Willi's Seafood & Raw Bar is a vibrant and breezy seafood eatery with a raw bar that offers an array of small plates, including tapas and lobster rolls. Situated on Healdsburg Avenue, it provides an ideal spot for people-watching while savoring fresh seafood dishes like oysters, gulf prawns, Maine lobster rolls, and steamers prepared with PBR, Old Bay, and garlic.
This place delighted the taste buds! Excellent crab cake, fish tacos, tender hanger steak, bacon scallops. One of the best desserts I ever had tres leche cake, pineapple, and pecan.
Scott P — Google review
We ordered clam chowder but they served a flavorless soup that was all potatoes. Not a single piece of clam ! Sourdough bread was delicious. Will not order the soup and I definitely do not recommend.
Marlene R — Google review
The atmosphere was really cool. The food and service were both good. We had BBQ oysters. First time I have had an oyster and it was good. I also had the BBQ bacon wrapped scallops. The plate came with 3 scallops and for the cost, seemed like a fourth would not have hurt. The bacon was crispy which was very cool. I think the BBQ sauce overwhelmed the taste of the scallop, and a different flavor profile might have been better. Overall it was a fun experience.
Billschomer — Google review
Great meal but plan on spending 150 to 200 bucks for 2. Without 🍸 cocktails. We had iced tea and pop after a day of wine tasting. Crab cake was fantastic we attacked that. 1/4lb Lobster roll is wonderful but $42. We split one and a crab salad roll $32, bacon wrapped scallops were delicious, pork belly tacos fantastic the pickled onions were delicious. Definitely recommend it.

Sat at the bar for lunch at Willi’s. We always love sitting at the bar. In this case, the food prep guys aren’t conversational like a bartender, but that’s cool too. We enjoyed watching them prep the food. Which was great! Unfortunately our server took quite some time to show up. And then even longer to deliver two glasses of champagne. At which point we had to tell the person who delivered our champagne that we needed to order because we had a wine tasting appointment. In sum, despite the fact the restaurant was not overly busy at 2 pm on a Wednesday, the service was lacking. Unfortunate because the food was great. We would go back for sure and hopefully would have a more attendant server.
Stacey N — Google review
Our party of two ate here on a Thursday night. Although there were quite a few tables open, we waited 15 minutes to be seated. Service was very good. Our server made good recommendations and was very attentive. Food was a little disappointing. The mahi tacos were good, as was the chicken. Those were the highlights. The butterfish was a disappointment...the fish did not taste fresh so only the mushrooms were edible. The fried clams were cut very skinny with a lot of super small pieces...like it was the last of the pre-breaded clams in a frozen bag. They were very over-fried. The tuna was okay...tasted fresher than the butterfresh but really nothing special. Overall, the meal was a disappointment, and we probably would not want to return.
Bon L — Google review
The service was very friendly. I liked the seating in a booth in the back. It felt nice and private. The best thing we had was the calamari. Fried and lightly sauced so it kept the crisp texture. The sourdough was a bit tough and not as sour as I’d hope. The salad was a bit different but I would not opt for a warm bacon dressing in the future. Oysters and fries were okay. I really liked the texture of the octopus in the tacos. Clam bits were on the small side for me.
E L — Google review
We have gone here many times and we always enjoy the food. It's in downtown Healdsburg, which is a charming area to go shopping, go to wine tasting rooms, etc. Today we ordered the sauteed spinach to share and I got the fish tacos and my husband order steak. We love how flavorful and tasty the food is. The service is always excellent as well! You have the option of dining indoors or outdoors. We chosse to eat inside this time, although have eaten outside before and really enjoyed that as well. They have heaters set up if you want to dine outdoors and stay warm.

Little Saint, located in Healdsburg, is a plant-based restaurant founded by Laurie and Jeff Ubben. The menu focuses on locally-grown ingredients from the five-acre Little Saint Farm and nearby SingleThread Farm. Inspired by California-Mediterranean cuisines, the restaurant offers vegetable-forward dishes designed for communal sharing. Guests can enjoy a selection of Sonoma Coast wines and plant-based mezze while anticipating the official opening of this highly anticipated dining spot.
I’m always on the lookout for a great vegan spot and Little Saint really impressed us! Every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared, but the standout was the green salad—deceptively simple but absolutely mind-blowing. The combination of candied pecans, fresh stone fruit, and a perfectly balanced dressing was unforgettable. The cocktails were just as impressive—gorgeous, refreshing, and delicious. While the service was a bit spotty, everyone was genuine, warm and down-to-earth. We came or dinner but would like to try their brunch!
Maria B — Google review
We came with high hopes for this restaurant but left very underwhelmed by the whole experience. The food was decent but the pacing was so slow and it took forever to complete the tasting course. We did a lot of vegan tasting menu so we understand the creativity that get into this space this place unfortunately they are not able to to demonstrate that.

How do you review magic? This place is an oasis, a large, well-appointed, gorgeous dining space with several zones from bar to coffee bar, to lounge and dinner tables all with an open concept prep station and small grocery store and tons of outdoor space. It’s a one stop vegan happiness shop with an eclectic vibe. The food is incredible, locally sourced and special things, like lobster mushrooms and chanterelles. Great selection too, even the sides sing and there’s a pastry case full of incredible plant-based goodies We came for brunch and came back for dinner the next day. Wish i lived closer. If you want to open one in Boston or DC you call me.

