Stayed for four nights at the hotel, would definitely come again next time-all staff were extremely friendly and attentive and kind, and responded fast. The atmosphere was great and every detail of the hotel was carefully designed-it’s so pretty! Really loved the pool, which was quite clean and just the right size for people to swim in and relax:)

The customer service at the hotel was exemplary. The food and drink options were great. The spa services/therapists were wonderful. The hotel, room and pool were fantastic. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming to us, from the very start of the trip to the end. Tey especially was always very caring and chatty, and I loved seeing her every day! The food was delicious (especially the amok fish) and the servers, chefs, and bartenders amazing. The architecture and layout of the hotel and its rooms were well thought out and ensured a relaxing stay. I overall loved my experience here. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone - with family, friends, or solo!

This place is spotless from top to bottom, the kind of clean that makes you feel guilty for even setting your bags down. The staff could not have done more for us, they never missed a beat and no request was too big. They helped us arrange visits to the main sights and even sorted us out with a beautiful Rolls Royce and driver, which was a treat in itself. We had the deluxe double with pool view and I am fairly sure the room was cleaned five times a day. Every time we stepped out and came back it looked like we had just checked in again. The room itself was a very good size, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were both large and well designed. The pool and gardens are stunning, the location is perfect for exploring, and it is only a five minute walk to Pub Street. We have already planned our return, which should tell you everything you need to know about how much we enjoyed our stay.

It was perfect in every way. From the food, to the pool, the room and the staff. It is the best value hotel I've ever stayed in and we never had to ask for anything with several efforts made to make our stay more enjoyable. If you want to see Siem Reap, it's also brilliantly located, with markets, amenities, restaurants and pub street all within a short walk. Can't wait to come back and stay again.

Everything about this place felt like a 5 star hotel to me. All staff super friendly and helpful. The cooled, scented towels supplied every time we returned to the hotel were a lovely touch. Great 25m pool was essential to help us get through a typically humid Cambodian day. Cannot fault this place on any aspect. Thanks heaps.

I have been to many international hotels, and this was truly my favorite. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the nighttime Christian ( there are two Christians) who made us feel welcomed. The grounds and rooms are absolutely beautiful. Everyone who works there is friendly and courteous. AND to top it off, you get a free massage each day you stay, and they do all your laundry at no expense. How could it get any better ???

Fantastic, absolutely no hesitation recommending this hotel. The staff are extraordinarily attentive, the rooms are really comfortable, the pools and grounds are a genuine oasis. The spa centre has been glorious. On top of this they get so many of the little things right to make sure you have as friction-free a stay as possible.

Beautiful five star hotel! From the moment you walk in, the staff is so warm and welcoming. There are so many wonderful benefits of staying here such as: complimentary laundry, complimentary tuk tuk, and complimentary massages. We also had a suite with private pool. Most of all, the service was fantastic. Everything from making reservations, arranging transportation, buying tickets, and organizing dry cleaning, was so easy. Thank you to Finn and the rest of the staff that made this stay exceptional.

When we left our previous hotel on the trip, we weren’t sure how it could be beaten but Jaya house takes the cake ! The staff and owner are AMAZING, fun, respectful, very accommodating and also knowledgeable of the area and the best things to do. The spa was also great. Oh! And the food is good. Great rooms with beautiful decor. The most comfortable beds ever. Service was top notch. Very friendly, attentive but not imposing at all. We have availed their services for guided tour to Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and driving around the city. Prarthana was an excellent guide and provided us a lot of information about the culture, history and architecture. Do include breakfast with your stay. It has great variety of Asian and western dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious. Will most definitely stay here for any future visits.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, and everything was simply perfect — truly magical. The cleanliness was impeccable, the service outstanding, and the staff’s kindness exceptional. We were guided through every detail by the amazing Daly, who also helped us organize and book wonderful experiences and excursions. One of these was a visit to Angkor Wat with the incredible guide Rom, who led us step by step and explained every detail — highly recommended! I enjoyed our stay here so much! The private villa was stunning spacious, beautiful and private with its own pool and bar. The staff were amazing, especially our butler Mr.Soum, who was super kind and helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything in Siem Reap. And the breakfast? Incredible! So many choices and everything was delicious. Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. A fantastic hotel with lovely staff and a relaxing pool area. The staff were so warm and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Very attentive and helpful with beds, parasols, drinks by the pool. Drinks very reasonably priced particularly at happy hour - including the cocktail bar area with bonus of singer performing every other night. Breakfast was served over the road in other half of the hotel complex - a great selection of fruit, drinks and other hot and cold offerings. Only area for improvement would be their dining area which was not in keeping with the Cambodian style of the rest of the hotel - was too 'western diner/sterile' in both decor and many of the food offerings for our liking... though if you need a break from the local cuisine for you or your family, might just be what you're after.

We had a wonderful stay here at Shinta Mani in the Bayon wing. A step from the hotel room to the beautiful poolside. Wonderful service poolside with food and drinks. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the rooms were well served and beds very comfortable. Most standout of all was the friendly service and helpfulness of all the staff. Nothing was too hard or too much to ask of them. From arranging transportation, small group tours, letting the kids feed their enormous koi fish, to dinner recommendations, they were brilliant. We would stay again for sure. A truly wonderful sanctuary perfectly positioned for walking or short tuk tuk rides in.

My third stay at Shinta Mani Angkor, and it only gets better each time. This visit I stayed in a villa — absolutely beautiful, with our own pool and exceptional service throughout. The team went above and beyond: they opened the gym early for my partner, packed us a delicious breakfast for our Angkor Wat sunrise tour, and handled every request with warmth and ease. Service here is gentle, intuitive, and never intrusive. A special thank-you to our wonderful butlers, Sokha and Neand, for their thoughtfulness — from daily care to a lovely birthday surprise with a homemade card and cake. The food was outstanding, and every detail was perfectly managed. Truly a sanctuary of genuine hospitality. Highly recommended.

Before I begin: do not book this hotel via Agoda. The hotel does not work with Agoda, but Agoda list the hotel on their website and use third party provider, and most likely will book you wrong - for that matter one should never using this scammy Agoda (check reddit reviews on Agoda or look at agoda's twitter/x account) Review: This is a great resort hotel and we will always remember every time we think of Siem Reap. Every one we came across in the hotel had a pleasant smile, positive demeanour, they genuinly look after you. The hotel's general manager explained the wrong booking Agoda made and the fact that they do not work with Agoda, but kindly help accomodate us and upgraded to a pool villa. The food in the hotel is really good and absolutely worth it. The only downside we felt (and am nitpicking) was that when the aircon starts to cool room at night, the wooden floor pops until very late waking us up. Overall am super pleased that i booked this hotel

We had a very nice three night stay here in Siem Reap as the starting point for our excursions to Angkor Wat and surroundings. Everything here was very pleasant and to a very high standard. Especially two things I will remember is the quite, peaceful and well maintained area of the hotel which you will encounter as soon as you enter the area and the very (!) friendly and always friendly and forthcoming staff all around. Staying at Phum Baitang was a real highlight of our trip to Siem Reap. The resort feels like a hidden village surrounded by rice paddies, with beautiful stilted villas that give you both privacy and comfort. The design is simple yet elegant, and the whole place has a calm, authentic atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and relax. What we appreciated most was the service. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. From check-in to breakfast, everything felt seamless and welcoming. Breakfast itself was fresh, varied, and always served in a setting that made the mornings special. This is more than just a place to stay—it’s a retreat where you feel completely at peace and connected to the surroundings. We left wishing we could stay longer and would happily return on our next visit to Siem Reap. We will also be looking for opportunities to experience other Zannier properties in the future, as we are confident they will be just as meaningful and memorable as Phum Baitang.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel. Feels like staying in your own private rice farm, with spacious wooden houses that have everything you need. Quiet, tasteful, and comfortable without any showiness. The staff are attentive and kind, but you hardly notice them, which makes the place feel completely your own.

This was my first visit to Cambodia, and first time staying at Zannier as recommended by some travelers I met in Brazil two years ago. In short, I will seek to stay at every Zannier hotel that exists in the world going forward. The deliberate cultivation of the surrounding area within the hotel walls was spectacular, with a constant underlying tone of simple luxury. It is everything I’ve ever wanted in a hotel, from the rooms to service to ambiance. The staff is excellent to boot. I give this hotel my highest recommendation.

We had a lovely stay in one of the Jungaloo's! The small private pool was very nice, as was the bed and pillows (so soft!). The gentle sounds of nature and monks was audible through the walls but was quite pleasant to hear. The food was amazing! Room service impeccable, though a little bit confusing what to do with the food when you're done. They brought us small treats every evening for New Year. Highly recommend the Marscapone Caramel Taro Mousse (we tried three and this was by far our favorite!). The bunnies and cats roaming the property are very cute and unobtrusive, I wish they wanted more pets though hahaha. The spa stayed open 30 minutes later to accommodate our appointments. Honestly an amazing place such great service and delicious food and comfortable accommodations. PLUS ITS BEAUTIFUL!

Really wonderful, small hotel with great room options and food. We stayed in a jungaloo which was clean and beautifully decorated. The food for dinner and breakfast was great. Staff were 10/10: kind, attentive and friendly.

Lovely resort hotel surrounded with trees and flowers. There is nature everywhere. They even have bunnies roaming around the property. The vilas are beautiful with own private pool. Comfortable beds and even a nespresso machine. The service and staff are excellent. They even fixed the faulty jacuzzi promptly. Breakfast isn't buffet style but unlimited. They have a fair amount of vegetarian options.

Best Hotel, Ever!!!!! We spent 8 nights at Templation Hotel, and the entire stay was just magical. The hotel is really quiet and laid back, with charming, super helpful staff that are very considerate and kind in every way. Our villa had 2 rooms and our own private swimming pool. Each room had its own outdoor bathroom, which was so refreshing! I loved taking shower outside. We ate at many restaurants in Siem Reap including high-end places, but I actually liked the hotel restaurant the best. It was reasonably priced and all the dishes were very well presented. I loved seeing bunnies and gini pigs in the garden. We sometimes had cute visitors in our villa! This hotel really is my favorite. I can’t wait to go back!

I really like this place but the bathrooms is out doors so there's a lot of insect. Service is great and the food it's very good and you should really get the chicken and rice or the fried noodles it's also very good. The location of this vila is very relaxing it's next to Ankor Wat and a lot of nature but when you are sleeping the frog will start to cry and it's very loud so get a few ear buds.

This resort has a very nice pool and gardens with a lot cute rabbits around. Food is also a highlight. They offer a la cart breakfast menu with delicious food, and they also can serve BF for pool photoshoot without any surge charge. 😆 Staffs are very friendly and have good customer service mindset. I really like my stay here. It’s very calm and relaxed. Highly recommended for family or couple holidays.

We absolutely loved our three-night stay at Templation in Siem Reap. We had a one-bedroom villa with a private pool, and it felt like our own little sanctuary : peaceful, spacious, and beautifully designed. One of the highlights was having breakfast delivered directly to our villa, as well as the afternoon tea set in the comfort of our own space. We had sunlight almost all day in the villa, which made lounging by the pool even more enjoyable. The bed was extremely comfortable, and every detail of the decor was thoughtfully chosen, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout our stay. The service was excellent: friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Wow, where do I even begin. This may possibly be the best hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. The staff are beyond exceptional, they are incredibly kind, generous, humble, proactive, beautiful and just downright some of the friendliest people I have ever come across. The hotel is beautiful, and it's located in such a great spot, you're only a few minutes walk from so many local amazing restaurants, markets, etc, and I am genuinely so sad to be leaving. The food is incredible, we had breakfast each day at the dining room and the pastries, salads, fruit, etc have all been absolutely incredible, everything has so much flavour, it all tastes so fresh and the staff are so unbelievably attentive, we have felt like royalty the entire time. The housekeeping staff are also wonderful, and so incredibly hardworking, there has also been numerous times that we have been left snacks, goodies, fruit, etc in our rooms which is so lovely. I would recommend this hotel and Cambodia to everyone I know and will do so for the rest of my life, I would move here if I could. If you are considering travelling to Cambodia and staying at this hotel, I urge you to do so, because I honestly can say this has been one of the most rewarding, special holidays of my life, and I absolutely hope I get to come back again.

Bad service, bad experience. If you want an honest review, it is way overpriced for the area. That is, rooms, tours, food, drinks…etc. The services were average at best. Food was not good. It was bland, mealy, and not fresh. Water pressure was low. Air conditioning controls did not adjust well. Items did not work in the room and around the property. Many areas need refurbishing. The gym is small compared to photos. They do not have complimentary transportation, which most hotels in the area do. Staff are not aware of benefits and features. They repeatedly got questions and requests wrong. It was disappointing, given the premium category. Management and staff do not understand quality service. They come across as self-centered and insincere. Service seemed forced, fake and greedy. Unfortunately, it is not “five star” as claimed. It fell far below expectations.

One of the best Hyatts I have ever stayed at. They brought us a welcome drink. They had kids and adult art activities near the breakfast area. The breakfast was one of the best buffets I have ever had (and I have lived in Dubai!). There were evening performances. The pool areas was beautiful and they brought my children ice cream bars for free to enjoy. The staff fixed my child's eyeglasses with crazy glue even. My parents said it was the best hotel they have ever stayed in. We hope to come back one day.

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service from every person who works here was incredible, they make it so you don’t have to lift a finger. The breakfast is delicious and decadent. The rooms are so comfortable and very well laid out. The location is exactly where you want to be - walking distance to everything and a 15 minute drive to Angkor Wat. Could not recommend this hotel more.

Wonderful stay - we booked last minute due to a visa issue and were treated like gold. The cambodian people to a person are just wonderful. Great amenities. The restaurant was 1st class as was breakfast. We were given a very late checkout due to our late flight. Beautifully appointed, the amentities are 1st class. The location is superb and close to everything.

Come for dinner here, The Dinner and Environment is spectacular. The traditional show is captivating. The real highlight is the hospitality and friendliness of a wonderful sister , Ms. Borey. During dinner She treated us like a family. She Definitely elevated the dinner experience.

We recently stayed two nights at Park Hyatt Siem Reap and the experience was simply outstanding. The service might be the best and most attentive we have ever received—every staff member was professional, warm, and genuinely made us feel completely spoiled. A special mention goes to Vivi and Kin, whose care and attentiveness truly stood out. We also loved the hotel’s unique evening ritual and the traditional performance, which added a special cultural touch to the stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a refined atmosphere, and the facilities are excellent. Both breakfast and dinner were memorable, with high quality and thoughtful presentation. This stay has elevated my appreciation of the Park Hyatt brand (and Hyatt overall) to a new level. I would strongly recommend Park Hyatt Siem Reap to anyone visiting Siem Reap—you will not be disappointed.

