Excellent service and has to be the best chicken and rib combo in the area, house salad was also very nice. Been here multiple times and definitely will be returning.

Got tempted by a 50%off voucher and opted for the ultimate Sunday dinner £18.79 and paid extra for cauliflower cheese!! Don’t be fooled by the online pictures this is what we were served, shocking, school dinner at best!! Frozen veg, all of it including roasties… a sliver of each meat school dinner at best.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The food is really average, pre bought pies and burgers heated up, and there must be chip shortage as we got about 10 each!! The poor quality of food just doesn’t justify the higher prices.

We go here regularly as the breakfast is such brilliant value. The food is great, plenty of choice always hot and fresh and the staff work so hard to keep things topped up. Special note has to go to Molly, she never stops but always has a smile on her face and always makes us feel so welcome. She also gave my nephew chocolates on his birthday which had him grinning from ear to ear. We will definitely be back.

Had a Breakfast here with my family. We used to enjoy on a regular basis a number of years ago when the children were younger as it was excellent value for money. The offering is similar although my children are adults now. The food options are good and well varied and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a solids good breakfast with lots of regularly replenished choices and well worth a visit

We are staying at the inn next door so this is our go to place in the bad weather. It’s been 6 years since we were last here & it’s gone down hill drastically. The outside is worn & unkempt & entering the inside, it’s dull & dismal. The carpet hasn’t had a clean in forever & there’s an awful smell inside. The tables are sticky & could do with a good surface disinfectant. The food is cheap & you get what you pay for. It was busy the night we went in as the weather was atrocious. The waitress was knowledgeable but looked bored to be there. Unfortunately the main we ordered which was the mixed grill was poor. The steak not being what was asked for & the sausage was more maize than meat. The fish was cooked nice but swimming in oil of some sort. We had a dessert & one was free due to the poor steak. We went in the following day & the aroma is still the same. What I wanted wasn’t available. How can you not have soup when it’s on the menu. It really needs some money spending on it all over. It’s in a nice location with transport 5 mins away but for us, it’s turned into a cheap food place & not a healthy good quality place. Unfortunately it will be the last time we visit here. Long story short, if you want quality, this isn’t the place to visit.

Food is not bad, quite expensive for what you get, mix grill is £18.. small chicken and steak....£2 for a small peppercorn sauce is abit ridiculous but was nice. Guinness is very nice too. 3.5 out of 5.

Fabulous breakfast!!! Ordered through just eat was the best breakfast takeaway I have had in Blackpool. Full English was superb. Hash browns cooked really well. Sausage barm tasty. 9.4/10 would recommend

Incredible breakfast at an amazing price. Much better than the massive hotel across the road. So good we ordered sandwiches to take away for lunchtime. Wonderful attentive and friendly staff. Can’t wait until our next visit.

I visit most mornings for fresh Coffey and toast, with real butter and jam. I sometimes have a treat and have a big cooked breakfast, but can't eat it all, lol. Although it's predominately a butty shop, there are a few tables to sit in, with nice surroundings, great service and friendly staff.

Just came back from rebellion festival and after a late night you need a good breakfast and this is the place to get it. We all had the Scottish breakfast and it was delicious. When we are back in Blackpool we will definitely be going back.

Came here for breakfast while staying in the hotel opposite. Will defo go again, lovely and freshly cooked to order and not too expensive. I recommend the scotch breakfast. Delish.

Ordered a breakfast from here for takeaway after seeing the reviews were positive Food arrived cold and far from cooked The bacon had never seen a frying pan. There was barely any cheese on the cheese and ham toastie that came on a barm The crumpets we ordered were freezing had to heat them myself, the chef needs sacking wouldn’t go back really disappointed.

Had a wee break down in Blackpool last week and as we stayed in apartments we decided to pop in here for a breakfast as we've not been in for a while and it was excellent. I love a fry up for my breakfast and my wife just prefers toast and jam,so that's exactly what we ordered! I got small breakfast for £8 and I admit it definitely hit the spot. The next day I decided to go for the big breakfast at £9 and it was magic! Staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was busy. All in all a nice wee start to the day and of course the plates both days were cleared lol. Well definitely be back guys!

