Canadian restaurant
Caterer
Treadwell Cuisine is a renowned upscale-casual Canadian restaurant located in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Known for its patio dining and menu featuring local, seasonal fare and regional wines, it's advisable to make reservations well in advance due to its popularity. The award-winning farm-to-table restaurant sources the best local producers and offers a seasonal 4-course prix fixe menu in the evenings.
No beating around the bush - it’s just as phenomenal as all the other reviews say. If you have any doubts, don’t. This is the real deal. Sitting at the counter, you truly get to dive into how well oiled of a machine Chef and his kitchen staff are. Friendly, meticulous, attentive, between timing out their protein cook times, dishes and plating, they had the courtesy to consistently check in on us, ask how everything was and make conversation. One of the best meals and service experiences I’ve ever had.
Adam S — Google review
We had a fantastic Sunday brunch at Treadwell Cuisine. We shared the seasonal peach, tomato, and burrata dish as well as the charcuterie selection. Both were spectacular. Standout entrees included the Lobster Club sandwich, the blueberry pancake, and the two egg breakfast with the fingerling potatoes and toast. Service was fantastic, everything was delivered straight from the kitchen piping hot, and we did not feel rushed at all. We enjoyed our meal and our visit. Highly recommend.
Maria P — Google review
Overall a decent place for tourists looking for a place to sit down and eat. Reasonably priced for the area, the food comes well presented and in large portions, and they do try to make the taste of every dish interesting in some way. Not sure if the effort was made in the right direction though. The staff were all very nice, and the outdoor dining space has a nice vibe. Overall, I would still recommend this place over many other restaurants in the same area.
Chen X — Google review
My husband and I recently used Treadwell as our catering service for our wedding at Ironwood Cider House and we were very impressed. We have been to the Treadwell restaurant as customers as well as for our wedding menu tasting and we have nothing but great things to say! The service and food was impeccable. We loved sitting in front of the kitchen watching the chefs work their craft. As for our catering at our wedding, the service was still stellar, but the food was slightly below our expectations. Our appetizers weren’t quite on point - the scallop smelled too fishy, and the carrot salad wasn’t seasoned enough. For the entrees, the halibut was a bit dry, but the striploin was just as good as when we tried it during our menu tasting. Overall, we definitely still recommend Treadwell for sure! We understand the logistics of catering is obviously quite different than making to order at a restaurant, which is why we are still very content!

The lamb special was terrible but then they changed it to the mushroom gnocchi! OMG!!!!!!! the best I have ever had. Apps were epic and dessert was very very good. Service was great! Its a 4.5 star but rounding it up!

Stopped here for dinner with a group of friends, we had a large group about a dozen of. James was our server and he was absolutely fantastic. The service was amazing, the ambiance was excellent, and the food was absolutely phenomenal! Everything was cooked to perfection, and tasted delicious. The fresh bread, the home made butter, the appetizers, all amazing. I ordered the filet mignon... this was the best steak I have ever had. The chef did a wonderful job, all of our plates came out exactly as ordered. Desserts were also impressive. I ordered the chocolate creme brulee. We all enjoyed a wonderfully cooked meal and had such a great time. We will definitely be making reservations again. The cost to eat here is about $150 (Canadian.) per person.

The best lobster sandwich I’ve ever had!! You must go here. Lunch was fantastic, service was exceptional. Restaurant is fun. The open kitchen gives you confidence that your food is being prepared the right way. We ate at many restaurants in town and by far this was the best all around experience. Thanks. We will be back the next time we are in the area.

Excellent food, great location, and atmosphere. We made reservations to eat outdoors when it was 30C outside, but the shade canopy and the breeze made it feel a lot cooler out. We ordered the sweet chili glazed pork belly Sunday brunch special and the salmon with zucchini blossom and vegetables. The food was very delicious! This place is such a hidden gem, a must try!

The Olde Angel Inn is a charming 1789 English-style pub that offers traditional accommodations and classic dining options. Located in the Old Town Historic District of Niagara-on-the-Lake, this inn provides easy access to attractions like the Niagara River Gorge and Shaw Festival Theatre. Guests can enjoy live music at the pub and explore nearby landmarks such as Courthouse and Prince of Wales Hotel. The inn features a restaurant and bar, as well as amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi and bicycle rentals.
We stopped here for lunch after visiting Niagara Falls. The patio is large and inviting and dog-friendly, the music not too loud for conversation. There are plenty of servers. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. We ordered the roast beef sandwich and the steak and onion pie. The food was good, hot and well presented, and seemed fairly priced. The beer was cold and included some local selections, which I always appreciate. We enjoyed this stop.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch after being told by friends that we had to go to this 200 year old restaurant and sit in the back outdoor patio. It was magical location and the food was fantastic. Jen our server was so nice and took great care of us. The fish and chips were delicious and I had the shepherds pie wish the darkest Gueness gravy you ever seen. After we ate we found out that they had live music from 2-5 so we sat and enjoyed a beautiful afternoon drink and entertainment. I would highly recommend stopping in and taking a break from walking the Niagara on the lake shops.

Not only is this one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of visiting in my life, but the history surrounding it is equally fascinating. I encourage you to do some research on your own because I don’t want to give away any spoilers. The food is exceptional, showcasing a variety of exquisite flavors that truly elevate the dining experience. The team running this place is fantastic; they are warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do, which adds to the overall atmosphere. The building itself feels like a magical portal, transporting you back in time with its stunning architecture and decor that reflect a rich history. Every corner tells a story, and the ambiance enhances the experience. This is definitely a place I highly recommend; it’s a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy great food and immerse themselves in a unique setting.

Not your usual lackluster tourist fare. There is love in this old English inspired menu. I brought my English relatives to Niagara on the lake for the day and this was, according to them, the first decent meal they’d had in Canada over the week they’d been traveling. Wonderful ambiance on the massive rear patio. No skimping on the ingredients or taste just because it’s a tourist region. You get the value you expect and deserve. I had the fish and chips. My cousin had the steak and kidney pie the ladies had the poutine and salad and everything tasted amazing. Great job guys.
Derrick S — Google review
We came for a dinner with our kids. The food was tasty - me and my wife had the sheppard’s pie and steak with the onion pie. Both dishes were classic and tasty. The place had a great kid-menue with good prices. Although it was packed we received super nice and welcoming service.
Liron G — Google review
We had a wonderful late lunch yesterday. Meghan our server was just glowing and beyond great! She was very down to earth, lovely, kind, fun, yet professional. She gave her recommendations for her favourites and why… Meghan had perfect timing for everything. She gave us ample time to sample our selections before returning to see how everything was tasting As well as to make sure we received everything we had ordered. I mention this because the server that delivered our food to the table forgot my side of gravy. My food was still warm and enjoyable when she returned with the forgotten item. The food was delicious and memorable. My other half had the fisherman’s pie which was decadent and I had the roast beef dip which sent me back to a moment when I worked at a place called Vicky’s pork and beef in Welland. It tasted exactly the same and was savoury and delicious! What a delicious experience thank you Meghan!

Stayed here one night for our 59th anniversary, was greeted by Jan she was lovely and welcoming . Room is lovely clean and spacious. Stayed in the Colonels suite. Then dinner we had Maddie our waitress very attentive and friendly . Bangers and mash and fish and chips was delicious but not big eaters do we could not finish it all. Wonderful stay here.

We did not stay here but we did enjoy their pub and restaurant twice it was so good. My first visit I had the Guiness and onion pie and it was the best Guiness pie I've ever had and I just ended a trip to the British Isles. Highly recommend over another highly touted Irish pub.

Zees Wine Bar & Grill, located in the heart of Old Niagara-on-the-Lake, offers an upscale dining experience with a sophisticated menu featuring New Canadian dishes. The restaurant's atmosphere takes you back to a carefree time, and its extensive wine list complements the outstanding cheese platter. Chef Jason Dobbie has crafted a menu that caters to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon crowds.
Four of us really enjoyed a Travel Zoo offer to stay at the Shaw club hotel and enjoy a meal at Zees. Three of us had the sirloins and one had chicken. Excellent! Meal, desserts were great too. What put it over the top was our server Sean. His knowledge and professionalism made for an excellent evening.

