When the plate arrived; quicker than we expected, it was a beautiful dish to look at and mouth watering. A huge Yorkshire pub sat on roast swede and carrot mash, parsnips, savoy cabbage, large very crispy roast potatoes with heaps of melt in the mouth beef and deep rich beefy tasting gravy.
