We arrived at the hotel on Wednesday night with a rental car, and the hotel’s parking was very convenient. We got a room with a sea view. The rooms are very clean and pleasant. Breakfast was very good and varied so that everyone can find something to eat. Coffee is ordered from the waiters in the dining room, and it was of very high quality and exactly as we asked for. The hotel has three pools, but you need to get there early in the morning to get a sunbed. In my opinion, there aren’t enough sunbeds. The food and drinks at the pool are very expensive, and the prices don’t match the portions. Bringing outside food and drinks is forbidden, and the pool staff point it out, which was quite unpleasant to say the least. Overall, the hotel staff is very nice and welcoming, especially the concierge. The hotel’s location is excellent and within walking distance of everything. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay – I highly recommend it.

We came to a family vacation, 8 people, to celebrate and to relax. The rooms were big and comfortable. The view from the rooms was fantastic, to see the sunset and the sea is beautiful. The hotel had several restaurants and the food at the buffet was very good and delicious. The service was excellent from the reception through the bellstaff till the bartenders at the pool. Always with a smile and the feeling was wonderful. It was my first time visiting Cyprus and I enjoyed it very much, highly recommended.

We visited for 2 weeks in August & had the best holiday we extended our holiday for a 3rd week. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the harbour where we ate out in a different place every night. The hotel overlooks the gorgeous sea & the watersports opposite is amazing, the guys are all so friendly there. The hotel amenities are great for kids & adults. The staff are so friendly, there are so many to mention who made our holiday exceptional & really looked after us (apologies for the incorrect spellings of names): Eleni, Dominica, Alexandros, Mario, Stefan. They work so hard, were so friendly and gave exceptional service. We loved lunching by the pool bar in the day, the food was delish! The rooms we stayed in were clean, modern and well looked after. The gym is small but well enough equipped! We will look forward to returning.

Great hotel and great location. 2 big pools suitable for family and kids. Walking distance to the beach. And they had an adult only pool which is more quiet and deeper. Great for swimming Would recommend and would stay there again Also the cutest reception member is a kitten named “Almyra”

We went for a week vacation, couple with 2 kids + baby and it was one of the best vacations we've ever had. This is a fantastic hotel, the staff from the super attentive doorbells to reception, pool and dining areas employees were so nice and friendly - the food is great, at a very high level. We got upgraded to a sea view room, 2 connecting rooms so we also had some quiet and when we left, since our flight was late after check out, we got a complementary refreshing room for 1hr so we can shower and organize before the flight. This one is very much recommended and we will come back again to Almyra.

Overall we were slightly disappointed, photos made the hotel look better than it did when we arrived. The rooms were average. The parking is convenient. Breakfast was very nice. Some of the staff are rude and simple things like bringing extra water to the room cost a service fee onto of the extra cost of water itself unlike other hotels we stayed at in Cyprus. The location is good - a close walk to restaurants and shops.

We had such a lovely week at this hotel. Check in was quick and friendly. We were given a cold drink and our luggage was taken to the room for us. We were lucky that we booked a room with our own pool, which i made good use of. The room was kept spotless by the lovel staff the fridge was always stocked with water and cold soft drinks. We only used the buffett and as a coeliac i have to say i had no worries at all. I had a meeting when i arrived and was shown round and if i wanted to have pizza/pasta they could make me some. Although i didnt as i always found plenty on offer. It wasnt busy while we were there and I had no issues at all. We also ate in the rock and roll diner. The snack place did some little.pots of creamed rice.pudding which i treated.myself to in the afternoon along with a iced coffee or vanilla milk. I did email before hand to let them know and as we arrived late at night they had left sandwhiches in the fridge for us including a gluten free one. All the staff were lovely and worked hard. We would for sure visit again .

First time staying at a Kanika hotel and I can honestly say it was fabulous. The staff are very smiley and attentive, it really does make your stay more enjoyable. Pros The reception smells lovely on arrival. The staff throughout the hotel are mega friendly and helpful. The air con in the room is good and in the public areas of the hotel too. There is a dressing table with mirror and sockets in the bedroom. There was a brand new anti slip bath mat for the bath. Ironing board and table in the wardrobe. Enough wardrobe space for ladies maxi dresses. Mini bar in room replenished daily. Water bottles were easily available and staff actually came to pass them to you on your sunbeds at 11am and 2pm. You get allocated sunbeds for your duration so no sunbed wars…. Game changer! The view from the sunbeds on the grass is looking out to sea. The breakfast buffet was extensive and amazing and all food that we ate in the buffet restaurant and all other restaurants were fabulous. Cons It’s a bath in the room not a walk in shower, the shower is also not amazing but useable , the bathroom could do with a refresh (I believe the hotel is having a refurb in November 2025 though) We are hoping to return to the hotel next year after the refurb! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was excellent, very clean in rooms and public areas, food and drinks were great quality. Fresh cocktails and premium branded drinks. Pool service and allocated sun beds was fantastic and definitely what other hotels should replicate. No early morning rush for a sunbed and your beds are allocated for your whole stay. All staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. A special mention to Vanessa at the pool/sunbed allocation service as she just went above and beyond to ensure we had a great holiday, absolutely fantastic hotel and would definitely recommend

Amazing all inclusive hotel, clean spacious rooms, fantastic choice of food. Lovely service from the staff. Only problem needs to sack its Sommelier. Unless of course it’s some “bean counter” that’s making them buy wine that gives the average person Acid-reflux”? Quite often find that this is a problem with all inclusive resorts!

This hotel is gorgeous- just not our room. Everyone we have spoke to have returned here before or been to the sister company. We had a deluxe room(standard room) and had issues with rattling air con, ants in the bathroom and sewage smell coming up when the toilet was flushed. We did have to report to reception twice. The air con was sorted but bathroom we have given up with telling them. It’s a lot of money to spend even with just the standard room to have to put up with dodgy water smell. The food is amazing for an all inclusive, selection of drinks is also brilliant. The pool set up and being allocated sun beds is genius if people book and actually use them. Half of them are taken and never sat on. You can move if you don’t enjoy where you are. You are a short taxi ride to the harbour or a 30 minute walk. The beach is gorgeous and within a stone throw. I would return again but not to this hotel. It’s set up for weddings and so be prepared for sometimes being woken up as the wedding guests return to their room after a few drinks. But for me. I thoroughly enjoyed this holiday and place. Just the room let us down abit. Update to this on the last night, after already complaining about ants. We had bugs in the bed and more ants than ever in the bedroom. After 3-4 visits to reception I met the head of housekeeping who had the bed replaced, re made and room sprayed (as we were leaving early next day) and the manager just apologised and hoped we would return. They did say they were closing in October for 3 month maintenance work so if you are due to go- hopefully it’s improved. We will no longer return to this hotel. But Paphos is delightful.

Overall our stay was definitely 5/5. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was fantastic and the facilities were amazing. We 100% will be back. Our only downside was we booked the honeymoon suit in November 2024 yet when we arrived in September 2025 we were told there was a system error and we weren’t in the honeymoon suit, considering this was our honeymoon and the hotel failed to notify us of this until we arrived I wasn’t impressed with the communication on this. This being said the hotel were very apologetic and did provide a room upgrade at a discounted cost which we were very impressed with. It would still of been nice to be in the honeymoon suit or at the bare minimum told there was an error especially as we paid a deposit to secure this. All in all though a very pleasant stay and a very much enjoyed honeymoon.

Me and the family had an amazing time at the Olympic lagoon Paphos. We come to Cyprus every year and this hotel had by far been the best. All staff so friendly and helpful, cleaners extremely friendly as well. One of the main things that stood out for us was having reserved sunbeds for the full time here meaning there was no sunbed wars. The food in the main restaurant was so so good, in previous hotels the buffet can be very average and can tell it’s been sitting for a while but not at this hotel. We put our kids in kids club for the very first year and we were extremely at easy with the staff there, so so friendly and so caring treating our kids like our own. The only fault I would have with the hotel especially with it being so kid friendly is that it doesn’t have a play park, has a great pool and slides for the kids but definitely need to think about a play park and also the slides are only open for 2 hours a day which is quite disappointing I would change that to atleast 4 hours a day. We have already started looking at coming back next year but prices are crazy, hotel is getting a refurb in a few months so wouldn’t be surprised the prices have risen to claw back some of the refurb money, but if we can get a good price we will be back.

The location is perfect, right near the harbour and all the amenities. There is ample parking in front of the hotel at no charge to guests, no booking required. The room was spacious with balcony and sea view. Love the various pools and hideaways to make the place a bit more secluded and not so crowded. Only negative is there are no locks on the room doors, the door just pulls to, so felt a bit insecure.

I spent a few days at the hotel and I truly enjoyed it. Nice facilities, amazing view, good people, and a very good location. I really liked the people who worked at the reception, and particularly the young lady Katerina who was very helpful, patient and polite. Can't wait to go back!

Me and my family stayed at the Annabelle Hotel in Pafos recently and overall really enjoyed our time there. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of charm, it definitely oozes class the moment you walk in. At the same time, I have to say that in some areas it does look a little tired and could do with a bit of renovation to bring it back to its best. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and well laid out, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The spa was another highlight, great facilities, and a really calm, relaxing vibe. The rest of the hotel’s facilities were also very good, and everything was well taken care of. The staff deserve a special mention because they were fantastic throughout my stay, every interaction felt genuine and warm, and they were always willing to help with a smile, which really added to the experience. The one downside for me was parking. The car park seemed too small for the size of the hotel, and when I arrived I had to wait quite a while for someone to leave before I could get a space. Not ideal when you just want to get on with your holiday. All in all, I would still recommend it, with its classy feel, great staff, spacious rooms, and relaxing spa, it is a lovely place to stay and with a few updates, it can be even better.

Great location in the harbour great staff ! We had a problem with a noisy room next door celebrating a birthday which was great but went on late into the early hours we spoke with the night team who quickly resolved this and then the next day Megan Baines owned the situation and offered us a complimentary dinner by way of an apology:) We enjoyed a wonderful meal but more importantly the hotel values there guests experience and made us feel special Thank you team ! We will definitely be returning soon

Hotel was recommended by a friend and din't disappoint in any way. Location close to the port (20 min stroll), shops and archaeological sites. Service, food and rooms all of high quality.

I had one of the best stays of my life at Amavi4Two Hotel in Paphos. The cleanliness and service were outstanding, but what truly made the difference was the warmth of the staff. Special thanks to Chef Antonio and Manager Mario for their kindness. Although I couldn’t enjoy all the restaurants due to being unwell (even though my full board allowed it), the team still showed me around and took great care of me. Traveling alone, I felt completely comfortable, even in a couples-focused hotel. The spa is absolutely dreamy – a true luxury wellness experience. I especially loved the calming atmosphere, where I could relax with Pilates and meditation sessions that helped me restore balance and unwind. I am deeply grateful to Zoe and her team at reception, Mary and Omar from guest services, who all went above and beyond to help me with my medication and even offered hospital support if needed. I felt truly cared for and will definitely be coming back.

Superb food and great service. Comfy bed and pillows. Rooms cleaned twice per day! Great sea-view from balcony. The amenities by the pool side sunbeds are really unparalleled. You will be pampered ! The highlight is certainly the food - even the buffet restaurant is superb! Overall 5 stars - could not fault it.

