The 20 best breakfast and brunch in Stone Mountain

It’s between 3-3.5. We went there on a weekend for lunch and it took forever to be seated. The main server lady was somewhat curt and aggressive. After finally being seated, it still took another 5-10 min until someone came by and it took another 20-30 min for food to finally come out. It seemed like the majority of people were ok with waiting a long time for anything to happen. We had a variety of burgers, salads and sandwiches and they were all fairly good. The sauce for sweet potato fries were great. It’s a cute establishment but not great.

The Sweet Potato Cafe is a nice little cafe that is very quaint and pleasant. I had the southern fried fish with garlic mash potatoes and cream collard greens. It was my first time eating cream collards. My friend Shela from church was limited because she is a vegan and had dietary restrictions. No dairy, no meat or animal products. She has an allergy reaction to tomatoes. She could only eat the purple cabbage after noticing that the cucumber salad had tomatoes in it. They had wonderful fresh lemonade with basil and cucumber, which she loved. She was unhappy after returning the cucumber salad. We plan to come and check out the weekly menu, which has more choices. Sunday menu is short and sweet. Thank you for charging my phone as we ate our dinner. That helped me out tremendously. Thank you, Chef Karen.

Man! I came in for lunch today and had the chicken pesto panini with sweet potato fries. The service was excellent and the quality of ingredients and preparation are next level. Definitely one of the best pesto chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a long time and the sweet potato fries are without a doubt the best around.

What a sweet little place in Stone Mountain Village! I loved the vibe. Was invited for lunch by a friend. Learned that entrees are served after 4pm (excerpt on Thursdays) so we are burgers. It was delicious. The food was in the range of $10-20, but we also had drinks and dessert. The strawberry shortcake was fantastic and I don't have a sweet tooth. The decoration/atmosphere is very cool. I only took a picture of the bathroom sink, but wanted to take a picture of the sign that said: Yesterday was the deadline for complaints. I loved it. 💕

We arrived 10 minutes after they opened for breakfast and were seated promptly. They took our food and drink order at the same time time. The music was very loud and acoustics were bad, so it was a little difficult to have a conversation. We did not receive our drinks (coffee and water) for 45 minutes. Looking around, this was the case for most of the other tables as well. Our food arrived after 1 hour and 10 minutes. It was good! The chicken and waffles was delicious. The cheesy grits were wonderful. The sweet potato biscuit was fun, but dense for my liking. We presented a coupon when it was time to pay, and they would not accept it, despite the coupon fine print not having any restrictions. Not a huge deal, because we’ve been wanting to come anyway, but it certainly didn’t help the experience. One odd thing - the entire time during our meal, when people came in the door looking for a table, the wait staff was strangely rude to them. They’d tell them that they were full and there was a 45 minute wait, but it genuinely sounded that the wait staff was annoyed that people were coming to the restaurant. I would have not come back had I been any of those customers who came in. Decent food, but the rest of the experience overrode that. Unfortunately this will be a one time trip for us.

Oh wow! Where do I start! My daughters and I ordered the Linguine in roasted Garlic with grilled chicken! It was SOOOO GOOD! A savory home style taste. We also ordered the Pulled Pork and Mac..that cuisine was such a comfort food..comfort for the soul!! Lastly, I got the Grilled Salmon, sweet potato soufflé was amazingly good and the steamed broccoli! The salmon was so flavorful and succulent!! The ambience was great with nice relaxing, Jazzy oldies and some new ones. We really enjoyed the meal. To top of off, we had the lemon blueberry cake, key lime cake and the apple pound cake. Are you getting hungry yet?? Well you need to get to this jewel in the heart of Stone Mountain! Lastly let me not forget our great server! Cameron was very tentative to us and very courteous, friendly and served us with a smile. We plan to come back and bring hubby and my son this time!

I went with a friend. We weren't able to try the food because we wanted brunch and they only do brunch on Sundays until 2:45pm. We were there on a Saturday and they stop breakfast at 11:45am the reason why I'm still giving them five stars was the service. They took the time to explain their hours and their grab and go breakfast during the week. My friend had ordered a sweet tea that he was going to pay and they offered on the house. They serve lemon infused water which was very refreshing, I will visit as soon as I can to try the food. There options look great.

We came across this diner after our hotel restaurant was 50+ minutes backed up at 8:30pm. After a long day of driving with two kids, that wasn’t happening. METRO DINER was absolutely happening!! The food was perfect, the staff was absolutely the friendliest we’ve come across and the prices were extremely reasonable for the amount and quality of food received. We enjoyed it so much, we came back for breakfast the next two days! So nice to find a good location with friendly service and a variety of food offering to satisfy even the pickiest eaters 😝 OH! I almost forgot about the desserts! Insanely delicious. Wish we lived closer!

This place is a must try!!! The food was fresh and excellent. The service was very kind. The atmosphere is charming. Very clean. The prices are reasonable. Next time I will try their huge cakes. I wanted a chicken gyro. They only sold lamb gyro. The cook made an exception for me. Awesome experience.

Yummy!!! If you are in the Stone Mountain area I would definitely recommend you go and try this place out. Felicia was super kind and made our experience so much better. Food was delicious!!! We did end up having to wait 10 to 15 minutes, and the place was packed. I definitely have to recommend the lemon chicken soup!!! I will definitely be coming back to this hidden gem!!!

