We encountered no problems here, the staff were pleasant and helpful. We visited at 5.30 in the school holidays and found a table with no problems. The food order was correct even the customisations. Best chili wrap I've had, they are usually thrown together and half full.

We have just visited for breakfast. The service was welcoming, the cafe looked very clean, tidy and well stocked, and the food was delivered hot and promptly. We ordered a sausage bap and coffee, and a bacon bap with hot chocolate. £3.50 for a breakfast bap and a brew is a bargain! Thanks.

I’ve been coming here for about 17 years. The food is always great and the owner friendly and welcoming. Always an enjoyable experience. Popped in for breakfast recently and ordered bacon, sausage, mushrooms and tomato on a ciabatta. Different than expected and utterly delicious!

Louise and the team supplied food for my dad's birthday party. The food was amazing, we had a curry and a hotpot as well as sandwiches and some cooked chicken. Louise was great to deal with, so orginised and adaptable. Louise dealt directly with the venue to arrange collection so we didn't have to worry about it the next day. Definitely recommend for any catering needs. Thanks Louise!

Ive been to this McDonald's dozens of times over the years but only ever through the drive-through. This time i went inside with my daughter. And i was very pleasantly surprised. Its by far the nicest, well set out, clean McDonald's ive been to. The staff were very nice and friendly and super helpful. Over all i had a lovely experience with well cooked food and a calm atmosphere. if you haven't tried the jaffa cake McFluffy then your missing out lol.

I came in today and had a chai tea latte with some suggestions from the barista. It was one of the BEST Starbucks drink I’ve ever had. Defo found my new favourite drink 👍

Entered this eatery and was amazed initially by the sausage rolls. This led me to the counter where there were lots of delightful foods to tempt the taste buds. The food looked fresh, crisp, colourful, and wonderous. We were served quickly, and we sat and eagerly awaited our food. OMG... amazing. Place gets very busy peak times but well worth any wait.

I ordered a coffee and some jammy shortbreads. All served with a laugh and a smile. Friendly and happy staff. Restaurant nice and clean. Will definitely use this Costa again!

Overall, my family and I had a pleasant experience, but there are a few points I'd like to highlight. Firstly, I must commend the quality of your beverages. I tried the White Chocolate & Strawberry Hot Milkshake for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed. My brother also enjoyed his Salted Caramel Coffee Hot Milkshake. Both were delicious and represented good value for money. However, I'd like to address a minor point regarding the closing time policy. As the evening drew to a close, we were kindly asked to finish our drinks. While I understand the need to close up, it would have been appreciated if we were allowed to savor the last sips of our beverages before departing. Allowing customers to finish their drinks, even after closing time, would enhance the overall experience. Despite this, I want to express my gratitude to the staff member who provided us with hot chocolate cups so we could enjoy the last drops of our milkshakes. Her kindness was appreciated and exemplified excellent customer service. In conclusion, our visit to Costa Coffee in Stockport was enjoyable, and we look forward to returning. Additionally, we're excited to explore the Costa Coffee branch in Manchester to see what it has to offer. Thank you for providing a welcoming environment and delicious beverages. Costa Coffee in Birkdale is truly the best coffee stop for cyclists! The moment you step in, you're greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The coffee is always top-notch, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Whether you're refueling after a long ride or just need a quick pick-me-up, this place is perfect. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making it a must-visit spot for anyone cycling through Birkdale. Highly recommended!

Not been here for a while! What an amazing change. Order your food from the menu point take a number disk and get a table. Had the small breakfast with poached egg and bf had fried bread and fried egg. Pot of tea does 2 cups per person. Food arrived quickly and lovely and hot. Lovely bright cafe and looks a lot better than before. Seems bigger because they removed the chilled cabinets and hot counter. Drinks had their own area of preparation from the food. Really choice of food and drinks.

What an absolutely fantastic addition to Birkdale! Cove is a modern, independent, high quality and yet casual, brunch, lunch, and coffee option. Based out of an old bank, they've done an excellent job of decoration, and have blended the building's traditional features with modern design in a great way. There's seating downstairs and more upstairs overlooking the main area, as well as more seating outside. The food was excellent and there was a good variety. You could really tell the quality of the ingredients they were using. There's also a selection of amazing pastries from a Liverpool bakery that are just outstanding. Coffee was good, with nice latte art, and nice modern mugs that were appropriately selected for the drinks in question. I think the extraction is a little off (not much flavour) and the temperature too high, but these are minor points and somewhat personal preference. I'd rank Cove as doing the best coffee in the area. Staff were friendly, highchairs were available, and the general vibe was just perfect. Easily my new favourite spot in Birkdale!

Went there two weeks ago. What a little gem of a place!! Lovely staff. Excellent basic food ,at a very reasonable price. Bloody marvellous, for the price. Will be back.

Been a few times recently for breakfast before work. Would highly recommend. I get a sausage and bacon barm and everytime it’s been lovely and well cooked.
