Sunny and good looking place to have a rest with children, there are several river beaches nearby with rescuers. Prices are quite high and games places are old, probably Soviet. But overall it is ok.

I'd like to say that here is the "forgotten area ok Kyiv". I took me 9 months to discover it! And it's really a beautiful place! And it has nothing to do with the rest of the city. So then it's really impressive to see it !!

Good place with sand river beaches in Kyiv. You can get here by car or subway 🚇. Here a lot of local fast food places as well as cafes and some restaurant. Very nice gym is free. Also you can find here museum of miniatures and some local performances. Some places are from soviet union or 90s looks really terrible. Very cool views on main Kyiv monoments like Lavra highest UA flag and motherland monoument.

Very easy to get by metro of Kiev Red Line (Line 1). Nice Cafes around the park and walking paths. Must see the amazing views of the motherland monument, cathedrals and other historic places from the beach.

Very nice place! The swimming pool is chilled, just like you want it. Drinks are awesome. Pina Corona was definitely worth trying as well as sangria

Called them to confirm if medium dogs are allowed, they said -yes. But when we got there , they first let us in , and after said that we have to leave as dog is more than 5 kg (which was not informed on during our advanced call to them).

So I have been here on Tuesday the 29th of July. I am deeply unsatisfied and this is why: Firstly, the guard didn't want to let us in, because we had a Camel backpack. Secondly, when we tried to order a salad and water we needed to wait for 15 min until the bartender and waitress were solving their argument. Both of them were rude and didn't care that customers were waiting for them. After that, it turned out that we had to pay a 10% service fee, even though I think that the service was very bad. Thirdly, the changing room doesn't have hair dryers and a lot of lockers are broken. In my opinion, the premises are nice , but service is horrible.

This place is very beautiful, the location is good and hotel it’s nice, have comfortable beds and spacious rooms. They restaurant is good just lobster is disaster, the rest have good quality. The price is like in Europe, but the stuff will make you feel like in the Soviet Union 35 years ago. Nobody speaks English or other languages, and they will try to cheat and lie to have as much profit as they can. The breakfast is the worst, they sell it like the best, but after to pay it, you see that is not more than a joke. I definitely don’t recommend this place, price is like in Europe but the stuff is not on the same level.

Their main restaurant is a disaster. We were ready to make an order, but we had to wait for 15 min with a small kid on a windy terrace. In that period none of the waiters has come to us neither to accept the order, or to propose a warm blanket (though at least 4 waiters were passing by, and they were serving just ~10 tables). As a result, we’ve just left that place after these 15 minutes passed, because my daughter was very hungry. On the opposite, the grill-bar (the second restaurant) was significantly better: the waiter was polite and helpful, and the order was served very fast.

I had a chance to try all the amenities but will be reviewing pool area( prebreznuy). Entrance on the weekend is 500 uah. I expected to have decent service included with this fee but I was disappointed. Servers refused to take orders at pool area and send us to the bar. In all other city pools servers take orders beside the pool and bring everything there too. Our friends were sent to the bar to place their food order too and same server who took it sent us there. Very stupid roles. I also saw a mother with an infant who scratched his knee and it was bleeding. Mother asked a lifeguard fur bandaid but lifeguard did not have one . He simply didn’t have any first aid kit . That was shocking and unacceptable! He offered to call a nurse but it’s just inconvenient and so slow. Had a very poor experience here, rang ahead on Friday to ask if we could book on Saturday. Was informed no need to book just turn up. So we travelled an hour to get there arriving at 4pm on Saturday. We were then told that no women would be allowed in, only men were allowed in, as the Spa had too many women inside. My female partner was very upset given the distance we had travelled. So we offered to wait or go to the restaurant for an hour until a lady leaves. The staff said this was not possible, and even though it was open till late there are no conditions under we would be allowed in together. So overall customer service and helpfulness got a zero that day. So I think the lesson is this place is unreliable and unhelpful. If you are going to go, then go earlier in the day, maybe before lunch time otherwise you will just waste alot of your time and effort.

First dinner date, lovely environment, prompt and friendly service. Broad European food selection, highly recommend the green salad with pinenuts and grapefruit slices. Second course was the traditional borscht 300gm, and main entree BBQ pork neck with red spice sauce on the side. Dinner was paired with a nice merlot. Meal was tasty, company delightful. Well. They brag they have a huge outdoor pool. It's heavily overcrowded in nice weather while creepy and underpopulated in less than nice weather. Built in a big partly deserted lot in a middle of nowhere. Best use is to drop your kids here under guidance of some responsible kid or senior and get a good shopping session in the Sky Mall. Food court is based on concept of beer and chips for lounging public, maybe a cup of latte, shouldn't expect for more.

I’ve travelled extensively. My expectations for service are minimal. But this was exceptionally bad service - and from not one, but two lakeside table servers. Regarding food — no aubergines at a Georgian restaurant severely limited the selection. …not that either server proposed any other dish after announcing the lack of aubergines. Instead, they sold us tea at $2 per cup (not per pot) and then verbally rounded the bill up when we paid. Nice location on the lake, though.

The venue is looking great. Ambience was amazing. It took some time to receive our order but I guess staff was really occupied that day with the crowd. When we arrived showers near swimming pool didn’t work and guests were plunging into the water without the shower! Looks like the water doesn’t change/filter through so often or it’s just not suitable for a such big number of people, as the swimming pool could get very crowded. Спасатели всегда на месте (в служебное время) и выполняют свои обязанности, есть медпункт. Есть детский пляж и конечно же плавают утки. Приятного отдыха. P.S. Хочется обратить внимание на правила безопасности при отдыхе на озере: да лайфгарды конечно выполняют свои обязанности но существуют и другие опасности.
