Garden
Nestled in the charming town of Eze, Alpes-Maritimes, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France, Le Jardin Exotique is a breathtaking mountaintop garden that offers stunning views of the ocean. This botanical paradise showcases an impressive collection of Mediterranean, African, and American cacti and succulents. The centerpiece is a towering 13-meter cactus that captivates visitors.
A stunning garden with breathtaking views! This place is truly a must-see. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the panoramic views are absolutely unforgettable. For a smoother experience, I recommend buying your entrance tickets at the bottom of the hill—lines can get quite busy at the main entrance. Don’t miss this gem!
Dragan T — Google review
This exotic garden with a panaromic view of the Cap-Ferrat Peninsula and an extensive selection of botanical plants is the most scenic thing in Côte d'Azur. There are multiple options to book tickets: online, a counter at the bottom of the Èze village, and at the entrance of the garden. Since mobile network was very weak, it is advisable to book tickets beforehand. The garden is very well place marked with labels of plants, statues, and view point guides of landmarks. It is advisable to enjoy the beauty of the nature by taking your own sweet time. There are lots of benches with cool shade to sit and relax. Also, there is a lot of historical context to this place. For example, the church was destroyed by severe lightning and thunderstorms, leaving behind only the yellow bell tower. Or how the viaduct road was the lifeline of this region. Happy exploring ☺️
Debajyoti A — Google review
If you looking for endless beauty of nature here you will find everything you looking for, mesmerizing views of gardens and surrounding, unique plants , inspiring panoramic views. The garden itself is beautifully maintained, with fascinating cactus and succulent varieties from around the world. It’s peaceful, photogenic, and the perfect place to pause after exploring the charming medieval village.
Roma R — Google review
Nice place but too much busy. We go there by foot from main station (train), it’s about 1 hour - like small hiking. 🥾 There is bus station, so you can use transport.
Hana L — Google review
This place was 8 EUR p/p and it was worth every cent. There was interesting history, beautiful succulents, but best of all were the views. We went in mid-November so there was no wait, but not sure about the high season.
Fe V — Google review
Spectacular views of the sea and the harbour. Very well kept plants and amazing stone sculptures that blend well with the scenery. All areas of the garden are well signposted, also with historical information boards. Well worth the visit and not expensive.
Teresa H — Google review
Amazing views here! We’ve been twice and would go again. You can buy tickets online or get express and walk straight through but this was amazing. Walk to the top and to the other side and there is spectacular bridge that tells a wonderful story from back in the day.
Larissa A — Google review
Best viewpoint in all Cote d'Azur. It's absolutely worth the climb. It's about 20 minutes and a pretty crowded climb. But once in the top - and paying 8 euros per adult and 6 per teen - the view is breathtaking. 360 views, which are the best in the entire region. The garden is full of cactus from different kinds and it's really nice.

2Restaurant La Chèvre d'Or**

Restaurant
Haute French restaurant
Restaurant La Chèvre d'Or is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Eze, offering breathtaking views of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. The five-star facilities include private gardens, an outdoor heated pool, and a wellness center. The soundproofed rooms and suites are elegantly furnished and air-conditioned with spa baths.
When walking into Éze, the glamorous entrance immediately caught our eye, the two star Michelin plaque gleaming on the wall. We were very hungry, having just climbed the steps, but, seeing the expensive cars on the driveway, immediately dismissed the possibility of going there. We kept walking, looking for places to eat. We passed some expensive seafood restaurants and realised that the price of food in Éze was universally expensive; they have you stuck up here, so if you want food, you'll need to pay. As we were continuing our search, we noticed a menu on the wall which looked very delicious. The very charming staff standing outside welcomed us in, taking us past the outdoor bar with a phenomenal view, and into the restaurant. We were blown away by the walls of windows, the views stunning. We took our seats excitedly, and asked for two Coke Zeros. The prices on the menu were incredibly high, but we thought that since we are here and the view is so nice, we may as well treat ourselves. The very friendly waiter took our order, and we waited for our food to arrive. After a very unique appetizer, we were presented with our food. The presentation on the plate was beautiful, but they were very tiny. The stuffed tomato was no bigger than a ping-pong ball. Nevertheless, both our meals were absolutely delicious. We then ordered some coffee, and enjoyed the view. We noticed the grand piano in the corner, and the waiter was incredibly kind to let me play (after asking every table whether they minded). After an encore, we ordered the bill, expecting a hefty figure. The two Coke Zeros were €18 and the coffee was €12 each. The ping-pong ball tomato was €40. Of course, the price covers the setting and atmosphere and everything else, but notwithstanding, it was vastly over-expensive. As we left Éze, we noticed the same place that caught our eye on the way up, and discovered a startling resemblance between the menu of the place we'd just eaten and here; we'd accidentally dined at a 2-star Michelin restaurant, which did explain quite a bit, and we both found very amusing. I was delighted to have been able to play the piano, but without that I probably would have given a rating of 4 stars.
Oren Y — Google review
My favorite meal out of several weeks in France. The view is spectacular and the staff was incredibly kind and well-attuned to guests. Each course was a new delight and all tasted incredibly fresh. The technical abilities of the chefs was also very apparent. They have a non-alcoholic sparkling wine that was lovely for anyone seeking an alternative. I would come back time and time again.
Alyssa J — Google review
Dining at La Chèvre d’Or was an unforgettable experience. We did the preset tasting menu and enjoyed every single course—each dish was incredibly fresh, beautifully plated, and clearly handmade with care and precision. The small bites served before and after the meal were a perfect touch, and the drinks were equally impressive. The level of service and attention to detail was truly unmatched—professional, warm, and perfectly timed throughout the evening. Between the flawless execution, phenomenal food, and breathtaking setting, this two-Michelin-star restaurant absolutely lives up to its reputation.
Connor D — Google review
Im giving this a 5 star because the staff was kind and trying hard but there is a lot to be improved for this level of prestige and cost. We were seated 30 minutes beyond the reservation time with no apology or explanation. We had to ask twice for an estimate. There were other issues with the service but can just bucket this as just a younger staff that just recently opened. My bigger issue is the food. Felt that the restaurant was trying to be a little too edgy with flavors. For example adding kiwi to tuna didnt really hit the mark for me. Or adding orange to fish also didnt do it. Everything had a bit of sweetness to it that didnt really fit. They did highlight that the chef likes to put unexpected flavors together. At the end of the day what do i know vs a world renowned chef but that is my take. I couldnt finish the pigeon on the menu, it was simply not good and honestly chicken wouldve done trick but i get the focus on french tradition. Finally views were unbeatable.
Fn — Google review
Very tasty menu and very attentive staff with a super beautiful view from the restaurant. This two star Michelin restaurant was truly amazing. When you go you should budget for at least 2 hours of time to complete the set menu.
Adrian R — Google review
La Chèvre d’Or is a charming little spot that definitely has its moments, and I’m giving it a solid 5 stars because, overall, everything was as it should be. The place is quaint and has a lovely ambiance, though I ended up sitting right in the middle of the salon, which felt a bit odd and not super welcoming to me. The service was quite good; the staff were attentive and friendly. However, when it came to the food, I found it lacking in flavor combinations that suited my taste. It just didn’t hit the mark for me. When I compare it to other 2 star Michelin restaurants I've visited, I’d say La Chèvre d’Or is on the lower end of my list. It's a nice place to try, but for the price, I expected a bit more in the flavor department. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I might not rush back for more.
Lucian F — Google review
I had a wonderful Horizon menu for lunch. Wow, the flavors were intense and some were new combinations for me that truly delighted my senses. I had a table for one by the window with a view of the French Riviera. The menu doesn’t give all the details to the intricate offerings. I thought it was totally worth the experience.
C. M — Google review
Perfectly elegant all the way. Exactly what you would expect from a 2 Michelin star restaurant. I didn’t take pictures inside during dinner although every course was Instagram worthy. We had a little bit of a wait for our seating, but we enjoyed a lovely glass of champagne and beautiful truffle coated nuts overlooking the Mediterranean. I was glad we had to wait. Make a reservation, and go here. One thing to note—there is no parking anywhere near the restaurant. You will need to walk a good distance uphill to reach it, so be sure everyone in your party is up to it.