August 2025: Truly one of the best hotels I've stayed at as an all around package. Staff perfect, in-house restaurant excellent and good value, in house spa good value and the best massage I've ever had, rooms amazing, pool amazing. But there's just something about the holistic design that makes this place so relaxing - the music next to the pool, the plants everywhere you look, the muted neutral tones enhanced by wood, stone, art, plants, the excellent lighting. Drinks included in minibar. Perfect location - right near city centre but still somehow quiet. I am a fussy traveller and honestly could not fault this place.

Treeline Hotel is an absolute gem in Siem Reap! The hotel is stunning, with a beautiful pool that’s perfect for relaxing. The rooms are immaculate, beds are super comfy, and everything is spotless. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. And the restaurants downstairs? Absolutely incredible—delicious food and great atmosphere. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Treeline Urban Resort is hands down my go-to place to stay and to reccomend in Siem Reap. The location is unbeatable, right by the river and within walking distance to the Old Market and some of the best restaurants in town. The design is modern yet warm, with a beautiful mix of art, nature, and comfort throughout the property. The staff are absolutely wonderful! Always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They go above and beyond to make every stay feel special. Whether it’s a quick weekend getaway or a longer stay, Treeline never disappoints.

The best thing about our trip! Everything from design to service to food was great. Team was super friendly, hotel felt private and breakfast spread was scrumptious. The location is in a lively neighbourhood, by the river and across the old market. Would love to come back again soon!

OVERALL - 5/5 The best hotel I’ve stayed at by far. From the phenomenal service of the staff to the beautiful hotel accommodation, I can understand why this place is a 5 star hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights during the busiest time of the year in the city, which was Khmer New Year. The price was reasonable considering we booked with them on the day we arrived since we disliked our original booking and accommodation elsewhere in the city. They did a phenomenal job thinking about the needs of the guest in and outside the hotel room. For example there is a flashlight inside your room for you to use when walking around at night, umbrella’s for you to use rain or shine since the temple tours are extremely hot, and so much more from the staff. There was even a yoga mat inside and a really cute tote bag basket that I wanted to take home with me for market/shopping uses. They even light up incense every night around the hallways to minimize the mosquitos and maximize our comfort. The pool area was never crowded and a beautiful area to relax. We truly enjoyed our stay and were so sad to leave. I will definitely look no further when it comes to booking a hotel in Siem Reap. We will happily come back. CLEANLINESS - 5/5 Everything from the moment you step into the lobby to our hotel was clean, modern and comfortable during our entire stay. House keeping came by at least twice a day to refill your waters and tidy up your space. STAFF - 5/5 All of the staff were genuinely friendly and did more than the surface level conversation of “how are you doing”. The 2 staff members in the evening/ night (male and female) always had nice conversations with me and was never forceful or too much. I was out all day for work once and they even asked my husband for my whereabouts since they didn’t see me. COMFORT - 5/5 My husband and I felt extremely comfortable in the quality beds and bedding. I even complimented the slippers because they weren’t your typical cheap slippers, they were actually comfortable and had cushion support! The lighting inside the room was also deigned well for comfort and highlighting the art, there is even a light for underneath the bed. BREAKFAST @ Seed - 5/5 Their dining area was very relaxing and accommodating in the mornings. They have a wide variety for breakfast depending on your food preference that is made to order. They had Western and Asian influences on their menu. Whatever we ordered was delicious and prepared nicely. There is also a small section for you to grab fruits, bread, pastries and deserts. Their drinks such as coffee and tea were great too! BATHROOM - 5/5 My main concern about hotels usually is the bathroom cleanliness and functionality. The bathroom was clean and everything worked perfectly well, including drainage of the water. It also had a silent fan for ventilation, which not many hotels have so you can smell the mold and mildew. The water pressure from the shower was also incredible for me since it felt like delicate raindrops on my skin, with the option of using the hand held shower head. LOCATION - 5/5 The hotel itself doesn’t have a huge sign above its doors, so it can be a little challenging to find at first but their logo is on a plaque on a tree right infant of their hotel, hence the name. The modern and sleek designs throughout the entire brand gives off luxury. We didn’t have a chance to eat at the hotel but there are plenty of food options around accommodating any price range or food preference. The hotel is located right in the city center so it is walkable from hundreds of restaurants, pub street and the street markets. The distance from the airport is about an hour away but the airport is new and created far from the temples to protect it from the vibrations of the airplanes flying nearby it. So the airport is far from everything anyway. It is also about a 30 minute drive away from Angkor Wat area and the temples. There is also a large bank (ABA) right next door.

This is a well designed and comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and efficient. The restaurant and food are also very good. There is a great pool area with a bar. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

Beautiful property with great furnishings and craftsmanship - subtle elegance that’s modern but fits with the surroundings. But the best part is the heart warming team - the nicest; friendliest and happiest. Lovely from check in to departure.

We really enjoyed our extended stay at this hotel. It was perfectly situated for exploring the surrounding area. Our allocated room was well appointed and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We loved spending time around the pool area after a long day exploring Angkor Wat. The service level is top notch and what we would except of the Raffles brand. The included breakfast was exceptional and one of the best that we had on this trip. We also ate our dinners here and really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. We would recommend this hotel to all our family and friends and would stay here again in the future.

This is a true classic luxury hotel. It has hosted many famous guests, including Jackie Kennedy, Hillary Clinton, and Michelle Obama. The property has kept its original charm with minimal changes, and the service is excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional, especially Mr. Chris, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who went out of his way to accommodate my needs. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the location is perfect in the middle of the city, making it easy to explore nearby places. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel for its history, elegance, and service.

Lovely, just like coming home. This was our 2nd stay in 2 months at the Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor. We love the property and hospitality. Mehdi, the F&B Dir, is a blessing for the team. He’s engaging and entertaining, always good for a spot of conversation. The hotel staff are well groomed and trained and very accommodating and professional. Top notch. oh, and the food is lovely, some of the best meals we had in Siam Reap, were at the hotel.

Last week, I had the pleasure of staying at the Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor in Cambodia — an experience that exceeded every expectation. From the minute we arrived at the airport the Raffles Hotel d'Angkor was amazing. They greeted us at the airport and and efficiently whisked us away to the hotel with a cool towel and treats in the van. Check-in was easy and comfortable. Everyone on staff was nice and checked on us frequently. We decided to upgrade to a multi-bedroom villa for our family of 6 and was offered a discount. Food was great quality and we really enjoyed everything. Pool area was clean and inviting. Bar service at the pool was great. They checked on us frequently. We arranged our tour of Angkor Wat through the hotel and our tour guide, Keller, was knowledgeable and great. We would love to come back to Raffles again and would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great stay experience.

Beautiful historic hotel, a throw back in time. You feel Hemingway will walk through the door at any moment. Staff are unreal and service superb. And the pool is unbelievable!

This place is magical. All the things that always matter are perfect: comfortable beds, blackout shutters, quiet, immaculately clean, good ac. But it's the extras that set this place apart: cold washcloths when you come in from a day of sightseeing, ice water brought to you when you swim in the gorgeous pool, smiles and greetings and personal escorting to the spa--all done without request. I travel a lot, and sincerely, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. It was an extraordinary visit in an extraordinary place.

Word of mouth led us to Sala Lodges, so we decided to book our stay there. It was the first time I ever shed tears after leaving a place on vacation. There are simply no words to describe how wonderful Sala Lodges is. Not only because of the stunning setting, each house has its own unique story. The decoration is magnificent, and the gardens are incredibly beautiful. The restaurant and breakfast are exceptionally delicious, made with local products. But above all, it’s the warmth of the people at Sala Lodges that makes it so special. Truly exceptional. They were also so professional and made sure our stay was completely carefree. Everything was thought out down to the tiniest details, all done with a gentleness that’s hard to put into words. They also organize fantastic excursions that perfectly match your personal interests, always guiding you to the very best spots. We felt more than at home there. One of my favorite hotel in Siem Reap, and honneslty one of the best hotel where i have stayed. Design, service, uniqueness, matress, size of the room...everything was perfect! Cherry on the cake: the staff, Simone and Arne are just amazing! We will def come back, I am sure.

We just spent a wonderful four nights at Sala lodges. This property is truly special and the service is exceptional. The staff were attentive to our every need and are so warm and friendly. They even got up and made our breakfast and had fresh coffee ready for our sunrise temple tour. We are already planning our return to Cambodia and a second visit is on the cards. Thanks Arne and special thanks to Kunthea who went out of her way to make us welcome.

The Sala Lodges team embody hospitality and can be role models for 'how to do it' going beyond the fundamentals, and finding and executing the meaningful small touches, whether that be something physical as a gift/treat, or to the personalised service and recognition as individual guests. This isn't achieved by many hotel or hospitality organisations, but Sala Lodges achieve what it means to be hospitable. We experienced the balance of highly professional, but equally kind, warm and focused service from every team member. No exception.

Absolutely magical stay at Sala Lodge – the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and authentic Cambodian spirit. Even when fully booked, it felt private and secluded, like our own hidden sanctuary. Highly recommend!

The hotel looks very luxurious. Beautiful to look at lovely gardens ect. Buffet breakfast huge every appetite catered for. But unfortunately we had trouble with our room right from the start. Our first room was a twin instead of a double. The two beds pushed together. Conterpain did not fit properly and the bottom sheet did not tuck under as it was slightly too small also the hairdryer kept cutting out. The new hairdryer took 20 minutes to arrive. We were eventually moved to a slightly upgraded room hours later. This one had a proper double bed. In compensation we were given one trio of desserts and a printed note from the concierge. But the toilet kept blocking up. Twice we had to report it. The second time it was mended but left dirty! What a disappointment

What an amazing place. From the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we checked in, every step of the way, it was incredible personal service. Every interaction from the drivers, tge front desk, servers, to the concierge was an incredible interaction. They all go above and beyond, there's no other place I would stay if I was ever in the area and it was one of the most pleasant experience I've had. The concierge Salom arranged a private tour for us for several days. Food at all the restaurants and lounges was outstanding too. I can't say enough about this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort. The property is absolutely gorgeous, especially at night when the gardens and lake are beautifully illuminated, creating the most romantic atmosphere. The staff were all so kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. One highlight was the Chef’s Table dinner, which was an unforgettable experience with delicious food, perfect presentation, and warm service all while watching the chef prepare the amazing dishes. Highly recommend Sofitel for anyone visiting Siem Reap looking for a mix of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

This was a very pleasant stay at Siem Reap! The hotel has a beautiful setting and is very well laid out. The bar is great and they make wonderful margaritas. The room was good, the bed very comfortable, but the absence of wall sockets next to the headboard makes it very difficult to lie down while charging your gadgets. The bathroom is very dated. Also, there were little ants everywhere in the room on the furniture and on the bed too. The staff was incredibly kind and polite.

Service in hotel excellent as is the champagne bar with an excellent guitarist/singer. Had very enjoyable evenings there. However the rooms were a huge disappointment. Ours was very dark even with all the lights switched on. First evening turned on TV and it didn’t work. Maintenance came quickly which was good and solved the problem and hotel kindly sent apology note that was addressed to a Mr A….. and myself Mrs S…. - my husband was not amused as there was no Mr A staying with me in my room! Second day had to call maintenance again as we were frozen during the night despite putting the aircon on low fan and 27 degrees and it turned out that the thermostat was broken and had to be replaced. The apology letter at least was addressed to both Mr S…. & Mrs S….this time 😂 So in summary excellent service throughout hotel but the tired rooms need some work doing on them or at least checked through before guests stay.

The Sofitel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and went so far as to make sure we had a great time. The room upgrade to room suites was spotless and spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere facing a splendid garden view. The breakfast and lunch spread were incredibly delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The swimming pool and the lounge were a great place to relax and cool off. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel, it exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it.

Wonderfully welcoming and attentive staff who make you feel instantly at home and who can’t do enough for you. Great location with easy access to the city and of course the temples. The food was lovely with plenty of choice between traditional Cambodian food and western choices and the hotel will arrange bookings and transport to other venues. The hotel layout is spectacular with a great pool and the rooms are spacious but are maybe getting a little dated. However, not enough to fault the overall experience.

This hotel is a real gem in a central location in Siem Reap. Stayed with my wife and 13 year old for 6 nights in Aug 2025. The hotel as a colonial chic vibe and instills relaxation. The room (premier wing) was a little odd as it was across the street from the main hotel building, but the room itself, a triple was clean, sizeable and everything you would need, including bottles of drinking water. The location wasn't a real issue and potentially added to the secluded atmosphere. The hotel staff are very friendly, accommodating and attentive. Cannot fault the service. The breakfast spread was fresh and fantastic, with everything on the menu, and we're happy to accommodate if you wanted something different. The Lunch menu is amazing (fair price for the type of hotel - essentially western prices) and even available at dinner time (Dinner menu limited - especially if you are staying several days). The hotel has 2 pools, which we nearly always had to ourselves. The hotel also has a spa which was invigorating albeit a little pricey. Not a lot to do at the hotel if you have young kids... this place is more a retreat for couples. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway, wanting that colonial experience

Fantastic luxurious place with warm personal service! It started with our airport to pick up. Our driver Ven was already waiting for us in a new, clean black van. Great conversation on the way to the hotel , but not too overwhelming. Upon arrival we were greeting by staff and escorted to our room, which was great. Upon discovery that it was our big wedding anniversary, the staff offered to upgrade us to a superior garden suite, which has its own little pool and a shower outside. That room was one of the most memorable hotel suites we stayed. The hotel office distinct boutique feeling and we immediately felt at home. Everyone from the management to the cleaning staff was very accommodating and sincere in their desire to help. The bar with the street view was fantastic and so was the restaurant on the second floor. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. If we have a chance to go back, we certainly will. Thank you FCCAngkor for making our stay so special and memorable!

We had an excellent stay here. The architecture is beautiful, with all new lose rise buildings in an old school European style amongst tropical plants. The rooms are spacious, well decorated, very clean and comfortable. The service was great - everyone was super friendly and eager to help to arrange anything we needed. Everything we tried from the breakfast, which is unlimited but not buffet, was tasty - there’s a wide selection. The location is ideal - close to everything you’d want to walk to in town whilst only a 10 minute drive to Angkor Wat. More broadly, if you’re on the fence about coming to Cambodia, do. We loved it.

Beautiful Setting for Afternoon Drinks We didn’t stay at the FCC Angkor by Avani, but stopped in for a few afternoon drinks and absolutely loved it. The setting is stunning — elegant colonial-style architecture surrounded by tropical gardens and overlooking the Siem Reap River. It has a calm, relaxed atmosphere that makes it perfect for escaping the midday heat. The bar area is beautifully designed with a mix of heritage charm and modern style. Drinks were excellent — cold, refreshing and well-presented. The staff were professional and friendly, and we felt very welcome even as walk-in visitors. It’s a great spot for cocktails, coffee or a chilled glass of wine while soaking up the peaceful surroundings. Ideal for couples or friends looking for a refined, quiet break in the middle of Siem Reap. Next time, we’d definitely consider staying here! 🍸🌿

This hotel is outstanding! Room was gorgeous and very unique with the bed in the center. Really great shower. Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Loved the lime sorbet they served upon arrival. We had laundry done there and it was beyond perfect and so reasonable!