Very friendly servers and the managers checked on us several times. The food was absolutely amazing and you get a lot for your money. Will be back next time we are in town

Every time we visit Metro Café, we know we’re in great hands with Naima! Her incredible service, friendly personality, and sharp sense of humor always brighten our day. She has a way of making everyone feel welcomed and cared for ike family. The food is always on point, and somehow her jokes make it taste even better! Metro Café Diner lowkey one of the best-kept secrets in the city. Ain’t packed like Waffle House, but the food? Different. I had chicken & Waffle, and it was seasoned right, cooked fresh — no microwave vibes. This that real Southern comfort food. Don’t let the slow crowd fool you. Some of y’all sleeping on a gem. No crazy wait times, chill energy, and folks here actually care about your plate. Good service, real portions, and the prices? Still solid. And listen — their cheesecake?🔥 Legendary. Don’t walk out without trying a slice. It’s what they known for, and it lives up to the hype. If you’re in the area or just passing through ATL — pull up and eat good. Atmosphere was very cute (an old time classic diner feel) The server was very friendly and attentive the food however was sadly not good. My four children (teenagers ) and I all ordered the metro wings half mild half teriyaki our wings were HUGE and kind of wet 😩 the sauce was very light my kids substituted their fries for sautéed mushrooms (no flavor), rice (no flavor), seasonal veggies (no flavor) 😔 I also ordered the half rack of ribs with fries their fries were nicely seasoned and crispy ,their bbq sauce wasn’t to my liking 😔 that plus drinks amounted to $89-$90 . I might return and try their breakfast menu and their extensive pastry selection it looked very enticing. The music was great Back in time classic hits. My suggestion as a customer change cooks or something the food wasn’t good at all guys Respectfully speaking. 🙏

Great local breakfast spot. Good portion sizes and great tasting food. My favorite item is the premium bowl with salmon, grits and eggs. Plus you can add toppings like cheese, spinach or my favorite bacon crumbles. This place has the BEST biscuits I have ever had in my life! I am also a huge fan of thr pancakes. The staff is super friendly and their is a very relaxed homey feel. Anytime I'm in the mood for breakfast this is my favorite place to stop.

If you’re looking for a place to stop and have some good breakfast/ lunch, this is the spot I highly recommend the French toast / chicken the cook and waitress were so polite. He came out and I told him how great the food was and allowed us to try a little bit of their cheese grits. I must say I’ve never Tasted something so delicious like this!!!!

After our morning hike at Stone Mountain, we stopped by here for a meal. The food was flavorful, and the service was quick, but the customer service left something to be desired. The coffee we ordered was full of coffee beans, and the waitress didn’t seem to think it was a big deal when we brought it up. Overall, we didn’t feel very welcomed. Since we were just passing through from out of state, it’s not a place we’d go out of our way to visit again.

It was my husband and I 1st time coming. 10/10!!!! The catfish was real American catfish fried to perfection. Hubby loved his salmon omelette and added all his favorite toppings. Generous portions, exceptional staff, great energy, and we left needing a nap lol.

After our Stone Mountain hike we were looking for a place to have breakfast. We decided to go to this place and we were not disappointed. Food was so delicious the staff are very nice and friendly.

Huskers is a very good place to go as an alternative to the norm. They have fried fish. Whiting Talapia and Salmon. The place is pretty good. It's alot better when you show up before they decide to start shutting down though. They close up early like 230 or 3pm. I've not gone too early but I have gone late and you can see the attitudes. All in all the food is decent. The ticket is slight bit higher than expected, but you can't get fried fish for breakfast too many places. The staff has been there for years and they are who they are...little rough around edges for some, but you get use to it. They've never treated me out bad, except when I showed up late that one time. Great spot to try a different type of breakfast. Small and quaint. Go check em out! Sorry I forgot to take pics. Next time I go I will get some for ya. And OH, they play some of the best oldies but goodies while you're eating. Gotta love good music and good food.

There’s so much attention to detail. You walk in and your mood suddenly changes. Very easy going staff willing to help you through the menu and modify your order in a way that makes sense for your order. The plating was gorgeous. I got the French toast that was dusted in cinnamon and confection sugar by our waitress. The hash browns were golden brown and crispy like I like them. I’ve been posting a lot more for a lot less at other restaurants. They were able to accommodate my meat preferences by offering turkey sausage (I would prefer chicken) but the sausage was real (not the microwave stuff) which is increasingly hard to come by these days. SYRUP 👏 COMES👏 OUT👏 HOT👏 EVERY👏 TIME👏

Poor employees who absolutely do not care. Individual food boxes were so greasy they fell apart before we could eat our food in the car. Completely grease soaked. Employees acted angry that we ordered face-to-face and did not use the kiosk.

I ordered my usual large drink on the kiosk. When I asked the cashier up front for my cup he gave me a medium cup and when I let him know I ordered the large he proceeded to tell me that was a large cup. Maybe training should be reevaluated for staff.

Seems since they installed kiosks at McDonald's the help doesn't bother to come take care of you even when there are signs up saying the kiosks are not in service.. we need to get ppl working hard and taking care of customers like they once did years ago or this country is going to continue to fall into the laziest country on the globe! It takes everyone's help and hard work to get it back to the country that all of us Americans deserve!