I visited the peppermill cafe this afternoon with my friend but unfortunately I was in meltdown by the time we arrived, I later apologised to a young waitress (later found out she's called Georgia/e) who told me not to worry and not to feel I had to explain myself. She then was very helpful and understanding with me. The lady I paid was also lovely 💝 thank you both so much, nothing was too much 💕

After our favourite cafe shut down last year, we needed to find a new one and the Peppermill Cafe doesn't disappoint. Nice, soft and large brown baguettes with plenty of filling in my chicken, bacon and mayo. Americano was nice and smooth too with a proper amount of milk to top it up. Very friendly and attentive staff, nice to chat too. Will visit again!

Went here with my sister after reading the good reviews. It certainly didn't disappoint. Lovely friendly customer service. Ordered breakfast for both of us. Didn't have to wait long. Breakfast was lovely. Came hot too ,which is a must to me.very clean and comfortable. Will go there again next time I'm in Blackpool. I'll try a lunch. Great choice of food on the menu

First time at The Highfield for an evening meal. A delicious curry. Succulent chicken 😋 So came back again for another meal. Opted for 8oz steak. Absolutely disappointed 😞 It was though to eat. Chewy. Fatty. My partner had the chicken. Not as good this time. Too dry. Shame. As it's put us off. Nice pub though and friendly staff.

Booked a table as had a special offer. Table was reserved with my name and time on it. Menu clear and offered lots of choice. Ordered food - no mention of any delay, drink service good and was told how I had saved using the offer. (Good to know). One meal came - bit of a delay with the other two meals for which apology given. A visit to another pub in the chain a few weeks ago cited an hour's delay in food service. No waiting here, polite and helpful staff. Would certainly come again.

Highly recommend, we often visit. The surf and Turf is always amazing, the gammon and chips a favourite of my hubby's, the lasagne is perfect (meat or veggie options) accompanied by garlic bread and a salad drizzled in a dressing that gives it the wow taste not boring and the service always at the bar and at the table is the best around, caring, happy, check on you, go the extra to make your dining experience the best. Shout out to Michelle today, you looked after us so well and lovely touch to make it extra special, appreciated 🙏🙂

We had a fantastic dining experience at Highfield Restaurant in Highfield, Blackpool. From start to finish, everything was spot on. We ordered the nachos, the pork tomahawk, and the barbacoa steak – each dish was delicious, well-seasoned, and served beautifully. The pork tomahawk was especially memorable – juicy, tender, and full of flavour! A special shoutout to Rolando, who was a wonderful host – warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. The rest of the team also made the evening extra enjoyable: Danny, Dom, Gabriela, Michelle, and Nikki were all incredibly pleasant and professional. Their friendly service really stood out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and great service in Blackpool. Will definitely be coming back!

We will not use this pub for food again! I had a Giant Gyros on a sizzling platter, this was a portion of chips with about a desert spoon of chicken shavings and a desert spoon of fried onions spread across the top with sauce and seasoning. This came with two pittas and a salad garnish. At just under £15 it was very poor. My wife had the Sizzling Cajun Chicken, which would fit in the palm of your hand, which comes with mostly onions and a little red pepper. At home we are having Cajun Chicken tonight..... you know what it is like when you really fancy something, the plan was not to cook as we would normally be to full up from lunch. The barmaid was also holding a conversation at the bar with another person throughout my ordering process.

Great place food lovely always met with a smile and a lovely greeting from the staff Peter the waiter is a breath of fresh air always happy, polite and courteous.

we visited for a light lunch before watching the air show and the food looked nice from previous reviews. However, we did have to wait 35 minutes for two chicken Caesar salad salads. When they arrived, we were shocked at the size of the portion. It was also just a basic garden salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber and red pinion) with chicken and bacon + caesar dressing on the side and a few croutons. It also arrived in a VERY small bowl and with very little lettuce to which we were hungry again 30 minutes later. We cannot knock the food, as it was lovely but the size was far too small and also it wasn’t what we ordered. And for £12.95 I was GOBSMACKED

Fantastic, family run cafe in Bispham. Staff are welcoming, accommodating & friendly. Food is well priced & products locally sourced. The choice of menu & specials board caters for every palate & is second to none in the area. The coffee is the best around & stays hot for a long time. Top top venue.

