Words don’t do this place justice. I was absolutely blown away by the beauty of the architecture and internal design on the ceilings. Honestly it gets better the further in you explore. We opted to get a Casino ticket to have a look around and had a bit of fun on the slot machines. I just couldn’t stop looking up at the ceiling. The designs are honestly beautiful. It’s definitely worth seeing if you like a visual feast.

It is a lovely and well decorated place. Yet, they have a 20€ entry fee which is completely ridiculous. They trade on their reputation. I have been to dozens of casinos in different parts of the world that have fine art, beautul decor, and they welcome you without a tourist fee. There are lots of slot machines which definitely detract from the ambiance. The views in Monte Carlos lovely.

I only spend few minutes in front and got what I came for. Many nice cars passing around ! Just be careful not to block them and be respectful. The casino is also very beautiful from the outside, I haven’t tried my luck to go in.

It is very luxury place and The Casino de Monte-Carlo is a legendary entertainment complex known for its opulent Belle Époque architecture. Designed by Charles Garnier, who also created the Paris Opera, it features stunning frescoes, sculptures, and gaming rooms. Since its 1863 opening, the casino's success was pivotal in solidifying Monaco's wealth, allowing Prince Charles III to eliminate taxes for residents. The complex also includes the prestigious Opéra de Monte-Carlo. Immortalized in James Bond films like GoldenEye, the venue remains a glamorous destination, though Monaco citizens are forbidden from gambling inside.

It was an experience. Absolutely stunning architecture all over. So grand inside. A must visit place if in Monaco. The entire casino is so special. Monegasques are forbidden to enter , work or gamble here. Designed by the famous architect of the Paris Opera. Foreigners just need to pay a fee of Euro 20 ... 10 euro entrance fee and 10 euro voucher for a drink or u cud use the voucher to gamble. Please dress smart to enter. We did however win 11 euro just for fun. The building will be lighted up at sunset. Which makes nice photography shots. Also many beautiful supercars parked in front to add to yr beautiful photos. Remember to list this place in your bucket list.

The Prince's Palace of Monaco is the official residence of the Prince of Monaco. It's built on a former fortress site from the 13th century. Parts of the original fortress still visible within its stone walls and towers. Due to lack of time could not visit the interior of the palace. But enjoyed the spectacular, panoramic views of the city, the harbor with the yachts, and the surrounding mountains from the location of the palace. Wonderful experience even without getting inside the palace. Highly recommend it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Place du Palais Princier – Monaco We didn’t go inside the palace, but the square itself is absolutely beautiful! Charming little streets with nice shops, bars, and restaurants — all at reasonable prices (especially for Monaco!). The view over the bay and the small yacht harbor is truly spectacular. It’s best explored on foot. At 11:55 a.m. you can watch the changing of the guard — quite fun to see, though it gets crowded and the area is roped off. Still, definitely worth a visit when in Monaco!

Saw the change of guards ceremony. It was worth the effort to go uphill and watch this. Also, the gift shop in the courtyard is very reasonable compared to other souvenir shops in the city. The view of Monte Carlo from the palace is breathtaking.

A must see if in Monaco! I took the Hop on & Hop off bus tour to the Palace and in my opinion is the best way to get up there if you're a tourist! I actually got off the bus twice at this particular stop because it is so SPECTACULAR! Best views of Monaco. This is not a place, it's a DREAM! It could get very windy but that's all part of the allure. If you're traveling solo, then a selfie stick is your best friend. You'll get AMAZING shots. Other than the Palace, there are a few small places to eat and some souvenirs vendors, oh there was like some changing of the guard kinda protocol that took place for a few.

Fairytale & Legendary Palace They do not come much better than the Palace of Monaco. On the seaside, with fantastic weather a few soldiers and canons to guard the entrance. This is it, really nice and really enjoyed our visit here. The change of the guards is also interesting & very nice to watch. Overall fantastic experience!

Once was a military fort and now an open-air theater, Fort Antoine is located at the northeastern tip of Le Rocher. Enjoy a warm summer evening incredible performances under a starry sky. There is room for around 350 spectators and all performances are in French and free to the public (although you must book a seat first). We recommend that you arrive early to be able to enjoy the view of the French Riviera coastline that stretches all the way to Italy.