Visited here for dinner and our anniversary. We were seated early and enjoyed the food. My wife had the GF filet, which was served with scallop3d potatoes and asparagus. I had the prime rib, which was served with mashed potatoes and reasonable vegetables. Both were served with a tasty wine reduction sauce. The server was great and attentive. My only negative was that the food was served too fast as we did not have much time to enjoy our drink. However, we both said we would visit here in the future.
Douglas H — Google review
Charming patio, wonderful service, and delicious food! Best prime rib my husband and I had in a while :) Can't wait to come back!
Pamela H — Google review
Really great food, service, and atmosphere. Laura was awesome! The duck confit is to die for and the charcuterie was a perfect sharing size :)
Mary N — Google review
Let me start by saying the service was outstanding! Kim our server was amazing! However the food was literally the worst tenderloin I’ve ever had. Both my husband and I ordered the tenderloin and both of them were so tough it took 6 slices to cut and an entire minute to chew. My husband didn’t eat his at all and they removed it from the bill. I don’t like to complain so I ate just over half of it. For $63 it should’ve been amazing. We go to a lot of upscale restaurants and I’ve never been disappointed with a steak ever. I had high hopes.
Holly B — Google review
Not sure if it’s because I visited at the end of lunch service on a weekend but my experience here left a lot to be desired. I typically love steak frites but this was not appealing to look at talk-less of eating. The steak was cold and the fries tasted like they were refried, hence overcooked. Not sure I’ll recommend this place for a bite.
Em ( — Google review
Really enjoyed the food and the service. Kim did a great job juggling the drinks and service. She was friendly, engaging and efficient. The swordfish was cooked perfectly. My husband loved the shrimp and scallops risotto. Would recommend!
Michaella D — Google review
This place was absolutely delicious and I'd go back in a heartbeat. The shrimp and scallop risotto was to die for. So flipping flavorful. The sorbet was a nice dessert as well. Our waitress was very attentive, with a party of 12. Small seating area so reservations are recommended.

Silversmith Brewing Co. (The Church) in Niagara-on-the-Lake is a unique brewery housed in a 19th-century church, offering an unparalleled beer experience. The brewery features a charming Beer Hall where visitors can taste hand-crafted drinks, enjoy live music, and savor delicious food. The old church setting with exposed beams and brick walls adds to the ambiance. The menu offers a diverse selection of comfort food that pairs perfectly with their top beers.
Great brew pub right off of the strip of and If you blink you might miss it. An old church converted into a cool watering hole. Brews were refreshing , we had the black lager. highly recommend. Food was made fresh to order and tasted good too. their smash burgers can easily compete with odd birds. we just walked in without reservations mind you it was a Monday evening. Great service and great food. Has now become one of our go to breweries in niagara.

cool place to grab a bite, and dog friendly. The waitress gave us a warm welcome even brought my pup a fresh bowl of water as soon as we sat down (small gestures like this really does set the tone) The place itself is really cool, food and drinks were delicious! We had the Beergrina (which was really nice) and a light lager that was nice and smooth. We also had the pretzel bites, pork belly nachos, smash burger and fish sandwich, honestly everything we ordered was a hit! And the waitress was absolutely amazing, highly recommend this place.
Diane M — Google review
Shout out to Silversmith! These guys are simply one of the best craft breweries in the region and one of our favorite spots on a short weekend getaway. The atmosphere is genuinely lovely, a converted church to brewery. Clean wood, stone, metal, and white create a warm casual welcoming vibe. The service was warm, helpful, yet that cool edge which made you want to engage more. The beer alone is a reason to check them out, each style was executed properly and served well. The food I understand changes over time as a partnership, but on our occasion they had excellent partners, each dish we tried was delicious and complimented their beers well. This place is a true gem, I wished I lived closer!

We come every year for my husband's birthday weekend. The food and drinks have always been consistently good, however I HAD TO write this review about our experience yesterday because I am still so happy when I think back to my lunch . The Halloumi Eggplant Ciabatta sandwich and Blue Cod sandwich were so incredible they actually brought me to tears reminding me of my nonna's fried eggplant. This was by far the best meal we have had in Niagara in the past 7 years. If you are unsure what to order, either of these sammies are THE MOVE. Thank you to the kitchen staff, bar staff and our incredible server (I did not catch his name but he was a total sweetheart!) for not only a great meal but also friendly and comfortable service and atmosphere. You guys all truly rock!
Monika W — Google review
Such a cool vibe! Highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area especially for beer and wine taste testing. The Black Lager, Nut Brown Ale, Tropical Situation, Altar Ego, and Extra Special Bitter were what we tried and they were excellent! Food is superb here too. We started with the Whipped Feta which we tend to get a lot when it's available at different dispensaries and this one was easily one of the best we had. My Buffalo Chicken Burger was so delicious, crispy, and the Gorgonzola cheese added a lot to it as well. My wife ordered the Tofu Tacos which she enjoyed and liked even more when she added pickles that I didn't want from my burger. Wasn't as messy as she thought it was gonna be too! Our fries were nice and crispy and very well seasoned as well. Staff was excellent and gave great recommendations and we had great conversation with him. Again, highly recommend stopping here!

Silversmith Brewing Company is hands down one of the coolest brewery experiences I’ve had. It’s located inside an old church, which gives it this really unique, cozy vibe—especially on a cold day. The stained glass windows and church architecture add so much character, and I love how they carried that theme into their logo and overall aesthetic. They had a solid lineup of beers on tap, and the one that stood out to me the most was their Black Lager. I wasn’t expecting it to have those smooth coffee notes, but it totally hit the spot—super flavorful and easy to drink. The food menu surprised me in the best way. I ordered the fried chicken thigh sandwich, and wow—so juicy, crispy, and packed with flavor. Definitely way better than your average pub fare. What really sealed the deal, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they care about making sure you have a great time. If you’re in Ontario and love good beer, good food, and a chill, inviting atmosphere, definitely make a stop at Silversmith. It’s got that perfect blend of character, comfort, and quality that makes you want to come back.

Visit for lunch for four, Sunday, April 27, 2025. Ordered some beers, a.mixed dri k, Nachos, cheese / charcuterie and BLT sandwiches. Located in a former Lutheran Church built in about 1893. Brewery on site. May be some small challenges for those mobility impaired guests as there are a few steps into the Brewery and the washrooms are located downstairs. Beers were excellent as well as the food ordered. Ample parking available.

HOB NOB Restaurant, located at The Charles Hotel, offers a sophisticated dining experience in a historic 1832 manor house overlooking the renowned Niagara-on-the-Lake Golf Club. Guests can enjoy their meals indoors or on the pleasant patio while soaking in the elegant ambiance. The restaurant's name reflects its aim to provide a familiar and welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
We came during the holiday season. The decor made me think of "tasteful Hallmark" vibes. Service was friendly and knowledgeable, and fit the holiday cheer. Most importantly, the food was excellent. Both the steak and the cornish game hen were cooked to perfection (the hen was served with some truly decadent creamy mashed potato). We were so impressed that we looked up who the chef was immediately after lol. We will definitely be back for the food again!!

Charming little restaurant tucked into a hotel, with around a dozen tables—cozy and cute. The hostess was warm and welcoming, and service kicked off strong. The house-made bread was excellent, paired beautifully with coffee butter and their fresh hummus—really solid start. We started with the beef carpaccio, which was flavorful but a bit overdone with the sauce and salad garnish. It felt like too many elements competing for attention. The pear salad was tasty, but it was more “pear with a side of salad” than the other way around—literally a whole pear with some greens sprinkled around. Could’ve used better balance. For mains, I had the rabbit pappardelle. I went in with high hopes, but it didn’t quite hit the mark. The rabbit was served pulled rather than in chunks, and while that’s a stylistic choice, I personally prefer the texture of larger pieces of meat—it’s just more satisfying. The shredded texture didn’t deliver the same experience. The rainbow trout was the stronger dish of the two—nicely cooked with crispy rice and flavorful cauliflower. That said, the fish itself could’ve used a citrusy lift to cut through the saltiness and bring better balance. Unfortunately, service dropped off after the initial round. Our server didn’t come back to take a second drink order, and by the time we wanted a glass of wine with the mains, it was too late. Water wasn’t refilled either, though to be fair, they did seem swamped. All in all, I’d give it a 3.8/5. The menu has potential, but a few tweaks could really elevate the experience. Even small details like the cutlery and cocktail straws felt a bit cheap and mismatched with the otherwise upscale vibe. Would I go back? Hard to say—maybe, but not rushing.

Go to HOB NOB for breakfast ! Small menu , but delicious food ! I went for sauce eggs and home fries ! 7.9/10 , the sausages were delicious! I had a nice mimosa ! Service was brilliant, we had a lovely lady Anna (it may be Ann) looking after us , just a friendly person who was cheerful, pleasant and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome ! Would I go back , 100% ! I want to go back ! Enjoy ! And thanks again Anna !

Beautiful restaurant, charming Gardens and courtyard. Excellent professional service service with Jocyln. However; the food could’ve been better. We had the bread board served with focaccia which was cold a little soggy. We ordered a salad with perch the skin was flaccid and the overall appearance and plating was colourless . The perch was tasty but the flavour and appearance could have been improved with a hot sear in a cast iron fry pan since it was served skin on. At some point, we’d like to come back and try the afternoon tea.