Lovely cafe. Perfect for any occasion, casual business lunch, birthday bruch or just a catch up with friends. Their carrot cake is actually one of the best ones I've had. Good portion sizes and reasonably priced for what you get. The staff are really welcoming and friendly. I'm in blackpool quite a lot on business and thus has now become my go to place at lunch time 😊

The food was somewhat lacklustred, especially for the price and such a limited menu. The service was ok i guess, only a few issues but to list them will tell the staff exactly who I am, although im sure the ritual humiliation from the waiting staff seemed to be so nature that it can only be a common occurrence. The atmosphere, its quite a cold venue, rather blank and empty lacking anything of substance to make it feel modern or welcoming, the walls are covered in cuts, gouges and such, paint is chipped everywhere and even the furniture is dirty and tables are more crooked than a politician. And if anyone makes a noise it echos so when 3 Karen's sit at the back, noone can speak because you cant hear the people sat next to you

Nicest fish I have ever had. The batter on the fish and chips was perfect! Thin and crispy with super flaky delicious cod. Tasted like it had been caught that day. The chips were chunky and fluffy. The restaurant was busy even though we were there in the afternoon but we were eating in and the food was brought to our table within five minutes. The staff were super friendly and had a great laugh. All the tables were clean and well presented and the toilets were clean too.

Was looking for a gluten free chippy for my daughter while visiting, this one came up voted best. Definitely wasn't disappointed, chips were lovely and my daughter was super impressed with the gluten free fish. They keep everything containing gluten separate and wear gloves also. Everything is super clean, celiac friendly. Along side that we did try the gluten containing fish which was amazing too. Defiantly will return if I'm back in Blackpool

Our food came piping hot just how you’d expect it and only had to wait 10 mins. Had to wait in a bit of queue as it was peak times but that’s what you expect from such a popular fish and chip shop! The place was packed but my food was out in minutes. Fish was chunky and flaky and the batter was crispy, chips were cooked lovely, peas were spot on, daughter had a jumbo sausage, said it was great ☺️ The only improvement would be if they did Irish curry and cans of coke instead of Pepsi 🤣 But that’s just my personal preference. This place is 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all day long for me ☺️

Loved the salt pepper squid! The large fish and chips is a massive portion, easily big enough for two adults to share. The fish cake, however, was just average.

Generous fish portion, little tight on the chips for a large. Decent flavour, but for me the batter was a touch too greasy, it sat a little heavy. Tea would have been better in a pot with extra hot water. Hard to say whether or not it is just me or the oil they use, but my wind the following day smelt exactly like the oil in the chip shop. Nice place and staff.

Stopped here for a light lunch and it was a delightful little find. I had cheese and tomato toastie and my partner had cheese and ham and both equally as tasty! Had a side order of chips to go with our lunch and also very tasty! Service very good, staff friendly and a nice atmosphere. Seemed like a popular little place and I’d highly recommend.

We found cookies while walking about looking for somewhere to sit down with a coffee and slice of cake. Cookies were very busy and a fast-paced service to keep up with the demand of customers. The place was very clean and tables cleared as soon as they became empty. The service was very friendly and a great atmosphere all round. Coffee and cake was delicious as there is such a wonderful choice of cakes and pastries to choose from. With a menu of various meals, also and at an affordable price.

When we visit Blackpool we tend to lunch in Cookies. Lovely clean cafe with good food and service. We were able to order a full breakfast even though it was after 1pm because they weren't too busy (due to it being a very a cold January afternoon) Everything cooked spot on (should have baked beans on it too but neither of us wanted them). They do a good coffee too but we had tea this time. A little on the pricey side but very enjoyable. They do a children's menu also. Wheelchairs can get inside the cafe but the toilets are up a big flight of stairs. We'll be back for sure.

Thought we'd get a breakfast i got a full English which was £9.95 plus £2.65 with toast and my husband got a mini breakfast which was £6.95 plus £1.65 with toast, the breakfast certainly was not worth the money, it was a very basic breakfast my breakfast included 2 eggs, 2,bacon, 1 sausage which tasted like rubber 1 tinned plum tomato and 1 very small soggy hash brown i didn't enjoy it 1 bit the best thing was the coffee

We were searching for a place to have breakfast. It was Sunday around 8 am. They just opened and we have been served. I love this place - it has a character and climate. Sea themed. The owner looked like an experienced sailor which gave even more character to the place. We ordered ham and cheese toasts and the coffee. The food was fresh and delicious, however, I personally prefer stronger coffee. Saying that I can confidently recommend it. Thanks for having us in.

