I had breakfast at the Flying Saucer Restaurant in Niagara Falls and it was absolutely fantastic! I ordered the omelette with their homemade Italian sausage, and it was incredible — perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice. The home fries were top notch (which, let’s be honest, is a make-or-break for any breakfast spot), and our coffee cups were never empty. The interior is super fun and out of this world 😉 — definitely adds to the experience. But what really made our visit special was our server, Angela. She was AMAZING — so sweet, accommodating, and had us laughing the whole time. Honestly one of the best servers I’ve ever had. We’re already planning to come back tomorrow, and I’m hoping we’re lucky enough to have Angela again. Huge thank you to her and the whole team for making breakfast such a memorable experience!

I have gone to Niagara Falls numerous times and for some reason I have just never gotten the chance to go to the flying saucer restaurant, so on this vacation I made sure that it was on my list of things to do with the family. Let’s just say we were not disappointed, the food was well priced and the portions were plenty and the whole family even took leftovers. Our waitress was amazing. She was very outgoing and made us feel important. The atmosphere was very cool. We were able to get some great photos and I highly suggest that if you are in the area that you check out this restaurant.

Iconic! I have lived in Niagara for over 25 years and this restaurant has always been a classic for casual diner fare. The food is decent, they loaded up the plates full we had to take most of it home and the jupiter burger hit just the right spot. The fries are pretty much the same as costco. The price point is very fair and reasonable. The decor of the inside and outside is always fun, with added seasonal decorations. Overall a good time here for any meal.

The food here is sooo good — big portions and tasty! Huge shout-out to Maria for the amazing service, you honestly made our day while we were in Niagara. 💙 Also… sorry for leaving the Alien naked 😅 I couldn’t help but take the apron home — it was just too cool not to! 👽🛸

This is the absolute best place to eat in Niagara Falls. The food is amazing and the portions are great. Lauren was our waitress and she did a fantastic job. Make sure you have plenty of time to look over the menu cause there are many choices to choose from. We had the Turkey sandwich with fries and it was great

We had such a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the servers were incredibly nice and considerate. They brought a coloring book for my son which kept him happy while we enjoyed our meal. The owner, Mike, came over to personally greet us and made us feel so welcome. To top it off, he surprised my son with a complimentary pancake — it was so good that my little one ate every bite! Such a thoughtful touch that made our visit extra special. Highly recommend this place for both the amazing food and the heartfelt hospitality!

Just want to share our experience today at Marketside …. First of all it was the first place that caught my eye as we came into New York to explore ❤️ this morning we went there for breakfast and it is a cute & quaint place with friendly waitresses who greeted us and seated us with a smile and were great at taking our order. Lots of smiles from the other waitresses and a really warm and welcoming and simple environment! I especially loved when a gentleman came to our table to ask us how we were doing and hoped that our food was what we expected ( which it was) and he had such a wonderful demeanour and really gave you the family homey feeling and made you feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated… I loved that!!! And that in itself made the whole breakfast more amazing! He also, gave us a hug and thanked us for coming in. Also, prices were decent and the food tasted great 😊 highly recommended If we’re ever back in NewYork again will be visit this restaurant again. We were looking for a local place to grab breakfast in downtown Niagara Falls. This place has good reviews so we tried it. We were not disappointed. Prices were good and portions were very big. You will not leave hungry. It has a great small town atmosphere and the staff is great. Highly recommend.

This breakfast spot was busy on Wednesday morning and I definitely understand why! The food is super tasty and I would’ve eaten here again if I had spent more days in Niagara. The interior gives off a cozy, homey vibe and the service was awesome. Even though it was packed, our server was very attentive to our large group. We ordered the Banana Fosters Pancakes with a side of real maple syrup and let me tell you, that syrup is worth it. It was a total game changer and really enhanced the pancakes. We also got the Sal Maglie with everything and that was a winner too. Overall this place is awesome! If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll definitely be coming here again.

I was a bit skeptical of this place after walking in but the food turned out to be decent. They were a little busy so service was slow. Overall I enjoyed my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The roll was very soft and fresh. Potatoes could use seasoning.

Marketside is very much an hometown vibe. Like I felt transported when I walked inside. It has a family feel. The service was incredibly attentive. I wondered out loud about Madge and Eddie. If they are or were the owners, this place feels every bit like a place called Madge and Eddie's. My blueberry pancakes were amazing. The bacon was cooked exactly as I requested. My very picky companion rated 4.5 on a 5 scale so that is high praise. The only way they could have been better is if the edges were a scooch crisper and a wee bit more chocolate. I would 100% return and would absolutely recommend. Well done Marketside.

We gave this place a try, and we weren't disappointed. We spent 5 days in Canada, and this is the first and only place that provided 5 stars customer service. The food was delicious and fresh as well. We will definitely come back the next time we're near by. I have been coming to Williams for well over 10 years. Staff at the Niagara Falls store are incredible. Always greeted with a smile. They are willing to go that extra mile to ensure you are happy. The new owner “Ali” is such a nice man. Ushma is one of the best servers. If you have never been here, give it a try. Other coffee shops pale in comparison to Williams.

My recent visits to Williams were fantastic. I appreciate how good the food and service have been in the 6-7 times I've been here. Deanne has especially been a delight; quick to assist, pleasant interactions, and always trying to assist her team. I wish I had helpful management like that back when I was in customer service. One negative is that the cookies are a bit too hard to chew, but I know that's just personal preference.

Williams is the best!! Their coffee is amazing. Any food choices that i have tried here are fresh and delicious. Not to mention the staff here are always smiling, very welcoming and friendly. They keep me coming back on a daily basis for the past 3 years. :)

My recent experiences at Denny's have truly been a "hit or miss" affair, demonstrating both the potential for a great meal and the frustration of a completely botched one. Our initial visit to Denny's was for breakfast, and it was a fantastic start. Everything was spot on. Both the service and the food were excellent, leaving us with a very positive impression and the feeling that we had found a reliable spot for a good morning meal. Unfortunately, our second visit was a stark contrast. The kitchen completely messed up our order. What was particularly frustrating was that our waitress, who was clearly on the ball, even told the kitchen that the order "didn't look right." Despite her warning, they sent it out anyway, forcing us to send it back. We then had to endure a long wait for them to remake our order, which put us in a difficult position as we had a bus to catch. Despite the kitchen's major blunder, our waitress remained incredibly apologetic throughout the ordeal. Her attentiveness and genuine concern were a silver lining in an otherwise disappointing and rushed experience. In summary, Denny's proved to be a true "hit or miss" for us. While they clearly have the capability to deliver excellent food and service, as demonstrated by our first breakfast, their inconsistency, particularly in the kitchen, is a significant concern.

I have to say, my expectation level was underground for a breakfast with friends here, but I was quite impressed. You do have to pay the Falls tax, but the food is totally reasonable and actually better than some independent diners I’ve tried. Service was quick and pleasant, and I really liked the crispy hashbrowns. You can do way worse!

Food was good and arrived in timely manner! Waitress gave me the bill without me even asking for it, which was a new and pleasant experience. Called us darlings 10/10. Lots of screaming kids but that is nobody’s fault in particular.

I initially planned to have breakfast at the hotel buffet, but slept through my alarms and missed the time slot, hence me coming here. It was my first time at a Denny’s restaurant, and oh wow it was amazing. I ordered the double berry banana pancake slam. Although the bacons were a bit too crispy for my taste, the hash brown and the fluffy pancakes made up for it (and trust me when I say the pancakes were so good). The blueberries were a bit sour, but the strawberries and the maple syrup sweetened the pancakes, so it all balanced out. Loved how the eggs were done, too– I asked for sunny side up eggs, and they were perfect. I went in alone, and I felt very cared for- my server kept checking in on me, as well as another server. I felt very welcomed and cared for, and am very glad I slept through my alarm. Thank you for letting me have such a great morning.

The service here was very slow. Came here at 8 in the morning and it’s almost a full house. Took some time for us to be seated because no one was there to greet us. Foods also took a long time to be served. The omelette was pretty good but the french toasts were a major disappointment. The bread tasted rubbery and dry.

Staying at the Wyndham Grand Fallsview. I had breakfast at IHOP. My server Steve was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Having great service is greatly appreciated. I found everything to be excellent other than the prices lol.

Price is good for all you can eat but food quality is average. Good for filling up your stomach quick if you are hungry. If quantity is not important to you, you can get more quality food elsewhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Offered to top up my coffee a few times until I do not need it anymore. Fast service as well.

Went here for dinner, it was horrible to say the least. We had to wait at the door to be seated which took nearly 15 minutes till a server finally noticed us. Although a few of them passed us countless times. Once we were sat, we were told to help ourselves to the buffet and that they'll take our drink order when we sit back down. Once we sat down it took 20 minutes for a server to come by to even take our drink order!!! I have a swallowing issue so I must have a drink while eating. I ended up ordering a water and an alcohol beverage and I was told that my server doesn't know how to make my drink so I'll have to wait. That took another 20 minutes. Food was terrible. Everything sat in the hot holder for far too long. Pizza burnt to a crisp but yet still saggy when you pick it up. Everything felt cold by the time I sat back down with it. Everything was so dry. On top of that, the waiters don't check on you at all. They spent more time arguing with one another over tips. You can't pay me to eat here again.

I recently visited AlMacs Buffet in Niagara Falls and had the chance to try their breakfast buffet, and I have to say—it was a pretty solid experience overall. For $12.99, the value is definitely there. The spread was much more extensive than I expected, with plenty of hot and cold options to suit just about any breakfast craving. There were classic breakfast staples like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and French toast, along with a good mix of continental options—pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, and yogurt. It was easy to fill your plate (and then some) without feeling like you were eating the same thing twice. The ambience is casual and family-friendly, and the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The place was clean and spacious, with free parking, which is a nice bonus, especially in a busy area like Niagara Falls. Now, the only real drawback—and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars—is the extra charge for beverages. $3.99 for water felt a bit excessive, especially when it’s something you’d expect to be complimentary at most buffets. Coffee is also $3.99, which isn’t unreasonable on its own, especially with free refills, but it would have been nice if at least one drink came included with the meal. Still, when you factor in the price, the variety, and the overall quality, AlMacs is a great spot for a hearty breakfast, especially if you’re fueling up before a day of sightseeing. I’ll definitely consider coming back to try the dinner buffet ($25.99) next time I’m in town.

I finally got to visit my favourite restaurant in Niagra Falls again. It’s been too many years, but worth the wait. Michelle and I met the sweetest server Narao from Spain. Friendly, sweet, helpful and caring! She makes a fantastic restaurant perfect. We cant wait to come back. OH! Food, is great we had the breakfast buffet! Crisp bacon, rice pudding, eggs , sausages , fruit French toast just to name a few things! All very tasty and more than good quality. Thanks to the management for running a good ship.