We stayed at this absolutely stunning hotel while visiting Paphos for our friend’s wedding, and had such a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, with gorgeous pools and a beachfront location along a strip with other hotels, restaurants, and bars — so plenty to explore. The food was a highlight: the Asian restaurant was so good we went twice during our stay, and the buffet offered a good variety as well. We also really enjoyed relaxing with cocktails in the pool! One thing we loved was the designated sunbeds — no stress about people hogging beds early in the morning. And if you’re not happy with where your sunbed is, don’t be afraid to ask — the staff really do their best to help, even if it means sorting it out over a few days. Every staff member we met was friendly, happy, and helpful — they really added to the experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Just got back from the Amavi hotel paphos and I can honestly say it was a beautiful place to stay, the hotel smells of vanilla .Everyone is so friendly and can't do enough for you. The rooms are lovely with amazing views. We were surprised with champagne and treats in our room on arrival for our anniversary. The cats are adorable, natasha spent a lot of time on our sunbed lol. Valentin and marianne (hope spelled correct) so friendly and staff in restaurant especially Viktoria so smiley.in fact all staff were amazing. Sunbed allocation is a brilliant idea. I can't think of enough words to praise this hotel. Thank-you we will be back

We stayed at the Amavi in July for 7 nights, we arrived around 11pm, from the taxi upon arrival we were greeted by a porter who took our luggage into reception. We were checked in with a non alcoholic drink. The porter then took our cases to our room and explained how the AC and control panel worked (to adjust curtains and window blinds and control the lighting in the room). The room was gorgeous, we stayed in a standard room with king bed, sea views. Was absolutely stunning. Despite arriving late, they had kindle left us some sandwiches as we missed dinner. They also provided a voucher which we could use for lunch as we’d missed a meal. I felt like they had gone above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. The next morning we had breakfast at the buffet restaurant, they have a separate menu you can order eggs Benedict or pancakes as well as the standard buffet selection. After breakfast we went by the pool, sunbeds are managed via a reservation system. Pool attendant was extremely helpful; explaining which beds were available, which got more sun exposure and those that offered some shade. We chose bed 107, as it would give us shade from the hotel building in the morning and we had a parasol as well as palm trees to shade us from the hot July sun in the afternoon. The pool area is exactly as you see in photos, immaculate and gorgeous. Pool attendants can bring towels and complimentary bottled water to your bed, adjust your parasol, etc. Bar staff / waiters on hand to deliver poolside food and drinks, all can be ordered via your phone, you scan a QR code at your sunbed. The reservation system for sunbeds is faultless, don’t need to worry if you’ll get a bed or where that will be. If you’re unhappy with your selection the pool attendants are only too happy to let you reselect from the available beds. When you go to the pool you’re given fresh towels to cover your bed and yourself to dry off after a dip. You get a small lunch box style cool bag which has 2 complimentary 500ml bottles of water, you also get 2 each day in your room. If you need more you can ask at the pool attendant station, this is free of charge. This is a really nice touch. The hotel is stunning, it is a true 5 star hotel in Paphos. Restraints were good, buffet restraint does a theme each evening. In my opinion the best by far was the Italian night. They even had an a la carte menu you could order pasta from. Highly recommend you attend during the Italian nigh. Part of our package entities us to book into the 3 al la carte restaurants, we found there was only availability for 2 during our visit which was frustrating. The fine dining restaurant Nocturne surprisingly turned out to be our favourite, we aren’t fancy Nancy people but the staff catered to our needs, my husband doesn’t eat fish and I don’t like mushroom. They could easily and happily accommodate the request: the food was incredible, well worth a visit. Great to get as part of our half board package. The hotel has a small library in reception, we didn’t use it, but looks like lots of guests leave books they’ve read while on holiday. Good selection and something else to carry if you want to just pick up a book there. Lots of choice from old to new. Overall couldn’t fault the hotel, absolutely gorgeous. Staff friendly & helpful. Desperate to go back already.

beautiful hotel, excellent service, great location, good bar food and pool drinks. minus one star: avoid half board - buffet is mediocre at best, the included wine selection is an insult to anybody with half an intact taste. almost comically awful, must be some kind of inside joke. instead, go for cocktails at the bar outside or upstairs, both are well worth the (affordable) prices. this hotel could be great, just please management change the buffet and invest more than 1 eur in a decent wine selection.

Traveled from the UK and had an incredible stay here in beautiful Paphos. The hotel is adults-only, which made it wonderfully relaxing and peaceful. The staff provided impeccable service, always friendly, and they truly paid attention to every detail. The rooms were spotless, and everything felt well cared for. The food at the hotel was amazing, with plenty of variety and high quality in every meal. We especially enjoyed the Greek night, which was a fantastic introduction to Cypriot culture and made the stay even more memorable. On top of that, the views were breathtaking and there were plenty of activities to enjoy, so it never felt boring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect mix of comfort, relaxation, and great hospitality. Can’t wait to revisit!

I had such a good week staying here. The staff were really friendly and professional, we did breakfast only and it was well above expectations. Our room was always well serviced and the views from our balcony were great. The location wasn't central which was nice as it meant there was not much traffic around the area but a bus stop practically outside if you wanted to catch a quick ride to the harbour and there were plenty of shops, restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. The hotel had a lovely aesthetic, a little retro, a little bougie and very well maintained. We visited the spa a few times, the prices were similar to UK for massages but well worth it - really nice space to relax. We never had any issues getting a spot around the pool but with the beach and jetty also to choose from I don't see this ever being an issue in high season. Room service was exceptional and on more than one night we had dinner delivered and just chilled out watching some dvds that were available behind the reception desk. We even had yoga mats delivered to our room so we could do our own workouts but every day there were aqua aerobics, yoga or stretching available for all guests - aqua aerobics was fun to do. Splashy but fun. There is a mini market in the hotel which was similar priced and even cheaper for some items than the closest mini market external to the hotel and the lady who worked here is 10/10. We popped in daily to get poolside snacks and drinks and it never broke the bank. There are certain dress codes for certain restaurants but nothing out of the ordinary for a 5 star hotel. I would absolutely return here - we went as a group of 3 but I think even going as a solo traveller I'd book again.

One of the best holidays we have been on staying at Asimina Suites. We had a lovely relaxing time at the adults only hotel. The pool is lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds. The rooms are clean and everything is replenished every day without even having to ask. The staff are exceptional and a real asset to the hotel. There is a huge variety of choice in the restaurant and the food is delicious. A special shoutout to Mahmoud on the show cooking who made the best crepes and omelettes at breakfast and always greeted us with a friendly smile. Thank you to Cristiano too for providing entertainment by the poolside and classes in the hotel, he is a real credit to the hotel and we encourage everyone to join him for aqua gym as he is super fun and always has a smile on his face. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay, directly on the beach and with music entertainment each night including a Greek night with singing and dancing! There is a path along the seafront all the way to Paphos harbour which takes about 45 minutes and is a pretty walk. It’s the small things in the hotel that you wouldn’t even think of which make it an absolutely wonderful hotel to stay in and receive 5 star service from start to finish. From the restaurant staff to the pool staff such as Mo and the team providing food, drinks and cold flannels by the poolside, to housekeeping and reception and all those that work behind the scenes too that make this hotel incredible. We would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.

Very pleasant hotel, nice rooms, we had a private pool with garden view which increased privacy, room very clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and pampering, always on attention for any requests or needs. Beach a bit rocky with a floating pier that is a bit tricky to manage if waves are a bit high. Restaurants very good, food fresh and very tasty. A bit pricey on water bottles at dinner. I recomnend this hotel and if i may attach a note for management, you might consider slight renovations. Dvd's and usb sockets are a bit nostalgic.

This hotel is amazing, the staff have gone above and beyond in service and helping me celebrate my 40th. We still have a day's left and we will definitely be returning. Breakfast is fantastic and the chef makes amazing eggs. Coffee and juice is brought to your table. Lunch in the beach restaurant is second to non, and dinner in the beach restaurant is some of the best I have ever had, they also made me a fantastic chocolate birthday cake. The beach wait staff are also wonderful. The cleaners come back in evening with clean towels and water. The only ever so slightly downside is the inside al carte restaurant where the staff we not friendly and the food was ok but not amazing.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful and relaxing hotel! Very friendly staff, great rooms and services. Breakfast time is from 7am to 11am, freshly prepared eggs and pancakes! Excellent choice of cereal to fresh fruit and yoghurts, the list goes on.... There is a walkway near the beach area. You can walk a long way and back, see the sunset. Only 10 minutes walk to great restaurants, bars and pubs. We hired a car to travel around the coastal areas and towns, as the hotel is in a great location. Must a visit to find out how amazing it is! As repeaters, we enjoyed an absolutely delightful stay at the Elysium, and we recommend this hotel highly. Upon arrival the staff were warm and professional. The check-in process was efficient, allowing us to settle into the recently renovated Garden Villa Suite with private pool. The renovated suite was spotless, tastefully decorated, and with all the modern amenities one could wish for. Two bathrooms with walk-in shower and a stunning bath in the middle of the bedroom. Breakfast is a daily highlight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The cook prepares your prefered eggs à la minute. Restaurant Bacco is the place to be if you appreciate fine dining. The food, service, staff, ... everything is perfect thanks to Luigi and his magnificent team. Restaurant O'Shin, Asian cuisine, is absolutely delicious with a perfect service. You can choose also for a daily dinner buffet or the Mediterraneo Restaurant which serves an array of Cypriot specialties only for lunch but unfortunately not for dinner and that is a pity. Thanks to Ms Cynthya who arranged a wonderful sightseeing tour through a part of Cyprus we never explored. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and friendly staff made for us top of the bill. We do not hesitate to return and, booked already for next year.

We booked this hotel at the last minute and honestly, it didn’t look very impressive from the photos online. But we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel turned out to be beautiful, stylish, and full of character. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. The owner or management should definitely update the website and add new photos — the current ones don’t do this place justice! Highly recommend.

We had a great family stay at Elysium. The hotel is elegant, quiet, and very well maintained. We were welcomed with a drink and snacks, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful sea view. Service throughout the hotel was excellent – friendly, professional, and always helpful. The pool area is great for families, and while the beach is small and rocky, it’s very pretty and peaceful. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious every day. Evening entertainment was impressive and diverse, adding a fun and lively atmosphere each night. We experienced a flight delay, and the staff immediately stepped in and assisted us without hesitation. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary during our stay, and the hotel went above and beyond to surprise and pamper us — we were truly touched. We will definitely return and warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable getaway.

The best vacation I have ever had. The staff is friendly and the service is unlike anything I have ever experienced before. I would like to give a special thanks to one of the room maids, Ekaterina, who was very efficient and good at cleaning, while also being a very nice and attentive to various needs that I had during the stay. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms and lovely staff, I liked everything about it. The breakfast was amazing and the evening buffet was varied and of excellent quality. I was a little disappointed that there were not really any vegetarian main courses, there were meat dishes, fish dishes, huge joints of meat etc but not really main veggie dishes. For the few days we stayed, there was however still plenty to choose from, the salads were lovely and varied and there were lots of cooked vegetable side dishes. Overall a fantastic place to holiday!

A paradise on Earth. The best option to visit Cyprus. The sensation of caring reaches a different level into this space for joy and leisure. The professionalism of employees like Yiannis and Peter in the breakfast area, the Chefs of pasta at the Epicurean, Fontas at the reception and the lovely touch of the staff at the Spa and the amazing spiritual motherhood of Marina, ruling everything and being everywhere If there is heaven on Earth... M Boutique Hotel is a lovely small hotel located directly at the harbour, making it a very convenient place to stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable, though when I first arrived there was a slight smell in mine, which faded after some time. The highlight of my stay was definitely the massages — especially their monthly specials, which were excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and forthcoming, always ready to help with anything. As the hotel is quite small, it only has a handful of rooms along with a pool and a restaurant, which gives it a more personal and cozy atmosphere. Overall,

Very lovely hotel from star to finish the staff were helpful and accommodating to our needs. Very professional. We swam in the sea most mornings which was a very short walk. We hired a car and they have a small car park and another larger space a short walk away from the hotel. Also there’s a quick bus to the old town. The room was spacious and clean. The pool is cute and was absolutely fine for us. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the amazing staff who went above and beyond you are assets to this hotel.

We stayed at the M-Boutique Hotel in Paphos from Friday to Wednesday last week. This was our second visit – last year, we had a wonderful experience having brunch and dinner. Unfortunately, the quality and service have declined drastically since then. The breakfast selection is noticeably smaller now, both in variety and quality. Even more disappointing was the attitude of most of the staff: generally unfriendly, arrogant, and unhelpful. One breakfast staff member in particular (blonde with bangs) was cold, rude, and condescending, which made us feel unwelcome. We also had issues with our room. We were first given a ground floor room located directly next to a pub. There was very loud music until around 3 AM, followed by drunken crowds yelling on the street afterwards. Sleeping was almost impossible. After complaining, we were moved to a different room, but it was just as noisy. So, unfortunately, we had no rest at all during our stay. On top of that, we had planned to have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant during our stay, just like last year. However, the management suddenly decided that no dinner would be served for the rest of the week due to a menu change. This was very disappointing and poorly handled, especially considering the price level of the hotel. To be very clear, there was one exception: Sola. She was absolutely outstanding – extremely friendly, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Her service was truly world-class and the only positive part of our experience. However, despite her efforts, we have to say: The stay was simply not worth the money. We expected a calm, welcoming boutique experience and instead received the opposite. Sadly, we will not be returning.

