Water & Amusement Parks
Theme Parks
Gardaland Resort is a renowned amusement park located in Castelnuovo del Garda, Verona. Established in 1975, it has gained international recognition and is considered one of the top amusement parks globally. Situated on the shores of Lake Garda, it spans 46 hectares and features a wide array of attractions and themed areas suitable for all ages. The park offers numerous shows daily, themed restaurants, and beautifully landscaped surroundings.
Gardaland Park offers an intense and unforgettable experience for the entire family. As evidenced by the fact that two days were not enough to do everything, the park's enormous size guarantees an endless variety of attractions and activities. Convenience and accessibility are the name of the game at Gardaland. Entry is exceptionally fast, and within the park, you’ll find food stalls and restaurants on every corner, so there’s always a place to rest and eat. Additionally, the park is technologically advanced and offers two useful apps: one for easy navigation inside the park and another for downloading photos taken on the rides, which adds to the experience and provides fun souvenirs. The variety of attractions is indeed for all ages, but it's important to note that most rides are suited for those 100 cm (3.3 ft) tall and above. Therefore, it's wise to plan accordingly. Even so, the park provides a diverse experience for both parents and children. As mentioned, the most worthwhile option is to purchase tickets directly at the box office. In conclusion, Gardaland is a highly recommended destination. It's a very enjoyable experience for parents and children, and it is highly recommended to take two days if possible, to have enough time to enjoy everything this vast place has to offer.

We had an absolutely fabulous day at the Gardaland! You feel like in a fairytale, and all the roller coasters are very exciting! 😍 I recommend going on a (rainy) weekday, so the queues are shorter and you manage to see everything. Feel free to skip the Jumanji Adventure ride though, it’s not quite worth a 40+ minute wait.
Anastasiia K — Google review
Another amazing amusememt park for kids and older as well. Rides get pretty busy with the nice weather, like in every resort. I wish there was a better overview what each ride offers - we waited 90 minutes for Jumanji adventure, which was absolutely no advanture plus it was all in Italian. Other than that, only 4 rides required height over 140, few over 130. Make sure to check these requirements before going. Also, buying tickets outside od the official venue office is cheaper so look for those selling points in the city.
Katja T — Google review
We visited Gardaland on a Wednesday and had an amazing time! 🎢 The waiting time for each ride was less than 15 minutes, which made the whole experience super smooth. The official app showing live queue times was very helpful — it helped us plan our route efficiently and enjoy more rides. The park is clean, beautifully themed, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and organized, and there were plenty of food options and rest areas. Both the kids and adults had a blast — from the thrilling roller coasters to the fun family attractions. Highly recommend visiting on a weekday if possible — short queues, great atmosphere, and so much fun! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Yan Z — Google review
Fantastic for kiddies as there is a great balance of calmer rides with ease of motion while still holding very good production value. The adult rides too are equally fantastic. I hold the overall experience below Europa park however and wouldn't go too far out of my way to visit it.
Aaron C — Google review
So much fun, there's something for everyone. We also went during weekday in October, there was minimal queue and wait time even on popular rides. Absolutely recommended visiting if you have kids and are in the area.
Hendy O — Google review
We had such a fantastic time at Gardaland! The park is full of magic, excitement, and plenty of things to do for both kids and adults. There are so many attractions from thrilling rides to fun games that kept us entertained all day. The decorations and themed areas are beautiful and immersive, making it feel like stepping into another world. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well-organized despite the crowds. It’s also worth mentioning that the park is very clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of places to relax, grab food, or cool down.If you’re visiting Italy with kids, Gardaland is absolutely worth it. We left with big smiles and a new fluffy friend. we recommend
Andreea N — Google review
I am sure that a family would love this place...my wife and stayed at the Gardaland hotel, and rode the bus to the park in the morning (bus runs every 16 minutes) We love roller coasters and these did not disappoint. The atmosphere is very family friendly and the park is very well cared for (it's clean!) over all a great experience.