We visited AllMax Buffet at 3 p.m. and were really disappointed with the overall experience. When we first arrived, only a few salad bowls were out, some of which didn’t taste fresh aside from the iceberg lettuce, and it took time before the hot dishes were available. Drinks were also an issue, as we were not offered free tap water and had to pay for bottled water without being told all of the options available. In fact, the restaurant has a soft drink dispenser but refuses to provide water from it, which feels like a deliberate choice to charge customers. Not only is this unreasonable, but it also raises food safety concerns — if water is good enough to mix with syrups for fountain drinks, why isn’t it safe to serve plain? Once the food came out, many dishes were poorly prepared: cabbage rolls were just mushy rice and vegetables, the lasagna tasted sour and reheated, and the chicken seemed undercooked. The pierogies were baked a bit dry and topped with lightly fried onions, but there were no toppings like sour cream or anything else you’d usually expect with pierogies. On top of that, pierogies are usually fried or boiled, so seeing baked pierogies at a buffet felt strange and lazy in my opinion. The outdoor “barbecue” was presented as a highlight, but only had hot dogs, burgers, sausage, and a few pieces of chicken. When we asked if there were any condiments that included vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, or onions, the staff simply pointed us to the ketchup and mustard. For a $25.99 dinner buffet, the food quality felt closer to $10, with items like spaghetti that resembled canned pasta. Service was also frustrating — our hostess ignored us for nearly 40 minutes when we were waiting for the bill, even making eye contact multiple times before finally coming over, and we overheard staff gossiping about customers. The bill came to $71 for two people, and we felt pressured to tip despite the poor service and quality. Overall, this buffet was not worth the price, and the food and service were far below expectations. In our honest opinion, we would give this place a 2 out of 10 — and we genuinely love buffets

I think it's a really good place. For the price, food and attention. Enough variety of dishes and a few options of desserts. Good attention and service. And I don't know why it does not have good reviews because it's nice.

Food price and service is great. They close for an hour to reset for dinner service so don't try to sneak in at 1:30 like I did before the 2:00 closure. Even still the food was fresh, good and filling. Nothing was sitting cold even this close to the changeover.

We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant! The customer service was fantastic. The wine we ordered was out of stock so they opened a full bottle option, but let us buy it by the glass! It was a local wine and very good (wish I knew the name!). We ordered the mussels, whole fish and beef short ribs. They were all extremely delicious and presented really well. We had the chocolate mousse for dessert, which was also delicious! The vibe was cozy, romantic and had a great ambience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Everything from the atmosphere to the food was exceptional. The rustic charm of the stone walls, wood beams, and cozy fall décor created such a warm and inviting setting. The service was attentive and welcoming, and the food was simply outstanding. The French toast topped with fresh berries was decadent and perfectly balanced—crispy edges with a soft, custard-like center. The Eggs Benedict with roasted potatoes was equally delicious, rich and flavorful without being too heavy. And the French press coffee was the perfect finishing touch—smooth, rich, and served with care. I also loved the thoughtful details, like the little jars of butter and jams that added an extra homemade feel. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated—plush seating, elegant chandeliers, and a mix of rustic and modern touches that make you want to linger and enjoy the space. It truly feels like a special destination. If you’re visiting Niagara Falls, I highly recommend stopping here for breakfast or brunch. Between the atmosphere, the service, and the food, The Flour Mill Scratch Kitchen at the Old Stone Inn is a five-star experience all the way!

I had an excellent breakfast with the eggs Benedict made garden style. This meal was perfect as it did not fill me up too much and coupled with the French press coffee was a good way to start the day before walking all around Niagara Falls. The waiter was very cordialand well informed as to the menu. There is a freshness to the food which is made from scratch with local products. Highly recommend as a quiet place to enjoy conversation, a view, and excellent food.

Wherever I go I always lookout for places to try other than the hotel or chains and this was a gem of a find. Its exposed-stone walls, the contrast of old and contemporary made for a rustic homely feel. The staff were friendly and attentive and take great pride in the fact that everything on the menu is made in-house...and you can tell! Everything looked and tasted great but for me the Million Dollar Bacon Tree stole the show! The Flour Mill Scratch Kitchen Restaurant was that good, once was not enough. (Million Dollar Bacon Tree, Great Canadian Eggs Benedict, French Toast Brûlée, Traditional Country Mill Breakfast)

For our last meal in Niagara Falls, we decided to do breakfast at Flour Mill. So glad we did. From the charming rustic setting of the restaurant, to the superb service, the delicious French press coffee, everything was top notch. I had shakshuka for breakfast, and it was one of the best I've ever had. My daughter had avocado toast, which she loved. Our bacon tree with maple bourbon syrup was to die for. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

We had high expectations for this place based on the many positive reviews, but unfortunately, we left disappointed. While the service was friendly and attentive, our main waiter had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which was quite off-putting—especially first thing in the morning. The Eggs Benedict was the biggest letdown. Instead of the classic English muffin, it was served on a sweet bread that overpowered the rest of the dish. There wasn’t enough hollandaise sauce, and when we asked for more, the extra sauce was runny and cold. Overall, it felt like a poorly executed dish, especially considering it was the priciest item on the menu. The French toast was also disappointing—overly sweet and topped with a crust of sugar, which felt unnecessary given we’re in maple syrup country. It also lacked enough fruit to balance the sweetness. Lastly, the “traditional country breakfast” didn’t live up to its name. It was essentially an English breakfast with nothing particularly special about it. In the end, the experience didn’t match the hype. With some adjustments, this place could live up to its reputation, but for now, it fell short of expectations

I ordered 18 individual chicken, nugget, and fry boxes, and every single one came out fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. All the parents and children couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was and how well it was prepared. A huge thank-you to the amazing staff at Falls Manor who helped make this celebration so special. Everything was handled perfectly, from the order to the presentation. I truly appreciate the care and effort that went into making our party a success. I’ll definitely continue ordering from Falls Manor every year for my children’s birthdays. Highly recommend them for any event or party — you won’t be disappointed!

Their breakfast was phenomenal. They had a it's breakfast special for $9.99. It was great. They also had dinner specials for $9.99 Broasted chicken, and it was delicious! All our waitresses were very, very friendly! And it's not very far from the main town, I think it's like 2 and a 1/2 kilometers. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food, and excellent service. The location is slightly out of the way but safe and close enough to drive. Everything was delicious, and made as ordered. Better than all the big names on the main drag down town. Go there!!!

We love going to Falls Manor for our networking meetings. Jo is awesome and the food is fresh and well priced! Current local construction won't stop us! We do not stay overnight, so cannot comment on the rooms.

Someone suggested Falls Manor and Zappi's as excellent places that locals eat. We tried Zappi's first (excellent). They also vouched for Falls Manor, so we definitely had to try it. We are there for breakfast. The food was excellent and service was great! I highly recommend it!

I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but my last visit was disappointing. I paid $14 for three pancakes that were flat and rubbery, with one even burnt. I mentioned it to the staff, but no one seemed concerned. I hope they can get back to the quality they once had.

Cash only (Canadian)—bring enough for food and to tip! Great spot for amazing donuts (and solid soup). The hot & sour soup was my favorite—I would’ve ordered a large if I’d known how good it was. The wonton soup was also solid and comforting. I found the BBQ pork in both a bit dry. The donuts are the real stars of this show. The simple glazed plain was the standout for me. We also tried chocolate cake, toasted coconut, cherry cruller, and French cruller but preferred the regular donuts over the crullers. Unfortunately, there weren't a lot of flavors available, so we will have to come back! There’s plenty of seating and a simple menu (donuts, soups, and a few other items). Plenty of free parking. We went at 7 a.m. on a Friday right after sunrise—only one other customer, so no wait. Service was excellent: friendly, fast, and helpful.

Country Fresh Donuts is one of those to each their own kind of spots. It’s an old-school coffee shop with a nostalgic vibe — walls lined with donuts and pastries, just like the classic Coffee Time days. But what makes it special is the friendly Asian owners who’ve added their own twist with noodle soups on the menu. Only here can you grab a bowl of wonton noodle soup and an éclair at the same table! The wonton noodle soup is clearly a local favorite, though as someone who grew up with Asian food, I found the flavor more tuned to a Western palate. The pastries, however, are absolutely delicious — fresh, classic, and comforting. Best of all, everything is very reasonably priced. A great spot for a cozy, no-frills bite and a taste of old Toronto charm.

A simple, honest place with wonderful donuts and surprisingly delicious soup. On a cool autumn day, there’s nothing better than a hearty bowl of soup, a soft warm donut, and a cup of black coffee. Pure comfort, and it feels just right.

Cheap prices. bowl of soup is 5$ small size and 9$ large size. donuts between 1 and 2$ - HUGE variety. Good value. Free parking I believe around the shop but we parked on the street "2 hours free street parking". Will come back again for more dumpling soup, sandwiches and donuts 🍩 😋

If you are in the Niagara Falls area, this is a must-visit. Super friendly service, delicious wonton soup, and doughnuts. It's a cash-only place though so bring some cash with you (finding a Scotiabank ATM proved a pain so I settled for one across the street that charged me $2.95 for the cash withdrawal). After our soup, we got the sugar-glazed twisty doughnuts, and they are huge. Simple but simply amazing, at least in my books. Fell in love with the place.

First timers.. Party of 3. We all received good food. A reasonable serving at a reasonable price. I do so hate the overloaded amount of food restaurants can stack on a plate at a higher cost, of course. But, if you look at breakfast foods. Most of the piles of food are very low cost foods. And the meats, served on the side an extra cost. We enjoyed a great meal and a conversation of the statement just mentioned.

Was recommended to go here by the lady at the Hertz desk as we were literally passing through (from UK) and wanted to eat somewhere that was local and wasn’t a chain. It is honestly a brilliant, local diner. Nothing fancy at all but that is the charm. Lovely friendly service as well. A gem of a find.

I was in the area and someone told me that I could get a good sandwich at Subway. While I was heading there I spotted Mom's Family Restaurant. With a name like that I knew that I was going to hit restaurant gold. I love going to an area and eating locally versus a chain. They don't Invest in the decore but the Ruben I had was spectacular. It was the perfect balance for lunch. I didn't get the sleepy effect afterwards. 🙃 The service was intentional and I appreciate that. I had an amazing experience and will go back if I'm ever in the area again.