Have been there for 3 days with my partner. The location is great, very close to the sea and restaurants. Also the hotel workers are very nice. We took the room with private pool, which was not clean - you see yellow bubbles, especially if you turn on the jacuzzi. The room has automatic lights, and unfortunately at night the lights glitched the closet's lights which woke us. Moreover the AC stopped working after sometime, I think it maybe was on mode where it stops working once it reaches the temperature, and I couldn't find a way to change that - caused me to wake up from heat. We wanted to get beer from the minibar and they forgot to put a bottle opener in our room. When I asked for one on the phone that worker told me to come to the restaurant and they will open the bottle for me (what's the point of minibar then?). Also we wanted to order lunch to our room becuause my partner feld bad, and even though the menu in the room said there's vegan options, when I called they said they don't have any vegan food. Moreover we request sheets change in one evening but they didn't change and the cleaner left ironing tools in our room. Apart from that the room and hotel are very pretty and adults only is great.

I honestly wanted to love this hotel and in many ways, I do. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and comfortable, and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. Everything would be perfect if only I could sleep. Unfortunately, there’s a bar right next door that plays extremely loud music until 2 or 3 in the morning. This is my fourth night here, and I haven’t managed a proper night’s sleep yet. Even with earplugs and the windows closed, the noise is impossible to ignore. It’s really disappointing, because the hotel itself deserves five stars but the constant noise makes it impossible to rest or enjoy the stay. If you’re thinking of booking, please be aware: unless you can sleep through heavy bass and shouting until late at night, this might not be the right place for you.

From sleek design to generous hospitality M boutique is truly all you can ask for from a hotel and more. First and foremost their staff are wide smiled and always ready to help. The rooms are very generous in space as well as amenities like a speaker, TV with Netflix and much more. The food is fantastic by the pool, for breakfast and their rooftop bar is perfect for a sunset drink if it’s a girls night out or a date night it honestly sets the atmosphere perfectly. Honestly well done to the management because they are constantly open to feedback. I highly recommend this hotel as I have stayed in others in the area as well and it takes the win for me

Unforgettable Stay at Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris! (10/10+!) ​I genuinely cannot say enough good things about our experience at this hotel! If I could give it more than 10 out of 10, I absolutely would. ​Amazing Service & Food ​The staff were incredible—so friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. But what truly blew us away was the food. We've stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and I can confidently say the quality and variety here have been the best we've ever experienced. Absolutely top-notch! ​Facilities & Entertainment ​The pool facilities were beautiful and relaxing. We also thoroughly enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially catching the fantastic Elvis tribute act (definitely not the real Elvis, sadly, but what a show!). ​Location & Value ​The value for money here is outstanding. The location is grey (great!)—so close to the harbour, making exploring Paphos incredibly easy. To top it all off, there's a casino right across the road! We even had some luck on the very good slot machines and walked away about €200 richer—a brilliant bonus to an already perfect holiday! ​Highly, highly recommended! Book your stay here

This was my first trip aboard and i was absolutely amazed by the quality and service i received. i've already booked up again for next year. My brother and his wife had stayed here earlier in the year and loved it so much they'd booked again for October, i'd decided to tag along at their request. After arriving at the hotel we were greeted by friendly staff who ushered us inside add took our bags while we were directed to a complimentary glass of prosecco as we filled out the paperwork for our stay. when checking in i was informed i'd been upgraded to front's sea view room and the helpful member of staff on the counter talked me through all of the facilities and explained the serving times for meals and the booking system for the restaurants. The room was fantastic, much larger than i expected and the view was great and everything was spotlessly clean. the bed was so soft i haven't slept that well in years. The food was fantastic at the breakfast Buffett a great mixture (the banana ice cream is amazing) had to be careful not to eat too much. i can't speak for the meals in the evening as i spent much of the day/early evening exploring paphos and eating out. i will say the margherita pizza and the chips here are delicious. the staff are fantastic, special mention to Prodomos who makes the best ouzo specials i've ever tasted, he was a true credit to you team and remembered my brother and his wife from their previous stay, he constantly checked in with us throughout our stay and wished us a safe flight up upon our departure. the location is great the beach at the rear of the hotel is great to relax as is the pool area, there was always sun loungers available to us and never had any issues getting anywhere to sit. make sure to wear plenty of sun cream though - i made the mistake of not wearing any and suffered the worst sunburn of my life. Thank you guys for a fantastic first holiday abroad and I'll see you again when i return next year

Very good hotel. Staff friendly. Great location near a small beach and watersports. Food great in buffet. Plenty choice. We tried greek restaurant- nice but not spectacular. Drinks good if a little weak on the %s. I had several cuba libra black Russian and pina coladas. Never really drunk. Did see a few people who must have proper caned it though! Plenty sun beds when we were there 28.9 to 4.10.25. We liked grassy area near the sea. Hear the waves. Watch the para gliding and see the party boats go past. Late flight so they organised a free room for us to get changed in after full day sunbathing. Entertainment a bit mixed. Elvis on a friday night was very very good. Everyone up dancing at the end to ...... [wont spoil it] . There were cats around the grounds and the outside restaurants which isn't our favourite thing. We had room 449 - big enough. Cleaned daily with suprise towel sculpture waiting for us each night. We had a partial sea view. Not sure worth the €80 a day to upgrade to full sea view <we didnt> They have the football on in the bar and just round the corner on a bigger screen , its also in your room ! Along with BBC ITV and a few others .Great place. You will enjoy your stay here.

I’d recommend avoiding this hotel. We stayed this year, and had a nice welcome from the staff in the lobby, which was where the good experience stopped unfortunately. The room was small, but overall cleanliness was acceptable. The biggest issue we had was the quality of food at the buffet being far below the standards of what you’d expect. We overheard a few guests complain of upset stomachs, which didn’t fill us with confidence. We found out after checking in that there are three tiers of wristband, so booking all inclusive doesn’t necessarily mean a lot at all, and definitely doesn’t include everything (which, by definition, isn’t an all inclusive). The higher tiers unlock additional benefits that weren’t clear when booking, such as being able to reserve sunbeds, and being able to get branded drinks. Imagine an all inclusive where you can’t even get a Diet Coke - look no further! I had some concerns around the pool bar area’s cleanliness too. The water was dirty, and had a terrible smell throughout our stay. To top things off, when we were paying for our late checkout, the front desk staff member couldn’t have been ruder. It’s not the place for me to name anyone in particular, as I believe just a few members of staff behaving in this way towards guests displays a failing at a senior level. I would like to end on a positive though - the aqua aerobics was a delight in the pool, which is a daily activity.

Having stayed along the strip before I knew what to expect, beautiful views of the sea and warm waters and beautiful beaches. Unfortunately trying this new hotel has soured the memories I have in Cyprus. The service was so disappointing, only being politely serviced by the younger members of staff (bar,waitresses) the reception staff are miserable! They are incredibly unhelpful and rude, unpleasant from day 1 to the end of our stay. Our room was nice, nothing amazing but can’t complain on size or cleanliness. The major issue we faced that spoiled everything was the food. A hotel of 4 stars should NOT be serving food so low in quality. We stayed for 5 nights and not one single day was the food even ‘nice’. Taco shells were stale, having only walked in 4 minutes after opening it was disappointing. Bread for breakfast was rock hard and all the food was over cooked/ unseasoned and had a lingering taste of anything it was cooked with. I’d be ashamed to be a chef here, there is zero reason for a hotel of 4 stars to be proudly serving such disappointing dishes. Me and my partner had stomach pain nearly nightly after eating. We decided we’d be better off ordering food somewhere else. A complete let down and well over priced for something that was promoted so differently.

The hotel sun beds are very uncomfortable due to no mattresses on them. We stayed in room 237 which was very noisy due to music from the hotel next door being played until the early hours and the fact the patio doors could not be locked to block sound out. Asking for a quieter room on a higher floor is for Deluxe guests which is an extra 30 euros per day per guest. A lot extra for a week’s holiday. Noisy guests talking loudly in corridors disturbed us too. Signs asking them to respect other guests would help as would labelling on jugs in restaurant to say which was skimmed milk. Also there are no grab handles on bath to get out and of safely. However on a positive note staff are nice and rooms are spotless. Plenty of well positioned mirrors and plugs in room. Definitely worth going all inclusive as plenty of places to eat in the hotel. If they put soundproofing on patio doors we would return but a week without a decent night’s sleep spoilt our holiday.

Booked the hotel the last few days of a month in Cyprus so we are near the airport. Hotel nice but the rooms are a bit dated. The food on offer was ok but not quality goods. Not much to choose from. Pools are a nice size and the aqua aerobics are fun. Bars are open at 10am and unless you are premium you only get the cheapest of drinks. Which is adequate. Sunbeds are packed too close together resulting in lengthy walk around as you can’t squeeze through them. Location of the hotel is great with good local beaches nearby and easy access to the airport. If you arrive in your own car, parking may be a problem as the car park seems small. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sunbeds are somewhat of a problem as premium guests can reserve beds leaving only poorly placed beds left. One point to make is the beds become free for all after 12:30! So if a reserved Sunbed has nobody sitting on it after 12:30 it’s yours.

This is my 2nd time coming to this hotel, my grandparents have been coming for the past 7 years. The service is outstanding from all the staff. The room was looked after everyday by cleaners, the food was lovely and never got bored of it due to different things on each night. Would love to give a shout to Anna behind the bar who looked after us each day, all the managers who went above and beyond for me, Maria who is a fabulous waitress. The hotel isn’t far from the harbour, there’s shops close by (10 minute walk)

Nice hotel location. The lobby looks nice, but everything else needs major renovation. Unfortunately, it seems more like a 3-star than a 4-star hotel. The halls have a strange smell, and the hotel interior and rooms look dated. Some signs are missing (as shown in the photo). The hall music is loud and audible in the rooms. Breakfast is overcrowded—there is a small amount of cooking staff. There are long lines for fried eggs; guests shouldn't have to wait for one cook who is doing multiple tasks. There was a lack of coffee cups at one point. The hotel offers a variety of food. The gym is spacious but has many unusual rules I've never encountered. The gym has broken dumbbell shelves, rusty dumbbells, and doesn't match the photos. The overnight price is too high; for that price.

We have stayed here twice and love the place All the staff are friendly and helpful Wristband Hotel has a premium feel as you walk in, which is continued throughout the hotel We only had breakfast, but no complaints at all, plenty of choice and a lovely lady called Maria who always checks if everything is ok and wishes you a good day Rooms are cleaned everyday No complaints at all. Very nice and we will return

We came for the second time and I would definitely go back again! Hotel itself was beautiful, food was amazing, lovely cocktails and most of all staff- starting from reception, housekeeping ladies, waiters, bar staff, managers! Just unbelievably welcoming and friendly! Marina, Flex, both Anna’s looked after us so very well! I can’t remember all the names but every single one of them were so wonderful! I would definitely recommend this place over and over again :)

The room was large & clean. The staff put a few drinks in the fridge, at no cost but only on the first night & we were expecting refills until told otherwise.. So went out & bought some bottles from a supermarket. We booked a bed & breakfast so never ate a meal in the in-house restaurant. It's a little too far out from Paphos town, to walk in, especially under the blaring sun; however the Taxi fees are about £15 per ride for a 6 minute drive.. so we tried to avoid riding into town to the best restaurants, tho we did eat a nice meal at "Phuket" Thai Restaurant & "Chloe's" Chinese Restaurant & there is an amazing little dessert shop in town, doing wonderful iceCreams... The breakfasts, at the hotel, were alright: Full english; Pastries; fruit bowls; cereals; porridge oats even... Our room faced the pretty mountain view, away from the sea & the road below was rather noisy; even at nighttime & particularly at the weekend! They could have provided a regular little bus into town. It would have been a much appreciated perk..

Wouldn't class as a 4 star hotel, should be 3 star, rooms very basic and dated, cleanliness not great with dirty floors and hairs in bed. Food very basic. Overall hotel needs modernising and more attention to detail. Location is good.

We didn't like our room when we arrived as the balcony was too small. The staff managed to change us to another room in two days as they were booked up and busy. The sink was draining very slowly but was soon fixed. We came here for my 70th birthday and it was a lovely surprise to find a card. Balloons and a wonderful birthday cake in our room. The food has been really good as well. Thanks to all the staff for a lovely stay.