Alan, thank you so much for arranging such a wonderful evening for us and our friends, at the Hob Nob restaurant last night. Everything was absolutely perfect! All in all it was an amazing night, and we're very grateful to you for making it happen! R&D

amazing overall experience. our waitress was so kind and helpful. my elderflower gin and tonic was not too sweet but just right. the starter of oysters were cold and fresh with the perfect pairs to with it. my main of trout was awesome. very interesting with the sides being overly seasoned and the fish being not seasoned but it was still good! the gnocchi was awesome and saucy and the cashews on top worked well. for my birthday we got a free choice of deserts and i got the carrot cheesecake which was absolutely amazing and i would reccomend it to everyone! awesome experience being here, i would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting NOTL

Located within the Pillar and Post Inn & Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Cannery Restaurant offers a refined dining experience in an exposed-brick space. The restaurant has a rich history, having been originally built as a canning factory in the 1890s. It is renowned for its emphasis on local ingredients and traditional fine dining. With a focus on seafood and steaks, the restaurant's menu features classic dishes like Crab Cakes that have been favorites since 1970.
A fantastic dinning experience for me and my family. We were in town visiting and decided to get a nice dinner to finish the day. They accommodated us with a part of 9 without any issues. Our sever was friendly and knowledgeable. This place offers a simple menu, nothing too complex and they don't try to be anything other than what's advertised. Everything from appetizers to entree was delicious. I got the swordfish, my wife got the steak and everything was cooked perfectly. We requested low sodium since it's a dietary thing, the kitchen took note and delivered as expected. Wine suggestions was also a natural pairing, dessert was pleasant and not overly sweet. The atmosphere creates a sense of intimacy yet spacious at the same time. I really appreciate the tall vaulted ceiling and exposed wooden beams. Everything is nice and clean with perfect lighting. We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone who is in search of a fine dining experience.

Didn't stay at the Pillar and Post Inn but ate a delicious, but not perfect, meal at the Cannery. The ambience and service were great. Salads and bread service were both delicious. Rib eye steak entrees were both not cooked as ordered (based on our experience recommend ordering rare if you want medium-rare and medium-rare if you like medium) but we might be used to the Keg's perfect cooking system. One entree included mushrooms even though ordered without but fortunately it was only a preference and not allergy. The chocolate dessert cake was delicious and nicely presented.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. The crab cake was delicious- highly recommend. Tuna poke - I felt could use some more dressing, squash risotto was delicious , truffle fries- to DIE for and the chocolate dessert is delish too! Wine pairing with each dish helps in decision making. Service was fantastic. Recommend it for a pleasant meal!

We booked a 5 pm dinner reservation for our group of 6, so that we could make the play at Shaw for 7 pm. First of all, thanks to Derek our server, who was pleasant, attentive and made sure our meals were served in time for us to make the play. My salmon dinner was delicious and my husband's steak was also cooked to perfection. Their bread basket is definitely worth ordering. All 6 of us were pleased with our meals and will be back in a few weeks. Kudos to the chef!!

Had an incredible evening at The Canary. John Paul and Derick were absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience feel special. The rib steak was phenomenal, cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor, and the bone marrow was rich and absolutely delicious. Exceptional service from start to finish, these two truly elevated the night. The only tiny note is that the side order of carrots was a bit on the small side, but everything else more than made up for it. Can’t wait to come back!

We went to The Cannery to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The place looks great, rustic and elegant with a cozy atmosphere. Service was solid. Our server was friendly, gave helpful recommendations, and made sure we had what we needed without hovering. The food was good—nicely prepared and presented. You’re definitely paying for the quality and the overall experience, but it felt worth it for a celebration.

This is one of our go to restaurants in Niagara-on-the-Lake. You never leave hungry. Wonderful and engaging Team. You never feel rushed and they are very helpful picking out appetizers and your main entree. Shout out to Sue! She has become like family and we always enjoy getting caught up. The food is first class and good size portions. I have to recommend any of the steaks. They are done to perfect, thanks to Andy L. who makes sure every dish going out is done to perfection. I also have to give a shout out to our Busser Park B., thanks for making sure we always had everything we needed.

My husband and I had an excellent meal last night. We shared the bone marrow starter which was delicious and I had the ribeye for main while my husband had the new york strip. Both were excellent, cooked perfectly and as we requested (medium rare and rare) and the truffle mash, vegetables and sauce were just delicious. We both had the maple cheesecake which was gorgeous but admittedly we should have shared one. We had to walk back to our accommodation to make up for it. The restaurant has a lovely vibe, really nice ambience and wasnt noisy. Our server was excellent (Bryce and Im sorry if I got the spelling wrong). This place lived up to the hype where others in the area didnt. I dont order steak often so when I do I want it to be a great meal, and this was.

Balzac's Coffee Roasters is a quaint and homey coffee shop in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake. The unique smell of freshly brewed coffee draws in customers, who appreciate the charming location and easy access to the waterfront.
Stepping into Balzac's Coffee Roasters, I was immediately drawn in by its charming and picturesque aesthetic. It's the kind of place that just begs you to come inside! I later realized it seemed to be a franchise, which actually speaks to its consistent appeal. Now, for a quick, inside chuckle for my fellow Koreans: the name "Balzac" sounds exactly like "발작" in Korean, which instantly brings to mind the popular Korean meme, "발작버튼 눌렸냐?" (Did someone push your seizure button?). Most international readers won't get it, but any Korean spotting this review will surely get a little giggle out of it! Memes aside, the cafe itself is genuinely beautiful and quaint, offering a cozy atmosphere. More importantly, the coffee and treats were delicious – the perfect complement to the lovely surroundings. If you find yourself wandering through the delightful town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, I highly recommend popping into Balzac's. It's a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a quality brew in a charming setting.

Stepping into this cafe was an absolute delight! Housed within a beautifully preserved historic building, the ambiance alone is worth the visit. I loved that they offer both cozy indoor seating, perfect for a quiet moment, and charming outdoor tables for enjoying the fresh air. Despite being quite busy (a testament to its popularity!), the atmosphere remained vibrant and inviting. We ordered ice-coffees, and they were truly excellent – perfectly made and wonderfully refreshing. Even with the hustle and bustle, our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, which always enhances the experience. Overall, this cafe is a true gem. If you're looking for fantastic coffee in a unique and historic setting with great service, I highly recommend making a stop here. It's clear why it's such a popular spot!

Visited Balzac’s in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The service was good and the atmosphere was great—cozy and welcoming. I ordered a double espresso, but it didn’t taste quite right. Something was off with the flavour. Would come back for the vibe, but might try a different drink next time.

BEAT COFFEE EVER. Service was excellent for early Saturday morning. A variety of fresh scones were available. Gluten free options as well! Did I mention how good the coffee was!?
Bob B — Google review
The atmosphere of this location is very welcoming and warm, it’s tidy and clean, and has relatively decent space to walk and maneuver inside without feeling crowded! You’ll have no problems finding seats as there’s indoor and outdoor seating, so if you desire to take a moment to relax, you will 100% be able to take a moment to enjoy your coffee and snack. Unfortunately, there is a set of stairs to get inside the building, so it’s not fully wheelchair accessible. The staff are nice - Service was great, my barista made a little bit of extra coffee for me and poured it into a slightly bigger cup! It wasn’t too busy here, when I first arrived to when I paid and left this location, it was a 5ish minute period. There is street parking right outside, but it’s paid street parking. There is free street parking, but you do have to drive around a little bit to find it - There is a paid public parking lot basically right behind in the back, but I believe you also have to pay to park.
Annica D — Google review
There was a huge lineup for ordering when we arrived, but the friendly staff were doing their best taking and preparing orders. The fact that they only had one barista wasn’t helping the lineup though. They have great variety of coffee and latte options and assortment of muffins, cakes and pastries. There are a few tables inside and at the backyard if you want to enjoy your coffee, but most of the customers order to go.

We gave this place a try, and we weren't disappointed. We spent 5 days in Canada, and this is the first and only place that provided 5 stars customer service. The food was delicious and fresh as well. We will definitely come back the next time we're near by. Thank you for both the female and male servers, I'm sorry I didn't catch your names, but we visited on Saturday morning 8/24/2024.

I have been coming to Williams for well over 10 years. Staff at the Niagara Falls store are incredible. Always greeted with a smile. They are willing to go that extra mile to ensure you are happy. The new owner “Ali” is such a nice man. Ushma is one of the best servers. If you have never been here, give it a try. Other coffee shops pale in comparison to Williams.

My recent visits to Williams were fantastic. I appreciate how good the food and service have been in the 6-7 times I've been here. Deanne has especially been a delight; quick to assist, pleasant interactions, and always trying to assist her team. I wish I had helpful management like that back when I was in customer service. One negative is that the cookies are a bit too hard to chew, but I know that's just personal preference.

