We had the clam pasta and I’m not sure if we had an unusually spicy chilli but unfortunately myself and my husband were in pain eating it from how spicy it was and neither of us are usually unhappy with spicy food. If you ignored the burning chilli the dish itself could have been tasty albeit very expensive given it was just clams and pasta - it said confit garlic listed on the menu as part of the dish but it was just finely chopped normal garlic and it wasn’t very cooked. If any waiter had asked us how the food was we would have given the feedback but unfortunately no one seemed to pay attention to us / ask if we wanted anything else or more drinks or even clear our plates. Kobe is situated within the Millbrook Resort, and has been run by the same chef for some 20+ plus years. Their food is delicate but flavours are lively.