Best happy hour in Healdsburg! Been here multiple times and plan to keep coming back! Great happy hour with well made cocktails and a nice variety of snacks. Ideal to unwind and enjoy the company of friends…or even the solace of some alone time. I particularly love the espresso martini I had and the cheese plate! Whenever we’re in town we take people new to Healdsburg here…and it never disappoints. For those wanting a fuller experience, this location hosts a fixed multi course vegan menu crafted by a chef that drive up from SF. Henry tried that experience yet, but plan to!
Justin M — Google review
A delightful experience. My wife and I came for lunch. She got the burger with fries, and I got the Nashville waffle with fried mushrooms. We also got the opera cake for dessert. All the food was super delicious. I especially want to call out the fries that my wife got with her burger. They were perfectly seasoned, cooked well, and the aioli that came with it was so tasty. I'm usually not a fries person.

I wish I could find more stars to award this place… or even soundtrack my review and photos with George Harrison’s ‘never get over you’, because the sights, the faces, sounds, smells, flavors leave me with a warm feeling wanting to return a mere 9 hours later for breakfast… excellent food, incredible heartfelt service, and an amazingly cool but welcoming atmosphere. It’s like I died a sad death at a Sizzler in 1991 and was sent straight to hip cool vegan heaven. I love you Little Saint & can’t wait to come back!
Luke S — Google review
We had a very nice time at little saint. Very cool space with friendly service. I was looking forward a break from meat on our vacation hence our decision to dine here. Really loved the sopes and lions Maine mushroom dish, others were not as impressive. I think there are better values to be had in Healdsburg, which is primarily why I knocked a star off. Still worth a visit if you are looking for some veg and some creative cocktails. They also have a cool coffee shop and bakery offerings inside, and a live music space upstairs.
Karl H — Google review
This is a restaurant for everyone, not just for vegan people. Yes, it's vegetarian/vegan but the quality of the food is great and the flavors as well. The vibe is great to come with friends and hangout, but the hidden gem is the bar and wine shop, they have an amazing collection featuring small producers and a really approachable pricing. They do lots of events and live music so it's a great place for the locals.

Costeaux French Bakery is a beloved Healdsburg establishment that has been serving up delectable French bread, pastries, and cakes since 1923. The European-style bakery specializes in a variety of breads, including sourdough, rustic batards, sweet French bread, ciabatta, and multigrain loaves. Their carefully crafted recipes take between 24 to 48 hours to create.
Might be THE best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. Perfectly crispy but still soft with a great combo with the eggs, bacon, cheese, avocado, and sauce. We sat outside and the tables and setup is very nice. The inside is so pretty and looks like something out of a movie set. The hostess was so sweet, she greeted us right away and setup our table. The waiter Alex was great and did a great job.

Great selections for breakfast and lunch with a French touch. Freshly baked breads and croissants. Service is the best. This review was on Halloween day so the servers were definitely in the spirit.

Great breakfast with excellent service in a super cute rustic french countryside setting. Many gluten free options with good code and mocha selections. Ample indoor seating with some good outside heated seating. We enjoyed the Ghirardelli Mocha very much! Opens at 730 am ahead of most places in Healdsburg to allow for a jump on a full day of wine tasting! Highly recommend!

I had the monte Cristo with their amazing cinnamon walnut bread. So tasty. Served with a small salad with light dressing it was perfect. Service was nice, and relatively quick for a Saturday. They also have a huge display case of other fresh baked treats. Definitely a good spot for breakfast or lunch.
Jen P — Google review
We started out with an eclair that was delectable (they even have mini ones we saw in the case)! The eggs Benedict had such a rich hollandaise sauce, and the house made English muffins were light and fluffy. We also tried their croissant sandwich which was also a hit, and came with a side of fruit which was nice for balance. The service was speedy considering how busy they were, and all the staff were very friendly.
Adam S — Google review
Chocolate Cake- delicious. Not the best, but still great flavor and moisture. Coconut Cake - on the dry, crumbly side but good flavor. Wouldn't need again. Croissant - flaky, airy, salty, buttery delicious croissant goodness. Would absolutely get again Raspberry cheese Danish- good, nothing Earth shattering. Don't need again
Jake S — Google review
Had a nice brunch here with everything having been on the better side of good. Their benedicts were particularly tasty with a very good hollandaise as the star of the show. Get their mimosa service too. The only complaints was the main dish was erring on being cold and there were a goodly amount of flies buzzing around.
Robert J — Google review
Normally the French onion soup is top notch. Today it fell short. The cheese which normally is cascaded over the edge of the bowl and beautifully browned in spots was well below the top of the bowl and just barely melted. It arrived after we were finished with our main course. The beet salad was perfect. The quiche was tasty but overcooked. Such a shame they weren’t on top of their game today.

Restaurant
The Parish Café is a spot that serves up Cajun and Creole specialties for breakfast and lunch. The menu features New Orleans masterpieces like Eggs Nouvelle Orleans, po' boys, red beans and rice, and gumbo. Their hand-rolled beignets dusted in powdered sugar are a must-try, especially when paired with chicory coffee. These pillowy fried pastries are a sweet breakfast treat that can transport you right to NOLA.
Best Cajun food I've had in California for sure. They're able to keep the flavors of New Orleans while using more elevated cooking techniques. To me this tasted like new Orleans but lighter. I feel like this was especially true of the beignet. It was very light and didn't taste too much of oil like some can. The staff was lovely and service was prompt and friendly. Definitely a home town vibe! My main course was the crab and eggs Benedict and it was really good. Eggs were perfectly cooked and the crab goes well with the hollandaise. Coffee came in a cup the size of my head. 🙂
Blake W — Google review
Worked in LA and have had a lot of creole food and this is one of the best creole I have had on the West Coast. The cold smoked salmon Benedict was excellent. The blackened shrimp and grits was authentic as were the eggs Sandy. Definitely my go to NOLA brunch in the North Bay.

We went to have a birthday lunch and had a bunch of different items from the menu. The fried pickles were amazing. The server was super helpful and checked in with us throughout our lunch. I would highly recommend this place.