We just ate at the restaurant here and it was superb food and service. Pretty decent variety of menu for both local and western cuisines. The waiters/waitresses were very attentive and did very well at making sure everything was perfect to our liking. Really the only reason we ended up here because it was the only restaurant that looked good that was open after 11pm.

Stunning colonial style building, peaceful setting conveniently located in the town. Menu was exquisite, delicious, very well presented and good value and 2nd floor restaurant overlooks the lush garden. This boutique compact resort is a wonderful option for anyone to a traditional, 4/5 star hotel for a more authentic and relaxed experience. Rooms were beautifully designed and decorated. Staff are very friendly, polite, delivering great service. There's even a pool that's good for anyone looking to get in some laps. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Siem Reap. Closest accommodation to Angkor.

We had a FANTASTIC stay at Angkor Village Hotel for 4 nights. My husband and I booked this spot after seeing the beautiful photos online and the positive reviews and we were NOT disappointed. Probably one of the most BEAUTIFUL hotels we've stayed at. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. We loved the atmosphere and jungle like decor in the hotel. The architecture + decor was so well thought out everywhere from the lobby, to the pool, to our rooms. Our view from the floor to ceiling windows out to the central pool and "floating" restaurant was so mezmerizing. It truly felt like we weren't even in a bustling city. But at the same time it was located very centrally and just a quick walk away from the main old market and pub street. There were lots of convenient stores, coffee shops, restaurants and bars within 1-2 blocks as well The pool was a great escape that we went to almost daily to relax before dinner. We also LOVED the tradition of a daily "cambodian traditional tale", 2 lotus flowers, and 2 palm cakes. Service was also fantastic, they booked a driver for us for an Angkor Wat temple day and he was courteous, helpful, and very informative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone looking for a luxurious stay for a reasonable price.

Very pretty Khmer style hotel. Fantastic service. Location is centrally located in Siem Reap. The suite we stayed in is large and comfy. You can also request to change your extra bed if you find the mattress too soft. Breakfast buffet not as extensive still hits the spot with their menu options. I heartily recommend the breakfast noodle soup. Their breads are delicious! If you're too tired from visiting the temples try having the local dishes in their restaurant for dinner. The pool is a great place to relax. The complimentary rice cakes are an extra treat. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to The Night Market and a few minutes from nearby bars and restaurants. I recommend Angkor Village Hotel for the location convenience and great service should anyone visit Siem Reap. My family had a great stay.

From the moment you enter, this hotel feels like a hidden paradise, a true green oasis amid the bustle of Siem Reap. The atmosphere instantly transports you back to colonial times, with beautiful teak wooden floors, elegant decor, and an incredible attention to detail throughout the property. The outdoor pool is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by lush palm trees and tropical greenery, the perfect place to relax and unwind after exploring the temples. The only downside is the occasional traffic noise from the nearby street, especially if your room faces that side. Still, the hotel’s charm, comfort, and serene setting more than make up for it.

Stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Day 1 the room key stuck in the door so we could not walk away. Fixed within an hour. Day 2 the room key stuck again. I stayed in the room for 90 minutes while it was again fixed. But it wasn't. The door is dismantled, the handle and locking mechanism are disassembled and reassembled. Voila!!! But it doesn't work still. Eventually a new handle and lock are installed. 4 hours waiting. The WiFi was woeful but to be fair they brought a modem to our room - wonderful except it was on a data plan and died after 45 hours. The breakfast is a la carte - the bacon (very tasty) and sausage are served cold?? It's a beautiful looking hotel and superbly located - a good General Manager and Restaurant Manager could make this place stunning. There's lots of tweaking needed is all.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by lush greenery and a peaceful pond. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and our room was super comfortable. The restaurant served delicious local food. Great location — an easy walk to everything but just off the main road, so it stayed nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

What a lovely oasis in the middle of a busy city. It was like being in a tropical forest. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent The restaurant was in the middle if a large pond so relaxing. The pool was also relaxing, no loud music just a great escape from the noise and business of the city.

What to say? Everything went perfect, from the staff, to the facilities, from the breakfast to the location. This hotel is definitely one of the reasons we want to comeback to beautiful Cambodia. We stayed for 6 nights I wanted it to be 10! And please continue with the traditional stories and the little cake treats, they are such a nice touch!

Anantara Angkor Resort, Cambodia I had a truly wonderful stay at Anantara Angkor. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. I was greeted with a refreshing Cambodian welcome drink, which was the perfect way to begin the experience. One thing I really appreciated was the flexibility — they allowed me an early check-in and late check-out without any extra fees, which made my stay even more comfortable. The Cambodian food at the resort was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The place itself is beautiful and calm, offering a truly relaxing stay. This place is unbelievable! The staff are so kind & respectful, the room is spacious & has everything you would ever need. The room was like a small apartment, I loved it. The restaurant at the hotel serves great steak, mostly the food was great. The best part is sitting at night for a nice drink near the pool, what a great resort!

The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way several times to make our stay amazing. The restaurant had excellent food and the grounds were extremely clean. They had a welcome feet washing, a free massage after breakfast and little surprises along the way. They offer a free airport pickup, which was very nice. Would recommend highly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anantara Angkor. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, absolutely loved the bruschetta and fresh mango every morning. The pool area was stunning and never crowded, perfect for relaxing. We also tried their spa and we loved the relaxing massage and the private steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi area that we booked after dinner. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and tranquility in Siem Reap.

AMAZING experience! We had wonderful few nights stay at this calm oasis. To begin with we were very warmly welcomed with wonderful Khmer scarf. The architecture was beautifully Khmer inspired. Front staff was very sweet and welcoming. Radha, Moon, Lawis, 🙏 We stayed in a suite which was very tastefully decorated and sparkling clean all times. Yuki, our butler attended to all our needs promptly which was wonderful. Thanks Yuki🙏 Breakfast was just amazing. Some buffet and some a la carte, which was perfect. All the staff was wonderful at the restaurant but special mention goes to Chandra and Mary who very attentively and diligently served us with a smiling face most mornings. All the chefs were superb. Had one dinner and was most splendid. Made fantastic use of the wonderful spa. Got to know all the lovely staff in there. They were all excellent but found kao the most knowledgeable. My husband had a bad back but was much better after all the massages! Thank you all for your care and warmth🙏 Turn down with a different sweet dessert every night was a lovely touch. Salt water pool was a wonderful experience! No chlorine and not as salty as sea. Every Wednesday ( I think) they served a crushed ice drink by the pool which was delicious. Managed to do all the activities at least once and yoga a few time times. Very good yoga instructor. Sorry forgetting the name.. Most importantly, the GM Supratik Ghua was SUPER! Enjoyed chatting to him and seeing him most mornings. Thank you for making our stay exceptional. Would love to visit the resort again! Until next time😊

I actually really liked this hotel. It’s boutique so don’t expect anything grand but has everything you need a nice pool, spa and restaurant. The food is amazing and the staff are wonderful and they will plan your entire itinerary if you let them. It’s been a wonderful experience, highly recommend the private garden dinner with the show

For the second time I stayed at the Navutu Resort. It feels like an Oasis: green, calm, peaceful; with easy access to the city (by TukTuk, which are readily available). Fresh clean pools, large rooms/bungalows that are set-up nicely, daily yoga, tasty/healthy food. I booked the Reiki package, my Reiki Master Yvonne was wonderful. I‘d like to highlight particularly the friendly and helpful staff across the entire crew, and specifically also Sa and Navin from the breakfast team. Thank you all for making my stay memorable, relaxing and refreshing.

Pros: Spacious room and bathrooms and each room has small private outdoor seating. Three pools but the reclining chairs could be cleaned more regularly. Tasty breakfast and friendly staff. Cons: The receptionist guy talks a lot and should talk less. He spent 15 minutes explaining that they are giving us free water to drink in water bottles and we need to refill from water stations. Every resort is doing it (and don't even mention it)and they also provide refills at doorstep. The greenery between rooms is sparse and sometimes semi dried plants. They could invest in greener and maybe flower bearing plants and the decor in main lobby could be better quality sofas and wooden/stone based decor. The location is a bit far off from everything else. This is a good stay if you are looking for a pool and sunbathing.

This place is simply amazing. My partner and I spent a week here and it was all we could want, and more. The staff is so friendly. We got to know many of them individually and were on a first name basis with most of them before we left. They offered unbiased opinions on where to go and what's not worth the hype, as well as explaining why they offered these suggestions. It's a 30 minute walk from major areas like Pub Street, and you get to experience most of what the city itself has to offer during that walk. If walking in the heat isn't your thing, they're happy to arrange a tuk tuk or a private car for you, whichever you prefer. The resort itself is luxurious. Each room is a private oasis and the pools are comfortable and cooling. While drinks and food are expensive by Cambodian standards, we found things incredibly fairly priced (by Canadian standards). I could go on and on about Navutu, but I'll wrap it up by stating you can't get a better spot in Siem Reap and when we come back we'll definitely be staying here.

We had 4 nights here. And was fantastic. 3 pools to choose from happy hour every day from 5-6pm. Rooms were immaculate and the service was brilliant. Plenty of menu options for the restaurant including vegetarian and vegan dishes.

I recently hosted a week long yoga and temples retreat at Navutu Dreams resort. This is my experience. The communication from start to finish with the lovely and very accommodating Kimseang was indeed seamless. Although I was on the other side of the world and we started conversing 7 months prior, Kimseang was always prompt in her replies and very helpful with all my request and questions. Once I arrived in Cambodia ahead of my retreat, we met and she continued to support and assist with all the pre-retreat needs. Her entire team at the front office where kind, helpful and considerate of our needs. All the staff from the kitchen to the restaurant and the cleaners were always super friendly and have such a lovely energy. Our rooms where facing the pool and the ambience after a long day out and about was exactly what we needed: Peaceful, relaxing and quiet. The rooms are lovely and whenever we had small issues, they were tended to immediately in the loveliest manner. The food is delicious, specially the local dishes. The Yoga shala is functional, everything that is needed is available (bolsters, mats, straps candles, incense) and whatever extra requirements we had (daily fresh lotus flowers) where promptly arranged without a fuss. I was blessed to collaborate with the in house Sound healer Stephane, on one evening, which was a truly special addition to our retreat. I met the kind and gentle Tommy who's yin yoga class on my last night (post-retreat facilitator recovery!) was exactly what I needed to recalibrate. I also had the pleasure of meeting Angelo Kaplar - ceremonialist, plant medicine facilitator and lovely soul who also works with the resort and hope to work together on the next retreat at Navutu. Navutu Dreams is a resort with a vision and a heart, authentic, open to feedback and willing to fine tune their services at every step of the way. This makes them a wonderful partner for retreats and a place I will most definitely return to in the future for my next one. Thank you very much.

A few weeks ago, I went to heritage suite hotel just to get their dining experience. I had the famous chicken breast steak, Chicken banana flower salad, and banana and cashew nut spring roll. It was so so so good!!! I wish I could have more, but I’m too full haha. The service experience was even more incredible, they are very welcoming and nice. I definitely recommend everyone to get their dining experience at Heritage Suite Hotel list once during your visit at Siem Reap.

An urban oasis. We had the private pool room and it was fabulous! This place is just enough out of the hustle and bustle but still super convenient. They went above and beyond to celebrate a birthday with us. The team were so lovely and kind. A stand out was Sinat, she was so beautiful and sweet and helped us learn things. I didn’t feel like a walking wallet in this hotel. They left beautiful gifts, the breakfast was lovely and the main pool was gorgeous. The team were all very welcoming. They gave us treats for my partner’s birthday. Highly highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel.

Everything here is created with so much love and attention to detail: from the gentle natural aromas in each uniquely named room to the incredibly kind and helpful staff. The location is perfect not in the busy city center, but very convenient for beautiful walks along the river and easy access to all main attractions. The food is delicious, the design is stunning, everything is spotless and beautifully arranged. You truly feel like you’re in a hidden paradise surrounded by peace, beauty, and care. This is a beautiful and wonderful place to stay. We stayed three nights while we were visiting the temples. The staff are fantastic, really excellent and thoughtful service. This is a beautiful hotel, our room was spacious and elegant with an extremely comfortable firm bed. On a practical note, the room had plenty of easily accessible plugs to charge our devices from, and the WiFi connection was excellent, but that was not why we were here. We were looking for total relaxation and found it. Tours were arranged with ease, and every request I made was catered for. Staff were attentive courteous and friendly they really made our vist very special, we stayed a week and dinned in the restaurant multiple times, sampling both traditional Khmer food and their western options, both were excellent. It was totally worth splurging on a room with a private pool, the main pool is magical but there is just an added layer of luxury stepping out of your room into your private courtyard and down into your own pool. I had a couple of massages in the Hotel Spa, and if climbing Ankor Wat nearly kills you like it did me, follow my lead the massages are amazing and persuaded my muscles they had a few more temples in them, without the massages I would not have got the most out of my vist. So if you are looking for a boutique hotel experience, this beautiful place is where you can find it. They certainly exceeded all our expectations 5 star+++

Amazing stay at Metta Residence & Spa. The hotel is gorgeous such a tranquil, relaxing spot in a busy busy town. The room was so comfortable & clean, so much space & a lovely pool view. The staff were all brilliant, Mr Andy gave us the warmest reception when we arrived & continued to make sure our stay was perfect as did Phary, who was so helpful at all times. Harry also couldn’t do enough for us & gave us great service too. Mr Lucky & his team in the restaurant & bars were outstanding, they couldn’t do enough for us, June was amazing always so friendly & ready to make sure everything was just so as did Jennifer & Chan. Such a great group of hotel staff. I would highly recommend Metta Residence if you’re travelling to Siem Reap.

We stayed for 2 nights: Breakfast – 1/5 • Honestly, the worst breakfast we’ve had so far: • Day 1 (buffet): Over 10 flies on the fruits (especially oranges and dragon fruit) and even at the egg station in the vegetables. Bread and pastries tasted bad. • Day 2 (set menu): Only 4 sets to choose from. The hash brown in the western breakfast set was extremely oily and seemed to be refried many times. Air conditioning was turned off in the restaurant. If you stay here, I recommend skipping breakfast. Staff – 5/5 • All the staff we interacted with, including night reception and restaurant teams, were friendly and helpful. Massage – 4/5 • The massage therapists are very skilled, and the massage quality itself was great. However, the environment needs improvement: • The towel on my head had an unpleasant smell. • previous client’s hair in the bowl under the massage bed where we rested our face • No aroma or relaxing spa music. • Apart from these issues, the massage itself was exceptional. If you go, don’t forget to tip good money the therapists, they work hard and it really helps their families. Cleanliness – 2/5 - Stains on the sofa and outdoor chairs. - Found 1 insect on the bed when we checked in. - A bit dusty - bathroom feels old. Other notes: • Room US$46/night (Agoda) • Airport pickup: US$30 • Massage: US$18 for 60 minutes • Some reviews mention free laundry and complimentary drinks during happy hour, but this only applies if you book directly through the hotel. We booked via Agoda (cheaper) and did not receive these perks. After 2 nights, we moved to another hotel and found similar quality at a lower price, with free town and airport pickup and room upgrades included. Summary: • Due to the border war, many tourists cancel the trips to Cambodia. Hotel is quiet. • Very nice staff and great massage services, but cleanliness and breakfast need major improvement. Worth visiting for the massage, but not for the breakfast.