Popped in for cuppa tea before heading back to Scotland. First time we have came across this lovely wee cafe. we ordered small portion chips as we already and a huge breakfast at our hotel. Chips where really lovely just enough salt to! Non greasy. Old school cafe and food looks smashing. When back down will definitely pop in for a meal. Prices are fantastic. Lovely owner to.

They seem to be in a hurry today, no care given when preparing the drinks. Worst flat white I’ve had in a while, not thick and strong as they usually are and no pattern.

I went to Costa to claim my free drink and and get my 3 friends a baby chino and we was talking about some one in our year and we got told "if you continue to take the mic out of staff you can leave or we will call the police" the worker was so rude He has brown curly hair glasses and short-ish he was working with a female with red lipstick and her hair in a claw clip and a male with curly brown hair very tall

Ordered through just eat and clearly added a note asking for one shot of coffee in my drink a large latte , either they can’t read or choose to ignore what you have wrote but just received my coffee and there’s definitely not one shot in , why add the note section if they are just blatantly going to ignore it ,

I’m not a massive fan of modern coffee shops but we called in today and had toasties and a variety of drinks and everyone was happy with what they had. Americano,s iced drinks etc so I guess it’s a 5**** rating. Seating was comfy, place was lovely and clean, staff were very nice and friendly. Parking spaces too.

worst coffee shop ever, 4 staff but very slow and could not be bothered .90% of tables not being used but covered in dirty plates and trays, the whole place is dirty and not Costa usually standard.one of the group had a tea and each cup given to them was dirty or chipped, would never return again. The store is a let down to Costa as never have had a issue with one before.

My husband and I came in on Monday night (I think it was Monday) about 10 minutes before closing. George and benji were working and I have to say what an absolute pleasure and a joy it was to be served by them! We know how hard working with customers all day can be and that close to home time too! But both staff made us feel welcome! I mentioned that I loved how much energy they had and how bubbly they were even after a long day at work! I wish we saw this kind of service more often! We will absolutely be back in for another coffee! Hope to see George and benji again soon! (From the couple who had just celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary and never sit still!!) also apparently George is the good looking one 🤣

We are here for a 5 day stay in Blackpool having booked a hotel near to this cafe which diddnt offer breakfast we were on the look out for a cozy cafe to feed us in the mornings. This cafe is wonderful. The menu is very easy to read with plenty of options that are more than fairly priced. The gentlemen running this cafe are wonderful and so are the locals that use this place also. We were given tips and tricks for our stay by the wonderful gents that run and use this place we felt so at home and welcome. You can't fault the food here for the price. The egg yolks are deep in colour which is always a good sign for me and every breakfast I ordered was HOT! The tea was just what I needed every morning as it was strong and piping hot! Can't fault this cafe AT ALL. Thankyou so much for setting us up every morning 😃

5 stars aren't enough for this place. The food is 10/10, the service is 10/10, the comfortable and relaxing environment is worth all the stars. I cant recommend this hidden gem enough. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PLACE

We were looking for a cafe for a real breakfast and boy did we find one. Even coco pops for my five year old food was lovely, hot and not a long wait. Will defo be back all the days we are staying in Blackpool 👍

I ordered food including a wrap in store at the till and Specifically requested no tomato in my wrap due to an allergy. Paid the girl for the food then got my food. I opened the wrap packaging and looked in, no tomato fab. During eating I've taken a bite near the bottom and instantly spat it out as I could taste tomato! It was hidden in the fold of the wrap at the bottom. I made a complaint via the website as I was already quite far away by the time I'd eaten the wrap. So far I've had no response and this was 3 weeks ago now! Won't be eating in there again as they clearly don't adhere to allergy policies.

After a long day of travelling and working, I decided to grab a quick meal at McDonald's instead of trying to park at the seafront and look for something. I am very disappointed with the presentation of this double big mac. Possibility the most expensive item they sell, you would certainly expect it not to look like this! One of the worst McDonald's I've visited. I must have either been unlucky here or lucky at the others I've visited in the past few months.