Went here this afternoon on a sister date and it was absolutely delicious! The gulf shimp voodoo style blew my taste buds mind! Always do voodoo style! The service was super friendly! Definitely will be going back!

One of our favorite places to get breakfast. Baignets are crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, always made fresh. All their breakfast dishes are delicious - I love their benedicts. Very friendly service and nice atmosphere.
Gerd G — Google review
Had breakfast on the patio. Breakfast Po’Boy was perfect. Beignets were light and fluffy and I dipped them in my coffee. OJ is not fresh squeezed so don’t bother with that.
Chatch S — Google review
Loved this spot! Best beignet I’ve ever had. Great Louisiana café. Loved the sausage and grits. My wife and I both had a play on a Benedict that was phenomenal. Hers was made with artichoke carts and mine was on a baguette with shrimp. Very good.
Jordan H — Google review
It smelled delicious, the atmosphere is cute, but I can't rate the food. Do not go here as a party of one! I was told that the only table I could have was outside. It was raining and 55°, so that was kind of a slap in the face. In the counter area there were three 2-person tables pushed together (empty), and they were unwilling to pull one table off so I could be seated. There was no waiting line. I happen to be a restaurant owner myself, and I do not understand this. Maybe there was a reservation, but then explain that to me. Don't tell me to go sit out in the rain. I guess I will go spend my money elsewhere. Update: It sounds like your hostess gave you an untrue version of what happened. It was never explained to me that there was a reservation for that table, and since it was my first time there on a friend's recommendation, I had no idea that you even took reservations. Since I didn't know this and since there was no waiting line, I found it funny that they didn't offer to pull them apart. All the hostess told me was that I had the option to "sit outside where there is no heater" ( it was never explained that it was covered), or.... then she shrugged her shoulders at me like my only other option was to leave. I was not told if there was a wait list or not, nor was I given it an approximate wait time for being seated at the counter. Without any of those things explained to me, it resulted in the review above. Take the review for what it is . . . an opportunity to check in with your hostess. I'm guessing she's embarrassed that she got called out, so she's giving you a version of events that makes herself look better.

Black Oak Coffee Roasters is a trendy spot known for its artisan coffees and bagged beans, as well as a selection of snacks. Situated in Ukiah, it has gained popularity since opening in 2021 and is now also established in Healdsburg. The cafe offers award-winning coffees served in a charming historic building, along with breakfast options. Visitors can enjoy unique beverages like the Lovers Lane Latte and flavorful sandwiches such as the spicy eggplant banh mi.
This is THE place in town for your coffee! It's where the locals hang, the dogs gather, and the people watching is the best. My Americano was delicious every time I came here, (4), and I had a spinach quiche, bought a bag of whole coffee beans to go, but the best part of all was...a perfectly warmed chocolate chip cookie that just melted in your mouth! Incredible...The energy inside is contagious, the large windows up front with a small ledge for your Joe and sweet treat, is perfectly located, and the conversations amongst the tables behind you, confirm that you've found the town hangout. Enjoy! I sure did.

Tried the Lavender Matcha Latte and Peanut Butter Mocha here -- both were amazing! The lavender matcha was super smooth with a nice floral touch, not too sweet. The peanut butter mocha was rich, nutty, and cozy, like a warm hug in a cup. And the vibe here is super chill — clean, modern, and the kind of place you could post up with a laptop or just people-watch all afternoon. 10/10 would order again.
Anny — Google review
Overall, great experience my first time visiting. I had a very pleasant coffee, I purchased decaf beans to go. I even made a friend.
Tricia C — Google review
Honestly, obsessed. Love this shop. The coffee and tea were great. I was at a bachelorette party and we stopped here twice on our 3-day Sonoma visit because it was so good. The aesthetic of the shop was also so cute! They have grounds/beans you can buy to make your own coffee at home, too. There’s a bathroom and self-serve water with glasses if you need it.
Lexy M — Google review
I cannot say enough about Black Oak and how much I love it! The food and bakery items are exceptional, and the lattes are some of the best I’ve ever had. The lovers lane latte with vanilla cold foam (pictured) is to die for! I live 20-30 minutes from here, but I wanted to try it out, and they didn’t disappoint! I returned that same weekend with my family and went twice that day because their coffee was THAT GOOD. I was very pleased and couldn’t stop raving to my friends about Black Oak. I would drive out here any day, and I so badly wish we had one in Santa Rosa. Not to mention, the pricing is reasonable compared to most shops. After trying Black Oak, nothing compares, and all I want now is to invest in an espresso machine to use their beans at home whenever I’d like- it’s seriously that good! The atmosphere and location are also amazing. The vibes inside the shop are cozy, warm, and inviting, but if you want to enjoy the great weather, they have outdoor seating, and the shop is a few steps from their downtown square. My experience with Black Oak has been a 10/10 in every aspect, and I wish I had found them sooner. I love Black Oak Coffee!!
Yazmine C — Google review
I usually stick to non sugary coffee drinks but I had to try the Dubai Mocha. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 100000/10! I also order a five pound bag on subscription and have been satisfied with the coffee and lovely staff when I go in. Keep up the amazing work!

I've heard really good things about this spot so l made sure to stop by while in town! I got the Pandan latte which i enjoyed. I also tried their saffron cortado which was a unique twist on a cortado, I do wish i could've tasted the saffron a little bit more though. My boyfriend ordered their jalapeño cheddar biscuit and wow! It was incredibly moist and flavorful, definitely a must grab.

Good coffee location and it get busy at times. I want to say that the AC turns on very cold. Parking some time is hard to find because it’s near the downtown area.

