Zoo
Zoos & Aquariums
The Saint Louis Zoo, originally the 1904 World's Fair Flight Cage, is now a renowned 90-acre zoo within Forest Park. It houses over 14,000 animals across six different zones. Visitors can explore 'Rivers Edge' to see elephants and hippos or 'The Wild' for bears and primates. The zoo also features historic attractions like the original Flight Cage and Primate House from the World's Fair era.
The zoo was great! Can see the animals are well cared for. The enclosures are clean and well maintained. The Penguins were definitely the highlight...we caught it when they had the bubble machine going so the penguins were going around trying to pop them. It was such a fun experience! I love how each of the enclosures are so considerate to give you a clear and as close proximity in a safe manner for you and the animals.
Denise C — Google review
We are from out of town— this Zoo is absolutely beautiful! Our son really enjoyed getting to see insects he doesn’t typically see at ours. Huge praying mantis, ginormous walking sticks, leaf bugs, it was a fun time! It was odd for us to pay for parking and enjoy the zoo with FREE admission since our local zoo is not that way. This zoo is big— so wear supportive shoes! St. Louis, you have a beautiful zoo with tons of neat animals, insects, reptiles, and amphibians!
Hali T — Google review
Had a couple of hours to explore so the was great. Well laid out and the animals were relaxed. Great to see everyone enjoying. Quite a bit of walking so get good shoes but you can also ride the paid trolley.
Jude A — Google review
I was absolutely shocked how beautiful this FREE zoo is! Clean grounds, kind keepers, happy, healthy animals. Large and natural feeling enclosures. The bird building and enclosures were AMAZING. They just had these simple strings to keeps the birds contained but was easy to see though. Live plants filled the habitats. Photos do not do it justice. Definitely would visit again (from NY) -love a fellow zookeeper
Madison C — Google review
Stopped by quick, primarily to see the elephants, which my local zoo doesn't have. I was impressed by the cleanliness and amount of animals for a free zoo. My local zoo is quite pricey and I'd say this one is equal, if not better. I loved seeing the elephants. Will be back if I'm in the area. Would definitely recommend! See photos for a pooping baby elephant 😂

One of the most spectacular zoos that I’ve ever taken my kids to! We’ve had a wonderful time it was very clean. Well taken care of the staff highly trained and very knowledgeable about all of the animals. We had questions about our. The foods were really good prices definitely wanna get there right when they open in summertime for sure we didn’t get to see all of the animals. Some of them weren’t out, but all around was a wonderful time. There took about five hours to see the whole zoo well worth the time. Highly recommend bringing your family to the zoo. Hope y’all enjoy the photos as we enjoy the zoo.
Joey S — Google review
The place was super cool, me and my two friends went for about 4 hours, that’s about how long it took us to walk thru the whole zoo. Everyone was nice and honestly I don’t have any complaints. The food in the cafe in the north entrance was pretty good surprisingly. Some of the animals they had put away unfortunately but they still had a lot out so it was totally worth it. And the best part is really any age group can come here. We are 18-21 and it was still fun for us.
Caden D — Google review
We met our 10 kids and 3 grand kids here. We had an amazing day. The zoo is free and everyone had something to see. This will be a memory we will always remember. To see more of our adventure at the Saint Louis Zoo tune into RV PLUS 10™️ on RoKu and Apple TV.

Forest Park, established in 1876, spans over 1,300 acres and is located between the neighborhoods of Clayton and the Central West End. The park offers a variety of attractions including museums, a zoo, athletic fields, and golf courses. Visitors can explore verdant hills, woodland walks, sculpture gardens like Turtle Park, and picnic on Picnic Island. The park also features waterways such as the River des Peres with fountains and water features like the Cascades.
Forest Park is hands down one of the best spots in St. Louis! It’s huge, beautiful, and has something for everyone , walking trails, lakes, museums, golf, and so many peaceful spots to just relax. You can spend hours here and still find something new every time. Whether you’re biking, picnicking, or just catching a sunset by the water, the views are always stunning. Plus, it’s super clean and well-kept. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in STL, it’s the heart of the city for a reason!

This is a beautiful park at St Louis. Has a great walking path. Also has a large water area, where people were paddle boating. Well maintained lawn throughout to sit and relax. Would def recommend this place if you are looking for a place to relax. It also has lots of benches in shade.
Nidhi K — Google review
Wonderfully peaceful and beautiful. Foliage shows what autumn is as it transition to winter. Sounds of birds heralding the passing of summer, wind slowly whistling through the trees helping it to shed and prepare for its winter’s coat. If your eyes are sharp enough, you may even catch sight of squirrels hurriedly collecting the last harvest before winter’s breathe arrive.
Kah W — Google review
What a great place to spend the day! Did a 10K walk on a Sunday! Plenty of tracks, availability of restrooms and water points around the park! a lot of free attractions such as Museum and Zoo! ! It is definitely worth the visit !
Andre D — Google review
Great paths for walking a truly lovely park. The damage from the recent tornado was evident, but not catastrophic. The park and the vast majority of its trees persist. Lovely fall colors this time of year.

My daughter brought me to the Paek and showed me all the activities available. We didn't get to really do anything this time but loved that the Zoo, Tennis courts and Museum thay I didn't realize existed there. Can't wait to go back

This is am incredible place to go. Leave several days to explore everything. Already planning a return trip. The at museum is fantastic, the zoo gorgeous, and the history of it all worth the world fair of 1904 makes this park a treasure.

The Gateway Arch stands as a monumental tribute to the expansion of the American West, soaring 630 feet into the sky. A visit to this iconic landmark is not complete without ascending to its apex, where breathtaking views of St. Louis and the Mississippi River await. The enclosed tram ride offers a unique journey to the Observation Deck, providing panoramic vistas that stretch up to 30 miles in all directions on clear days.
The Museum at the Gateway Arch is fantastic. I absolutely loved it. It is super cool, very clean, well put together, and overall a wonderful experience. It had been a while since I had gone to the top, and the whole experience is completely different now. The museum does an excellent job of walking you through the competition for the design, the history, and the unbelievable engineering that went into creating the Arch. You walk away with a new appreciation for how this iconic monument was even possible. The ride to the top is about three minutes. I am claustrophobic myself, but it was absolutely doable, and so worth it. Once you’re up there and looking out those windows, you understand immediately why people line up to do it. The Arch is an architectural marvel, and this museum helps you grasp just how incredible it really is. I highly recommend visiting. I will make it a point to come back every time I’m in Saint Louis.
Clinton W — Google review
The museum was very educational and informative and enjoyable. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the displays were laid out well. The tram ride to the top of the Arch was a unique experience too (not for the claustrophobic for sure). The time at the top is just about right, you take pictures out both sides (although the Illinois view is a bit bland). The tram ride down is a bit quicker and then you climb the stairs and head out right at the base the Arch for more pictures.
Sasnak 6 — Google review
The Gateway Arch is an architectural wonder and true marvel—absolutely breathtaking up close. The way the sunlight glints off its sleek, curved metal exterior is stunning, and those tiny observation windows near the top are barely visible from the ground, adding to its mystery and beauty. Once inside, the tram ride to the top is a one-of-a-kind experience. The small, capsule-like pods are definitely close quarters—so if you're claustrophobic or afraid of heights, it may be a challenge. That said, I found it comforting that there are windows in the tram doors, and I could see the emergency staircase the entire way up. The motion of ascending and curving over with the structure was unlike anything I’ve ever done. At the top—wow. The observation area is smaller than I expected, and yes, you can feel a gentle sway. But that only added to the thrill! We were lucky to visit on a clear, sunny day, and the views were absolutely spectacular—panoramic scenes of St. Louis and the Mississippi River. Afterward, we relaxed on the lawn beneath the Arch, looking up in awe and snapping some of our favorite photos of the day. Truly an unforgettable experience!
SR — Google review
We decided to check out the St. Louis Arch and went all the way to the top. The ride up is definitely an experience — you’re crammed into a small capsule with 4 or 5 other people and there’s absolutely no view on the way up. If you’re claustrophobic, I wouldn’t recommend it. Once at the top, you get about 10–14 minutes to look around. Honestly, that’s all you need — the view is nice, but it’s a quick visit. The area below ground was actually more interesting to me. There’s a museum with a lot of history and facts about the arch and the area. One important thing to note: St. Louis outside the downtown/tourist area can feel very rough. We accidentally took a wrong exit and ended up in a not-so-great neighborhood — and that’s coming from someone who grew up in a tough city. Stick to the main paths, and plan your route carefully. Overall, worth doing once for the experience, but be prepared and know what to expect.
Angelina R — Google review
Visiting the Gateway Arch was an amazing experience and a true highlight of my trip. The monument itself is stunning—pictures don’t do justice to how impressive it feels when you’re standing right beneath it. The museum at the base is also well done, offering a great look at the history and engineering behind the Arch. The tram ride to the top was a unique and memorable part of the visit. It’s a bit quirky and retro, but that’s what makes it fun. The ride is smooth, and once you reach the top, the views are absolutely worth it. Seeing St. Louis and the Mississippi River from that height is something you won’t forget. The staff throughout the experience were friendly, organized, and helpful, making everything easy and enjoyable. Whether you’re into architecture, history, or just love a great view, the Gateway Arch and its tram ride are definitely worth the stop. Highly recommended!
Sudip J — Google review
Visited the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and had a really calm, pleasant experience. We watched a short 10-minute film about the history and architecture of the Arch, which made the visit even more interesting. The staff were helpful and shared additional information, which we really appreciated. After that, we took the tram to the top, and the view from up there was absolutely beautiful. No rush anywhere — everything felt smooth and well organized. A great place to visit if you’re looking for a peaceful experience with amazing scenery.
Libu S — Google review
Major shout out to the Gateway arch, and those that maintain the grounds and Parkway area. You guys are truly set in the bar for excellence with regards to customer service the gateway, arch, a spectacular architectural wonder it is an absolutely musty. It is literally the gate between the west and the east and everything in between if you’re headed westbound to California and you’ve never seen it it’s a must see if you’re heading home California back to Chicago. It’s a must see whether it’s day or night. I’ve come here multiple times traveling westbound to California or return trips from California traveling east to Chicago still need to experience that tram ride going to the top. So I have to plug that into the itinerary for next time.
Stephen A — Google review
If you like architecture, history and nature, the Gateway Arch is a really fulfilling experience. Everything is beautiful, well thought out and organized. The guides are friendly, the tram is ingenious and it all has a very good St. Louis stamp. The arch itself is a true marvel.

City Museum is a one-of-a-kind attraction that combines art installation, playground, and discovery center all in one. Housed in a massive 600,000 square-foot former shoe company building, this museum is the result of local artists' creativity and resourcefulness. It features an array of found objects such as old chimneys, salvaged bridges, construction cranes, miles of tile, and even abandoned airplanes.
This is the best museum I've ever been to! Words can't describe what it truly is. There had to been over 50 slides easily. Even an 8 story slide!! Awesome fun for kids and adults. Pinball hall was nostalgic. Lots of crazy art and sculptures everywhere. Food places throughout. We didn't pay extra for the roof experience and I'm glad we didn't because we couldn't even finish the entire inside in about 4 hours. Definitely plan a whole day here. It really is a one of a kind experience. If you come to St. Louis do not pass this up. There is something for everyone.
Sean M — Google review
100% worth the money and the trip. Up to you if you pay the extra to go to the rooftop, its cool but so much to do on the other 4 floors even without it! My niece and nephew had a blast. I do advise packing some headlamp lights if you have them from camping (if I would have known i would have brought our from home -Indy) Im a bigger women 280s and couldn't fit everywhere but plenty of places to explore with the kids and had a blast and adventure with them. We would go back again and again. For the price, I bought the yearly pass (came with 2 extra tickets for this year - covered all 4 of us) for the kids and we hope to come back and will just have to pay for 2 tickets if we make it back.
Teoda T — Google review
What a neat museum! The kids LOVED climbing and crawling through the numerous tunnels. We paid to go onto the roof but didn't think that was necessarily worth the extra cost based on our interests. Some of the climbing tunnels were tricky for my 11 year old because he's getting so tall and his feet are too big to fit in some of the spaces for better footing. He still had a blast though. You could easily spend a whole day here. We got flatbread pizza and it was delicious! The flesh eating fish were a favorite for my family. The floor with the vault room had a nasty smell that made us rush to another area but other than that we really enjoyed our visit.
Mindy H — Google review
This was one of the coolest attractions we’ve ever been to! Our group was all adults age 28-50. So some of the more athletic elements were more challenging (and maybe we could have worn kneepads and better shoes…) we thought the rooftop, especially at sunset was well worth the upgrade. We got drinks and enjoyed the sunset from the roof. We did as much of the climbing around as we could! But it was nice that there was often left arduous options for those who wanted to participate but not exactly crawl and climb through tight passages. The pinball hall was also awesome!!! We could’ve spent hours there If you’re of drinking age, highly recommend finding the full service bar that’s tucked away on the first floor!
Aileen M — Google review
My kids 6 & 8 loved City Museum!! My 6 year old is a big climber and she was in heaven! Nearly every floor had a unique climbing opportunity for her. The caves, treehouse, and Monstro-City were the biggest hits with our crew. My 8 year old loved the tunnels on the first floor. He had a great time squeezing into small spaces and seeing where he came out. We spent 7 hours and did everything except the new Labyrinth area. It is definitely a full day activity. If we lived here, we would be back often! Knee pads were a great suggestion. Our only issue was the 2nd floor restaurant got behind at lunchtime and we had to wait 30min for our food. The restaurant staff was struggling and their attitude did not reflect good customer service.
Jennifer S — Google review
A Surreal Playground for Grown-Ups (Kids Allowed😉) City Museum is one of those places that makes you stop mid-crawl and think, “This should not exist… and yet it does.” I learned that the hard way when I got myself wedged into one of their tiny funnel tunnels — 5-year-old spirit, 52-year-old body, 52-centimeter hole. Hysterical, humbling, unforgettable. The rooftop is absolutely worth the extra charge. Between the skyline views, the full-sized bus dangling over the edge, and a Ferris wheel in the clouds, it feels like you’re inside someone’s beautifully unhinged dream. Despite looking like a children’s playground, this place is really an adult playground where kids are welcome. Millennial and Gen-X nostalgia runs wild. Think Willy Wonka + the Haunted Mansion + Meramec Caverns. My most transported moment? The insectarium turned into a haunted maze for Halloween weekend — no scare actors, just pure eerie atmosphere that hit me right in the childhood. The whole museum made me laugh, climb, crawl, tense up, and grin like I hadn’t in years. If City Museum were a feeling, it’d be straight-up euphoria. I’ll be back — with a whole crew.
Chad E — Google review
100/10 by far the best most amazing place we have ever visited. There was soooo much to do and see and discover. It was a mind blowing experience and was worth way more than what we paid for it. Is extremely kid friendly and I would even say your kids could and will get lost in the tunnels. Is so worth it though. There is an entire cave system and plenty to climb on and through. A free circus show was included as well. Highly recommend!!!
Paradise W — Google review
Wow! This place is absolutely mind blowing! Never seen anything like it!! Would love to go again! Heads up they are card only throughout the building but they have machines where you can turn cash into a visa card that can be used anywhere. I read reviews before coming so I was mentally prepared for some craziness and it absolutely was. You will immediately lose your child but they'll have an absolute blast! The sooner you accept this the more fun everyone can have. Have a plan for how to find each other or where to meet. They also provide a spot for your phone number on the wrist bands, absolutely fill it out. I brought my 9 yo and 3 month old. It's possible to get around with a stroller but slightly tight and complicated in certain areas. The elevators tend to be pretty busy. A small umbrella stroller would have worked out better then a large jogging stroller etc. There are plenty of bars with great drink options throughout the building, have one (or a few)! This place is absolutely sensory overload but we're creating core memories here! There's also a few food and snacks options but I recommend bringing snacks, you will be here a long time if you want to see/do it all (or most of it). We spent about 7 hours there! Have your kiddos bring a flash light for crawling through the caves indoors if they are afraid of the dark. They also sell cute little head lamps in the gift shop. Highly recommend paying the extra amount for the roof top playground area the view is absolutely amazing and it feels like more of a laid back vibe up there for when the inside becomes too much. The sunset from the top of the building is stunning. Amazing views. If you have kiddos that scare easy I recommend waiting till after their Halloween festivities are over. The decor is a little on the creepy side for little or more sensative kids. My kiddo wanted to avoid the whole third floor after walking through and seeing the Halloween decor there. Overall had an amazing time and my kiddo and myself both left hoping to come back again sometime!

