컵 두 개를 받을 수 있는지 물었습니다. 직원은 제 입장에서는 별로 좋아하지 않는 것 같았고, 친절한 직원에게 주문을 맡겼습니다.
주문이 끝나자 매니저는 그들이 들어있던 가방을 잡아서 서 있던 자리에서 카운터로 던져버렸습니다. 전혀 인상적이지 않았고, 제가 차를 타고 나가기 전에 친절한 직원이 나와서 원래 주문한 휴대용 컵에 대한 비용을 청구했다고 말하며, 환불이나 휴대용 컵을 받으러 다시 방문하겠냐고 물었습니다.
저는 매니저의 이전 행동이 마음에 들지 않아서 환불은 받지 않고 새 휴대용 컵 두 개를 다시 요청해서 시간을 낭비하게 했습니다. 세 번째 주문을 받는 동안 매니저는 그런 태도를 보이지 않았습니다. 주문을 받고 나서는 내내 정말 친절하게 도와주셨던 직원에게 "잘 주무세요"라고 인사하고 주문 처리에 감사하다고 말했습니다.
저는 식당에 대해 까다롭지 않고 오늘 밤처럼 끔찍한 서비스를 받아본 적도 없지만, 이번 일은 모든 일이 이렇게 진행되었고, 기다리고 왔다 갔다 하는 바람에 이미 받은 음식은 식었지만, 가족과 함께 대부분을 먹었습니다. 실망했다고 말하고 싶지만, 사실 더 화가 난 건 이 관리자가 직원들을 제대로 대하지 않고, 그가 관리하는 동안 다른 고객들도 문제를 안고 돌아왔을 거라는 생각이었습니다.
그가 회사 업무 시간뿐 아니라, 더 나아가 직장에서도 주변 사람들을 어떻게 대하는지 돌아봤으면 좋겠습니다.

Never have given a review before but on
Wednesday 5th November, had some pretty bad service from the manager at the time (7:30 pm), had gone through drive thru to get the mega feast for the family at home, and had ordered 2 carry cups for the kids, paid for the food and waited in the waiting bay. Before I left I checked just to make sure the order was all their, was missing the 2 carry cups.
Went in and had told the lady at the front that I was missing the carry cups ( the lady that night was really helpful and wanted to help resolve the issue, no problems at all with her) she had told the manager and he then told me I wasn't charged and I would not receive the carry cups. He didn't double check the order, just told me on the spot it wasn't on the order, I was confused but i asked if I could get 2 carry cups anyways, he didn't seem too happy from my perspective and had the nice lady do the order for me.
Once they were done, the manager had grabbed the bag they were in and threw them from where he was standing to the front counter. Was not impressed at all and before I had left in my car, that nice lady came out and had actually told me they infact did charge me for the carry cups from the original order and asked if I wanted to come back in again for either the refund or the carry cups.
because I didn't like how the manager acted earlier, instead of taking the refund, I asked for 2 new carry cups again just to waste his time. Didn't receive any of that earlier attitude from the manager as I was getting my 3rd order, once I received it, I told the lady who was super helpful that whole time to have a good night and thanks for helping out with my order.
Never am fussy with any restaurants and havent received horrible service like tonight but the way this had all went down and then from all the waiting and going back and forth, the food I had already received went cold, but still ate most of it as did the family. I would say I was disappointed but I was actually more pissed off at the thought that this manager most likely doesn't treat his workers right and has most likely had other customers come back with issues while his been in charge.
I would like nothing more than for him to reflect on how he treats everyone surrounding him, on company time and hopefully no further than at the workplace