Park
Parco Natura Viva, located between Pastrengo and Bussolengo near Lazise, offers a unique experience with its Auto-Safari Park where visitors can drive through and observe lions, tigers, monkeys, and various bird species. The park also features a zoo housing a wide variety of animals and an impressive dinosaur park with life-sized replicas.
Great zoo experience at Lake Garda! We were genuinely impressed by this zoo. The grounds are spacious and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room for the animals. You can tell that animal welfare is a top priority here – the enclosures are large, clean, and provide lots of shade. The animals looked healthy and well cared for, and many were easy to observe without feeling like their space was compromised. There’s also plenty of shade along the walking paths, which makes the visit pleasant even on hot days. The layout is clear and well signposted, and everything feels thoughtfully arranged. The restaurants on site were a pleasant surprise – good food, reasonable prices, and a nice variety to choose from. One small suggestion: it would be great if the large playground had more shaded areas – especially for the little ones during the midday heat. All in all, a fantastic visit and a great day out for all ages. We’ll definitely be back
Alexander L — Google review
Gorgeous park! animals look happy and healthy. It's very large and unfortunately we couldn't see it all cause it started raining heavily and we had to leave 😔 but definitely worth a visit! There's also a fun kids park inside so you can have a bite while the kids play and enjoy some great live music 😊👌🏻
Jodi H — Google review
Took us 4 hours to complete as a couple walking around at a normal pace. If you bring your kids it will easily take an entire day, the place is massive and has a lot to offer. The animals have a lot of space and you can tell they are taken good care of. Can highly recommend visiting!
Benjamin H — Google review
A must-visit! Parco Natura Viva is a beautiful nature park with great habitats for animals. I highly recommend adding the photo safari option (a small extra charge) – together the park + safari ticket is only €29 and absolutely worth it. My tip: go in the afternoon hours when it’s less hot, for an even better experience.
Simo B — Google review
The park is huge and nicely organized, I was here during the summer so most of the animals were outside and visible. Some of the animals are hidden so you cannot see them, for example lions (there is only one window from where they could be seen) Overall, the zoo is great!
Jakov P — Google review
This is really one of the best zoos that we have ever been to. We were thoroughly impressed with the amount of space that the animals had and the quality of their environments. Most signs were in both Italian and English. The food was not only good but not overpriced like some zoos. It was very hot when we visited though and I do wish that there had been places to fill out water bottles. The Zoo was very easily accessible from Verona by bus.
Scott M — Google review
Absolutely great park! We started with the Safari by own car and continued walking in the park. The park is decided into areas, with corresponding animals. There are sufficient places to eat, drink coffee and toilets. For a hot sunny day 90% you can walk in the shade. The animal areas are well maintained and cared for. Buy your tickets online from official website, saves money and ones you bought the park tickets, you get a link to book the safari. We spend 5 hours in total and still didn’t see everything. So we will visit again. Visited on a Monday within high season, still easy to walk or see animals front row.
Vincenzo — Google review
The biggest ZOO in Italy! You have a 4 hours walk through the park and 40 minutes ride in the safari. Safari is a great experience and must see! We bought the tickets online for the park, safari and parking (in the application). Note: the walk in the park and the safari need to be in the same day. So, if you go one day in the park and want the next one in the safari it won’t be doable.

