To start it is a park that has 7 miles of walking paths. These paths are tucked in between little neighborhoods in the woods. The paths are well maintained and could easily be wheelchair accessible and stroller accessible. There are a few inclines here and there but mostly flat walking. I enjoyed that there was a lot of shade and beautiful scenery with the well made bridges and creek that runs along the trails.