Religious destination
Chapelle Sainte-Croix, des Pénitents blancs is definitely a must-see from the inside.
(Translated by Google) The Chapelle Sainte-Croix des Pénitents blancs is a historic chapel in Èze, a picturesque village on the French Riviera, located on a hill between Nice and Monaco. The chapel is known for its simple beauty and historical significance. The chapel was built in the 14th century and is the oldest religious building in Èze. It belongs to the brotherhood of “Pénitents blancs” (White Penitents), a Catholic lay brotherhood that was widespread in the Middle Ages. This brotherhood was dedicated to penance and charity, and its members wore white habits, which explains its name. The chapel is rather simple from the outside, but has a beautiful facade in delicate yellow tones, typical of the region. The interior is simple but atmospheric, with an altar and some religious artwork. The architecture reflects the modesty and spirituality of the brotherhood. The chapel is located in the heart of the old town of Èze, a narrow and winding village with cobbled streets and a medieval flair. It is somewhat hidden, which makes it particularly attractive to visit as you can discover it while strolling through the charming streets of Èze. The Chapelle Sainte-Croix was a place of contemplation and prayer for the members of the brotherhood. Today it still stands for the religious tradition and the historical significance of the brotherhoods in the region. The chapel is a wonderful example of the combination of history and religion in Provence and a worthwhile destination for anyone who wants to experience the medieval ambience of Èze. As of: October 1st, 2022 *The opposite of the saints are not the sinners, but the hypocrites. The first sight you will see after entering the old town is the medieval Church of the Holy Cross - Chapelle de la Sainte Croix. It dates from the beginning of the 14th century and is the oldest building in the village. It was built during the time of the Genoese Republic and was the seat of the brotherhood of the White Penitents: the members of this popular order had dedicated their lives and activities to providing medical aid to the needy of the region, to the care of the sick, including lepers, and the burial of the dead. The unusual Catalan cross representing the smiling Christ stands out in the chapel.

When in town, a visit to the Fragonard Perfume Factory is a must. The factory offers free tours where visitors can learn about the historic process of extracting essential oils and witness various devices used for perfume manufacturing. The tour also includes a glimpse of the cosmetics laboratory, soap workshop, and parfumerie. Additionally, there's a small shop available to explore the collections.
The Factory of Natural Perfume and Shop & Exposure offers an excellent tour experience with a wide selection of great perfumes. However, for those sensitive to smells or with allergies, the fragrances might be a little intense. Nonetheless, it's a unique and enjoyable activity for those on holiday, providing insight into the art of perfume-making and offering high-quality products.

I especially want to thank Ms. Setareh, who made our visit even more special. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient, guiding us through the process and helping us choose the perfect scents. Her passion for her work and her warm attitude really stood out.

We didnt plan to see Eze but we do no regret. I love finding unusual places to see. Erika, our guide, had a fantastic energy and explained everything to us, from how perfumes are created to how to apply it.
Andreea R — Google review
The staff are so lovely and friendly. You learn so much about the brand and perfume in general.
Janete O — Google review
Yesterday I visited the store for the first time. It’s all wonderful and for sure the best souvenir someone can buy in Èze, but my review goes to the excellent treatment I received from the saleswoman working in the shift before the closing time. Even at the end of the day, she was very welcoming. She replied to all our questions and supported me in a gracious way. I honestly had no intention to buy, but her professional and warm service positively affected my pre-disposition. I don’t know her name, but she has dark medium hair. Congratulation!
Hellen B — Google review
Fantastic stop to learn, enjoy and buy heavenly smells. The staff were friendly , helpful and knowledgeable about perfume production and processes. This is also a great way to see a part of Fragonard’s handmade soap and lotion production facility. If you are in the area, this is certainly a place to stop by and checkout!!
Arya K — Google review
The tour guide was extremely rude and arrogant. When we asked questions she gave only one-word answers. We asked if tickets were required, and she said we didn’t need any but that she would provide them. She had an attitude the whole time. After checking the bus schedule, we decided to join the tour. When we returned, she remained dismissive, repeating that the tour was at 13:15 without giving any explanation and without even looking at us. If she cannot interact respectfully, she should not be working there. Needless to say we did not take the tour.

Founded in 1926 and named after the renowned painter Jean-Honoré Fragonard, this perfume factory provides free guided tours that last approximately 30 minutes. We had such a lovely time at the perfume workshop! Creating our own scent was a unique and fun experience, and the guide was friendly, patient, and very informative. It was fascinating to learn just how much thought and effort goes into making a perfume. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area who wants to try something different.

The tour was interesting and enjoyable. Our guide was kind and professional. However, the visit itself was quite short and there wasn’t much to see or explore. The highlight was definitely the olfactory workshop, where we got to create our own perfumes – a truly worthwhile experience. Overall, the visit focused mainly on time spent in the shop and promoting the products.

Exceptional visit to Fragonard in Èze! Our visit to the Fragonard shop and museum in Èze was an absolute delight, made truly special by the wonderful Lyudmyla. She is not only exceptionally knowledgeable about perfumes and the art of fragrance making but also genuinely passionate about sharing it. Lyudmyla took her time to explain every detail with warmth and enthusiasm, answering all our questions and helping us discover scents that suited each of us perfectly. Her professionalism, charm, and kindness turned what could have been a simple shop visit into a memorable experience. We left with beautiful perfumes — and an even greater appreciation for the craftsmanship behind them — all thanks to her. Fragonard is lucky to have such a fantastic ambassador for their brand!