Caneva Aquapark, situated in Lazise, is a family-friendly waterpark offering an array of attractions such as tube and chute rides, a lazy river, adult pool, and dining options. As Europe's first themed water park, it provides a tropical island ambiance with captivating music, tropical flora, and white sandy beaches. Visitors can enjoy crystal-clear lagoons for swimming and breathtaking slides reaching up to thirty meters high.
This place is really a great location for a family vacation. Several interesting attractions, quite well-organized and with enough restaurant options and toilets. Important notes from my side is to arrive at the entrance no later than 09:45 to be the first in the aquapark, take the sun loungers where you have an umbrella and go straight to the first attractions. You will wait the longest for the crazy river so go there first. The restaurant offer is ok, it is at the level of McDonalds and KFC and it is great that there is also a fresh corner with fruit, it is really great. All in all, if you are nearby, you like water attractions, it is worth visiting.
Mihael S — Google review
We spent the whole Friday at Caneva Aquapark. Overall, it was a fun experience, and the whole family enjoyed it. Parking costs €7 and lockers are also €7 — card payment only. Unfortunately, the biggest attraction was closed for maintenance, which was a bit disappointing. There were quite a lot of people, but surprisingly, we only had to queue for one attraction — the rest of the slides were available with minimal waiting times. If you’re planning to visit, we recommend arriving right at opening time (10:00), as the park closes at 18:00 and the hours pass quickly. There’s a decent food zone — we chose the menu option, which was €12 per person. Not bad at all. The only downside is that the park feels a bit outdated — a full renovation would definitely make a difference. Still, a great day overall!
Andrii R — Google review
Fun day out, the time flys by when you're there so it's worth coming for opening! Although it was a weekday we did have to queue up to 30 mins for some slides. The majority of slides are for thrill seekers, they are very intense! The black hole 2, they make you weigh yourself in front of everyone to decide whether you can go down or not. If you know you are over 80kg and want to avoid being weighed in front of everyone and being turned away then do not attempt to go on this slide. Luckily, the rest of the slides did not have a weight limit from what we saw. There are many food and drink spots dotted around and fairly priced too, however, there are areas where you can eat your own food. There are lockers as you come in for €7 which we found very useful throughout the day. There are plenty of free sun loungers dotted around but can get mostly taken by midday. It is very confusing where to get rings from for slides, you have to find the end of the slide and queue there to then walk up to the start with your ring. I hope that makes sense! Life guards weren't monitoring very well, kids constantly jumping the queues right in front of them and many people doing dangerous things down the slide and having nothing said to them. There are no clocks around the park so be sure to check your phone or take a waterproof watch with you. A positive was that it was my birthday and I got into the park completely free of charge. I only visited the aqua park so can't comment on movie land.
Becky S — Google review
Caneva – fun concept, but absolutely avoid during peak season! The park looks great and offers some cool, original water attractions. But: the crowds, long queues and wait times completely ruin the experience. Lifeguards are glued to their phones, barely watching the pools. The wave pool works for just a few minutes every hour – very underwhelming. After a full day, there's no proper place to shower or change – only a few cold outdoor showers, no real lockers or changing rooms. Bathrooms are in terrible condition. Great idea, but poorly managed in practice. Very disappointing.
Kinga — Google review
Liked it sooo much!!! We did all of the slides at least once besides the most scarry one. We were lucky to visit in a not crowded day, probably because it was not that hot day with rain expected in August (it did rain for an hour which we didnt care). Only one facility had a long queue but later not even this one. Big variaty of slides and facilities for different ages and extreme levels.
Liran A — Google review
Absolute blast from start to finish. Caneva isn’t just a waterpark—it’s a full-day escape where adults get to feel like kids again and kids run wild with glee. The whole place runs like a well-oiled machine: clean facilities, well-marked attractions, and enough shade and seating to keep parents sane. The rides range from mellow to maniac. We hit the big slides first—pure adrenaline and soaked laughter—then drifted through the lazy river to cool down. The wave pool is a riot when it kicks in, and the pirate-themed kids' area is genius. You don’t need to overthink anything here. You show up, slap on sunscreen, and enjoy the chaos. Food’s exactly what you'd expect—burgers, pizza, ice cream—and honestly, it hits the spot when you’re dripping wet and sun-baked. Staff were friendly, lines moved fast, and despite the crowds, it never felt overwhelming. Five stars, no question. If you’re in the area and looking for a fun day in the sun, Caneva delivers. Bring water shoes and lose your dignity on the vertical drop. Totally worth it.
Ross M — Google review
After reading some recent negative comments, I was unsure what to expect, but we had a really good day at the waterpark. There was a great variety of slides to suit everyone, and the queue times were much shorter than expected, especially for the more extreme rides. Everything felt well managed and we were able to enjoy more time on the rides than waiting around. We arrived early and found a good spot to set up for the day. The park was clean and the layout made it easy to get around. The food was reasonably priced and the meal deals, including a beer, were good value. It was nice to have some proper options without paying over the odds. Overall, it was an enjoyable day and definitely worth a visit. I would go again.
Graham B — Google review
Good option of water activities for all ages. Today was super busy within a few minutes of opening as a public holiday. Meaning no free spaces or loungers around the park. Parking is on site and an extra €7 paid cash or card. Easier to buy tickets in advance to both the watermark and movieland. Good smaller rides for little ones and all the big slides had attendants at them. Can take own food or drink but also able to buy on site

Dogana Veneta, also known as the Venetian Customs House, is a historic building in Lazise dating back to the rule of the Serenissima. It once housed a small fleet of boats for traffic control and now stands as an elegant conference center and popular wedding venue on Lake Garda. The building holds significant artistic value with its 14th-century frescoes in the church of San Nicolo and a shrine displaying a Madonna from the 13th century.
Beautiful waterside venue, excellent for company parties and large dinners.