We have just returned from a week at this hotel and cannot recommend the hotel more highly. We arrived late at night and were greeted with drinks and sandwiches, our first room was fine, but the hotel had a better room available and so moved us with no extra charge to a room that was absolute luxury! If anything is not quite right(which in imagine is rare!) the staff in every department cannot do enough to help solve problems and ensure a lovely stay. The managers were present around the hotel every day and checked in with guests as a matter of course. The staff in the bars and restaurants were funny, friendly and utterly professional. The cleaning team worked like trojans to keep the hotel spotless. The pool area's were even better than the pictures on the website. I would love to return to this hotel in the future.

Been to Paphos multiple times but have stayed at a different hotel on all inclusive basis. We have decided to stay at Alexander The Great after walking past on numerous occasions & it always looked nice so we thought we would chance it. We arrived after dinner service & found a plate of food in the room. Reception told us we had a welcome drink aswell but never received this. We booked full board plus which we thought was different to just full board but it was the same. Room location was good & what we had booked a sea view. The hotel has an excellent system in place with sunbed allocation for your stay which can be amended if you are not happy. We were allocated sunbeds 65 which were in a perfect location overlooking the beach & a short walk from the pool area. Food in the hotel not the greatest & not a lot of choice quite similar most nights & lot of beef & pork! A little suggestion for lunches would be to have the continental meats & cheeses out at lunch rather than just breakfast as these would have been perfect with salads. A number of times we went in the restaurant at lunch time seemed to be short staffed & we had to take a seat ourselves & wait a while for our only drink order to be taken. In the bar area I was sat for almost 1 hour for a waiter/waitress to ask me if I want a drink (there were 3 members of staff on at the time). Bar prices are competitive with local bars which was good. We booked a room with late check out as our flight was not until 10pm but received a letter from the hotel reception advising that we would re-activate our room key & extend the sunbed allocation which we were fine with, but if we wanted an evening meal we would have to pay for this, even though the food was not the greatest it would have been nice for the hotel to offer this free of charge. Overall the hotel is lovely & located in a perfect location but unfortunately I don't think we will be returning due to the food not being up to standard for us & us preferring the all inclusive option.

I came here for the day to have afternoon tea. Absolutely stunning location and amazing value for money. Everywhere I saw was spotless. Staff polite and friendly. Will definitely be going back and certainly recommending it

We came with our baby to Alexander the great for 4 days. The Hotel is clean, the ambience is perfect with amazing view to the sea. The staff put the costumer in first place. Any of our requests were treated with respect and sympathy. We had great time, highly recommended.

Hotel location and layout were very good. Easy reach of harbour and local shopping. Staff were pleasant and helpful throughout the stay. The food and service in all restaurants was excellent. Would certainly return to the location again and have recommended to friends as a future option.

Great Service, But the Hotel Needs Attention. We stayed for two nights in what was described as the "best room" at Ivi Mare by Louis Hotels, a sea-view room with a private outdoor jacuzzi and two balconies. Unfortunately, being on the ground floor, the "sea view" was mostly obscured by restaurant roofs and the pool bar at eye level. The hotel, though only 4-5 years old, felt worn and dated—more like a 20+ year-old property. Our room had peeling chairs, chipped parquet flooring, damaged wallpaper, and cheap, fragile furniture. The bed was uncomfortable, blackout curtains didn’t block light, and the bath was broken and . Even the hallways were dusty and in need of maintenance. That said, the service was exceptional—truly the highlight of our stay. Staff went above and beyond: treats & wine in the room, poolside drink service, turndown with chocolates, and even swapping pillows for firmer ones when requested. The pool was lovely but lacked atmosphere—some low-volume music or an in-pool bar would elevate the experience, especially for an adults-only hotel. While we had a comfortable stay thanks to the outstanding staff, the hotel’s condition does not match its price point, especially compared to other luxury options in Cyprus. With some refurbishment and minor fixes, this could be a fantastic property. For now, it’s best suited to package holidaymakers which made up the 90% capacity rather than those seeking true 5* luxury.

It was my first visit and I stayed for 8 days. Everything was amazing! The hotel was clean and spotless! Room got serviced everyday. Every evening they leave a bottle of water and chocolate by your bedside. mini bar was always stocked up. So many options during breakfast, lunch and dinner, savoury and sweet! Plenty of sun beds available and very comfortable too! The sun lounge/snack bar had everything available with a click of a button and the service there was excellent! Had the pleasure of meeting some amazing staff members there, Mohammed who always helped moving the umbrella around! Yusuf and Murad, always being so kind and helpful with anything I needed being so accommodating. Pombos during breakfast and lunch was always bubbly, service with a smile. Overall amazing experience and wait can’t to come back

Ok so all we can say is this hotel is fabulous. We came last year and decided to return this year ! Flying home today after a luxury 10 day stay. The food is so tasty and always a wide selection to choose from. We never felt hungry after a meal and always plenty of food for all. The rooms are so airy and clean and comfortable . The staff always had a smile on their faces and very friendly. We would like to give a special mention to Diana who works in the main restaurant most evenings who was always so bubbly and attentive, by the end of our time here we had named her Princess Diana 😀 as she is definitely a people's princess. Also another mention to Youseff who works the pool bar most days and always greeted us with a smile and a friendly character. They are a credit to the hotel. Please pass on our thanks to them again. We ended our final day with a trip to the spa and wow was so worth it. We had a wonderful experience and had a Cretan massage (full body ) done by therapists Eirini and Dimitris who were very good. Lovely environment, surroundings, sea views and we had a fabulous time. We met some lovely people in the 10 days spent here and this has added to our wonderful holiday and made more memories. Thank you to all the staff and management who works so hard to make things run so smoothly. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed here for 10 nights. The hotel is clean, staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you. Always polite and friendly and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is really pleasant. Slight criticis would be the entertainment stops at 10:30pm, which is sort of when people have had a few drinks and just getting into things. The hotel is marketed as a relaxing environment so it is very quiet around the pools and not much goes on throughout the day, not a big issue for us but others did find it boring. Special mention to Youseff who is one of the waiters around the pool and the utopia bar of an evening, he's an absolute credit to the hotel, he works so hard, nothing is to much. He would greet us every day and was so polite and happy. We definatley noticed when Youseff wasn't working in the evening as the service was not as good, not a criticism really as he is just above and beyond and he doesn't stop. There are many others who are also great but we unfortunately we don't have their names. We went to the Japanese restaurant in the hotel, I myself didn't realise I actually liked Japanese but it was amazing, the staff were great and the food was really nice. As for the main dining area, the staff a brilliant, nothing is too much and they do go above and beyond to create a nice pleasant atmosphere. Location is brilliant for a relaxing atmosphere, with coastal walks up to Paphos harbour and a really nice sunset spot close by. The hotel has an app where you can order drinks from your sun lounger and they are brought you you, which is brilliant as you don't need to catch anyone's attention. I would definatley recommend going for all inclusive to get the full benefits of the hotel throughout the day and evening. Overall just a brilliant experience for a relaxing break, if you want entertainment and a bit a life maybe this one isn't for you but for what we wanted it ticked every box.

What a truely fantastic amazing hotel 🤩 From the second you arrive to the second you leave, the staff cannot do enough for you and make you feel more than welcome. The rooms are fantastic, cleaned and refreshed everyday with clean towels and water brought to your room every evening.. the pool and very comfortable sunbeds are second to none, the food is fantastic and the smell around the hotel is to die for. Overall one of the best places we have ever stayed in and we couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you Ivi Mare it was an absolute pleasure 🙏 ❤️

Whether you are in 1 of the 3 restaurants or picking a subbed, the staff are sooooo friendly and helpful. I must mention Emad, Omo from Egypt and Nepal both such amazing people. Thank you ff or making our 50th wedding anniversary so special 😊 We are definitely coming back here x

Aegeo Spa is a haven. Facial & body treatment by Katerina was wonderful. All the staff are extremely courteous & pleasant through out the hotel Hotel clean & well maintained. Inc. package the spirits were all branded drinks. Pathos, is a 45min walk via the costal path or a bus journey. Bus Stop right outside the hotel. If you want pure relaxation & escapism this is it.

This hotel is a cheap 5 star hotel. And the cost represents fair value. However, there is a lot of work needed and it looks like the management is working to a tight budget thus making the interior in places look more like a 3 star. On arrival, I was given a piece of paper saying the rooms would not be cleaned until 10am… at 9am when I was still in bed asleep the cleaner walked in. The cleaners were also very noisy from 8am every day. I will say the rooms themselves are nice, with a decent bed, although the bathroom not made for two people. There is also not much in the area other than the hotel and a couple of restaurants. I stayed on the south side of Paphos in a 4 star hotel last week and it was much better. I will say the beach 150m away is lovely and there is smooth sand getting into the sea. The buffet food is also not great compared to the 4 star I went to last week. I didn’t go half board as I thought I would eat out. There is a gym with a cross trainer, a rowing machine and a few free weights and that’s it. The restaurant and bar staff were very nice and the reception seemed nice as well.

We were two families traveling together and reserved four rooms at this property. Regrettably, our experience fell well below the standards expected of a five-star establishment. The guest rooms and furnishings appeared inexpensive and lacked comfort, and the interior of the property is clearly in need of maintenance and repainting. A key reason for selecting this hotel was the advertised spa; however, upon arrival we were informed that the spa was closed “until further notice.” Despite this, promotional photographs and descriptions on Booking.com continue to feature the spa, which is misleading to prospective guests. Throughout our three-night stay, we repeatedly had difficulty obtaining drinking water for the rooms. The swimming pool closes at 18:00, which significantly limits guest use. Breakfast offerings were minimal and inconsistent with the expectations of a five-star property. When I politely requested that my eggs be prepared in a particular manner, the cook dismissed the request and responded in a manner that I found unprofessional. Adding to the inconvenience, guests are not permitted to bring food and waste from outside the property, despite the limited and unsatisfactory dining options on site. Considering the price paid, the overall value was disappointing. As a professional in the hospitality industry with extensive international travel experience, I have rarely encountered service and facilities so misaligned with their advertised rating. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues in a meaningful way for the benefit

We had a wonderful stay at Venus Beach Hotel! The staff were kind and welcoming, the service was excellent, and the hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable. They even surprised us with sparkling wine for a birthday celebration, which made our trip unforgettable. The only small downside is that the hotel is a bit dated, but everything else was truly outstanding. Highly recommended

Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not a 5-Star Hotel! I recently spent a few days at this hotel with the all-inclusive package, and I have to say it was a massive disappointment. This is absolutely not a 5-star hotel. At best, a very weak 4 stars, and realistically, it feels more like a 3-star property. I left feeling dissatisfied and frankly quite misled. We arrived around noon, fully understanding that check-in is from 3pm. However, when I politely asked if we could have lunch while we waited, I was told we'd have to pay extra. I travel a lot and have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts around the world, and in every case, guests are welcomed and encouraged to eat or enjoy the facilities even before check-in time. Here, it was clear - you are just a walking wallet to them. And that’s ironic, considering how much food goes to waste in such places. It's obvious that the owners or management have not visited truly high-standard hotels themselves. The all-inclusive offer was incredibly poor. There was very limited choice at every meal, and the quality left much to be desired. Don’t be fooled by the management's responses claiming there are over 100 items on the menu, unless they’re counting juice flavours, coffee types (which, by the way, was awful), and a few sauces. The reality was: barely anything worth eating. The atmosphere during dinner was also quite unpleasant. The restaurant managers were visibly rude to the staff, creating a tense and uncomfortable environment. You could see the servers rushing around nervously, clearly afraid of returning to their station without dirty dishes in hand. I overheard how managers were speaking to them on several occasions and honestly, it was disgraceful. One particularly shocking moment was when I went to the bar to ask for a bottle of mineral water. The lady grabbed one, saw my all-inclusive wristband, put it back, and told me I could only have soda water with all-inclusive. So let me get this straight: if I pay in cash, I get proper water, but if I’ve already paid for all-inclusive, I’m given the cheap stuff? That’s simply unacceptable and frankly disgusting customer service. I paid for that "stupid" water when I paid for the package! Another issue: the water on the floor in the bar area after it rained. It was very slippery, and nobody came to clean it up or even put a warning sign. This shows a complete lack of care for guests’ safety. One of the most ridiculous rules was the ban on bringing food or drink from outside the hotel. They claim it’s for “health and safety”, but everyone knows it’s just about making sure you spend money only at the hotel. I'm an adult, no one should be telling me I can’t have a snack or drink in my own hotel room. Thankfully, there's a Lidl just across the street, where you can buy proper sparkling water, unlike the awful one they serve inside. As for the rooms, we could hear every single word from the neighbouring room. There was just a door (not even a wall!) between us. The main door to the corridor also had gaps, so light and noise would come in all night. This is not what you expect from a 5-star hotel. The room’s furnishings were incredibly cheap: a broken plastic chair, a thin plastic toilet seat, chipped mirror in the bathroom, dirty curtains and windows, and an overall dated, worn-out look. The bathroom clearly needs renovation. The outside areas were no better – neglected plants, dried-out landscaping, exposed wires and pipes sticking out of the ground, and broken tiles creating trip hazards. The hotel simply doesn't look after its surroundings. The only positive thing I can say is the location and the view, which were genuinely beautiful. But that alone is not worth the price or the "5-star" label.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2024 - exactly one year ago - and to this day I can’t get the horrible experience out of my head, which is why I decided to write this review. On the first day, we arrived early in the morning after a sleepless night due to the flight. We entered the hotel and were shocked: there was no atmosphere at all, just a strong smell of rotten eggs everywhere. No fresh or pleasant scent, only a disgusting stench. The hotel staff was extremely indifferent - they could see how exhausted we were, yet no one even suggested we go down for breakfast, which was already included in the price. Eventually we realized it was for the best, since the breakfast was terrible anyway: tasteless, with no variety, and the atmosphere felt more like a funeral than a vacation. The hotel itself is very outdated, the bar is ridiculously overpriced, the pool is freezing cold due to the sea winds, and everything feels old and neglected. Some specific incidents that stood out: There was a strong sewage smell in the room. After two hours, someone came with an air freshener spray - that was their “solution.” We brought sushi to eat in the terrace area, which is basically part of the lobby. A waitress from the bar (which is not even close by) told us to leave because “only bar customers can sit here.” The bar had almost no selection, the prices were outrageous, and there was only one waitress who acted like she was doing us a favor by working. All the towels were stained and looked disgusting. Overall - a huge disappointment and a week of pure suffering. It was my very first time abroad, and instead of enjoying myself I just wanted to go back home.