Visited the Perfumerie Fragonard Èze as a day tour from Nice. They provided a free guided tour of their facility to show the process of conversion of raw materials into perfumes, soaps, and other products. It was very interesting to observe the entire process. At the end tour we visited their store and purchased some products.
Soudamini M — Google review
The visit and perfume making is worth it. You can only reserve online, however. We were able to reserve online once there because they still had spots. Not sure it would be the case in the middle of summer. It was still very busy in October. Our guide, Magdalena, was amazing. Not only is her English impeccable but she conveys such pride to work for this family and maison. She was remarkable and the perfume making expérience is worth the stop. Their products are excellent. If you don’t know about them, you might find them expensive but once you know how they’re made, what goes in them and experience how they feel in your skin, you’ll become an instant fan.
Maya R — Google review
We visited this perfumery factory and got a guided tour. They explained the perfume history and showed us the manufacturing process. The staff was kind and the soft-selling was smooth. But the small 10ml decant bottle they sold is not transparent though, barely half filled, it felt as if they short changed us. Should be changed to a transparent bottle so the customer can see the liquid.

Èze Beach, located in Eze-Sur-Mer, is a unique rock beach with clear green-blue waters. Unlike the crowded beaches in Nice, Èze Beach offers a quieter atmosphere for visitors to enjoy. The beach is equipped with decent facilities such as toilets and showers and is home to two restaurants: the sophisticated Papaya Beach and the more relaxed Anjuna Bay.
Super Cosy Beach surrounded by mountains. I strongly recommend, for those in good shape, to visit the Castle first on Top of mountain witch has breathtaking views, and hike down to the beach. (1 hour at good pace, 2 hours at very slow pace).

June 25- Tired looking. Graffiti at the entrance paths. The beach is pebbles which makes entering and exiting the water difficult. Two beach bars/ restaurants. The club music is very loud. I feel sorry for the locals who have to listen to the music from lunch time to around midnight. Some of the buildings need renovation. Debris on the beach. Overall a disappointment. Only pluses is the beach has a railway station and it is long so there is plenty of space.
Emma M — Google review
February, sunny day, the beach is thin, rocky, wavy, water cold and filled with debris, splashing over the edge, mud and twigs, floating detritus splattering everywhere. And a few homeless guys add to the ambience. Not so nice on this day. The public beach is surrounded by private gates, private villas, apartments, not very friendly. Security cameras, HV wire, high walls, the usual. WC just up the stairs, nice. Cafe across the street. Train station so you can get out fast. In the summer, water warm, it might be ok.

Le Nid d'Aigle, also known as the Eagles Nest, is a charming restaurant located in a picturesque setting. Whether you choose to dine inside or under an olive tree, the atmosphere feels like something out of a fairy tale. The menu offers unbeatable French cuisine and the highlight is definitely trying the various types of olive oil.
Stopped in here for an awesome lunch. Somehow we got the best seat in the house! Overlooking the bay of Eze and all the boats. Started with a local beer, wine and their escargot plate. Followed up with tagliatelle carbonate and the fungi pizza. The pizza was a little different, with all the fixings on crispy toast. Would definitely repeat!!

Carbonara was €18 decent 7/10 The bread/ baguette they offer are the most delicious I’ve had in France. 11/10 The server I had was rude to me, even though I made eye contact & smile to her to let her know I’m ready, she did not come to me and she goes to every table next to me but mine. The view is amazing, food is decent, service…..

We visited Le Nid d'Aigle in Èze Village and had a pleasant experience. The people were kind and friendly, and both the owner and the person who served us were very considerate. We couldn’t find suitable options for our child with allergies, so he had some baguette, French fries, and a carrot and orange mixed juice that came in a glass bottle. We ordered pasta with pesto and sorentino pancotta, and the food was decent. The restaurant had a nice vibe and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, it was a good experience with genuinely warm service and beautiful surroundings.

The sandwich was absolutely incredible! The atmosphere was electric, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They even brought some olives with balsamic, which was a delightful surprise. It was an experience I highly recommend, and I’m so glad I went.

The food was quite good but the waiters were kinda rude and slow. We asked for water as soon as we sat down and it took them 30+ mins for them to get them to us. Also took forever to get our order in and when we told them we were ready to order they said “no”. Didnt explain how much longer we had to wait to just take our order just a rude no. Anyways once we finally got the order in, the food was quite good. Surprised by the pizza which was really crunchy and fresh. Only outside tables available so it can get a little hot in the summer.
Yvonne Q — Google review
We were so disappointed not to get a table on the terrace but to be guided inside. Wow - What a view from our table by the window 🤩 The food could have been compensated by the view but on the contrary, it was delicious and complemented the package.

Had a great experience at this beautiful mountaintop restaurant! I got the chef’s special eggplant pasta and it was delicious! Huge portion as well and I had to take some home. Service could have been better, we waited very long for water refills and it was quite slow. Overall, had a great lunch and the views from the window are phenomenal!
Helen — Google review
The food quality here isn’t terrible, but the customer service is some of the worst I’ve experienced. After waiting 20 minutes in line and checking in with the host, we were told to put our name down and come back in 20 minutes. We ended up waiting 45 minutes just to be seated, then another 25 minutes for menus (which only came after we asked), and another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. We asked for ketchup — which comes with all the orders — a couple of times, and it still took 10 minutes to arrive. The servers literally ignore you. It’s clear they don’t care at all about the customers. Save yourself the time and frustration and eat somewhere else. There’s nothing particularly special or scenic about the location to make up for the poor service.

The Casino de Monte-Carlo is an elegant Beaux-Arts building that has gained fame through its appearances in film and literature. It offers upscale casino gaming, including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and slot machines. The casino is housed in a stunningly majestic 1800s building with turrets and cupolas that give it the appearance of a palace.
Words don’t do this place justice. I was absolutely blown away by the beauty of the architecture and internal design on the ceilings. Honestly it gets better the further in you explore. We opted to get a Casino ticket to have a look around and had a bit of fun on the slot machines. I just couldn’t stop looking up at the ceiling. The designs are honestly beautiful. It’s definitely worth seeing if you like a visual feast.

It is a lovely and well decorated place. Yet, they have a 20€ entry fee which is completely ridiculous. They trade on their reputation. I have been to dozens of casinos in different parts of the world that have fine art, beautul decor, and they welcome you without a tourist fee. There are lots of slot machines which definitely detract from the ambiance. The views in Monte Carlos lovely.