Get the grilled potatoes! 10/10 for the grilled potatoes. Three of us had breakfast here and we all agreed the breakfast was just okay. We also got a side of the fried and grilled potatoes. The fried potatoes were not very good and greasy. The grilled potatoes were well seasoned with peppers and onions and tasted really good. Waffle with strawberries and whipped cream were soggy. It’s not the jelly strawberry so if you get them, get them on the side. The blueberry waffle with whipped cream was 10/10 rating. We all agreed the eggs were okay. They have turkey bacon and it came crispy and was okay. The pork bacon and sausage was okay.

Went for lunch at Mom's family restaurant. We ordered the grilled chicken breast sandwich, half BLT sandwich and half navy bean soup and 8 oz new york steak with 2 eggs, grilled hash brown potatoes and toast.  The steak was good and so tender. We also loved the grilled hash brown. Food price is reasonable. Our server was so pleasant and provided excellent customer service. Staff in this place are so nice that you feel you are eating at your Mom's place.

Growing up, Mom's was a special place, 50 some years later and in a new location, nothing has changed. The food is cooked to perfection, the staff are as nice as could be, they stay attentive to every customer. I walked in and sat right down, within 30 minutes, every table was filled. I couldn't ask for a better place to sit and relax for breakfast. I'm glad some things never change.

I’m not a big breakfast person. Decided to try this place on a whim last minute and you can not go wrong with the waffles - especially with the sprinkled cinnamon sugar. They are absolutely amazing & 100% got me hooked for sure. I can’t speak much on service or atmosphere as my girlfriend has been the one to run in and pick the order up each time, even though she said everyone seemed friendly! deff will be back soon 😩🫶🏼

I was turned away for breakfast today with my husband bc I was holding a clear reusable water bottle containing water (dressed in athletic clothing, just finished a walk). So odd. Thank goodness Marketside allows water bottles, will come here from now on instead :)

This is the perfect breakfast diner! Delicious, greasy food made in an open griddle in front of you, good coffee, friendly servers, very fun curvy dining counter. Prices are very reasonable, all the food in my picture came to about $11-12. I love love love this place.

Although this café is located a bit away from Niagara Falls, once you visit, you’ll understand why it has such high ratings! The meal was delicious yet affordable, and the roasted coffee was outstanding. It seems to be a place with history—I even ran into a lovely local lady who has been coming here for 25 years. The staff were all friendly, and they warmly welcomed tourists as well. Definitely worth a visit!

This place is a hidden gem with two touches of nostalgia! Our French toast and eggs were perfection. The vibrant 1970’s decor was just like the menu prices, so low they seemed unchanged since their opening day decades ago. If you want an authentic Niagara Falls staple, Pass all the places closest to the cookie cutter tourist junk and GO HERE❤️

Unique spot! Family owned and run. Sandy was awesome! The food was good. We had a waffle and bacon with an omelette and toast. Everything you can expect from a small hometown breakfast joint. Quirky and vintage atmosphere with lots of local regulars.

Honestly best biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had. I ate my whole meal (which is rare) in under 10 minutes. Also, the sausage links were so good!?!?! I need to find out how they make them. I don’t live here but I’m definitely coming back just for this place

The service was very good. Our food cane quickly and was delicious. The home fries were especially good. My scrambled eggs were so light and fluffy. We were really impressed with the food and the prices were very good.

This cute little diner was walking distance from where we stayed. So glad we went! If you want fresh HOMECOOKED breakfast, you gotta go. We are from Kentucky and it felt like one of our little diners back home. I’m only sad we didn’t get to try their lunch!

Quant little place!!! The food is amazingly good. Since all reviews recommended trying JB's french toast, I braved half an order. I also order the two eggs with home fries and bacon. Hit the spot!!! I will definitely be back!!!

Worth the 2 mile drive from the hotels near the Falls! Really good (and inexpensive) breakfast. 🍳🥓🥞☕ We were disappointed by the hotel breakfast and wanted to find something better, but not pay and arm and a leg. Knack's is a small, unassuming hole in the wall (beware, it's easy to drive past) that doesn't have a lot to recommend it in terms of style. But who cares when the people are nice and the food is good? It's full of regulars and we had a lovely server who seemed to know everyone by name. The food is nothing fancy, just good, well made traditional breakfasts. Definitely recommend!!!

Very bad experience. Went with a group of 7 and none of us were happy with either food or the service. Ordered a bunch of breakfast items but none of them were good. The meat was dry, the eggs were okay, The Hollandaise was straight from a dollar store, The avocado toast looked like it was made by a 5 year old. The worst were the pancakes, strawberry cheesecake pancakes were not at all as advertised. They are supposed to have cheesecake bites in the pancakes but all we got was plain pancakes with a few strawberries and cream on top. (See the picture of advertisement and the real thing in photos.) One of the friends paid around 28$ just for the avocado toast and he was depressed the whole day from it. Had to get him some ice cream to make him feel better. Poor guy was completely ripped off!!! Would not recommend at all. Go to Stacked instead and save yourself a whole lot of disappointment.

The food took forever to come out and it was really bad. The bacon and sausage came out burnt. The sausage was very dry and salty. The hash browns were terrible. If not that I have had better ones, I would never eat hash browns again. Let’s not forget the coffee, that was the worst. I only enjoyed the eggs. And my server was good. Overall this was a terrible breakfast experience.

IHOP is always a must on my list when we first arrived at the falls we went to the one at the Ramada and had the worst experience I’ve ever had. We decided to try this one and who the best decision we made! Our server I believe his name was David can’t entirely remember but he was amazing! Super friendly always asked if we need anything! The food was so good and I’m seeing a lot of reviews talking about the price. Who cares good luck finding breakfast for cheap now a days and it’s a tourism place so everything in the falls is expensive thanks so much David! Ps. I hope your name was David if not we later saw you at ruby tuesdays and just wanted to let you know you were amazing!!

I went to IHOP expecting comfort food and reliable service. What I received was far from it. Based on this trip, I cannot recommend this particular IHOP location. Save your money and your appetite; there are certainly better breakfast options out there that deliver on both food quality and customer service. Picture looks better then the pancake tasted!

Look at the photos -- the avocados were brown and inedible. Even the breakfast burrito was unappealing; I did not finish it. On top of all of that, they added a tourist tax.

Never go here! 1) The food is more expensive than other IHOP. A 2+2+2 breakfast charges $22.95 here but other IHOP only charges $16.95 2) They charge NFDF which is 7-8% rate of my bill. Google said this is tourist tax in Niagara Falls and up to the shop to charge and can't be removed. 3) Minimum tip is 18% while waiter has only done food ordering and billing. This is crazy.

Our server Lachelle was amazing! And that's where the positive review ends. The food was so bad I've never had worse eggs than there.

Having traveled to Niagara for the first time in 16 years and doing so solo, I wanted to make sure I got to check everything off my list, including dinner with a view of the falls. I wasn't looking to spend too much, but wanted a view and this place did not disappoint. Service was great - I was greeted right away by the host, shown to my table right away (despite being about 20 minutes early for my reservation) and immediately seen for drink orders. For $15 Canadian dollars I was able to guarantee a seat right next to the window that DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I was in such awe, I was sending pictures to friends and family throughout the night. The food was decent - about what I would expect at a buffet. It wasn't fancy, but it was good and there was some nice variety. Everything I tried was cooked well. The vegetarian lasagna was my favorite. I wouldn't have minded a bit more variety of food and a bit more attention to stocking the stations throughout the night. Water was refilled frequently, but never got asked about ordering any other drinks after the initial one. The staff did not mind me eating slowly and staying even after I finished. This might have been different if they were busier, but I felt that was very nice of them. I wanted to stay until the light came on over the falls, as the view was spectacular. They also have a little balcony that you can go out and stand on for a great view and great pictures! Being a block from the water, I was easily able to leave once it got dark and walk down to the edge in order to watch the lights and the nightly fireworks show.

Chef Edna made my omelette perfect it tasted amazing! Super friendly as well. The staff during our stay 10/3-10/5 were all friendly and helpful. I had a great time celebrating my birthday here and would highly recommend staying here.

We had window seat with view to the amazing Niagara Falls , food is very delicious, plenty of options, fruits are very very fresh. Perfect breakfast buffet.

Food was mediocre for the price. View was amazing. Service wasn’t bad refilled and cleared our plates quickly. $30 to reserve a table is a bit much perhaps could be put towards cost of food!

The food was delicious, great selection of foods and pastries and fruits, and the omelette was made with so much love by Edna! She was exceptionally personable and had a smile the whole time she was making omelets for a long line customers.

I had such a wonderful time at this buffet! The variety of food was amazing, everything from fresh salads and seafood to delicious hot dishes and perfectly cooked meats. The dessert section was also fantastic; I especially loved the cakes and fruit options. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. You can really tell they care about providing a great dining experience. Overall, this buffet is a perfect spot for family gatherings, celebrations, or just a nice meal out. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

This was one of my favourite buffets I had in a very long time!!! The food, view and staff were beyond fantastic!!! Everything was perfect and I can’t wait to come back again!!!

Cajun shrimp and grits for $15 Dollars. You tell me if you would spend that amount ?? We wanted scrambled eggs mixed in the cheese. We go here all the time, NOT ANYMORE ! They have good grits, but its a hit or miss. It seems like they gave my partner left over eggs. These containers gotta go too LOL!!! Change up your containers! And for the price you got the food should add up to the amount you spend.

The food was delicious, seasoned well, and nice and crispy. I had the haddock with grits, eggs, and toast. I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because there wasn’t any parking available so we parked on the street around the corner. The service was a 3 because of a few reasons. The sign upon entry says: Do not seat yourself, and another that says: Please wait to be seated but the waitress says “Sit anywhere you want”. She wasn’t rude or anything, just not warm and/or personable. She was also the only person I saw serving everyone that was in the restaurant. If you’re looking for good food without the welcoming feeling, this is your spot.

Oh my what a gem! We were visiting the area and needed a hearty breakfast that didn't break the bank and wow did they deliver! Two of us had the mixed eggs, one with sausage subbed out for more bacon, rye toast on one, sourdough for the other. Both were amazing. The pancakes, bacon and eggs were great with a side of fruit and whipped cream, and another combo of pancakes, bacon and home fries (subbed out in place of eggs) were just right. Add a juice and 2 coffees all for $56. Don't miss this cafe when you're here!

This is an amazing restaurant with a lot of kind employees, great taste of food, affordable prices and especially perfect breakfast options. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Hyde Park Café is a family-owned spot that’s clearly beloved in the neighborhood and has been around for 12+ years. The menu is extensive, and you’ll find everything from soul food dinners to diner-style breakfasts. The staff worked hard under pressure, and the community energy is real. That said, service was slow on my visit (lots of delivery traffic and tables waiting to be cleared), and the food didn’t quite land for me (I was hoping for The Four Way in Memphis, but no such luck). I’d love to see them streamline the menu and tighten execution—because I want a place like this to succeed.