Tiara Restaurant, located at Queens Landing Hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake, offers an elegant dining experience with locally sourced Canadian cuisine and a patio that provides stunning views of the harbor. The restaurant is known for its 5-star farm-to-table flavors and award-winning regional wines. With a magnificently appointed dining room, it's a popular choice for locals and visitors alike. The menu features delicious culinary creations such as the Maple Brined Pork Chop and Banana Fosters Cream Pie.
Lovely place to have cozy dinner experience. Place is not crowded and pretty quiet 🤐 Food is good but there is more room for improvement. Spaghetti with tomato sauce felt lack of flavour. Tomato sauce needs to be more bright and flavour supported by spices and salt. The one we had was pretty blank and can be simply described as “just a plain tomato”. Chicken Cordon-Bleu is a decent main course option. The only thing we’re missing is cheese in it since “Cordon Bleu Hen” must have both ham and cheese. Also veggies were blank as well. Big contrast between flavourful chicken and zero-taste veggies 😞

Lovely restaurant service was immaculate scenery Was beautiful my only complaint if there was one everything looked a little dated. Had the Cornish game hen was absolutely delicious My partner had the risotto and raved about it.. as an appetizer we had oysters which I thought was a little overpriced at $47 for 12 but were presented beautifully Overall, the restaurant was fantastic. The service is second to none. Our waiter knew how to pair every dish with wine and his choices were perfect.

I've had dinner here now 3 times on the Queen's Landing Sunday night package that includes 1 night stay and dinner for 2 at Tiara. The food has always been excellent, is fresh and the portions are very generous. The shrimp and mussel appetizers are a must try; the sauce for the mussels, I could drink it from the bowl (however, I fought the temptation to do so...). The steak was cooked to perfection and even having it as leftovers the day after the meat was still tender. The service is also top tier. The staff clearly take pride in their work and their friendliness is sincere and welcoming. I have at at dinner at Pillar and Post and the Prince of Wales...this is by far the best restaurant in the Vintage Hotel chain. I highly recommend!!

Nestled in the back of Queen's Landing in NOTL. Our group of 4 were in town for the Sunday and decided to tryout this very nice restaurant. We had our options of in town restaurant or winery restaurant to choose from. We have visited winery restaurant last time, so this time we went to try this place that was fairly highly recommended. Food was very good, expectations for the food and service were met, the atmosphere was ok as the scenery out their windows was a marina. We had tried a few appetizers and entrees. Appetizers: 1. Octopus calabrese 5/5: very well made, soft texture, beautifully presented. 2. Canadian Burrata 4/5: nicely made and presented well. 3. Baby Gem Ceasar salad 4/5: well made, boar bacon could have been cut smaller to pair better with mouthful of halved romaine lettuce with dressing. Entrees: 1. Saffron Linguine 5/5: very well made, the seafood broth was rich and flavorful. Pasta was nicely made, not over cooked. Order again: Yes 2. Roasted Game Hen 5/5: another greatly made dish, very tender and flavorful, skin was nicely roasted. Order again: yes 3. Grilled pacific Halibut 3/5: large gnocchi pieces, fish was well cooked but lacked deep flavor and presentation. Order again: no 4. Steak (ribeye) and Potato 4/5: nicely made and presented. Was fairly standard and didn't stand out. Order again: maybe Desserts: 1. Citrus olive cake 4/5: presented well, was ordered out of interest. Order again: maybe 2. Flour-less chocolate cake 4/5: well presented, taste and resembled chocolate fudge brownie. Order again: no

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting Tiara Restaurant once again for their delightful Sunday Brunch. As always, it was a truly wonderful experience. The spring sunshine made for a cheerful day, but every visit to Tiara feels perfect—rain, snow, or shine. This time, it was just the two of us, seated at a lovely window table overlooking the garden patio and the serene Niagara River. The gentle presence of birds, passing yachts, blooming flowers, and warm sunshine, paired with the delicious food and the exceptionally kind-hearted service from Gerardo, created yet another unforgettable memory. A special mention to the seasonal addition of freshly shucked oysters—they were incredibly sweet and creamy. Thank you to the entire Tiara team for making our day so special!

This was a lovely meal to celebrate my parents’ 51st anniversary as well as Father’s Day and a belated Mother’s Day. The food was delicious (we shared the breads and spreads and all had the steak meal—perfectly done!) and the service was wonderful. During dessert, our server (Kevin) brought us four complimentary glasses of Prosecco to celebrate.

While staying at the Queens Landing Hotel, we went to the Tiara Restaurant for their breakfast buffet which was available earlier in the morning before their big brunch began. The restaurant is gorgeous with its large windows overlooking the river and marina. There is plenty of seating for intimate and large group gatherings. Our waitress was super friendly and very attentive. The coffee was delicious; I liked that they left a coffee pot at your table to help yourself to and not have to wait for someone to fill your cup. The brunch offered a good variety of breakfast staples, fresh fruit, and sweet treats. The eggs that day were scrambled but we were told you can literally ask for any type of eggs and they’ll make them on demand. They also offer menu items which looked equally appetizing but you really can’t beat the price of the breakfast buffet!

Additionally, LIV Restaurant serves gourmet breakfast with a variety of options, including wellness menu items and heartier meals.
My husband and I just got back from Niagara on the Lake. This was our second time dining at Liv for dinner. It was just as fantastic as it had been when we were there in September. We also had the pleasure of having Henni as our waitress both times we were here. She is extremely attentive and is willing to accommodate any request we had. There is no doubt that we will be treating ourselves to another wonderful dinner here next time we are in town and we hope to be just as lucky to have Henni for a third time in a row! 😃

Came to this restaurant for special birthday dinner celebration with friends. When we arrived to Liv restaurant our attendant greeted us witch champagne flutes for the birthday celebration. Our dinner was served fresh and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make each lady their own special drink they requested as well as non alcoholic beverages that tasted incredible. We stayed a little longer than the restaurant's schedule allowed and yet the staff was very patient and polite and not once mentioned that we were supposed to leave long time ago. We were not kicked out and I truly appreciate the staff's positive attitude and politeness. I wish I had grabbed their names to give them the proper mentioning. I had an amazing experience at this place and will definitely come back again soon. If you want to celebrate special occasion this is the place to visit and stay for the night or longer.

Went out for dinner with a friend, they had a steak special for the evening that sounded amazing when the server described it to me! I want to add the service was amazing down to the hosts/servers all kind, attentive, and friendly! I usually never leave bad reviews however when it comes to “fine dining” i really do believe if you are charging $70 for an entree you absolutely have to do it right. I ordered a medium cook which I always order for steak! Unfortunately it arrived well done and was very tough and hard to cut into. I really hate to complain but i believe it was the restaurant manager who came over to see how everything was, i told her i felt terrible and i hate to waste but i asked for a medium cook, she was very kind and said do not feel bad we will make a new one. Unfortunately when it arrived it had the same cook on it, i ate it and thanked them! The waitress told me when she brought the new steak back to the table they take temperature everytime to identify the cook on it, i feel that comment was not needed because it implies the first cook i received was correct, unfortunately neither were. I believe reviews are an opportunity for learning and growth! My friend really enjoyed her pasta dish, and the appetizers we had were fantastic!

Thank you to our server, Serk. She was beyond excellent. We enjoyed our time at White Oaks. What a class act! Serk was friendly, professional and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend the restaurant. I remember the hostess even brought a stool for our purses. Amazing!

We very much enjoyed our delicious Table for 2 dinner at the White Oaks. I have to start out by saying that it has been a very long time that we experienced this outstanding level of service and it was greatly appreciated. We were not staying at the hotel but drove in for dinner from NOTL. When we walked into the hotel an employee saw that we were trying to figure out where to find the restaurant and came over and walked us to the restaurant, chatting along the way. He introduced us to the hostess and asked that we be seated by the window so we could overlook the beautiful gardens. Our server Heni was friendly, inquisitive, attentive and a complete delight. Along with Matthew they both made the evening special. A manager also came to ask how dinner was going and a stool was brought out for all the ladies to put their purses on. For the Table for 2 we each had a choice of appetizer, main and dessert. As well there was an amuse bouche and a sorbet palate cleanser included. We had the mussels in a tomato cream sauce and tomato fennel salad for starters. The cavatelli with pesto, chicken and asparagus and flat iron steak with chimichurri and roasted veg. for entrees and the white chocolate pistachio tart and churro cheesecake for dessert. Everything was fresh and tasty and presented beautifully. The portions were generous and we were stuffed by the end. Just an FYI we forgot to take pics until after we started eating so the plates are missing food. The next time we are in the area we will definitely be going back to LIV for dinner.