The Missouri Botanical Garden, located southwest of Downtown St. Louis, is a 79-acre botanical paradise founded in 1859. It boasts a diverse array of meticulously maintained gardens such as the Gladney Rose Garden, Seiwa-en Japanese Garden, Biblical Garden, Ottoman Garden, Blake Boxwood Garden, English Woodland Garden and more. The iconic Climatron greenhouse houses a lush lowland rainforest with over 1,500 plant species.
Love the Missouri Botanical Garden! Awesome place to walk around and learn; I can’t imagine the hard work it takes to keep this place as beautiful and enjoyable as it is. We came on a Saturday and had no problem finding a parking spot in the main lot-it was super hot out. Once we purchased our tickets (I believe it’s free entry for STL residents) we spent several hours walking the grounds. There were several places to fill up water, and a few other spots to purchase drinks/snacks. This place is great for all ages, and is super accessible. Before we left, we stopped in the lovely gift shop for a few souvenirs. Before we came for our visit, we checked out the website for info, which is user-friendly and will tell you all the goings-on at the property. Highly recommend to anyone-we will be back!

We came during the annual Japanese Festival and it was a great experience. The garden is one of the most beautiful locations in St. Louis and is a great location to visit and enjoy. The Festival was very lively and also particularly vibrant, offering a comprehensive and engaging cultural experience with a wide array of great vendors. The extensive variety of activities and performances available made for a dynamic and immersive visit. I recommend buying tickets online and in advance for a seamless checking in experience. The Missouri Botanical Garden is highly recommended from me and deserves 5/5 Stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have been to many botanical gardens throughout the world and this is one of our top 5 . Super clean and easily laid out. Their is an admission fee but totally worth it. We walked the gardens but their is a tram available. The entrance is stunning and there is a small cafe and gift shop. We loved the Japanese gardens as well as the Dome Conservatory. Check their web site for hours of operation and admission info.

This is probably the biggest botanical gardens I've been to. You have the indoor tropical area, tons of local stuff, Japanese and Chinese gardens. Tons of cool animals! It was really beautiful and there's plenty of spots for you to stop and sit whether it's benches along the water or little seats inside tucked away areas for shade and privacy. Definitely unbelievably awesome!!

We scheduled our visit to the garden in November. The outdoor plants were dormant so we went into the Climitron (green house). It was delightful! There were plaques explaining the different kinds of plants and there were some beautiful tropical flowers. I recognized many plants as ones I've only seen used as decorative house plants. It was lovely to see them in a native setting. Being a green house, it was also nice to walk out of the blustery cold into the comforting warmth. I highly recommend this visit while you're at the Missouri Botanical Garden.

The grounds were beautiful. This was first time there for a daytime and got lost for hours in the many gardens. Truly enjoyed the Rainforest and Arid areas. The Japanese Garden was a highlight. Last winter went for the Glow event and it was also beautiful!!

Breathtaking beautiful, it has a conservatory, an impressive collection that dates back to the 1800s, different garden spaces through out, my absolute favorite were the Victorian, Chinese, and Japanese gardens but they are all absolutely impressive and beautiful. It is a place to relax while enjoying the peaceful beauty of nature, the tranquil landscapes, and life in all its splendor. Please visit, bring walking shoes, and leave revitalized. A place I recommend, one I truly enjoyed!

The Saint Louis Art Museum, located in Forest Park, is a grand beaux arts building with a modern extension that houses an impressive collection of over 30,000 works of art from various cultures and time periods. It is renowned for its exceptional quality and offers free admission to visitors. The museum also features rotating exhibits, so it's recommended to check the website before planning your visit.
This museum is 3 levels of incredible pieces . It’s completely FREE to the public . My favorite were the mummies & the large Picasso collections . The building is absolutely gorgeous. You’ll want to stop and enjoy the view outside too. Plan at least an hour or so for this stop .Don’t forget to grab a goodie at the cafe & gift shops on lower level.

The Saint Louis Art Museum truly feels like a gift to the city. It’s free, open to everyone, and filled with art that spans centuries and cultures. Walking through the galleries, you can sense both history and creativity all around you. The building itself is beautiful, blending classic architecture with modern touches, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, wander, and just take it all in.
Farrukh B — Google review
The Saint Louis Art Museum is one of those places where you walk in thinking, ‘I’ll just browse for an hour,’ and suddenly it’s four hours later, you’re deep in Ancient Egypt, and debating whether you could pull off a toga. The collection is massive. Everything from European masters to African masks, American classics, and rotating exhibits that always feel fresh. You’ll see Monet, Van Gogh, Picasso, and then turn a corner and boom! Mummies, medieval armor, or modern art that makes you question if you, too, are secretly a genius with a paintbrush and a blank canvas. What I really liked is how much of the artist’s history and context they share with each piece. It’s not just ‘look at this pretty thing’; you leave actually understanding the world these works came from. It feels less like a museum lecture and more like being let in on the secrets of art across centuries. Bonus points for the building itself. Forest Park is gorgeous, and the museum looks like it was designed to impress you before you even walk inside. Also: admission to the main collection is free, which is probably the best deal in St. Louis (and maybe the whole Midwest). SLAM lives up to the name. Whether you’re into art history, culture, or just want a cool place to wander where you’ll always discover something new, this is the spot. Don’t rush it though. Give yourself time, wear comfy shoes, and let the art do its thing.

My fiancée and I came here on a date to enjoy some time together and we decided to come to the St. Louis Art Museum. We had a really great time together and really enjoyed the art they had and the different displays that were there. There wasn’t a huge amount of people and we got a good parking spot as well. All in all I would recommend going here for a nice chill day/date and I enjoyed my time at the Museum!

A must visit spot in St. Louis. And having visited too many art galleries across the globe, this one is with no doubt: outstanding. It has varieties of art pieces from old Egypt to modern America. Bank one full day to fully enjoy what this museum can offer. The museum is free admission as well which is amazing 👏 Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is an world-class museum - that's free! Except for certain special exhibitions, the Saint Louis Art Museum does not charge an admission. And they have a stunning array of great works by such esteemed artists as Rembrandt, Monet, Van Gogh, Renoir, Mary Cassatt, George Caleb Bingham, Thomas Hart Benton, August Rodin, Ansel Adams, and many more. With over over 30,000 pieces, the collection includes art from ancient Egypt to Ethiopia, from Aztec to Asian, Islamic to Indian. The place is a delight.
Dale G — Google review
At the St. Louis Art Museum, where the interior architecture almost rivals the art, we were delighted to discover, in one single room, a superb collection of impressionist paintings, including a sparkling Sisley, a meticulous Seurat, a wonderful Cézanne, a monumental Monet and, most impressive of all, several van Gogh‘s, including his very last work, the “Stairway at Auvers” completed just weeks before his death. Stepping into the next room, the air grew instantly heavier. There, hanging almost lost in the shadows, was Max Beckmann's moving 1950 self-portrait. His gaunt frame, nearly swallowed by the very clothes he wore, was a visible echo of the ill health that shadowed him. This powerful piece, a final public bow for the artist, was exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in 1950; in a devastating twist of fate, Beckmann suffered a fatal heart attack while crossing Central Park to go see it.

The Saint Louis Science Center, established in 1963, offers a range of educational and entertaining experiences for visitors. It is one of the largest science centers globally and provides free general admission to all. Visitors can explore interactive exhibits at The Discovery Room, learn about the human body at Body Worlds 3, and enjoy live star shows at the planetarium. Additionally, there are opportunities for overnight camping experiences for children and their companions.
The Science Center is very fun and educational. I love all the interactive exhibits they have. The admission is free! There is a free parking lot at the Forest Park entrance and you can find free street parking at either entrance. Every time we go we spend 2-3 hours there. If you only plan on going once, I would definitely plan on being there more than 3 hours.

Nice experience. Several areas for kids. Lots of interactive exhibits. Very kid friendly. Clean. Modern. Vibrant and bright. Friendly staff. Food available. Nice museum! To be honest, not as great as the Minnesota Science Museum in St. Paul, MN, nor close in comparison to the Chicago Science Museum. Both of those museums are outstanding!! Yet, if you are looking for something fun and educational to do with the kids while in St. Louis is would recommend this as one of the top locations!!

It is a great place to take your kids. They have many sections with interactive exhibits. The paleontology and geology section with the dinosaurs is impressive. The manned booths for science activities are also good. Most of the areas are free-of-charge to access. It is clean and well-maintained.

Great place to bring kids. They have a LOT of interactive activities for kids. They also have a couple small 'rides'. We went in their explorer pod, picking the 'roller coaster' adventure. I got outvoted, I wanted to go on the dinosaur adventure lol. Myself and 3 of the 4 kids LOVED it, including my 1 yr old. My 3 yr old nephew started to panic tho, so we had to stop the ride early. That said, there is an emergency stop button for an adult to hit, if they need to stop the ride early (like we did). They also had VR flight simulators and stuff. The food court is INSANELY expensive. Eat before you come, or bring snacks... Idk if snacks are allowed though. But if they are, bring them. The fossils are pretty cool. They do not have an assembled TRex skeleton like I had hoped to see, but they do have a big TRex for everyone to look at. We also got to see some aquatic creatures. It was fun.
Penni H — Google review
Great fun. Free admission. Parking was tricky they blocked off half of their parking lot due to tree concerns. The museum offers free parking but if full there is a second option but will cost $15. Public bathrooms are clean. We spent 3 hours just at the free sections. One can pay for The planetarium, the IMAX theater, and any other special programs. They have picnic tables outside the front door and a nice green area. Four stars just because of the parking situation.

Our son is a big dinosaur fan, so we decided to go before our dinner reservations on the hill. We had a great time walking around and looking at all the cool stuff. They do have a café inside serving pizza and other stuff. You can grab a beer or cider if you so choose. Good place to let your kids run off some energy, especially on a rainy day.

Museums
The Missouri History Museum, situated in Forest Park, is a free historical museum that focuses on the state's history as well as general American and Western themes. It offers exhibitions, collections, and programming suitable for visitors of all ages to understand the region's past. The museum features a special interactive play area called the History Clubhouse for families with young children. Throughout the year, it hosts various free events such as the Summer Family Fun Series and Winter Getaway.
The Missouri History Museum in St. Louis is an absolute gem, and one of the highlights for me was their incredible World’s Fair (1904 Louisiana Purchase Exposition) collection. The museum itself is beautifully located in Forest Park and offers free admission, which makes it an easy and worthwhile stop whether you’re a local or just visiting. The World’s Fair exhibit stands out as one of the most engaging and well-curated displays I’ve seen in any city museum. It does an excellent job of transporting you back to a time when St. Louis hosted the world on its grandest stage. Artifacts, photos, and interactive displays bring the scale and ambition of the 1904 fair to life. From original furniture and architectural models to cultural souvenirs and technological innovations of the time, the collection captures both the grandeur and the complexity of the event. The interpretive signage balances nostalgia with historical context, including the fair’s global impact and its more complicated legacy. Beyond the World’s Fair, the museum covers everything from local civil rights history to sports, music, and migration, all in an approachable and educational format. The building itself is inviting and well-maintained, and the staff are always helpful and enthusiastic. If you’re in St. Louis and even slightly interested in history, this museum should be high on your list. It’s informative without being overwhelming, and the World’s Fair exhibit alone is worth the visit. I left with a deeper appreciation for St. Louis’s role in shaping national and world events—and a sense of how history can be told in a way that’s both beautiful and thought-provoking.

I love the 1904 exhibit they have currently. Whether you're a kid or not, I do suggest the children's exhibit. It talks about the history of the STL bricks and such. It's something that's always fascinated me in STL and ESTL.
Kristen G — Google review
A great little museum full of interesting information, facts, and displays of local history. We especially enjoyed the exhibition of the 1904 World’s Fair! We learned so much about the events around the Fair, its introduction of many things that we now take for granted, and the deep racial undertones that the fair organizers and attendees supported during that time period. There is plenty of parking here, but during busy days you may have to park some distance away. There are several restrooms, a gift shop, and a cafe available.
Mark P — Google review
The Missouri History Museum is a St. Louis gem- and one of the many free attractions in the city. Free admission and free parking! The parking lot isn't massive, but I haven't had trouble finding a spot each time I go. And if I did have trouble, I would just street park nearby, it's on the edge of Forest Park- so parking is available pretty much everywhere. I've recently visited twice this year- once in January and again on Mother's Day. Each time my group went to see the new 1904 World's Fair exhibit. It's done quite well and the city and visitors are lucky to have such a well-studied and -presented permanent exhibit. I have plans to go back to see Gateway to Pride before that exhibit closes (it's a temporary exhibit). I've visited the museum for as long as I can remember, but am only growing to appreciate it more. At these most recent visits, I was pleased by museum signage telling a more complete picture of history. Right at the base of the Thomas Jefferson Memorial is information detailing his contradictory stances vs. actions. I especially appreciated the bit: "Ask Yourself- Can we still be moved by Jefferson's words but horrified by his actions?... This statue will not answer those questions for us, but it challenges us to answer them for ourselves." In the same vein, the World's Fair Exhibit did not shy away from detailing the human zoo, blatant racism, and atrocities that occurred as a direct result of the fair. True education happens here and I'm so grateful for it. As for the rest of the building- everything is spotless, restrooms were clean and accessible, and I love browsing the gift store following every visit. I especially appreciate that they're highlighting local artists' work. I'm hoping to check out a few of the many free programs that are offered over the summer.

Don’t miss the Gateway to Pride exhibit that ends July 6, 2025. I also saw the Collected exhibit for the first time and look forward to spending more time there in the future. And don’t skip the gift shop. Plus they had some really cool kids/family program going on in the lobby. Always something new.
Justine C — Google review
This building is not only the Missouri History Museum, but also the (Thomas) Jefferson Memorial, a lot of what I saw was largely disrespectful to the memory of who he was and was largely an attack on America. While history is ugly, I know that there was a better way to go about sharing the information here at this Museum. It had plenty of interesting artifacts and stories to tell, but almost everything I saw had an undertone of "America is the bad guy." That's not something I appreciate. I love history, and very much understand that it is ugly and that we as a country have done heinous things, but there is certainly a more palatable way to show that than to vilify important aspects of America.

An interesting place to visit... we are so lucky to have a history museum in the St Louis area... and exhibits are changed every so often... The help was all kind and curteous... and it is free to visit... there is also a small restaurant area and a nice gift shop... Will definitely visit again...

My day at the History Museum was perfect, until a sudden tornado struck, damaging most of the visitors' cars. Despite the chaos, the museum staff remained calm and caring, quickly guiding everyone to the basement for safety. Thanks to their swift actions, no one was hurt. It’s truly one of the best places to visit and learn a great deal while feeling genuinely cared for.