I thibk think that the McDonald's chicken was nice and hot. However, the chips were cold yet again, and this wasn't the 1st time I've been here and been given cold chips absolutely ridiculous. Other than that, it was fine.

Looking good inside for Christmas with all the decorations up. The staff were working very hard and were coping well with the busy drive thru. Our food was perfect and we had no problems, good service all round.

Honestly the place is getting worse and worse, they value uber eats over till management, every time we;ve been they get our order wrong every time, often the burger buns themselves are soggy at the bottom like they've been left out all day, every time I ask for cheese only they always, always give me the regular burger. One of my family member asked for a happy meal and they only got the fires, they forgot the nuggets, I don;t know how long this one will last.

Easy to order at the drive-through, but when we went to collect the food , it wasn't the best - the chips were luke warm & the large milkshakes weren't really large . There is a very big gap between the lid & milkshake. Quite disappointed 😞

Love love love this place. Staff are friendly, decor is different, seating inside and outside. They have loads of vegan options for dessert and sandwiches. I had the vegan seitan sandwich which was delicious and full of protein. Loved it. They gave me these courgettes (I think) bites and they were crispy and delicious too. Definitely going back 😁!

Came here on several occasions with friends, It’s a family run restaurants , the atmosphere and staff are amazing. The service is fast, the decor of the place are random but works quite well with the vibe of the cafe There are vegan and vegetarians options for food and drinks, there’s plenty of seats inside and outside of the cafe The cafe is also pet friendly

Really good food. Tried the avocado toast and tater tots. Similar to Josies from down south but mid. Just fyi, you will not be allowed to eat anything else at this cafe other than what is purchased at this cafe. A little harsh from my POV, but respectable.

It’s always a delight here. The staff are friendly who check on allergies, great coffee, and plenty of options for different diets. The decor makes it stand out from other cafés, and even when it’s busy I’ve always managed to find a seat. Definitely my go to spot in the area!

In a good location. They serve cake if you ask, but it's not shown on the menu. Pleasant staff. A bit chilly inside, maybe warmer when busy. Bistro may put some people off, it's a good old fashioned cafe.

Fantastic little find! A local shop recommended our family and so pleased we did. As soon as we arrived we felt welcome, there was a little wait but that was fine and was explained straight away when we ordered. Staff so friendly to my children and made us feel like regular customers. Very much recommend & will return if we visit Blackpool again Thank you !!

Nice Bistro serving good food and drinks at excellent prices. The staff are helpful and the atmosphere is really nice. The toilets are upstairs, this may be a problem for some people. Wheelchair entrance which is a bonus

Popped in today for dinner with my partner and two sons aged 10 and 13. Great service, friendly from the minute we walked in. All of us ordered different food, it all came in good time and was well presented and tasted really good. Kids loved it, adults loved it, 4 empty plates. We will definitely be back

I went and collected 2 large breakfasts, I can’t fault the breakfast or the coffee, cost me £24 which I don’t think is bad for 2 large breakfasts a coffee and added extras even though they forgot to put 1 hash brown on my girlfriend’s breakfast. As I was collecting i asked for a soup expecting a regular size cup with decent soup they passed me a small cup no bigger than a packed of fags and charged me £4.15 -£0.15 because it was taking longer than expected. I just excepted the price as I didn’t want my food to go cold. When I came to drink it, it was 10mm of water sat on top of the soup which I thrown away. DO NOT BUY THE SOUP. Pictures to prove.

Called in for a coffee with my son. Lady who served us was lovely and the coffee was very nice. Averagely priced, with good service. Decor is a little tired, but clean and respectable. All the food that was coming out of the kitchen looked very tasty.

Just had delivery of breakfast. The chips and hash brown were extremely soggy and greasy. I asked for well done bacon, I got cremated bacon that I couldn't even bite through. I called to complain about said food and was told with pure attitude that they would re-cook our order, but i would have to pay again!! After telling her their customer services suck, i was told never to use their services again. Dont worry love, I'll wont