The views from Fort Antoine are great!!! Is a MUST see once you are in Monaco. Totally recommended!

Brilliant viewpoint over Monaco. I believe the Fort is sometimes used for theatre so may not always be accessible. However, if it is, it is an excellent spot for photos looking back at Monaco and its harbour. I would recommend coming here both during the day and at night to see Monaco lit up.

This is a must check out destination in Monte Carlo. It has been turned into a very nice park. Expect to spend a few hours there depending on how fast you can walk, there are a lot of stairs and uphill walking.

Place du Casino or The Casino Square, is located in the center of Monte Carlo,the most popular tourist attraction of Monaco. The square is surrounded by luxurious hotels, casinos with beautiful architecture. Luxury cars are parked in the square, car lovers are free to take pictures. Just observing the surroundings is a lot of fun. It's very crowded, but nice to spend some time there.

The Mirror Ball Fountain (also known as the Sky Mirror) in front of the Casino de Monte-Carlo in Monte Carlo, Monaco. The large reflective sphere is a popular photo spot because it captures the grand casino building in its curved surface, especially striking at night with the lights and fountain surrounding it in the Place du Casino, the central plaza in Monaco’s famous Carré d’Or district—home to luxury shops, high-end restaurants, and iconic Belle Époque architecture.

Beautiful. In the morning it’s not crowded, easy for overview. In August it’s extremely hot on the streets, cool inside the Casino.

The square is beautifully designed, with its gardens, fountain, and impressive architecture all around. Day or night, it is full of energy and style, making it one of the must-see spots in Monaco.

Feels more like a luxury car show than a public square. Ferraris, Lambos, Rolls – all parked like it's no big deal. The place is clean, stylish, and perfect for that "just casually standing by my car" photo. Worth a stop just to soak in the over-the-top Monte Carlo vibe.

Exploring the Exotic Garden was a wonderful experience—the variety of plants was truly impressive, with some reaching massive, awe-inspiring sizes. The highlight, however, was visiting the grotto completely alone, with no other tourists around, and having a free guide to myself. It was by far the best experience I had in Monaco.

It was really beautiful and also gorgeous views over Monaco. Just know there are a lot of stairs down so you need to get up again aswell. Included in the ticket are also the caves and a small museum. Definitely worth a visit!

It is very interesting for visiting place with a lot of different types of plants. Some of them are exotic and you can’t see them in many places. There is a historical museum in the garden. I liked it a lot because in my opinion it was more children oriented and information that you can receive there is presented in a very attractive and easy way. The view from the garden is also breathtaking because the garden is located on a cliffside and you can see the whole Monaco from it. The only thing that I regret for is that we weren’t able to visit the cave because it was closed that time of the year.

Beautiful garden and costal view. 5euros to get in but is wort it every penny. Plants from all over the world, a small koi pound and a cave. Very quiet during extra season but gets crowds during season. Next door is the Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology.

By far one of my favorite gardens in a city that’s I’ve been to. Incredible views and an underground cave. Loads of cacti and succulents. I felt like I was on another planet. We bought a combo ticket which included entrance to the ocean museum.

Worth the day trip! Eze is a beautiful, quaint little village about 20 minutes outside of Nice. It's an easy, quick bus ride that transports you to a whole other world. Such gorgeous views of the Cote d'Azur - could've stayed up there all day.

The location of this Garage is really great and you can see all the main attractions in a walking distance (e.g. up to 45 min max one-way). Close to the entrance there is even a small, but nice beach (using some steep steps).

A good starting point at the end of Monaco Bay. This means the parking garage isn't overcrowded, even during the holiday season, and there are no traffic jams on arrival and departure. Prices are moderate.

Very good parking garage for Monaco. Spaces are wide and car park feels very safe. Prices are reasonable (for Monaco) and you can either leave and head towards the port for a fantastic view of Monaco opening up in front of you, or you can head up to the Oceanographic museum and Palace. There are lifts and escalators from parking level to the museum and palace level.