This is the spicy chicken sandwich sold to me by the McDonald's on Highway 78. If you've been there, you know EXACTLY which McDonald's I'm talking about. I actually thought it was a hamburger at first and complained, but then I took a closer look and realized that it WAS chicken. I was asked what the problem was and said that this looks overcooked, only to be told, "That's just how our chicken looks." Now by "our" I don't know if they mean ALL McDonald's locations, or just that one. I've ordered this exact same sandwich before, at a different location, and it did NOT look like this. This looks like it was either overcooked or cooked in old grease that should have been disposed of. The employees' responses, of course, ranged from nonchalant to downright nasty about my complaint. Oh, and I also asked if this was a corporate or franchise store and was told "I don't know" with a shrug. How do you not know that? How is this place still operating?

How does McDonald's pick managers?!! This manager threatened and then assaulted me with an entire pot of boiling HOT coffee on my face and chest. She was arrested!! CRAZY HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS HERE!!

This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. Food was good, standard fare.

Doesn’t even deserve one star! By far the most disgusting Mc Donald’s! Ordered a Big Mac and got the wrong bread and only one patty! Ordered a double quarter pounder and the meat was not cooked! It was so red we noticed it after taking a bite! Weird because we still had to pull up to wait because our order was being cooked! I wondered what they cooked if the meat was red! Fries were cold! I asked for a sweet tea with light ice and got a cup full of ice and cup of tea was not even filled up all the way! Called the location and they stated that THAT THEY DONT DO REFUNDS! Only remakes! That came from the manager. Seriously!!!

Now, I'm a "Chicky" when it comes to Chick-fil-A. And normally, this is my favorite go-to location. Unfortunately, I had to discard my salad. While preparing it for eating, a spider was crawling underneath everything. Very disappointed. My sons enjoyed their meals, though.

Had lunch with my daughter in law, granddaughter & two of my great grands, food was great (I only eat at Chick-Gil-A as far as fast food goes). The great grands enjoyed the playroom & want to come back again! Yeah! Always clean & welcoming. Mickey was very accommodating. The kids enjoyed his jokes.

Easily one of our favorite places to visit. The kids have a great time, grateful for a clean restroom and clean play area (almost all the time). The food is delicious, and has dietary options available like gluten free bun.

We went in tonight for a quick dine-in experience. We were talking to Ruth at the register about the new passion fruit lemonades and very specifically asked if we could get a refill and she replied “of course we do free refills”. We sat down and ate and then went to top off our drinks and get a refill of the lemonade and she said that they can’t do refills for it and we would have to buy it again. Jojo was leaning across the counter for to-go orders and I explained the situation to her and asked for her to interjected. She said “no we can’t do refills on that and u would have to buy another”. We walked out of the location pretty upset and it’ll be a very long time before we go back. The service here has gone down tremendously after we’ve been dining here for over 25yrs! We’ll just go to the other one on 78 now.

I'm an amateur boxer and aleays ordered chick fil a on my cheat days, and today I ordered food and they gave the guy the wrong order. Then when I called I was telling them, and they were rude to me about it then hung up. I was upset and called back but no answer. Called back again call declined. I had to call back 7 times before I got an answer then they said that it wasn't their problem and they can do nothing about it. I asked if they delivered it and got a snarky tone as she said "Nooo no we can't" and I asked why and she hung up. This made me upset cus I looking forward to getting it right since I've never had a problem. But that was just rude as hell to me. It would be better if they weren't rude and actually helped. I called again and a lady actually helped me but the others were very rude. To sum it up I got the wrong order which was cold, and they ppl on the phone were rude about it.

Specifically Micah was so respectful and well mannered while taking my order. Never any issues with this Chic Fl A always efficient. Great job

Service was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a Chic Fil A. Disappointed on drive thru

My family walked in and it was empty. No one greeted us even though both workers looked at us. After standing there for roughly 3 minutes we walked out. Often times the workers are the reason for not receiving tips which result in them not enjoying their job. NO ONE is going to voluntarily tip anyone for nasty/poor service. This event took place 10/15/25 at 8:46pm.

this once was my neighbor hood waffle house but it now has become the worst restaurant i’ve ever been to. everything from the food to service here is of the worst quality. all of the workers at the waffle house are just straight disrespectful and don’t care at all about the customers. i would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. they need to fire all of them and find some better workers. your much better going down the street.

All of my family’s topping missing no bacon on my hashbrown no gravy or jalapeños on my dads food no sausage with my moms plate I believe this is just outrageous making us pay for all these extras and not adding them to our meal.

We had just come from Netherworld cause we didn't want to pay their prices for food and we wanted something quick and reliable, and unfortunately our visit was everything but that ! We came in around 11 pm with a handful of other people who also were at Netherworld and took our seats, when our waitress came to take the tables order, we let her know that there would be two tickets and after that she only took one tickets order before walking off, completely ignoring the other side of the table. It took roughly 30 minutes for us to even get our drinks and when we EVENTUALLY got our food it was ALL messed up in some way and we only got half of what we ordered. It took our waitress like 45 minutes to an hour to even take the other tickets order. By the time we left we still didn't have all our food and she just gave us HALF OF WHAT WE WERE MISSING in a to go bag after we paid. A Small List of Issues with our food, just for fun; The eggs for the All Star that was ordered was supposed to be well done, but they scrambled them and the grits were supposed to have extra cheese, instead that went on the incorrect eggs. The waffle got to us and hour after the grits and eggs didn't get the sausage until after paying 2 hours later Someone ordered a Grits bowl and got Hash Browns instead One Waffle was meant to be plain but instead had the blue berries on it, the person who ordered this(plain waffle) is allergic to blue berries A order of hash browns was supposed to just have mushrooms and gravy and they added ham just cause I guess And lastly, someone ordered a waffle and breakfast side, which was sausage, and we never even got the sausage from that order, even after paying and getting some of what we were missing I would NOT recommend their nightshift crew if you want to eat here.