Visited the beach today with my disabled mother and son. When we left the beach we walked back to the front of the venus beach hotel. We tried to get a cab to go back to our hotel and the porter/security said he wasn’t unable to book us a cab as this is the hotels policy. I found this rather odd especially as my mother can barely walk. Is it normal to treat people in this way. If it was the porters mother how would he feel? Utter disgrace. We then walked to Lidl where the staff were happy to order us a cab.

Disappointing stay – maximum 3 stars Food & Dining: Very monotonous, tasteless, and lacking variety. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were almost identical, limited selection, soup without flavor. Drinks only included at breakfast. At the entrance, guests’ bags were even checked to ensure no food or drinks were brought in – absolutely inappropriate for a 5-star hotel. Rooms & Facilities: Rooms were renovated but not really clean. Bed linen and towels could be changed daily, but often had a musty smell. Bathrooms were renovated, but corridors, dining area, and gym are old and in need of refurbishment. Also, rooms are very noisy – you can hear every movement and conversation in the hallways at night, which severely disturbs sleep. The lobby looks modern but gives a misleading first impression. Service: Only the porter was truly friendly. The rest of the staff (restaurant, cleaning) were rather unfriendly. Beach & Pool: The hotel has no private beach! Directly across the street there is a nice beach, but sunbeds and umbrellas cost €7.50 per day (2 sunbeds + 1 umbrella). Beach towels can only be rented with a €10 deposit each. The pool is very small, with too few sunbeds when the hotel is full. Location: Positive: Lidl supermarket directly next to the hotel, city easily accessible. Conclusion: Definitely not a 5-star hotel, at most 3 stars. Food, service, cleanliness, and facilities were disappointing. Only the location and proximity to the beach were positive points. Not recommended. ******* Response to your comment on my review Food The food is tasteless and not seasoned – it feels more like hospital food. In addition, there are no non-pork cold cuts to choose from, and alongside Edam cheese you could also offer mozzarella and a wider variety of cheeses. Overall, the selection is very modest and does not reflect the standards of a 5-star hotel. Beach & Pool This should have been clearly stated on the hotel’s website – that the beach is not under your management and that sunbeds and umbrellas are subject to an extra charge from an external provider. Guests should be properly informed in advance. Cleanliness The towels and bed linen have a strange, stale smell, which gives the impression that they are not freshly washed. This does not meet the hygiene standards expected in a hotel of your category. Service The staff was unexpectedly unfriendly, and I believe this is something you seriously need to improve, as kindness and professionalism are essential for the reputation of a 5-star hotel. At best, the overall experience reflects the reputation of a 3-star hotel

We arrived at the hotel, and on our first evening there was no hot water in the room, the Wi‑Fi wasn’t working, and the air conditioning barely cooled. It was not a great start to the holiday. The following morning, we asked the staff to address the Wi‑Fi issue. The hot water was restored, but the air conditioning remained only moderately effective — it cooled a bit at night but during the day the room was uncomfortably warm. A router was installed in the room, though it seemed no one had checked if it was functioning properly. We contacted reception again, and they returned to fix the problem. By the end of our second day, the Wi‑Fi issue was finally resolved. The food was plentiful and average overall, some dishes were quite good, while most were simply acceptable. A few notable points: - The alcohol bar was excellent, offering great cocktails and quality liquor. - The staff in the dining areas were friendly and attentive. at reception, service was mixed some staff were welcoming, others less so. - Housekeeping in the room was decent, but the corridors were dated, dirty, and stained. Overall maintenance was below average. - The hotel is visually impressive, with many pools and numerous bars available. - Free parking was available and convenient.

This was the best hotel I had ever been in.Extremely clean everywhere , food exceptional choices and the pool areas are well planned out. The scenery at this complex is breathtaking. There were weddings at the edge of the complex but it didn’t interfere with the other guests. . Very good for couples and families. We will definitely be returning for another holiday.

The location of the hotel is great—really close to the Marina, shopping mall, and plenty of nice restaurants and stores. The pools are lovely, and I really enjoyed the walking trail around the area. It’s perfect for a morning walk. That said, there were a couple of things that could be better. Our room (on the third floor) had ants, which was surprising. Also, I couldn’t help but notice that, out of all the flags displayed outside the hotel, none represented any Arab countries—even though a good number of guests are Arab. It would be nice to feel a bit more represented. Overall though, we had a nice stay and I hope these small points will be taken into account.

It's not 5 star. The public areas are nice and there is lots of space. The pool area sunbeds are comfortable if you can get one. Unfortunately early risers claim the beds by laying towels on them and then disappear for most of the day it's rare to find a spare bed around the pool after 10am. There are other less popular areas to choose from I should add. We arrived at 11.30pm and the gentleman behind the desk was charming and very helpful. The bar staff were less so they obviously wanted to go home. The bedrooms are OK but everything needs decorating and new bedding etc. The hotel is close to the coastline a rocky descent takes you close to the water. It's not easy to get to for the less nimble footed person. The main reason for coming was a family wedding. The hotel catered well for it and it was a joyous occasion. It was the biggest wedding party they'd had there but the staff worked well to make it a success. I visited the spa and had a full body massage with physiotherapist Giannis. It was absolutely fantastic he worked wonders with knots and tension spots. Would I go again? Probably not because of the location and lack of beach and sea paddling/swimming.

Been there a few years back. It is by far the most amazing hotel I ever stayed in. Uncovered and covered pools, delicious food and so much to explore around the object. Good location. Amongst all of them places I stayed - this one stands out! I will remember it for long

It was a quick getaway and it was a quite good choice. Ms. Tatiana and Ms. Angela at the reception were so accommodating and kind. Food options were more than enough and the quality pretty descent. Best thing the all inclusive and with the private pool if you want some quiet times which still depends on your neighbours as well. Gum facilities were pretty good and the spa stuff was very polite and welcoming

Awful hotel. Stayed here in June and would not recommend to anyone! Rooms were really dated, hotel was falling apart and room was so disgusting we ate out most nights! Pool is nice but that’s about it! All staff were very rude, most staff were African, and no iron in room had to go to ironing room by reception, honestly nearly booked to stay in another hotel. If you are considering booking this place please reconsider!

We stayed as a family – a couple with three children – and had a wonderful time! The hotel is beautiful, centrally located and within walking distance of everything, with convenient parking. The beachfront location is absolutely perfect – with direct access to the sea and breathtaking views. Our room was very spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and had a great view. The staff were kind, professional, and pleasant throughout our stay. The kids especially enjoyed the pool, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Definitely an excellent choice for a family vacation. Highly recommended!

The best times of thid hotel are history. It is quite worn out, furniture is very old. Breakfast is okay, location is also good. They have a big garden with a lot of sunbeds and space, what could be an issue with some other hotels. But price is to high for what they offer.

Beautifully set on the beachfront, the location is perfect for walks along the promenade to Paphos Harbour, and the breakfast buffet is generous with plenty of choice. Staff are friendly and helpful, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. Facilities include two pools, a gym, and direct beach access. While there can be minor maintenance issues or occasional noise near certain blocks, overall it’s an excellent choice for a comfortable and scenic stay in Paphos.

Amphora Hotel, Paphos is exactly what you need if you’re looking for a simple, carefree holiday by the sea. The rooms are standard, nothing fancy, but comfortable, clean, and with everything you really need. What makes this place special is not luxury but the atmosphere: a delightful complex right on the beach, designed for families and couples who want to relax without complications. The pool, the gardens, the easy and direct access to the sea — everything invites you to slow down and enjoy. Service is friendly, and the whole vibe is warm and uncomplicated. Do not expect a five-star hotel, but do expect a very decent apartment-style complex that succeeds in what truly matters: making you feel happy, welcome, and fully at ease under the Paphos sun.

Arrival: We had a delay and were an hour late, the driver from the hotel transfer was extremely rude and kinda weird - he asked the people waiting for the bus to bring them to their hotel (“for 20€ I drive you”). We felt bad because he waited so long and gave a tip, even though the hotel can see the delay. Since we were late, we didn’t get a dinner, not even a compensation - we will ask if we can get the money back for it. We tried to explore the hotel and activities: they definitely need to work on some things. - indoor pool was cold and not good taking cared of - should have some fun stuff at the hotel complex, only sunbathing could keep you there but nothing else - tennis place was worn down and not really welcome-looking Noises and room: We heard every time the other rooms were on the toilet or brushing their teeth. The party boat from the harbour is extremely loud. People outside the doors sound like they’re in your room. Busy road so traffic sounds here and there. Room was otherwise okay - to sleep in. Lights could be better. Bathroom door was hard to open from inside the bath. The AC is good if you put it in “automatic” otherwise you will freeze. View was pretty. Service: We like to not be spoken to while eating, so we were a bit annoyed when we got asked every 2-3 minutes if everything was okay at dinner. If you like that that’s fine. Receptionists were good, they kept it simple and were nice. Definitely read the paper they give you about the cleaning habits there otherwise you might be surprised how this is a 4-star hotel (you might be one way or another regardless). Location: A lot of buses so you can get everywhere in Paphos. But you can also walk everywhere, we walked to the King Avenue Mall and back. Definitely get a daily ticket for the buses because you can get around easily im Paphos and see almost all of Paphos in a day. The Harbour is reachable through walking and taking the bus. Returning: The same driver picked us up as on our arrival. He was mad or something because we were again only 2 people and tried to get other people to drive with us. We almost said that we rather want to take the bus to the airport if it was so inconvenient to him. Later we realised he was also mad because the other couple he had to pick up wasn’t there when he got here (he was like 20 minutes too early). Even after they were in the bus he was pissed. If we ever go back here we definitely will be taking the bus to the hotel and to the airport. The cats were definitely the best part!

If you could move this place by the sea.... it would be a 10.... once inside you get everything you want on an all inclusive. Food is excellent, not too much choice but there's always something for everyone. Decent drinks, friendly staff. Swimming pools are great, the hydro pool is cool with many places to get refreshed by the water jets. Waiter service to your sun lounger, which has an 8inch cushion to lay on. Would I go again? Yes but im going to try the other 2 Jason's first.

