Our meal started with Shark Bay half shell scallops with candied blood orange and jamon. This turned out to be a perfect blend of flavours. There was about a 40-minute wait, but it was during a busy period over the school holidays, so it was completely understandable — and honestly, worth every minute. I had the squid ink risotto which was really tasty, they also offer fresh Parmesan to put on top which is really great it can suit everyone’s flavour.