My wife and I decided to grab a quick bite today, and decided to stop at a Waffle House location on Hwy 78, near Stone Mountain. What a great choice! We were immediately and sincerely greeted upon entering, then treated to great service by our server. The food was served very warm, and tasted great. While dining, we were approached by four different individuals, including the cook, to ensure our food was to our liking, and that we did not need anything else. The inside appeared to be recently renovated, was very well maintained. On our way out, we also noticed they had a health inspection score of 100! Waffle House Corporate please take note...I wish all of your locations were as nice as this location. To the store managers and employees...keep up the great work at store 2126!

Management, Disappointed from the experience at your Stone Mountain location (next to the McDonald’s) around 10:30 pm 10/10/25 The waitress, Tori, was very off putting from the moment we arrived. She didn’t greet us, which not a big deal however seemed irritated and short while waiting on me and my son and Very dismissive. While the food was fine, the onions were left off of the order now with that being said being she already had a slight attitude I almost didnt mention it however once I got her attention and advised about this she seemed even more bothered went to the cooked whispered something to him he looked my way now I’m not sure what was said however I would think this would be a simple ask. Never came back to see if we needed anything else during the visit . The service made the visit uncomfortable and unpleasant. I’ve always enjoyed Waffle House, but this particular experience was far from that. Being a higher level manager for a fortune 5 company I’ve over seen large teams, retails stores etc so I most def understand how a somewhat busy day/night can have one on the move HOWEVER this was not it. Culture is key This location we will not come back to visit here in GA The crazy part I’ve worked these kind of jobs earlier in my life and always make sure my tip is very generous but there was no way I could tip this service. Tori, The reason I asked your name and double thanked you and said I appreciate it was to see if your attitude would shift but it didn’t hun No matter who you come across in life hun you must carry a positive attitude along with it.

When traveling down South we always find a Krystal to stop at. It was late and only the the Drive-Thru was open. We gave the person our order and before we got to the window we realized we didn't order enough food for everyone. I asked the young lady at the window could we add some more Krystal's to the order? She said yes no problem with a smile on her face! She was friendly with a great attitude and customer service!!! I asked her name so I could leave her a nice review. Audreana you are AWESOME!!! Food was hot,fresh and great!

Delicious burger made quick and with care. Very polite workers, made our day with the small chitchat. The building itself was showing it's age though, from the decor to the faded menus on the wall.

Went to this location this morning. There was a female employee standing outside. She runs inside and locks the door when she sees me coming to enter the restaurant. The restaurants dining area to order inside the restaurant was suppose to be opened to customers. When I go to pull at the door I am told that they locked the door because they feared for their safety. Why? Because I’m African American? This location is discriminatory. All black people are not a threat and I will be escalating this issue and encounter to corporate. Unacceptable!

The register was not working. Staff had to use the drive thru register but could not take cash. I had ordered two small chicken sandwichs for over $7 😫. After the clerk went back to the office to find out what he should do about taking cash and I was told credit card only, I canceled my order. The kitchen did not look clean or kept up, so I really actually relieved not to eat the food.

The food was terrific! I ordered the cheese krystal with the chili cheese pup and the apple turnover and everything was cooked to perfection. My food tasted fresh and everything was nice and warm. Next time I'm in Georgia, I will definitely be eating here again.

I went to go dine in and it was so miserable because it was so hot inside. Ac must be out?????? I felt so bad for the staff. They did a fantastic job, so sweet and I feel so bad that they have to work like that Cooking food and it is so hot. Krystals you need to do better. That's so unfair!

I went here on 4/18/25 @ 5:30am. I ordered the 4 burger sandwiches it comes with fries and a drink. The burgers bread was stale and the meat was cold. I waited for 10 minutes with this guy sounding tired and my food isn't even fresh. Shame on you.

I came at 8:30am, as I approached this CFA the line was out the parking lot into the street they had NO employees outside taking orders. I waited in the drive thru literally for 30 mins because right now it is 9:00am and they still had me to pull up to wait on my food. The Food: Was over cooked, hash browns were hot and too oily. The spicy biscuit fila was over cooked and small as well

Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A, but this visit was extremely disappointing. The chicken in my sandwich was drenched in oil — not crispy, just greasy and heavy. The fries were the same: soggy and soaked through with oil. The bun looked and felt like it had been oil-pressed, making the entire sandwich unappetizing. The produce didn’t help. The tomato was chewy, wrinkled, and clearly not fresh. The lettuce looked like it had been through a rough day — bruised, limp, and even smelled off. Honestly, it was one of the worst fast food meals I’ve had in a long time. Quality and freshness felt like they were completely forgotten. Hoping this was just a bad day, but it left a really bad impression... I won't be back to this location.