A famous casino where many luxury cars are often parked in the plaza. To enter the main lobby, there’s a simple bag check. Inside, you’ll find a service counter — appropriate attire, a passport, and the minimum exchange amount for chips are required to enter the casino. The souvenir shop inside the lobby is also worth a visit. Good luck. 🎰

The Prince's Palace of Monaco, a 13th-century residence, offers lavish state apartments that are open to the public seasonally. Monaco provides a stunning backdrop for romantic experiences, such as proposals, with its Mediterranean coastline and glamorous attractions like the Monte Carlo Casino. The palace is often included in sightseeing tours and shore excursions that also visit other historic sites and landmarks in Monaco. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking views from the palace terrace while admiring Port Hercule.
I highly recommend this to anyone interested in the history of Monaco and it's monarchy. This palace is the seat of the royal family and still plays an active role in the government. They recommend purchasing admission tickets in advance online, but tickets can also be bought at the gift shop across the plaza. You will have to go though a security screening to enter the palace. The tour is self-guided, and an audio-guide in 11 languages is included with your ticket. An entire wing is open to the public, so allow at least an hour if you want to see everything. The audio-tour dives deep into the country's history, and I found it very interesting. Each room features beautiful artifacts, furnishings, and vivid information. Guide-led tours are also available, but must be booked in advance. If you plan to visit the nearby Oceanographic Museum on the same day, you can purchase a combo ticket to both for a reduced rate.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Place du Palais Princier – Monaco We didn’t go inside the palace, but the square itself is absolutely beautiful! Charming little streets with nice shops, bars, and restaurants — all at reasonable prices (especially for Monaco!). The view over the bay and the small yacht harbor is truly spectacular. It’s best explored on foot. At 11:55 a.m. you can watch the changing of the guard — quite fun to see, though it gets crowded and the area is roped off. Still, definitely worth a visit when in Monaco!
Alexander W — Google review
Saw the change of guards ceremony. It was worth the effort to go uphill and watch this. Also, the gift shop in the courtyard is very reasonable compared to other souvenir shops in the city. The view of Monte Carlo from the palace is breathtaking.

A must see if in Monaco! I took the Hop on & Hop off bus tour to the Palace and in my opinion is the best way to get up there if you're a tourist! I actually got off the bus twice at this particular stop because it is so SPECTACULAR! Best views of Monaco. This is not a place, it's a DREAM! It could get very windy but that's all part of the allure. If you're traveling solo, then a selfie stick is your best friend. You'll get AMAZING shots. Other than the Palace, there are a few small places to eat and some souvenirs vendors, oh there was like some changing of the guard kinda protocol that took place for a few.

Historic Walking Areas
Chemin de Nietzsche is a picturesque mountain path that offers breathtaking Mediterranean views and is a popular choice for hikers. Named after the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, who resided in Nice during the late 19th century, this trail connects the lower part of Eze to the historic village at an elevation of 400 meters above sea level. The path also leads to Eze beach and takes around 45 minutes to complete.
I went up and down during the same day on the summer heat and it was physically hard. Do not attempt to climb if you are not sure of your body and if you had some leg traumas in past. And don’t forget to bring a bottle of water! During the ascent and descent you will be rewarded with some breathtaking views. These are probably the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen anywhere.
Arthur K — Google review
Interesting easy medium hike that would be nice to experience if you are visiting Eze village. Important tips ⚠️ ● Take 🚍 Bus 82 instead of the train from Nice if you want to start by the village, have an easier hike down, and enjoy the sceneries 🏞 ● The sun is strong there, so wear protective clothes. ● The waterfall requires shifting from the main paths and it's not easy to notice a new path so follow the sound of the water if you wanna find it 💦
Reem N — Google review
First of all make sure you wear proper hiking/sport shoes, make sure you watch your step all the way, we did the trail on the way down from the garden to the train station and it was very demanding for ankles and knees. Over all it was great.
Cristiana D — Google review
Don’t underestimate this hike if you’re going uphill :) In dry weather (and only if you’re going downhill), professional hiking shoes aren’t that necessary. In all other cases – definitely wear them. There are lots of smooth rocks and it’s easy to slip and fall. Also, make sure to bring enough water with you. The views along the entire hike are beautiful, and if you have the energy, it’s definitely worth it :)
Filip P — Google review
Great hiking trail with stunning views. Don't underestimate it. Especially going up is very challenging, but also going down is not easy. Be sure to have proper shoes and enough water. Once you've started, there is no option to get water, which can cause problems in summer. The path is rough so you should walk carefully. There is a bus connecting the starting points on the mountain and at the sea side. Views are incredibly beautiful and worth the effort.
S S — Google review
Lovely hike down to the beach. I loved this part of my day trip to Eze. For a day trip to Eze I'd recommend taking the bus to Eze Village, explore, and then walk down the trail to the beach. Wear comfortable shoes and shoes with some grip as the rocks can be smooth and slippery
Karissa L — Google review
The view was really breathtaking. But it was a challenging experience. We went down on a hot summer afternoon. The path was not easy to walk and it took more than one hour. Be sure that you wear hiking shoes, cause the road could be slippery. Bring water and sunscreen with you and think twice before start walking.
Sena U — Google review
Strenuous and sometimes scary for those of us with a fear of heights, but with the help of understanding friends and our own determination, even an untrained, short, middle-aged woman with vertigo can handle this ordeal. The sign at the beginning said it would take one hour to climb the path but in this 29’ C warm summer we stopped twice so it took us almost two hours. Bring at least one litre of water per person! Unlike many others here, I advise you to hike upwards. This is because it is physically safer (less likely to fall, less damaging to your knees, wrists etc) and less unpleasant for those afraid of heights. It is also very rewarding to arrive at the old village of Eze, where you can find a water tap to fill your bottle, and then go and have a nice meal at some of the surprising inexpensive restaurants before visiting Le Jardin Exotique. We went back to Nice by bus, not wanting to walk the path downhills and already quite exhausted after having not only walked up the path, but walking there all the way from Nice city center!

Fort de la Revere, located in Eze, is a historical gem offering stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city of Nice. Built in 1878 to protect the region, this hidden fortress is a favorite picnic spot for locals. Although not accessible to visitors, you can still admire its medieval features such as limestone walls and cells by walking around it.
Fort de la Revère: History and Significance Fort de la Revère is located in the heights of the Èze commune, between Nice and Monaco, at an altitude of approximately 700 meters above sea level. Its construction was completed in 1885 as part of the Séré de Rivières fortification system, developed to protect France after the Franco-Prussian War of 1870-1871. During World War I, the fort served as an important observation and communication post, monitoring movements along the Mediterranean coast. In World War II, it was occupied by German forces and used for regional control. After the war, the fort lost its military significance and gradually fell into disrepair. Today, Fort de la Revère is part of Parc de la Grande Corniche, a protected natural area offering stunning views of the French Riviera and the Mediterranean Sea. Visitors can explore the remains of the fort, including its underground tunnels and artillery positions, which provide a glimpse into history while enjoying breathtaking panoramic landscapes. Thus, Fort de la Revère stands as a significant historical monument, blending its military past with the natural beauty of the region.