King Jason is a super hotel with friendly, helpful staff and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. On arrival we were greeted with a glass of bubbles and a quick check in; our cases were taken straight to our room and everything explained about beach towels etc. The room was lovely. Tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel, TV, safe, welcome sweets and information leaflets. There are a variety of pools which were never busy and lots of sunbeds - we didn't have a problem finding one whatever time of day we went to the pool areas. Drinks were served around the pool or you could go and sit in the pool bar. Always plenty of staff to get your drinks, which are branded ones and they don't skimp on the measures! There are bathrooms near the main pools with toilets/showers/hairdryer available if you have a late flight on the departure day. There were just a couple of things that really didn't suit us: • It is a 15/20 minute walk to the beach and we love to snorkel/swim so would have preferred to be closer. There is a shuttle bus, however, four times a day except Sunday. • Room 23 is very noisy. We had an air conditioning unit nearby that really rattled each time it started up, day and night; the trolleys for housekeeping etc trundled by each morning so no chance of a late sleep; it's also on the thoroughfare to the restaurant from the pool and you get noise from that. The ladies in the spa are exceptionally great - we booked a full body massage and it was unbelievable! If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, with great food, pools, welcoming and attentive staff and great facilities, then this is a super place.

stayed for a week after our cruise.... wish we had booked it for longer it was absolutely fantastic . The staff are wonderful. The food and drink amazing... would not hesitate to book again and probably will do in the future... oh and the suite we were in was superb

Having a great stay at the hotel. Booked the Executive Suite, so plenty of space, large bed and balcony. Lovely pools, lots of sunbeds. Great selection of food and themed cuisine nights every day. Ilios Spa is also lovely. No complaints.

Unfortunately we were unlucky with the room. This was right next to the main entrance to the hotel, with buses constantly coming at night that brought or picked up guests. The noise pollution was sometimes unbearable. The room was spacious, but showed certain signs of wear and was to be overhauled again. The breakfast buffet quickly became boring and could have tolerated a little more variety. Unfortunately the pool was really cold and the massage jets didn't work either. If you have a rental car, you should be aware that there are only a limited number of free parking spaces on the hotel premises. Unfortunately, the King Jason Paphos did not quite meet our expectations, which we had for a 4 star hotel for adults only. A positive thing is the employees' love of animals. They take very good care of the numerous stray cats on the site. The room service is also worth mentioning.

Had a 10/10 time at this hotel. All of the staff were excellent and really enhanced the experience. All facilities were top class and well kept. We arrived after dinner (around 10pm) and they had gone to the effort to leave a small meal in our room. In addition on departure we were not rushed out of the hotel once we checked out and were still welcome to eat, drink and use the facilities (gym and showers etc). At other hotels you feel like a huge inconvenience the second your stay ends which was not the case here. I would recommend the hotel highly.

I cannot understand great reviews of this hotel. This is just good 4* hotel and there is nothing extraordinary in it. Rooms are big, but poorly planned - small bathrooms, lack of wardrobe space, inaccessible electric sockets, mirrors without light, etc. Food is good but not best, service is great however. Wines available in the restaurant are undrinkable, but drinks in bars are well-prepared.

We visited in early May and rented a car for flexibility to explore nearby beaches. The location is perfect, right by the sea, and our top-floor apartment had stunning views. A seaside sidewalk made for lovely evening walks. The owners were friendly, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

I'm so happy we chose this place for our 7 days holiday! So peaceful comparing to big hotels, beach is on the doorstep, beautiful gardens, you have a sea view from your bed! Really good value for money. Will go back when in Cyprus!

I totally disagree with the rating for this place… Stayed 1 of 5 reserved nights only, moved to the Nestor hotel in Agia Napa (lost almost 1 day of the vacation time for driving). Reasons: 1. Dirty place: white doors and walls… feel nice… but look at silverware 20 years old or more, towels- crazy old and disgusting, shower cabins - no doors, water splashing and you are cleaning… also every room has a stinky mops and clothes at the kitchen closet!!! 🙈 OMG… 2. Air conditioning… you are paying €8 per night for using it… but can’t use because it is making noise… look at my video… but still paying money… 3. Neighbors dogs was barking all the night … 4. I will say there is no beach… no sand for the kids… 5. There is no place to go, nothing to do… no good restaurants. Just stay in the apartment, cook and clean 🙈😳

Family run beautiful apartments with mixture of studio , 1 and 2 bedroom , Maria and Andrea’s are very caring , the gardens are kept very clean and the pool is immaculate , the bottom of garden takes you out to a small beach area and a promenade which goes all the way to Paphos , cannot fault it and will be back

Great location, 20m off the shoreline walkway, with waves enjoyable from the view of your modern aparments' balcony. Ample parking space, very well kept yard with trees, grass and palms plus a very nice pool. Perfect.

Loved it! Deserving of their high rating, these apartments are modern, clean and peaceful. The kitchen has everything you need to do as much or little cooking as you want (Inc. kettle, microwave, and even washing up liquid, sponge and tea towels). There are not many apartments, perhaps 15? And all with Sea view meaning you can enjoy the gardens and pool in peace. Thanks to the lovely father daughter team, Andreas and Maria, for a warm welcome and a wonderful stay.

Loved this place , it is absolutely clean and the location is great, you can even walk to town following the coastline, just during the day though as at night there is no lights. Beautiful views from the apartment. The apartment where we stayed was comfortable, it needs some little improvements specially in the shower to block the water from coming out to all the floor in the bathroom. We will return for our holidays for sure. Check in and check out were easy and the staff is very friendly.

Overall my experience was very positive. It's a modern building, well equipped, clean, with nice facilities and parking. Its location is great, very close to the coast road and the Pafos castle area. I did not use the breakfast or the pool so I cannot comment on them. My only negative is that the road was quite noisy. I was on the first floor, and the cars/motorcycles were noisy until late in the night.

Great boutique hotel not too far from the center or the beach! But not to busy like large hotel chains which make its nice and unique. Has a convenient store right next door so easy access to anything you need. Rooms have a balcony and the pool area is amazing just to chill on the comfy bean bags!

Exceptional Stay at Regency Boutique Hotel! We had a truly wonderful experience at the Regency Boutique Hotel. All the facilities were excellent—clean, modern, and very comfortable. What really made our stay special was the staff: everyone was super helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks goes to Arturas, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His professionalism and warm attitude made us feel right at home. Excellent new boutique hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good size room with a kitchenette . Be aware that reception is only open till 23:00. Late check in should ask for a code to a safe with the guest room card.

Would never recommend to anyone coming to Cyprus to stay here. 1. I had paid for breakfast and when I got there it wasn’t showing on their system - after some time they realised I was right but where I had added 2 days onto my stay it removed the breakfast from the booking. Naturally mistakes happen so I thought they would see the fault and say ‘no problem we will sort this for you and allow us to have breakfast’ unfortunately the people working there and the manager could not have cared less at this problem and told me to contact who I booked with (Expedia) so we did… Expedia then contacted them and explained to allow us to have breakfast but the hotel still said no. 2. We had to change rooms due to the air con system leaking all down the walls and onto the floor. 3. There is no one at the hotel working after 11pm till the morning which I feel is extremely unsafe. 4. Right next door to the hotel over looking the pool area was huge construction work going on every day which was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation with others. - we explained it would have been nice for the hotel to have allowed guests to know this when booking as this affected our trip hugely. We also noticed during our stay no one in the daytime was around the pool so it clearly affected all guests. We ended up every day going to another hotel down the road where our friends were staying as it was much more enjoyable. 5. It was hugely over priced for what you got and breakfast should have been included in the price for how much we did pay. Luckily we found a lovely hotel to come back to when returning to Cyprus. Staff and the manager have some serious people skills to work on. We arrived with two other guests who stayed in a different room who did have the breakfast and explained to us we didn’t miss out on much due to the quality. Personally, I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here as they have some improvements to make first.

4-stars modern rooms. Friendly staff. Very close to the harbour front and good restaurants are available in the same street. The room design is modern. Nespresso machine is available and 2 free welcoming small wine bottles. However, there were ants in the room, although the working team cleaned multiple times - so we couldn't leave any food on the kitchenette top or even in the fridge. The bare minimum is provided in the room (no tissue box, no landline phone, also no luggage bag rack)

So, this was our first trip to Cyprus and we decided to book the Athena Beach, staying between the 10th and 17th Sept 2025. First, let me say the staff were great! They couldn't do enough to make the stay pleasant. Shout out to Mamun in the Leda Restaurant, who always had my wife's coffee at the table as sat down at Breakfast!🙂 Also to one of the supervisors who came in to check on my wife and I whilst we were watching football. Thanks for transferring the commentary from Cypriot to English. 😄 The grounds of the hotel are massive, and fortunately we didn't have to do the towel on the sunbed dance every morning which we all know can be stressful. We upgraded to an superior elite package with a sea view room, and the view was amazing, however we were underwhelmed with the room as it didn't really seem to be that different from other rooms. Whilst we appreciate there are certain extras that come with an elite upgraded, I'm not sure it was worth the upgrade. For example earlier in the year we stayed at Barcelo Group Adults only Hotel and for less, and we had a huge suite and a fully stocked daily mini bar, however at the Athena Beach we just received a complimentary bottle of water wine and a fruit platter on our first day. The food is amazing, however it was complex regarding when you can use the alacart restaurants, and it's limited to two visits. To be honest when we checked the menu at the alacart restaurant, we found the food was being offered in the main all you can eat restaurant the following day so its not that exclusive. The entertainment was good as there was always something going on from morning to late night. I appreciate people will have different views and experiences of this hotel. For example, when we were checking out the gentleman stood next to us said to the reception staff " thank you, for another great stay here!" This clearly shows people coming back. My wife and I agreed we would return to Cyprus however I'm afraid it will not be at the Athena Beach as we were expecting a bit more with our package upgrade.

We had our honeymoon here in July and loved it. We had the junior suite, it was perfect. The private pool was brilliant. Views from the balcony and sunbathing point were great. Beautiful hotel & great service from all of the staff. Meals were excellent too and a good choice throughout the various a la carte restaurants and buffets. Great views from the rooftop bar. Can't wait to go back to relive it.

Loved this hotel just spent a week here and enjoyed every minute. The food is delicious the hotel is spotless clean. We went elite and I’d strongly recommend it. The staff are amazing and so friendly especially the guy who serves drinks on the garden area Gueo I think his name is he was so attentive also the wonderful lady who cleaned our room in 549 she was so helpful and couldn’t do enough. And the lovely Katrina on breakfast.the service all area is top class and we look forward to returning in the future😊

This is the second time we have stayed here in three years. Cannot fault the staff who are very friendly and helpful, food is excellent, accommodations good and location perfect. Our stay was very enjoyable, pleasant and relaxing. All entertainment was good. See you again next year as this will be our end of the summer go to!!!

Just returned from our 7th visit and as always, had the most amazing time. The food in all restaurants fantastic, the staff , without exception are wonderful and special mention to the entertainment team that made our visit such fun ( Wika, Anja, At, Denisa, Bora and Haroon). Beautiful hotel on the beach front. All the staff throughout the hotel are excellent. Very friendly and genuinely pleased to help you with anything. There are plenty of sunbeds. Great evening entertainment both inside the hotel at the bar and also outside around the pools area. You just need to pick you choice or sit somewhere quieter if you want to. We wish we were staying longer. Stayed August 2025.

Me and my husband got married here last year and the hotel is absolutely stunning. The premium all inclusive is so worth it!! The swim up bar is incredible and the staff are so kind and caring. We felt really looked after by Marina, Ramona and George in the restaurants and the wedding team Janet and her manager were incredible. The most amazing place to get married and enjoy a Luxury all inclusive!

Lovely hotel, the staff are really helpful and attentive. Really good pool area and lots of sun beds, there is access to swim in the sea via a pontoon. We stayed B&B the breakfast was fantastic so much choice and variety and also a good selection of gluten free food. We got upgraded to a junior suite which really topped off a great stay

An absolute delight of a hotel with fantastic food and staff. Toiletries in the room were lovely and I regret not bringing the opened shampoo & conditioner home! A very handy and reasonably priced in-hotel shop with drinks, snacks,souvenirs and any essentials you've forgotten

Fantastic hotel. Staff are perfect and exhibit signs of being well trained. Example; we arrived at 2am after a long exhausting day and was greeted very well by the night reception easing all our travel tensions. We have stayed at this hotel 12 years before and were determined to return due to the loveliness of hotel and food. We were not disappointed at all so congratulations to hotel and staff for consistency. So delighted we have booked again for a May visit next year. We had a Garden view room at the rear which overlooks to the mountains. Very nice room and very quiet which we loved. So much choice for meals. My wife is gf and well catered for. Loved the sushi night on the Saturday. Varied entertainment throughout the week. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday Thankyou Athena Royal Beach.

