In our top 3 brunch places WORLDWIDE. We had their açaí bowl & the brioche sandwich. Both of them were jaw dropping good. Service is super sweet and as people have mentioned you get served water pretty much as soon as you sit down. The interior design is also beautifully done. Can’t recommend this place enough for any brunch enthusiasts! And that’s coming from a big foodie haha.

Delightful cafe bar located in the square. Quick fast service, providing water on the table immediately. A great stop for a brunch and a cafe pit stop. Will certainly return for more another day. Great service, great location.

Service was very fast and the waitress was very kind and polite. The food was quite good and the vegan options are clearly labeled. They offer sourdough bread and all ingredients are fresh.

Very nice bar! We were looking for a little snack for the day trip to Agios Nikolaos and found this Cafe Bar. For little money we got more than just snack but the most delicious tortilla, club sandwich and pancakes that we ever had!

The coffee here is excellent, and Panagiwtis, the barista, is highly skilled and knowledgeable. They offer V60 & ice drip brewing methods as well !

They really care. If you ask they reserve sun-beds for you and be sure you will not for order too-long. Jorgos is always available and you can feel like in good hotel.

Breakfast at Deja Vu Lounge Cafe in Agios Nikolaos was an absolute treat. We almost missed out when we initially did not see the fried squid we wanted, but the nice gentleman showed it to us in an another menu. Afterwards the food and drinks were very nice and the prices were pleasant as well. Very calm family atmosphere all around.

One of my favourite places in Aghios Nikolaos...morning, afternoon , or night...its tempting to sit here all day! The welcome is so friendly and the service is great. Laid-back atmosphere by the beach, with beautiful views of the mountains. Highly recommended!

We visited Ano Kato with my family from Holland. We wanted to come back to this place because of their nice decoration, extraordinary view, nice coffee and last but not least super friendly and helpful staff. We ordered Greek sweet pastries ( baklava and karaifi with ice-cream) to try and they were delicious as well. The best frappe ( Greek cold coffee) with ice-cream my father said 👍.

Very nice familar place for drinking a good Coffee. Great view over the lake. Worth to take the steps to lower floor. Ambiente is cute and the atmosphere makes you feel comfortabel.

Very nice place to visit - it's located in front of the lake, so you will have very good view. During day time when it's warm, you can sit at the balcony, during evening if it's cold - inside of the kafe. It has 2 floors, as I understood downstairs there are some table games for children. In menu there are yogurt, crepes, snacks, coffee and different drinks.

Amazing view, super nice and friendly staff/ owners. - and we had by far the most delicious baklava. We can highly recommend this cute café.

We discovered this place while searching for somewhere to watch a match, and it delivered. It's a great spot for live games, though it can get a bit crowded, which adds to the lively atmosphere. The food was decent overall, but the standout was definitely the Chicken Gyro, absolutely delicious !

Very nice setting. Good food and service. Right on the beach. They serve also on sunbeds marked with their name. A separate girl collects the small fee for the sunbeds. Have had lunch here on many occasions and also dinner. Recommended.

We didn't eat here, but it was great service relaxing on the beach and having a cool drink whilst the kids swam in the sea. Sheltered bay, so easy access to the water. Clean toilets inside too.

By the old gods and the new, this was a feast fit for a king. Truly, the finest meal across all seven kingdoms and beyond the Wall!

Had the BEST chocolate soufflé with a lovely view. And fresh orange juice. But the soufflé was the highlight.

Good service, great food and had dishes that we didn't see else where in Agios Nikolaos. The prices was also very fair. I had the beef stew/Stafido and that was very delicious.

An excellent restaurant where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the delicious specialties of traditional Greek cuisine. All compliments to the chef. The entire staff led by the owner is very pleasant and kind, to the extent that you will feel like you are visiting relatives in the most positive sense. Enjoying this restaurant and Kitroplatia are definitely the best memories from my vacation in Agios Nikolaos.

This is a fantastic beach bar with top quality food and drinks at reasonable prices. We were here nearly every day on our holiday and on beach days. Portions are very generous so it’s a great value for money. Staff were also lovely every time we called in.

I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Food, service, atmosphere. All good. The young man serving us was such a professional. Nice smile, great demeanor, excellent service. The food, what can I say? The portions were large and very tasty! And the fries? Very crispy, perfection! I will go again.

I have spotted this place form my previous visit to Votsalo beach and I was spot on! The place is usually pretty busy and we were informed that there might be a delay in service. From sitting to eating we waited for less than 30 minutes, so the kitchen and service work like a charm. The tastes and cooking were great, you can easily find imperfections in almost every restaurant but here we found none. Well prepared dishes, solid flavors, and to the spot cooking times. Will visit again for sure!