Bakery
Quail & Condor is a charming artisan bakery and deli located on Healdsburg Avenue. Originally starting as a farmers market venture, it has now become a beloved brick-and-mortar destination known for its homemade breads, croissants, pastries, and more. Co-owned by Melissa Yanc and Sean McGaughey, the bakery showcases their dedication to craftsmanship through an array of delightful sweet and savory options.
Amazing local bakery with counter service and outdoor seating. The perfect local icon to stop by and start a morning of winery tours. After a short wait in the morning line, the attentive friendly staff served up wonderful pastries to start our morning. The latte and tea were excellent, as expected.
Nick W — Google review
Went on a sunday morning around 10am and it was about a 20 minute wait, they do a good job keeping the line moving. We tried a Ham and Cheese croissant, an almond croissant, a canéle, and a strawberry peach galette. The ham and cheese was 5/5, the galette was good, the other were just okay. We also tried the dandelion mocha and fruity pebble matcha, both were different but just okay. Overall, cute little shop, friendly staff, but pastry’s and price were not quite the hype
Paul-Elie N — Google review
10/10. The line was long, but it moved. We tried a LOT of stuff. All of it was absolutely amazing. The only tiny nitpick I could give is that the canelé did not have enough of the waxy coating on the outside that gives them their character chew. The inside was perfect, though. The biggest (best) surprise was the peach marzipan scone. Incredible flavor. The croissant lamination and quality is A+++, as in, I cannot distinguish them from award-winning croissants in Paris. The chocolate croissant had nice bitter dark chocolate, something a lot of patissiers seem afraid to do. So, so stellar.
Andrew L — Google review
Wowowowow the pastries are UNBELIEVABLE. The croissant is flaky yet has body and bite, very satisfying and buttery. The cinnamon roll is massive, soft and the frosting is perfectly balanced. 10/10
Elena R — Google review
They deserve their high ratings. Between the three of us we purchased a wide variety of items. All were delicious, fresh and some of the best we’ve had. You can’t go wrong. Highly recommended!
Eric B — Google review
This has to be my favorite bakery i've ever been to! It's clear that they are operating at a very high level here. The Nectarine marigold crème brûlée danish was my favorite pastry that i've ever had and i've been dreaming about it ever since! The parmesan onion biscuit was incredible, it was perfectly moist and full of flavor. Everyone i was with agreed that the Lox Toast was a must get and the best we have had, the delicious bread really tied it all together. Their gougères tasted very fresh and cheesy (yum). The frosting on the cinnamon roll was so addictive and the oatmeal cream pie was wonderful. The actual bakery is so cute and feels cozy and inviting inside. The service was also very friendly and patient while we decided what we wanted. I cannot recommend Quail and Condor enough!
Katelyn — Google review
Delicious and inventive pastries! I will go every time I’m in town. The cinnamon roll was my favorite. The oatmeal cookie was good, but I was not a fan of the icing (quite sweet). The shiso morning bun was a unique experience and not for the faint of heart. The bun itself was delicious but the cream was a miss for me. I think the shiso element would have been better in a jam since it leaned closer to basil than mint. But it was a quality pastry and definitely one of a kind. I loved the ham and cheese croissant and recommend it. I would love to go back and try more of their creations!
E D — Google review
came on a sunday morning ~11 am. wait was ok not too bad. ordered fruity pebble matcha, kouign amann, ham and cheese croissant, almond croissant, cinnamon roll, and shiso morning bun. the matcha had a really strong fruity pebble taste which i enjoyed but the matcha ratio was off- if you fed it to me blindfolded i wouldn't be able to tell it was matcha. basically just fruity pebble milk but still yummy. highkey recommend ham and cheese croissant as well as the kouign amann. the ham was smoky and delicious, the kouign amann was flaky and crispy. meanwhile, the almond croissant was disappointing. it had a strange bitter flavor which i think may have come from the marzipan but the other marzipan almond croissants i've had didn't have that odd bitterness. the cinnamon rolls were also quite disappointing. based on their size, i assumed they would be quite fluffy but no. it was quite hard and the frosting, though pretty, overpowered the cinnamon flavor and turned it into a frosting pastry instead. overall, overhyped and pretty mid place.

Bar
ROOF 106 is a part of The Matheson, a multi-story restaurant complex in Healdsburg. Downstairs, there's a cocktail bar and formal dining menu with top-notch wine options. Upstairs, on the covered deck, you can enjoy pizzas, salads and nibbles. It offers an elevated dining experience as Healdsburg's premier rooftop bar and lounge with remarkable cuisine, crafted cocktails and panoramic views of the town and vineyards.
One of the BEST DINING EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE!! I had the privilege of sitting outside on a gorgeous night and one of the nice things about the rooftop is that there are heaters outside so you don’t need to worry about it ever being too cold. The staff is incredible. Always making sure I was taken care of and had enough. The chef and owner came over to speak with me and explained their journey and the meals I was having. The personal touch made the entire night even better. The menu is simple and efficient. Nothing boastful but that’s what I like about it. Everything on the menu is fresh and just the right amount. The squash was probably the highlight however I got treated to an item from the restaurant downstairs and it was a squid ink pasta that might have been one of the best things I have ever had (you know I love me some squid ink pasta). I also had the pork chop which should be known was about the size of my head. Cooked perfectly and paired nicely with a fresh little salad. If you are within an hour PLEASE DO YOURSELF A SERVICE AND GO HERE

Had a very nice experience here between wineries. The potatoes were so crisp on the outside while soft and flavorful on the inside (with a fun and interesting sauce). The atmosphere was calm and very chill. The drinks were fun and innovative - whiskey, espresso, and a torched banana slice wasn't something I'd thought about, but it works! The real highlight was the pizza, which surprised me. Pancetta and burrata = heaven. I'd come back just for the pizza. The service was A+ as well. An excellent gem in downtown Healdsburg!