Fort de la Revère is one of the most breathtaking spots on the French Riviera. Perched high above the sea, it offers a panoramic view stretching from Monaco to Cannes. Easy to reach from Èze or La Turbie — and absolutely worth the climb.

4.5 The place smells very nice. Since 1992? Impressive for a burger place. Food tastes decent despite the location. Beef is a little overcooked from medium both for the steak and the burgers. But still tender and not too dry. The patties are also of decent thickness. The buns are lovely. Today’s steak comes with a tasty Gorgonzola sauce, which goes well with the chips (which could be crispier). The duck foie gras tastes amazing, so is the toast. The orange crepe is quite unique. Refreshing and not too sweet.

I was skeptical at first since this place looked like a tourist trap inside this wonderful village, but we decided to give it a chance.. Wow all the food we tried was delicious and fresh! The waiter was really friendly! We sit outside and it could get cold when the sun shine no more.. they do have a few seatings inside, the interior looked like a cave (to be fair, it was a big hole in a stone, so it was a cave!), a bit cramped though.

It climbs quite quickly at the beginning, but overall it is accessible even to the least athletic person. However, bring good shoes as the terrain is quite rocky. There will be plenty of opportunities to take beautiful photos of the castle. Once you arrive at the top of the course, a treat with a superb view. Deli is a charming café located just steps below the Jardin Exotique d'Eze, offering a delightful dining experience. Despite its name, this French restaurant offers an unbeatable al fresco dining experience and a menu that captures the essence of French cuisine. The cozy outdoor seating provides a nice spot to enjoy sandwiches, coffee, beer, and other delectable dishes.
Amazing place !!! Hidden gem, with fabulous food and fantastic vibes and service. It's tiny. Can site about 20 people..but worth the wait. The food is great. Very generous dishes. I recommend the sandwiches which are yummy with crunchy bread. We had some beers and coffee and the atmosphere was just perfect. We also bought some local olive oil to finish it all. MUST VISIT

It was a busy Friday during summer break in Aug , so glad we found this place. It was soooo amazing to have a table under the shades . Food was amazing and fresh , great service and hospitality. Salad was so great and dressing was very refreshing for summer , we ordered two salads . The sandwich was baked with well balanced flavour( mozzarella cheese with ham and tomato ) The freshness speaks for themselves, the vibe was soooo chill and relaxed, would have stayed there for hours if it wasn’t the long queue .

Amazing food. Total hidden gem. A little tricky to find: As you approach the sign that says “ENTRÉE DU JARDIN EXOTIQUE” look to your right for a small understated sign up a small staircase that says “Deli” and follow that up the stairs (there is also an olive oil shop). The area is small with limited seating, so there may be a wait, but it’s well worth it. Sandwiches are AMAZING, salads are AMAZING, service is great! Nothing to complain about and well worth it for a casual lunch while in Eze.

We had an amazing meal here, just as all the reviews mentioned. Absolutely cooked to perfection food. The venue itself? What can I say: you literally sit at tables spread throughout the narrow street (they have only 25 tables), as people walk by and envy you for what’s on your plate and for catching a seat. Definitely to not miss if you’re in Eze Village!

Tasty sandwich and oval pizza. Very nice service. We had to wait a bit due to the amount of people but overall we were satisfied with the food. And our requests regarding changes in the ingredients were made even though the time was very busy. Lovely place.

After spending the afternoon wandering the fascinating yet crowded streets of Èze, we were ready to sit down somewhere calm and refuel — and this restaurant turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. From the moment we were seated, the pace shifted completely: the terrace offered a bit of shade, a light breeze, and a quiet view that felt worlds away from the busy lanes just outside. I ordered the Niçoise salad, which was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly generous in size, packed with fresh ingredients that tasted like they’d just come from the market. It was easily one of the best versions of the dish I’ve had. Our waiter struck the perfect balance of being attentive without hovering, always polite and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome rather than rushed. The whole experience felt relaxed and unpretentious, exactly what you hope for after a day of sightseeing. The tranquil, charming atmosphere and the quality of the food left us feeling like we’d discovered a small oasis amid the buzz of Èze. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful meal with fresh, flavorful dishes.

Parfumerie Galimard Eze-Village is a must-visit destination in the charming village of Eze. The perfumery offers a fascinating tour that lasts about 45 minutes, where visitors can learn about the history of perfume-making and even create their own eau de Cologne. The friendly staff provides information in multiple languages and guides guests through sampling various fragrances, explaining the subtle differences between each one.
We did the make your perfume option. It's very short. Maybe 10 minutes. You get a small perfume you crafted from several options. Then there is 5 minute museum tour. The store is huge with many fragrances to choose from.

I booked a one-hour cologne creation workshop a month prior, and I was so glad I did it. I visited at about 3.40 pm on Saturday, 5 April, and I was the only participant. My guide, Rafaela, was patient and informative, gently guiding me on how to combine the varied base, heart, and top parts of the fragrance to become my own personal concoction. I loved the experience more than visiting the Eze village.

My wife and I visited the Parfumerie Galimard on our honeymoon for their perfume making workshop and had an amazing experience! With their incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff, you will be able to create a unique custom perfume from their large collection of ingredients and oils. Make sure you get a tour as well, as our guide Peggy was so informative and taught us both about not only the history of the perfume industry, but the role of Noses (master perfumers) as well as the role of how different scents interact to make perfumes. She also assisted us in choosing some new scents in their shop, as they offer for both men and women, so definitely be sure to pay them a visit!

What a fascinating day diving into the world of fragrance at Parfumerie Galimard. Jeanette, our guide, was absolutely superb! We learned so much on so many levels and had the best time. It was an experience I will never forget and I have a beautiful signature fragrance to last my lifetime!

I went to this class really excited but it was not worth the price. First of all, the tour was very short and we were also rushed in the perfume making process. Second, there was no guidance at all from our guide. She did not take the time to explain how to make the perfume or give tips on how to combine them to fit the smell we want. There were also only around 10 options in total to choose from which I found really little. The other classes I did before had over 50 scents. Afterwards, they didn’t let us go to the bathroom even though we went to their class. I did appreciate that it was a smaller class but the lady who guided us barely helped us even though there was only 4 people in our session

Château Eza is a luxurious destination in Eze, offering exquisitely decorated accommodations and a gourmet restaurant with breathtaking sea views and terraces. The restaurant provides an unforgettable experience of fine French cuisine amidst the stunning backdrop of the Cote d'Azur. Guests can relish fresh fish entrees like citrus John Dory or lobster bouillabaisse while enjoying panoramic 180-degree views of the Mediterranean.
We stayed here for two night and decided to try the lunch and were absolutely blown away by the view. The terrace overlooks the sparkling blue coastline, and every dish served matched the scenery in beauty and precision. The tasting menu was good, but not surprisingly good. I think it deserves the Michelin 1 star by its creation and full presentation, and the tastes itself can have some room to improve. Each course was artistically plated and bursting with fresh, seasonal flavors. The fish main course was impressive — tender, delicately wrapped in greens, and served with vibrant vegetables and a foamy herb sauce. The meat course was perfectly cooked, juicy with crispy skin, and accompanied by a deeply flavorful jus. The port itself is quite interesting, it has rubbery texture in a good way. Desserts were really good! Every bites on the point. Service was professional but relaxed, and the pace of the meal allowed us to truly enjoy the food and surroundings. One thing is they serve really slow so we ate for 3 hours.