Really enjoyed votsalo i can highly recommend this place, they have a perfect location with beach and snorkeling access and a charming little btidge and cave system we will explore tomorrow. If i can walk

Popped in for a coffee on a day trip to the area. The cafe is very clean, the staff are nice. The coffee was delicious and a good size for the price. I was surprised they didn't provide water with the coffee as most other coffee shops tend to in Crete

You have to try the Loukoades. It’s like their local donut made with traditional honey and syrup. Light fluffy and not overly sweet. The staff was extremely friendly definitely a great spot to grab a coffee smoothies, and the light treat.

I would put a lower rate if it's possible. The quality is low and prices are the most expensive in my whole time in Greece. Extremely overpriced and for what? Pastries were average and the filtered coffee for 4euro. Rio off ... Avoid at any cost

Good chicken puff pastry and frappe. Took forever to get a chocolate waffle and it was extremely sweet.

I think this is the only place in Agios Nikolaos that offers sugar free and gluten free products, and it’s vegan friendly as well! It is a perfect place for a good coffee! Don’t miss a local special - loukoumadas here, they are the best! We were coming back here all the time and had very good crepes and ice creams in the evening. The staff is helpful and hospitality is on the top level.

Beautiful shakes. Well made coffee. Lovely view. Good place to stop for a break in a long drive. Not a lot of food options. Some pastries sweet and savory. Not many options. The service is excellent, friendly and like the name indicates, with a smile.

Roadside café, not the perfect location, but the coffee, the pastries, the service and the staff are well worth the stop. In the back you also have a great seaview.

Super Café as a stop on a way to the Airport. Very tasty Croissant (it is closer to western European Croissant taste than in other cretan bakeries), fantastic Spinach pie, cleab toilets. Top 👍

Good espresso from the famous brand. It is the best espresso from arabica in this village, the baristas are good. In the other cafe we found Hausbrandt with robusta. The waitress is very hospitable. We were here more than 8 times, every time happy. Thank you! Greetings from France!

We stopped by this local taverna in Neapolis for lunch and had a pleasant experience. It’s a very simple, no-frills place, but conveniently located with parking nearby. We ordered some Greek classics — gyros, pork belly, tzatziki, olives, and a Greek salad. The portions were generous and the prices very fair, so the overall value for money was great. The food was tasty and fresh, even if not outstanding, and the service was friendly and fast. As a nice touch, they served some fruit for dessert on the house. Perfect for a quick, authentic Greek lunch without breaking the bank.

We came here due to good reviews and it was on the way to our next destination on the road trip. Spaghetti bolognese was recommended by the waiter. My partner selected the local pasta. Long story short: Ok service, nasty food without taste, looked old, dry cheese on the side, dry bread. This was at 3/4pm on a Wednesday. Hard to believe they serve this kind of food with all these great reviews. We left our plates as on the photo, hard to eat but starving after a long day. Waiter didn’t ask how the food was, guess he knew already. 20€ wasted.

Fantastic dishes and service! We had the daily specials- Beef Stifado, Meatballs, Pork & vegetables, and garden beans vegetables. The food came very fast and we got free chocolate cake and fresh water melon slices. Highly recommended!!

Just great! Pure traditional dishes prepared with the traditional recipes, fine raw materials, a great variety of selection, for vegetarians too. Don't hesitate to order the day specials, they really are 😃. From the standard menu, try the stuffed vines leaves or the stuffed zucchini flowers, the pork skewer, the fried meat balls (keftedakia), the cheese balls.

Food was lovely and large portions. Great prices, we ordered 2 appetisers and 2 meals and it cost us around €30 Plate of mixed starters and dessert for free too! Would definitely recommend

Delicious lunch in a great location in the Square in Neapoli. Service was excellent and had the specials of the day which were excellent, good wine and it was amazing value. Would definitely visit again.

Lovely fresh produce. A finely stocked bakery and patisserie. Great value and nice location. The lady serving us was pleasant enough. Probably didn't quite understand our silly English language.

Really badly made, not fresh desserts. Avoid! On top of getting my order wrong, which I realised too late when I was back at home already, the desserts were stale, literally having spent days in that fridge. And even if they were fresh they still would've have been an appealing choice having been produced with the use of an inferior recipe and raw materials. I ordered koks (Greek profiterole consisting of pastry cream, chocolate glaze and syrup). A true waste of money. Avoid at all cost.

This restaurant was very nice! We had something to eat and drink and we got free snacks like popcorn when ordered beer as well as free water when we ordered coffee. The food was fantastic as well. I really can recommand this place.

We had ice cream, milk shakes and virgen colada. This last drink was not tasty, only made with pine apple, super mini size with a lot … too many ice cubes …I told the waitress and she didn’t care at all. She said that it was made like that!

Such a lovely little place! We come here daily for a morning snack, coffee and fresh orange juice. Everything is delicious, personnel is very friendly and service-minded, prices are good. All in all nice experience :).