The Old Courthouse is a beautiful building that has a rich history. It is located in one of the most historically significant cities in the United States and is open to the public from 8am until 4.30pm every day. Inside, you can explore the Rotunda and learn more about its history.
This is one of the oldest buildings in St. Louis, Missouri. This is where the famous Dred Scott and Virginia Minor cases started. It's two blocks from the Gateway Arch and part of the Gateway Arch National Park. It recently reopened after extensive renovations. Here you can see the architecture of the building, learn about the American judicial process, criminal vs civil cases, the Dred Scott and Virginia Minor cases, learn about civil rights struggles in the United States, view two courtrooms, the beautiful staircases and, yes, it's mostly handicapped accessible. There is no admission fee here. Metered parking on the street or in for- a -fee parking garages nearby. There is a gift shop on site.

A beautiful piece of St. Louis history. A must see. We visited on June 28th around 2:30p; our tour guide did an excellent job giving us the history of the courthouse and it's architecture and gave us a historical overview of the complex Dres Scott case. Didnt fet his name, but he did an excellent job. My only suggestion is that he should have a little mic to help us hear him more clearly.

Despite my charm and witty personality, I’m actually an intelligent young man (definitely in denial) and love American History. This is a beautiful piece of history that survived (one of two structures) the St. Louis Fire of 1849. An absolutely breathtaking Courthouse that should be seen by everyone who stops at St. Louis! Make sure to head up to the second level (there’s an elevator on the first floor if you don’t want to bother with the stairs) and checkout the courtrooms!!! 🙏

The Original Courthouse adds a nice scenic charm to the Gateway Arch National Park. We visited the courthouse after visiting the St. Louis arch. The interior dome view is beautiful. Around the room, there’s art snd photos of the dome. The gift shop was nice, and the staff member was friendly. Check it out for a pretty internal dome view.

I visited the Old Courthouse at 11 N 4th St, St. Louis, MO today, May 25, 2025, and it’s a beautiful piece of history! The Greek Revival architecture and iconic cast-iron dome, finished in 1862, are stunning, especially in the rotunda with its vibrant frescoes. The first-floor exhibits, reopened after a $27.5 million renovation, are engaging—particularly the Dred and Harriet Scott gallery, which dives into their 1847 freedom suit with compelling artifacts and panels. Another exhibit, “Pathways to Freedom,” highlights Black life in St. Louis, and the restored courtroom display feels like stepping into the 1850s. The staff was welcoming, sharing insights about the courthouse’s role in landmark cases like the Scott trials and Virginia Minor’s suffrage case. It’s free, which is great, and the location near the Gateway Arch makes it an easy combo visit. The new elevator and UV-protected windows add accessibility and light, enhancing the experience. My only disappointment was that the third and fourth floors remain closed post-renovation, so you can’t explore the upper levels, which I heard have unique historic elements. Parking downtown was also a bit of a pain—try the stadium garages nearby. Still, a must-visit for history lovers, just wish the upper floors were accessible!
Christopher A — Google review
What an educational experience learned a lot about Dred and Harriet Scott. A remarkable couple that struggled for their families freedom. The courthouse outlines the life of the Scott family and what was going on in the world. You can visit a replica of the courtroom of the actual trial. Virginia Minor also fought for her right to vote in the courthouse. This place is a must see for history buffs.

This is a MUST-GO part of the Archway National Park, and it's FREE. Parking is a block away and the Old Courthouse is air-conditioned, has water refilling station and bathrooms. But more importantly, shows the hierarchy of the court system, parts of the courtroom (where you can take your selfies), and a deep-dive into the Dred Scott case.
MsStingFan — Google review
Recently reopened, the Old Courthouse is a possibly overlooked but still vital stop (assuming you have the time) when visiting Gateway Arch National Park. The park rangers are knowledgeable and friendly, the building is beautiful (and well lit!), with painting and internal architecture that you could spend hours looking at, and knowing the history of cases tried in this building (Dred Scott, for one) is certainly a bonus. Also, the social justice library of books for sale is fantastic.

The Anheuser-Busch St. Louis Brewery is a historic and iconic beer-making complex that offers various tours, a beer museum, a biergarten, and a gift shop. The brewery's elaborate red-brick buildings with rounded arches and castellated rooflines make it the flagship brewery of the company. Visitors can explore the campus, visit the Clydesdales, and enjoy complimentary beer at the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten during tours.
Please come here on your trip to STL, or even if you’re a local that has never been. We paid for the basic tour and it was such a good deal! You get two and a half beers. One of which is a fresh packaged one. You also get a pretty in depth tour and get to see a lot of the brewery. I would go back to do a more intensive tour even because it’s so interesting and they keep your attention the whole time.

Definitely worth a visit if you’re a fan of the brand. I did the day fresh tour which was very informative and included every aspect of the brewery process, including a stop in the Clydesdale paddock. Plus you get two samples of your choice and a bottle off of the packaging line for free.

I was in town and decided to take a tour of the brewery. I booked the Day Fresh Tour which was approximately 1.25 hours and gave a great overview of the beer making process, brewery history, tour of their famous Clydesdales and history of their relationship with the brewery. I also had a couple of beers and ended the tour with lunch at their Biergarten. Lunch was perfect and everyone was really warm and welcoming. If you’re looking for a a unique experience, I suggest taking this tour. They also have a tour more specific to the Clydesdales with ability to pet and learn more about them.

Had a great time doing the finished tour here on a rainy holiday weekend. Our tour guide was a great host. Outstanding Beermaster Tour at Budweiser St. Louis Brewery! I had an unforgettable experience on the Beermaster Tour at the Budweiser Brewery in St. Louis. The tour was incredibly comprehensive, giving a deep dive into the craftsmanship and precision that goes into brewing Budweiser. Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate, providing fascinating insights at each step of the process. One of the highlights was visiting the 36-degree finishing area, where we had the chance to taste freshly brewed beer right from the cold storage. The crisp, refreshing flavor of the beer in that pristine environment truly enhanced the tasting experience—it was unlike anything I've ever experienced in a brewery tour. Seeing how the beer is carefully conditioned at such precise temperatures really emphasized the quality and attention to detail. Additionally, seeing the iconic Clydesdales and learning about their history added a special touch to the visit. The tour was informative, fun, and gave a true appreciation for Budweiser’s legacy and brewing excellence. I highly recommend the Beermaster Tour to anyone visiting St. Louis—it's a must-do for beer enthusiasts and curious visitors alike. I can’t wait to go back for the other two tours!

Located in downtown St. Louis, Busch Stadium is the home of the St. Louis Cardinals, a professional major league baseball team with an impressive 44,494 seating capacity and a retro-style design. The stadium offers tours that allow visitors to experience the view from radio commentary booths, see trophies won by the team, and enjoy stunning vistas of the city skyline and Gateway Arch from the bleachers. It's also worth noting that during its inaugural season, this stadium witnessed the St.
Excellent time, the atmosphere is great. Definitely check the station website or app before you go so you can be aware of any promos. We modes out of free ice cream on Sunday because I checked late. We went on a super hot day so it wasn’t crowded which is probably a good thing. Any outdoor stadium is going to be warm. There are plenty of places to step inside and cool down. Food selection was better than expected and we enjoyed our time.

Busch Stadium and the surrounding area are hands down one of the highlights of St. Louis! The stadium itself is super impressive, modern, clean, and full of energy. The atmosphere around it is electric, with fans, food, and entertainment creating a nonstop buzz that makes game day feel like a citywide celebration. It’s easily one of the nicest and most lively parts of St. Louis, and being there feels like stepping right into the heart of the city’s pride and spirit.

This is hands down the best stadium I've ever been to (besides my home field in MKE "biased")... The staff is so friendly, the food selections are great and delicious (bacon wrapped hot dog is 💣) Happy hour prices for drinks, $5 beers, $6 margaritas. The fans were great and welcoming. The kids section was unlike I've ever seen with a large jungle gym, arcade games, and more. And incredible views! Will be back for a future game for sure.

The stadium is clean, modern, and nice. It’s also easy to navigate, with plenty of vendors and concessions. The seats were comfortable, and the every staff member we met was friendly and appreciative of our visit- I was blown away, because we received that welcoming spirit from more than just one or two staff members. The games they played between innings were fun too! I recommend for Cardinals fans, baseball fans, or just for a nice sports activity.

Haven't been to a lot of major league parks but this one takes the cake so far. Just loved the open feel and family friendliness throughout the park. Coming in from Milwaukee, the staff and fans were super friendly. If you go , don't just sit in your seat. Walk around and take it all in. I ventured up to the upper deck and walked behind the outfield and found $5 beers and hot dogs during the game. We were able to park downtown for free and walk five minutes to the game. Sunday morning before the game we were able to go to the arch, which was a huge bonus.

St. Louis is well known as one of the great baseball towns & Busch Stadium lives up to the hype. Busch Stadium is a beautiful ballpark with the batter looking out at downtown and the arch. I've been to several ballparks around the country, each is great, but this is one of the better ones. 100% recommend!

I attended a game here recently and really loved the stadium. I walked all around and found many types of food including traditional ball park food, BBQ, Asian, etc. The announcements could be heard easily. The video boards were nice.

Such a great stadium. Prices are very reasonable and it is very clean too. Lots of fan engagement before and during the game. One of my favorite stadiums for sure. Very family friendly too, if you need that. Plenty of options for food drink etc.

The Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis, a historic church with a green-tiled dome and bell towers, was constructed over seven years starting in 1907. The Romanesque exterior features gray granite walls, twin towers, and a massive central dome covered in glittering green tiles. The interior boasts one of the largest collections of mosaics in the western hemisphere, with over 41 million pieces of tile used to create the artwork.
It is breathtaking, beautiful inside and out. Love the intricate detail of the bizentine frescos, the height of the ceilings, and the marble detail throughout! It is a beautiful Cathedral one of the most beautiful I have seen in America. One of the most striking images of the Sacred heart of Jesus. I truly love it! They also house a museum, though closed on the day I visited, I can imagine the collection, a definite reason to return. The gardens outside are also spectacular and peaceful. It is more than a place to worship it is a place to meditate to be nurtured spiritually, to connect with yourself and God. I recommend a visit. It is a definite must-see! We'll going to church is always highly recommended. It is the time that God uses to nurture your mind, your heart, and spirit. The time he uses to transform your life to bless it ever so abundantly!

I was absolutely moved. I was not expecting such a magnificent Basilica to be here in the States. Every turn and every corner was filled with beauty and art and Faith. It was a quick initial visit but I will absolutely go back and spend more time. This is a must-see!

The Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis is far beyond comprehension in its beauty. Every inch of the mosaics, the arches, and the towering ceilings feels like a direct reflection of giving our very best for God. The organ is unlike anything I have ever heard. The sound echoes from every direction, filling the space in a way that is almost overwhelming, yet completely moving. Attending Mass here was truly heaven on earth. I was deeply honored to receive the Eucharist in such a sacred and breathtaking place. This cathedral is not just another church to visit. It should be a bucket list item for every Catholic, and honestly for anyone who appreciates art, history, and the divine.

This is one stunning basilica! Known locally as the "New Cathedral" (the much smaller, older, and very historic "Old Cathedral" can be visited downtown on the grounds of the Gateway Arch National Park), this very large, beautiful church is world famous for its immense display of spectacular mosaics. The 83,000 square feet of mosaics is considered the largest display of such artwork in the world (although a church in St. Petersburg, Russia, claims to hold more, but this has never been verified). Even though Saint Louis offers many wonderful and must-see places to visit, I would recommend finding time to see the "New Cathedral." You will not be disappointed.

The Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis is an absolute must-visit and easily one of the most breathtaking landmarks I’ve ever stepped into. This place is not just a church—it’s a masterpiece of art, history, and architecture. What makes it even more extraordinary is its World Record: the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis houses the world’s largest collection of mosaics. And you truly feel it the moment you walk in. Every inch of the interior glows with intricate, hand-crafted mosaic artwork that tells powerful stories and leaves you in complete awe. The atmosphere is peaceful, the craftsmanship is unmatched, and the sheer beauty of the space is unforgettable. Whether you’re into art, architecture, history, or just looking for a moment of serenity, this cathedral delivers an experience like no other.

Our day started at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis, which is Gothic on the outside and Byzantine on the inside, and the largest display of mosaics in the world. Even walking through the very small garden outside was tranquil. This place was stunning, and we spent over an hour here. There are chapels and artwork on the good deeds done by past parishioners, and a helpful gentleman that may walk over to you and provide details and context if you sit in the pew long enough. It was a great experience.

The most beautiful cathedrals I have seen so far. It was after mass and only a few people were wandering around. It was quiet, ambient, just felt welcoming. It started to rain and thunder outside and it made it ten times more powerful to be in there. The old architecture, the mosaic museum downstairs, its all worth taking a look. Highly recommend.

Gateway Arch National Park, previously known as Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, is situated in downtown St. Louis, Missouri along the Mississippi River. This 90-acre park pays tribute to President Thomas Jefferson's role in opening up the American West and also honors Dred and Harriet Scott, an enslaved couple who sued for their freedom at the Old Courthouse.
Having experience with many other (meaning, bigger) national parks, I was initially skeptical about visiting this National Park. It would have been such a missed opportunity! The Arch looks breathtaking IRL (not so much on postcards IMO), and the history around it is also quite fascinating so don’t miss out on visiting the museum. Plan at very least 2h in the museum (it is huge and modern) before riding the tramway up. Because yes, you should ride up and see that for yourself! (Highly recommend to book tickets in advance online, it’s sold out almost everyday on-site). The ride up is smooth and only takes 4 min. You will sit in a very small pod with 5 people total. The upper platform has great windows. Due to the number of people they allow in each team, it is not crowded upstairs and you will have plenty of space to look through each window if you wish to do so. After 10 min upstairs, you will descend using the same small pods. The picture they take before the ride costs 30$ (+5$ if you want the digital version). We didn’t buy it as we found it way too expensive but it’s nice to know the price before in case you hesitate. Overall a great experience!

This was a really nice experience at an iconic landmark in St. Louis. I chose the Captain’s View, which included a riverboat cruise, the museum, and the arch tram ride to the top. The customer service was great - I accidentally selected the wrong date, and Marc helped me fix the date with a friendly attitude. The cruise added something different to do that you can’t do in all large cities. Note: the Mississippi River is muddy, so don’t expect pretty water - just enjoy the experience, the commentary, and the arch views from the water! The staff member in the river boat gift shop was nice, personable, and friendly. The museum was modern and pretty - I didn’t expect it to be so engaging. Our tour guide to the tram was Valerie - she was fun, friendly, and had a great spirit to keep things fun! How cool that the arch tram is one of a kind - an escalator, an elevator, and a Ferris wheel all in one! There are glass windows on the tram buckets, so you can see the internal architecture of the arch - having the ability to see out helped with clostrophobia. Views from the top are beautiful - you can even see straight down to the bases of the arch because of how the top is angled. We loved this experience and highly recommend it.

While staying in a nearby hotel for a conference, I went out and walked around the park. It's a very well maintained clean park with a lot of green space and paved walking trails. Along the way, there are a lot of signs with an interesting glimpse into the history of the area. It's nice to be able to walk all the way around and see the arch from every angle. A lot of people were hanging out in the park and it just had a good vibe.