Disgusting literally found eggs, larva eggs on my salad on my sandwich sitting out clearest day and they still put it on my sandwich and try to give it to me. Disgusting place needs to be shut down. How is it your fixing someone sandwich and don’t see it and it clear as day is what I ask the Manager. Who ever was handling the food needs to be fired. Since most people would say it may not be there sandwiches so I included the manager in the picture. What are your team doing in the back where they don’t notices this. I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Memorial Chick-fil-A location. I’ve ordered the same wrap here multiple times with no issues, but today, the cashier refused to take my order shaking her head, mumbling, “We don’t do that.” When I asked for a manager, they were just as unhelpful. I was shocked by the poor service, as this is not what I expect from Chick-fil-A. It felt more like the inconsistent and careless service you’d get at McDonald’s. I had to waste my entire lunch break driving to the Lavista location, where they took my order with no problem and were just as confused as I was about why the Memorial location refused to make the wrap. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location. If you value good service and consistency, I’d recommend going elsewhere. I placed an pickup order way before closing I also made it there 9:58pm so that my order would be confirmed if you look back at the cameras from 7/8/25 THERE WAS NOBODY OUTSIDE CONTROLLING THE LINE OR OUT THERE TO CONFIRM MY ORDER AS MY APP INSTRUCTED ME TO DO I WAITED PATIENTLY IN A LINE THAT WAS OUT THERE UPON MY ARRIVAL. Amazing restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and the quality was excellent. The service was great, and the staff were friendly and always smiling, which made the whole experience even better. The place is clean, cozy, and has a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to everyone!

I should have known when I walked in. Something wasn’t gonna be right. The place was kind of dirty. I eat at least Chick-fil-A once a week, but never this location and I will never come back I’m in order to go got home. The food was rancid. I’m sure the fries were good at lunch, but I didn’t come till around 4 o’clock so go figure and it was definitely something wrong with the chicken. I cannot eat it. I think it was bad. Don’t eat here.

The food and my server was good. Then I heard a dog bark. When the man left. No one sanitized the area. After fifteen minutes I asked for a manager to see why they are not cleaning that area. I do not have a problem with service dogs. Just follow your cleaning procedures please.

I ordered on ,5/25 I haven't been to a locationl in a very long time. My food was cooked correctly and everything I thought that all of the condiments were in the bag so I left after checking my food order was right. Plastic wear and syrup no butter at all for my pancakes though that's why I left 4 stars instead of 5. Food was delicious cooked good. The cashier's at Waffle House always make sure everything is there.

Service and food were great. Manager definitely needs to hire more people as the poor waitress was basically cooking, cleaning, waiting, and running the register. She did amazing as did the cook ( probably the same nice lady last night). Area is shady so park your car near where you'll be sitting and keep one eye on your car at all times, of course this isn't the restaurants fault, its just Atlanta in general for the most part. Great job to the waitress/ cook/ dishwasher/ hostess. She deserves a raise, tipped her all I could afford.

Came to this location for breakfast, it was pretty empty, service was pleasant and quick. There was some employees talking loud, one employee made an announcement asking everyone to be patient because he was by himself. Then 2 employees walked in and he thanked them for showing up to work. Very awkward but food was good, had the split decision for breakfast, sirloin tips and breakfast sampler. The dining room could use a good cleaning and the bathrooms too. There were people hanging around outside but not bothering anyone.

Place looks miss managed, 3 servers for the whole place, poor people look over worked, was sat at a broken booth, table was sticky, dinner ware wasn’t clean & food was okay at best & take over 40 minutes for a single order. Place looks like it needs repairs.

I didn't eat and I was hungry. Avocado looks terrible, taste was awful,after waiting over 40 mins.

If I could give zero stars, I would. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We were seated and no one ever came back to the table to take our order. We waited 15 minutes and just left. There were 4 workers that we could see and they knew we were waiting. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I went to this McDonald's and they gave me 3 chicken burgers to take away. The bread was burnt and the lettuce was old. The people who work in the kitchen work without enthusiasm. They need to correct or change staff.

I arrived at 5:30am. The lobby was locked. After a 10 minute wait, I was informed they were understaffed, so unable to open lobby. I ordered online, and hit drive thru. I ordered Big breakfast wirh steak, but got sausage. No syrup. No butter. And no time to go back to store to fix it. Just UGH....

I came in hoping to get the best value to feed five kids from my neighborhood who told me they were hungry and didn’t have any food at home. Brenna not only greeted me with kindness, but she took the time to patiently explain the menu, pointing out the best deals and helping me stretch every dollar to make sure these kids could eat a full meal. Her compassion and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into a heartwarming experience. The person attending to drive to ask me for a cold more than three times like she didn’t understand it. Then she asked for my order three more times, she didn’t even smile or say thank you or even apologize for her attitude.

Went through the drive thru & it has been a while since I went to a McDonalds-- I bought a cheese burger ($2.19) & 2 large fries ($7.98) for a total of $10.98. The cheese burger reminded me of the old commercial, "where's the beef". Not only did the size of the cheeseburger shrunk but the cost doubled. My burger was placed on the bottom of the bag with the two large fries on top of it. So I'm not sure if my burger was smushed or not. Unfortunately, my fries were a little undercooked and extremely salty. The order person rang up an apple pie for me but then said they did not have any. The server & order people were nice but not extremely friendly.