The moment we walked in it was unclear where the waiter wanted us to be seated. Waiter was a lil rude and did not pay attention to details about the order. Food was ok but the place kinda smells like dirty dish water was used on our table

This spot is a GEM! One of the best breakfasts I have ever had in my 38 years on this planet. The eggs were cooked perfectly over easy. The home fries were out of this world crispy and delicious. But the star of the show was the corned beef hash; unbelievable, just like my grandma used to make, God rest her soul, felt like she was there eating with us. My lovely wife got the mixed eggs and that was also out of this world, the flavor was something I don't think I have ever experienced. The service was also stellar, hats off to everyone who works here, can't wait to come back, especially for the Friday night ribs. What a great spot! Thanks for a delicious meal and great experience

Here’s an honest review. I stayed at this cheap hotel with some friends and the room we stayed in was horrible. The room itself was very small and the bathroom was cramped. The room came with a mini fridge/freezer, two chairs with a small table, a TV, two double beds, a heater/air conditioner, and a coffee machine. They provided no tissues, no extra blanket in case it was cold and only one roll of toilet paper. We used the microwave and heater as they turned out to be great however the fridge was another story. We brought some fruit so we wanted to keep it in the refrigerator but when we took it out the next day, it was it frozen. We did not put it in the freezer and when we checked, the temperature was at max. This still should not have happened! The lamps by the beds did not have a switch or a plug and the walls were very thin so you could hear the neighbors. When we went to bed, it made everything even worse! The pillows were very flat and hard, the blankets were very thin and smelly, and there was a constant sound of dripping water coming from the ceiling. We also woke up every so often to the sound of the heater buzzing. Overall I would rate this hotel a one star. We are never coming back.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again."

This place makes me feel sad for all of humanity because others may have to live this way all the time. One overhead harsh glaring light, no lamps. No outlets except in the bathroom. Bathtub is a special shade of old soap scum. Random stains on the wall. A pathetic, misshapen piece of non-matching synthetic drapery hung on dollar store hooks on the window. This place looks like what you'd have if trying to run a hotel with absolutely no money or help whatsoever. Neighborhood sketchy, abandoned and boarded businesses abounded. I couldn't wait to get out of there, and I will never again permit my husband to make reservations for us. This was a turning point in my traveling life.

The only good thing I can say is that the only insects I actually saw were flies and spiders. Room was tiny, bare. No wifi. Filthy! Absolutely Filthy! If I was traveling alone, I would have immediately found another place. The carpet might as well have been shampooed w/grease. Sink didn't drain. Base of the tub felt greasy & gritty at the same time. Chairs were stained. Light fixtures didn't work. No toiletries. Smelled so bad I left the door cracked open despite the trashy neighborhood.

The kind boss helped me accept an express delivery before I arrived. There are a lot of insects here, and the boss cleaned it cleanly, but in order to prevent insects from coming in again, it is recommended to close the doors and windows.

When I moved into my room,I found the beds did not have bugs and stains the room did not have trash,the bathroom was clean no clogged toilet and stains and trash,the room had a microwave and a freezer,I would recommend it when on a small budget

I had a wonderful experience celebrating my birthday here! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service truly made the evening special. Our server, Muriel, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — friendly, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the night. Thank you for making my birthday such a memorable one! Celebrating a birthday breakfast and was a wonderful time. Murielle was so kind and attentive and went above and beyond to start our morning off right!

Murielle (server) was great - very helpful and friendly! Even spoke French with my daughter who is in French Immersion. Food was good, if a bit pricey (but that's how restaurants are these days) - $20-25 for most main dishes. Convenient location if you're staying at the hotel!

Murielle and management staff were excellent, frequently checking in on us and very accommodating to special requests. The restaurant is in the lobby of the Wyndham, and is immaculate. We only gave 4 stars on the atmosphere because it’s at the Falls and there are no windows or any pictures of the falls on the wall. Otherwise, beautiful and great service.

We had a most delicious breakfast at the Ihop located in the lobby of Wyndham Garden in Niagara Falls Ont. Canada. Our server Murielle was top notch. She deserves 5 🌟 for her friendliness, her attentiveness. Impeccable skill of making you feel "at home". Kudos to Murielle!!!! Eileen & Lou

Tim Hortons coffee is always fresh brewed, and delicious. The service is great, and if you're an early riser staying in the casino or Hilton and need coffee, this is the only coffee place open before 7:00 am.

Workers are usually pleasant to deal with, customer service isn’t the issue. Chunks missing out of my bagel are the issue. And them throwing away perfectly good food at 11pm when previously the food would be kept overnight until 4/5am leaving many staff without an option for food. All these changes have been within the past few months, unsure if there’s been a change in management or ownership but something/someone gone and ruined this Tim Hortons.

There are a handful of Tim Horton coffee shops around Niagara Falls including this location in the food court area of the Fairview casino & shopping mall. Seems this is a 24 hour branch, there is food court seating a plenty. Otherwise, take your coffee and donut orders out towards the nearby lookout points for the falls. My Americano tasted as expected. You know what you are getting with Tim Hortons, I found the same to be the case with this branch.

Located in the food court, one level down from the hotel. Take the escalator down and turn behind the escalator. Service was average and orders take a bit of time. I wasn't too impressed with the egg omelet box, it didn't look anything like the picture. Basically a scrambled egg, a hash brown chopped into 5 pieces, sausage crumble and smothered in some weird sauce sauce, which didn't seem like it was on the picture. Coffee was good..

24/7 Tim Horton’s in the same building as the hotel and casino - I expected a long wait line, but it went quickly. I don’t have any major complaints about this location! Only thing I would say is that I ordered a 10-pack of Timbits and requested the honey dip. When given the prepackaged one, I asked how many were in there. I was hoping we could select honey dip specifically but we were given the variety pack instead with barely any honey dip.

I visited this Tim Hortons location, where there were two lines — one for express orders and one for regular orders. Since I was only ordering a double-double coffee, I stood in the express line. The employee working near the cashier completely ignored me for about 5 minutes, so I moved to the regular line instead. Right after I switched lines, a white customer stepped into the express line, and the same employee immediately went to serve him. I was really disappointed to experience this kind of discrimination, especially at such a popular location near Niagara Falls.

I rarely come on to make reviews about mainstay businesses like Tim Hortons, however the consistency of the staff is incredible. I can honestly say I've never received a bad cup of coffee from this place. Generally very friendly, fast, especially considering its location. I'd like to commend them all for their work although it may be very thankless at times

Server Danine was excellent, and her friendliness made for a great dining experience. Beer cheese soup was delicious and would have it again. Club house sandwich was okay, nothing special for the cost, served with typical fries and a dill pickle spear. Be aware that Management charges an exorbitant fee to split a sandwich ($6) so suggest you DO NOT advise if you’re sharing a meal. The manager instructed us to simply ask for an additional plate in order to avoid this outrageous splitting meals cost in future.

Good to find a good place open late, food was good and not too expensive, we had a souvlaki salad and cheese and chicken quesadillas. They really good.

The food here is great! Every thing was cooked well. The only annoying thing is if you park in the garage you have to walk around the building if you aren’t 21. If you are 21 you can walk through the casino, other than that no complaints, definitely would go back just for the club sandwich and wings!

We had the worst experience dining! It was busy and we were very understanding at first. However we waited almost 2 hours for our food that was made incorrectly and dried out. We watched 4 tables around us change customers 2-3 times while we still waited. Then our server told us that customers next to us got their food in 10 minutes because they got breakfast. BTW their food was made incorrectly as well. She had no explanation of why it took so long. The manger wasn’t much help either. She just kept calling me “honey” The only offer they made to us to “make things better” was a free dessert that she brought to table in a plate and dropped a Togo container and bag on table and said you can box that up. For a dinner that was close to $100 I would recommend finding something else. We had a great time at the hotel and casino, it’s a shame the night ended with total incompetence! A dinner that was a complete waste of time and money!

Only giving 3 stars because our waitress Savanna was an absolute gem and so attentive and kind, thank you girl!!🫶🏼 The food however made myself and my entire party(6 people) sick both times we tried dinner and even a house salad, also the pinot Grigio tasted a bit flat like it had been out for awhile. Not great for an $80 meal:(

Service was amazing. Food was just plain awful! My wife’s french fries were cold. Her tunafish melt was cold. I got charged $25 for a chicken Caesar wrap, that was not good. I would never go there again!

Unfortunately, this was one of the more disappointing visits I’ve had at Starbucks. First, the drinks were prepared incorrectly. We ordered an iced coffee black with one pump of sugar-free vanilla — meant to equal just a slight touch of flavor — but instead received four full pumps. On top of that, a tall black coffee was ordered, but what we were handed was an espresso. Mistakes happen, of course, but the problem really began when we tried to have it corrected. After ten minutes trying to get a refund or substitution, the espresso was taken back but no coffee replacement was ever given. We were left waiting without a drink, unsure of what the outcome was supposed to be. While waiting, we watched another customer get an incorrect drink order, verifying that this wasn’t reserved to just us. To make things worse, when we finally left the store, the staff gave us dirty looks, as though we were at fault for the multiple mistakes, instead of being treated like customers who simply wanted what we had ordered and paid for. Every café can have an off day, but the combination of repeated errors, lack of resolution, and unprofessional demeanor from the staff left a very poor impression. I sincerely hope this was an exception and not the standard experience at this location.

They made my drink wrong, and when I ask them to fix it they said “ohhhhh we made it right” like hi u dumb or sum it suppose dark I even showed her pictures, she continued saying it made to company order. Tell me if this has 2 shots of expresso inside.

This was truly the worst Starbucks I have ever seen. My husband ordered a drip coffee. Every other Starbucks gets that for you immediately - that's why you do it. At this one, they made him wait behind all the orders of lattes and specialty drinks! We told them this wasn't right - and other customers waiting agreed. Finally they gave it to us. The very young manager at that site should be fired. There were 4 people behind the counter and none of them could figure out how to do anything. And the poor woman before us ordered a bagel without onions, but after they made it, they explained that onions were in the bagel. But then they wouldn't refund her money. All of the customers were upset and this idiot manager was doing absolutely nothing to deescalate. Worst Starbucks ever!

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent visit to your store located at niagara.Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the behavior of one of your staff members. During our visit, I was with my young child, and the staff member in question seemed noticeably impatient and unkind when interacting with them. Specifically, they were dismissive and made my child feel uncomfortable when trying to order as my son is trying to look for a tumbler that we are supposed to buy. As a parent, I was upset by this behavior, especially since Starbucks is known for its welcoming environment. While I understand that every workplace can have challenging moments, I believe that respectful and patient communication, especially with young customers, should always be a priority. It's important to maintain the positive, friendly atmosphere that Starbucks is known for, and I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for future interactions. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will work to ensure all customers, no matter their age, feel welcomed and valued.