Ribeye wasn’t so great. Felt like a poor cut. The whiskey sauce is good and the mashed potatoes but the steak wasn’t that great. Dessert was ok. Caesar salad was very good and the portion size of mussels was a good size. I was there for a team dinner, so not sure if it was a set menu but I wouldn’t choose to go there again. We were just staying at the spa so it was convenient.

A 10/10 must stop foodie restaurant. We enjoyed 1) the gobbler: a vegan spin on a thanksgiving sandwich with gravy for dipping and 2) the halloumi hot honey sandwich: a vegan hot grilled halloumi cheese with pesto and tofu bacon jam with greens. Both of our dishes were excellent for taste, texture, and presentation. Thank you Heather for hosting us and answering all our menu questions. So many choices and styles of dishes here at Rise Above. We decided to try Diner House 29 while visiting the area, and we were not disappointed! I'd describe it as classic breakfast/diner food with a twist. Everything we tried (including the housemade hot sauces and even the kids' meals) was phenomenal! All the dishes were delicious. Service was prompt and friendly, frequently checking in on us. The place was really popular, with many parties waiting outside, which is a testament to how good it is! We definitely recommend it if you're in the area and I'd absolutely go back when we're visiting there again!

We went here on the way to Niagara Falls for brunch. The food is really good. We got the Pork Hot Mess and Pork Belly Baked Beans. The Pork Hot Mess has a nice and fatty BBQ Pork with creamy yolk from the deep fried poached egg and a hint of spiciness from the jalapeno. Pork Belly Baked Beans is good. The beans and pork belly go well with each other. It will be better if the pork belly is braised and becoming more tender. Their bread is very soft and a little chewy, which is really good. Overall, it’s a really great place to get brunch when you are at St. Catherine area. Highly recommend.

IHOP is a well-established chain known for its wide range of pancakes and classic American breakfast and diner dishes. Located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, IHOP offers a warm and inviting atmosphere where visitors can enjoy a diverse selection of breakfast favorites, satisfying lunches, and delightful dinners. While some customers have noted that the prices may be on the higher side compared to other locations, many appreciate the friendly service and generous portion sizes at IHOP.
This was our first time visiting this IHOP branch and we were truly impressed! Grant, our server, was absolutely amazing. We accidentally placed the wrong order, but he was incredibly helpful and made sure we got exactly what we wanted without any hassle. The customer service here is top-notch, and the food portions are definitely worth it. Highly recommend this location—thank you, Grant, for making our experience great!

Very bad experience. Went with a group of 7 and none of us were happy with either food or the service. Ordered a bunch of breakfast items but none of them were good. The meat was dry, the eggs were okay, The Hollandaise was straight from a dollar store, The avocado toast looked like it was made by a 5 year old. The worst were the pancakes, strawberry cheesecake pancakes were not at all as advertised. They are supposed to have cheesecake bites in the pancakes but all we got was plain pancakes with a few strawberries and cream on top. (See the picture of advertisement and the real thing in photos.) One of the friends paid around 28$ just for the avocado toast and he was depressed the whole day from it. Had to get him some ice cream to make him feel better. Poor guy was completely ripped off!!! Would not recommend at all. Go to Stacked instead and save yourself a whole lot of disappointment.

The food took forever to come out and it was really bad. The bacon and sausage came out burnt. The sausage was very dry and salty. The hash browns were terrible. If not that I have had better ones, I would never eat hash browns again. Let’s not forget the coffee, that was the worst. I only enjoyed the eggs. And my server was good. Overall this was a terrible breakfast experience.

IHOP is always a must on my list when we first arrived at the falls we went to the one at the Ramada and had the worst experience I’ve ever had. We decided to try this one and who the best decision we made! Our server I believe his name was David can’t entirely remember but he was amazing! Super friendly always asked if we need anything! The food was so good and I’m seeing a lot of reviews talking about the price. Who cares good luck finding breakfast for cheap now a days and it’s a tourism place so everything in the falls is expensive thanks so much David! Ps. I hope your name was David if not we later saw you at ruby tuesdays and just wanted to let you know you were amazing!!

I went to IHOP expecting comfort food and reliable service. What I received was far from it. Based on this trip, I cannot recommend this particular IHOP location. Save your money and your appetite; there are certainly better breakfast options out there that deliver on both food quality and customer service. Picture looks better then the pancake tasted!
Rose D — Google review
Look at the photos -- the avocados were brown and inedible. Even the breakfast burrito was unappealing; I did not finish it. On top of all of that, they added a tourist tax.
Navin — Google review
Never go here! 1) The food is more expensive than other IHOP. A 2+2+2 breakfast charges $22.95 here but other IHOP only charges $16.95 2) They charge NFDF which is 7-8% rate of my bill. Google said this is tourist tax in Niagara Falls and up to the shop to charge and can't be removed. 3) Minimum tip is 18% while waiter has only done food ordering and billing. This is crazy.

Our server Lachelle was amazing! And that's where the positive review ends. The food was so bad I've never had worse eggs than there.

The inn features a garden, library, and fireplace in the lobby for guests to enjoy. I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly tranquil—perfect for anyone looking to unwind and escape the noise of daily life. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the calm atmosphere and beautifully maintained surroundings. What really stood out was the attention to detail throughout the entire property. From the carefully chosen decor to the thoughtful touches in the room, everything felt curated with care and intention. The staff were warm and attentive, making sure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and a touch of elegance.

Such a lovely little gem with charm and historic character. From when we arrived until the time we left, our stay was magical. It felt like we were transported back in time. Service was exceptional, the inn was beautifully curated, and it was a romantic way to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary! Thank you Woodbourne Inn team. Special nod to Chef Jen for creating a delicious two staged breakfast. The star-shaped croissant was so delicately prepared and tasty. The poached egg breakfast was equally delicious. We look forward to coming back! Until next time!

Woodbourne inn is charming, comfortable and well furnished. A great place for a weekend at Niagra on the lake wineries and town strolls. The rooms are nice and comfortable, but no tv’s, and no thermostat. But that’s being a picky. The highlight by far was the breakfast…unbelievable! French toast with pastry glaze, stewed plums, candied seeds and fresh roasted nectarines. Every bite was delicious. If this was a restaurant it would get a Michelin nod for sure. The house chef should have her own tv show. Absolutely top notch. I would stay here again just for the food.

This Inn is wonderful in every way. We booked all eight rooms for a 4 night stay for our annual girls getaway. Everything was fabulous! They bring you coffe/tea and a freshly baked item each morning and leave it on a tray outside of your room to enjoy while you are getting ready. About an hour later we would meet in the dining room for a full breakfast prepared by a local chef. We all felt so spoiled and pampered that we didn’t want to leave. The rooms are clean and fresh. A delightful mix of old charm and modern conveniences.

Wow! This was the first time my fiancee and I tried a B&B like this and it definitely made us want to try it again soon. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service during our stay was nothing short of making you feel like royalty. We woke each morning to the smell of fresh pastries and coffee coming from the kitchen, and then having it delivered to our door at a time of our choosing! Afterwards there is an hour to drink your coffee and get ready for breakfast. Both days the meals were fantastic. The building itself is gorgeous and radiates class, the gardens in the back were beautiful and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the weather there. We will definitely be back and will be recommending it to our friends and family.
Dean F — Google review
Each year my husband and I book a trip to a new bed and breakfast. Having many to compare too, the Woodbourne Inn is at the top of the list for sure. Pros: The home felt large and expansive with high ceilings and multiple sitting areas. When it rained our last day, it was the ideal place to hunker down with a book and some reading. During our stay only 3 of the 8 rooms were in use, and we rarely saw anyone else on the property. It was immaculately clean, beds were comfortable, bathtub massive, fireplace easy to use. And obviously the TWO morning breakfasts were divine. Cons: Yes, it is an old house so you hear the occasional voice and floor creaking from other people. We went into October and even though we couldn’t open the windows or control the heat/AC, we were comfortable and didn’t need to use the fans provided in the closet. We were provided the option for a free upgrade to room 8 where no other guests were staying nearby and had its own heating/cooling. Looks they do this when they can. Unfortunately I was unable to use the stairs. Suggestions: 2nd breakfast at 945 was a little late as someone who likes to get up and out early. If we would come back would maybe ask for an earlier start. Would love to see an afternoon tea or happy hour to make it more social among guests Book. It’s a great place. Would definitely return if we came to the area in the future.