Historical landmark
Porta Cansignorio is one of the three well-preserved gates that provide access to the old medieval city of Lazise, situated on the shores of Lake Garda. The walls offer a stunning view of Lazise and the lake, making it a popular spot for visitors. A walk along the walls is free and takes about an hour to complete. Once you pass through Porta Cansignorio, you step out of the town center into a different but equally splendid area.
(Translated by Google) Together with Porta San Zeno and Porta San Marco, also called Porta del Lion, it is one of the three gates of the old medieval city of Lazise, a lakeside town on Lake Garda. As is easy to imagine, once you pass this gate, you exit the centre. Different from the other two but equally splendid. Nearby is the cozzeria, a place that cooks mussels in a thousand ways. (Translated by Google) Lazise decided to protect itself from incursions with a fortified lakefront and the other 3 sides protected by a city wall, each with an access door and 12 towers. In 1375 the northern section of the wall was the last to be built and its gate was dedicated to Cansignorio della Scala, Lord of Verona who had recently died and is also called the "New Gate". In 1701 to improve the defenses it was walled and reopened only in 1955. The small castle was also built between 1375 and 1381 but it is private property and closed to the public. Movieland Studios is a family-friendly amusement park located in Lazise, Verona. It's part of the CanevaWorld Resort and features movie-themed rides, attractions, and entertainment. The park offers an immersive experience with American-style film sets where visitors can watch spectacular actions performed by professional stuntmen.
This is truly a fun and unique amusement park, featuring complex rides unlike those found in other parks, many inspired by classic movies. You can take pictures with numerous staff members dressed as famous characters. We visited in April mid-week and experienced no queues at all. The park was clean, well-maintained, and we had a fantastic time. In addition to the rides, there are several entertaining shows that can be enjoyed even without understanding Italian.
Hila — Google review
I am extremely surprised by this park. For me it is unique. There are many details and entertainment. It is suitable for children over 100 cm. In total, there are 24 attractions in the park, only 3 of which are for over 140 cm. The shows they organize throughout the day are impressive and will leave you breathless. The US ARMY show was incredible. We visited the park on a hot day. Kudos to everyone who made the waiting areas for the rides shaded. There are cooling systems installed in various places. There are many restaurants and cafes in the park where you can eat. They also sell donuts, ice cream and fruit. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit Caneva Aquapark. If you are staying in Peschiera del Garda, there is a free bus to the park that you can catch from the station.

We visited Movieland Studios on a Sunday and found it to be a great value for money hidden gem! The park may be smaller than some of the mega theme parks, but that’s part of the charm — it gives you a more relaxed, fun-filled experience without the huge crowds. Here are a few of the unique rides/attractions that really stood out: • The truck-stunt “Studio Tour Truck Ride” (also known as Magma 2.1) takes you through real stunt sets at high speed. • The “Kitt Superjet” speed-boat ride on the lake-set, part of their Waterworld themed area — something you don’t see at many parks. Other highlights: the queue times were very reasonable, the atmosphere was lively yet not overwhelming, and for families with kids (or with mixed ages) this park offers a nice balance of thrill + fun + show-elements. In short: if you’re looking for a less-touristy alternative and want something different in the theme-park world, I’d highly recommend giving Movieland Studios a go! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely my favorite amusement park in all Italy! I saw it growing over the years and even though it already reached quite a lot of popularity long time ago, the owners are still constantly investing in new attractions, experiences and thematic areas. Basically, it’s like having a piece of Universal Studios near Garda lake. A true gem in Italy. This park has it all, from Thrill attractions to family friendly rides, even reaching Scare houses and live stunt shows! They literally have stuntmen who will take you for a boat ride or get you a lift on a military truck. Additionally, Movieland often organizes seasonal and special events like American Beer Festival, Halloween, Christmas… with no extra costs on the ticket! Keep an eye out for them as they’re incredibly worth it. A final recommendation, don’t miss the daily US army stunt show performance. I don’t wanna ruin you the experience saying more, but trust me, these guys are fire! 🔥

Visited during a weekday which was not very busy so we had time to visit many attractions and rides. Shows are professionally performed liked the KITT speedboat ride and the Rambo show. Disaster and Magma are also great rides. The price for a day is very worth it.