Definitely wasn’t expecting to see this. I happen to look down and realize my burger wasn’t cooked all the way. I took pictures and went back to show them as well. The manager was really nice about everything and she also offered to replace the meal. Customer service was great just a mistake on the burger

The food was delicious, but the lady taking my order? Very rude. I mean, very rude, and my drinks weren't filled with how they are supposed to be. If you're going to work in the food industry, especially in the morning, have some human decency, dont be rude to the customers. Dont rip them off of their money by not giving them the right amount of the food or drinks, etc.

What I ordered vs. What had to do with my food to make sure I didn’t get sick!!! Honestly this terrible and they didn’t even try I ordered cheese steak and eggs with grits!! They gave me shoe leather, dry eggs and a brick of grits!! Shut this location down or only put people at the grill who know how to cook!!

Order food from door dash and it arrived half cook and 1 waffle burnt. The bacon was not done ans grits were hard. How they was able to accomplish that amaze me. The prices went up and food went down. Last time ordering from them.

Being a tourist I had to try the famous waffle house .. there is not really Many vegan or gluten free options but waffle house is a old fashion dinner specialising in breakfast they have pecan waffles witch I had they were good it's good hangover stonner not the best if your a health enthusiast but food and service was good

Walked up to an individual who was sticking his head out the pick up window on the phone as he continued his conversation on the phone even tho a customer was in front of him and I asked him if I could order or how I could order and his response was “no" and then I asked how can I order again and he said DoorDash only which I don’t understand if taking a order isn’t that hard ?!

Amazing food, amazing service, and amazing time

have been a mistake on there end and gave my food to someone else, when my driver arrived they said it was already gone. a man offered to remake the food, and the woman still said no. it was 4 am and i was really needing that and i explained that she did not want to remake the food.

I ordered burger king through grubhub tonight. I ordered 3 double cheese burgers (one of which was ordered as cheese, mayo, and tomato only), a large fri, and a Hershey pie. I was given 3 whoppers, a small fry, and a Hersheys pie. This is not the first time that I have received the wrong items in my order, but how generous of you to give me ONE item that was ordered out of FIVE items. Purchasing through grubhub means that I do not receive a full refund considering I tipped the driver and there is tax. Absolutely ridiculous. These managers and owners of the franchise should be so embarrassed by the fact that these workers are so inept. Back in my home town in New Hampshire, there were special needs workers who never got an order wrong or put this little effort into their work. So much for "southern hospitality." I think the most pathetic part about it is that these "managers" are not going to leave their number and offer any sort of apology or reconcile the situation because they don't care. I put "manager" in quotes because all that is right now is your job title. A true manager leads by example, so you are either not setting a good example or you are simply not watching over your staffs work. ✌️

My family and I were in town to visit Stone Mountain Christmas. On our way home, we stopped by this Burger King to order 4 small hash browns and six French toast sticks to tie us over until we made it home. We don’t frequent Burger King for the cleanliness or customer service, but for the consistency of the food. This Burger King was by far the worst Burger King we’ve ever been to. The person who took our order shouldn’t have even bothered reporting to work. He didn’t acknowledge us completing our order, so we ended up driving around so we could get our total and pay. We were told to drive to the front to wait on our food to be prepared. It was hard to believe at 8am, they didn’t have hash browns and French toast already prepared, but we were willing to wait hoping the food would be hot and fresh. Needless to say, after waiting for 10min or less, we were disappointed at the ball of grease that was handed to us. The French toast and hash browns were soggy of grease we couldn’t even eat it and were too disgusted to bother asking for our money back. What happened to people taking pride in their work? There’s no way I would have served this to anybody.

The place was dirty when we walked in so we decided to order our food to go. The girl working the counter was more interested in being on her phone than the customers. Two customers after us walked out because of this because she was texting and not taking their orders. Our food was cold and after paying we were told they were out of the stuff we order so we had to take something else. The managers and other employees were sitting outside in cars and came back in when the girl at the front counter kept having issues. Very unprofessional workers and place and we won’t be back.

Very very BAD customer service. My order was mixed up and the "manager" was very rude in trying to change my order. She seemed irritated because I asked her to give me the correct order- which was the fault of the cashier. When the manager replaced the order she waited 5 minutes to serve it back to me, cold, without cheese as I requested. No one took responsibility. I think that if you are unable to handle pressure especially as a leader you should NOT lead a team. The tables were filthy and we waited to have them cleaned before we ate. DO NOT EAT HERE UNTIL THE MANAGEMENT IS REPLACED.

Food preparation was sub par for a burger king. Manager kept interrupting the cashier as she was trying to take our order, couldnt get a word in edgewise. And they prioritize the drive through window to the point where I waited nearly 20 minutes for my food while atleast 10 drive through orders were done start to finish. And they still got my order wrong. Place looks deserted and probably for good reason

THE WORST Burger King location in Atlanta 🤯 I was picking up an order when they told me to wait, 10 minutes later a guy came in, ordered and got his food in 5 minutes, in between his wait there was a lady who came in and ordered, also got her food in 5 mins. So I’ve been watching this circus for almost 20 minutes and I mean they were loud, cackling at one another! But the worst was these two cousins that just keeept ooon talking and not doing their work! Finally when my food came around the manager checked the bill and asked “Jamaica” where is the orange juice and coffee?, to her answer “there isn’t any” and the manager pointed at my bill, then she said “oh I didn’t see that, did you want me to make a fresh pot?” 🤯🤯 I lost it and left! I’ve been watching a single brain cell jumping from one staff to another for a good 20 minutes and at the end they still couldn’t get my order right?!!! And bear in mind.. when I walked in there was nobody there except for me!! Just HOW did they all land a job??? And the panelling I was leaning on had at least 5 dead flies on them! 🤢🤢 first and last time I am setting my foot in that horror show!