With only a handful of rooms available, guests are guaranteed personalized attention from the gracious hosts who cater to every need. The property boasts a garden gazebo and a 3-course breakfast, providing an intimate and luxurious stay for travelers seeking a quieter experience while still being within walking distance of the historic old town center.
My wife and I stayed over the Easter weekend and was warmly greeted by Deanna. I saw pictures on the Google maps and Expedia page but to step into it is something to behold! Everything was carefully curated to the finest detail, capturing the theme of the Safari. The bed was comfortable, and there’s a balcony for some casual reading. And although we didn’t enjoy the outdoor hot tub, but there’s one inside the room with all the amenities for a great experience. We chose breakfast on the day we left and was treated to a delicious breakfast, again with beautiful decor surrounding us and details to the napkin with the dragonfly. My favourite was the eggs Benedict! We left very grateful for this weekend getaway!

A spectacular B&B! A jacuzzi tub in every room, wildly well-stocked and maintained common areas, and the breakfasts were 3-course masterpieces. Hosts even offered multiple coupons for local wineries that saved us real money! Definitely recommended.

Spectacular! Deanna and Alec are amazing hosts. Their B&B is fabulous, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. My wife and I have traveled extensively for over 40 years and this would be considered one of our better stays away from home. The three course gormet breakfast ( different every day) were so yummy....with fresh ingredients and homemade baked goods. They also gladly share their expert knowledge of the attractions, winery's and restaurants. We will definitely return.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night and were a bit busy so we didn’t get to fully experience everything like the outdoor hot tub. But the hosts made us feel welcome and comfortable and everything seemed very clean. We do recommend staying here. Also you can have a delicious breakfast for 2 for an additional $30 to get a good start on your day. The host also seemed very knowledgeable about the local wineries and tours.

Quaint B&B in a quiet small town. Carrie was very friendly and hospitable! The room was clean and spacious and the house was welcoming. Just a short walk to shops, boutiques, and restaurants and a short drive to wineries and the lake. It’s also only 25 minutes to the Falls. Only stayed 1 night but would definitely come back and highly recommend!

What a wonderful host Carrie is—thank you! The School House is very comfortable and spacious. There were four of us in our party, and each room had a large bed, was spotlessly clean, and came with complimentary coffee and fresh water in the fridge. The breakfast is something you have to experience—Carrie is very considerate of everyone’s needs. The location is ideal: just a five-minute walk to the shops and another five minutes to the waterfront. There’s also free parking for those traveling by car.

my fiancée and i had an amazing long weekend getaway at the school house! carrie was a pleasant and gracious host and was very communicative and easy to reach throughout our stay. the space itself was beautiful - elegant old world interior, but with all the conveniences and amenities you would want in a modern accommodation. we loved the fire place in our room and the candle warmer in the dining room - so cozy and welcoming, especially given the winter weather when we stayed. breakfast was simple, delicious, and nourishing - the perfect way to start a day of exploring the local area. we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back in the summer with some friends!

Absolutely stellar place to explore Niagara - can't praise highly enough. Room was amazing (Housemaster suite) with a great loft area with a very comfortable bed. Location is amazing, with easy strolling through town while the falls and historical sites are all a quick drive away. The B&B's proximity to downtown NOTL makes it convenient for exploring the area.
We had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Casa Blanca Bed and Breakfast in Niagara-on the-Lake, which was super close to both the town and the wineries. We were greeted by our wonderful hosts, Nancy and Joe, who were so welcoming and attentive to all our needs while we got set up in our room. They also provided great restaurant recommendations in town that did not disappoint. My first impression when I walked in was how impeccably clean and spotless their home was— not only the main living area, but also the bedrooms and bathrooms. The room was very well appointed and spacious, with a sitting area, a desk area, fireplace, TV, and mini fridge. Robes and slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a hair dryer, and fresh towels, including a towel for makeup. (They even had the really nice and soft, 2-ply toilet paper with the scalloped edges!) We had the best sleep after a long day of shopping in town in the king-size pillow-top comfy bed, and the pillows, which I don't normally sleep with were also exceptional! (Nancy told me that they are special pillows from Sleep Country!) As for the breakfast part of this bed and breakfast, our wonderful chef, Joe, made us eggs, and we had fresh fruit, coffee, orange juice, and he paid special attention to catering to our dietary needs, and also provided us with fun conversation and stories. Overall, I would definitely recommend this one-of-a-kind BNB and would definitely stay again longer. It really felt like home! Thanks again Nancy and Joe for our wonderful visit! - Angie & Mike

Came out to celebrate Valentines Day, which was verging on catastrophe until we landed in this beautiful mixture of modern and old fashioned Victorian, Airbnb Gem, which inadvertently saved the day, not the relationship but definitely the day. It was so big with a few twists and turns, literally that had you walking into a room you thought was over there and didn't even know this room was even here. This was my second trip into my newly aquired Airbnb OBSESSION and the one that transcended me into obsessive searches for the next perfect mini getaway. Everything about it was above par. The hot tub 🤌 the king size bed 🤌 the vintage wrap around porch 🤌 Highly recommended 👌

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the charming Casa Blanca in NOL. Nancy and Joe were the best hosts you could ask for. They made sure our accommodations were perfect from start to finish and were very helpful with local recommendations. The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities needed; including a mini fridge stocked with drinks that were an added bonus. You can not beat the location of this B&B. It is close to everything in NOL and there are walking/bike trails that lead to the wineries and restaurants; which made getting around very easy. Each morning you will be served a plentiful home-cooked breakfast that will definitely leave you satisfied. I would also like to mention that you never feel crowded in this B&B. The walls are very sound proof and offer the needed privacy. The WIFI connection here is a huge bonus, as most of the public locations in NOL do not have great WIFI. I highly recommend Casa Blanca for anyone seeking a memorable and delightful stay in Ontario.

Blue Skies Bed and Breakfast, located in Niagara on the Lake, was opened by Ranju and Kumari Selvadurai in 2015. The B&B offers three well-appointed suites with flat-screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi. The couple's background living in the Middle East and Asia influenced the charming design of the B&B. Guests can enjoy luxury linens, a cozy fireplace, and a renowned gourmet breakfast each morning.
When we arrived at the Blue Skies Bed and Breakfast we were greeted by the owner, he was as pleasant and welcoming as one could be. He gave us a tour of their beautiful home and was most gracious. Our room was simply spotless and comfortable - just like home. Our stay was simply perfect. The breakfast served is at one table where strangers quickly become friends over lovely converstions and shared experiences. On our way out the owners wife noticed that I was sad and I had explained I had tragically lost my beloved furbaby in an accident and she quickly hugged me and wished God's blessing and healing for me. I was so touch by her actions. It was the most comforting feeling and made this a place of peace for me. So rest assure whenever we are in the area this will be our goto place to stay. Lovely accomodations, the food was so pleasing to the eye and DELICIOUS and often comes with a quiz if you are smart enough to figure out ingredients lol. Please give this place careful consideration as it is the best place around in my opinion.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend Blue Skies B&B. Kumari and Ranju are wonderful hosts. The house is beautiful and they did not miss a detail. The wonderful breakfasts are over the top. Come to breakfast hungry! Don't forget to ask Ranju to taste test his homemade juice. Kumari is an artist in the kitchen. Since they wouldn't come home with us, we will have to wait to see them when we return. Don't miss staying here! Patti & Phil

My friend and I recently had an amazing stay at this exceptional B&B. Idyllic and ideally placed within walking distance of the old town Niagara shops and several wineries. The breakfasts were tasty, detailed/ornate and varied each day- gourmet style. We enjoyed fresh baked items, warm dishes & fresh fruit dishes, tailored to our preference/allergies. An abundance of fresh coffee & even fresh morning shakes! Turn down service at night with a chocolate on the pillow :) This couple has a beautiful spirit of hospitality and humility- it is clear they love to host & accommodate to the smallest detail! Altogether outstanding service and convenience together with beautifully decorated, clean and spacious quarters- both a hospitable and pleasant home atmosphere. We stayed at this amazing place and it was such a wonderful experience. Everything was maintained to a very high standard & the hosts treated us so well. The location is very close by to Niagara Falls as well as some beautiful wineries and a chocolate factory. Hosts recommended some places to visit around which was very relaxing & worthwhile. Food was amazing, rooms were quite spacious and extremely clean including all amenities, we all surely enjoyed very much. Definitely a must visit when we come next time.

Ranju and Kumari are the most kind grateous hosts. Blue Skies Bed and Breakfast is a gem. Every detail has been well thought through and the care and attention to guest comfort and care is shown. We were totally impressed with the hosts kindness and the feasting we enjoyed. After staying here we will never look for other accomodation again at Niagara on the Lake. The location is great. The food beyond expectation!!! We are so blessed to been able to stay here and look forward to returning. The high rating people have given is well earned. This is by far the best B & B we have ever had the pleasure of staying at.

