I witnessed a CN RCMP officer harass and bully a room full of people in a courthouse under multiple video cameras who were trying to dispute their traffic tickets, I made a complaint to CN because apparently that's the only thing you can do when they're out of control officers break the law and the Ombudsman office basically refused to take my complaint unless I told them my home address. They kept telling me it's their policy not to take complaints unless they know where you sleep and when they sent me their policy it didn't say anything like that, then they would send paragraphs of it highlighted to me in emails claiming that's what it says when it didn't say that at all, so not only are their officers above the law the people taking the complaints conspire to cover it up. Their officers are there to serve and collect and when they get out of control they have a legal department backing up their unlawful activity. I don't know how they can sleep at night knowing their officers break the law.