I ate at the bar as a solo older woman and had the BLT pizza. My experience improved as soon as the bar manager Cathleen showed up. She was attentive, kind, helpful and clearly a professional in all things. The young men were fine but when it came to following up and ensuring my ongoing needs were met, they went lacking. It seemed the couples and the young women were treated differently. I hate to say this as I am usually silent about things like this in reviews as it makes me feel like I’m a victim. Yet if we don’t speak up there may be less awareness and learning. I fully expect Cathleen to do some retraining and that my next visit will be pristine. And please ask the bar staff to introduce themselves or wear name tags. We want to give accolades to those working hard and making a difference. Thanks to all for your efforts. Overall a great meal and visit.

ame here for our anniversary and birthday celebration, though that wasn't acknowledged that was ok. The place is a very nice, energetic, open spaced restaurant. We got cocktails, a lot of different plates to share for the table, one pizza, and dessert for 5 guests. The burrata was a hit as well as the Broccolini pizza. The squash, potatoes, and brussel sprouts were also tasty. The chicken wings were ok they were just slightly lacking in flavor, and some parts of the flat iron steak were overdone. Overall the meal was good.

Visited the roof top cocktail lounge as part of Sonoma Restaurant Week. For “pub” fare- it was excellent. The charcuterie board was and excellent spread to accompany the drinks. The main course was steak and salmon. Kudos to the kitchen for the perfect medium rare steak and the medium rare salmon - perfect! The crunchy Brussel sprouts were excellent as were the crunchy smashed fingerling potatoes. The view of the Healdsburg plaza slso added to the environment.

Sat at the bar for a pizza and cocktails. Awesome space overlooking the square. Pepperoni and Thai basil pizza was great. Mezcal cocktail was a little on the sweet side, but I would return here over and over. Reverse happy hour!! They had a packed house on Monday night both upstairs and down

Overall, it was an excellent choice to celebrate a birthday. Everything we ate was outstanding, and the service was generally very good. They seemed busy or short-staffed, perhaps? It took a while to get our check when we were ready to depart, and the server was in avoidance mode rather than expressing regret at the wait, which was unfortunate. But it didn't dampen the fun we had that evening. I would return if I'm in the area again.
Jodi R — Google review
The food was horrible the cheese pizza was sweet. service was better but still bad we had to clean after we ate there and they gave us an unclean bucket of ice.The only good thing was the atmosphere we got a couch seat and the table was nice, but my entire family said overall this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. 1 star out of 5 stars.

Downtown Bakery & Creamery is a beloved Healdsburg establishment that has been serving up delectable treats for 35 years. Founded by three colleagues from the renowned Chez Panisse, this bakery takes pride in using only the finest local ingredients to create their daily-made desserts. From sticky buns to almond tarts, their menu offers a variety of mouthwatering options perfect for a breakfast picnic at Healdsburg town square.
That is their corned beef focaccia sandwich. OMG! Melt in your mouth corned beef, balanced perfectly with a healthy amount of sauerkraut and some American mustard. What a flavour bomb! 10/10! And their coffees are perfectly on point too!

Confessions of a Pastry Fiend: My Downfall (and Triumph) at the Downtown Bakery & Creamery Rain pattered outside, drumming a melody of comfort food cravings. Healdsburg Plaza beckoned, and nestled within its embrace, the Downtown Bakery & Creamery whispered sweet nothings (of pastry, naturally). We'd admired it from afar on past visits, but today, curiosity and rumbling stomachs took the lead. I, in my infinite wisdom (or perhaps denial), thought a biscotti with my chamomile tea sufficed. Pistachio and cherry, it promised, and oh, how it delivered! One bite and I was Alice tumbling down a delicious rabbit hole, compelled to sample every sugary wonder within reach. Macarons that sang opera in my mouth! Almond tarts that waltzed on my taste buds! I was a pastry puppet, strings controlled by the friendly lady at the counter, who, bless her soul, kept whispering, "Just one more..." But alas, even my bottomless pit of a stomach has limits (although, admittedly, those limits get blurry around macarons). I emerged victorious (mostly), vowing to return on a sunny day. Then, with a coffee in hand and a sugar-powered skip in my step, I'd conquer those park benches, one pastry sample at a time. Trust me, the crumbs tell a delicious tale. So, dear reader, if you find yourself in Healdsburg, heed my warning: the Downtown Bakery & Creamery is a siren song of butter and sugar. Resist at your peril (but don't say I didn't warn you!).

Terrible chicken salad. Bread had little flavor and skimpy on the chicken and any savory flavor. This used to be my go-to place for grab and go sando but quality really disappointing.
Maria W — Google review
Like the other reviewer today, I also had the chicken salad sandwich. Worst sandwich I've had in a long time. Dry stringy chicken, no seasoning or dressing, brown lettuce, stale bread. I used to be a big fan of this place, but for what they charge, I expect something that is at the very least edible.
Carl M — Google review
This is the most overpriced bakery in the most overpriced town in the most overpriced state of our Union! $7.50 for a fruit tartelette?! $13 bagels?! $7 slice of tiramisu?! I imagine the rent is high in Healdsburg but still. Rich people driving up the prices for the working folk. Everything that’s wrong in America going on in this pretentious town.

Local institution with delicious breads, pastries and desserts. Try the famous sticky buns, sour cherry coffee cake or chocolate eclaire. Morning pizzas and ice cream are also good. Founded by two former Chez Panisse pastry chefs. One still remains and runs it with her daughter. Also serves coffee, breakfast items and ice cream. Lines are not unusual but they move fast.