Visiting the Gateway Arch was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to St. Louis! This iconic structure is very impressive its sheer size and graceful design are breathtaking. There is a museum underneath and it is free. It is full of engaging exhibits that bring America’s westward expansion history to life. There is a tram ride to the top of the arch that will allow you to get a perfect view of the Mississippi River and downtown st Louis on a perfect day. It’s not free and you have the option to buy your ticket on line in advance. The entire Gateway Arch National Park is well-kept and peaceful, the facilities and the bathrooms are clean. It’s perfect for walking, taking photos, or just relaxing by the river. The park staff were friendly and helpful. Nearby attractions include the Old Courthouse . Walking distance to riverboat cruises that offer even more ways to connect with the city’s rich history. A must see if you’re in St. Louis. Highly recommend adding this to your travel list!

Its a beautiful park. The arch is about 630 ft tall and made of stainless steel. Can walk all around and touch the arch. There’s well maintained lawn through out. They also have a nice museum. There’s riverfront in the back. If you are planning to go for tram ride, better to book tickets in advance. We visited on a weekend and all the tickets were sold out for the day,

Super easy to book even last minute! You don’t have to spend the whole day here so it’s a great activity for a short time but you can stay longer as the ticket comes with a museum. Not expensive at all and the lines are not that long. But we did go on a weekday. Lots of history to be seen. The tram ride into the arch was super cool. 😎 the only thing I would say is it rained earlier so we didn’t have a good view out of the windows at the top. Great experience!
Glenda F — Google review
Amazing structure that is fun to photograph from many angles. The museum is very well done. Lots of history and interactive displays. Plan to spend a couple of hours here. There is a cafe and nice gift shop. If you want to ride to the top, get your tickets online well in advance. The grounds are nice to walk around. If you're there in the summer, go before the museum opens to walk around before it gets hot. The Old Courthouse is part of the park. It's worth stopping at. Plan to spend about an hour.
Jana P — Google review
There's a number of walking paths around the arch and along the Mississippi in this wide open and well maintained space. It's free to walk around the grounds or even visit the museum in the basement of the visitor center. It appeared to be a popular location for picnics. There were a few small kiosks and food truck type vendors selling ice cream and other snacks.

The Municipal Theatre Association of St. Louis is an outdoor stage, first opening in 1917, which features musical theater and concerts. The venue is within Forest Park and has limited free seats for every show.
The Muny is a place near and dear to my heart. Our parents took us there when we were growing up. My mom would make a big picnic for the family, we'd eat at the park, and then sit in the free seats for the shows. These are some of my favorite memories. Even though I've had season tickets for the past several years I love the fact that there are still free seats available to this day. I highly encourage you to pick a show you'd like to see, put together a picnic, load up the family, have an inexpensive family date night (you can even bring in beverages/snacks from home, (no glass), as long as everything fits under your seat), and make some memories that will last a lifetime!!
Mary D — Google review
I love the Muny - especially the free seats! Despite sitting in the back, you can still have an excellent view of the show. I recommend bringing a water bottle to fight the heat. Within the plaza behind the free seats, there are free water bottle fillers. Binoculars take your experience to the next level! You are welcome to bring food and drink from outside the venue inside, but there is also a concession stand available to you. I can’t recommend the Muny enough!

We went to watch Dear Evan Hansen, and it was AMAZING ⭐🩵 The whole cast was amazing! The venue is so unique and beautiful. Having Forest park surrounding you while watching a musical is an incredible experience. If you have a the chance to watch a show here , do it ! It's so worth it. Easy 5 stars.

The Muny is such a great experience. I didn't think I would like sitting outside to watch a musical, but I was wrong! The whole team that works there is a lot of fun as well! Especially Carl!!! We enjoyed it so much we took the 90 min drive to go twice this summer.
Jessica M — Google review
The Muny is a true gem of St. Louis! Watching a musical under the stars in Forest Park is such a magical experience. The outdoor amphitheater is spacious, the sound system is excellent, and the production quality rivals that of Broadway. What’s even better—there are free seats available in the back, making it incredibly accessible to everyone. Whether you’re seated up front or in the free section, the view is great and the atmosphere is always lively and welcoming. Better arrive before 7 p.m., as they open at 7. And bring the sunburn protector; the sunshine is still strong at 7:30. If you're visiting STL in the summer, catching a show at The Muny is an absolute must. Just bring a fan or some water—it can get hot!

Absolutely LOVE The Muny! What a treasure for the city and citizens of Saint Louis to experience the beauty of the performing arts! The Muny is an impressive venue though the ramps and seating can be a steep climb for some attendees. Wear your flats ladies!!! Had the utmost pleasure of seeing THE BOSS, aka Miss Diana Ross, for the 2025 season finale and she delivered above and beyond! Jean Baptiste was good as the opening act though it was clear the crowd was there for the Queen of Motown. Felt honored to see the Living Legend that Diana Ross embodies in person and thanks to the Muny for a memory of a lifetime!

We were in section B9 and could see and hear very well. We saw Frozen. As is the nature of the show, there were tons of little ones around us. That was an expected minor distraction but otherwise a great show. The fans kept us all comfortable in July heat and we appreciated the shade in the upper patio prior to the show. We did come prepared with our soft sided cooler full of water/soda/grapes to stay hydrated. Be aware, they do not allow cans...only plastic bottles. They are also a cashless venue.

Still an excellent place to go to. The first time he came here was probably about 20 years ago to see Annie. And today we're here for Evan Hansen. We got here about an hour and a half before start and got free tickets. We also have free parking and cheap gas in Missouri so it's a really good day overall

Union Station, a historic structure opened in 1894, is a must-visit despite no longer being an active train station. The Grand Hall, now a hotel bar, offers stunning views of the Roman Revival architecture with original terrazzo flooring and gold-leaf detailing. A Tiffany glass window depicts San Francisco and New York with St. Louis in the middle.
There is a lot to do here. From the aquarium to putt putt and the skywheel. It's not the cheapest so I would highly recommend to buy the multi attractions ticket online. You can eat or snack and spend a while here.
Mark B — Google review
We went to Union Station last week specifically to see the Grand Hall light show at night. We arrived and walked around the entire area trying to even find the Grand Hall itself. We asked a few employees. One did not even know what light show we were talking about. The other said it hadn't been running for the past few weeks, but I think she was referring to something where some fountains outside had a few lights on them. I had checked the website for times and it seemed clear that the show was supposed to be running. We never could even find the actual enclosed Grand Hall shown in the pictures. I wonder if it is only available to paying hotel guests. You are not allowed to enter the lobby of the hotel if you are not a guest. The website for Union Station is misleading for this attraction. Very disappointed. Don't waste your time.

The reason for the four stars is because I thought the aquarium is a little over priced for its size! But other than that the staff was great and I loved everything that we got to do!

A Ferris Wheel, play area for kids, tons of old trains, including the Polar Express! If your in St Louis, you have to go here!

Everything was really fun, but there was no one at the thing where you get yourself drawn and at the snake area there wasnt a snake! once you get your tickets for the ferris wheel, its very expensive and not worth it. You wait in line forever just to get on the ride. but its worth it when you get in. the view is gorgeous
Gabby Z — Google review
Two arrivals and a departure at this station which is located a block or so from the actual Union Station but is adjacent to the Saint Louis Wheel Park. A center-island platform with exits at both ends, the track is exposed to the air but is below the street level. That means you'll still get rained on but at least the wind would be minimal. At the one entrance I utilized, they have placed two of the ticket vending kiosks. There is an elevator at this end and it was definitely a wet floor. Sad. The station is not staffed. There is an overhead display with the current time but it did not have any indicator of the time until the next train. Union Station is between Grand (westbound) and Civic Center (eastbound). It is on the part of the Metrolink that serves both the blue and red lines.

MADE for Kids, created by The Magic House, is an exciting adventure designed for preschoolers and young children. It features interactive exhibits where kids can explore a child-size village, investigate scientific wonders, and take on roles like doctors or veterinarians. Older kids can experiment with a 3D printer and experience the thrill of an electrically charged ball making their hair stand up. With 50,000 square feet of interactive exhibits, there's something for everyone to enjoy at this St.
An outstanding environment for kids to be creative. We brought a 9 year old and two 7 year olds. They all stayed busy the entire time we were here - over four hours. They built rockets, painted, did pottery and created all sorts of other items. Not one sibling fight. It was amazing. At $6 per person, it is a good value. We visited during a weekday. The was no waiting and it was reasonably chill. If only it had a bar for the adults!

Great place for young people too old for kiddie things to explore the imagination and try something new. Soooo reasonable. Staff are friendly and know the balance between letting the youth let the imagination go and helping with suggestions for fruition. DEFINITELY recommend.

If your children like to create, this is the place. This was my oldest granddaughter's favorite of all the places we visited in St. Louis. There are so many stations and possibilities for creating from clay, sewing, robotics, game design, puzzle making, to so many more. The price is right too at only $6/person. Adult chaperones can create too! I highly recommend this experience!

Parking is close on the side of the building and some street parking. Either take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. There is a nice open space for kid activities. There are many duplicate items/activities you can find at the main Magic House. It was a great way to get out and play on a rainy day.

I rarely leave one star review for anything but this place has the worst management team. We made our clay pots on August 30th and leave them bisque fire. They said it’s going to take 2 weeks before it’s ready. I double checked with more than one staff about picking up window on the day before we made them AND on the day they first called me. They ensured me that it’s absolutely no problem to pick them up later in October. We spent 3 hours to handmade those pots and my kids were so looking forward to get them when it’s done. They said they usually save all those items for 2 months. However, when we get here to pick them up today 10/17/25, we were told they trashed all orders from September. This is unbelievable. After talking to the manager, she went to check the shelf, then she came back to question me if I’m sure it was during Labor Day and doubted when was the last time they called me. I showed my photo album and my call records to prove what we said earlier. I also suggest to check our visit records and credit card records. She looked like she wanted to make this our fault but all the evidence showed her that we did nothing wrong. Be aware!!!
Ivy T — Google review
We arrived around 11AM on a Wednesday. The space was busy but by no means crowded. My children (7 & 9) were never waiting for a spot to play. $6 for admission is totally reasonable, especially with the amount of creations children can actually take home with them. We opted to pay an additional $6/kid so that they’ll fabricate the items they created in the 3D printer software. We spent about 2.5 hours here and would’ve easily spent more time had our empty stomachs and to-do list not been so nagging. A friend said that you have in and out privileges with your admission, so that might be worth looking into if you need a lunch break during your visit. When we come back to pick up our 3D printer items, I think we’ll probably opt to pay for another day’s admission. My kids loved it!
Shannon E — Google review
Whatever activities you can imagine they have it. There are 3D printers to design and print. An area to sculpt clay that for a small fee you can have fired. All kinds of building activities, craft, computer etc. They had an art student demonstrate how to throw clay on a potters wheel and it was hands on so messy play at its best. We ran out of time before we could explore ot all.
Do W — Google review
If your kids are crafty, this is a great place. Imagine if you created a warehouse space with various crafting stations including sewing, painting, coloring, cardboard craft building, 3D printing, laser etching, and various other crafts and let your kids have at it. It's not too big so it's easy to keep your eyes on them from one spot. It's all hands on, but they are on their own for the most part. The crafter the kids, the more value this place is. If your kids need to be spoonfed entertainment, they will hate this place. It's all about letting them build things with some ideas of what to do all around.

Ted Drewes Frozen Custard is a renowned take-out spot in St. Louis, established in 1929 and beloved by locals and visitors alike. They offer a variety of frozen custard flavors and toppings, with their famous "concrete" being a must-try. This thick and creamy treat is served upside down due to its gravity-defying thickness.
Great location to get some custard and cool off during the summer heat. During my visit there was hardly any wait at all! I had planned on visiting several times, but each attempt was diverted due to the long lines this location normally has. Their long list of flavors is impressive. The vanilla concentrate is divine, and I also ordered a Cherry/Pistachio Malt which has always been my favorite combination of flavors, and they did not disappoint. There is a gift shop nearby, and I really enjoyed learning the history of this iconic location. Staff was very friendly, and service was fast! I do not think I would mind the wait if my next visit has long lines.

Oh my goodness!! Saw this place on a food show. We were going to be passing through St Louis anyway so we decided to give it a try. Amazing! The absolutely creamiest custard ever, served in dozens of flavors and in several different presentations. We had "concrete". So thick you can turn the cup upside down and the custard won't fall out. Flavors were intense and delicious. If I lived near this place I'd weigh 600 pounds

This place was recommended by numerous travel sites. I came here to try the best of STL. I was not disappointed. I've tried numerous custard companies (see my reviews) and Ted Drewes is one of the top spots I will recommend from now on. I tried their chocolate, mint, banana, and vanilla. I liked it all! They have lots of free parking spaces available. All wheelchair accessible. Be ready to fall in line during busy hours. Don't forget to visit their souvenir store across the parking lot.

This is a busy place, but the line moves fast! I tried turtle sundae, which was mentioned by a gentleman in front of us. It was vanilla custard, Carmel, chocolate and pecan! Delicious! St Louis area is noted for there frozen custard. Worth a trip for dessert! Would stop again! " Cement" means all mixed in, I like the term.

Great custard. Despite the common suggestion of trying their concrete (which is like a milkshake) I would actually suggest just getting a plain cone!!! The concrete tastes like a slightly better milkshake… but the cone highlights the uniqueness of the custard, it is so unbelievably smooth and creamy. Service was fast!

The Fabulous Fox Theatre, a beautifully restored 1920s movie palace located in the Grand Center Arts District, is a must-visit destination for lovers of live music and stage productions. Hosting musical performers, touring Broadway shows, and stand-up comedians, this historic theater offers an array of entertainment options. I took my mother to see the Temptations and the Four Tops for a Mother's Day present. It was fantastic. We loved the music love and atmosphere. Riding in the elevator was awesome. The virtual tickets we're perfect. The usher for our section was so funny and accommodating. That was worth the investment to make a memory with my mom.

Such a magnificent building adorned with opulence. Each time I enter the theater, I am awestruck. There’s something to see no matter where I look. The statues lining the walls, the elephant over the stage and the ones on the carpet, the stained glass ball suspended from the ceiling are a feast for the eyes. I’ve been here many times, yet I still feel transported to a grander time. The old fashioned elevator with an attendant adds to the experience. I love everything about this theater. No other theater that I’ve been to has measured up. It’s destination to see with the bonus of a great show.

I would highly recommend this place if you would like the chance to experience an era from long ago. Out of all the things I heard and saw, probably my favorite was the glass ball chandelier, it is absolutely amazing and probably worth the ticket price just to see in person. This place is a national gem.

Gorgeous venue. Definitely worth coming to see a show here for the experience. Venue parking is right across the street for a quick access. Although leaving the parking garage will take you some time after the show unless you are on the lower levels. Overall it felt like a well-oiled machine getting you in and out of the venue which does enhance the experience, by minimizing travel frustrations. My seat was BALC MZ04 EE 108 which put me a little higher up but I had a nice centered view of the stage.

The Temptations and Four Tops concert was a moment of nostalgia. The show was packed, the atmosphere took me back when times were great. The coming together celebrating the music, the magic, the love with our Motown icons was a joy. The cherry on top was Otis Williams the last original member of the Temptations at 83 can still move and groove. Great Show!! Loved everything about it. Outside 2 hours prior to the show was congested and crowded. A rainy day but people showed up with love in their hearts and gratitude for the era.