Came to the ritebite for breakfast as in previous years it had been one of the best places to go. This morning we were served with a breakfast that was coated in dirty oil. Sausages were burnt to a crisp and were cheap. The bacon was undercooked The mushrooms tasted like dirty chip pan oil The tomatoes are cold and the hashbrowns were very overdone. The only part I ate was the toast. My partner had the vegetarian breakfast and that was even worse. Was given when she walked past and asked how the breakfast was when told it wasn’t Good, she rolled her eyes and walked off, When we asked if we were getting a partial refund for the breakfast, we wasn’t eating and the Hunn said no because it’s personal preference and he believes he got it perfect. The breakfast was appalling and the staff were Rude and I will never be going back. £26 for a breakfast that wasn’t eaten

Had a Scottish breakfast one day and a chicken burger and chips the 2nd time I came back was all very good and staff where dead friendly only just moved to blackpool so was a bit nervous going in at first on my own but the owner was lovely and made me feel really welcome so will be back again soon.

Across the road from the Stargate tram. Beautiful cafe. We came back after visiting st Anne's and saw this cafe. From the outside it doesn't look so good. The inside is very clean. I had steak pie with gravy chips and beans . Large mug of Tea for £7.50. my mother had ham egg chips and beans small tea only 5.40. They had a large variety of main meals, light meals, breakfasts, burgers, omelettes, samwiches cakes, desserts Open Tuesday to Friday 7- 2.30 pm Saturday 7.30 - 2.30 pm Sunday 8.00- 2.30 pm.. Prices are very reasonable excellent value. Customer parking outside I highly recommend this cafe..

Love this place, made us feel welcome and the best breakfast in Blackpool.this place with by sand dunes and open in the morning till about 2ish. We had the large breakfasts and they were amazing! Also try the cherry pie and apple pie. They are so delicious!

Absolutely love the place! I came here with my boyfriend and his mum as they’ve been multiple times previously and have loved every visit…I have to admit it’s the best place for breakfast in Blackpool! Unfortunately we didn’t have any lunch there but I had poached eggs on toast one day and an egg and saussage balm the other day. Both meals were brilliant and cooked to perfection. Everyone who worked there were extremely lovely and welcoming. It’s a credit to Blackpool!

Such a lovely little Cafe a warm welcome feeling as well, this is my mum and Dad's favorite cafe they always go to. To be honest I do prefer the Old style cafes to all these fancy ones. The staff are really friendly and the chef is some cook 10/10 for her 👌

I ordered two bacon rolls and both of the rolls were wet on the bottom and flaky on top like they had come out of the freezer. Staff were nice enough and friendly but wont be going there again. The food was cheap enough but I guess you get what you pay for

Went to the Willows for the first time had the breakfast special absolute bargain. £4.50 for 2 bacon, 2 sausage, egg, beans, fried bread and a coffee. Cooked fresh, piping hot lovely service proper old school cafe will definitely be back everything delicious especially the fried bread

The best and only place to go in Blackpool for a top full English breakfast. Food is amazing and staff are so helpful and friendly. Price is spot on for the quality but that not to so it's expensive it's probably cheaper then some other cafes near by but food here is the BEST.

Popped in whilst staying in Blackpool as we really fancied a cooked breakfast, it was empty when we walked in apart from the young waitress sitting with her friends chatting. It didn’t feel at all welcoming as we walked in but gave it a chance anyway as it was raining heavily, my wife and I ordered a medium breakfast each 1 tea and a coffee and it came to about £15 ish. Not the best breakfast I ever had, overcooked and swimming in grease, it was evident the food ingredient’s like the sausages and bacon were standard cheap catering offerings and not from a butchers . My wife couldn’t eat hers as it was overly greasy for her and not very nice tasting to be honest, the mushrooms were cremated the were beans cold, bacon dry etc etc. The table we sat at was sticky and grubby as were all the sauce bottles on the counter but we wiped the table and bottles down with our own baby wipes. It’s a shame as it is decorated well and looked ok in there but as we were the only ones in there eating I think more care and attention to cleaning tables could have been in practice before people come in to eat but as previously mentioned the young waitress was sitting with her friends the entirety of our visit and that seemed her main focus. You live and learn as normally when a cafe is empty and it’s hammering it down with rain outside it should be busy but as I said it was empty so that speaks volumes. There are a few cafes along the way near Waterloo that were very busy when we passed but alas we found them to late.

Food looked awful ,the beef piled up and veg looked like sick ,when u touched veg it turned into mush ,well over cooked veg and not fresh either ,veg was in cubes like frozen packet used for putting in a casserole,the people were not happy that I asked for my money back ,I heard them making remarks in the kitchen ,staff looked very unclean ,would never go there again ,rude staff and food horrible.