If you like classic American diner food, Sunset Grill is a great place to go. They have a wide menu with classics like pancakes and bacon, but they're also known for their French toast dishes. The service is warm and friendly, and the prices are reasonable.
Visiting from California and we recently dined at Sunset Grill and had a fantastic experience! The food was exceptional—flavorful and beautifully presented. Our server, Jennifer, was a highlight of the morning; she was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. Overall, a great atmosphere paired with top-notch service and delicious food. Highly recommend! P.S. go here instead of Stagecoach you won’t regret it 😀

We went there yesterday and overall, it was just okay. The service was actually quite fast and friendly, and the outdoor seating area was nice, but the interior smelled greasy and felt a bit stuffy. The menu really needs an update it’s very limited, mostly just basic diner items and a small side salad. If you want to swap the homemade fries for a salad, they charge $5 extra, which honestly feels unreasonable. My boyfriend got the Eggs Benny, but the hollandaise sauce tasted like it came from a mix, and the eggs weren’t the best quality. The bacon and sausage were overcooked and dry. I ordered over easy eggs, but one of them came out almost medium-well. On the bright side, they did have couple bread options. Still, the whole meal felt a bit underwhelming. They should really consider expanding their menu to include more protein-forward options or something for people following different diets like keto or carnivore even smaller spots these days have something more versatile. The fries were also quite burnt and not worth the extra charge. Also, there are only two washrooms, one of which is downstairs with just a single stall, which isn’t very convenient. Overall, it was fine for a basic breakfast, but nothing stood out and there’s definitely room for improvement.

This place is so cute! I sat outside with my family for lunch, and it was such a lovely experience. The weather was perfect. Our server was kind and bubbly. The food was so good! I ordered the protein plus sandwich: turkey bacon, two egg whites, guac, and Swiss on a brioche bun. I would order this sandwich a million times over if I could.

Ok breakfast chain serving serviceable food. I had the egg sandwich with bacon, which was fine. Worth considering in a pinch for breakfast and lunch, with ample seating although not ideal if you have large groups.

Amazing Brunch Spot in Niagara-on-the-Lake (NOTL) If you're ever in Niagara-on-the-Lake, don't miss out on this fantastic brunch spot! The outdoor terrace is an absolute delight, especially on a sunny day. The ambiance is charming, with a beautiful setup that makes for a perfect relaxed brunch experience. The food here is top-notch. I tried the eggs and fries, which were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, complementing the eggs perfectly. The pancakes were also a highlight - fluffy, light, and served with just the right amount of syrup and butter. And let's talk about the coffee. It was simply amazing. Rich, aromatic, and brewed to perfection, it truly enhanced the overall dining experience. I highly recommend giving it a try. Overall, this brunch spot offers a wonderful combination of delicious food, great coffee, and a delightful outdoor setting. It's definitely worth a visit!

Great service, great food. Our waiter was very kind, the food arrived quickly and everything was perfectly done. The Waffle wasn’t too sweet (which is good), fruit was fresh and my favourite the fries!! So tasty and not too greasy. The host could do it better, be more friendly, but no a big deal and other than that everything was perfect 👌

I recently visited Sunset Grill and ordered the wrap. While it was quite oily, it was still tasty. The flavors were good, and the ingredients seemed fresh. Overall, it was a decent meal, but I would have preferred it to be a bit less greasy. The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was adequate. An okay experience overall.

Silks Country Kitchen is a cozy family restaurant offering homestyle fare, including all-day breakfast. The dining room has a warm and inviting atmosphere with booth and table seating. The menu features classic dishes like hot beef sandwiches, liver and onions, and fish and chips, as well as delicious new takes on old standards called 'melts'. These include options like tuna melt, Reuben, or club sandwiches toasted up like grilled cheese.
This was my second time here for breakfast. The food is good, prices are good and the servers are friendly and attentive. I’ve had breakfast both times but will probably try lunch the next time I go. I managed to get there both times after the big rush and I think this place is always busy.

We were very happy with this meal. The home fries in particular were great - really cripsy. Perfect breakfast for a morning after drinking a bunch of wine

Just had dinner here the other day for the first time and I was impressed. The service was quick, the staff were friendly, the food was very good and the portions were surprisingly large for how affordable the food was. The only thing I didn't like was that the tomato sauce was very chunky but that's really just a personal preference thing. I will absolutely be coming back here in the future.

There’s just something magical about starting your day at this breakfast spot, the smell of fresh coffee as your server pours you that first full mug, laughter echoing from table to table, and a menu that never misses. Silks is the kind of place where mornings feel a little brighter, conversations last a little longer, and every bite reminds you why breakfast might just be the best meal of the day.

Great little hole in the wall brunch spot 😉 (One of the few restaurants I’ve been too that has carpeted floors 🫣 lol) This place had awesome food, service was fab, food came out quick, and prices were below what you would normally pay. The place looks like a retirement home on the inside 👴🏼👵🏻👴🏼👵🏻 and a dive on the outside, but you won’t be disappointed by the quality/portions of the food and the super friendly service at this little joint 🙏🏼

I live close by. Been going there for 30 years once in a while, but there’s one waitress that seem to have a ship on her shoulder Always even family members. Tell me the same thing when they go there. It would be really nice if we didn’t have to deal with her when we go there, . But there’s another Lady. She’s very nice and polite all the time. I like it when I go there and have her. Is a server.

We came in for lunch and we discovered one of the best restaurants in the area. Such a nice discovering. The food was tasty and at a good price. Our kids loved the cheese burger. I will like to add that the onion soup is really good but they should add more mozzarella cheese. Great service.

We were visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake and stumbled upon this place for breakfast — what a gem! I was specifically craving a homestyle meal, and this place delivered perfectly. The poached eggs were spot on, and the eggs Benedict was delicious — they kindly removed the meat and added an extra egg with fresh tomatoes on top. My husband and kid also loved the Belgian waffle, absolutely to die for! Cozy, welcoming vibes and lovely service. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

The Tim Hortons restaurant in at least met customer's expectations with quick lines, friendly staff, and food recommendations. The store was also quite clean.
This Tim Hortons is great. It's so clean, the staff are friendly and fast. The food is fresh and the items are well stocked (other locations are always out of things). The layout is spacious and they have cozy fire place seating area. The washrooms were also very clean.

It's possible I came in on a bad time/day, but my order was wrong. The donut shelves weren't very full, and the drive thru took a long time considering there weren't too many cars. Food was good, and the staff were friendly enough.

I had to check the date.. I thought it was April fools day.. Went through the DRIVE THROUGH and asked for a cup of ice water with my order. They asked if I wanted ice in it.. (In my ice water...) then handed me a paper cup with no lid. She had to move slowly so as not to spill my water while passing it to me. Yet you thought this was the best option for the drive? 🤦🏻‍♀️ Maybe it's time to start hiring people with a degree.

Very disappointed with my visit to Tim Hortons today. The coffee was served almost cold, and the sugar was not even mixed properly — it felt like no effort was made to prepare it right. I expect at least a fresh, hot coffee when I pay for it. Tim Hortons used to be known for quality and consistency, but lately the standards have really dropped. Please train your staff to serve hot, properly made coffee — this experience was not worth it at all.

The worst Tim Hortons I have been to. Went there on 31st Oct night around 8:30 pm Ordered a Chicken Pizzia. When I reached home I was surprised and angry to see more cooked bread that stuff on it. It was really sad since I was so wanting to eat Tim Hortons pizza. Please train staff not to be stingy it's $10 dollars or around that I am on Long Term Disability ant such the pizza 🍕 was not cheap by any means for me. Unfriendly staff, they don’t acknowledge your existence in the drive through they just scream have a nice day as they throw the coffee at you, also assuming they get to keep the change so probably not taking the time to count it, as they scream have a nice day while closing the window in my face, then reopening it wondering why i’m still there? i wanted my change but now that i have to ask for it, ill just leave. work on your customer skills

McDonald's is a well-established fast-food chain recognized for its classic burgers and fries. The dining experience may require proof of vaccination, but it's not mandatory for takeout orders. The staff aims to provide good service, although there might be occasional delays in processing orders. Customers are advised to specify if they need condiments such as salt, pepper, vinegar, or ketchup with their meal. Overall, the restaurant offers a clean and pleasant environment for enjoying fast and accurate service.
It was a cool experience seeing how they make McDonald's up in Ontario, Canada as you ordered everything via kiosk and the food did taste a bit fresher than the US so it does make you wonder. The customer service was on point and respectful. So if you are looking to have a more Northern experience having McDonald's then visit this location at the Outlet Collection!

This McDonald’s conveniently located across from the Niagara outlet mall and its food court. It is decently sized but gets packed with visitors making a detour along route to the Falls. Our meal order arrived relatively quickly and everything was the same typically elsewhere. No complaints at all. We’ve visited this location before due to its convenience.