Caveat to my 5 star rating; It's for families (4 stars for everyone else) I did not have high hopes for this place seeing as it was so close to Gardaland i was thinking it would be a few false walled streets, a few Italian takes on American food (alla Wild Wild West, blah!) and a couple of rides for tiny kids and the rest that we wouldn't be able to go on. I was so wrong, the place is massive, the food was surprisingly good and reasonably priced (we ate at Daytona RACEturant and were served by robot waiters. I will say that I found it refreshing that there were places to sit everywhere, where people need to wait for others on rides, just random tables and chairs under shade and at every entrance and exit - I loved this even if I didn't take advantage as much as I would have liked (too busy!). Y'all people need to sit when they have been waiting in line and walking all day. We have a one child of 100cms and one of 120cms and apart from like 2/3 out of the 24 attractions (about 5/6 out of 24 for the little one) - we could at least in part enjoy them all. I will say that I'm not sure if 100cms is really right for some of the more action rides (magma 2) but my kids loved being whipped from left to right, just hold them tight and try not to shake the baby. Some of the rides were a little worn and old fashioned but there was a nice mix of more modern 5D experiences and classic rollercoasters/rides but the thing they excelled in was the shows. I was not expecting the shows to be any good but I was proven wrong in the first minute and they just got more spectacular as the day went on (don't miss the USA army show, they throw a plane - THEY THROW A PLANE!). There were stunt people, pyrotechnics and speedboats for that one, live singers and dancers for others and they were all very good. the spectacles were spectacular, some as good as anything I've seen in America in the big parks. As I said before, I think this place is great for families as a lot of the rides and cinema experiences are kid friendly and that worked for us. I've never been to a place where even our little one can do everything with us and we didn't need to try to manage our day around separate activities for her and her brother so this was a rare pleasure. For just older people on their own, it's still good but be prepared. We will definitely be going back, I loved it.

We had such a great time with the whole family. The attractions were fun and well-organized, and the staff were friendly. Just a heads-up for anyone visiting in June—the sun can be quite strong, so make sure to bring sunscreen and stay hydrated. Definitely worth the visit!

Aquarium
Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium, inaugurated in 2008 and located near Gardaland's main park, offers a captivating interactive journey to explore creatures from freshwater and saltwater habitats worldwide. The aquarium features 40 themed tanks showcasing over 5,000 creatures from a hundred different species. Visitors can marvel at sea lions, clownfish, starfish, and other fascinating marine life in perfectly recreated environments.
We hadn’t planned to visit here, but the combo ticket we bought included the aquarium—and we ended up loving it. Inside you’ll find a wide variety of unique fish, plus a walk-through tunnel where sharks and other species glide right over your head. The exhibits are thoughtfully designed, with several interactive stations for kids. My favorite feature was the activity where children color a fish, scan it, and then watch it swim across a giant digital aquarium on the screen.

Great aquarium. Visited during weekday on sunny day, no lines or huge number of people. Fair prices compared to size of park. Parking at large area of Garda land, take far right and you can park close to entrance. Buy your tickets online, saves money and waiting line.

I had a truly great experience here. Some of the sea horses were among the most beautiful and fascinating I have ever seen, gracefully swimming around in their tanks. The aquarium also hosts impressive large sharks and playful seals, making the visit both exciting and memorable. All in all, it is definitely a must-visit attraction if you are already traveling to Lake Garda, as it adds a unique highlight to the trip.

This is one of the best aquariums I have ever been to - the variety of animals there was spectacular. I strongly recommend visiting if you want to see a different perspective of aquatic animals. (Note: I could not add al the photos and videos because Google would not let me)

Nice smaller aquarium. Lots of variety, nice there's a café at the end with plenty of seating. Air conditioned, so it's a great break on a hot day. Kids are sure to enjoy it!
Richard — Google review
The place is a bit of dissapointment. We were expecting to see much more. They still have a lot of different sea species, but most of the times you see the biggest water tank from few different angles. The outdoor show was full already 30 minutes before the start, so if you want to see it, make sure to be there early enough. But if you are looking for something to spend an hour or two on rainy day, this can be intresting for you. Car park is 10€, so keep that in mind if you are planing for a short visit.