I am very happy with my vegetarian breakfast 🥰🥰 the food arrived it fasters then I was expect it and the way how was packed make me so happy. First cafe bar which care about the look of food. I received separate packed beans and tomatoes what make me really satisfied. I will definitely come back to this restaurant because is worth of this price. I really recommend this restaurant to everyone who care for look and taste. 🥰🥰🥰

Was great service and excellent food. I asked for a healthy breakfast and they advised me about what was best on the menu. They even had low cal spray and told me how everything else was made. They have a variety of teas including decaf and fruit.The lady was very patient and helpful. My friend had a vegaterian breakfast and she enjoyed it.

Fantastic quality food, excellent catering for dietary intolerances - staff cleaned the kitchen, cooked and prepared my food away from all contamination. The best and most reassuring service for allergies I've ever had. Staff were lovely; I'll definitely be calling back here again in the future.

Went here for breakfast after reading the good reviews. We were not disappointed. Staff welcoming from the minute you came through the door. Had 2 large breakfasts,cappuccino & a latte for £20. The food was excellent. Even came with 2 pieces of toast. The cafe was appealing & very clean. Would definitely recommend you come here for breakfast. I was that impressed were coming back tomorrow before we go home. Would give this a 5 🌟 review

My friends and I were visiting Blackpool for the weekend and stumbled upon this cafe, we ended up coming back the next day we were so impressed. The breakfast is fantastic and they go above and beyond to meet your preferences. When we came back the staff remembered we had an oat milk drinker and vegetarian in our group and made sure this was sorted again. The staff are genuinely lovely and the work they do in the community is incredible. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Visited: 06/09/26 As a powerchair user, I couldn’t even get into the cafe to place an order as they do not have an accessible entrance. I had to ask a customer sitting outside if they would mind going in and getting a member of staff to come out for me. However, after waiting ages, no staff came out and I couldn’t wait any longer as the wind was picking up which was making me cold which then makes me chronic nerve pain bad. My assistance dog was disappointed as I had promised her some doggy ice cream but had no choice but to leave it. I wanted to send a message to the company but cannot find any way to do so. They don’t appear to have a website, Facebook page or even a phone number (so I wouldn’t have been able to even call them from outside the cafe). Just terrible and very disappointing. And it’s certainly not independent to have to ask someone to go and get staff for you. It’s embarrassing!

Excellent restaurant to eat or drink. Lovely in the morning with the sun coming through the windows. Very good and efficient service. We had a BLT panini, it came with salad, very yummy and a ham salad with big chunks of ham, one egg, coleslaw and salad with tomato. Very well done!

Went to get lunch here, and as we walked through the door my kids walked to the toilet and I looked at the menu, a woman quite literally ran towards us from behind the till shouting No No No, started to say they were closed and sick of people walking in..even though its a cafe, what else are we to do?🤣.. this was 2pm (open until 5pm) and there was actually customers queuing to order. Advised her we were here to eat, and she basically pushed me and the kids out the door whilst still screaming in our faces, disgusting behaviour! Think some customer service training is needed 🙈

This is a wonderful spot to enjoy the sea views and delicious food and drink. Scrumptious selection of cakes and treats. Great selection of hot and cold drinks. Easy access for wheel chairs with spacious indoor and outside seating.

very nice looking cafe , but service let it down 2 people serving ome of which was making food the other taking orders and cash/card payments while making coffee 1 lad clearing tables a manager /owner counting cash totally oblivious to the queue forming , longest wait for a coffee in a long time

First time using this shop I had a tuna melt an it was amazing the Balm was so fresh. They was selling scotch eggs so I got one with black pudding an one with chilli and lime both so nice would definitely recommend trying this place. The prices are reasonable to 😁👍 from me

Fabulous sandwich shop. Every made fresh, homemade soups, cakes, and delicious sausage rolls with a variety if flavours. Welcoming staff. Fabulous if you want a freshly made packed lunch for travelling. Highly recommended.