It is a nice hotel, however I would not consider it a 5 star, but more of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is nice and the rooms are spacious, but I would definitely pay more attention to the cleaning as I found many spots on the white walls (mostly dead bugs, but also dirt). The gym definitely needs to get more maintenance, there were no trash cans, no towels, and the space and machines just feel old and unclean. The air conditioning barely worked so started sweating before even starring to exercise. Outside there are always tuck tucks you can take to get to the city center or the archeological sites which is practical and you have a few stores nearby such as a mini market and a pharmacy. I don't know if I would stay again here if I returned to Siem Reap, but it is a decent option to consider.

Hotel is nice with beautiful big salt water pool, albeit very warm in the water. Most staff attentive but found breakfast to be sub standard. In fact maybe one of the worse breakfasts I've had in Sth East Asian countries. Eggs, bacon never got. I actually asked to have poached eggs cooked for me fresh however they were still delivered to my table cold. First morning there was pineapple & orange juice available, the next 2 mornings out of orange juice but offered apple juice. I don't know many people that like apple juice, me included. Some of the fresh fruit looked like it had been the same fruit served up days before. Rooms were ok however those ridiculous tiny bar fridges are useless. They don't keep drinks cold & with no freezer you can't keep ice. Reception also need to keep a good float of USD notes for guests to change to smaller notes for Tuk Tuks

Nice hotel to stay in Siem Reap. It is 20 minutes walking from the city centre and It takes around 20 minutes to reach Bangkok by tuc-tuc. The breakfast buffet is really good. The rooms are big and very clean. The gym could be better. I tried to run in the running machine but one was out of service and the other one did not work properly... Anyway, a nice place to stay regarding cost-quality

Four excellent nights with our two kids. The hotel is very nice,the rooms are qualitative and calm, the breakfast is fantastic and the swimming pool incredible.

Lovely setting. We had a luxury double garden suite located near the bar and pool. Staff were very attentive and helpful and always around if needed. Pool was good and had beds around with towels provided from the spa area. The grounds are very lovely and lush vegetation all around giving a sense of rural jungle vibe. The room was set out well and was very comfortable with large shower and double sink. Bed was very comfortable. The only slight negative is that the room could do with a refresh eg marks on the wooden furniture but to be honest it didn't detract majorly. This hotel complex is located a little out of town but we used the grab app to order tuk tuks which are very cheap and no hassle. I wasnt going to walk in 35°c!! I also used the spa for a massage and which was absolutely brilliant.

A wonderful stay in Siem Reap with the loveliest and helpful staff members and a very spacious room with comfy beds. The experience was really nice as the staff greeted you with a bottle of wine, the freshest fruit and kindness. They were very accommodating with transfers into the town and we returned to fresh passionfruit beverages and smiling, friendly faces after our tour. The decor of the place was very majestic in an understated zen style. The airport transfer was very easy despite the hour distance and with fresh coconut juice, air con and a lovely chat with the driver - we could not complain.

We spent two and a half days here in late September and truly enjoyed it. It is a hotel that provides all necessary services and more. It takes care of its guests and knows how to take the extra step to make them feel special and relaxed after long journeys. It helped us with arrangements for Angkor Wat and provided us with a great tuk tuk driver.

I recently stayed at this beautiful & tranquil hotel to celebrate my 30th Birthday. I'm literally lost for words, as this hotel should be 10 star as 5 star doesn't do it justice. Me & my wife were picked up from Siemp Reap Airport and were greeted by the driver at the arrival hall. Once we reached the car, he gave us both a cold towel to refresh ourselves and a welcome which was a very refreshing and tasty coconut. When we had reached the hotel in Siem Reap, on arrival roughly around 8 members of staff were at the entrance to formally greet us. I was literally blown away by this to have received so much care and respect. Our bags were carried to our hotel room and we were checked in by a lovely friendly man who was the receptionist. Once we had settled in our room, I had knock on the door and when I opened it. There was roughly around 10 hotel staff with a birthday cake and they began to sing "Happy Birthday". It was a very sweet and magical experience. There was also a lovely bottle of red wine, fruit, cheese & nuts in the room waiting for us to indulge and enjoy. There was nothing out of line and I literally couldn't complain about anything as my stay was immaculate and perfect in everyway. From even going into town and the shops, the hotel provide a tuk-tuk and are more than happy to pick you up when you are finished. One of the sweetest things I experienced was the staff are there to bid you farewell when you go out and also to welcome you when you arrive back to the hotel, me and my wife literally felt like royalty. Throughout the stay nothing was ever too much to ask and any member of staff is always willing and more than happy to help you. The best advice, if you're visiting Siem Reap and want a tranquil, relaxing and warm experience. Definitely book this hotel. It's 100% worth every USD you spend. Thank you for everything! 🇬🇧🤝🇰🇭

My partner and I had the most wonderful stay in Shintana Saya La Maison for three nights, but we do have one big problem: we should have booked to stay longer! David, the Cambodian owner and manager, has a wonderful team dedicated to making your stay as relaxing as possible (Steven stood out in his attentiveness and dedication). They have a spa on the grounds: the Khmer massage there was one of the highlights of Siem Reap for us. The hotel architecture is marvellous throughout from the idyllic setting, to the cascading pools to the rooms that combine modern convenience with nature. Many of the hotels where we are from in Europe preach sustainability (most of which is greenwashing), this is a hotel beyond anything Europe’s five star hotels have - one that does not need to boast about it’s eco-credentials - one that just does it through it’s plants and trees, its body washes that make use of all natural ingredients and investing in the local area for the desire to offer Khmer modern luxury. The room and bathroom are in pristine condition, with soft bedding and a perfectly comfortable bed. It's the thoughtful details that truly stand out: after a long day, they bring refreshing drinks to your room, and the evening turn-down service is impeccable, with water refilled and the room tidied once again. The airport pick-up with fresh coconut water and excellent laundry service add to the experience. The restaurant serves delicious food. We spent 7 nights here for our staff conference. Everything about his hotel was phenomenal. The customer service, spa, food, rooms, beds, linens, etc…EVERYTHING was beyond expectations. The process of booking the venue was so smooth, and they were attentive to our needs as a team. My team fell in love with the place and the staff. The kids loved the pool, and there was plenty of room to play outside or in the rooms. They were never bored. This hotel is not only great for events, it’s an amazing place for families. Unfortunately, the Kulen Forest tours were shown as fully booked on the official website. We asked Muny for help and left for a full-day visit to the Angkor temples, hoping for a miracle. And a miracle happened. When we returned to our room that evening, we found a printed note from Muny: he had managed to secure us a spot on a tour to the Kulen Elephant Forest for Monday afternoon, followed by an evening at the Apsara Theatre. We were stunned and deeply touched. The visit to the Kulen Elephant Forest was one of the most moving and magical experiences of our trip. And to top it all off, we arrived at the Apsara Theatre to find out that Muny had booked us the two best seats in the house — center stage, front row, with no one in front of us! It feels fitting to write this review on our last night at the Memoire Palace Resort and Spa. To say that our stay here has been sensational from start to finish would be a complete understatement. My partner and I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and we are hard pressed to think of one that competes in terms of hospitality, unrelenting service, and heart. From the moment we arrived, after travelling all night, the standard was set. We were warmly welcomed with cool towels, watermelon juice, the scent of lemongrass, and a super quick check in. We were even upgraded to a suite overlooking the pool and allowed to check in early. It was the perfect start to our trip. Throughout our entire stay, not a single request was too much. The staff went out of their way to use our names and genuinely ask about our day. On my partner’s birthday, not only was our room beautifully decorated, but we were serenaded by a group of staff before being presented with a birthday cake. How many hotels go to this level of care? While every member of the team was wonderful, it would be remiss of us not to mention Soriya and Samotha (Sam). We are genuinely sad to be saying goodbye to them. The pride they take in their work and their genuine enthusiasm to connect and care for their guests is truly moving. They are exceptional at what they do and will bend over backwards to ensure your holiday is nothing short of wonderful. The Memoire Palace Resort and Spa is an excellent place to stay. It is a little further out than some other hotels, but just a short tuktuk ride, or even a pleasant walk (as we often did) to the buzzing city centre. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the pool area is incredible. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, and the attending staff are attentive and warm. I honestly cannot fault a single aspect of our stay. I almost do not want to write such an effusive review because part of me wants to keep this gem to ourselves, but I cannot. We cannot wait to come back. This hotel is perfect for couples and families alike.

We had an amazing one week stay at Maison Polanka. We were a group of 8 so we booked The Maison. Each room in The Maison was uniquely and beautifully decorated and we all loved it. The terraces for each room also gave us a nice outdoor space for some quiet time. We all absolutely loved the grounds of the property. It was so lush and green and beautiful. The pool was also a great size to swim and hang out at. The food at breakfast was excellent with great local and western options and their freshly baked breads were so delicious. We also loved the restaurant food they serve at lunch/dinner. Every dish was delicious and the chef is absolutely adorable. We loved all the staff who really made this stay very special for us. They were amazing from the moment we booked, helping us with a lot of pre-arrival planning and bookings. And from the moment we arrived till we left, the staff were so friendly, fun and warm and took such good care of us. They made us feel so at home, we really didn’t want to leave. Maison Polanka is a very special place and I couldn’t recommend this more!

Our experience of Maison Polanka was of such warm and homely hospitality right from the owner to all the staff of the place. We had a wonderful stay and it was just the break we needed. We really enjoyed the scrumptious food, the beautiful Al fresco dine setting and the pool. The owner was also kind enough to give many recommendations which came in really handy while planning the trip. It is a perfect quiet retreat getaway that one would need after the long tours of the temples. It has only a few rooms and so offers a kind of exclusivity.

Maison Polanka is a truly magical place. Set back from the busy streets of Siem Reap, a path winds through a tranquil garden to your accommodation. We were lucky enough to stay in the Garden Lodge, which was wonderful. Everybody there was lovely, and we had such a lovely time. The food was excellent, and they were very flexible with timings (we were getting up early, and coming back at odd times, and it was really good to know breakfast would be waiting for us!) If you have a chance to stay here, take it. You won't regret it.

We were very well taken care of on our quick trip to Siem Reap. Everyone was friendly, warm, and sweet. We loved the area, it's very special, and Maison Polanka made the whole experience perfect. The property is close to everything, but wonderfully nestled as it's own private haven. It is close to a temple, so you will occasionally hear some nice chanting and other spiritual sounds closeby. The room was spacious and nicely presented. We had spa treatments onsite and they were excellent. The food, drinks, and tea were also great. Really nice refreshing pool that will cool you down instantly. There is no question that we will be back to Maison Polanka next time we visit Siem Reap. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Hidden away from the bustling streets is this quiet secluded slice of paradise. The grounds are well manicured and the buildings are in great shape. The staff are some of the nicest and most polite I've had the pleasure of meeting. They are very attentive and accommodating. Each day when I returned from an excursion, I was greeted with a cold scented towel to freshen up. The food is also top notch. Each meal is cooked to order and tastes exceptional. My stay was a short three nights but I intend to stay longer next time in a future visit.

Our recent 5-night family stay at the Angkor Embassy Resort and Spa was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and taken care of, making our trip to Cambodia a pleasure. The resort itself is a beautiful, tranquil oasis perfectly positioned to be the ultimate base camp for exploring the region. It's close enough to the magnificent temples of Angkor Wat for those early morning sunrises, yet provides a quiet, restful retreat away from the bustle of Siem Reap town. Accessing the Pub Street area and night markets was always quick and easy, demonstrating its ideal central location. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the incredible staff. We must single out two individuals for their outstanding service: First, our dedicated driver, Bory, was phenomenal. He was far more than just transportation; he was always punctual, safe, incredibly knowledgeable about the routes, and ensured we were comfortable and refreshed after our long days of temple climbing. Bory’s friendly attitude and excellent local recommendations made every journey a pleasure. Second, Barang and his team from the front desk were a lifesaver. Their professionalism and efficiency were second to none. He helped us quickly organise last-minute requests, provided great dining suggestions, and always greeted us with a warm, genuine smile. With its gorgeous pool, comfortable rooms (many with private pools), and exceptional level of personalised care, we wholeheartedly recommend the Angkor Embassy Resort and Spa to any family or traveller looking for a luxurious, warm, and perfectly located stay in Siem Reap. My husband and I recently spent 7 days at this resort. It was our first visit to Cambodia. Our arrival in Cambodia was not so great as we nearly missed our flight and when we landed our luggage didn't arrive. When we arrived at Embassy Angkor Resort that was a distant memory as our welcome set the tone for the rest of our holiday. From the moment we arrived we were treated with so much kindness. We met Ran and he was amazing. He would what's app me everyday checking if we were ok or needed anything. Whatever we needed in out room he made sure that we received it speedily. He even assisted with tours. The resort was very tranquil and exceded out expectations. The main pool was great and we had a room with a private pool too. We loved our private oasis and spent lots of time there. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. We had an issue with the toilet one day and water pressure but once we reported it was sorted out quickly. We were even offered free drinks at the restaurant as an apology. The manager also offered us an apology regarding the room but these things happen and once it was fixed we had no further problems. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food was great. They have happy hour from 12 till the night and the cocktails were amazing. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. The cappucinos were very good. Getting to town was quick. You just go to reception and request a tuck tuck. They provide a one way transfer to town free of charge. Embassy Angkor Resort ticks all the boxes but what makes it great is the friendly staff who go out of their way to assist. A shout out to Ran who is such an awesome person. Thank you for an amazing and memorable stay.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this beautiful hotel with our family of 5. We had a very spacious 2 bedroom family suite with private pool. There was a small incident with the AC in one of the 2 rooms that wasn’t working but the staff went above and beyond to try to fix it and then we had to change rooms but it was just next door so no big deal. It is a quiet hotel, a little outside the center. What made it special for us was the outstanding service we received and the friendliness of the staff. In particular Ms Mon was always there for us and her service was beyond amazing. They organized tours and visits according to our wishes and everything we asked for was always accommodated. The food was good but service at the pool bar a little slow. Overall a fantastic hotel with a big personality and beautiful decor and setting as well.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with spacious, well-maintained facilities and a very peaceful atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, you can feel it’s a place designed for comfort and relaxation. During our stay, there were a few minor issues, but what really stood out was how the hotel handled everything with great professionalism and care. Mrs. Mon in particular went above and beyond to make sure any misunderstandings were quickly clarified and resolved. The team took full responsibility and ensured everything was sorted out smoothly, which we truly appreciated. The spa service was excellent — the two ladies who attended us were lovely, and the massage was wonderful. We also want to highlight the restaurant staff, who were extremely kind and attentive, offering gluten-free options for my friend, which was a huge plus. Our suite was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, and the whole resort has a calm, relaxing vibe that makes it perfect for unwinding after exploring Siem Reap. Overall: a high-quality hotel with a dedicated team that genuinely cares about its guests. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Resort in Siem Reap! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Our tour guide Tiger Patvy made our visits to all the major temples truly memorable — his knowledge, kindness, and enthusiasm brought each site to life. Our TukTuk driver Yen was equally wonderful, always punctual and cheerful, making every ride enjoyable. A special mention to Hotel Manager Phea, who was incredibly kind and always available to help with any questions or needs. The spa at the hotel is not to be missed — it was relaxing and rejuvenating after long days exploring. Every member of the staff was humble, respectful, and genuinely caring, making our stay feel like home. Highly recommend Embassy Resort for anyone visiting Siem Reap — it’s a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and true Cambodian hospitality!