By far the worst Starbucks ever. the tables were dirty. The 2 ladies behind the counter didnt exactly care about us walking in - and its not like it was busy. There was just one other person sitting. When i ordered a lemon loaf for my lityle one- she goes “What, Thats it? I looked at her blankly to give her a min to think about she said. She just looked right at me and i said okay ill take ice water with that- shes goes thats a dollar. i said did i ask how much? I said Ill have ice water. Anyway I paid and walked out. But seriously - they clearly havent been trained.

I visited the Starbucks at Niagara Clifton Hill looking to buy a tumbler, and my son was also checking out the ones on display. While we were deciding, one of the staff members told me that if we weren’t going to purchase the tumbler, my son shouldn’t be touching it. I understand the importance of taking care of merchandise, but the way it was said felt rude and unwelcoming, especially since we were seriously considering making a purchase. What really bothered me was overhearing them afterwards expressing impatience toward kids. That kind of attitude made us feel very uncomfortable, and instead of buying, I ended up returning all the tumblers we were holding. This was a disappointing experience, especially in a tourist area where you’d expect a more welcoming and friendly environment.

Food taste good !! All pur meals were consistent. Can be a little bit of a wait during breakfast hours . Call ahead and inquire if you are trying to get seated quickly ! Food is wholesome . Will come back again !

Does my picture of turkey dinner look to be worth 14 $$. This meal was very disappointing. Thinking on not going back again. Very cheap portions. I did get both banana bread and rolls. Maybe that's the reason the portion was less. Bob evans has always been bad on portions ,but not this bad.

Drove to a near by Bob Evan’s, was craving breakfast kinda food, got the usual eggs with bacon and sausage + home fries, first time visiting one 👍 forgot the server name but she was great! Also, the fried chicken was good as well.

First time I've been disappointed at Bob evens, service was great but the food was cold and it took a while to get to the table. Can't win them all, breakfast is still the best here

5 stars rating from my side. I loved the customer service from Ms. Patty; she is so kind and has a charming face. The food has an authentic taste, and I loved it. Must try their cappuccino, caramel mocha, omelets, pancakes, amazing chicken tenders, tasty cinnamon bites, and fresh soft biscuits. I would highly recommend this place; it's better than other options like IHOP, Perkins, and others. Kids friendly environments

Sausage were burnt. My omelet tasted like it sat under a warming light too long. Oatmeal with strawberries were very bland.strawberries were sour. Blueberries lacked flavor . Grandkids said pancakes were dry. Coffee tasted like warm tea with cream. Very weak. No, those aren't hockey picks in the photos. Those are the burnt dried out sausage!!!. Very disappointed. I haven't been to a Bob Evans and ages. Now I know why

The food was average — nothing special but decent for a quick meal. The mozzarella sticks and breakfast sandwich were okay. However, the washrooms were in desperate need of cleaning, which really impacted the overall impression of cleanliness in the restaurant. On a positive note, the service was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, based on cleanliness, I wouldn’t return.

My favorite place to eat when I am in Niagrafalls New York, me and my fiance had a date night here and ever since I have been hooked. The food is always fresh, hot and tastes amazing. I don't think there is ever a time that I have had a problem with my food and if I ever did I know that they would fix it immediately. My favorite item on the menu is the value menu french toast, with eggs and bacon. Ever since I had it the French toast has become something I regularly want and now I'm going to have to learn to make it this good at home. My fiance talks about their country fried steak constantly, when he gave me a bite I could see why he loves it so much. The broccoli and corn also is something to write home about, it's fresh and has so much flavor. The servers are overall amazing, I have only once ever run into one server who I didn't consider great and that's after eating there 5+ times currently so that says something. Denny's is open 24-7 which is a plus, but keep in mind some menu items are not available after certain times. Definitely would recommend trying them if you are in town and give them a chance.

We love going to a Denny’s when we visit America. You just can’t go wrong with a breakfast there to start the day. Great price (Buy 1 get 1 for a $) and Anne-Marie was an absolute pleasure to have serve us. We’ll be back!

Stopped in for Brunch while visiting the US from Canada. Had a craving for some USA Denny’s and we were not disappointed. our server was MIA G and she was super pleasant, friendly, and attended to us very well. She made sure we got everything we ordered and it was right, her cheerful attitude was very much appreciated and made our time here extra special. Food was perfect! Couldn’t ask for better pancakes, eggs, bacon, hash-browns were great. Awesome coffee too and Mia made sure our cups were never empty.

Okay it's Dennys so atmosphere is typical. Food was great and service was excellent. Waitress was working her butt off by waiting on tables, clearing tables, seating customers and checking customers out.

I visited from Michigan and we have Tim Horton’s everywhere. I usually get the Caramel Ice cap. My family ordered as well, everyone in the vehicle got sick and then I got sick when I arrived back home. I’m disappointed because the place was clean, the service was exceptional but maybe someone didn’t wash their hands or skipped a machine cleaning. I can understand the location and traffic probably gets busy but Tims has never made me sick like this one has. I hate giving reviews of this kind but damn it sanitize your machines!

Came in here 10 pm on 08/03/2025. I came indoors to place an order and after waiting for the (I assume) manager to finish a sandwich, she comes up and says “I’m not taking any food orders just so you know”. After grudgingly taking my order a person emerged from behind the store who appeared to eat all the leftover donuts at night and said “why are there so many customers (2) in the store”. The manger then proceeds to lock the door behind me makes my drinks as fast as possible. She also appeared to get into an argument with someone behind me on why they’re using oat milk. I don’t know who’s hiring these people, but they’re sure not fit to be fast food employees. It’s shocking to see the difference in service with Tim’s just across the border, 10 min away.

I ordered a Cinnamon Caramel Apple and I was very specific in the order , still the attendant give me a late with no Cinnamon Caramel Apple toppings , when she served I told her that is not what I ordered, then the attendant told the manager and the manager told her that was my mistake for not ordering right. I also ordered half dozen of donuts and she didn't even bother to ask what type of donuts i was selecting. The staff are more focused in the orders at the drive thru than the people who are walking in the restaurant. Terrible service and bad attitude.

We were not at all impressed with our service or food. I ordered the croissant, bacon, egg sandwich, and my husband ordered a number six. Once we were waiting, I got my food and coffee, and my husband got his coffee, but never got his food. Also, the person who rang us up was not paying attention, and the location was not very clean and the staff were not very professional. Will never return. The hash browns were hard, and my breakfast sandwich was not good at all

This was our first visit and our last visit. The donuts weren't good not sweet enough and a different texture than we are used to. The iced cappuccino was alright but didn't have much of a coffee flavor. The omelette bites were horrible.

I came to this Tim Hortons in August 31, 2025 , they were around 8 employees and nobody was in the dining room, except for me lining up for my order to be taken.for around 10 minutes they keep ignoring my presence until I asked if anyone can take my order. The one who took my order seems not to know what she was doing , she just wanted to give me what she wants and not what I'm ordering. The manager during the time had a very defensive and rude attitude, in this Tim Hortons the client is not right by any means.

05/16/2023 I ordered a Bacon and Egg Biscuit, 10 Timbits and a $2 Caramel Latte off the app. The sandwich was dry and tasteless. The timbits didn't have much flavor either. The caramel latte I'm neutral about as it's neither bad or good. There were 8 employees in the store. But the dining area floor, which was filthy with food crumb. First and last time I go to Tim Horton's.

Discovered this little place in Google Maps. Seems to be a locals favorite spot. Delicious food. Good prices and the owner was delightful. She wanted a picture of us and we wanted one with her.

We are visiting from out of town and wanted to find a local spot for breakfast. We walked in and right away knew we came to the right spot. It’s a small diner like feel, and you could tell it’s a local favorite. We were able to sit right away probably because it was late morning but it looked like we just missed a rush. The waitress Lisa was amazing and so helpful, she spent a long time helping us pick things to do while we are in town, then another local couple also got in on the conversation and basically helped plan the rest of our trip for us😊.The food was great, I got French toast and my husband had biscuits and gravy which I forgot to take pictures of because we were talking. We’ll definitely be going back for breakfast the rest of the week!

Lisa is AMAZING. I stopped in on a whim and a quick google search, sat at the counter and she made me feel right at home. Gave me tips on where to get the best local food and experience- jolly, and iced the cake by snagging me when I left to take a picture of me “to send to my husband.” Great breakfast- Very small place so I imagine it gets full quick, but there was a little room on this Tuesdays morning. You’ll realize that the sunshine in the Sunshine Cafe, is Lisa herself- and the memory of her momma.

Very homey and welcoming! Went up to Buffalo with my friend to go to Canada for a day and we stopped by here and the waitress was so nice, the food was amazing made with love and the place itself was beautiful and homey! If I’m ever back up again I’ll definitely come back!

Lisa was so amazing! We are visiting Niagara Falls for our honeymoon. One of her customers actually paid for our meal! We sat at a big table in the middle and got to meet some lovely locals who ended up sitting with us. This place feels like home! They all were very welcoming & had amazing food! Lisa brings the sunshine to sunshine cafe! Thank you for a good experience and great dinner recommendations! We will definitely be back! She also came outside to take our picture which was so sweet and we got one with her!

From Detroit Michigan and we asked an employee at the hotel where to go. They said sunshine. And love the food, the service was great. The owner and the other employees are great. Love the small business vibe and the .atmosphere. WE WILL BE COMING BACK!

Small Hometown breakfast place. The owner pegged us right away as travellers. She treated us right with some yummy food and charm. She insisted on taking a picture outside with her charmingly painted restaurant. I hope I am in the neighborhood again. Omelettes yummy. Egg sandwich on french toast got rave reviews from my friend. Rye toast was perfect.

Gangster's is a wonderful restaurant. It has your traditional staples and done well. I'm not sure when they opened for breakfast, but it was a bonus when a place nearby was placed to go here as plan B. It's good traditional comfort food no matter which meal it is you are seeking. It's not a fancy atmosphere and the food doesn't explode with culinary flair, but it's consistently very good. Sometimes you just need that Sunday grandma's supper 😉 Added bonus - there is plenty of free parking!

Having visited Niagara Falls and needing a quick meal, I was quite pleased to find this establishment. The portion sizes were excellent value for the price, which was perfect for a long day of walking. The food was delicious, and the server truly enhanced the experience.

Omelets, our group all had omelets and they were amazing. We made them from our choices from the menu.

Not the best Panera bread around, the bathrooms are nasty. Service is average. The food is okay (nothing over the top or memorable). They ran out of bread bowls by the evening so we ordered whole sandwiches (chicken chipotle avo, and ciabatta cheese steak) that were fine.

