Both quality and service have dropped to a level that makes it hard to justify a visit anymore. I was once billed for samosa chaat when I had clearly ordered a plain samosa. It took me explaining the difference to the staff before they reluctantly corrected the mistake. On another occasion, I was asked to pay cash instead of UPI—not because of any technical issue, but because the receptionist wanted cash for her own personal errands. Highly unprofessional. Worst of all was when I had called ahead and was assured a table for my family. On arrival, we still had to wait more than 30 minutes with no clarity, until we finally gave up and left.