The people make this resort special . Nothing is too much trouble for them, so kind and friendly. Breakfast was great , and we ate a few times at the hotel which was very good. We also had Bory drive us to the temples several times, he knew great vantage points , also recommendations for lesser known temples with not so many people around. He even got up at 4. 30 to take us to see sunrise at Angkor Wat The free tuk tuk service into town is so good, we enjoyed not being in the noisy and sometimes chaotic centre we had a wonderful massage at the Spa, it was very calming and the spa area is lovely We also had a beautiful welcome as we were celebrating our 30 th wedding anniversary Thank you too everyone at The Embassy for making our stay special

Absolutely fantastic. The staff are great. The pool is fantastic. The restaurant is good. Could not recommend enough from 6 pm to 10 pm. You can use the resort tuk tuks that will take you to and from town free. If you want to use them outside of this it’s only one dollar once again staff were fantastic. I would recommend staying here.

What can I say. First time visit to Cambodia for my wife and I and so so glad we booked our stay with eightfold. From the point of booking to now it’s been amazing. They were super responsive on WhatsApp from the moment I booked. They helped arrange both pick up and our return which we very good value. Yes the hotel is marginally away from town but not sure why this is an issue when they provide free shuttle service to town. Even when we asked for a shuttle service after there city off (10pm) they still offered to pick us up for free! The moment you arrive the staff are super friendly, attentive and always wanting to go above and beyond to help make your stay amazing. Breakfast was lovely and for the days we were short on time the provided a packed lunch / takeaway box. Rooms are lovely clean and modern. The hotel grounds itself are stunning but you probably won’t spend much time walking around the immediate area. We are still on hols but felt that for a country that heavily relies on tourism we should do our bit to highlight great service. Finally we were offered a free 3 course meal on our last nights stay. A fab touch. As well as late check out for free.

Eightfold resort is a new modern and charming hotel. It is a bit detached from down town but they provide very efficient tuk tuk service in the evening. Rooms are modern and well decorated, the bed very comfortable. Cleaness was more than perfect! Our room was facing the dining room and a bit noisy. The room was never dark as there's a ceiling window at the entrance. The dining room is a bit under dimensioned and the quality of food can be improved. But important to be mentioned, personnel is so much kind! We thank you very much everyone but in particular Lead who has been very efficient providing us with all the information and helping whenever necessary.

We had a great four day stay. Staff is amazing and goes beyond what is expected. The hotel is located a bit away from the action but there is an easy tuk tuk service. Pool area is just wow with lush vegetation. The food onsite is good so we ended up eating supper here three nights during our stay.

Lovely experience staying with them! The staff are super duper helpful and wonderful. They go to great extends to offer the best service possible. Highly recommend everyone to stay here when they visit Siem Reap. They provide hotel pick-up and drop off via a Tuk Tuk in the evenings to the main shopping area. Though their breakfast options were limited, the staff were super kind and helpful to prepare vegetarian friendly dishes to meet our dietary requirements on request. Thoughtfully and beautifully decorated property. Rooms are huge at 40 sqm, and those on the ground floor are directly connected to the pool. Staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Five minutes by Tuk tuk ride from the town centre, the resort is nested in a village accessible by well maintained mud track, shared by a couple of goats and street dogs. As a bonus, 30m from the resort is a renown physiotherapist clinic which charges US$20 per session of deep massage treatment by well trained English speaking therapists. The only improvement I can think of is to add more power sockets near the bedside for devices charging.

My family (2 adults, 2 t(w)eens, 2 grandparents) stayed at Eightfold for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay! From the moment we checked in and throughout our stay, we were blown away by the hospitality of the staff. Mr Leab at the front desk was incredibly attentive and remembered so many thoughtful details throughout our stay. Seeing him in the evenings was a pleasure in itself! My parents loved exchanging pleasantries with Mr Lee in the restaurant. The property is beautiful and the location is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the action. We highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay here during low season. My apartment B was outstanding. Everything I needed. Local drivers and staff were so welcoming and wonderful. Owner was so kind. I really enjoyed my five days here. The pool, my apartment, cooking meals and exploring the area. It was magical. Rainy season was perfect for seeing the temples too

Central to Siem Reap in a nice quiet neighbourhood, close to walk to central city and attractions. The most welcoming staff. Nice swimming pool. Owner was very friendly. Would definitely come back and stay. We stayed in Urban B apartment plenty of room to relax. Happy Hour from 5-7pm each day. Highly recommend the Khmer Martini.

I love boutique hotels and Rambutan Resort is one of the reasons I do. Service is impeccable, rooms are nicely decorated with excellent mattress and each has a private balcony. Only a 5 minutes walk to the happenings streets of Siem Reap. Will come back here again and again

Love at first sight : this hotel had my heart the moment we climbed the steep stairs to our room (which felt like a tree house) and i saw the layout of the hotel from our balcony. It is not very big but very well thought out. It's eco friendly and trying to be sustainable while still offering most of the amenities. All the rooms have balconies looking at the saltwater swimming pool in the central courtyard. I wish I had more time to enjoy this hotel. The breakfast is really good too. I fell in love with the Cambodian breakfast dish of Bahn Sung there The best part of the hotel is that it is bang centre of the busy part of town so we only walked 5 mins to the markets, night market and pub street. P.s. theres a cat cafe right next to it with the cutest friendliest cats.

I see some wonderful reviews here, not sure where their perspective comes from, I'm trying to write In a constructive way. Agree the grounds and staff are wonderful, but the description of the hotel says "Polished Villas", maybe at one time but time passes and things become dull. The rooms need investment in maintenance and updates; doors not closing, water coming under the door in rain, limited lighting and minimal outlets. There was a can of "Raid" In the closet, but thankfully we did not see any bugs and the room was clean.

We had a great stay here a few years ago — the perfect place to relax while visiting Angkor Wat. The hotel is LGBT-friendly, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful. Our room featured an outdoor bath on the balcony, which was a wonderful addition.

An amazing oasis in the city. I would give 6* if I could!! The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The food in their restaurant was so good and reasonably priced that we ate there most evenings. The pool is not huge but plenty big for cooling down.

We stayed at the Montra Nivesha a few days ago. This is a lovely hotel. The food is excellent in the Amok restaurant and also they serve a great breakfast. The pool is a very good way of recovering from a long day at the temples etc. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The most notable thing though is the staff. Without exception they are all very welcoming and eager to make your stay memorable. I hope we can return here one day as we very very sad to leave !

First time in Cambodia, we found this place by accident, and full of surprises with this hidden gem! Very friendly staff, good services, the room was clean and roomy, very comfortable. The breakfast spread does not look like it has a good spread, but the ordered meal were very delicious and nicely presented. The swimming pool has a good size for laps, very comfortable water temperature. There are open lounge area at the stair well, great yo sit in with friends for relax conversation. We even saw bats flying through the corridors, quite amazing. Overall we had a great stay and experience here. Highly recommended.

Stayed here February 2024. This is a lovely hotel that recreates a calm jungle like atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well equiped including a drinking water tap. The restaurant is excellent providing Khmer and western options and we ate here each evening. The swimming pool is a welcome option after a busy day visiting the temples. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a stunningly beautiful little hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia and our first stop on our self organised travels. The aim here is to leave fully relaxed and to be honest that is how we felt the moment we sat in the reception area with our welcome drinks. A lot of people use this hotel as a base to visit the Angkor Wat complexes a short tuk tuk ride away. Breakfast was simply stunning, a colourful array of every coloured fruit, juices and then either Cambodian style breakfasts (these were all brilliant) or omelette and many other things which were cooked individually on request. The swimming pool is truly amazing, more like an Infinity Pool really and deceptively long, it took me 55 minutes to swim 64 lengths which is a mile, I swim this often at Beeches Road baths which is how I know. (There was also another pool on the other side of the hotel which we didnt get chance to visit.) At the end of the infinity pool are stone seats in the water and the cocktail bar. The hotel is all dark wood furniture (just like in Bali) and spotlessly clean. We ate in the hotel on our first night there, food was fabulous. Wish we could have stayed longer here, it was just so lovely and relaxing.

You'll be very well-taken care of here - it's a great place to relax during the day when it's too hot to be out and about. This hotel is also focused on sustainability - there's no plastic on the premises and you'll be given refillable water bottles for use throughout your stay. It's about 2km away from the town itself and it's pretty close to Angkor Wat - it's relatively quiet, too. The service here is wonderful, and breakfast is made to order, with both Khmer and Western options. I really enjoyed the meals I had here. Highly recommended!

From the moment I step into Waka Villa I felt very welcome by Phalla and the speed of the check in was incredibly fast and smooth. The accommodation was spectacular. Our requests were met with efficiency and warmth. The entire villas deco was breathtaking and the landscaping was well done. The massages I have had at Waka Villa was one of the best massages in my life. The masseuses were very skilled and attentive. The kitchen staff cooked very delicious breakfasts and you have to try their amazing fruit salad! (Even for someone who never liked fruits for breakfasts like me) It is a simple mix of fruits but so very good. The waitress was very attentive and helpful with my requests. Mr Seam was also very welcoming and warm always and helped my checking out process with ease so I did not have to worry about it the next day when I leave in the morning. That was very thoughtful. I want to thank the entire staff at Waka Villa for their exceptional welcome and made my stay one of the highlights of my trip in Cambodia!

One of the best things about staying in Waka Villa was Seam and team. They really go out of their way to provide everything you need throughout your stay. Waka Villa is perfect for digital nomads who need to get some work done while visiting Siem Reap. Wifi was fast and stable enough to do video calls. They also provide free laundry every other day. Plated breakfast was available till 5pm so if you work US hours or just had a late night, you can still enjoy it when you wake up. The place is also perfect if you just want to relax. The villas are very spacious. AC is cold. Bed is very comfortable. Pool is always kept clean and was comfortably warm. While Waka Villa is a bit further from the Old Market it is still very walkable and within Grab distance. This is also great because you enjoy a more quiet stay away from car noise and partying.

In the Lap of Luxury! My flight arrived around 8PM and Waka Villas had sent a car for me. The new airport is some 50 mins outside the main town and they came equipped with cold towels and a basket of drinks! On the way to the hotel Mr Seam briefed me on details and also was kind enough to order me some food to my room. Check in was swift and I was quickly walked through the lush surroundings to my villa. They had very kindly upgraded me to the deluxe 1 bedroom villa. I was absolutely blown away by what was to be my room for the next few nights. The lounge area came complete with chaise longue, comfortable reading chair, dining table and huge TV complete with Netflix. A small kitchen with Microwave, kettle and water filter were also present in this room as was a free mini bar. The bathroom was enormous with rain shower, huge bathtub, plenty of towels and plenty of constant hot water. The windows in this area were floor to ceiling looking out into a lush little area filled with banana trees and ferns. The bedroom was enormous and contained a huge bed which was so comfortable. A writing desk and lamp were provided here which I made good use of. The bedroom opened onto a huge and completely private swimming pool which was just amazing to relax in. What really makes this Hotel and Villa special though are the staff. Mr Seam who kept in contact with me during my stay was so professional and helpful. The staff who brought me my breakfast and some evening meals were the loveliest people I have met in a while and clearly are enjoying their work….a sign of good management. Waka Villa kindly organised a market visit and cookery class for me in the hotels kitchen. It was great fun to work with such attentive and kind staff. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I made so much food! The hotel is approximately 5-10 minutes in a Tuk Tuk to the Night markets, Pub St and the main town centre. Transport is not expensive and very quick to pick up. I can highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting Siem Reap and am already planning my return.

Stayed here for one night and it was an absolute delight. Seam was a great host and the facilities at the Villa were well worth the value. Would definitely love to have stayed for longer. The architecture and interior design was intentional and thoughtfully selected with everything locally sourced from Cambodia.

We had the most amazing stay at WAKA Villa. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Special mention to Seam and Phalla who took great care of us. The villas are so lovely and private, we thought we were the only guests! We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa which was perfect for our needs. The food was delicious, the spa was fantastic and the pool was incredible. Location is a short tuk tuk ride from the riverside markets and restaurants. The staff also arranged a fantastic driver and guide for all our temple tours. I would highly recommend staying here, and hopefully will be back!

Our stay at Amansara was absolutely unforgettable. (Parents traveling with our 8 year old daughter and 21 year old son). From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was exceptional—every aspect of the experience felt curated and thoughtful. The food is excellent and they will cater to all your needs. The luxurious tuk tuks were a highlight, making every trip around Siem Reap feel special, with cool towels provided throughout the travels. The guided temple tours were impressive—informative and personalized, led by a passionate and knowledgeable guide. (Get up for the sunrise at Angkor Watt - it was a highlight for me!) The serene, minimalist suites, private pools, well equipment gym, flawless service, and peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect retreat. The smell of lemongrass incense will always bring special Amansara memories back. This is more than a hotel—it’s an experience of cultural immersion and refined luxury.

What an amazing experience. This hotel doesn't have the same beautiful surroundings as many other Amans, but it makes up for this with the best service we have ever had. Just amazing staff who were all so friendly and kind, with so many nice touches and helpful amenities, like free laundry and temple tours. The rooms and the architecture are also fantastic.

