On the journey, Captain Ketch kept us very well informed about the land, the history, and many interesting facts and stories. We saw SO many whales, porpoise, eagles, and harbor seals. We even spotted a sea otter out floating in the middle of the fjord - clearly unbothered by our presence. Our arrival in the busy Auke Bay harbor was beautiful, and we made our way to the motorcoach for the transfer to the downtown core at Marine Park.