Tower Grove Park, established in 1868, is a historic park in St. Louis that offers a glimpse into the city's past with its carriage rides, grass tennis courts, wading pool, and gazebo. The park boasts an impressive collection of 340 tree species that attract over 200 bird varieties.
Tower Grove Park is, without question, one of the crown jewels of St. Louis. Nestled just south of the Missouri Botanical Garden, this Victorian-era park offers a rare and captivating blend of natural beauty, historic charm, and vibrant community life. Whether you’re seeking quiet morning walks beneath towering oak and ginkgo trees, a peaceful place to picnic with family, or a lively backdrop for a weekend farmers market or festival, Tower Grove delivers. The park is immaculately maintained, with winding paths, ornate pavilions, bubbling fountains, and an impressive array of plant life that changes with the seasons—each turn offering something new to appreciate. It’s also a hub of activity and inclusivity. On any given day, you’ll find yoga classes in the grass, musicians playing under the trees, kids laughing near the playgrounds, and local sports teams competing on the fields. The energy is always welcoming, never overwhelming. As one of the few parks in the region that balances serenity with activity, history with modern relevance, and nature with neighborhood, Tower Grove Park isn’t just a place to visit—it’s a place to return to, time and time again. If you live in St. Louis and haven’t spent time here, you’re missing out. And if you’re visiting the city, do yourself a favor and make it a priority. It’s the heartbeat of south St. Louis.

I love this park! It has beautiful open green spaces, fields, ponds, paths to walk and benches dotted throughout. The biggest plus of this park is the many events they have throughout the week like live music and farmers markets. Centrally located and relatively safe, I think this is a great option for a picnic or a park hang out. Highly recommended!

There’s really something for everyone at The Tower Grove Park. This was a first visit to attend the Tower Grove Market. Parking on Saturday is really intense inside the park. It’s all along a single road one-way that requires parallel parking. I only participated in the market, but I did see tennis courts and playgrounds. A Botanical Gardens is nearby that’s highly regarded. On Saturdays they have music and food by the fountain. Absolutely a Saint Louis gem and can’t wait to return soon.

A huge city park with big trees, paved paths, historical-looking (not sure if they are or not) picnic pavilions. Great place for a walk, run, or a family picnic. Maybe not quite big enough for a bike ride if you're looking to get a workout, but more than big enough to go for a moderate distance run. Safe. Beautiful variety of large trees.

Flea & Street Markets
Soulard Farmers Market, established in 1838, is located in the Soulard neighborhood just south of downtown St. Louis. It spans over two blocks and features a wide variety of fresh produce and products from more than 80 vendors. In addition to fruits and vegetables, visitors can find items such as purses, flowers, t-shirts, area rugs, pet supplies, and Cardinals gear. The market is open year-round on Wednesdays through Saturdays with varying hours each day.
I really love Soulard Market. The prices are so much better than what you’d find at any regular grocery store, and there’s always a great variety of fresh produce and other stuff. The people are friendly and the whole place has a welcoming, down-to-earth vibe. If you go on a weekday, it’s super chill — barely any crowds, which I personally love. It’s one of those places that just feels good to shop at. Definitely a favorite for me.

A feast for the senses! Wonderful smells, beautiful colors. We brought relatives visiting from England and enjoyed seeing all the fresh produce. I purchased several fruits I've never tried before.

Great farmer’s market with lots of vendor variety. We came while visiting St. Louis, so we didn’t buy any produce or food, but everything looked good! We found a place selling STL t-shirts, so we got one of those as a souvenir. highly recommend for locals looking to buy produce and other foods. I also recommend for visitors looking for a farmer’s market experience - and if you’re staying somewhere you can cook, they have fresh food! There was a Latino festival going on there while we were visiting, and it was amazing - lots of vendors for goods, food, and refreshments. There was also live music, and we got to see Brenda K. Starr - she was so fun and engaging!

Love the atmosphere and the positive energy that this market place gives off. Everyone is just trying to shop, drink their adult beverages, and be happy. What's not to love. You see people there of all walks of life with their entire families and friends. I love it Everytime I'm able to make my way over here.

This farmer's market is an absolute must-visit! It's filled with parts of history, character, and amazing finds. From fresh, affordable produce to unique handmade crafts, there's something for everyone, even little kids. I loved exploring the different food vendors and trying out the delicious pastries and healthy drinks/smoothies. It can get crowded on weekends, but it's worth the hustle and bustle. The parking is a huge plus! I highly recommend visiting!

The Campbell House Museum, established in 1943, is a restored 19th-century home that offers a glimpse into the Victorian lifestyle of Robert Campbell and his wife Virginia Kyle Campbell. The museum showcases period furnishings, paintings, and personal effects of the family. Located in St. Louis's elegant Lucas Place neighborhood, this historic house was the center of high society during the mid-1880s and hosted prominent figures like President Ulysses S. Grant and General William T. Sherman.
One of my favorite places in the city of St. Louis. Amazing museum filled with history and impressive artifacts. The staff is amazing: extremely knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and they love to share everything they know about the unique history of this one-of-a-kind place. I highly recommend learning about the history of the Campbell House museum and Campbell family on their website or by visiting the museum for yourself.

What a lovely, historic house! I highly recommend taking the guided tour if you want to gain deeper insight of all the beautiful artifacts. It is well worth the $10 charge. There are so many interesting rooms. I highly recommend a visit to this museum house.

The Campbell House is definitely worth a visit especially if you enjoy period decor and STL history. The volunteer staff are very knowledgeable in telling the story of the family and house. Our guide even gave us ideas of other places to visit. He also mentioned the house is decorated and quite pretty at Christmas so I plan to return soon.

Not to be missed! Beautiful history in downtown St. Louis. Dennis was our docent on the tour, and he was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the museum. I was surprised at how extensive the tour was (you basically get to see the whole house).

Campbell House is a true gem, showcasing stunning rooms adorned with historically preserved furnishings that have only grown more incredible with time. Stepping inside feels like entering a meticulously restored time machine, whisking you back 125 years. Upon arrival, Haley warmly greeted us for an impromptu tour, though I'd suggest booking tickets ahead to help the organization schedule resources. As a volunteer docent, Haley's passion shone through as she expertly shared insights into the house's rich history and its journey from the family that owned and lived there to the hands of Yale University, because one of the children was a graduate, to a dedicated private historical group in 1945. The ongoing dedication of generations is palpable in every detail. Recent renovations have seamlessly integrated modern comforts, including an elevator (though we opted for the stairs), ensuring a comfortable visit. The gift shop delights with a curated selection of thoughtful items, and the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Campbell House has firmly secured a place in my top 5 recommendations for St. Louis visitors, especially those with a passion for antiques, history, or art.

Beautiful Victorian Home. Tour Guide Ginger was an amazing historian of the home and have a wonderfully nice personality. The home is well kept and clean, very much worth $10 dollars per person. Our tour last around an hour long as well. I contributed $50 to keep the home in tip top shape.

This is a national scale gem. The history of the average American making good. The Campbell story is worth hearing. The home is preserved from the last relative, as if they just walked out and left it for us. Mrs Campbell spent more on opulent decor for one room than was spent on purchasing the house. This is a fabulous view of the past. Best mansion tour I've seen. Highly recommend.

The Scott Joplin House State Historic Site in St. Louis, Missouri, preserves the former residence of the famous ragtime composer from 1901 to 1903. The site features a restored second-floor flat with period furnishings where Joplin lived and worked on some of his most well-known pieces. Visitors can explore museum exhibits that interpret Joplin's life and work during the ragtime era in Saint Louis.
What a cool little museum! We got a tour from Nina who really knew a lot about Scott Joplin, the era & the area. We were extra lucky that their resident musician Royce was in town and played Mapleleaf Rag for us! It’s so cool that this amazing piece of St Louis history has been preserved for everyone to experience.
Rose C — Google review
I've been meaning to see the Scott Joplin House for years; thanks to my friend Emma Prince (Backlog Archivists) for getting me on the tour today! Definitely worth visiting. The young man who started us out and played some of Joplin's music on the piano for us was excellent!
Wineguy2351 — Google review
I was so lucky to have a private tour on Nov 2 when the museum was actually closed because I called ahead. I learned so much about Scott Joplin and his times from the tour guide. It was great to learn that the royalties he earned from the sales of the Maple Leaf Rag enabled him to compose and teach during the day rather than have to play at the bars. It was interesting to learn that he taught piano and composed in the communal room on the second floor. He didn't have a private practice room. I enjoyed learning to play ragtime music as a teen so it was very exciting to learn about this period of his life when he lived in the house. It was great to get an overview of his whole life as well. From his bedroom you can now see the Gateway Arch. So having been there first, it was a fun perspective to see it from Scott Joplin's his window.
Jennifer C — Google review
Yes, the connection to Scott Joplin is small (he only lived here 2 years, as it turns out, subletting a tiny room). Yes, there isn't much/any physical items connected to him. Yes, it's a bit off the beaten path. But the docents and staff are SO knowledgeable about Joplin's life and legacy as well as St. Louis history, and so friendly, and unless you're a Joplin scholar, you'll learn something. They are also very accommodating - I had the pleasure of getting a private tour since I was the only person there at that hour. Do note that tours start on the hour, have a small fee, and last 45 minutes, so budget for that. You can't see any of the house unless you do the guided tour. The tours end with getting to hear a player piano play one of Joplin's rags with a piano roll, or, if you're lucky, the resident pianist and Joplin scholar, Royce Martin, will be there and will play you his fantastic interpretations of Joplin's work and give a deep dive into the musicological and cultural significance of ragtime as a genre. Whether you get a chance to see him or not, look up his album, "Memories on Morgan Street: Scott Joplin Reimagined" - it is one of the superlative recordings of Joplin's rags - I imagine close to how the master played them himself in his youth.
Joshua V — Google review
well done. tour guide has a great passion for tour and history of Joplin and this historic site. parking was easy on the street. books and items available also to purchase with even more valuable info.
Tacoma S — Google review
We really enjoyed our little tour here. We got to learn a lot about Scott Joplin and what St. Louis at that time was like, as well as what life as an itinerant musician was like. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and I loved getting to listen to an old player piano and finally find out how they work. They do tours on the hour every hour, so if the website that lets you make reservations only shows tours in the afternoon, call and they’ll add you to a morning tour if you want.
Alex D — Google review
I was pleasantly surprised on our tour of the Scott Joplin house. interesting my first piano recital I played one of his well-known tunes, The Entertainer.
Katie O — Google review
This home rates low in historic value because of the somewhat forced association with renown Ragtime composer Scott Joplin. He rented this home for two years (1901-03) and it was thought he wrote "The Entertainer" here, for which there is little reliable evidence to support the assertion. Making note of this house is akin to saying "George Washington slept here." Joplin was an enormous contributor to American music, with Rag influencing almost all subsequent American music. But this house has little to do with it.

The National Blues Museum is a captivating destination dedicated to celebrating the profound cultural impact and history of blues music. Through interactive exhibits, live performances, and engaging displays, visitors can explore the evolution of blues from its origins in African-American communities to its global influence on various music genres. The museum offers an entertaining and educational experience by showcasing the stories of renowned blues musicians and presenting a vivid portrayal of this enduring musical genre.
My wife and I visited for a night of live music. It was an enjoyable evening. The host was upbeat and engaged the crowd. The band was good and the event was small and intimate and no empty seats. If you enjoy the blues well worth attending one of the performances at The National Blues Museum. Unfortunately it was after hours and didn't get to see the actual museum, hopefully on our next trip to the Lou!
Brian H — Google review
Unfortunately, all of the interactive elements at the museum were out of service during our visit — every single one. We were really looking forward to an engaging, hands-on experience to enjoy as a family, but instead, it was mostly reading static information that can easily be found online. It ended up being boring for the kids, and overall, the ticket price didn’t feel justified given how much was unavailable. It's the blues museum! We should listen to it!
Diego V — Google review
This museum has alot of potential, unfortunately when I visited, most of the interactive exhibits were out of order and couldn't t be fixed due to the government withdrawal of its funding. Places like this, that preserve history in America are under attack. Blues music has many branches and that should be the point of going to the museum - to learn the truth. Anyway, I made a donation and I hope those who believe in telling the contributions of African Americans to every facet of American culture, including music, will do the same.
Nicole J — Google review
Nice overall, but definitely needs funding. There was water damage and many of the exhibits were out of order.

A must stop for the music fans out there. This is a great look into American history and the gift to the world that blues music shares! We also attended (it is an extra fee) a concert that evening that was held in the museum. This was an incredible treat too!! Make sure to check the museums website to see if one will be held during your stay.
Alan G — Google review
I loved everything about this museum. The history, the art, the fun activities. The only disappointment I had was that all the stations to create our own blues album weren't working, so I never got my completed album via email even though we did all the working stations. They do a curated gallery that one can only assume they change out with new artists. It is a fairly new addition to downtown. Take it all in, watch all the videos, take lots of pictures, and read all the history. Well worth the admissions fee, but you do get $5 off admission if you eat at Sugarfire (attached) BEFORE you visit the museum (see the bottom of your food receipt).
Tamara N — Google review
While some of the interactive exhibits were not working, the Museum still have a full history of blue and how it influenced music as we know it. There were lots of good displays of memorabilia from different artist and eras.

It's free or donate a $5. It is worth it for a nice experience. The best part is the large chess piece outside and the cool boards. A great stop while you are in the area but not something you drive 30 minutes away for
Troy S — Google review
This past Sunday we checked out the World Chess Hall of Fame in St. Louis and it turned out to be such a fun and unique stop! I went with my wife Diana, her son Santiago, and his girlfriend Juliana, and we all had a great time wandering through the exhibits and snapping pics with the giant chess pieces. Diana, being a dentist, loved seeing Dr. Carolina Blanco’s contributions to the game (dentist + chess master = super inspiring). Santiago and Juliana had fun with the colorful art, and we all left with a new appreciation for how creative and deep the game of chess really is. Oh, and the best part? Admission and parking were both free on Sunday—can’t beat that! If you’re in St. Louis, this place is definitely worth a visit for a fun and different kind of experience.

This place is absolutely awesome and the best part is that it is free. The museum has a surprisingly rich collection of chess sets and boards from different parts of the world and across various time periods. Walking through the exhibits brought back many memories of my younger days when I used to play a lot more chess than I do now. Many visitors also mention the impressive giant chess piece outside and I agree that it is a great photo spot and sets the tone perfectly. Inside, the educational videos are engaging. The staff were friendly and helpful which made the experience even better. There is also a nice little gift shop with interesting items for chess lovers. Overall this is a wonderful place to visit whether you are a casual player or a chess enthusiast. Highly recommended.

This was a cute little stop for our kids as they both love playing chess. There are three floors of exhibits. Floor one features the artwork of a single artist has many pieces related to chess. The second d floor is all about chess references in literature and features some novelty boards, such as Winnie the Pooh, Beatrix Potter, Harry Potter, and Moby Dick themed boards. There is also a display of chess related books and an area for you to play a game of chess. The third floor features variants of traditional chess boards - various 3 person, 3-dimensional, 4-person boards, and even a representation of the hologram chess board from Star Wars: A New Hope. There were also a few variant boards on table along with rule sheets for the variations. There is a small gift shop in the museum. Outside is the world's largest chess piece as well as a large outdoor chessboard to play.

A nice little place, but honestly a bit underwhelming. I was expecting more exhibits and artifacts on the history of chess, and maybe a deeper dive into the greatest players (after all it is called the Hall of Fame), but it was mostly a collection of unique chess sets. The Soldiers Memorial Military Museum, located in downtown St. Louis, is a tribute to the brave men and women who served in the military. Housed in an impressive art deco building, the museum features historical exhibits that honor local soldiers from World War I through the Vietnam War. The site underwent a $30 million revitalization, doubling its exhibit space and achieving LEED Gold certification.