We had an amazing experience at the Amansara hotel - arrived having come from Bhutan to see the various temple complexes and we were not disappointed - the hotel is an old Raj style hotel but impeccably kept up. Our room was beautiful - old wood, lots of time period pieces, a very comfortable bed, great shower, enough tech to work my internet and plenty of space. The food was absolutely delicious (and included in our package) - breakfast was buffet and a la carte with plenty of choices from western to asian to european; dinner was so good - very creative, amazing use of flavors and local ingredients, able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and well timed. But what makes the Amansara Hotel so unique is their service - first, they planned our entire trip - from the room, to the pick up at the airport to the tour guide who took us around the various temple complexes to the evening activities and restaurants we visited. I have been to nearly 100 countries and used many guides - whether ones we found or on group trips - but the guide the hotel set us up with may very well be the very best one of them - he was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced - knew every trick to get us in to the right places at the right times, could explain every detail of every temple in religious and historical significance, found all the right angles for picture taking - he was incredible. The drivers were nice, the bell hop people were nice, the people who worked the gym were great - even the person who ran the gift shop was nice - bought a bathrobe from them and 3 years later after it had worn out, I reached out to the shop, and they sent me 3 more! The follow through and thoughtfulness makes this one of my favorite places - if I ever were to come back to Siem Reap, this is the place I'd want to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Amansara and left with so many special memories. We were delighted to be upgraded to a pool suite, which made our stay even more memorable. From thoughtful touches like the restaurant team helping me get a stained jacket cleaned in time for my Angkor Wat visit, to the staff’s genuine care during our Tonle Sap boat tour when my husband wasn’t feeling well — special thanks to Phaneth, who looked after him so kindly — we truly felt cared for. Our guide, Buntham, was outstanding: not only knowledgeable and patient, but also an excellent photographer who captured some of our favourite candid shots from the trip. A casual mention of my love for donuts turned into a special memory when Ramorn arranged Noum Kong for me at breakfast, complete with charming stories of how locals enjoy them as afternoon snacks in the fields. There were a couple of small hiccups with communication around activities, but the warmth and attentiveness of the team more than made up for it. The highlight was the beautiful surprise the staff arranged for my husband’s birthday — it was heartfelt and unforgettable. Special thanks also to Guicle and Chanthoeun for their warm hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you, Amansara, for such a meaningful experience — we look forward to returning.

Worst SPG staff ever. Staff doesn't know basic english and lacks general communication etiquettes. It took me hours and hours to simply get a billing invoice as they kept saying I never stayed in their hotel, even though I was there with my family for 3 nights. They never admitted that their system might have a glitch. Weird.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The room was big and had a lovely view of the courtyard. The breakfast spread is mind blowing and super tasty. Special thanks to Chef Zillur for being kind enough to whip up some Indian dishes for my mom every morning. They were just FAB! Everyone is so courteous and helpful. So glad to have chosen to stay here.

This hotel is completely amazing. I had a chance to stay there last month with my family and the service at the hotel was second to none. It really was an example of senior management training all the staff correctly. They knew what you needed every time and always greeted you by name. The hotel is a bit older but the service more than makes up for it. Think of service like when the St Regis is done right with a local charm and care. This a rare case of long standing staff that care and are trained right that equals a perfect stay. Marriott should be looking for them to run their China hotels.

A nice hotel to stay if you have Marriott status, but far lacking in service and a bit dated. Starting with the goods: as an ambassador I got a nice room upgrade without having to request it. Large corner suite with 2 bathrooms. Suite is nice, could use an expresso maker like usual in suites but no big deal. Bed was larger than regular king and comfortable, with pillows a bit tall but we got them replaced. You get a welcome fruit tray and a drink/ snack voucher per day to use given There is no club lounge. On the bad side they are on the nickel and dimming type which I really don’t appreciate at this tier level. All excursions quoted and transport was at least 50% more expensive than you can find elsewhere. During check in our room wasn’t ready, so they had us wait and offered a drink, to which we accepted and had a cappuccino. Turns out we had to pay an absurd of a price for it (+5 usd per, when they go for 2 outside), which was never communicated as it seemed as an offer for having to wait for the room. Additionally, breakfast only Goes till 10. We didn’t have that very clearly communicated at check in, and given every Marriott we stayed had breakfast till 10:30/ 11, we ended up missing it the second day. I kindly asked if they could give us some complimentary coffee with the breakfast voucher given that we had missed it and they refused with an excuse that the food was already prepared for the regular breakfast (which is total excuse given I would have had 2 made to order cappuccino at breakfast and it would have been the same for them . It seems minor but given I have stayed over 100 nights with Marriott and spent over 10000 last year, refusing to offer some coffee given that I missed breakfast really hits a nerve and makes my experience in this place end with a sour taste. They should have a better handling of their loyalty relations

Stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of July. The reception staff was extremely helpful, both in helping out before my visit with planning and during my stay. The location is good, not too far from the main Angkor Wat site. Property is well maintained and has everything you may need. Nice breakfast buffet. the service in the lounge coffee shop was exceptional.

Great hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Restaurant food was very good and tasty, lots choice and efficient service. Best range of exotic fruits I've ever seen for breakfast. Room was very comfortable and bathroom excellent. Lovely gardens and swimming pool. Definitely recommend this hotel and would visit again. Handy location, close to the famous temples.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely pool. Food isn't the best however, neither is the shower in the rooms or the hair dryer. But would not put me off coming back plenty of food options in town. Evening entertainment was very enjoyable great to see the traditional dancing!

This is a good hotel for the cheap price this is excellent. The location is great. Near the pub street and many restaurants and stores on walking distance. Nice and friendly staff. Great spa with amazing massage. Breakfast is average though. Will highly recommend.

Our stay at Golden Temple Residences was AMAZING! We could not have asked for more, everything was perfect. To begin our stay, the staff welcomed us with a beautiful cold drink, cold towel and snacks and made us feel very special. The room was spacious and super comfortable with all amenities that we could ask for. The hotel itself had such a calm vibe especially considering it is only moments from the hustle and bustle of Pub street and the night markets..perfect location. I would have to say that we had THE BEST service of all of our travels around the world. All staff will go out of their way to help you. My family stayed here from October 16-20, 2025. The hotel is at the heart of the city/town. It is close to the old night market, the spa shops, pharmacies, convenient stores etc. It may look so-so outside but inside it's really serene, calm and quiet. Their rooms are huge and spacious. Hotel staffs are top-notch, warm and smiling. Wi-fi access is good and fast. Good for digital nomads. Their service is above our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at Golden temple. They provide top notch service and really try to go out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. They take the time to try to get to know the guests and stay on top of requests. They offer a great service to pick up and drop off guests at the airport which is reasonably priced considering the distance and service involved. The room is very maintained and has a fun bathroom. I felt the AC did not work as well as I hoped (coming from an American used to strong central AC) but the staff was excellent about finding a fan to supplement the AC quickly. We also felt the vegetarian options at breakfast and for the packed breakfast were quite limited although for the breakfast buffet, they did let us order off the lunch menu to supplement which was great. We also really enjoyed the spa service and felt it was a relaxing experience. The location is also very good and is close to many things for tourists such as food, shopping, spas/salons, and laundromats. The property is very beautiful as well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Siem Reap.

We recently spent 8 days @ Golden Temple Residence, our stay was nothing short of spectacular! We were greeted at the airport by our courier Pang who shared with my wife and I his knowledge of the sites along the way. Upon arrival we where greeted by Harry he arranged everything, our room, our tour of Angkor Wat, Angkor Tom, and Ta Proham, unknowingly to us he also arranged departure to our next destination while on his day off. Thanks Harry 🙏🏻. I was approached during our stay by Chomreth many times to ask if there was anything he could do to help during our stay. We had breakfast every morning and the food and staff were amazing! Ratanak “Eric” was our waiter and by the time we left he had remembered The way we like or coffees and eggs from the egg station truly impressed by the details, and offered many things to see in the area, his sister Rin was very attentive as well as the other kitchen staff to our needs. Thanks Eric, Rin, and staff 🙏🏻 you are the best! I highly recommend this hotel, my wife is already planning our return visit and we will be staying at with the Golden Temple Residence! Beautiful hotel in a great location. I went to see the show there and I was highly impressed. The staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. The food was outstanding ( congrats to the chef ) , the show was super entertaining and timed with the servings so we had time to eat and time to watch. The atmosphere and ambience totally added to the show with a poolside table giving a great vantage point. I would go again next time im.in Siam Reap. The show alone is worth it.

Beautiful, "green" hotel , close to pub street and markets but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. Pool, lush grounds, outdoor day beds, open cool, restaurant with well priced meals. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Delicious afternoon tea included with local tea and treats. The hotel is doing its bit to help the environment and community with internships for students to learn about the hospitality industry; and a water refill station rather than plastic bottles. Lovely, helpful staff! A wonderful place to stay, highly recommended!

The staff was very Kind, helped with booking tours at no extra cost, providing useful information about activities and at our service 24/7. The location is great, quiet and right to the night market. And the little green areas in between the houses very relaxing feeling. Just opposite the hotel is a massage center run by blind people - the massage there was great as well. We will definitely come back to this great place when visiting Siem Reap again in the future.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. The friendliness of the entire hotel staff is incredible another level. We spent two incredible days enjoying the pool and Khmer massage service. I wish I booked another place. Hospitality is outstanding. Staff is fantastic. Rooms are not. It is not possible to open windows, no air circulations at all. Air conditioning needs good cleaning inside. You can’t open curtains as well, since people are passing by there (2nd floor). Bathroom also has water around after shower all the time , without getting dry at all. To use toilet you have to step into the water puddles left after shower

I had a wonderful experience at the Urban. As for the actual amenities, everything was on point: my room was comfortable and spacious and the pool is lovely. Beyond this, the staff are both incredibly friendly and attentive. And at the price point, the Urban isn't just a great experience, it's also a great value. I would absolutely stay here again.

The Urban is a great hotel. I stayed here for a week. The staff and Manager are very friendly and welcoming. They remembered my name and warmly greeted me each time I came into the hotel. They helped me practice my Khmer words, which I appreciate very much! Staff pay attention and notice when people have questions or need assistance. They seem happy, have great teamwork and communication. The hotel trains local interns and has a focus on community and the environment. The hotel is very clean. The staff take great care to make sure the rooms, pool and restaurant are spotless. The rooms are large and modern, the bed is very comfortable and the linens are fresh. The bathrooms are a nice size. There is hot water, AC and a small fridge. The room has a tea kettle and some delicious lemongrass tea. Wifi is fast and there is a small desk for your computer. The hotel is very close to the markets, restaurants, pub street and river, making it easy and walkable to many areas of town. Even though it’s close to busy areas there was no loud noise impacting my room or the pool area. I highly recommend this hotel, I’ll definitely stay here next time I come to the area!

I had an outstanding stay at the Golden Temple Retreat and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the reception team went above and beyond with their warm welcome and personal service. Nothing ever felt too much trouble, and they genuinely made me feel cared for throughout my stay. The restaurant staff were equally exceptional, attentive, friendly, and eager to accommodate requests which was particularly important to be as a vegetarian traveller. Their thoughtful touches and excellent service really elevated each meal. I also indulged in the spa during my visit, which was wonderful and professional in a nice calming atmosphere, and treatment left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed after two long temple days. Golden Temple Retreat excels at combining luxury with heartfelt hospitality. A perfect place to stay in Siem Reap.

Our stay was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Our room was fabulous, comfortable and clean and the pool area was great! All amenities provided were lovely. The food was great as well. They provided a lot of little extras which made the stay extra special!! The hotel organised a tour to Angkor Wat which was great and very informative. Sinet our tour guide was very knowledgeable and both he and the driver took care of all of our needs! Sinet knew all of the best photo opportunity spots. Would recommend this! We will definitely be back to stay here again, we loved it!!!!

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing staff, my husband and I had the best experience here! We were given a warm and friendly welcome with refreshing drinks and snacks when we arrived. Our room was beautiful and right by the pool. We weren’t staying in Cambodia for very long, so booked a private tour with the hotel to Angkor Wat. It was just incredible, from sunrise at Angkor Wat, to a freshly prepared breakfast on the moat, and an experienced and friendly personal guide and driver for the whole thing. We couldn’t recommend this place more and will definitely be back!

Such a lovely hotel. Rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The courtyard and pool feel like a tropical oasis and it does in fact seem like a retreat from busy Siem Reap. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I was unwell and they went out of their way to provide special touches to help me feel better. Highly recommend.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I only came for the Apsara performance and dinner. There was plenty of good tasting traditional Khmer food and the dancing was great. I always enjoy the Fishing Dance.

This has been an amazing stay. We were welcomed by the staff with friendly smiles and warmth. Our room was amazing, with beautiful decoration awaiting us. The room is clean and spacious and well equipped. For the modern traveler, plenty of charging points as well. The facility is very good. The pool welcoming from the hot sun, the food extremely well done. And most importantly you feel safe and welcome. The highlight of our visit is the friendly staff. We had pretty much everyone take care of us, asking us about how we can be helped, and making our stay a great one. I highly recommend staying here.

The Khmer Mansion Residence has a beautiful building with amazing sculptures, a lovely swimming pool surrounded by plants. It is very cozy. The bedrooms are spacious and with a balcony that looks towards the swimming. The breakfast buffet is very complete, with delicious fruit, coffee and local and western dishes. All staff is very professional, kind and most of all we are always welcome with beautiful smiles. September has been amazing to us, taking care that we get anything we need.

Spending three nights at Khmer Mansion was an extraordinary experience. From the seamless check-in to the enjoyable hotel amenities and check-out, everything was flawless. We arranged for the airport transfer ($40 each way) and were welcomed in a comfortable Lexus, which was much appreciated for the hour-long drive. The hotel is located about a 10- to 15-minute walk from Pub Street; however, ordering a tuk-tuk via Grab for less than $1 is advisable, especially in the heat or at night. While the hotel does provide tuk-tuk service, the drivers were not always available, so we often found one on our own. Our room, the Residence Suite, was the perfect retreat after a long day at Angkor Wat. We loved being able to use the pool whenever we wanted, and the spacious bathroom and shower area were a bonus. This setup is ideal for couples. The breakfast buffet was delicious, featuring a variety of items. Happy hour at the pool bar runs from 2 to 5 p.m. (BOGO), although it would be helpful if the hotel mentioned this more explicitly. My only suggestion for the hotel would be to offer more eco-friendly shower products instead of single-use tubes. Overall, Khmer Mansion Residence exceeded all our expectations, even though we have traveled to nearly 100 countries. The staff were friendly and eager to help throughout our stay.

My spouse and I just spent the weekend in Cambodia to visit the Angkor Wat area (amazing), and stayed at Khmer Mansion. It was stunning. Truly. From the first moment of arrival, you are treated like royalty. The reception desk (special shout out to Sofi and Set) was always on point anticipating needs. The staff was constantly sweeping and making sure everything was just so. The restaurant has a very skilled chef - the food was outrageously good (don’t get a western breakfast if you go. Try the local breakfast. You won’t be sorry). The spa has a few packages with massage and wraps and such - the therapists are so good. One of the better massages I have had. Every last detail seemed to be thought of and anticipated (another shout out to the amazing Sokmau, who was always on hand to help). I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Go to Cambodia and stay here.