Château Eza made our dream wedding come true. We had the most magical day—everything was absolutely perfect, from the breathtaking views to the incredible food by Chef Justin Schmitt. This place is truly one of a kind, and if you ever get the chance to visit, GO! Our balcony had the most stunning view we’ve ever seen—it honestly felt like a fairytale. We can’t thank the amazing Diana enough—she put so much love and care into every little detail and was always just an email away whenever we needed her. She’s truly a gem in every sense! And a big, warm thank you to the sweetest Sébastien, who stayed by my side that night, helping with absolutely everything, big and small. Your kindness meant the world to us! The ENTIRE team at Château Eza is just wonderful—so warm, thoughtful, and full of heart. They make an already magical place feel even more special. The romantic, cozy ambiance of the restaurant and terrace is something you have to experience for yourself. We’re already dreaming of coming back to this charming, enchanting corner of the world. ❤️

It's hard to put into words how wonderful our experience was at Chateau Eza. Service was faultless, beyond all expectation, even for a 5* hotel. When we initially asked if we could have a table on the terrace for a drink, we were told they were busy, but to come back in an hour or so. The gentleman who welcomed us did so warmly, happily spoke in French with me, and made us feel at ease straight away. When we returned, another gentleman again spoke with me in French, and told us a table should be free in 15 - 20 minutes, if we were happy to wait. We were welcomed into a lovely indoor space adjacent to the terrace whilst we waited. When a table on the terrace became available, we were blown away - facing out to sea, soaring views, hard to put into words. We had a beer and a cup of tea and relaxed for an hour. It was just perfect. The drinks prices were more than reasonable. We left a 20% tip - something I've never done before - as everything was just perfect. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Chateau Eza for contributing to the last day of our holiday being so special.

We attended a wedding at Château Eza, and it was truly magical. The setting is unmatched—the views over the coast are absolutely breathtaking, and the entire property feels intimate, romantic, and full of character. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of the event went smoothly. Dinner from the Michelin-starred restaurant was exceptional—each course was beautifully crafted and full of flavor. We also had the chance to see one of the rooms, and it was stunning—easily among the highest-quality accommodations in Èze, with luxurious finishes and those same unbelievable views. A truly special place for any occasion.

The Modern and Contemporary Art Museum (MAMAC) is housed in a modern tower-like building and features avant-garde art from American and French artists. Visitors can explore the works of influential avant-garde artists such as Yves Klein and Niki de Saint Phalle, as well as classic pop art and new realism pieces from prominent American and European artists. The museum regularly hosts contemporary art exhibitions, including on its rooftop terrace, which offers sweeping views of the city.
This is a fantastic museum with lots to see. My ticket gave me access to the exhibits and permanent collections. It was beautifully curated with detailed - but not overwhelming - descriptions of each section. I went to several museums in Nice and I would highly recommend this one. Plus, the views of the city (from windows inside the building and also the circular roof terrace) are magnificent.
Amy — Google review
Great place to see modern art from not only France but all around the globe from different historical periods and movements and by different artists. Wonderfully structured and organized exhibitions on 4 floors. You can easily spend at least 2 hours contemplating all the art there.

This museum is excellent, offering a plethora of things to see. I was utterly stunned by the Niki de Saint Phalle collection. Additionally, there is a terrace with a wonderful view of Nice, making it a great place to spend time after the exhibition. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind

The permanent collection is interesting with amongst others the blue work from Nice born artist Yves Klein The temporary exhibition with African art did not impress me much. Too much copy-paste from "western" artist. The top level is open, and the sections connected with bridges so you can walk around have good views of the city below. There is even a small garden there.
Seimen B — Google review
Nice museum, a lot of space to walk around. Unfortunately there could be a bit more art especially more modern art. Yves Klein is nice to look at. For a few euros more you can buy a museum pass to see all the other in Nice as well. That’s good.
Andrew M — Google review
Weird and wonderful art here. Interesting enough to spend 1-2 hours. Modern and creative ways of portraying political messages. Well worth coming if you like art, otherwise perhaps not worth 10€ per adult. Several floors here, so you can always skip the less exciting ones. A great view of Nice from the top platform.
Toby R — Google review
The staff is nice, but the museum is dirty and dusty, and it seems grungy. The coolest part is the roof or you can walk up and down these bridges to go all around the building and give you fantastic views. The place has great potential but it’s very tired, dirty and dusty. The Gardens looks like they might be under construction and there might be a plan to fix them up. I hope that’s true because it’s a space with incredible potential but right now it’s just ratty.

Beautiful rooms with spectacular views of the bay below set in a medieval village 1400 feet above the sea. The access from the entrance to the reception is spectacular and highly landscaped with numerous seating areas and fountains. The only drawbacks were the door to our room was not numbered or lighted at night. The alleys you take to get to room are not well marked and can be confusing to navigate. Additionally these alleys are mostly uphill and have numerous steps so you must be in decent shape to stay or visit the village

Exquisite location with spectacular views. Great for 2-3 days, although the actual town is relatively limited for things to do. Best for a romantic adult getaway. The restaurants were excellent, as well as the cocktails at the bar. Staff very helpful and efficient. Only requests would be more frequent poolside service, with better cocktail options and maybe slightly less pricey at the pool.

Overall our stay was lovely. The staff were fantastic - warm, welcoming, helpful, etc. A few constructive suggestions: - the air conditioning in our room was inadequate. The room was too warm and the A/C needed to work much better. - having no light in the shower was a bit hazardous - we were quite disappointed by the shower arrangements when we arrived prior to allowable check in. Although our American Express booking entitled us to an early check in if possible - and i had Emailed a few times asking please to try to accommodate us since we were coming to the hotel straight from Nice airport after flying on the red eye overnight — it was disappointing that you couldn’t have our room ready any sooner than 2pm. Instead, we had to shower and change clothes down by the pool and the arrangements there were quite disappointing. For such an upscale and elegant hotel not to be able to provide a better set up for guests flying in overnight is quite surprising.

Located in Nice's old quarter on the pedestrianized main street of Cours Saleya, this market operates daily except for Mondays when it transforms into a flea market.
Quite a small market. Closes early (1 pm) but beautiful smells and colours. Lots of other stuff there too, like some cheese, fruits and veg, oils, mushrooms etc.