Panera is good for a fast food chain. The iced green tea is fantastic. Their hazelnut coffee is better than most because they don't use the syrup shot. Their food is good. It can be pricey for fast food, but it's better quality. I enjoy their seasonal salads the most. The sip club program is wonderful and I highly recommend it.

Bought 2 brownies but they just gave me one and I only found that out once I got home. Their free bread “unwrapped” that comes with a purchase of salad was just tossed inside the paper bag with all the other wrapped pastries and the salad. I asked why they did not put it in a bag, staff said that it really does not come with any packaging. Poor handling of food.

I just had to do the side by side, and let the picture speak for itself, it doesn't lie. I call this work of art "Menu vs. Reality." Incidentally, shame on companies that are constantly fooling people into wasting their hard earned money like this. We've just accepted as part of our reality ("Of course it'll never look like that in real life," because someone spent hours propping up the egg to one side with toothpicks, melting the cheese with hair dryers, and spraying it all down with hairspray to get that FALSE picture, but it's still ok by law, because *technically* it's what they serve...) Justify $6.99 for what I received. Not even a whole egg. Shame.

Stopped in for a quick lunch wanted to eat soup and sandwich it was no brainer for being out of town new the menu and what I wanted !! New veggies corn chowder soup and half Mediterranean sandwich with NO feta cheese with after lunch pastry - Bear Cale . They have Tabasco package to add to soup which I do .. look for it at drinks station lower level also mustard salt peppers etc . Also have cup for water which I prefer at no charge ..common at all stores

Disappointing experience. Good food, however, it took forever and when the food did come out, they got the order wrong. The atmosphere wasn’t great either. The manager came over to yell at the person taking our order to wait on us quicker, but he was just trying to help someone check on their food before helping us. Floors and tables were sticky. Two employees (one which was the manager) sat and chatted the whole time in a booth near us.

Staying in Buffalo, NY for a long weekend and just happened to stop by this little cafe on our way to see Niagara Falls. It had good reviews so I had pretty high expectations, but somehow they were still all exceeded! This was easily one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! Everything was incredible, from the shredded hashbrowns to the bacon, to the “Colleen’s” cinnamon swirl pancakes that didn’t need a drop of syrup. It was pretty busy when we showed up around noon but we were seated and served within 20 minutes! I can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely try it out if you ever find yourself in the area!

Please do yourself a favor and plan having breakfast at this location during your visit to Niagara Falls. The pancakes are to die for!! They are just delicious. Just pair them with eggs of your preference and bacon or else and have an awesome breakfast here. The service is very friendly and I personally enjoyed very much the authentic north New York atmosphere. It might get busy and the place is not large, so plan accordingly.

Food was so delicious I forgot to take a photo of it for a review. Staff were incredibly friendly, it felt like we were regulars. It’s small restaurant energy with an amazing menu. Prices were fair and portions felt very appropriate for what we paid. If I come back to the city I’m definitely coming back!

Everything was simply great! I had Colleens Pancakes, and my S.O. had the Steakanator omelet with hashbrowns, which was the daily special.

I got the eggs Benedict with sausage patties and hashbrowns. It was delicious. Will definitely be coming back.

The wife and I tried this place because it was rated well. I had a house salad. Wife got meatloaf, mash potatoe and mix greens. She ate a little bit of it and said it had no taste. I tried it and she was right. None of it had flavor. Picture shows very little onion and green peppers. This was all I had in about quarter of hamburger. Everything was cold and nothing had any taste. Hostess didn't even come back to check on us. This dish was hamburger with some gravy from a bottle. I would not recommend this place.

We were recommended this place by a border patrol officer cause we were looking for a breakfast place and it did not disappoint. Service was fast and friendly and breakfast was delicious. Cozy little spot, highly recommend.

Been here alot with wife. For some reason get the same waitress. She does not go above or beyond . I mean not even a refill unless you ask. She will wait until you almost finish eating and she knows you are leaving. Like I said does not go above or beyond. People will give an excellent tip based on service. I give this one just 15 just her. She will stand around and wait for that tip though. Need a little tip about interacting more with customers not just her favorite ones. Other waitress are excellent . Waitress very skinny working today currently on shift 1230.

Perfect spot for a refresher! We biked around Goat Island and stopped here just outside the entrance to the park. The location is super convenient. I ordered the mango smoothie and my wife had the protein fruit smoothie, both were absolutely delicious. We also shared a cinnamon roll, which was a perfect pick me up and really tasty. Highly recommend stopping by! They also have a few tables with umbrellas out in front on the sidewalk.

The food was delicious and hearty portions, and the drinks were also great. The barista took the time to answer ingredients questions and they have vegan options (plant milks and foods). The atmosphere is cool with murals and comfortable seating. The building was larger than I thought on initial entry, with a cozy nook towards the back with eclectic chairs.

The great place to have breakfast/lunch and grab a milkshake in the evening before the fireworks show. The food is really delicious! The staff is kind and friendly. We also had chicken pesto panini and chocolate milkshake. Highly recommend this spot! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I brought my bicycle group of 16 people here for breakfast two mornings in a row! All the breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, baked goods are absolutely delicious. Will and his crew of. The breakfast here was wonderful — especially the spinach eggs, they were absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is lovely, but seating is a bit limited, and the outdoor area can be quite sunny during the day. The only small challenge we had was with ordering, as it can be tricky for customers who don’t speak the local language — a few items were missed in our order. However, the staff was very kind and quickly fixed everything, so we really appreciated their effort. Overall, a great spot to enjoy breakfast near the waterfall!

I'm a tourist from California and I really like the vibe at this cafe. The staff are friendly and they deliver the food quickly. Will definitely come back if I return to Buffalo again for vacation.

Amazing breakfast cafe with mouth watering smoothies and luxurious tasting bagels with cream cheese and explosive avocado toast! We are so glad we tried this spot! Also they have plenty of seating with a variety of seating options available too!

The restaurant was very cute and cozy. We were greeted with a plate of fruit, which was awesome. Once we got our food, this is when it went downhill. We got the wrong toast, and we’re missing a plate of bacon. Waited forever for a refill on the coffee. The waitress never stopped by to ask us how our meal was even though we were sitting at the counter and she kept walking by us. So I was never able to let her know that I got the wrong toast or I didn’t get my bacon. Also, I asked for hot sauce and we got the most disgusting bottle ever, the bottle was greasy and the label was dirty. The bottle was missing its cap and it had dried crusty old hot sauce stuck to the top of it. Disgusting and dirty. We ordered orange juice and got some weird orange juice fruit blend in a bottle I found it to be poor service and a bit pricey for what you got. We probably would never go back to this place. There are much better options in the area.

Breakfast was delicious. Blueberry pancakes are nice and fluffy and big with lots of blueberries. The best Breakfast in town has eggs, homefries, meat and toast. Homefries are the best in town and bacon is very tasty. Servers are very good and friendly. The owners are great. Will definitely be a regular spot.

Great atmosphere and enjoyed the food. I love the small-town diner feel and this place definitely had it. Saw several regulars come in, so I knew it had to be a good place to eat.

We happened upon this little gem on a random road trip and will be back for sure! The food was great very fresh and delicious, generous servings. The curly fries were crispy and tasty! Our waitress was very attentive but not excessive whenever we needed something she was right there to get it but it never felt like she was hovering. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very welcoming and felt like it was a real community! I would recommend this place to anyone and am excited to go back when I'm in town again!

My daughter and I traveled to Buffalo for the AFC playoffs and came across this place because it was close to the hotel the day of the game. As soon as we walked in in our Bengals gear they booed us. But there were smiles behind those boos and simple competitiveness between our teams. We ordered breakfast and it was delicious. When we went to pay, our breakfast was paid for by the Bills mafia! I would highly recommend visiting this little gem.

I'm almost hesitant to review this place as I want to keep it all to myself, but that would be unfair to the wonderful staff at Salisa's. We've been coming every Saturday morning for about 2 months now, and every time the coffee is hot, the breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly. If you're in search of a small neighborhood diner, this is the one!

An incredible experience if you're looking for a light dessert with coffee or just hot water the way I like it, I had the Rosemary gruyere scone. It had a delicate rosemary flavor with a hin mild gruyere flavor giving it a well-balanced taste with a nice crust that just melted in your mouth. This was fantastic. My daughter had the stuffed cherry croissant and after stealing a piece I found it to be not too sweet and a really excellent balance between the creme fraiche and the Cherry filling. All in all a wonderful stop and having also tasted the Cookie monster gelato was also an excellent pick even though it wasn't my cup of tea. This is located in a culinary institute and you can tell by their attention to detail and the friendliness of the students who are running the La Patissori Cafe.

Delicious gelato and help out the students at the culinary institute. Only $4.25 for a couple of scoops too! The pastries looked excellent as well but I didn’t try one.

This was a destination spot for my family during our Niagara Falls trip. The pain au chocolate I had was second to none. If you are in the area, make it a point to come here.

Food is great. I had the lemon pastry. Excellent price, not too sweet, and flaky. Delicious. Only reason I am doing less than 5 stars is because the tour bus took us there for lunch and I wanted a less heavy lunch. The sandwiches were all on thick bread with little filling. I heard others raving about the bread.

We were visiting to see the falls and my friend found this place online! It’s connected to the culinary school so all pastries are made by the students. It’s a small place but filled with so much deliciousness!! Every pastry we tried was absolutely divine. The prices very reasonable and their case was rotating. I personally had the brown sugar cookie that was the best cookie I’ve ever had. A must stop if you are visiting!

Stopped in while looking for a coffee shop. The coffee was mid, but the pastries were quite good. They had a large selection of teas, that you don't find at a lot of places. Their work space is a little confined and made it feel a bit congested. Over all good though. This was without doubt the cleanest place I visted on the trip to Niagara Falls. They also had some interesting tile work and a unique fountain in the lobby.

I ordered some Munchkins and some breakfast items. The Munchkins were fine, but I did find it odd that they were all different sizes - some were really small but other were normal sized. The breakfast food was good, hot and fresh. This store has only one kiosk when it needs more, as it gets pretty busy.

Don't go early in the morning (when one would normally go to a coffee shop) as they only ever have one staff member working and you will wait 15+ minutes for a single coffee.

