미술관은 워싱턴 뉴욕 보스턴만 유명한게 아니다. 필리 미술관도 제대로 보려면 최소 3시간은 필요하다. 필리 올드시티에서 08 30에 투어를 시작해서 원데이 패스를 끊고 빅버스를 이용해서 미술관과 그외의 곳들을 방문하면 좋다.

세계 최초의 교육 목적 교도소로 조그만 방(cell)으로 구획된 시설이며 14개 정도의 셀블럭 건물들이 가운데를 중심으로 방사선형으로 뻗어나가는 구조입니다. 그중 7개 정도의 셀블럭을 관람할 수 있으며 대부분의 셀들은 수리되지 않은 상태이고 몇 몇 셀들은 수리되어 미술 조형 작품이 설치되어 있습니다. 교도소 입구에 들어가자마자 왼쪽편에 기념품샵과 면회실이 있는데 거기까지는 입장권 없이 들어갈 수 있습니다.