Just stay here. This is our 3rd stay and we will be back. We stayed for 3 weeks for this visit and it was perfect as always. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so helpful, kind and have such great attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their jobs which creates a wonderful atmosphere. The room we had was lovely, comfortable, a great size, big bathroom, comfortable bed and great cooling. The pool is a great size too and kept very clean. Shout out to Dina and Khim who looked after us so well in the afternoons whilst we were pool side and were always just a joy to speak to (and make VERY good cocktails!). It’s a little away from Pub Street which we like as it feels peaceful. The Residence provides a complementary drop off by TukTuk in to town though or an easy 10-15min walk. The food at the hotel is also really great. There are plenty of restaurants nearby too that are also wonderful! But if you just want a quiet night in, know the food is good where you’re staying. We had quite the treat meal (a set 5 course) one day for lunch and it was absolutely delicious. The soup in particular was stunning and the chef was very warm and kind and explained each dish along with some of the processes behind the traditional dishes. To all of the staff, thank you and we will hopefully see you all again very soon! 🙏

I had originally booked another hotel for my stay in Siem Reap, but after 2 days I decided to check out and leave that trash and book with Khmer Mansion Residence instead. Best decision ever. The hotel room was big, spacious, comfortable. Very well lit, well equipped and very clean. You can tell that the furniture is not new but it is absolutely well maintained (not like my other hotel). I didn't see any mosquitoes, occasionally just a little tiny bug which really doesn't matter. The bed is so comfortable thank god, because we have been sleeping on concrete for 2 days before switching to this hotel. Pillows are fantastic, firm and you can tell it's good quality. The shower is absolutely amazing, I almost didnt want to leave the shower. The toilet is very big, very spacious. There's also a little balcony which I didn't use much. Wifi is very good, AC works very well. Our shoes got so dirty from heavy rain and I asked front desk if it would be possible to send them for laundry and have it ready the next morning at 7am for our activities, they were very helpful, the cleaning fee was very cheap, and it was cleaned and dried by the next morning. Amazing service! The staff are very attentive, very welcoming, very helpful, very kind and always smiling, ready to assist you in everything. This is exactly how you maintain, design and run a hotel. The experience is amazing. The only thing is that shops and restaurants are not very very near, but the complimentary tuktuk service to the markets and pub street really helps in this manner. I would rather stay here on a quiet street than a busy street with tuktuk drivers waiting outside the hotel all day harassing you as soon as you leave the hotel. I almost thought my holiday is ruined (because of the original hotel i had booked), but this place is my saving grace. I don't usually write long reviews but this place deserves more google reviews than it currently has. I highly recommend this hotel if you come to Siem Reap, you will not regret it.

Wonderful stay at the Koulen Hotel. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children (grandparents and kids included) staying in the three bed apartment for three nights. Very spacious rooms and living space. There are not many with this setup in Siem Reap so this is a good choice for mid-large groups. There are also studio rooms and two bedrooms apartments available. Every single staff were always so helpful with any of our requests (from packing early breakfast box, to getting tuk-tuks, and anything you might need for your room or kitchen). Also provided a lot of information about things to do. Special thanks to Lin, Chanthy and Bo from the front of house team. The spa at the hotel was great too. We had massages especially after a full day at Angkor Wat. Hun was very skilled at releasing knots and took care of me well. We all loved the beautiful swimming pool as well. The doormen were always ready to greet you and help with getting transport. Location was great too. Short ride to Pub Street, walking distance to Made in Cambodia market, right next to a shopping mall where you can buy Angkor Wat tickets from the kiosk, has ATMs and a few restaurants. Safe, quiet and central location. Definitely recommend Koulen Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable stay here in Siem Reap. We booked this as a base for doing a two-day guided tour of the Temples at Angkor Wat. The hotel surpassed our expectations and then some. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, in particular Sampheas in the bar/cafe was amazing. The room was huge, with great facilities. The lunch/evening food was really tasty - mostly western - but very well done…better than many pubs in London. There was an interesting and delicious selection of unique cocktails and easy drinking beers. It’s 15 minutes from the temples and 5 minutes walk from Pub Street. Perfect location, perfect service. Would definitely recommend and if we returned, we wouldn’t bother looking anything else up…we’d come straight here.

We stayed at this hotel for 12 days and had an amazing experience! The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff goes out of their way and is extremely helpful and welcoming! The food is fantastic --breakfast has a good variety (we also enjoyed the oatmeal for breakfast to go when we started our days early). The restaurant serves a delicious variety of food (where we are many times). The hotel is within easy walking distance to other restaurants, cafes, and markets (including Made in Cambodia which is a must when looking for quality souvenirs). We highly recommend a stay here and are sad to leave!

We were very glad we chose to stay at the Kulen Hotel when visiting Siem Reap. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, in terms of both the building and grounds. We had a two bedroom room, which had its own full size lounge /kitchen. It was very large and overlooked the "summer home" of the Cambodian King. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of restaurants and markets. If it's too hot to walk, a quick and cheap local tuktuk will get you there. It is also within 20km of Angkor Wat and other historic sites and temples. The hotel is able to book you a driver and guide to visit the temple areas- which I recommend: The air-conditioned van was amazing in between sites, given the heat. The hotel-arranged guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. From our first arrival to check out, all of the staff made us feel very welcomed and extremely well treated. To quote my 7 year old daughter "we're like VIPs!" We were looked after during our stay by Bo, Dika and Lin. But really, all members of the team were amazing. An especially big shout out to Chann (who we called Chann the Man) who was the hotel's driver. He was absolutely lovely and helpful, as well as knowledgeable and engaging. He made us feel at home from the moment we were collected at the airport. We would definitely recommend the Kulen Hotel when visiting Siem Reap and thank the owners and staff for looking after us during our stay.

A fantastic stay, ideally located for a short 15 minute walk to the centre, about 5 minutes walk to a lovely restaurant and Cambodian made market. Next to the square for running. A fantastic room, we had two rooms with a large living room, just the perfect way to start a holiday, we had flown from the UK with young children and from our arrival to departure the staff where unbelievably kind and attentive, always making sure the children were having a nice time. From the trainee staff to the front of house and cleaners. Thanks for a fantastic stay and showing us your beautiful country and hospitality! Awesome pool as well for the kids, went from not swimming to happily jumping in and paddling from one side to the other!

My family had a great experience at Koulen Hotel. The rooms were very spacious, and had very comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious, the pool area was great to relax and had an awesome happy hour! Also a big thanks to Bo at the front desk for helping make our stay extra special. Love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating to all your needs! The hotel has a lovely vibe, not too big, good swimming pool, cozy spaces. Great amount of yoga classes, lovely spa and massages. Love the food, especially the amount of good vegan options, burgers are amazing, would also recommend the fresh spring rolls, and the bowls. It’s so central yet tucked away in a quiet street. Would highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay in this wonderful haven. The staff are so kind and friendly, it feels like a home away from home! Situated right in the heart of Siem Reap, it is accessible to restaurants and bars, yet it is extremely peaceful, away from the noise of Pub Street. They have a wonderful restaurant serving a mix of local and western comfort food, which you can enjoy while sitting by the pool. On the rooftop, they offer daily yoga classes, all styles and all levels - the perfect way to wind down after all that temple hopping! Don't forget to say hello to the handsome resident dog, Happy - he's always eager for a good scratch and company.

Amazing little hotel tucked away from the noise but still very central. Yoga classes on the rooftop are great, lovely clean pool, delicious food and drinks. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and help you with anything you need. Will definitely be back next time

Baby Elephant is definitely a hidden gem in Siem Reap. Staff are always smiling, lovely and helpful. Very convenient location walking distance to the city center yet in a quiet corner. Really appreciate their eco friendly atmosphere. Salted pool is a plus! Delicious food with plenty of vegan options. Also pets friendly. Highly recommended!

We booked for the day retreat package and were disappointed. The yoga was great, but the massage and the spa room was very average, didn’t smell nice and the towel used for draping was damp and felt like it had already been used. The salad lunch bowl was nice even tho our toppings got mixed up. We both chose feta cheese as the protein and got a tiny quantity. We used the pool and got changed in the pool toilet/shower which had a blocked drain, so had to stand in a puddle of water. Not worth $30, and it would be easy to make it a bit special, maybe provide robes and a nice bathroom to change. Including coffee would be nice as had to pay extra. And water after the massage or while at the pool would have been nice. Overall we think $20 would be the right price.

I love this hotel! I used to go there just for the relaxing vibe, pool and a create your own salad bowl. The spa is lovely, I’ve had manicures and massages here and both excellent. They also hold events such as movie nights and second hand clothing markets. Great place to spend your time in Siem reap!

We’ve stopped by Baby Elephant for lunch plenty of times and it’s our favourite, we’ve absolutely loved it every single time. The build-your-own Buddha bowl was fresh, delicious, and full of flavour. Such a relaxing vibe and lovely staff — would definitely recommend for a healthy bite in Siem Reap. I’ve also had eyelash extensions from the girls in the spa there and they lasted so long, and were applied with care and precision.

Everyone at Anjali makes sure you have the best experience, it was delightful staying here. Receptionists arranged our dinners out in town, and recommended places. Thean made the best drinks and took great care to tend to our needs when possible. The hotel is conveniently close to both town and Angkor. The restaurant serves very good food. An all five from us !

A really lovely hotel in Siem Reap! Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive — always happy to help and quick to arrange anything you might need. The water can feel a little nippy at times, but it’s still a refreshing treat in the Cambodian heat! This hotel is located about 1km from pub street along the way and nearby to it there numerous of cafe and grocery stores which you can get whatever you wish for .

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel located away from the bustling city center of Siem Reap. It was the perfect escape, especially during the busy Khmer New Year celebrations. The room was spotlessly clean, well-decorated, and equipped with excellent water pressure and thoughtful amenities in the bathroom. Our cute balcony was a lovely bonus, adding to the cozy atmosphere. The pool was a highlight - clean, refreshing, and surrounded by lush greenery, making it a serene retreat. The included breakfast was delicious. We found the restaurant menu pricing a bit steep compared to city standards, however, with Siem Reap downtown just a 10 minute drive away, it wasn’t an issue for us. What truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly helpful with our inquiries, always welcoming, and kind. We often went in and out of the hotel during the day to take breaks and showers due to the heat. Every time we returned, we found fresh towels and a tidied-up room waiting for us. This level of care was remarkable, as most hotels do it once a day at best. Overall, our stay was stress-free and memorable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lovely hotel. Could there be a more charming boutique hotel in all of Siem Reap? I don't think so! Count yourself lucky to have found this little gem. Massages were some of the best we've ever had and the food was very fresh and delicious. Highly recommend. Addendum: I've stayed at some incredible resorts all over the world and this charming place is among the finest I've ever experienced. Again, the spa treatments were out of this world. I have never had such an amazing massage by a master. Ravi was incredibly talented and skilled at creating the most relaxing and enjoyable physical spa treatment I've had in my sixty years of living. Do yourself a favor and stay at this beautiful, stunning place and immerse yourself in true tranquilty and healing. The service staff was again some of the best in the world. You will be 100% satisfied. I leave feeling very thankful and grateful for such beautiful people and hotel that has nourished my soul.

What a wonderful stay - from entering the property to exiting, we were taken care of in every way! On arrival, every single time, we were offered cool towels and something to drink. The room was spotless, new, and decorated for us with a special message. The bed was THE MOST comfortable I have been in a while. However, the best thing is the wonderful staff - they are kind, humble, and welcoming. 10/10 recommend and will stay here when we return.

This is a real find! We had a wonderful three night stay at the Sokkhak Boutique Resort and highly recommend it. The location is between Siem Reap and the Angkor Wat complex, so we'll placed for both. It is in a peaceful and tranquil setting, but just a $2 tuk tuk ride away from the centre of town. A special mention to all of the staff, who were very kind and made us feel like we were at a home away from home. Book it! You won't be disappointed!

I booked a two night stay for my wife’s family at Angkor Grace Resort. My review was based on my wife’s experience there with her family. They stayed there mid June. Angkor Grace was able to accommodate her group of 35 guests. Their experience was so relaxing. The rooms were very clean, spacious and modern. The bathrooms were very roomy and clean. The staff there was world-class. The most talked about moments of the stay, was the delicious breakfast buffet. Everyone enjoyed and looked forward to the breakfast. Some even woke up early in anticipation for the breakfast. We want to thank Sang (we believe that was his name), who took care of our tables at breakfast, making sure my wife and her family were taken cared of for the 2 mornings of breakfast. He was exceptional!!!! Thank you Angkor Grace for taking care of my wife and her family for their visit. When we make our family trip to Siam Riep in the future, we will definitely choose Angkor Grace for our stay.

A little paradise near all the beauty of Angkor Wat. We visited in the low season, it was very quiet, and as such the perfect place to stay. Beautiful gardens, nice pools (also for the kids), well designed 2 bedroom apartment, and service helping out with anything you can wish for. The gym is huge, with a range of options, there are yoga classes, food to balance all that physical activity is really tasty! Great experience, thanks for having us Angkor Grace resort!

We spent three weeks at this resort and immersed ourselves into the wellness programs offered. The property is peaceful and surrounded by lush green landscaping and a beautiful serene pool area. Everything was luxurious including the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in. The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable. We dined at the Grace Cafe most of our stay because the food quality and extensive menu could not be matched. As hotel guest we enjoyed a complimentary breakfast filled with a huge variety of hot foods and a buffet of fresh fruit, pastries and breads. We especially loved the complimentary Crystal Bowl sound healing session which introduced us to Sound Healing. Our favorite parts of our stay were the food, Pilates reformer classes, working out at Meru gym and Sound Healing at the Arum Yoga center on Friday evenings. There were some days we never left the property because it was so serene. Last but not least, all of the employees exhibited optimum service standards. This was our oasis in Siem Reap. We plan to return next year.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The room was so nice, we had a lovely balcony outside, the grounds were beeautiful and the food in the dining area was delicious (not to mention we were surrounded by a gorgeous swimming pool). The shining highlight was the staff - so lovely, polite, welcoming and friendly. The owner was equally the same, always making sure we and everyone felt looked after too. It was a delight to stay. We stayed in the two bedroom pool suite for five nights in August of 2025. We have two boys aged 9 and 11. This resort was perfect - an oasis in the middle of Siem Reap. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Our room was cleaned daily complete with variable towel animals. They cleaned our personal saltwater pool several times during our stay. The breakfast buffet was spectacular - fresh fruit, veggies, potatoes, fried rice, fried noodles, chicken sausage, cake, salad, cereal, watermelon and pineapple juice, coffee bar made to order, omelet and egg bar, pastries… all included in the price of our stay. The drinks and lunch/dinner were more expensive than other restaurants in the area but the convenience and the pool surrounding the restaurant made it a convenient and fun place for our family to eat daily. I would say that if your child can’t swim then this resort may not be for you - the pathways are surrounded by beautiful water plants but there is a 4’ drop off the walkways which would make me nervous with a toddler. The pools are a perfect temperature - not cold but refreshing and are only one level - the one around the restaurant is deep, maybe 6-7’ and the personal pools around 4’. Perfect for us. The hut is just that - a hut. There were a few small gaps in the floor and some ants present, however, ants were present in every restaurant we ate at in Siem Reap so this is a part of the environment. There were three air conditioning units in our hut - one in each bedroom and another in the common area providing ample coolness from the extreme heat and humidity outside. Also, you can’t flush toilet paper which is also common practice in Cambodia. They provide a sprayer in the toilet and a garbage for you to place toilet paper that was emptied daily. For transportation there was almost always a tuktuk driver parked in their lot ready to go at your leisure and if not the staff would get one easily for you. They arranged our transport to and from the airport for $35/way. Loved our stay, the resort, the massages, and the food. Thank you to all the staff - you make us feel welcomed and like my rambunctious boys weren’t a nuisance. ALSO! I say another review complaining about a dress code at the pool. Basically you can’t wear your clothes in the water and no thong bikinis.