Amazing hotel, quality drink options , amazing quality food daily from all al la carte and buffet restaurants, friendly staff experienced all during our stay, from the cleaners to the reception staff. Lovely clean hotel with some great staff. Food was amazing especially the bbq night. It was a 25 min walk to the harbour and well worth a visit to Chloies Chinese restaurant. There were always sunbeds available at any time of day.

Ok hotel. Nice Breakfast options but dinner is better elsewhere. The rooms were fine. Some staff was nice others not so. E g. Their animation boss Yves, would always come to us to moan about the age of the guests, the hotel, the hotel staff, the bowling activities etc. He also seemed intoxicated when talking to us and would bore us with a history of the previous places he had worked which didn't impress us. This let the hotel down a star.

Had a wonderful stay, the hotel is right by the sea and if swimming in the sea isn't your thing you have the choice of 3 outdoor pools and an indoor pool. Our room had everything we need but I think it is nearly ready for a minor refurb. The food is superb and the staff throughout the hotel are very friendly. The only negative experience we had was when we ate at the Olive Tree A La Carte restaurant and felt the service level was below that of the Aphrodite A La Carte, when I spoke to Vlasis the assistant restaurant manager the next day he was very apologetic and look after us for the last few evenings. I'm looking forward to returning next year for a longer stay.

Fantastic hotel. Staff can't do enough to help. This hotel is not on the sea front, however, I think it ideally located as it is close to everything. And only 15 minute walk to the harbour. We come here most years and always return to Mayfair. The food is delicious and there is always a huge choice. And when you go for food say hello to George, the restaurant manager, he is a lovely, caring man who will bend over backwards to help.

Just got back after what I can say has been the best week. I have been to mayfair hotel and gardens for 5 years straight and all I can say is its improving every time I go. The staff are so polite and helpful. The food is second to none and the new snack bar is amazing. I have been told there are more improvements next year and I cant wait to see.

The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice, and the kids’ pool and location near the promenade, beach, and mall were great. However, I saw cockroaches in several areas during our stay. Also, many of the (mostly) british hotel guests were drunk and loud at night.

Just had 10 days here apart from 1 night due to an extremely rude guy on the reception desk and a lazy security guard but it didn't spoil the holiday. I deleted my previous review as it was done out of anger on the night. The entertainment staff led by Mario are fantastic. Food was great. Sunbed situation is like most hotels people up at 6 putting towels down but we never had an issue getting beds. Would definitely return

During my previous trip to Cyprus, I stayed at the 5* Olympic Lagoon, so staying at the Mayfair, I probably went in with higher expectations than I should have. Upon arriving into the room, ignoring some wear and tear (such as cracked floor tiles) which would be expected as the hotel hasn't been refitted since 2015, it was difficult to really get a feel for the place. We settled in anyway as it was 1am when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and clean and the room itself very spacious. The shower, again a bit dated, functioned as you would hope and was again, very clean and well kept. Our first proper day, we got a better idea of the building and it's surroundings. The "main" pool, the one in the centre of the complex, was never too busy. You could always find space to get in, have a paddle or swim and throw some toys around with the kids. It got a bit cramped when they hosted the water games but there was always the other pools if it became an issue. Sunbeds will always be an issue for hotels. We managed to get some sunbeds one day, but that was through our own choice. We had planned offsite activities, so felt it was unfair to reserve something we wouldn't be using anyway. The food was good throughout the week, with different themes each night. As with all buffet food, the fresher it is, the better. Less popular foods that get left out longer will obviously not be as enjoyable. I had a few bits that were rather chewy as I tried things I hadn't tried before, but the rest of my meals were superb. The bar at the main pool could get rather busy at times, and you'd may also find there only one person serving drinks. I did notice there was one server who didn't know how to make the cocktails. So unless you ordered something off draft, you'd have to wait for another server to be available. The two big things I wasn't impressed with, the first one of them wasn't really a fault of the hotels, are that there were ants in places around the hotel, and that the arcade hub was quite expensive at €2 per token. We did have some ants in our room (on the second floor) and on our last day, we watched a parade of ants retrieving food kids had dropped under the furniture in the lobby. Not a big deal, as it's not easy ensuring a building of that size is completely impenetrable to them. The arcade however, did seem overpriced for what was available. It did seem to be universal though, as the nearby Bowling alley had arcade machines which were also €2 per go. Overall, our week in the Mayfair was enjoyable, memorable (for more Right reasons than Wrong ones) and was a great place to call home for a week. I wish I'd caught some of the staff's names, but everyone we came across was helpful, courteous and showed a passion for their jobs. Would definitely consider it for future visits to Cyprus.

Lovely hotel, very busy, more people than sunbeds, all beds gone by 7am. Food was decent, staff were friendly but sometimes got drinks orders wrong, so speak clearly. Communal area could do with regular cleaning.

Good location (near the beach), good food, but the room situated in ground floor was extremely smelly, mainly because of the high humidity. The beach was partially sand but the water was rocky. In my opinion it was a 3 and a half stars hotel. Not a bad experience but not a great one it could have been better.

I have just spent a 2 week holiday in this hotel. I would like to thank all the staff for their hard work. The hotel is very clean including around the pools. The food was very tasty with plenty to choose from. I enjoyed swimming in the large pool ,there were plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Large pool towels could be changed twice a week. A very friendly and relaxing place to stay.

Arrived 22/6/25 . I feel I need to say how wonderful this hotel is , we have been here for four days and we have stayed in five star which doesn’t compare to the Louis ledra . Food is wonderful, the location is superb and the staff are amazing. Although the beach is rocky . The pool is like a bath . The only moan we have is that we are going home in three days . If you have booked . You will love it ! If you’re thinking of a brilliant well priced holiday, look no further. K& C

Just returned from a week's holiday staying here. What a lovely hotel and the best quality service from morning till night. All the staff are so helpful nothing is too much trouble. We did not join in with activities, but plenty going on and the entertainment team are happy and keen to make it fun. The food is great with a different selection each day. Just fancy a quick snack at lunch then pool bar is a fast food top up with a tasty burger/hotdog and chips and a few other things to choose. Evening entertainment is a hit and miss for us the singer that does 2 shows a week in the main building was amazing including the dancing waitress while serving us, other evening were down by the beach and was ok just not for us. The location is really nice as it's not near the busy harbour, but a quick bus ride got you into the heart of the busy night life in 5-10 minutes, but the only complaint for the location is the beach as both myself and my wife love swimming in the sea but it's very rocky and we didn't feel safe walking on them as they were slippery to walk on. End of the day this is a great hotel even with the few minor things that's more of a personal preference.

Location was great. Staff was pleasant and accomodating. By no means this is a 4 star hotel. We bought all inclusive package however food was average , lack of seafood, poor vegetable and fruit selection for Mediterranean kitchen. Food had no flavour. Hotel does not provide hair conditioner , safe box key charge is at 3 euros per night. Outdoor lawn has yellow patches, pool furniture is outdated. TV is old and signal is poor.

We had a lovely stay overall, with staff being very attentive and friendly, especially towards children. Food was a real highlight — very nice with a great range, and the poolside menu from 12:30 each day was excellent quality with table service. The cocktails varied: great at one bar but lackluster at another, so some consistency in training would help. The beds were very comfortable (two singles pushed together, which is quite typical) and the daily restocked mini bar was a nice touch, though it only offered Pepsi. The pools were fresh water, including the outdoor one, and the children’s pool, while shallow and shaded with a canopy, is very basic and could do with some TLC. More policing of its use would be welcome, as adults sometimes used it inappropriately, while children were rightly asked to leave the adult pool. Clearer signage would help. The beach was beautiful but very rocky after the sand, so beach shoes are essential. The sea was choppy, though the temperature was perfect in September. Snorkeling around the hotel waters was fun with a good variety of fish, but the conditions were rough and unsafe for weaker swimmers. Air conditioning in the rooms wasn’t great, and with only one available plug socket, charging devices was inconvenient. The evening entertainment felt like an afterthought compared to other nearby hotels. The stage area traps heat with no air flow, although the Freddie Mercury tribute act was a standout — very engaging and gave his all. Other local hotels also had much larger outdoor spaces for evening socialising, which this hotel lacks. The location is excellent, with a bus stop directly outside for regular routes into Paphos, the harbour, and old town. Paphos harbour itself was a highlight. One disappointment was that the specialist all-inclusive children’s programme wasn’t running, with staff saying there weren’t enough children. As this is an advertised service, it feels unfair for it not to be offered regardless of numbers. Overall, compared to other Louis hotels, this one feels dated and certain areas clearly need updating. It has great bones, a fantastic team (with most staff going above and beyond, though a handful seemed disinterested), and we made some wonderful friends during our stay. With more investment, consistent services, and better facilities for children, it has the potential to be excellent.

The place is beautiful and the rooms are clean. The are many pools for sections of the hotel. The staff are friendly. They offer a Porter service as some rooms are a little walk for the restaurants and main activity pools for both kids and adults. The food at the buffet is okay and many options to choose from especially on fruits, veg and nibbles. There is a construction site close by which can be loud if you want to sleep in or have an afternoon nap. There are a lot of activities for kids. There's a snack bar that's open from 10am-6pm which is great if you want something quick or to takeaway. They have a gym, sauna and steam room and chargeable spa treatments. Stayed 3 nights here. Family of 4. Was a last minute decision. As a whole glad we came. Kids had a blast at the water park of the hotel. The resort is very nicely designed. Did a wonderful massage at the Spa of the hotel. Was really relaxing and rejuvenating! Thank you Laxmi! For that- 5 stars! Staff in general is super super friendly. Food is pretty good. Our room in the Fishing Village was dated and not the cleanest… but quite comfortable for the children.

Stayed here in November 2024 for 5 days. The rooms were spacious and modern. Hotel is very nice and bright. We had breakfast included for our stay. Breakfast was amazing. The only place where they can improve, is training their staff at the spa. The spa staff is not particularly welcoming. Free parking is available at the hotel. The location is good also. It is close to beaches and many restaurants.

Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel was nothing like what was advertised online. • Dirty: Sheets were stained every day, even when replaced after multiple requests. Mold all over the bathroom, broken fixtures, and the room was never properly cleaned. Trash, food, and dust sat untouched for days. • No amenities: Not a single basic bathroom item provided—not even shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, body lotion, nothing. • False advertising: This is clearly a family resort for SMALL children, but nowhere on the listing was that mentioned. • Uncomfortable stay: Air conditioning shut off at night, leaving the room unbearably hot (around 80°F). Safe in the room cost €5 per day to use. • Food & facilities: Breakfast buffet was inedible except for the made-to-order omelets. Only one overcrowded pool filled with kids (who peed in the pool) and floaties, despite the large property. I tried speaking with staff and management multiple times, but no one ever followed up. Overall, the hotel was unhygienic, misleadingly advertised, and unprofessional. I would never recommend it.

The hotel is very nice and for the children, we would go back but there were quite a few issues whilst we were there so I couldn't give it 5 stars for everything. The rooms were serviced regularly, but they didn't seem to clean them well, and they never touched the balcony, swim up area. There was bird muck on the beds and never cleaned for the whole time we were there. The sheets were only changed once in the 10 days we were there. The family entertainment was poor, and for most of the first week, they did not entertain the young children, bearing in mind this is one of TUI's flagship family resorts. There was a choice of pools but a smaller pool near a small play area for the children was dirty and the water cloudy with some form of contamination, it was also full of leaves from the nearby trees so it had not been cleaned for a long time. The food and drinks were excellent, and the restaurant and bar staff were friendly and professional, always willing to help. It was a lovely holiday in a lovely resort, but certain aspects of the hotel and entertainment let it down a bit.