I'm not going to lie I just ordered from there and who ever made my meals got my order all messed up I didn't get what I wanted they need to upgrade they service I didn't get my fries 🍟 I didn't get my chicken sticks like I supposed to get they didn't put want I wanted on my whopper on both I am never ordering from there again smh smh this don't make no sense at all they need new workers

Located inside Kroger. Very pleasant employees. While there is seating, the locale lends coffee cup holders that attach to Kroger's shopping carts -a nice touch.

Quick stop for a cup of coffee. I have a few favorite baristas there and they know how to get drinks right, move the line along and be kind. Other times; the baristas are rude or just not friendly at all.

Normally, this Starbucks is nice.... But I placed my order online and stopped in to pick it up and found that the Starbucks had all of its lights off, no food in the display cabinets, no sign with an explanation, nothing. So, no drink or service...

This location has almost nothing on the menu It’s inside a Kroger The service is bad I ordered a venti and look it’s only filled half way ?! It’s supposed to be a Frappuccino with blended ice, she didn’t even do that properly. We then called Starbucks and shared our experience and got a refund, we still love Starbucks, just not this location…

Worst "Starbucks" ever. The oven is broken, they are out of almond milk, out of half the products they offer, and I received the nastiest coffee drink. After a long wait, and already having the order prepared incorrectly, it wasn't even worth asking for a 3rd time.

Pretty inconsistent. Hot coffee is pretty bitter here. Went to get a sweet cream cold brew and instead I got hot coffee poured over ice mixed with half and half, oh, and a ton of coffee grinds. It's worth the extra 5 minute drive to dunkin donuts off of 78. Last time using this starbucks.

I prefer drive-thru Starbucks for the comfort of being in my car but this location makes it worth it! I used to come here quite often they memorized my order. It's been some time since I came to this location but I happened to be in the area for my birthday and wanted to redeem my birthday coffee. The staff sang happy birthday and even said my name in the song. Wasn't expecting it but it was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for this experience!

I just stopped by to order a small black coffee and a 2 scoop sundae using butter pecan ice cream. I got 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream with a mound of whipped cream, pushed to meet an appointment I left. And no receipt. However was charged for what I didn't get. SMH I won't be back.

Not only did they ignore me just because I was a younger customer (in my early twenties) but they had the audacity to acknowledge the older lady behind me who had just came in while avoiding eye contact with me. On top of all of this, they had me waiting for upwards of 10 minutes without ever taking my order before I just walked out. 0/10 will never be returning, they never fail to be rude.

I went to this location today to pick up a delivery order. I saw that several employees saw that I was standing in the designated area for online deliveries, but none acknowledged me, not even a greeting. After I got tired of being ignored I said to one of the workers "Excuse me" to which she said "One minute, I'm with a customer." Well guess what, I'm here to pick up an order for a customer who definitely placed their order before anyone in the store. The fact that they think I'm supposed to just wait until whenever they decide to wait on me, and the attitude that I deserve less respect just because I'm doing deliveries lets me know that I will never BE a customer. The nerve and audacity!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to buy coffee at 12 AM since, I’m on my way to the hospital, only 1 car was in front of me. I ordered and this man started yelling at me. Terrible customer service. I can perfectly hear and do not need anyone to yell at me.

Got multiple aspects of our order wrong. Left two things off the order and we had to go back and get them added. Once we actually got everything on the order they messed up the coffees, only put one pump of vanilla swirl in the XL vanilla coffee (supposed to be five) and forgot the chai in the vanilla chai.

Terrible service, stood in like for 10 mins while one lady walked back and forth watching. 2 customers behind me decided to walk out. The gentleman up front sold me the wrong items and then proceeded to tell me they did not have what I originally ordered. Food I received was also bland and doughnut tasted old.

lady in the drive thru had a huge attitude when i ordered and after i got my food. didn’t say good morning or hello or anything. and the way she handed my food was as if she’s giving it to a prisoner or something. also they didn’t provide any napkins or anything. if you don’t have customer service then find a new job.

I am so sick and tired of giving this location chance after chance. I specified NO MAYONNAISE AND YET AGAIN THE ENTIRE BOTTLE IS ON MY SANDWICH. I had eye surgery a week ago so right now I cannot drive so I am at the mercy of my family and neighbors to go to my necessary appointments. Yesterday, 8/23/2025, around 5 pm after my neighbor took me to an important appointment his wife asked him to bring her some Mc Donalds. I quickly tried to think of what I could order that this Mc Donalds could get right. Normally, I only order Chicken Nuggets from this restaurant because I am not willing to gamble with the quality of the food. I think that this restaurant forgets that they have neighbors too and I am one of them. Just like I know the neighbors on my block I also know the business neighbors as well !!! So I decided that my safest bet was to order " A Filet Fish Plain". That way when I got home,I could heat it up ( cause it is going to be cold ) and I could use my own tartar sauce and cheese , right ? They even got that wrong ! This is the old sandwich they gave me ...... tartar sauce slapped on there any kind of way and the cheese was so old it was stuck to the bread and brown. I tried to call the store and of course the recording came on and told me no one was available. I wanted to talk to the store but I could. I would have gone back but due to my eye surgery I can't. This is my only recourse. So I threw my money into the trash ! I work hard for my money and I don't have it to throw it away. Two pieces of bread and a piece of fish........ I mean McDonalds has a fool proof system if they would just work it. So I am done, I won't be back. Update: This McDonalds customer service person reached out to me and offered me a refund ( take receipt to store but again I had eye surgery and can't go) The second option was to get a coupon for a meal which they will mail to me. I will most likely give it as a prize to one of my students at school once I am released back to work. At least they tried.