Access to parking is easy and spacious, but some stairs and elevators were not working. Be prepared to walk a bit. The public restrooms were quite clean, which was a pleasant surprise.

We arrived on Sunday and left within one hour, it was free for me. Spaces are a bit narrow but it isn’t a problem to my 7 seats SUV.

Adjacent to the cathedral, the Palace of Justice is a courthouse which has a very particular type of architecture with symmetrical staircase. During the busiest part of the day in Monte Carlo, Monaco, this gem of a courthouse had zero people on it. This makes it the perfect photo opportunity.

The Palais de Justice in Monaco is an elegant and dignified building, with its distinctive circular staircase and beautifully carved stone façade. Visiting it, I admired the blend of simplicity and grandeur, fitting for a place that upholds Monaco’s legal tradition in the heart of the old town.

Nice photo opportunity near the cathedral. Was built in 1930 from a gray porous stone containing pebbles and shells and has two front stairs that join at the first floor in a balcony.

Beautiful building beside the Catherdral where The royal family are buried. You cannot enter as it is a working judicial building, but the outside is impressive.

Built in 1924 on the personal initiative of HSH Prince Louis II and inaugurated on May 1st 1930. It is built out of sea tuff, a grey and porous stone. The bust of Sovereign Honoré II, dated 1568, appears in one of the Palace façades. Located next to Saint Nicholas Cathedral in Monaco-ville. Visits are not possible.

A very clean and safe station compared to nearby stations in France. There are vending machines by the tracks that accept card payments, and navigation is straightforward. It's located close to key landmarks in Monaco. Note that if you arrive in Monaco by train, for example from Nice, you should arrange for mobile data in advance, as EU mobile operators do not operate in Monaco.

The only train station in Monaco with A very long platform while most local trains only use a short part. Signage is okay. Calculating arrivals for delayed trains was difficult to read. It has a clean public bathroom. There are a handful of entry and exit points. I exited one way in the morning but entered unaware from the opposite way on my return.

Monaco Monte Carlo station offers a delightful travel experience with its clean facilities and stunning coastal views. The station is well-maintained and provides convenient amenities such as toilets and a Starbucks. Accessibility is also commendable, with mostly step-free access to platforms. Despite being a short walk from the heart of Monaco, it serves as a convenient gateway for travelers. Overall, a highly recommended transportation hub for exploring the region.

Clean and pretty straightforward station with only two platforms, I believe. It could really use an on-site luggage storage facility (as many hotels have very early checkout times and I saw a fair few people lugging heavy bags around). If you turn right after leaving the platforms, get ready for quite a lot of steps downhill. I think if you take the lift up, you can take a bus to just about anywhere in this very small country within 20-30 minutes. Google Maps is useful in helping you find the best routes, (the info at the bus stops isn't always clear), but there's only 6 or so route options, so it's hard to go wrong!

Air-conditioned train station and has a lost of service such as cafe, vending machine and toilets. It lacks of luggage storage. Overall very large and well- maintained. It has a cess to all part of the city. However, you will need time to figure out the different access because it doesn’t show on google map and usually gives you longer destination

The station is beautiful and kept clean. It has toilet facilities and Starbucks. The views you get as you travel along the coast are mesmerising! We enjoyed travelling to our destinations via train. The price tended to be around €3-4 per person which is very reasonable, cheap even by UK standards.

The station itself is beautiful in appearance and there is step free access mostly bar one exit to the platform. Toilets were available also. Around a 5-10 minute walk to the bottom of the hill into Monaco. Would use again.

Grimaldi has been an important figure in the history of Monaco. He captured the rock of Monaco in 1297 as the Genoese leader of the Guelphs. The statue is right at the entrance of the are of the Palace.

You can’t miss the statue of Grimaldi if you’re going down the stairs as it’s stand just on the way down. Beautiful historical place

One of the best places i've ever seen. A place that has pressure on you when moving around. A place that made the word "Extravagant" a very simple word or should i say just a norm around the streets. Full of luxurious yachts, cars and bikes around the area. Luxurious restaurants and people around the place. Happy to see the place even a once in my lifetime. Thank you!