Great memorial park. Sits high on the hill. It is very sobering at what sacrifices that were made by the soldiers to keep us free. May we never forget.
Chase W — Google review
Pretty decent exhibits and free to the public, though a donation is kindly requested in the form of a gift shop purchase. The museum connects on the basement floor level and the exhibit there is dark but cool. You aren't allowed to bring backpacks inside so keep that in mind if you are sight seeing. I had to leave my backpack with the front desk guide and there isnt a system of verifying your own stuff if others have left their bags alongside yours...thankfully i had a luggage tag on mine.
Katherine C — Google review
Just because the Soldiers Memorial Military Museum is free (donations are accepted), one might (mistakenly) think it is not worth a visit, but it was the perfect place for us to spend a rainy Saturday afternoon in September! My wife & I were visiting St. Louis for the first time, and this was our last full day in the city. We walked from our hotel (in the rain), arriving at the museum in the early afternoon. Even before we entered the museum, we were impressed by the Soldiers Memorial architecture (do take some time to check out the sculptures flanking the entrances). As a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, I also paused in the loggia to reflect on the cenotaph and the Gold Star Mothers mosaic above before entering the museum. This is truly a moving space for contemplation and reflection, and it appropriately set the mode for our entry into the museum. Inside, the museum’s permanent exhibits were impressive on their own, but we were also thankful to see the equally impressive “Tuskegee Airmen: America’s Freedom Fighters” special exhibit available during our visit. Visiting from South Carolina, we were thrilled to learn that the Tuskegee Airmen had trained at the Walterboro (SC) Army Airfield. The Tuskegee Airmen special exhibit taught us much about these courageous trailblazers; what a great bonus! At the end of our visit, we made a donation not only to support the operation of the museum, but to express our appreciation for the hours of military history we were exposed to through the museum’s displays. Finally, as a veteran, I was grateful for the military discount I received on the museum-related items I purchased as we were leaving. Although the Soldiers Memorial Military Museum has a ‘local’ (St. Louis) focus, I would highly recommend it for anyone with an interest in military history, . . . and don’t wait for a rainy day to visit!

The Soldiers Memorial in St. Louis is so much more than just a memorial. It's a full museum that honors the service and sacrifice of people from the St. Louis area who served in every American war. Housed in a beautiful Art Deco building downtown, it blends powerful exhibits with personal stories, making it a meaningful stop whether you're a history fan or just curious to learn more. Inside, you'll find everything from uniforms and letters to interactive displays that bring the past to life. The museum is open on weekends and is fully accessible, with ramps, lifts, and powered doors to make sure everyone feels welcome. Even the parking lot is thoughtful, with an EV charger available for visitors who need it. The space itself feels calm and respectful, but never stuffy. It's easy to explore and close to other downtown landmarks, so it fits right into a day of sightseeing. Whether you're stopping by for a quick visit or diving deep into the exhibits, the Soldiers Memorial offers a heartfelt and well-designed tribute to those who served.

It’s such a neat museum showing St. Louis’ military history, opened in 1938 on Memorial Day. I enjoyed the Ghost Army Exhibition. It’s a solemn reminder of how far we’ve come since World War 1 and World War 2 or even since American colonization. Very cool original artifacts. Interesting to know about the German immigrants in St. Louis. Small exhibition but a wealth of information. It’s free but worth making a donation on your way out. Don’t forget to stop by the obelisk with bas relief soldiers on the front lawn.

Ballpark Village is a vibrant and lively district located near Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. It offers an array of restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues, making it the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts and those looking for a fun night out. The Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark hotel provides guests with a convenient location just steps away from Busch Stadium, the Gateway Arch, America's Center, Enterprise Center, the Riverfront, and other major attractions in St. Louis.
Ballpark Village is such an awesome spot to experience. Whether it’s Cardinals game day or just a regular visit! On game days, the energy is electric, and you truly feel like you’re part of celebrating of game day. But even without a game, there’s still so much to enjoy. The variety of food options is impressive, and the nightlife keeps the fun going well into the evening. There’s even a top-notch gym onsite for those who want a place to workout. One of my favorite features is the outdoor seating area—it’s spacious, comfortable, and a great place to relax, especially if you have kids who need room to run around. Overall, it’s a fun, versatile space that offers something for everyone!

This seems like it would be a great spot on a day the Cardinals are playing - home or away. Otherwise, I can only really say that it was nice - a relatively relaxed environment, with different restaurant and bar options. The former Busch Stadium infield is a great place for kids to let off steam. I just wish the shops other than restaurants stayed open beyond 6pm.

The Ballpark Village was a nice place to visit, I went to park at the location to grab an ice cream, wind blew my ticket away and when I get to the exit, and explain it to the situation I was told to pay $35 for lost ticket I accepted the charges but still waiting for 18 minutes for the gate to open. I hope the management see this and advice the concerned staff how to treat tourists.

Incredible party before & after Cardinals games. So fun, exciting and super cool to see. Huge baseball diamond where the former stadium was located for free play. Just an exciting awesome place to be!

Ballpark village is such an inviting add-on to Busch Stadium w/ great restaurants & public areas that used to be parts of the original stadium for display. The homemade ravioli @ Katie’s pizza & pasta restaurant is a super must-try! Always awesome coming & being back in the #314. Go, Redbirds! ⚾️🏟️💟🤙🏻

Location, location, LOCATION!!! Love Ballpark Village for its' close proximity to Busch Stadium. A number of different restaurant / bar options for different tastes that should appeal to most people. The main Fan Duel (former Fox Sports Midwest) bar area is the BEST place in the STL to watch your favorite sports teams. They are also able to host any size group / party, from 15 to whatever their maximum occupancy is (5,000???). With private parking and plenty of security, this is the go-to spot downtown!!

Ballpark Village is a cool place to stop before or after a baseball game. It has so many screens to look at in case you are watching something other than baseball as well as many places to stop and get a drink. There are multiple restaurants attached of all different food genres. It feels like BPV is ever growing, each time we go there’s something new which is fun. I think one of the best things they added was an outdoor area with a Jumbotron reflecting inside the stadium, so you could bring your pups and sit outside in the baseball atmosphere. Additionally, in my experience from working at Busch stadium, the seating area at the top of BPV offers a nice robust buffet inside as well as stadium vibes outside with multiple places to grab a drink.

St. Louis Union Station, designed by architect Theodore Link and engineer George H. Pegram, was a significant train station in its prime, serving over 100,000 passengers daily through its 32 boarding gates. The Richardsonian Romanesque Headhouse boasts the impressive Grand Hall with its high barrel vault adorned with gold leaf, frescoes, and stained glass. The Train Shed, also notable for its design by Pegram, covered thirty-two tracks and over twelve acres.
Stayed at the Hilton Curio Hotel at Union Station mid-week for a short business trip. The hotel was great with beautiful architecture, nice fitness center, and well maintained executive lounge. I explored Union Station which had a nice variety of entertainment venues including the wheel, mini-golf, Landry's Seafood, the Aquarium, other food stands, and rotating event spaces. The property is vast and it was sparsely populated during the week. Hope they get more customers because it was a pleasant environment. The main hall in the station has a nice bar and also serves small plates.

Really fun place to spend the day! The aquarium, mirror maze and ropes course were all really really fun! It's a very nice, clean, well maintained place. The employees were all incredibly nice and friendly everywhere we went, and really made us feel welcome. Can't wait to go back!

Fun, family-friendly atmosphere. This was a cool place to visit while in St. Louis - there’s a Ferris wheel (we came specifically for this), another ride or two, the aquarium, ice cream, snacks, and restaurants. The Ferris wheel is a great way to see the city - we went at night, and it was beautiful. I recommend.
John T — Google review
Overall okay, I loved the aquarium, but it lacked fun. It felt very adults only with kid themes. Unfortunately the carnival games are a scam an quite expensive 😕. The poor workers who ran the ferris wheel were wearing matching long sleeves and dying in the heat. I hope they do better

I had to pick my girlfriend up from the airport and we decided to make a date night out of it! I hadn’t been here since I was a little kid but it still looked familiar! I do remember when the mall used to be there! Everyone is super nice and there’s lots of room to walk around. We were there around 7pm & it was beautiful with all the lights! We loved the Koi pond & Ferris Wheel! Parking was only $8!

Got into town with no issues from Amtrak the ride was smooth here and there was a woman who was at the help desk who was very helpful and nice. Directed me to the local train with no issues I even went the wrong way and she was helpful to be watching the cameras and to tell me that I’m going the wrong direction lol. Not a lot of food options inside but they have a restaurant inside. I have no issues with this place at all so far on my individual experience. Hopefully my reviews are recognized.

The aquarium was AWESOME! One of the best aquariums I’ve ever been to. There were some really unique experiences and animals that you won’t get to experience/see anywhere else. Lots of interactive activities too. The spitting fish were my favorite :) The staff was VERY knowledgeable too with any questions you had about the animals and also told us some really cool facts.

Blueberry Hill, a popular pop culture-themed diner in St. Louis, has been a beloved hangout since 1972. The restaurant is adorned with vintage Pez dispensers, Wurlitzer jukeboxes, and Chuck Berry artifacts. In fact, the legendary musician played at the venue once a month for 209 consecutive months. The establishment also houses the Duck Room, a renowned live music club that hosts exciting shows.
Its a restaurant cum museum of dolls , figurines and memorabilia. The food portions are amazing , tastes good and prices are reasonable . I loved it. Its the place were great musicians performed.

Pretty cool. Feels like a museum vs. a restaurant, but it makes for a unique experience. Please note that the items are on display and nothing else. Ambiance feels a tad claustrophobic because the tables and seating area is small in one of the rooms. The food was pretty good! You'll get an itemized receipt. My friend and I both got the 4 oz famous burger, and we thought it was pretty good! It's nothing that I would remember, however. The fries were crunchy and hot, not salty; and the tater tots were crunchy. Service was friendly. Hostess was quick to address us when we walked in, and the waitress was attentive and came around frequently. Overall, I would be back!

Where do I begin. 10/19/25, my very first time and 90% sure will be my last. The inside is like a museum of Knick knacks and it’s pretty cool and laid out really good. You seat yourself, which is ok because the place is pretty big. The service was very slow but she was very nice. We sat at a table near the tiny restroom and honestly all I could smell from my seat was the restroom. After a fairly long wait the well done burgers came out and they still was pretty pink inside. Waitress said the kitchen hasn’t been listening to her and she’s been getting after them. Table next to me complained about same thing, pink burger. I paid $95 for 4 people and the taste and amount of food we got wasn’t worth it. I had so little fry’s that it should have been on a kids plate. Mozzarella sticks and onion rings were not the best. Overall best thing was the Darts.

This is nostalgia for me. Came here often as a teen, Uncle Mike worked security for Chuck when he played, love their burgers, their French Onion Soup is to die for still. And the fried zucchini is a must have. Mr. Edwards thank you for being consistent.
Margaret C — Google review
This was one of the most interesting and eclectic restaurant atmospheres I've ever experienced. You are completely surrounded by hundreds of collectibles and interesting things to look at. That is the restaurant's best quality. In my opinion, the food was okay, leaning towards subpar. I had a burger, it was underwhelming, and my wife felt the same way. I'm glad I came because of the atmosphere, but the food won't be luring me back.
Dan B — Google review
We went to Blueberry Hill for dinner on a Monday night, so it was pretty quiet, which made it easy to take in the space. The restaurant feels like it goes on forever—each room is its own little world, packed with vintage furnishings and interesting memorabilia. My adult kids and I had a blast exploring everything while waiting for our food. Our server was wonderful—attentive without hovering, and made the meal feel relaxed and easy. The food itself was great, with generous portions and fresh flavors. One of the highlights for us was discovering the little game room tucked away inside, with darts, claw machines, and maybe pinball or other arcade games (it all blended together in a fun way). Even though the place is big and full of surprises, it never felt overwhelming. Overall, it was a really fun night out, and we left full and happy. The combination of good food, friendly service, and quirky, immersive décor made it a memorable experience.
Olivia C — Google review
We were so disappointed! It was the first time for my husband and I trying this local favorite and boy, did it disappoint! There was a smell of old grease as soon as we walked in the door, and the items from the fryer tasted as such. We had fried mushrooms as an appetizer, which came out in a puddle of grease and tasted a little burnt. My husband had the 7oz burger which was ok, not seasoned "at all" and dry. I ordered the Reuben, which had burnt corned beef on it (the cook must have put it on the grill), was salty and thin, for $13. We sent the fries back because they were an additional $3.25 and tasted like old grease. The bathroom was very dirty, dusty filters, dirt at the top of the doors. The waitress was very nice but unfortunately a little scattered so she would disappear and we had to hunt her down for the bill and to-go containers. I hate that this iconic place was so disappointing. The decor was pretty cool, though, so if you just go to visit and/or have drinks, it'd be a neat place to see.

The St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station is a state-of-the-art aquarium and entertainment center located in the historic Saint Louis Union Station. It features six galleries, including Shark Canyon, and offers unique experiences such as otter encounters and behind-the-scenes access. The aquarium is home to over 13,000 marine animals, including rare species like blue lobsters, rays, and sharks in touch pools.
We're from Kentucky and love going to the zoo, we got hot and decided to head over to the aquarium and check it out and man was it so worth it!! My kids absolutely LOVED it! We have a 3 & 10 year old and they cannot stop talking about it. They had like 4+ touch tanks and that was so cool! My kids loved feeding the archer fish! It cost us $111.96 for 1 senior, 1 adult and 2 kids. I love that they take your picture for you and you can purchase those at the end of the tour! We will definitely be coming back!!

Lots of displays and hands on things for the kids! Take your time...its not a huge aquarium, but kept our kids entertained! Everything was well maintained and in working order. Plenty of bathrooms and hand washing stations. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend visiting! Go on a week day for less crowds, but call and ask if there are field trips that day!

Best aquarium experience ever!! We wanted to take our nephew because he loves fish and saw that there was an option to paint with the stingrays the day we were going. The package allows 4 people and it was a very personalized experience. The staff and aquarists were so kind and educated us and allowed us to interact with them and the stingrays. The whole aquarium staff was super friendly and happy to give us all the information. (Customer service via phone was also kind and helpful bc we are out of state and had questions) It is a very interactive aquarium, and a great place to bring children of all ages and it is October so we had a pumpkin and pirate theme. Union Square was a great place overall for everyone day and night. We can’t wait to come back!

My family had a blast there. It was our first time and we enjoyed it. It was expensive for a family of five, but it was a good experience. I did feel like the whole exhibit was short, but I enjoyed it. My favorite part was looking at the turtles. I did touch the jellyfish and that was such an amazing experience. We bought tickets online, but when we got there, there was no line. We went on a weekend. They did have an elevator so strollers are good to bring.

The Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis (CAM) is a renowned institution that offers a diverse range of modern art exhibitions and educational programs. It prides itself on showcasing both established and emerging artists, with a constantly changing array of exhibits that reflect current trends in the art world. The museum's minimalist architecture provides an impressive backdrop for the art on display, creating an intimate setting for visitors to explore cutting-edge works.
The Contemporary Art Museum is a lovely free option in town for local and travelling exhibits. It offers a simple platform for different forms of expression for so many unique artists. We enjoyed walking through the many exhibits and stopped in the café for a bite as well. The serene views of the art as well as peeks at the city skyline were the perfect setting as we enjoyed breakfast sandwiches, muffins, and lattes. The food at the cafe was better than most we've been to and if we lived closer we would visit just for coffee!! After our snack we explored the outside area and then wandered to the second museum featured with entry, the Pulitzer Art foundation which had unique cultural pieces that stimulated multiple senses such as smell, sight, and sound. For a free visit it was definitely worth the time spent and we will definitely be returning! We enjoyed Paul Chan's Breathers exhibit and are excited to see what is featured next!