If you're visiting Nice, start your Riviera food journey at the iconic Cours Saleya Flower Market. It’s not your average market — it’s a full sensory experience and one of the most authentic places to sample local flavors. Wandering through the colorful stalls, we were instantly drawn in by the scent of fresh blooms and sizzling street food. We tried socca, a crispy chickpea pancake hot off the griddle — warm, slightly smoky, perfectly salted. An absolute must. Just around the corner, we discovered a sweet surprise: a tiny tart with caramelized peanuts and salted butter caramel that was honestly unforgettable. Though it’s not a sit-down restaurant, Cours Saleya is a food lover’s paradise. Locals mix with visitors, the vibe is laid-back and lively, and everything feels real and rooted in the culture of the South of France. Whether you're grabbing a bite or just taking in the atmosphere, this spot is worth every minute.

A must see when in Nice! You have to try the SOCCA first round at 9am! But be ready for a long queue waiting for that local speciality. We stayed for 4 days in Nice in a Appartment and went every morning to the market to have freshly made fruit or vegetable juice and some freshly made Bakeries or the famous SOCCA. You can find anything there from fresh foods till souvenirs and paintings. The supplier are friendly and not intrusive. A must see and try when in Nice!!!

Such a charming market in the heart of Nice’s old town! You’ll find everything here — from fresh fruits and veggies to colorful flowers and quirky little souvenirs like butterfly and lizard decorations (so uniquely Nice!). The local spices are a treat for the senses, and the variety of cactus plants is surprisingly impressive. The Exotic Garden of Monaco, also known as Jardin Exotique, is a hidden gem that showcases a stunning open-air display of cacti and succulent plants from dry zones worldwide. Perched on a rocky promontory at the north-western entrance of Monaco, it offers breathtaking views over the entire principality. The garden's unique location adds to its charm, drawing visitors to admire the diverse plant species while enjoying panoramic vistas of the Rock of Monaco and the Mediterranean coastline.
The gardens are superb. The price (7.50€ per adult) includes the gardens, the cave (really nice) and a small prehistoric museum. The view is fantastic and cacti are beautiful. There are small paths, romantic spots with benches and cute stop overs. The cave is very interesting, a little adventure, it's very warm and humid inside, I recommend to visit it (guided tours are every full hour, last one starts at 17). The museum gives a bit more history behind the cave and olden times in Monaco.
Agnes W — Google review
Exploring the Exotic Garden was a wonderful experience—the variety of plants was truly impressive, with some reaching massive, awe-inspiring sizes. The highlight, however, was visiting the grotto completely alone, with no other tourists around, and having a free guide to myself. It was by far the best experience I had in Monaco.
Frederic — Google review
It was really beautiful and also gorgeous views over Monaco. Just know there are a lot of stairs down so you need to get up again aswell. Included in the ticket are also the caves and a small museum. Definitely worth a visit!

Shivay A — Google review
It is very interesting for visiting place with a lot of different types of plants. Some of them are exotic and you can’t see them in many places. There is a historical museum in the garden. I liked it a lot because in my opinion it was more children oriented and information that you can receive there is presented in a very attractive and easy way. The view from the garden is also breathtaking because the garden is located on a cliffside and you can see the whole Monaco from it. The only thing that I regret for is that we weren’t able to visit the cave because it was closed that time of the year.
Petina M — Google review
Beautiful garden and costal view. 5euros to get in but is wort it every penny. Plants from all over the world, a small koi pound and a cave. Very quiet during extra season but gets crowds during season. Next door is the Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology.

By far one of my favorite gardens in a city that’s I’ve been to. Incredible views and an underground cave. Loads of cacti and succulents. I felt like I was on another planet. We bought a combo ticket which included entrance to the ocean museum.

Papaya Beach is a beach club, bar, and restaurant located on the waterfront in Eze Mer. It offers uninterrupted views of the clear sea while serving classic cocktails and fresh local seafood. The beach has two restaurants with different vibes - Papaya Beach exudes sophisticated elegance while Anjuna Bay has a more casual atmosphere. Both offer sun-lounger and parasol rentals for a fee.
Beautiful and amazing food and very polite and nice staff! I think we were lucky that the "normal" clientele (rich non-locals who own houses nearby and come for summer from abroad) was not able to come this year due to COVID so it was not crowded and the staff was also happy to see us! As all private beach restaurants, it is not cheap to eat or drink here, BUT compared to one other place we tried the food quality here was absolutely worth it.
Mahan P — Google review
Good place (and unique available at this beach) to get a drink, eat something or even relax at their beach area. The price is not the cheapest, but follows the standard price in other beaches. The attendees are very receptive and contributes to the good environment.

Call in advance to reserve a table right by the water. A 7.30pm seating will allow u to take pictures with relatively few people around. If you speak French, they will explain to you the catch of the day and recommend what to eat with it.

The decor is charming, and the atmosphere romantic. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dining experience to be remembered!
Fantastic beach bar and lounge chairs. Lovely service and excellent quality across the board. Eye watering prices, but no one comes to the French Riviera to save money (I hope)

Had a great experience at this waterfront restaurant. We had a large group and they accommodated us easily. Service was decent, we did not receive as much attention as we would’ve liked. We had to wait very long to ask for more water at various times during our meal. It was scorching hot out and with a group of 8 people, 2 bottles of water was NOT enough and we were thirsty waiting to flag down a waiter. Overall, the food was delicious but overpriced (you pay for the view and location), we expected better service for the price of the food!

Spent a day here from 11am-6pm and had a lovely time. The vibes were great and the food was fantastic. I loved having a chair right on the water. I called two days in advance and made a reservation for myself. I will definitely be back. It is a bit of a hike down. My uber dropped me off and it was about a 15 min walk to Eden. It was all down hill/down stairs so that way was easy. Going up might be difficult but totally doable with a couple breaks along the way. There is also a water taxi that was able to take me back to Cap-Ferrat where I was staying. Alex was especially wonderful. Alex made sure I always had ice and helped me arrange the water taxi. You can tell Alex loves this job and they do a great job running the place. And so nice too. The service overall from all the staff was great, Alex just went that extra bit and really took the time to engage. Highly recommend spending a day here!!
Maro V — Google review
The location promises prestige, the prices scream luxury, promising a top-tier culinary experience - but the experience sadly collapses under the weight of unmet expectations. Paying five-star prices naturally sets the bar high, and rightly so. To their credit, a couple of dishes did rise to the occasion: the crispy octopus was expertly prepared with a satisfying texture, and the beef tartar offered robust, well-balanced flavors that showed care in execution. Service was also attentive and pleasant, matching the elegant setting. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal struggled to match even modest standards. The tuna tartar lacked finesse and depth, and the spaghetti with seafood was astonishingly bland—both felt undeserving of a place on the menu, let alone of a premium price tag. When you’re paying five-star prices, you’re entitled to consistency and creativity across the entire menu, not just a few scattered hits. Premium venues come with a simple pact: exceptional quality in return for exceptional pricing. That pact was not honored here. The discrepancy between cost and quality wasn’t just noticeable—it was glaring. If you're seeking a memorable culinary experience, this isn't the memory to chase.
Carlos V — Google review
The food had absolutely no flavor and was extremely overpriced. The seating is cramped—you’re packed in with no space to breathe. Service was just as bad; we had to wave someone down every single time we needed anything. For the prices they charge, you’d expect five-star food, service, and atmosphere, but it was nowhere close. We spent €800 on an experience that was maybe worth €200 at best. The only redeeming quality was the view, which is amazing. My advice: skip the restaurant and enjoy the public beach right next door—you’ll get the same view without wasting your money.