Wow, wow, wow. A beautiful little paradise. It really feels authentic. The location is just outside Siem Reap but that adds to the exclusiveness of the place. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The pool is very large and encases the picturesque restaurant. The food is very tasty and of a very high finish. This is in my opinion not for children. It's an adult experience. Friends aligned it to their Sandals experience in the Caribbean. Beautiful.

Small, quiet Ressort away from the bustling city center of Siem Reap. Cozy, small huts, partially on pillars over water built in dark wood. We booked a pool villa with two sleeping rooms. Pool was clean, well maintained and way bigger than we expected. Breakfast was served on order during low-season. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, easy to communicate with from the villa or even remotely via WhatsApp. We would also highly recommend Ra Vin as a local driver with a minivan to visit Angkor or other sites in the area.

Very good stay at the hotel. The staff was very kind and offered an incredible level of service. We were a total of 6 in 2 separate villas - 1 with a jacuzzi and 1 with a private pool. The comfort in the rooms was awesome and the hotel pool around the restaurant was giant. We had breakfast and several dinner here - the quality of the food was excellent and the staff always friendly. I definitely recommend that hotel!

Very nicely staff, help, caring and understanding. For the environment is surrounded with forest. About the morning is good for view the sunrise in the morning and Sunset in the evening. The pool is very special for customers they have a large one surrounded the restaurant and another one near the front office. Best for relaxing like take yoga in the morning is very quiet for me. I stay at transitional house with terrace the room is authentic Khmer. Air conditioning is better with the wood house. Stay there is very comfortable and relaxing my stressed.

This hotel is wonderful. Fantastic warm and welcoming staff who really look after you. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, it is huge with two large king-size bedrooms both with ensuite and a sugar bowl shaped bath tub. Lunch and breakfast by pool is great too.

However, the service experience was mixed. While the overall staff were friendly, the reception area often appeared unattended, making it challenging to get assistance at times. This lack of consistent front desk presence was noticeable and somewhat inconvenient. A significant drawback was the absence of hot water throughout our stay. Even after multiple reports to the staff, the issue remained unresolved, which is unacceptable for a resort of this calibre. The lack of hot water detracted from the comfort and overall experience. Additionally, the resort’s management seemed overly focused on energy conservation, leading to early shutdowns of amenities and lighting. While sustainability is important, it should not compromise guest comfort and convenience. On a positive note, the tour services provided by the resort were exceptional. The staff arranged a memorable trip to Angkor Wat, complete with air-conditioned vehicles, chilled towels, and cold water, enhancing our exploration of the historic site.

Recently spent 17 nights at this very welcoming Resort & Spa. The place is very tranquil, only about 16 rooms, so not overcrowded. We liked the location, only a short and inexpensive tuk tuk ride away from everything, the drivers soon got to know us! (About 12min from Pub Street). The room was private, spacious and fabulous, overlooking the amazing pool. The staff are wonderful and so caring, nothing was a problem for them. We felt like part of a family rather than guests at a hotel. We knew each other by name and would not hesitate to recommend.

Traveled to many hotels for work and to relax. Not sure why had so many negative reviews prior to our 17 day stay on google but lived the place. Daily breakfasts delivered to room. Daily cleaning. Super helpful staff and just great atmosphere. Not only would recommend for relaxing stay but Siem reap is less than 5 mins in taxi. Great location.

“Scam Hotel – Avoid This Place!” We booked this hotel by mistake without checking the reviews first. Right away, things felt wrong. They demanded a $100 cash deposit before we could even see the room and gave us strange excuses. When we asked to see the room first, we were told that the key was “locked away” and only accessible with a deposit. It’s obvious they hide behind a no-refund policy to trap people who realize too late what a mistake it is to book here. The place looks nothing like the pictures. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Cambodia, and while photos don’t always match reality, this was far worse. The way they treat guests is unfair, and the hotel itself is dirty and rundown , definitely not fit for anyone to stay. If you’re considering this hotel, please think again. Siem Reap has so many nice, fairly priced places to stay. This hotel’s dishonest practices and low standards are a real shame for Cambodia’s hospitality industry.

Experienced scammer alert. Pictures are fake and old. Asked for $100 cash deposit before showing us any rooms. Set up to prevent us taking photos to complain to Booking.com. When asked why we cannot see the room, they make up some nonsense saying that the room key is locked away and can only be released with $100. Ridiculous that this "business" is allowed to run. Now negotiating with Booking.com to refund us. The hotel offered to cancel the reservation but only if we paid $500 in cash.

Absolutely criminal, false advertising. The property was so disgusting I checked out in less than 10 mins and was denied any kind of refund, with the criminal owner not even responding to my polite request. BE WARNED: The photos of the property on Agoda and other booking platforms in no way reflect the current state of the property which is absolutely grotesque. As somebody who lived in Cambodia for almost 7 years, I am used to a certain level of discrepancy between the photos and the reality of hotels, but in this case it was worlds apart and I couldn’t stomach how disgusting this property was. Before leaving this review, I wrote a genuine plea for a refund stating that I knew firsthand the difficulties businesses faced in Cambodia over covid, as I personally witnessed many hotels begin to rot and deteriorate over 2 years with no international tourists. Which I can only assume is what has has happened here. While I sympathized with these difficulties, they were not acknowledged in any way by the owner who refused any kind of refund and my suggestion to perhaps update photos that reflect the current run down state of the property to avoid future interactions like this. I’ve included photos of the room so people can see how disgusting it is in real life, not the beautiful photos from 5+ years ago that no longer reflect the current condition. I had stayed at 2 other moderately priced hotels before this property that were 1/4 of the price per night and both other hotels were FAR superior, cleaner, better located. The fact the criminal owner feels justified in robbing people with these premium prices and then hiding behind a no refund policy when guests witness the current, horrific state of his property is absolutely unacceptable. Cambodia is full of lovely, genuine people and nice hotels, this owner is the reason many people feel wary of cambodia, and this property is the reason many people would avoid staying in cambodia. Do yourself a favor, book one of the hundreds of fairer priced, nicer and cleaner hotels that are located in town and use the extra money to support some of the genuine, hard working Cambodian people in Siem Reap and avoid this criminal and his filthy, roach infested property like the plague. I will be pursuing further action.

Loved the huge pool - very indulgent. The staff are really friendly and quick to offer assistance. I was a bit apprehensive about the distance from town but this was no issue and it was easy to get too and from town (pub street) . I would give 5 stars had I not visited in the hottest season. The villas are open so although the bedroom is well air conditioned the other area are not. This would not be an issue at other times of the year. The breakfast is almost a ceremony! Highly Recommended, for those wanting something other and more local than the large chain hotels.

The good: very abundant and tasteful breakfast, comfortable bed, very large rooms, private swimming pool for each room, good friendly service. The bad: pool skimmer broken so it wouldn't skim the pool surface well, weak pool filtration, only the bedroom is air conditioned and barely adequate for hot days, shower took forever to have hot water and then went from hot to cold to hot every minute or so, "rainfall" shower head would spray out the sides and all made a strange noise, far off the beaten path.

This is a great place to stay in Siem Reap. They arranged a Tuktuk and guide for Angkor Wat the first day. We did the small circuit and it was nice to have a Tuktuk and guide waiting for us in the morning. Afterwards we came back and swam in the pool. They have nice comfortable loungers around the pool with umbrellas and big towels, and we ordered lunch and swam. Our room was exceptional. We stayed in the deluxe king room with the balcony facing the pool. Note, that it's up three flights of stairs and there is no elevator, so if that is a problem, make sure you say that in your booking so they can put you in a different room. The room itself was very very clean, good hot water, comfortable bed, many places to put your things, mini fridge, kettle, coffee, tea, milk and water, bathrobes, and a TV.... and the terrace was lovely over the pool, with chairs and a table so we could sit outside in the evening. The manager Dom is Australian so having an English speaker to arrange things was convenient. We had laundry done twice which is same day if they put it in a dryer or next day hung dry and was just a few dollars. It was done well and came back neatly. All the staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast and food and cocktails were tasty as well, though we mostly ate at the different restaurants around town and out at the temples. We loved the Grange so much we stayed 10 days total. To get around if you don't rent a scooter we used Grab which comes in 2 minutes anywhere in Siem Reap and is about a $1 to Pub Street or almost anywhere in town. We really loved our stay at the Grange! The property and pool were just so beautiful and it was quiet. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area and are missing it already!

Beautiful hotel with a lovely Khmer ambiance. Breakfast was a fantastic start for the day. All meals were of a high quality with prices very reasonable. The pool is in a tranquil setting and very inviting after a hot day sightseeing. Our room was spacious and modern with a private plunge pool for late night dips … The location was perfect in a quiet street only 5 mins in a tuk tuk to restaurants, markets and Pub Street! The Grange is the most fabulous hotel in Siem Reap. We have stayed at so many hotels around the world & this is definitely one of the best. Dom & her team go out of their way to ensure a wonderful experience. The rooms are luxurious The service is exceptional The location is great ,quiet yet a quick ride to town The breakfasts are first class. Don arranged all our excursions & they were all great. We think everyone needs to experience The Grange. You will not be disappointed.

What a fantastic place to stay. Dom and her staff are all so lovely and helpful and will assist you with anything you need. Nothing is too much. The hotel has a beautiful calm and peace about it, which you experience as soon as you step into the entrance. The spacious rooms are mainly located around the central courtyard with the refreshing pool and restaurant. As we were a family of 5 we stayed in the family suite which had beautiful decor and was super spacious. It even had its own private little courtyard and plunge pool for us to dip in at the end of every day! We were sad to leave the tranquil sanctuary of the Grange hotel where we felt so at home and we cant wait to be back. Thank you for an awesome stay from Nikki, Ben and family

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in all of my global travels! I highly recommend staying here. From the welcome team, a welcome drink and the kindness of all of the staff, you feel well-cared for and a little spoiled! The hotel is beautifully furnished and set back from the street, which ensures a quiet stay. We took advantage of the pool for a cool evening swim before bed. The pool towels were perfectly placed, so we could see them immediately upon walking into the pool area. Our hotel room was clean, spacious and perfect! We used the hotel robes to go to the swimming area. We loved the balcony with the swing bed, to enjoy our bottle of wine. A staff person kindly came and opened our bottle of wine for us. Breakfast was delicious and reminded me of why I travel so frequently to Asia! They provided both Western and Asian options to choose from. Once the staff heard we were going to a sunrise Angkor Wat tour, they arranged a boxed breakfast to be prepared for us by 4am! We were so grateful to begin our day with a solid breakfast. I hope you book this gorgeous hotel while in Siem Reap. I’m definitely coming back as soon as possible and bringing my friends!

Absolutely beautiful resort hotel. The food is amazing and the service is so kind and just absolutely amazing experience. So grateful to have this place. Every time we came back from shopping or going out they always said welcome home. The food was amazing! Wonderful pool. Wonderful cold plunge hot tub. Great workout area. Really close to pub Street. Very close to all the temples. It was just a great experience

We stayed at Borei Hotel with our two teenage children, in two connecting rooms, and everything flowed perfectly. The staff – especially the head of reception – were elegant, professional, and incredibly kind, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant Indochina-French inspired décor, perfectly located for both excursions and city life. One of its restaurants, the French-style one, is truly an ode to exquisiteness and good taste in its mise en place. A genuine oasis of peace and comfort without pretension.

My stay at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa was terrific! The hotel is SUPER nice and the level of attention from staff was top notch from the very start. The hotel facilities are amazing and great if you want to enjoy some time to relax. Hotel staff was also great at helping me plan my whole itinerary for my 3 day stay in Siem Reap. I arrived late in the evening without having planned anything in advance and hotel staff booked me a tuk tuk ride and tour guide for early in the morning the next day and for the subsequent days as well. Food at the hotel was also great (dinner and breakfast)! I couldn’t recommend Borei Angkor Resort & Spa more for your stay in Siem Reap!!!

Spent 1 week here got some bikes and had a súper time .. the pool is great food very good and all employees great we met Havak but I cannot remember all the names .. he spoke many languages and was very nice like the other staff too

My wife and I just spent 4 amazing nights here. Would highly recommend this hotel for any traveler from families to couples. Location: Located off one of the main streets which made for a quiet and relaxing stay. Was only a few minute tuktuk ride to the main part of town and to many of the temples. Ordering transportation through Grab took literally 30 seconds to arrive to the lobby. Service: Staff have been the most welcoming, remembering our names, providing quick service when needed, and telling us about the different activities available. Amenities: Pool was very large which was great for post-temple exploration relaxing. Pool bar and gelato station were also available with great service. The gym/fitness room is one of the best I’ve seen traveling in SE Asia. Had many machines for weight lifting and cardio. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of dishes and food stations including fresh fruit, pastries, and omelet station, a noodle soup station, and a crepe station. Filtered water was provided with water stations around the hotel for refilling. Room: Room was large with a nice balcony and great A/C. Included large tub and separate shower.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights during our stay in Siem Reap. Starting from check-in to when we left, everyone was so friendly, kind and welcoming! We went during the off-season, so the hotel was not crowded and we were able to enjoy the amenities (pool, gym) with very few people around. The gym is quite large (one of the biggest we've seen during our Asia travels so far) and the pool is also very nice. The daily morning breakfast is delicious with a variety of different options including made to order omelet, crepe and soup stations. The hotel is about a 5-7 minute tuk tuk ride from the main tourist area. This wasn't an issue at all since there are so many tuk tuk drivers around it was very easy to find rides whenever we needed them. Highly recommend this resort! Would stay here again next time we visit.

My least favourite place I have ever stayed in. Our stay was overshadowed and ruined by trusting their workers with our laundry (which was the first and last time we won’t do it ourselves) and they lost an item of ours. We checked everywhere and proved we didn’t have it and they got angry at us saying it was our fault and that they didn’t have it. A few days later someone turned the item into reception saying they had been given it in their laundry bag and it wasn’t theirs - proving it wasn’t our fault all along. I was disgusted by the attitude of this place to misplace people’s things so carelessly and blame the guests. I’ll never stay in a Mad Monkey again. Promoting getting drunk and antisocial behaviour every day isn’t a good look either.

This hostel is great, my time there was very good, the facility is very comfy and clean. Big room with good beds with lockers and curtains, the bathroom is big and clean too. There are 2 great pools and a pooltable in the lobby. The food and drinks there are very good as well. And the staff members are very kind and helpful, especially sayon helped me a lot. If i stay in siem reap again i will stay here again.

The best welcome to Siem Reap after one week volunteering in Cambodia country side. Sokreom it’s an amazing host, I had a very chill and pleasantly stay, thanks to him. The hostal is okey, little far from main things but very convenient, budget friendly.