I recently tried the iced matcha latte at Dunkin and it was absolutely fantastic! The matcha flavor was spot on, the latte was creamy, and the sweetness level was just perfect. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're a matcha fan like me! 🍵💚

Ordered at the kiosk two egg McMuffins, one hash brown and two bacon and cheese biscuits, which come without egg. Got home and opened them. I received two egg McMuffins, one hash brown and then two egg and cheese biscuits no bacon on them with egg added onto them and they looked absolutely disgusting falling apart. I called and they said that I could not get my food replaced because it was right after breakfast, even though it would require only cheese and bacon and two biscuits All of which they serve 24 hours except the biscuit. Spoke to Ray not very helpful. Did not even ask a name or offer to do anything But replace them the next day. Typically, I cannot stop at McDonald’s for breakfast as I drop my son off at school and go directly at work at nine but today I had the morning free. I feel I should at least be offered a refund, especially considering I could not get my food back that I ordered today so I am not able to eat Breakfast with my boyfriend, I do not eat eggs and the food look like absolute garbage in a wrapper. And to make it worse, it was not even busy whatsoever in the drive-through or inside which it typically is at that location

The employee serving us had an attitude, had she not had an attitude i wouldn’t have written a review. Multiple orders that where placed where removed from the “now serving” screen without being served. We got our orders without cups then she was giving an attitude when we asked for our cups. There were basically no straws available either and the washrooms were not great. I will be doing my best to avoid this location. Y’all need to care a little more at work, if everyone cares a little bit then work will be less stressful.

First the girl at the windows tried charging me double what my order was, didn't confirm what I was getting. Just said "oh my bad." And closed the windows. And then yall charge extra for extra mac sauce, but give me less then what a normal amount should even get. Get your shit together

I went to mcdonald’s on 9/21 and i ordered a number 1 egg ham and cheese on an english muffin turns out to be mold on the egg, my sandwhich was made incorrectly it was a sausage biscuit and the hash brown was missing. i’m beyond disappointed of this food chain. never again please check your food.

Waited in the drive thru for over 40 minutes for our order to even be taken, when there was zero people in line. I work in fast food, if there is an issue they need to make the customers aware. Ridiculous

Horrible experience. Been here many times. Can count the number of times got total orders right on one hand. Would recommend this location to anyone. Drive thru is horrible. Customer service is also bad. When tried to call and explain missing items just rang.

Multiple times in a row now I have placed an order on their mobile app and have gotten half my food handed to me with the wrong drinks. When brought to their attention I was met with attitude and handed the wrong order again. Couldn’t receive a refund for multiple food items and drinks missing and corporate offered no solution other than “we will let the store supervisor know your feedback” that place is a theft of money and a waste of time.

This Dunkin is the best Dunkin to ever exist!! The employees are all the kindest and friendliest people! We were assisted by D, Simaran, Basu and Rocky. All of them are amazing! Our iced coffees are consistent tasting and always a 10/10!! Would never go anywhere but this Dunkin! Thank you to this staff!!

This used to be my morning stop daily on my way to work. I now work from home. I will still grab a hot or iced coffee on occasion. Majority of the time I order from my phone app & pick up inside. Coffee is good but can be inconsistent in flavor. I order the same things & they tend to taste different all the time.

We traveled long distance and we found out that the washroom were closed. We had to use the washroom at Starbucks which was across the street. The service was good. The latte was not hot as we expected. The cold drinks were great. they replaced our cold lattes with hot coffees.

Very nice location and food served fresh. Loved the way employees treated us. Fresh donut and hash browns and well brewed coffee. Taste that would last forever

My friend and I went for a trip and of course we have to try this famous donuts !!!! My friend didnt like it but me omg!!!! They were soo good and i dont eat donuts at all!!! . The service was dull we went at 6pm so i think the girls might be tired for a long day of work. I bought some coffee beans and french vanilla for my sis and my bf . The price was good around $30 usa dlrs We went to the washroom all dirty and no toilet paper one start for this ⭐️. Sorry . The donuts were great , great presentation and flavor, day 2 and still good not hard as some donuts and this were from the trip from buffalo , NY to Toronto. So Still tasty .

Was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Proceeded to go in straight to the bathroom just to see 2 pounds of poop in a urinal and the most unbearable stentch known to man. The workers seemed to be doing more socializing than making sure the food is actually cooked. Fries were soggy and my chicken was just birthed and put in between two stale buns. The poop looked more appetizing and was probably warmer than my mcchicken. Only would recommend going here if you are reviewing the worst restaurants in Niagara Falls.

30 minutes for fast food is a joke. And it's not like it's a one-off. This happens all the time. Middle of the day on a weekday? 30 minutes, minimum. Morning or afternoon on the weekend? At least 10 minutes. Drive thru is just as bad. You could order your food, put your car in park, get out, walk a mile to burn the calories from the small fry you ordered in advance, get back in your car, and the line will not have moved. I saw a door dash person drive up and get their food 15 minutes after I placed my order. This is absolutely abyssmal. And the customer service when they finally provided the food was it's own type of terrible, but that is at least to be expected when ordering from a fast food restaurant.

They served us nicely. They gave us perfect food. They asked us for a good day and it was actually really nice and perfect. It was great for my kids too.

Came through to pick up dinner on our way out of town. Sandwiches were hot, fries were hot and crispy, coffee was made correctly and stirred. Customer service was quick and polite. Only bad thing was they were out of ranch but the positives far outweighed that!

Service very horrible stuck in line for 30 minutes. In the drive through line you see the employees walking around drinking ,I wouldn’t recommend going to this McDonald’s

This place is an absolute disaster. The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. They completely ignored our concerns and were dismissive when we pointed out that our order was wrong. When we asked for it to be corrected, they refused to do anything about it. We didn’t feel safe here at all. I strongly advise you to avoid this place at all costs. It’s shocking how badly they treat customers. The management really needs to train their staff on how to treat people properly. Never coming back."

Went through the drive-thru on our way to go to Niagara Falls. There was a decent line but it wasn't relatively quickly. The people were very nice at the windows had no issues at all. The area isn't the nicest I wouldn't say the atmosphere of McDonald's is bad but just the area that the McDonald's is in is definitely rundown which I was quite surprised about considering Niagara Falls is literally 5 minutes away. But overall my experience at the McDonald's was great and the people working there were great and the food was just like any other McDonald's

this is the only tim hortons that consistently serves me my order wrong and proud. i have a major sensitivity to meat and my egg and cheese sandwich somehow always seems to have sausage substituted for egg. if i wasn’t so diligent about checking my orders i would’ve gotten sick. train your employees to pay attention to what your customers are ordering.

I will say the points that I love and appreciate very much about having Tim Hortons in the States while I'm on the Road. One being that they take Canadian!!! Nowhere else takes that I am aware of. And that's all I got at the moment...after losing my credit and debit card while on the road...and burning through all my American cash on Tow trucks, and car services from having my car breakdown...I am running on low fuel...so I was very happy when they said that they take canadian, Cause this lady loooves eggs in the morning, like every day...I got two of the meal specials, which includes breaky sandy, donut, coffee, and hasbrown..I got large cold brew coffee, one with moka, one with caramel, and both with Oat milk...another thing I love about Timmies is that they have milk substitutes. Like oat, coconut and almond milk. Which is very hard to find at fast food joints and restaurants in most of the states. The other thing I like is that I can charge my phone, and power bars there and they even have USB charger outlets aswell, atleast at the one I went to this morning. The reason I gave the three..is that there is no recycling..alot of unessacaries are going to waste...and I would prefer that they get on board with recycling...or get a dish washer, and start serving their food that is dine in on plates, coffee mugs, like A & W does. Less waste would be great...and is needed. A & W has a great system and is. Good role model for that. The other reason, the one I went to on Walmore street..aka Walen Morgan Street, in New York...one bathroom had pee all over the seat..other bathroom was all out of toilet paper...and there is more then enough staff to keep up with the cleanliness of the bathrooms...that's a tick off the box for me..and the no recycling and so much waste is another tick off the box...but there is always room for improvement. I like the food, and the coffee. The staff is alright, not awesome...but not bad ..I just like people I vibe with..and have yet to have that happen at Timmies. And then the atmosphere..All the Timmies could use an upgrade...like more vibrant and uplifting colour's...instead of the plain red and beige...I always love walking into cafes like that..but fast food joints seem to veer away from being vibrant and uplifting with their paint selection. That's my two bits. I do appreciate it overall, but could benefit from some upgrades.

Team member Qasim provided exceptional service during my visit. Very polite and respectful, as well as very quick to prepare more order. My donut was perfect and ice capp splendid. Great job Qasim!

Dark roast coffee is always old, yet they still serve it ?

I give a three star because this particular location has failed three times for me when I ordered a "hand crafted hot Latte" for my wife. The same old story is their expresso machine isnt working. This occurs on the weekend's with a less experienced staff. To the management, if you cant supply what is on the menu, then take it off. This particular drink takes a few extra minutes to make, and it appears the employee's struggle with this. Otherwise, this store has great Tim Horton products.

First time trying Tim Hortons since they don't have one near our place. We stopped by in the morning while leaving Niagara falls. They have very good drinks and coffees. We tried the hashbrowns and bagel and they were tasty. Overall we enjoyed our experience.

Just stopped to get a coffee (ice caramel machiato) the drinks were pretty good but I do feel like the drink became watery rather fast. It diluted the coffee faster than it should have. Solid visit other than that.

I recommend the New York strip, and I also recommend to be prepare for the bad attention

Little gem hidden in Buffalo down the road from the casino. Not much seating but food and service was excellent.

I got a coffee the other day and wasn't thinking anything of it while ordering but after having a few sips it was the best coffee I've had from ANY donut shop in WNY. The young man Travis that made it did an amazing job doing so. Will definitely be recommending and going back for another as long as he makes it the same way as before. 10/10 coffee and 10/10 prices

This Tim Hortons is always busy which is good but please give more attention to those dining in instead of just the drive-through. I had to leave because to even get my order in it was taking too long. I went during breakfast hours between 9-10am.

Yesterday, I went to pick up 6 powdered donuts from this Tim hortons for my daughter. I asked the lady at the counter if they had any left. She goes, "What do you mean? I've never heard of powdered donuts?" At first, I think she's joking and laugh. But she didn't laugh.... So I explain, confectioner sugar, jelly inside. She said "I'm sorry, I don't know what you are talking about? Ive never heard of powdered donuts." I thought maybe, just maybe, im going crazy. Literally checked Google to see if powdered donuts existed after she gaslight ed me. Got these instead. Still so confused.

This is the third time I’ve gone to this Tim Hortons and they messed up my order. I get a Medium iced coffee with 2 cream, one sugar and ask for LIGHT Mocha. Not a death by chocolate. I had my child in the car so I just drove off. Tastes like garbage. I get coffee everyday from Tim Hortons. I don’t think my order is that complicated. Guess I’ll have to go elsewhere since the staff can’t comprehend what I’m saying.

Drive up service at Pendleton location is terrible. Unbelievably slow... But worse if you go to the counter inside!!

