Oct 25 was a different story, the room was dull, small and a horrible smell of damp , the room was very run dowm and in need of considerable refurbishment. I did mention smell of damp and they got housekeeping to put on the heating in the room and they sprayed it with room fresher. On the way to our room we noticed a bath towel on the floor and much to our surprise it was placed there to absorb the water coming down from the ceiling, photo attached. The staff were lovely and friendly but I would never stay here again.