Superb service. Great coffee. My friend and I enjoyed a morning coffee before work on their outdoors tables. There's 2 locations - just a couple blocks from each other. This one is in the CVS complex tucked a way a bit 😅

Honestly one of the worst mochas I've ever had. Espresso shots are super bitter and barely had any ice put right on top of the hot-ish mixture of espresso half and half and mocha, so the bottom was warm. They hand mixed in the mocha which left it with a chalky texture when drinking. This needs to be blended to incorporate the powder properly. Bigger cups to accommodate getting extra espresso shots in order to have enough ice for your drink. Was pretty disappointed with this $7 drink

Spa
Montage Healdsburg is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of wine country, surrounded by picturesque vineyards and oak tree groves. The resort offers plush accommodations with floor-to-ceiling windows, marble bathrooms, and serene forest views. Guests can indulge in a range of amenities including two outdoor pools, a deluxe spa, kids activities, bocce ball, and pickleball courts.
The Montage is such a stunning and blissful place to stay in wine country! The service and people were always very nice. Upon arrival, they greeted us with a "splash" of welcome wine and drove us to our room via golf cart. The rooms are beautifully appointed...ours had a vineyard view with a fire pit on the patio to enjoy the gorgeous wine country sunsets! The resort has great amenities, including free use of e-bikes (2 hrs each day, then you pay $30/bike/hr beyond that). The gentleman who loaned us the bikes was very helpful and directed us to a lovely ride up Dry Creek, this was a highlight of our trip. We also had the opportunity to dine at Hazel Hill, which was very good. The views of the property from the patio at the restaurant are lovely. Literally the only issue we encountered was pretty consistent long waits at valet to grab our car, despite requesting via text in advance. The team was always super friendly and apologetic, but something seems like it's not quite humming with their process. The property is also a haven for wildlife, with birds, foxes, owls, deer and turkeys (heard them every morning) wandering around. We even had a baby deer literally lounging next to our window every day! We had a magical trip and would highly recommend the Montage!

What an incredibly classy and beautiful venue to get married at. As a wedding photographer, I adore the Montage Healdsburg. Welcoming staff, gorgeous locations, and endless photographic possibilities here. It seemed that everywhere we looked was another possibility for a picture our bride and groom would love. Highly recommended for weddings or events.

3.5 stars. A Disappointing Stay at Montage Our first visit to Montage this past weekend, a highly anticipated experience at a 5-star resort, unfortunately left us feeling neglected and undervalued, a significant disappointment. The service was consistently inconsistent throughout our stay. A Serious Service Lapse and Negligence: The most concerning incident involved a major lapse in staff operations. We ordered a zero-proof strawberry daiquiri for our 3 year old daughter while at the poolside, explicitly reconfirming "zero proof" with our waiter, who acknowledged our request. After our daughter had taken several sips, we tasted the drink ourselves and immediately realized it contained alcohol. We alerted the waiter, who confirmed with the bartender there was alcohol and it was a mistake. A new, non-alcoholic drink was prepared, and while they apologized, it's unfathomable how such an error could occur at a resort of this caliber. The resort managers apologized and graciously offered to comp our dinner, which was a kind gesture. However, what truly left a sour taste was the complete lack of follow-up regarding our daughter's well-being. No one inquired if she was okay, not at the time of the incident, not the following day, and not even at checkout. Back to the beginning. Our experience began with a rushed check-in. We observed other guests receiving welcome drinks, yet we were never offered one, despite seeing the same front desk associate pouring drinks for other parties. When our room was ready, we received a text notification and returned to a crowded lobby with a long check-in queue. We were simply handed our keys and directed outside without further instruction. There was no one to greet us, nor a clear line for a driver to our room, leading to many people cutting in front of us, making us feel like we didn't get acknowledged because we didn’t "fit the profile." Furthermore, our luggage wasn't ready; one item had been left in the valet car and needed to be brought to our room separately. While our driver to the room was helpful and offered to get us the welcome drink we never received, he mistakenly brought two red wines instead of the one white and one red that we requested. This pattern of lacking and inconsistent service continued throughout the resort. At the poolside, it took over 20 minutes for a staff member to attend to us, even though the pool area was relatively empty. They have a shuttle service to town and when I texted them to pick us up at a specific location, they went to a different location. We noticed that many of the staff appeared quite young and lacked customer service. You could tell some genuinely enjoyed their work, while others seemed to be there simply for a job. Given these numerous issues, we do not plan to return. We simply expect a much higher standard from a 5-star resort.

Amazing property and views. Decor and aesthetic was very modern and well curated. Food was delicious and with fair variety. Plenty of GF or allergen friendly options such as bread, pizza, etc. (it you need). The massage at the spa was wonderful. Our experience felt intimate and private, with options to socialize at the pool or take a quick bike ride into Healdsburg.