Port Hercule, located in the heart of Monaco's Condamine neighborhood, is a historic deep-water port that has been in use since ancient times. It is known for showcasing luxury sailboats and yachts and is the only deep-water port in Monaco. The port hosts high-end events like the annual Monaco Yacht Show and offers convenient access to transportation, supermarkets, and leisure amenities.
The port is huge and it’s like the exposition of luxury yachts. There are many elevated view points over the harbour as well as possibility to come closer to yachts to realise how huge they are. Amazing place. Definitely worth to check it out.
Anastasiia K — Google review
Wow, the yachts are fabulous! Spend an hour strolling around the harbour wondering about who owns these floating wonders and how they are manoeuvred into harbour. Iconic Monaco. The architecture in the harbour area itself was not quite as spectacular as I’d imagined, it’s the boats that make the view.

Perched on the Rock of Monaco, Fort Antoine Theatre is a historic 18th-century fort that has been transformed into an open-air theater. Originally built as a fortress to protect Monaco during the Spanish War of Succession, it was reconstructed after being destroyed in World War II. The theater now hosts cultural performances amidst lush gardens and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. This serene venue beautifully combines art and history, making it a must-visit destination for travelers seeking both tranquility and artistic experiences.
Fort Antoine is definitely worth the detour during your visit or stay in Monaco. If you happen to be visiting during summer then you might be able to catch a show as well. The setting is truly phenomenal and the remarkable quality of the events will bring you closer to the region of Provence and the Principality itself. Fort Antoine is a former fortress of the beginning of the 18th century at the northeastern foot of the Monaco cliff on the shore of the bay, since 1954 it has been an open-air theater. On one of the walls of the theater-fort, a corner watchtower has been preserved. The auditoriums of the theater are located in the form of a semicircle and are designed for 350 seats. Every summer there is a street theater festival. The cliff offers a beautiful panoramic view of the port, the bay with yachts and the city. I was a victim of cyber stalking via cell phone. Monitoring my location, keystrokes, listening to conversations and looking through the camera lens etc... they also make up lies to make me look bad and so they can continue to track me. Trying to ruin my lively good. I recently was introduced to mcraespy and he was able to locate the stalker and handed her over to the police. I commend his effort. I know there are people going through such.

Once was a military fort and now an open-air theater, Fort Antoine is located at the northeastern tip of Le Rocher. Enjoy a warm summer evening incredible performances under a starry sky. There is room for around 350 spectators and all performances are in French and free to the public (although you must book a seat first). We recommend that you arrive early to be able to enjoy the view of the French Riviera coastline that stretches all the way to Italy.

The view and atmosphere is amazing. Really worth to see the combination of cliffs, trees, and sea. The water is quite warm at the end of June. From distant, it seems a very beautiful sea but it is not. The sea is full of garbage like woods, napkins and it is not definitely crystal blue; it is has a muddy colour. And the smell, there is a nasty smell always. We had a one day holiday so we had to hire a sun-bed, and we think that it is definitely not to worth to spend too much since we could not swim properly only lie down on the sun-beds. I am wondering why this beautiful place is ruined like this it is a shame!

This was literally paradise found after a hike down some steep stairs through a jungle clearing. There was no one around and it was quite an adventurous walk down to the clearing where we spotted the beautiful beach. Amazingly, they even followed up with a phone call to us after 2 weeks, to confirm that the package was delivered !! Kudos to the staff, for such an amazing experience, all done with enthusiasm and patience by a super friendly staff. The mountain top village of Eze and it’s sea-side are a must-see if you are in the region and I highly recommend to stop by this Tourism office and get some tips about the village and region, hikes nearby, bus details, maps etc. at the start of your visit. . The staff speaks multiple languages. (pics not from the same visit/time)

Our international phone plan was down. We were stressed, grumpy, and needed wifi to get it fixed. The office staff were incredibly patient with us and let us use their wifi. Thank you so very much!

The office is in a corner but there is a sign that you cannot miss it. I highly recommend you to stop by, check the bus time and get some tips before going to Eze village as it would be very helpful. The staff is 5 star standard as she is full of energy and provide super detailed information. (The restroom nearby is with 0.5euro charge).

Just behind the office, there is a set of attended toilets. 1 euro per use. Very clean. Men's had 2 stalls and 3 urinals. Quite private as attendent was far away. Unfortunately doesn't show up when you search for toilets

Must visit on your stop to Eze. Got lovely recommendations, a helpful map and an Easter egg. The staff spoke perfect English too which was a great help.

Shame shame on you Eze village for causing pollution. You need to provide more buses. Biot villager has a free shuttle bus to the train. You can hire a private bus company to provide a shuttle. There are nice less crowded perched villages accessible via public transport. Shame on Eze

Paula & Cedric we’re extremely helpful and patient with all our questions. They’re well versed with the surroundings and guided us extremely well. One of the best tourists offices we’ve been to.

Extremely helpful guy working the office today at Eze train station. He helped us plan our entire day and assisted with transportation arrangements as well. Had answers for all of our questions and even recommended additional sights to see that were of interest. The office in Monaco was very helpful too!

Art gallery
LAGALERY Fine Arts is a must-visit gallery located in the heart of Eze Village, nestled between Nice and Monte Carlo. The exterior display of breathtaking paintings draws visitors in, while the interior showcases an exceptional collection of artworks by various artists. Visitors are particularly drawn to the magnificent and vivid paintings by local artist Betty Wittwe. The gallery also features stunning sculptures placed outside.
On this being my third visit to the Cote D’Azur and to the village of Eze. We decided to stop in La Gallery. We were drawn in by the display of beautiful and breathtaking paintings presented outside of the gallery. The interior of gallery did not disappoint, either. In short, we purchased a painting by the local artist Betty Wittwe of the Saint Jean Cap Ferat. We received it 3-weeks after our return to the US in perfect condition. The service was excellent. Merci Ange Bova