Myself, my wife and our almost two year old son visited Gardaland Sea Life. It was amazing. Our son loved it especially. It’s great for kids. Our son started to cry (very loud) about half way through and one very kind staff member came over and distracted him with a toy. Then he brought him over to the tank and told him all about the fish. There is also a section where children can colour in a fish. You scan the page and then the fish appears on a screen where you can see the coloured fish swimming around. Would recommend to anyone with or without kids.

Porta Brescia (1551–1558) is one of the main entrances to the fortress, steeped in history and surrounded by a moat of shimmering water. Lined with vibrant flowers year-round, the approach is as charming as it is imposing. It’s awe-inspiring to stand before it and imagine the sheer thickness and strength of the fortress walls, built to withstand centuries of conflict and time.

This review is from 3 years ago at the time I wrote this (reason -made a new google review focused account): Very beautiful place. However a common issue was the honesty and people: -all the stores sold the same clothes with different pricing -at the parking there was a guy ''acting like he worked there'' and wanted money from you for showing you a parking spot. Nice spot, not so nice people.

Jodi H — Google review
After a telephone inquiry about the thermal baths and sauna area, when it was confirmed that they were open, we agreed to accept the price of €40 for everything. At the cashier's office, we were told that the saunas were closed, so we paid, saying that we accepted that. However, the impression of the entire thermal bath was very low, considering the price ratio. Yes, the park and location are very beautiful, but otherwise it is not worth the price, keep in mind that it is a natural swimming pool and even the buildings with changing rooms and the buffet are well below the level of what you would expect for this price. After 1.5 hours, we left in disgust. They do not have a lower entrance fee here, for example for 2 hours.
Olga K — Google review
Why charge more at the entrance versus paying online?? If you search on Google Maps you can find sites online for about €6 less than paying at the gate. At the entrance the charge was €40 but online I paid €34.20 which I did on my phone as I stood outside. Management, do yourself a favor and charge everybody the same price. I'm sure you're also paying a commission when people book on third-party sites, so I really don't get why you are both giving away so much money to third parties plus charging less online when you could just charge less to begin with and everybody would be happier. If you're paying your employees to be at the gate anyway, why not just let people have some happier human interaction for once instead of pushing everybody to do everything online. That would certainly be more aligned with a theme of wellness that you promote with a thermal park. Not to mention the additional €5 fee if you want to use a chair.
John T — Google review
Definitely worth every penny. My wife, 6 year older daughter, and my self enjoyed 6 hours here. The park is beautiful. The water is waaaaarm/hot. Everything is clean. Pretty. Comfortable. We were here in the high season (late July) and there were surprisingly few people, which was nice since we didn’t feel crowded in any way. Would definitely recommend this for somebody who wants to swim in beautiful clean chlorine-free water, in something that feels like natural lakes, with little waterfalls, caves, and beautiful fauna all over.

We found this place unplanned, when we could not access Lago de Garda beach anywhere because of camping or whatever… the June 11 was super hot 30 degrees, we was tired and hot, did not know where to swim and we came here around 18:30 both tickets for two 33 e each and had amazing, quiet Spa in open air ain termal water with 36, 37, 39 degrees sarounded by pain trees and almost no people, we had our spa chill afternoon, we stayed til 21:00 but ypu can stay til 22:00 or 22:30 :) you can take your own food and drinks, there is a snacks shop and cocktails inside, children family friendly, spacious and shadow ow sunn beds, all included in the price. Showers, wc, hair dryer. Just bring your towel, slipers, soap or shampoo, but it might be available there. Restaurant works only in the weekends. Just amazing chill place in the nature. You can choose other things packages with inside sauna, massage or other.

Thermal baths here are definitely worth the money for the day! If you plan accordingly, can enjoy the whole day picnicking in the park and lounging in the warm water and exploring the cave!
Pascalle F — Google review
Absolutely not worth the 40 Eur entry price. Everything costs extra (+40 sauna, +10 pool, +35 salt cave… even the lockers cost 3 Euros extra, which is not even annoying because of the money but because you have to get in line for the keys!). There’s “only” an artificial lake in a big beautiful park, with the “pantheon” part, which is lovely, but again, not worth the price. The changing rooms are tiny and overcrowded, the quality of the food is abysmal. I have to say that we are used to Therme di Merano which is a million times better for a fraction of the price. Compared to that this place feels like a joke.