Absolutely terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. Despite the place being completely empty, it took them nearly 10 minutes to even acknowledge us and take our order. The staff was unbelievably rude and had an unacceptable attitude throughout. To top it off, they got our order completely wrong. Tim Hortons seriously needs to consider changing the staff at this location. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Avoid this place at all costs.

One particular staff member was very rude. I asked the employee to give me a minute bc my daughter was still deciding after I placed my order at the drive thru. When I went to the window I was only told the total which was $7.77 for a LG coffee and a medium Pumpkin Spice iced coffee. Both coffees tasted burnt and not even stirred. The employee at the window only said the total and couldn't even look at me when handing me my order. I said thank you, but what a waste of time! I said "Wow, NO MANNERS!!!" as she closed the window without a word. I ordered from this location at the drive thru on Wednesday morning with no issues but this particular evening shift (9/27/25 around 2pm) the employee had an attitude problem. With the increasing price of coffee today going to a restaurant for a cup is becoming a luxury. And no one should be disrespected because he/she chose to stop for it.

There are 8 of us who went there. The store is not busy. There are 4-6 staffs I think and only 1 cashier is open that being used by 2 staffs. Took a while to get my turn. When I placed an order this lady is very rude! I asked for a a dozen donut, 10pcs Timbits and a large coffee to go. I also ordered their 6 pack donuts (which was on their menu -technically it’s a half dozen) this lady keeps on saying “We don’t have that” which I explain it’s on their menu even pointing it and she said in a very rude manner “ Well I don’t know that and I can’t see what you’re pointing coz I don’t have glasses” So it’s my fault she don’t have an eyeglass and regardless if she use one or not she don’t know their menu. Then she asked one of the staff and tells her it’s a half dozen and she told me “You should have said half dozen not the 6 pack” in front of my friends. I’m so pissed when I told her, “That’s what it’s called on your menu!” After that she just grab a box then almost slammed the donuts without asking what flavors I want. The donuts don’t look fresh at all. When I asked if they have a carrying bag, she just said no then went to the back when there’s a paper bags in the side. My friends went to the car and I went to their dirty and foul smelling restroom the moment I went out, I heard her telling to the other staffs that I’m dumb that I don’t know the half dozen. My first and last time I will go to this branch.

Horrible customer service, they are rude, they laugh at people and get upset when you try to order something, they gave me my food in a box that looks like garbage, the tables are dirty and everyone acts as if they hate being there. Change all your staff.

I ordered iced vanilla latte but it was not made right they told us they don’t have ice cup and also no espresso so my drink was just milk with vanilla no coffee at all I came from far away and before I go back I wanted to get coffee from Tim Hortons but unfortunately the coffee experience was bad.

I ordered a chipotle chicken meal and my Coca Cola was flat I also ordered a large chicken noodle soup with absolutely no chicken inside. I went from loving Tim hortons to hating this place customer service is always awful. The worst thing I did was leave the Seneca casino resort for this trash.

Went here while visiting the Falls. My sisters and I didn't really want a hotel breakfast, so we ventured out and found this gem... and we had the best time. Don't let the small bldg fool you. We got big meals, big flavor, wonderful service. I had the bagel with egg and choice of meat. I added mushroom and onions and switched out cheddar for provolone. It hit the spot. We kept complimenting the coffee. Absolutely delicious and flavorful. We got refills. One sister got the omelet with hash browns and my other sister got pancakes. We were so delighted to find this wonderful place. Highly recommend.

Best bang for your buck, for the prices on the menu I did not think the meals would be as big as they are. You will not be disappointed eating here!

From what we could tell, this spot is a favorite among the locals—and it’s easy to see why! The food is affordable, delicious, and the pancakes are absolutely massive. If you’re looking for an off-the-beaten-path gem with hometown charm, this is the place to go!

It was a nice little place. It did take a long time for us to have our order placed but the food was not to bad. Got our drinks right away. Failed to check on us once we got the food. They acted very busy but it wasn't busy.

Nice little mamma and poppa shop on the southeast corner of Military Road and Saunders Settlement Road. Plenty of parking. Food is reasonably priced and really large portions. Triple Pancakes are about 10" in diameter. Not a big eater and only managed to consume 25% of it. Approximately ten minutes to Niagara River.

Friendly staff and usually fast service. I like mocha lattes and they get it right unlike Timmy's that hit or miss if you get a good one anymore.

Undrinkable coffee and cappucino, hash browns tasted like chemicals, breakfast sandwich cold and didn’t taste good. $27 bucks down the drain. Won’t go to this location again.

I made a reservation for 8 people for brunch. When part of my party arrived, they were told there is no reservation. Everything went downhill from there. Our party was the only table in the restaurant (no other customers) We waited for coffee and drinks. Our reservation was for 11am, we never received our food until after 12:30pm. Some of the wait staff was not helpful, we had to ask for condiments and coffee refills and wait more than 10 minutes for each request. When we brought our concerns to the attention of our waiter, he simply smiled with a "sorry". The manager came out and we conveyed our concerns to him amd received the same response. We will not be back. The food itself was ok but some of the dishes had to be sent back. The omelet in the picture was over cooked. For the price we paid, it would have been nice to be able to enjoy our meal.

A charming and well-designed cafe with a cozy atmosphere. The food is excellent; we’ve been there three times and always enjoyed it. Their breakfasts are delightful, and the burgers are outstanding. They also have a great bar and friendly, smiling servers. Highly recommended!

Great service by Grant. Drinks was on point and food was delicious. This place is Wife and I first choice for breakfast and drinks. She had mimosa with berry waffles and I had a “bees in the trap” with “eggs your way”. We even met with Niagara Falls daredevil Lori Martin, she went over the Niagara Falls in 1995 with a friend in barrels. Awesome experience every time! Must visit place Thanks and God bless

Food was exelent, we had Birria Tacos 🌮 and Pesto Flatbread, the Pesto Had sole fetta cheese and it’s fabulous, tacos sere delicious as well. The servers were not enough for the busy hours but they handled well. Drinks are very nicely made, with care and love, Expresso Martini was simply perfect. Loved this place…

Great Bar! I am from NJ and visiting the Falls here, happen to enter this kitchen and bar, everything is so good here. Red wine is smooth and sweet, as I took the recommended, cocktail also outstanding. George, who was hosting me is so kind and helpful. Worth a second try🫡

Bartender Liz is absolutely amazing, creating drinks a whim and very helpful. Fast service for all that was there. They are really the only place open at this time of night Great food and amazing customer service!! Had breakfast there the next morning! Liz was still there, always kind helpful and polite. Food was once again wonderful.

We were seated immediately once we got there. Service was good. The chef also did give out some free samples and that flatbread was good. Only thing was that the chicken was chewy. We ordered : Fish tacos-5/5 - loved this item a lot Roasted veggie hummus wrap-4/5- said garden veggie and had more of eggplant only. Chicken shawarma tacos- 3/5- it was ok ok Chicken Shawarma flatbread- 0/5- it was so salty that we had to send it back. Thankfully the server gave us a discount as he couldn’t take it off the check. Nashville chicken sandwich-3/5- little sweet for our taste. Worth trying this place

The service and friendliness were extremely poor. I ordered two half-dozens, but they were mixed together in one box, and one donut was packed incorrectly. When I asked for the receipt, they took it out of the trash and gave it to me. When I asked them to print a new one, they said it was not possible. They also implied that since most customers don’t ask for a receipt, I shouldn’t ask for one either. I found this very unpleasant.

A pit stop for my trip to buffalo, I got the new blueberry donut ice coffee and the watermelon donut. I also got the snackin bacons which is my fave. This is inside a mini convenient store and I ordered in the tablet. Got my order at a reasonable time, they did forget about my donut and I had to remind them. Also they don’t give napkins with my orders nor is it on the counter to grab. You have to ask for it.

It took me about a 15-minute walk from the Welcome Center. I can imagine it being quite challenging on a hot day since there isn’t much shade along the way.

Convenient location, very clean, and nice seating. There is a small but pretty buffalo statue by the drive through. If you are vising from out of the area and haven't been to a Tim Horton's, it is similar to Dunkin Donuts in the way that McDonalds is similar to Burger King.

Told order 3 times while woman was having a conversation with another person at the same time. "That's always fun." On 3rd time repeating order it seamed like her other conversation was done. I get to windiw pay for order and surprise, surprise order is wrong. This is 2nd time this has happened with is why I write this review because I know 3rd time is right around the corner.

I went to the Drive-Thru window during my lunch and ordered a sandwich meal with a coffee and an old-fashioned plain donut with a 10 pack of timbits. The gentleman at the window took my payment and advised me to park ahead to wait for my order. 3 cars got their order, and I waited for nearly 10 minutes before I decided to get out of my car to check on my order. No one at the counter and I walk out to see a young man holding the timbits and coffee. I tell him I am missing my food and he apologizes that there are only two people working, to which I understand, so he goes back inside. A different young man walks out and hands me my sandwich but I'm still missing my old fashioned plain and he goes back in to get it. I still want to be undertanding of the situation. Despite the wait, I get my sandwich only to bite into crusty, smelly cheese and wilted lettuce. I'm sorry but that's unacceptable. This is my lunchtime and I already can't go to a different location. It's a huge inconvenience. And my coffee tasted terrible! It's a coffee shop 😮‍💨 Please consider advising customers of a wait time when placing an order if you are short staffed and advise your staff on food regulations. Thank you.

Don’t expect fast responses when you walk in, and don’t believe the menu board because every single item I asked about was out or they didn’t make, tuna salad-nope, chipotle chicken wrap - nope. Check your bag BEFORE you leave because they don’t care about accuracy either

I do not know what’s wrong with this particular Tim Hortons. I work close by, and I order a croissant and cappuccino. I ordered my croissant toasted with butter; on 3 or 4 occasions. Every time I’ve been there, my croissants has been hard, and the butter just slathered on not melted at all. I do believe they pre toast the croissant and leave them out; so, when a customer places an order; they sale it. If the manager or management team member read this; please make/cook food to people order. Do not make it a head of time. I pay my coins and I should be able to get my breakfast hot and tasty. I work in healthcare, and I do not have the time to go reheat or go to another Restaurant or cafeteria. Please do better! Today I decided to give them another try; I ordered the same as last time which was a toasted croissant with butter a large French vanilla cappuccino and 20 honey Tim bits; for my office {Tim bits were dry, hard and stale}. Croissant was not hot or warm and the butter was not melted on the croissant just like the last time. The cappuccino was just luke-warm watered-down milk. Very disappointing! Maybe the workers need more training in how to prepare the food and drinks.

Absolutely ridiculous ordered a breakfast meal got a burned croissant with no sausage and coffee for 8.00 wtf bc of eggs they said..no side order of hash browns Absolutely terrible how downhill Tim's have gotten far cry for when it first opened..never again..