Spent a birthday weekend here with friendly and attentive services. Private vineyard with grounds for hiking or biking. Close to downtown and many vineyards for tasting experiences. Lovely resort and we will be back
Raymond C — Google review
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely reception team and a nice restaurant. *However*, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the shockingly poor valet service. Despite calling ahead for our car, we were left waiting over 30 minutes, asking multiple staff members for assistance with no result. The delay made us late for an important event, and no one seemed to take responsibility. Another time, we were stuck in our vehicle in the valet area, trying to maneuver around a large bus and other cars, with no staff present to assist. Most of the young valet attendants were busy dancing and laughing with a group of intoxicated women — some of whom were twerking on a party bus parked out front. It was chaotic and unprofessional. When we raised our concerns, we were met with attitude. One of the golf cart drivers condescendingly told us that they were prioritizing a wedding and that, as regular guests, we shouldn’t expect any special treatment. For context, the rates we paid are comparable to Claridge’s in London or the Ritz in Paris — yet the level of service is nowhere near the standard one would expect at that price point. It’s worth noting that the hotel appears to host weddings almost every weekend. While celebrations like these can add a lively atmosphere, the staff’s clear prioritization of wedding parties often comes at the expense of the experience for other paying guests — from delays in service to crowded shared spaces and a general lack of attentiveness. While the property itself has promise, the service — especially from the valet team — was deeply disappointing and detracted significantly from what should have been a special stay.
Belinda J — Google review
This place is beautiful but our service was terrible. The valet was a mess. We witnessed a golf cart being driven by an employee hit a guests car, while the guest was yelling at them to stop. The valet broke our key fob and left half of it in the cup holder. We were told they’d repair it only to be contacted by their insurance agent that the case was closed. Pretty disappointing experience when we were there to celebrate my birthday and brought our baby. Be careful at the valet area.
Jennifer G — Google review
Upon arrival at our initially assigned room, we discovered it was already occupied by another guest’s belongings. When we returned to the front desk, staff explained the room had accidentally been given to another guest with the same last name. We were then reassigned to an alternative accommodation located significantly farther from the main facilities. However, staff did not inform us this was shared housing with other guests—information we discovered only upon arrival. Unfortunately, this second room (in a shared house) was also occupied by another party’s belongings. After returning to the front desk a second time, we requested and were eventually provided with a private room. Due to multiple room assignment errors and having to load/unload our luggage to/from multiple rooms, we spent over 90 minutes to get into the hotel, which caused us to miss our evening activity. The most surprising thing about this whole experience is that I was given access to two different strangers’ rooms without them knowing, which is quite scary to think from security perspective. On day 2, my key stopped working and the door won’t open so I had to stay outside of my room and wait for the staff to come over to let me into the room. I hope this feedback helps improve the check-in process & security for future guests, as the property otherwise has excellent potential.

Duke's Spirited Cocktails is an upscale lounge located in Healdsburg, about an hour north of the Golden Gate Bridge. The bar offers locally inspired cocktails, wines, and beers in a Prohibition-inspired setting. It was founded by four friends with extensive experience in the service industry who aimed to create a welcoming and unpretentious watering hole for both locals and tourists.
I stopped by craving a piña colada, and Megan made me the perfect drink! It was fresh, refreshing, and exactly what I needed. She was incredibly friendly and even showed kindness to my dog Chiki making us feel so welcome. The combination of great service and a fantastic drink made my day. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

One of the perfect places to park while the rest of the family walks around Healdsburg. The drinks were perfectly strong and their bar food was on point. I personally would categorize this place as an upscale dive bar and from the comments it looks like people go here to have a good time. The Madrona, a newly renovated hotel, is housed in an 1881 Aesthetic Movement style mansion located on the west side of Healdsburg. The interiors are designed by Jay Jeffers and feature a blend of period elements and modern touches, along with an impressive art collection and antique decor from various travels. The hotel offers rooms in the original mansion, carriage house, and restored 19th-century bungalows.
My husband and I adored our short but sweet stay at the Madrona. Everything felt so special and intentional, we've never really experienced a hotel like this before. We sunbathed by the serene pool and strolled around the stunning grounds, it felt like a dream. Special thanks to Ayleen for being so warm and welcoming and to Brian for making the best dirty martinis we've ever had!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel—it truly lived up to its place on my bucket list. From the driveway to the front door, every detail was picture-perfect, and I couldn’t stop taking photos. The property is filled with charm, thoughtful design, and an amazing team that makes you feel genuinely welcome. Our room was cozy and inviting, complete with a fireplace, heated bathroom floors, fresh flowers by the bed, and even a bottle of champagne waiting for us. Every corner of the lobby felt like a work of art—I wanted to sit in every nook and enjoy the atmosphere. At night, the space became even more magical with candlelight and a glowing fireplace. I sipped cocktails on a vintage couch while my friend relaxed upstairs, feeling completely at home. The staff were incredibly warm and kind, creating an atmosphere that felt more like staying with family than at a hotel. This is absolutely a place I will return to again—it’s everything I hoped for and more.

From the moment we arrived to when we left four days later we were cared for in every detail, for example, the concierge explaining the hotel and our room, the valet taking a luggage to the room, the daily room service making sure everything was clean and we didn't need any towels, to a gentle knock on the door in the evening to see if we needed a turn-down and chocolates, to using their transport to Healdsburg for an evening meal. It was relaxing, invigorating, renewing... the setting beautiful, the swimming pool a delightful place to sit and read. Rachel the concierge was absolutely amazing attentive to us to meet our every request. Looking for a place to stay in the wine country of California then this would be the place to choose, in my mind it is number one. Robin & Marcia.

My husband and I stayed at The Madrona for a long weekend in early August, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We stayed in the main manor and had a very comfortable room with a king bed, Nespresso coffee machine, tea pot, and Flamingo Estate toiletries. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with incredible attention to detail throughout. The warm weather made the pool a highlight of our trip—we enjoyed both relaxing swims and the excellent lunch service by the pool. Dinner at the hotel was equally memorable, with a delicious meal and outstanding service from Madison and Charles. It's also so conveniently located and just a 15 minute drive from the Santa Rosa Airport. The also have a car service into town for dinner that is a great perk. And downtown Healdsburg is only 5 minutes away, but at the hotel you feel like you are in the middle of the country. We would definitely return to The Madrona.

My wife and I had a great overnight getaway at the Madrona. We stayed in a Bungalow which was large, well appointed and felt secluded without being removed. The service was excellent and the grounds, especially the garden, were nice to walk around. Service across the board was kind and responsive. Note that its a bit away from downtown (not really walkable) but they offered a free ride to and from town. We would definitely go back.