You can keep your pricey therapy; I just need a good art museum! I went to the Contemporary Art Museum and felt like a whole new woman. The current exhibit is called Like Water! The features illustrate how water is necessary for life but sometimes destructive. Upstairs, there’s this layered and soothing installation about the confluence of the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers. Don’t worry guys, I am now a river scholar. Admission to this museum is FREE. Art museums are good for the soul. I just bumble often backtracking to compare. Worth the visit! You should check it out.

Incredibly engaging, a great place to wander and have an emotional experience, a place that makes it feel like there's no right or wrong answer to have about art. Enchanting to walk through. Very kind docents. I never felt awkward or pressured to move on from a space before I was ready. One even turned up the audio upstairs for me so I could listen to the interview with the artist (and there was also a transcript, which is so meaningful--accessibility is so important!). I loved the upstairs space where I could sit, listen to the artist interview, and color--just what I felt inspired to do after walking around and thinking about all the vivid juxtapositions I'd just seen. If you get a chance, see the Jacolby Satterwhite exposition before it leaves in August. There are some adult themes but nothing a modern kid would blush at, most likely! 😅 Oh--my one gripe. Please do away with the gendered bathrooms. Standing in front of a men's and women's bathroom as a non-binary person, reading the sign that says, "Please use the one where you're most comfortable," was not the highlight of my day. Thank you.

The area also offers diverse dining options such as St. Louis-style barbecue at Salt + Smoke and live music at Blueberry Hill where Chuck Berry performed frequently.
Very unique part of The City, with numerous places to shop & eat. Beautiful murals throughout the area & definitely check out the sidewalk star markers commemorating those with ties to the St Louis area.

If you’re from St. Louis, you’ll miss the former Loop. It’s hard not to remember The Red Sea! Cicero’s! The Delmar! I know things change but those places were amazing for the culture of the Loop! It’s still very diverse and I will always love that part. However, the eclectic atmosphere has vanished with the early 2000’s. Hopefully more music venues besides the pageant will return one day. The loop is missing MUSIC! All that said…there are lots of good eateries. If you’re nostalgic do yourself a favor and stop by Vintage Vinyl. All the (good) music resides there! Great place to take a walk and find yourself in some special shops.
Elle L — Google review
Lots of great Asian restaurants and plenty of good food options, which is definitely a highlight. But the area doesn’t always feel the safest — there are often cops and ambulances around, and it’s mostly college students hanging out. It’s worth visiting for the food, just be careful with personal belongings.
Manuela J — Google review
Maybe visiting it on the day might be the wrong thing to do. I wonder if it is better to visit it at night. But when we were there, there was not much to see or do. Though, we appreciate the walk of fame, and the artistic displays on the sidewalk, it wasn't the place I expected it to be. Some stores we passed by, were closed and were vandalized. Also, it didn't feel safe to walk in some areas. It was our first time there so we are not really sure if the atmosphere changes at night and if it would be better to visit it at that time.

Even if you're not catching a game, you can still explore the stadium and take in its iconic views of the city. Additionally, nearby Ballpark Village offers plenty of dining and entertainment options for before or after the game.

The game was not exciting. Our seats were good. The crowd tried hard to get some excitement going. The lines were very long at the level one concession stands. One line was really two lines because one person was working both lines. More people should work level one and level 4, which was slow, and needed fewer workers.

Cardinals Hall of Fame...I was very surprised at how much I liked this! I've been to Cooperstown twice, and this was BY FAR a much better layout, design, and more visually appealing display. I expected much less, but it took quite a while to go through all of it. There are quite a few hand's on exhibits, and they are very geared to kids as well as adults. You can try on various players' gloves, including Molina and others. There is a nice display for each of the three Cards' stadiums, an area where you can hold a game used bat from assorted players, and a staff member will help you pose and take a picture with the bat. Also you can try on World Series rings and get pictures as well. The kids loved it so much! Again, it was awesome and we'd do it again. Our tour was included with a Busch Stadium tour and well worth the price. Everything about this is first class! I'd have included all the pics but most have our kids in them.

I just love Broadway Oyster Bar. I love the vibes and the live bands that they have. And? I just love the broiled oysters (didn't get my toasted bread this time) and crab cakes. But this last visit my check was a $166 for 3 meals, 2 drinks (a bit watered down)and 2 shots (need to recheck my receipt). I also had to pay $24 to see the performance which was good. It is a little pricey for my wallet as of lately. I will continue to visit... just not as often as before. Overall it was a good experience.

Have been wanting to try this spot for quite some time. The live music was great. Where we were seated you could hear it being performed but not overwhelming. A little New Orleans in St Louis! Everything about Broadway Oyster Bar is terrific. The place itself is very casual & eclectic. There's a bar area Inside, an inside dining area, & an outdoor patio dining area that has its own bar & live music... reminded me of places you would find on Bourbon Street. The menu is pretty diverse but has a lot of dishes that New Orleans is known for. I went specifically for the oysters and they did not disappoint. it was excellent super fresh the best part they were clean no sand. Got half dozen raw and half chard. I recommend to do it that way. Service was amazing our waitress was a little pregnant laddie she was so funny and on point. 100% recommend!

Such a wonderful, eclectic place! Loved the atmosphere, the service was amazing, and the food... oh, the food. Gumbo, jambalaya, red beans & rice, crawfish etouffee (all in a sampler platter), and shrimp & grits... SO GOOD. Tip: watch your step; there are slightly different levels all over, but it just adds to the charm. :) (and the manager will give you a bandaid if you happen to sub your toe like I did) ;)

Had a shrimp po’ boy at Broadway Oyster Bar and it did not disappoint. The sandwich was amazing and the place has a ton of character, fun atmosphere, unique vibe, and surprisingly no wait even with a party of seven. The only downside was the drink service. Refills were slow, and one person in our group didn’t get his drink until after the food was already out. Overall though, great food and a cool spot. Would definitely go back. Just hoping the service tightens up a bit.

Our server Dawn was great! We had shrinp voodoo shrimp, oysters nola, calamari, lobster tacos, and bread pudding for dessert. We will definitely be back and soon. Everything was visually stunning as well as delicious.

⭐️ 1 Star I came to Oyster Bar STL for dinner and was extremely disappointed with the experience. First, we were charged $8 just to sit down because a local band was playing. I’ve never been charged a cover fee at a restaurant just for dining, but okay — we went with it. We ordered a few dozen oysters and the bisque. The oysters were fine, but the bisque was terrible — it came out with a thick, mayo-like texture instead of an actual soup. It was honestly disgusting, and not at all what a bisque should be. I politely told the waitress that I didn’t care for it and thought it would be more soupy. She said she’d get the manager. The manager came out immediately rude, snappy, and dismissive. Instead of listening, the first thing out of her mouth was, “We don’t take items off bills.” I never even asked for that — I just wanted to let them know the dish wasn’t right. I simply said “okay,” left the dish untouched, paid the bill, and left. I’ve always loved this place, but that interaction with the manager completely changed my opinion. Terrible customer service, no accountability, and no care for guest experience. I won’t be returning.

Citygarden Sculpture Park is a serene urban oasis located in downtown St. Louis, offering a blend of art and nature. The park features pathways, seating areas, water features, and an impressive collection of modern and contemporary sculptures. Visitors can enjoy the lush green lawns, fountains, rain gardens, and a children's spray plaza while taking leisurely walks along the paved paths that wind through the park.
Very cool park in the downtown of St Louis. There are some very awesome sculptures in the park. The city seems to do a good job of keeping the homeless of the park. Lots of good shaded areas to hang out in when it is too hot outside. Cool place to visit if you are in the area.

Loved this garden! It's such a special place to find in the middle of a big city. The parks in downtown St.Louis are so nice! There are so many different sculptures and they are placed in so many special places throughout the garden. My children loved exploring the park even on a rainy June day. It's such a great free outing! I wish I lived here and could spend more time in this park.

Unless you love art, I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit here but if you’re in the neighborhood, like I was, it’s worth a stroll. Some pretty neat sculptures, garden and water fountains. Not crowded when I walked through. It was nice and relaxing.

If you haven't been to Citygarden recently, it is worth seeing the magnificent Pinocchio statue. It is fun in a great setting. The residents of Dolan Memory Care Homes (and others, I imagine) will be amazed out how serene a park in the middle of a city can be.

I can’t really explain why I’m attracted to Citygarden. Some of the sculptures I find appealing – others unique – and a few downright weird. But…it’s a nice bicycle ride from my apartment to here & back; roughly 10 miles in length. It keeps this septuagenarian (person in their 70’s) out of trouble & I get some exercise too. I was glad to see the waterfall turned on yesterday morning (6/5/2025). Somehow flowing and/or falling water has a calming effect. I was also glad to see a security cop roaming the facility. I think we’re both about the same age. So…that keeps two old men busy & out of trouble. #sarcasm 😜

Whoa. If you’re visiting St. Louis, make sure you take a walk through this sculpture park. It’s kind of mind blowing, and that’s saying a lot seeing as there’s a 630ft tall arch nearby 🤪. 🙏

The Missouri Civil War Museum is located in the historic 1905 former post exchange at the Jefferson Barracks Military Post, which is the oldest operational military installation west of the Mississippi River. It's the first Civil War museum in Missouri and offers commemorative exhibits honoring those who sacrificed during this pivotal time in American history.
Visited with my son today. We were both extremely impressed. Especially knowing that this is not a government funded museum. The artifacts, information and immersion in history were well worth the drive, the inexpensive admission and the time. Even picked up a great Abraham Lincoln tshirt. Sharing this with my son was amazing. Please go see and support this beautiful museum.

Thoughtful, informative displays & several videos. Tons of history to take in. The lady working on the day we visited was actually a history teacher throughout the school year! Great museum! Excellent displays and privately funded. Impressive. I spent much more time here than I expected. I learned a great deal more about the war, and the video about the fighting between Missouri and Kansas was particularly interesting. I will be back to soak up more!

A non governmental museum that has lots of interesting exhibits. The building bad been a hospital during the wars. So the there had been a lot of medical exhibits. There was a lot of discussion of the politics of the day.

Powell Hall, located at 718 N. Grand Boulevard, is a historic landmark that was originally a vaudeville and film theater built in 1925. It now serves as the permanent home of the St. Louis Symphony, where visitors can enjoy performances by some of the country's most talented musicians under the direction of acclaimed conductor David Robertson. The building's history as the St. Louis Theatre is evident in its architecture, including a stained glass insert featuring Saint Louis (the king).
We went for the grand opening and it is beautiful. They have improved the hall so much it makes the events even more enjoyable. Definitely worth the price of admission.

The new renovated space is beautiful. The chandeliers in the red carpet foyer are impressive and sophisticated, as they have always been but more sparkling. Every seat is comfy and the sound carries very well. The highest we sat was the lower balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed the opening concert.
Vickie M — Google review
A beautiful concert venue made even more spectacular after recent renovations and the addition of a new, stunning entrance hall. The acoustics of the hall remain superb; the symphony orchestra sounds so wonderfully bright and powerful. (The only design mistake that I came across was a bit baffling since a first-year architect would know better: water fountains, which are always appreciated, are offered by the restrooms, but when a person bends over to use them, their butts stick out into the passageway people must use to reach the restrooms. Not well thought out.)
Dale G — Google review
Amazing venue. It’s beautiful. The remodel is fantastic! Truly a St Louis gem! So glad Powell Hall hosted the Soul On Fire Red Carpet Movie Premiere!

What an unforgettable night celebrating the one and only Chuck Berry with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra! 🎸🎶 The mix of rock ’n’ roll and symphony was pure magic — classic Berry riffs blended with that full orchestral sound gave me chills. You could feel the energy in the room; everyone was clapping, dancing in their seats, and soaking up that St. Louis pride. The orchestra absolutely rocked it (literally), and the guest performers brought so much soul and personality to the stage. It wasn’t just a concert — it felt like a tribute to the city’s musical heartbeat. From “Johnny B. Goode” to “Roll Over Beethoven,” every note was a reminder of why Chuck Berry will forever be the father of rock ’n’ roll. Huge shoutout to the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra for keeping the spirit of local legends alive and throwing a celebration worthy of a hometown hero! ❤️🎵

Situated beneath the iconic Gateway Arch in St. Louis, the Museum of Westward Expansion is a free National Park Service museum that offers visitors a glimpse into the history of America's westward expansion. The museum showcases exhibits on various aspects of this historical period, including the Lewis and Clark expedition and the American Indian way of life. Through photographic murals, dioramas, artifacts from the arch's construction, and interactive displays, guests can learn about Missouri's role in shaping America's past.
I visited St Louis on 11.12.24 to 11.15.24 and this building says it's closed for renovating. Google says the museum is open, but it's not, at this time. Call before visiting! The old courthouse building is really beautiful, and only steps from the Arch, so it's worth a little walk to see the building at least.
Tina B — Google review
The Museum of Westward Expansion, located beneath the Gateway Arch, is a fascinating journey through one of the most transformative periods in American history. If you're visiting St. Louis, this museum is a must-see, offering an immersive experience into the people, challenges, and innovations that shaped the westward expansion of the United States. The exhibits are engaging and well-designed, featuring original artifacts, life-sized displays, and interactive storytelling. You’ll learn about Lewis and Clark’s expedition, Native American cultures, early pioneers, and the impact of westward expansion on the nation. The museum does a great job of presenting multiple perspectives, including the hardships faced by settlers and the effects on indigenous communities. One of the highlights is the historical dioramas, which bring key moments of westward expansion to life, as well as the authentic covered wagons, weapons, and tools from the era. The museum is designed to be both educational and visually impressive, making it a great experience for history buffs, families, and casual visitors alike. Since it’s part of the Gateway Arch National Park, you can easily combine your visit with a trip to the Arch itself. Whether you’re passionate about history or just looking to learn something new, the Museum of Westward Expansion offers an insightful and well-presented look at America’s past. Highly recommended!

This museum is no longer located at the Old Courthouse and is now contained in the Gateway Arch museum. Still worth stopping into the courthouse but not for this content.
Kyle B — Google review
Hosted in the Old Courthouse of Saint Louis, it offers comprehensive information on the origin of the city and on its function as gateway to the Western regions of the USA through the 19th century. Slavery of African people and their fight for freedom is also very well discussed. Highly recommended and definitely worth the half day visit.
Eugenio D — Google review
When I entered the building I asked if it was the Museum of Westward Expansion because I did not see a sign with that name. The park service staff told me it used to be under the Arch and it closed but some of the exhibits are now in the Old Court House, which is the building marked in Google maps (March 2017). I was confused but I toured the museum anyway. I learned so much about the St. Louis area, Dred Scott and westward trade and exploration. Some of the exhibits are a little old and I did not see newer, updated interactive exhibits for kids, but I still encourage families to take children. All the kids I saw were having fun! I enjoyed the exhibits and the architecture. I'm not sure if this location is mislabeled on Google or something. I'm still confused about where I spent my afternoon but I had fun!

The St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, established in 1880 and the second oldest in the US, is renowned globally for its exceptional musical performances across a diverse repertoire. The orchestra's home, Powell Hall, boasts an elegant European-inspired design with a rich history dating back to 1925. In addition to regular concerts at Powell Hall, the orchestra also serves as the resident ensemble for the Opera Theatre of St. Louis.
I recently took my two sons and their girlfriends to see Batman with the St. Louis Symphony at the Stifel Theatre, and it was an unforgettable night. It was my first time at Stifel, and the venue itself was stunning—such a great setting for a live orchestral performance. Watching one of my favorite movies with a full symphony performing the score live brought a whole new dimension to the experience. The orchestra was absolutely incredible—every note added depth and emotion, making the film feel more powerful and immersive than ever before. It was an amazing way to spend time with family, and the St. Louis Symphony really made it special. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for future performances like this. Highly recommended!