Nestled in the picturesque region of Lake Garda, Casa Vitivinicola Tinazzi has a rich history that dates back to the late 1960s. Founded by Eugenio Tinazzi in Cavaion Veronese, this winery has evolved significantly over the decades. His son, Gian Andrea Tinazzi, joined him at just 18 years old and played a pivotal role in expanding both production and market reach.
Best winetasting with great guide Frederico! We booked the Valpollicella experience, which included 4 wines. He already opended a few wines in a tasting that morning, so he extended our tasting with another two wines. He took all the time in the world for us, answered all of our questions and knew a lot about the wines. If you want an authentic, not too commercial, but high quality experience, don’t miss out on Tinazzi! Thanks again Frederico!!!

My family is originally from Veneto and I always try wines from this region. This is, by far, the best Valpolicella Ripasso - or even one of the best wines - I've ever had. I wish I could thank you personally for this superb piece of art. Kindest regards, Antonio Miranda - Cooper City, Florida - USA

I visited Lake Garda in October, and because my time was limited, I reviewed more than a dozen wineries before finally choosing Tinazzi. The experience ended up far exceeding my expectations. Before the visit, I arranged the appointment and tasting list with Mr. Federico. He was exceptionally patient and curated a selection that matched our preferences perfectly. On the day of the visit, his warm and detailed explanations added even more to the experience. As for the wines, Tinazzi’s premium labels are undoubtedly outstanding. What truly surprised me, however, were the entry-level and mid-range bottles. You can clearly sense the winemaker’s skill in overcoming the common shortcomings often found in wines from this region at those price tiers—remarkably well done. Many thanks again to Mr. Federico. Visiting the Tinazzi winery became one of the most memorable highlights of my entire trip.

St. Zeno Gate is the entrance to the city walls of Lazise, leading to its historic center. It holds historical significance as it was lowered by the Viscontis and Gonzagas after their victory over the Venetians, symbolizing their superiority. The illuminated gate creates a beautiful evening effect. The village itself is well-maintained and worth visiting on weekdays to avoid crowds.

Villa La Bagatta is a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle, offering top-notch wines and a stunning facility. The location right on Lake Garda provides an incredible backdrop for a stay, with simple yet clean rooms contributing to the familiar and welcoming ambiance. The possibility of celebrating outdoors or in a tent with music until midnight makes it an ideal wedding location, set in a large park by the lake.
We spent a week there in September '24 - what a nice place!! Direct access to the lake with a little harbour for sports-boats and a little private beach. We also enjoyed a wine tasting with the owner including a gorgeous sunset! Breakfast is very good and rich! All staff is really friendly and helpful! So you can enjoy both, the party zones in Lazise and around as well as the calm and quite atmosphere in La-Bagatta!

The location is unique—amazing panoramas, good wine, vast grounds with lake access—there's none of the typical Lake Garda hassle. The guests were thrilled. All of our guests were able to stay overnight on site, which is great for a wedding. A few rooms are still a bit rustic and could use some renovation, but the rest are top-notch. The winery is run by a friendly German family who do everything possible to ensure their guests' satisfaction. The breakfast was also very good. We will definitely come back. Azienda Agricola Le Ginestre is a fantastic destination for a peaceful vacation. Barbara and Marco are excellent hosts, providing a warm welcome to families with two children. The apartments offer comfort, while the garden with its refreshing pool presents an ideal space for kids to play or enjoy meals in the shade. The vineyard boasts a wide selection of delicious wines available for tasting, along with their exquisite olive oil.
We stayed at Le Ginestre in July for a week and we absolutely loved it. Barbara and Gian Luca were excellent hosts and we enjoyed having their wines every day. They were very accommodating to our scared rescue puppy as well. The place is well equipped and the ceiling fan as well as the AC were much appreciated in the summer heat. We really liked the parking situation and the many different options to sit and enjoy the weather on the property. Gian Luca cleaned the pool regularly during our stay and it was amazing to just lay by the pool and enjoy the wines. The place is close to Lazise city center, Verona and many super markets and attractions. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much!