Our recent stay (celebrating my friend's 50th Birthday!) at The Madrona Hotel in Healdsburg was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we were taken by the hotel’s unique charm and impeccable attention to detail. The interiors are simply exquisite—artful, imaginative, and full of personality. Every corner of the property showcases creativity, from the décor to the thoughtful design touches throughout. We had two spacious and extremely comfortable rooms, one of which featured a lovely patio that quickly became our go-to spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The bar offered beautifully crafted cocktails in a setting that felt both elegant and welcoming—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring wine country. The staff was consistently warm, helpful, and attentive, enhancing the overall experience with their gracious hospitality. One standout amenity was the hotel car, which proved to be incredibly convenient for getting around town. It’s a thoughtful service that added a layer of ease and luxury to our stay. The grounds are meticulously maintained and add to the overall sense of serenity and sophistication. It truly felt like staying at a friend’s beautifully curated mansion rather than a hotel. We’re already looking forward to returning this summer. The Madrona is a wine country retreat that stands out in every way.

Even on the busiest of days, they are smiling and happy to chat, while efficiently taking and preparing orders. Coffee here is brilliant! Had both the hot and cold lattes. Well balanced flavors and perfect to kick start your day. The egg and cheese croissant was a standard daily meal. Flakey and buttery croissant. Perfectly cooked egg melted with cheese. The egg, bean, corn and cheese burrito is also a fantastic choice. All ingredients are distributed evenly so that every bite is satisfying. The crispy outer tortilla is such a scrumptious touch. Muffins and cookies are all wonderfully prepared. And I had a house made bagel and it was chewy on the inside with a nice outer crust. Everything here was perfect. Go. 100% would (and did) go back!

Love this coffee shop. Oftentimes they are quite busy, but the line moves fast as they have plenty of staff prepping food and coffee. Green juice is yummy, the bagel breakfast sandwich is awesome, and the vegan donut is to die for. They also feature local authors books, which is awesome! I wish more coffee houses did that.

Wonderful counter service coffee and tea shop that has a casual local vibe. A perfect spot for a sit down breakfast or grab and go treat. We will be back soon

Loved this place. Lots of seating staff was super helpful and good and drink were great. I got an iced dirty chai came with nutmeg and there rise and shine bowl. It was delicious. I like that this place is eco conscious. You can get real cups and plates. Would definitely go back again!!

I suppose all the coffee shops around here are ridiculously expensive, this one is not exception. They're very impressed with their food and beverages here, which are okay I guess. I ordered a bagel with egg and cheese and they put spicy aioli on it, not at all what I wanted or expected. Political signage on the windows is something I personally don't care for, but then I'm just passing through. The locals here have their own ways. Very pricey, virtually no people of color if you know what I mean (working behind the counter yes, as customers no) and a lot of very shiny cars in the parking lot. This would be a place to avoid if you're an average working class person on any kind of budget.

We came here because the breakfast at the nearby Hotel Trio was dismal, and we were looking for a decent alternative close by before starting our day. So, Plank is on the pricey side, but we thought it was very good - you are getting what you pay for. The pricing on the coffee was on the high end ($4.45 for a large coffee, $3.85 for an espresso), but it was strong, fragrant and packed the kind of punch that helped you wake up for a full day of wine tasting. The baked goods were also priced on the high end ($5.25 for pound cake, $4.85 for a chocolate croissant, $4.75 for muffins), but they were fresh, used high quality ingredients, and were well made. Overall, the ambiance is pleasant - lots of wood with floral decor. There are about 20 seats indoors and some outdoor tables in the parking lot. The people working there were also super nice and friendly, so it was a really positive start to our day. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.

Surprisingly beautiful; Sophisticated, wonderful coffee shop restaurant. For years, I have driven by, finally went with friends for breakfast, and Plank is delicious, tasty, fresh grilled breakfast burritos with Strong cup of coffee. Wake up and run type caffeinated coffee beans with delicious menu of dishes.

McDonald's is a well-known fast-food chain famous for its burgers and fries. They are adapting to provide contactless ordering options in compliance with regulations. Some locations offer dining while others focus on takeout and delivery. In Healdsburg's Mill St. District, a recently remodeled McDonald's provides an affordable way to explore the area. This location has been upgraded with the latest equipment, ensuring faster service and friendly staff.
Got a free coffee from the girl. Probably, she could see I was in rough shape by the systematic Forced Labor title 18 chapter 77 section 1589 subsection d and clothing genocide in the area, and lacking several years of sleep due to broken bones, police brutality, and medical malpractice ( they hate the homeless in Northern California)

You can always tell and appreciate when fast food restaurants regularly change their oil! It makes a huge different in the quality and taste of the foods, especially the fries!

Repeating my order continuously, and then having to back up after being directly asked to pull up to the second window, because she didn’t know I had Apple Pay and the reader was in window one… really annoying
Heather M — Google review
Wow McDonald's is NOT what it used to be. Our meal was about as expensive as a local burger joint and the food was absolute garbage. I'll likely never eat here again and am going to short McDonald's stock.

You're in the mood for a convenient bite and helpful staff go ahead and stop by the local Mickey D's

Love the remodel, it is more advanced now with a self ordering system. The wait time for this location is usually fast when I go in the drive thru normally under 5 min, in and out. When I go in to order they have the new self serve system that let's you put in your own order and pay, this gets you pass the line quick. I tried their new chicken mcgriddle and it was pretty tasty I'll be sure to try again in the future.

I don’t eat at McDonalds a lot but this is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The service is horrible. My order is never right and I have to go back. When I call and tell them they give me total attitude. Here is a good example I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and this is how it looked… they told me there was nothing wrong with it… it looks disgusting They don’t even deserve a star