"5-Star Immersive Dining Experience!" At this restaurant, you don’t just eat—you embark on a thrilling kitchen adventure! Exclusive perk for friends of staff: Feel free to hover over the prep station and grab food straight from the trays like it’s an all-you-can-eat buffet. Who needs tongs when the chef’s hands are nature’s perfect serving utensils? Enjoy their signature "Hand-Selected But Not Chosen" surprise wraps—each one lovingly packed with a personal touch (literally). Food safety standards? Never heard of ‘em! We pride ourselves on our "open-concept kitchen," where even the bacteria feel right at home. Pro Tip: If you don’t end up in the ER afterward, consider your immune system employee of the month.

Stopped in for a quick bite after the outlet malls, 7:30-8pm. Not very busy, staff were quick and friendly. Food was ok not great... The part that was the worst was the cleanliness of the restaurant from the restrooms to main dining area ( male restroom - pee or water l over the floor ) dining room dirty and discarded food all over the tables and floor and greasy seats with finger prints everywhere. Tons of staff standing around should have been alot cleaner.

Absolutely love this McDonald’s! The staff here are always friendly, welcoming, and efficient — you can tell they take pride in their work. The food is always fresh and hot, just the way it should be. Whether I’m grabbing breakfast on the go or stopping by for a quick lunch, everything is consistently great. Also, lots of parking available which makes it super convenient. Clean, fast, and reliable — exactly what you want from a McDonald’s. Highly recommend! 🍟🍔👏

ALL STAFF, need to be gone, at this McDonalds. Especially the Manager. Staff work according to how they are mentored, directed and instructed, and if things are not right, then this is on the Manager,or person in charge. They all fail. I had to go back three times, to get my burger order right, 3 TIMES. The last time, they didn't even give me a fresh burger. They took the burger apart, that i handed them, which had nothing on it, and then with bare hands, applied what I had originally ordered. GET RID OF THESE PEOPLE. They DO NOT know Customer Service. This is VOID in them, and we see this type of 'behavior' in many fast food places, variety, etc, in this day and age. NEW MANAGER REQUIRED HERE. One who knows what to do and not just give broken english lip service. We should all be sending our concerns to head office, so that maybe, just maybe, they will redo, this location and put decent people in the Kitchen.

We ordered mobile order to pick it up and more easier the charge on the app supposedly is 20.66 when came to pick up oh we have to pay 24.27 the manager with turban at midnight tried to explain the poutine is difference how could that be if the total of the one in the app states everything aswell as the taxes. Misleading why did we even order on mcdonalds app to take the offer when we still have to pay full price.

It was horrible experience. The staff member placed a wrong order and told me they can’t change. Tammy, the general manager, was even ruder. Worst experience ever. Zero star to this location. I ordered watermelon splash and medium coffee. The employee gave us the splash and the cookie. Waited for the coffee for almost 15 minutes, the employee who took the order was completely unprofessional and half slept. After waiting 15 minutes, I told the employee that I am waiting for my coffee which he completely forgot. Moreover, I asked for medium coffee, but he gave me a small coffee. He said “ this is Medium”. He didn’t even apologize. I asked for Hot coffee , instead I got cold coffee, tasted like water.

Please if you have any spare time go to any other mcdonalds in the surrounding area. The absolute lack of brains here is outstanding... order a 4 cream 4 sugar coffee and I get the cream and sugar.. but wait 0 actual coffee?? Like how? Dont worry ill wait.. absolutely ridiculous, thanks for wasting my time guys and gals. Greatly appreciated lmfao

Did not have a good experience here at all! I went in to order, since I had a coupon to use and didn’t want to hold up drive thru. I was waiting in line and got called up to a second till to take my order, then after I had lost my spot in line the worker said the machine was actually down and he couldn’t help me. He told me to get back in line!! I asked him to move me back to front of line since I had already waited and he said he couldn’t. His mistake and I waited double time for it!! Then it took forever for the cashier to process my order since I was using a coupon. She was clearly struggling and no one offered to help. Overall unimpressed.

This experience was absolutely horrendous. All my friend and I wanted was ice cream and 1 medium sprite… WE WAITING 10 minutes in line (mind you they had no customers…) so I finally got fed up and went through drive through just to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my order taken. What a waist of time for something so small being ordered. Absolutely ridiculous, to whoever hires the people at this place, please start hiring people with some brain cells who actually want to work and not just talk to each other the entire time. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Khalie — Google review
I don’t know why when you order large fries it’s never full… not sure what’s the point to pay extra for actually having the same amount as medium fries… At that time washrooms and restaurants were clean. The exterior is cute. A bit different than the other classic style of McDonald restaurant shape.

Nothing bad to say about this location. Food is great, coffee is piping hot (or ice cold if you want it that way) and the staff is so great. I want to shout out Sarah, she works mornings and is such a gem. So smiley, polite, and accommodating. 10/10 team!

This is the first Tim Hortons I’ve ever left feeling disappointed. I ordered a coffee, but they gave me something different. When I mentioned it wasn’t what I ordered, they asked me to pay again. For me, positive customer service is very important. I always want to return to places where there’s a smile and friendliness. I won’t come back here again and don’t recommend this place to others.

I have visited this place about 10 times. You spin the big wheel an hope it lands on "good experience day" I would say about 50% of the time we have had a good experience. 25% of the time it has been very poor. I'm not sure if its a training issue, or just poor staff that do not care.

⭐ 1 Star As a local business in Virgil, we make a conscious effort to support other local establishments — but unfortunately, the Tim Hortons at this location has made that incredibly difficult. On three separate occasions, we’ve placed advance orders for special events, and every single time, they’ve either “lost” the order or failed to fulfill it properly. What’s worse is the lack of accountability. When I called the manager, Cheryl, to try and resolve the issue, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She showed no interest in helping or even acknowledging their repeated mistakes. To make matters worse, she actually lectured my husband when he went to pick up the latest order — instead of offering an apology. Among our staff, this location has earned the nickname “coffee roulette” — because you never know what you’re going to get. Accuracy, consistency, and basic customer service are seriously lacking. We truly value supporting local, but Tim Hortons Virgil has made it impossible. Terrible service from start to finish!

I usually don’t have too bad of an experience here. Gotten food poisoning once but let it go because the staff are usually very friendly. Came back again today to simply get an iced capp and the young blonde girl who was helping me was extremely sour. I smiled said hello, thank you, please, etc and she continues to not respond, giving nasty looks, etc. This is Tim Hortons, if you’re so miserable making coffee, QUIT. It’s not that difficult…

I order a LARGE ice coffee for more COFFEE not ICE this was after taking most of it out, and if I make changes to an item(type of milk, add or take out an ingredient), they almost always get it wrong, as well, the general quality of the food items is steadily decreasing. The only reason service gets more than 1 star is because at least the staff are pleasant, despite how often they mess up. I don't normally leave reviews at all, but it's getting ridiculous

I don't know what's happened to store but it has gone down the drain in every way possible over the last year. Ordered drinks and bagels. Gave us coffee instead of tea. Wrong sizes as well. This Tim Horton location is the worst I’ve ever been to and believe me I’ve been to many! I come here at least two to three times a day.. if it’s morning they are great! Afternoon and evening. THE WORST! I’ve literally waited in the drive thru up to 15 minutes just to get a coffee.. just now I went and I waited at the order window 4 minutes before anyone even answered.. I kept saying hi. Hello. And nothing. Until I literally yelled helloooooo when someone finally spoke.. I don’t usually post reviews whether good or bad but this is ridiculous and continuous … Change you evening staff!!!!! And it wouldn’t kill them yo learn some manners!!! No hi bye thank you!!!! Nothing! Even though I greet them with a smile. How are you. Have a good night!!!! And I get nothing… they’re just talking to each other .. handing me my coffee while they look at the staff member they are talking too… and NOT English either!! Rude rude rude and terrible service!

Everytime I go through the drive thru they say one moment let me check on that, then take the other persons order, then say yes pull ahead just to keep their numbers good! If they don’t do that I’m waiting 5+ minutes in a parking lot just to get the wrong food! Have done this way too many times. Also I wrote this while I was waiting for my food in a parking spot. Won’t ever be coming back.

This location is a prime example of why Canadians are avoiding Tim's these days. On multiple occasions I've waited over 10 minutes for a single coffee order, with only one car in front of me. I don't generally have high expectations for customer service in fast food but the employees at this location are just plain impolite. The morning shift isn't great. Afternoon/evening shift is downright shockingly bad.

I was very disappointed with this location. The store was dirty—tables were not cleaned, the floor looked filthy, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. It makes me wonder: where is the manager? I ordered an Iced Capp, and the employee wiped his nose right before grabbing the cup to serve me. That was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. I ended up throwing the drink in the trash even after I paid for it. After this experience, I will never return to Tim Hortons again.