The lady taking orders did not alternate between the two lines which left me sitting behind the 3 cars that were in the other line. When I got to the first window her attitude was not pleasant as she snatched my card. Once she finished the transaction she just shoved my card out of the window. Window 2 attendant was WORSE! She was clearly not happy to be at work. She walked away from the window upset because I was checking my orders. I'm glad I did because the sauce for the 2 nugget meals were missing and she was upset that I asked for the sauce. She thrust 2 sauces out of the window and when I told her I needed more because I had 2 orders of nuggets she went to huffing and puffing while getting the other sauce. 3 drinks, but only 2 were put in a cup holder. She didn't put the top on good for the one not in the cup holder which caused Coke to spill all over me and the door of my car. I will drive out of my way to NOT go to this one again!!

At 5:35 PM on Monday August 18, 2025, I Purchased 1 cup of coffee. Your employee had us waiting for 20 minutes as they were conversing and playing around with each other, never acknowing us. My sister-in- law had to tap on the drive through window to get someone's attention. I canceled my order and requested a refund. The camera was turned away from the drive through window customer, I was asked to pull up to receive my refund. The manager was there as Your employees was playing around and talking loud. I went to McDonald's on Memorial and Covington Highway. They were very professional.

If Bruce isn’t a manager, he needs to be. He was amazing. Brought our food out, introduced himself, checked on us. The works. Will def come back

This is él the word McDonald I had ever been. I wish I can give the a cero start. They have two Lanes but she wouldn’t take an order on lane two and she said I had to go back around to lane one . The service after that was horrible all the crew working b there have an attitude from the person taking your payment to the person handing the food. The food preparation was horrible is like they just threw the food in the paper bag without putting any thought to it. Food was unwrapped.

I love this location; the workers there are really good people, I lost my wallet there one and it was kept there for days until I came back, and was recognized by the manager who returned a very full wallet to me. They are very quick at this location too.

Got food from Tigi's catering food truck at Georgia Tech. The samosas tasted amazing, and service has improved since last time I visited. The cook was more consistent with requesting payment and the menu was corrected.

Love Loved this place! Atmosphere, food, Service was all amazing!! We got complimentary Veggie Samosas it was my first time trying them and will definitely order them again. I also got the beef Tibs with injera (my go-to) and the flavors of everything was a 10/10. If you ever think about trying Ethopian food highly recommend this place 😊

Food=Chef's kiss!!! The steak was cooked to perfection, flavorful and tender at 11AM. Cabbage was spot on and the onions, hot peppers and tomato just compliment the dish so well.

This is a blessing for my tongue lol. Not joking the food is delicious and well seasoned. Will be recommending my coworkers and friends to try this out!!

Tigi’s is always on my list when I’m in the stone mtn area. The food is memorable and the owners are lovely folks who take pride in their craft. I highly recommend trying the any of the tibs and pair it with any of their vegan sides.

Both Waffle houses were closed, this McDonald's took forever, mughhg, all I can feel is disappointed, such an american instatution to stoop so low, chose a different McDonald's, some old lady said hi, I didn't like her. There was a caution sign. Caution, caution indeed.

Very unprofessional staff non-caring. You get service when they have time to serve you, management have no control or care will not follow any company politics. Bathroom insanity nasty, floors not mop all day, dogs in the restaurant, people sleeping on the table most of the day, food not prepared properly and cold etc. I don't and won't eat anything prepared at this store. I only get coffee and that is COLD too. P.S. some of your employees need better hygiene. When owner and upper management don't care???. Why would your employees care.

The most ridiculous worst service I’ve had in my entire life. I’m not the type of person who comments under reviews but after what I went through I had to. For one bad customer service soon as I walked in, second I came in with a mobile order which I was told they gave it out already. I thought that mobile order is to be verified through Phone or Any form of proof of payment. Waited almost 30 minutes for my order. I do not recommend anyone to get service here at this McDonald’s location because I promise you will be disappointed.

Absolutely, horrendous. I had it delivered from doordash. They throw it in most of the food in the bag sloppy.No condiments and no napkins and no straws.

I saw a girl handling a hamburger she dropped it on the floor. She picked it up and was about to put it in the bag and she saw me and said What? I was like, "I saw that but its not mine so follow you conscious?" and she said I'd eat it and Served it right in front of me. This Mcdonald's is what is wrong with this community. So this is what you get when you order a sausage McGriddle? A slice of cheese sandwiched by 2 mini pancakes. And as you can see, it was this way on both. This is why most fast food workers don't deserve $15/hr.