Going to watch the SLSO is one of the most breathtaking experiences. Not only is the theater beautiful, but the musicians are beyond compare. Go with your family and friends to enjoy any performance, and you will be glad you did.

Very nice venue. We have been there twice for Ben Folds concerts and the acoustics are wonderful. My only complaint would be that the bathrooms on the main floor seem to be a little small and cramped. The drinks are pretty reasonably priced and the parking is easy if you do not get there too close to show time. We are definitely going to go back for more events.
Blake M — Google review
The slso put on a performance during their off-season to benefit the St. Louis tornado victims. The draw was BeBe Whinan, who sang 2 songs, one requiring audience participation. Thus, the bulk of the one hour presentation was performed by the orchestra, and the Urban League CEO + Orchestra CEO spoke about 20 minutes, and a poet spoke. So, all in all, we donated by buying tickets at whatever price point you chose and attended a slso concert.
Delra G — Google review
It's always a great time going here. To hear great life instrumental music in this case to see a score live from a movie while watching the movie. Seems like that should be the way we watch movies all the time. I would highly go back again and highly highly highly recommend. They do serve alcohol, but they also serve any other coca-Cola drink. They also serve any snacks, popcorn m&Ms starburst Skittles they're definitely there to help. You can't find your seat. They'll help you find a seat. Great experience, we went at sunset which was magical. There was no wait time and the staff were super friendly. Pods were air-conditioned and clean. It's located near a carnival type themed/ entertainment center with restaurants, food trucks, mini golf and other entertainment for both kids and adults. Would recommend for a quick evening activity or the entertainment center for a few hours.

The St. Louis Ferris Wheel was a wonderful addition to our trip to Missouri! It looks intimidating at first because of its height, but the ride itself is smooth and comfortable. The gondolas are spacious, fully enclosed, air-conditioned, and feel very secure—great for anyone who might be a little nervous about heights. The views from the top were fantastic and offered a unique perspective of the city. It also lights up completely at night, which is really cool to see and adds an extra touch of magic to the experience. We had a great time and felt it was well worth the price of admission. I love seeing cities from above! So I take all the opportunities for an observation deck, or a ferris wheel. This wheel was wonderful. It is located right behind the aquarium in the old train station location. There are some other restaurants and drink options in the area if you want to make a full day/evening of it. The Pulitzer Arts Foundation, designed by Tadao Ando and commissioned by Emily Rauh Pulitzer, is a contemporary space housing a small art collection and rotating exhibits. The foundation features a central court with a reflecting pool, offering an environment for experiencing art, changing exhibitions, collaborations, and programs.

My gosh - what an absolute gem in STL. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and practically had the place to myself. The space is calming and deeply minimalist. While one could certainly stay an extended period of time, the space is such that you can finish a visit in under an hour. But it’s worth the trip, because the equally free Contemporary Art Museum adjoins the Pulitzer!

Four stars because I wasn't asked to remove my backpack but certain other folks in comments were. That's not cool. Small gallery. Enjoyed the Confluence piece and the medieval art. There was a tour group in the furthest room downstairs and we went upstairs to wait for them to leave, but they must have snuck out a side entrance because they were outside when we left! 😅 I appreciate the gender-neutral and accessible restrooms, but might suggest "menstrual hygiene products" or just "hygiene products" instead of "feminine hygiene." And please make one policy across the board for backpacks. Thank you.

Pulitzer arts foundation is one of my top 5 museums in the states. This museum reminds me of Dia:Beacon. The architecture is simple and modern. Love the art selection there. It’s a free museum but the quality is amazing. Their artists introduction card printing is super high quality and you can take it home if you want. Also, not sure if this is always a thing but you can also write a postcard there and they will send it to the address you put for free as well. They are holding their first “interactive” exhibit there and it was very fun! A lot of arts you can play around and it’s very inspiring!

A crown jewel of STL midtown Grand Art Center. The building itself is a exceptional craftsmanship by Japanese architect Tadao Ando with unpolished exterior and interior walls, natural light coming from the roof and a serene bamboo garden and the peaceful water court. The Blue-Black art by Elssworth Kelly is the center point of the expansive main floor. The mammoth spiral weathered steel work by Richard Serra is one of a kind! With regular changing exhibits, public lectures and other events this place can always be something to look forward to visit again and again! The view of some of the surrounding old buildings can be appreciated from the courtyard. Across the street from the main building is a small Park-like urban green space.

The Jewel Box is a stunning Art Deco structure made of iron and glass, originally built in the 1930s. It features beautiful flower displays, a reflecting pool, and lush greenery that create an elegant atmosphere for various events, especially weddings. Its central location in Forest Park makes it easily accessible for guests. The newly renovated architectural beauty offers an art-deco ambiance with vertical glass walls and soaring ceilings that allow natural light to flood in, creating a breathtaking backdrop for ceremonies and celebrations.
Whether you're stopping by during a stroll in the park or hoping to host a wedding, the Jewel Box is FANTASTIC! We just hosted our ceremony at the Jewel Box this spring but you can also host there as well. For how affordable and beautiful this venue is along with the location in Forest Park, the value is unmatched. So grateful to the Parks Department and the City of St. Louis for this amazing greenhouse!

I remembered the Jewel Box as a child growing up in St. Louis and wanted to bring my husband here. It was as enchanting as I remembered it. The flower garden lining the walkway is gorgeous, and the lily ponds are incredibly beautiful and peaceful. It only costs $1 per person to go inside, and it is totally worth it--especially on a hot day, it's delightfully cool & peaceful inside. (Note: Some of the glass was broken during the tornado earlier this year, thus the plywood in places.)

A Hidden Gem in St. Louis ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary with a delightful tour of St. Louis, and our journey took an unexpected and enchanting turn when we stumbled upon The Jewel Box in Forest Park. What a treasure it turned out to be! As we wandered through the park, soaking in the lush landscapes and vibrant scenery, we were completely captivated by the stunning architecture of this conservatory. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly attendant who noticed I didn’t have exact change for a $20 bill. Instead of turning us away, he graciously allowed us to enter free of charge. His kindness set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Inside The Jewel Box, we were enveloped in a breathtaking array of colors and aromas. The flora was simply mesmerizing, with bright, zesty hues that seemed to dance under the soft light filtering through the glass walls. Each corner revealed a new wonder, and it felt like we were in a dream. The air was fresh and invigorating, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. As we made our way outside, we were greeted by a stunning water vessel showcasing magnificent lily pads, their intricate designs and vivid colors creating a serene backdrop. It was a picture-perfect moment that felt almost surreal, and we couldn't help but take our time soaking it all in. The Jewel Box is truly a hidden gem within St. Louis, offering not just a glimpse of nature’s beauty, but also a moment of tranquility that made our anniversary extra special. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re in the area, be sure to stop by—you won’t regret it!

City Foundry STL is a bustling hub of culinary delights, featuring 17 diverse dining establishments under one roof. From Kalbi Taco Shack to Chicken Scratch Rotisserie, there's something for every palate. The venue also offers a mix of local food vendors and small shops, creating an inviting atmosphere. Beyond its culinary offerings, City Foundry STL hosts live music events and serves as a multifaceted space for the community to enjoy.
Very unique place with lots of adventurous and simple food options. It was easy to sample from multiple stalls, and everything was delicious. The building is very industrial with much of the original steel equipment still intact, which makes for a cool atmosphere as well.

If you want a variety of great tasting food and drinks this is the place! We went twice! Soo good! Such a fun atmosphere. There's a huge variety of food places to choose from, shops and entertainment!
Debbie V — Google review
City Foundry STL is hands down one of my favorite spots in St. Louis. The atmosphere is electric without feeling overwhelming. Great mix of industrial character and modern charm. I stopped in for cocktails and was seriously impressed. The drinks were balanced, creative, and made with care. The open bar in the middle of the food hall is a great place to people watch and try something new. After drinks I wandered through the shops and loved how local and curated everything felt. From boutique style gifts to vintage finds, it was easy to spend a couple hours just browsing. There’s something here for everyone, plus live music and art pop ups that make the place feel fresh every time you visit. It’s one of those spots where you can grab a drink, shop around, hang out, and feel like you’re part of something cool happening in the city. Highly recommend.

City Foundry STL’s Food Hall is such a fun spot in Midtown! There’s a huge variety of local vendors — from poke bowls and creole food to waffles and cheesecakes — so everyone can find something they like. The atmosphere is modern but still keeps the industrial charm of the old foundry building, with plenty of open seating. It can get really busy on weekends, so finding a table sometimes takes a minute, and prices are a bit higher than your average food court. But overall, the vibe is great for hanging out with friends, trying new foods, or grabbing a casual meal before exploring the rest of the Foundry area. Favorites: Mazaj, BerryBox and Sylvie Dee's Definitely worth checking out — especially if you love supporting local spots and trying new flavors!

The layout of this building is very cool and unique with the industrial vibe. Very well designed space. The food choices were awesome. We had 9 people in our group and we all found something we liked here. Service was fast and friendly! I got a sandwich and it was a 10/10.
Aaron N — Google review
Sooo much to offer! For all ages, the Food Hall alone is worth the visit! Plus there’s lots of local boutiques, a really cool movie venue, they have on-going events like the Art Market. Plus you gotta check out the Museum of Illusion and if you love bbq, ExPat is great and their rooftop bar and event space is amazing

Very cool place. We tried the popsicles, pizza, boba, and creole kitchen.. disappointed in the creole.. the gumbo was $27 and it had corn in it 👀 this was not authentic and unfortunately subpar. You can’t call yourself a creole kitchen and not be.. coming from a woman born and raised in Louisiana I never seen no corn in any gumbo. Otherwise we really enjoyed our first visit to the Foundry. Did the squid games VR and that was really neat! Shopped at a couple stores. Def will be back here if we visit STL again.
Rachel P — Google review
The City Foundry is great for a chill hang in St. Louis City. Different shops and places to eat that will fit a variety of interests; optimal destination for tourists or when locals are entertaining visitors.

If you're looking for a unique experience that combines history, culture, and of course, beer, the Budweiser Brewery Experience is a must-visit. Nestled in St. Louis, this iconic brewery has been crafting its famous brews since 1876 and remains a symbol of American brewing heritage. Visitors can embark on various tours that showcase the impressive 19th-century facility while getting up close with the beloved Clydesdale horses.
We did the Day Fresh tour and really enjoyed it. We had Chris as our tour guide who did a fantastic job!! Our 12 year old was also with us and didn’t know how he would really like it but he also asked a lot of questions during the tour and enjoyed it! We even got to see some Clydesdales! At the end you get a Budweiser beer that was bottled in the last 24 hours. We took it back to the hotel and chilled it and when we drank it later that night, you could really taste the freshness! Overall, great tour, the whole facility was well kept and very clean. Gift shop was full of all kinds of things. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.
Vanessa G — Google review
Best thing to do in St Louis. Clydesdale tour takes you into the show stables (other tours also visit this), but it allows you to pet a horse and comes with 2 beers which was neat. The beer master tour was incredible I would recommend this to anyone who likes beer and or learning how things are made. Our tour guide Randy the best tour guide out of all of the brewery tours I’ve ever taken (I’ve been on a lot). He was informative, funny, and you could tell he loves his job.
Kyle K — Google review
If you're ever in town and have the opportunity to do a beermaster tour, DO IT! I don't drink alcohol of any kind but my husband does. We have done a couple of winery tours and this was our first brewery tour. Even though I don't drink, I have an appreciation for the art and science of brewing. Not only does this tour offer plenty of that but if you're a history buff like me, there is an abundance of that here as well as amazing architecture. Bob was a wonderful tour guide and he was funny and extremely knowledgeable about everything and had great immediate answers for any questions that we asked. 👍🏻 The beermaster tour included a free hat and pint glass as well as a few free drinks which my husband said tasted great! We also dined at the café after our tour and the pork sandwich, brat and pretzels with beer cheese were so delicious! 👌 There's also a huge selection of wonderful merch in the gift shop and they offer a military discount for everything...the tour, the cafe and gift shop. I highly recommend this experience!

We did the Day Fresh tour and had a great time! Good bang for your buck, cool history about such an iconic American brewery, and one of the most impressive brewing facilities I’ve ever seen. The tour was long, but didn’t feel boring or like it dragged on at all. Our guide was very friendly and had good stories. You get to sample a few beers on the tour, get a fresh beer to take home and a Draft pour included back at the taproom. We also stayed for lunch, and the food was excellent. Also lots of cool gifts at the gift shop. Would highly recommend if you’re in St. Louis for the first time.

Purchase your tickets in advance to take a tour here, and arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour time. We went on the Beermaster Tour which lasted from 10am-12:30pm, with tour locations such as the Clydesdale Horses, and behind the scenes on how its brewed and bottled with sample cups(YES, plural CUPS!!) of beer at the end, fresh from the tank! You dont have to be a beer drinker to take the tour, I was more interested in the process and seeing the old building and even I had a great time taking pictures. Also included in this tour is a free hat, glass, and glass bottle label from the bottling line in the plant. Overall a great experience with our tour guide, Randy!

If you love beers, you will love the Budweiser Brewery! So much history! This place is huge! There is no admission fee to enter but you will have to pay for any of the tours they offer. It was fun exploring their Welcome Center and gift shop. We did not do a tour as it was late in the day so we decided to have a quick snack and beer in their small restaurant area. I wish I knew that if you walk outside onto their patio, beers were free! The food was just OK but the real highlight was the gift shop area and the Welcome Center areas with the various Budweiser exhibits. There is nothing more iconic than the Budweiser Clydesdales on this 100 acre historic brewery dating back to 1885. Budweiser..The King of Beers.
John M — Google review
Very fun experience. I found the old buildings still being used the most interesting. You get a free day old beer fresh off the line and you also get a free 16 Oz draft after the tour. A must do when visiting St Louis
Anthony — Google review
We have been to the Budweiser Brewery twice and there has been a different experience each time. Once we went around the holidays and the place was decorated beautifully and the Clydesdale horses were adorned in Christmas wear. Another time was around June and July and they were celebrating the 4th of July with Flags everywhere. First experience we took the Brewmaster Tour and it was amazing. Took a few hours to go through all the different steps in the beer making process, the history of the Budweiser family and finally drinking a cold glass of Budweiser straight from the Tanks! We recieved commemorative drink glasses with their Biergarten Logo and I still use them to this day. The bar has a 10-15 Beer selection of rotating beers and IPAs with some great foods to tide you over. The gift shop has about everything you could want in a souvenir from Magnets to Growlers with the first fill being free at the bar. Highly recommended to book in advance as they only have a limited number of spots but if you can get one, prepare for an awesome and unforgettable experience. Cheers!

The St. Louis Blues Hockey Club is a professional hockey team based in the city, playing their games at the recently renovated Enterprise Center downtown. In 2019, they made history by winning the Stanley Cup for the first time. Whether you're a sports enthusiast or just looking for an entertaining evening activity, attending a Blues game is always exciting. The team was established in 1967 and competes in the Central Division of the Western Conference of the National Hockey League from October to April.
Saw a great game...seating so close if you have to get up...be ready to be up close and personal with people in your row. Get seats on aisle.

Such an excellent experience. Who doesn't love seeing the Blues. The people that work here are always just so incredibly nice and helpful. Hope for many more trips in the future, thanks for the memories!

Great experience! Lots of local food and love the renovations of Enterprise Center. The video board and sound system are great. The only thing that can be improved is parking; however, the walk isn't horrible.

Fun team to watch. Beer pricing stinks. 18.00 for a 24 Oz. Can. They can pay for the whole case selling two cans.