We booked a wine tasting at Le Ginestre with some friends during the week before our wedding in Lazise and it was one of the highlights of the week! We tasted 6 different wines in total (whites, rosés, sparkling and reds) and all were honestly delicious. Barbara and Marco were wonderful hosts, taking the time to chat and answer all the many questions we had (some of our friends are quite into wine, so had no shortage of questions) and always with a smile. We didn't feel hurried in the slightest, and even got to try some of Le Ginestre's own olive oil (apparently a venture they are still exploring, but already really good!) There was no pressure to buy, but everyone in our group decided to purchase at least a few bottles, and we would happily order again if possible. Our only regret was that we weren't staying at their amazing looking agriturismo with its pool nestled right next to the vines. Next time we'll definitely be staying there! We would highly recommend wine tastings and the wine itself at Le Ginestre to anyone in the area!

Villa Bottona is a renowned villa located in close proximity to camping la Quercia. This magnificent estate, known as "Bottona," gets its name from the barrels that are kept in the basement, showcasing a revival of medieval times. The villa boasts an impressive park and offers visitors the opportunity to indulge in high-quality organic wine. Don't miss out on trying their delightful sparkling rose!
Good biologic wine. Try the sparkeling rose !

(Translated by Google) The guys who take care of the production and sale of wine and oil, Luca and Julia, are very knowledgeable and helpful, they manage to transport you into the history and traditions of Villa Bottona with their words. The products are of excellent quality and at affordable prices. Recommended to discover true native products of Lake Garda. In particular, we recommend the DOP oil and the vineyard tour experience.

Villa Bottona is a must-visit experience for wine and beauty lovers! The direct sales point is located inside the splendid Natiia Wine Relais, a charming place completely surrounded by their vineyards. In addition to producing excellent wines, they also make a fantastic olive oil in this corner of paradise. A unique atmosphere for tasting and buying high-quality products. Highly recommended!

(Translated by Google) Villa Bottona is a happy place. A place that feels like family, that you immediately feel is yours and that welcomes you into the wonderful nature of eastern Garda. It's not just wine, it's not just oil, but above all it's commitment, dedication, tradition and research. Research how to transport the aromas and flavors of this part of Veneto to your home. And what can I say... they really succeed. (Original) Villa Bottona è un posto felice. E che dire... ci riescono eccome.

(Translated by Google) The farmer sells his own wines and olive oil of high quality. He explains everything and passes on a lot of knowledge; he relies on organic farming. Very good quality, you can't find something like this in the supermarket, you should appreciate the fact that something like this still exists, in a time where everything relies on business and commerce. Bravo keep it up Luca (Original) Der Bauer verkauft selbst seine Weine und Oliven Öl von hoher Qualität . Er erklärt alles und gibt viel Wissen weiter , er setzt auf Biologischen Anbau . (Translated by Google) The DI - the stupidest AI that Google has - is reluctant to be published. Nice experience, ala Jurassic Park, you drive through the terrain in a throttled jeep and are accompanied or surprised by dinosaurs. The vehicle is so-called laser-controlled, which means that the distances to vehicles in front and behind are controlled. It's a shame that some switch boxes are carelessly placed right next to the animated figures - a camouflage net would help. Otherwise the journey is an experience - ATTENTION - be sure to hold on when you sit in the back. There are queuing times (NO seating options) of 90 minutes if you are already at the beginning. When you stand in the "mountain" there are fans, but also a relatively loud sound system with a nice "informative" video that you are exposed to exclusively in Italian and English for the next 60 minutes. To then end up with the cars. If you don't want to drive yourself, try to get in touch with the excuse that you just want to "ride along" (there is room for 4 people in the back of each jeep). Maybe that will make the management think ahead and 90 minutes of unnecessary standing around will be a thing of the past.

(Translated by Google) Some people might be familiar with this slide from the fail video on YouTube. Before you can get started, you first have to pick up the double slide at the exit of the slide and then carry it up to the slide tower. Once there, the sword has to sit in the front (can end up stupid, especially with couples (we experienced it ourselves :D)). From here it goes steeply downhill only to climb back up over a hill to the exit. It's not uncommon for people to not make it over the hill and then commute to get out via the emergency exit.

(Translated by Google) 3-lane slide to be done free-body, sometimes indoors. Lots of curves, fun but... 3 stars because in the end the slides are probably too flat (or worn or there is little water flow, I didn't quite understand) and it happens (it happened to me and shortly after to others too) to find people standing on the slide. Bad, inconceivable as there is a lifeguard at the bottom to watch who arrives and one at the top who makes them leave. Result: a bruise on the arm in an attempt not to run over the person who was left almost 5 meters from the end of the slide...