Our usual place was closed so we were hunting around to find a good english breakfast. Thank goodness we decided to give this place a try. Excellent breakfast, great valuevfor money, lovely staff. I really dont know how they make money. our £4.90 breakfast had 2 bacon, 2 sausage, beans, mushrooms, tomato, fried bread and toast. All frshly cooked and served with a smile. Would definitely recommend and go here again

My best friend took me and my husband here this morning for a cooked breakfast. It was absolutely beautiful. The food was fresh and very tasty. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough. They were so friendly to anyone that walked through the door to the point, they had quite a few regulars walk in while we were eating. It was just so nice to experience. Will definitely be going back as it was definitely worth the money x

“Rough Diamond of a place” “ You get far more than you pay for” …It’s mainly about breakfast and can close earlier depending on demand, about 2 pm latest. This is a lovely little café, exceptional value for what you get. It’s not the Ritz , obviously, but you’re not paying that price. Most importantly, it’s clean and hygienic the food is hot, it served on a warm plate, so it doesn’t go cold quickly. For me, this is all important, I’m not a lover of cold MCD food ha ha. The portion size is bigger than what you are paying for. I’d give it five stars, but I don’t want to give the wrong impression as you get a bit more. Than what you pay for. If you’re paying £15, £20 for a breakfast, then expect Cumberland sausage et cetera. Staff are nice and pleasant as well.

Breakfast bigger than my head for 3.50 The guys are super accommodating I just say what I want. Pay my money and get what I want... wetherspoons has nothing on this place... it is actually a breath of fresh air to find such a classical and traditional english cafe! A real hidden gem! And if you want 10 slices of bread ... just ask! You really do get what you want!!

We were visiting Blackpool just for the day with our labrador. Looking for somewhere to eat and get out of rain we came across Triggers Cafe. There is an area which is dog friendly. Our dog was given water and some treats. I ordered steak and ale pie which was cooked to order it came with fresh veg. My wife had sweet chilli chicken with noodles. Both dishes were delicious. The menu had a lot to choose from. On Sundays you can get 3 course Sunday roast for £10! The staff were very friendly.

I woke up early and this place was the only one open. Such a great place, staff are friendly, place is clean and food is great. A+ for the big brekkie.

The food was really nice and filling. Though my one problem would be please read the notes customers leave. If I ask for NO ONIONS on a burger, that should also include NO ONION RINGS...

Solid menu that includes a healthier version of the full English (poached or scrambled eggs, grilled bacon/sausage, etc) and even does outside catering. Staff are polite and friendly, the owner is always floating about making conversation with customers. Nice food and nice atmosphere.

Always a great breakfast served here, coffee is gorgeous the staff and boss Chris are all very nice highly recommend this Cafe to anyone wether you're posh, working class, yuppy, homeless, hitchhiking , just broke out of jail, middle class, foreign, everybody basically 😀👍

Nice little cafe the only thing that let it down with the large breakfast was that the eggs were not cooked properly, I asked for no mushrooms and she asked me what I would like as a substitute and she let me have a sausage so that is very good.

Come for my birthday breakfast with my fiancée before heading back up north. Recieved our breakfast and it was perfect, until ants started running across the table while we were eating which really disturbed us. Lovely staff, lovely food, just ants on the table while we were eating inside...

It wasn't our best day but the staff made us feel very, very welcomed and they were very understandable regarding our children. The food was very delicious and I definitely recommend trying the Turkish MaNemen! Very big portions so definitely worth its price! We will definitely visit again if we come to Blackpool, but hopefully, this time, we will be feeling better 🙈

Ordered 1 tea, 1 hot chocolate, 2 cakes from counter. Sponge cake was rock hard so asked if I could change to a scone, bit of toing & frowing ( with me actually apologising 🤦‍♀️) but eventually got it changed, the scone tasted fusty and my daughters chocolate cake was hard, the hot chocolate was quite watery and after about 25 mins I still hadn’t had my tea, it was torrential rain outside so I really wasn’t in a hurry but when it came over it was very weak 😢 I gave the server the 2 plates with the cakes and explained they were also not edible but he actually shrugged his shoulders … I did not ask for a refund but I felt I should have been offered one as I bought items that I could not eat or drink but since we were out of the rain for 45 mins or so I took it as spending £10 to keep dry and not much else. Been going to Blackpool for 50 years and I expect different levels of service & quality but this was another level so I felt strongly enough to review. Disappointed diner.
