(원문) The food, like always was great. Service was brilliant and a nice helpful group of staff but there was one drawback. Some of the cutlery and bowls, were visibly unclean and unsanitary to be eaten out off. We requested new bowls and spoons and we received them. Unfortunately, once again the spoons were dirty. Food is always good and of pizza hut standard quality wherever you go. However service and care has gone downhill recently, not very impressed. Recent last 2 visits staff didn't seem too bothered or caring. 1st occasion they forgot my desert order and I had to go check what was going on, wasn't specifically busy day. (However I will say the floor manager did profusely apologize, thank you to him). 2nd occasion I just decided to leave before going to order as no one came to check up on table after 20 minutes and their online only ordering system wasn't working, no apologies were given or information that we had to order via front desk. Quite disappointed to be honest, won't be bothering going again with such sudden lax service and care and constant need to use online ordering system.
