A couple in front of me asked for scrambled eggs instead of fried, they were told no! This poor level of service seems to be becoming more prevalent everywhere-I'd have left and gone elsewhere. There were about 12 in our party (no different to 3 parties of 4 arriving) and it was nearly 1/2 an hour between the first breakfast coming out to the last, it wasn't busy.
