This person is not an asset to this business, his attitude is absolutely shocking towards clientele going in there to spend money. I emailed to arrange a small hens bottomless brunch and received messages months in advance stating another group was breathing down their neck and we need to have everyone paid for as the booking for that day was being closed, this went on for a few weeks, we managed to get everyone paid well in advance to arrive and be the only booking. Not one other group or person arrived the entire time and the bookings remained open right up until we arrived which I was told numerous times they would be closed and members of our group would be missing out.