We stayed in room 2017 one of the swim-up rooms, and had the most wonderful experience at the Aliathon Ionian in Cyprus. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every member of the team is excellent – attentive, friendly, and it really shows that they enjoy their jobs. A special shout-out to Sabrina (our waitress), who was always smiling, chatty, and such a joy to see each day. The operations manager, Yiannis, is simply incredible. I don’t think I’ve ever met a happier person! He seems to be everywhere at once, greeting guests, chatting with families, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Along with Maria, he makes sure to greet and say goodbye to all the guests – such a personal touch that makes the hotel feel extra special. The food at the restaurants is of very good quality, and we particularly recommend the Manager’s BBQ on Fridays (tip: arrive around 1 pm to get the best of it!). There’s always plenty going on throughout the day, with lively pool entertainment, and different themed evenings to keep everyone entertained. And the Asian/sushi evening was another family favourite. As for the swim-up rooms – The odd-numbered rooms do face the road but its not too busy and there is some cover, the swim-up bar on the other side which is very handy as that pool does get alot busier. You get the sun in the mornings until around 1:30 pm, then some welcome shade for the rest of the afternoon. The maid service was great too – while there’s no set time, our shower and pool towels were changed daily. A couple of tips: don’t rush to buy floaties when you arrive – there are always plenty being given away or left behind by other families. And if you fancy a little walk, about 10 minutes along the beach you’ll find two excellent restaurants worth trying: Suite 48 and Anastasia Beach Club. If you've been to a Holiday Village you will already know the HV team are incredible and will do all they can to make your holiday the best it can be, a special mention to Ross (The lamp post that doesn't tan) and Daisy for helping to reunite us with our lost luggage, as well as Molly B for her energy and enthusiasm which we remembered from Kos last year and Carter's friday water polo announcements are genuinely hilarious. All in all, Aliathon Ionian exceeded our expectations. The staff, facilities, and atmosphere make it a truly memorable holiday.

Hidden gem for sure. Had a very peaceful stay here. Building maybe reflects the 2 star status but everything that counts was fantastic. Comfiest bed I've slept on in Paphos (been working and holidaying there for 20+ years). Friendly, knowledgeable family owners. Great internet connection. The pool! So peaceful and relaxing and I love the honesty bar idea. Could have done without the cats (allergic), but it's Cyprus, there's no escape and these ones are clean, cute and friendly.

Very peaceful! The pool area is really beautiful! There is plenty of shade and lots of lovely palm trees. The coffee/snack area is nice, an ice machine would make it even better. The Wi-Fi is great, and also the shower is great. I did not like the microfiber sheets. They are constantly coming untucked so you’re sleeping on a bunched up sheet mess. Sheets should be cotton.

Property is located just behind of the Paphos bar street. It is very slose to the harbor and several beaches. It has nice pool and an honesty bar (self-service, you pay later). Staff is among the best I ever encountered in any hotel. Calm, knowledgable and in good control of languages. Room is average but with all kitchenware you may need and one of the best beds ever. Hotel area is covered in vegetation and pool water was warm. Guests were mostly older people, no families.

Everything you read on the 5-stars review is correct Couple of bonuses the hotel owners are adopting > dozens of kittens, so now you have a petting zoo at the entrance, made our children ecstatic (kittens are super friendly) The owners are always going the extra mile for you to feel at home

By far the best complex in my estimation in Paphos and outshines many places we have been in and around Europe. The owners make the place and make you feel like your in your own home sat in the sun. Would be cla great shame to ever loose this place or the owners. Only gave 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because that's all I could but they deserve as many that are the n the sky at night

Just wow! Newish great modern apartments near the water, restaurants and shops with ducted AC, clean, spacious, quiet, balcony, pool and facilities - kitchen, TVs, great for families and entertaining. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

My recent stay at the Silver Park Hotel was fantastic, and I highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-organized, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge stocked with cold drinks and snacks waiting for us. The housekeeping service was also great, with the room being cleaned every two days. The hotel's location is perfect. It's close to the Chabad House and several kosher restaurants, which was a huge convenience for us. We were also able to easily book tours through an agency just a few meters from the hotel, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. The pool was also a great feature—clean, refreshing, and a perfect spot to relax. The highlight of our stay, however, was the incredible service we received from the staff. On our last day, we had a major issue with a taxi driver we had booked privately to take us to the airport. The driver tried to scam us by showing up with a car that was too small for our entire group. We were on a tight schedule and starting to panic, so we rushed to the hotel's front desk. The receptionist, Alex, immediately took control of the situation. She was incredibly calm and reassuring, quickly arranging a suitable taxi for us. Not only did she solve our problem, but she also helped us with our luggage, ensuring we made it to the airport on time. Alex's professionalism and kindness truly saved the day. The entire staff was great, but her actions went above and beyond anything we could have expected. This level of care and attention to guests' needs is what truly sets the Silver Park Hotel apart. Thank you, Alex, and the entire team, for an unforgettable experience. We'll definitely be back!

Silver Park was one of the nicest places we have stayed in our multi country 6 month (so far) adventure. The two bedroom suite was perfect with a super comfortable bed and linens, lots of closet space, fully out-fitted kitchen with top end appliances, great shower and a large deck with seating. All the staff are amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. We had a rental car however we seldom used it because Silver Park is so close to everything!!

Perfect apartments for staying with family. We stayed for 10 days and our experience was amazing. The apartment is very clean, luxurious and spacious. It has a big terrace and nice view. Professional stuff is very helpful and reply to any questions you might have. We will definitely come back.

I highly recommend The Palmiers! The accommodations are outstanding - beautiful, comfortable, has everything you need. The location is perfect - walkable to lots of restaurants and the waterfront. And the service is amazing! Every team member was super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. You will not be disappointed with a stay here!

Stayed here during Easter in April and didn’t get a chance to review, we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of these luxurious apartments, they were not only clean, but there was everything you could think of available. Not to mention the lovely welcoming staff that also prepared us with drinks and snacks on arrival.

Unfortunately, we didn’t even get to stay at the hotel due to circumstances beyond our control. Our flight was canceled because the airport was shut down, and when we contacted the hotel immediately to explain and request either a cancellation or a date change, we were met with complete indifference. They showed zero flexibility or understanding. No option to reschedule, no refund, not even a partial one. Just a cold, automatic response and full charge, as if nothing had happened. We strongly advise others especially fellow Israelis to stay away. Don’t fall into the same trap. Our money went straight into their pocket, and sadly, not a shred of basic customer service or empathy in return. Save your money, your nerves, and your vacation book elsewhere!

I stayed at The Palmiers Apartments during a recent work trip to Paphos, from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness, modern design, and peaceful atmosphere of the property. The apartment was modern, spotless, and very well-equipped, wi-fi worked perfectly (hint: for those who are coming combining leisure and work). Although I didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or explore much due to work commitments, the peaceful atmosphere and beautifully maintained surroundings made it a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, close to everything, yet quiet enough to unwind. The reception team were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience, advised as on near by take away restaurants, kiosks and bakeries. I'm already planning to come back for a proper holiday — and next time, ill make sure to enjoy all the amenities, especially the pool!

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, we never made it due to circumstances completely out of our hands. A sudden airport closure led to the cancellation of our flight, and despite reaching out to the hotel right away to explain the situation, we were met with a very rigid and unhelpful response. There was no willingness to work with us—no option to adjust the dates, no gesture of goodwill, not even partial compensation. Just a generic reply and a full charge, as though none of the context mattered. It was a deeply disappointing experience. We understand policies exist, but a bit of human understanding goes a long way—especially when travelers face unexpected disruptions. We’d recommend looking into other accommodation options—places that show a bit more empathy and flexibility when real-life issues arise.

Had an amazing stay! It is close to absolutely everything you might need in Paphos; great views from the room and roof terrace, super friendly and welcoming staff, squeaky-clean! Would stay again, no doubt!

Just back from there now. Lovely place for a chill out week👍. All the staff are nice and polite, rooms clean and modern. Had the pool to ourselves for much of stay. There are nice tavernas and bars within a couple of minutes walk away, and harbour about 10 away. No complaints!! Perfect!!😀

This was a hidden gem. We had an accident in our original Airbnb that we had to urgently leave and found this listing. It said "no essentials" but the picture showed towels on beds so we risked it. The map icon initially showed a different apartment building, this one, Waterside, is much closer to the beach and it's right behind the main road above beach hotels. The staff was super nice and responsive, not only were there "essentials" and anemities, we also got free snacks and wine! Apartment was super clean and with daily option for housekeeping, pool was nice and clean, and with nice seaview and close proximity to beaches. Great for stay with kids too (they loved the balcony chair swing). The listing does not do the justice to this apartment, we will happily be back!

Very friendly and helpful staff who helped us with a last minute car rental and flight cancellation. Amazing location within a few minutes walk from a sandy beach and amenities. Air-con in room was very good. Only con is no sign for the door for do not disturb. The cleaner came early every day and we had to verbally tell her no cleaning a couple of times. Seems unnecessary, just have a sign I can hang :).

A beautiful apartment, recently constructed. Everything in the room is clean and modern. All the lights and curtains are electronically controlled. All the mod cons provided. Since it's pretty new, there are still a couple of minor snagging issues, but these didn't prevent us from enjoying this beautiful apartment. The staff is exceptional, including the cleaning ladies. They will respond to any problems or queries very quickly. There is a cleaning service every day and a change of linen every 2 days. The location itself is right next to the sea/beach. There is also a bus stop directly opposite the road, where you can take the bus to either the harbour or the King's Avenue Mall. In the other direction, you can also take the bus to the water park. In any case, a walk to the harbour is only 10 minutes. Very easy walk, either next to the sea, or along the road. The only drawback is that it can get very noisy from the constant traffic, with motorcycles and quads making the most noise. But this is not a big problem for us.

This place is a must stay for all reasons above! Next to the beach beautiful place and great service!

Terrible old hotel — I absolutely do not recommend staying here. We booked this place for our wedding period and even mentioned it in advance on Booking. We reserved an upgraded room, but when we arrived, the door and floor in our bedroom had holes, and there was an old, scary mirror. We asked to change the room — not for an upgrade, just for the same type of room without damage and with a clean mirror. They offered a “better” one for an extra €20 per night, which we refused. We only asked to clean the mirror at least, since we mentioned that the bride’s morning photos would be taken there. The supervisor woman started shouting at us and said it was “too much trouble” and that we should be happy with what we have. Would you give your own daughter such a disgusting room on her wedding day? It was horrible and absolutely inhumane. The hotel is old, overpriced, and not worth the money. Even upgraded rooms have windows facing a construction site, where loud work starts at 6 AM. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m extremely disappointed by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the supervisor, especially considering that this stay was reserved for the bride’s morning photos.

It's a nice hotel, view is nice and receptionists are friendly but house keepers and the person cooking eggs for breakfast desperately need training on how to be tourist oriented and serve tourists with a smile and in a friendly way. The breakfast needs improvement and a better variety. Baths need curtains and the plumbing had issues when I was there. If your room is overlooking the pool, you won't be able to sleep in after a big night out because of the morning noise. There are no bidets or toilet hoses for better hygiene in the bathrooms. Water pressure in the shower is not too great and pillows and mattresses need improvement as well in terms of comfort and quality. Also, unlike most hotels in the world, this hotel will not provide you with drinking water, tea or coffee although they list that as amenities. The place is alright but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations in terms of comfort and being a tourist enjoying resort facilities. This resort has great potential and they should invest on training their staff to be tourist oriented.

Writing this on our first day. I saw so many terrible reviews on here before and was absolutely terrified that we were walking into some sort of nightmare. On the contrary; this hotel is in no way how some of these reviews make it seem. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it is nice, clean, good breakfast, comfy room and in a great location. In some ways reading the reviews helped as it exceeded our expectations! We are staying for 11 nights. Including flights, hotel and breakfast I would say we are absolutely delighted with the standard especially after we paid so little. It is a bargain! If you are coming here and planning on being out and about most of the time, or are planning to be out by the pool and enjoy the beach (a stones throw away, literally! And a beautiful sandy spot) then this is a great place to stay! We are in a standard room with no balcony and we are facing a ‘construction site’ as others have said - actually the hotel they are building opposite is very nearly finished. You can hear them working, but it is not unbearable. Even if they were not there; you would hear cars, people in balcony’s etc as it is a busy hotel with many people about. Don’t let it frighten you off. We really are delighted with the place. It has a mini market inside too and sells everything you could think of if you forget anything. And LIDL a couple minutes walk away. If you are a traveller who is used to very high standards of 5 star hotels, then you will likely notice the wear and tear of the place, however, if you’re not someone who tends to splash out on accommodation then you will be pleasantly surprised with what you get for the price. Also, I know it’s only been a day, but we have had nothing but nice interactions with the staff; we arrived very late and without asking they gave us details of places we could get food from nearby, told us everything we needed to know and gave us useful information to help us on our way. We don’t expect to be treated like kings, and if you respect the staff (as you ought to) then they will in turn respect you. They are not less than us, and we have had some wonderful interactions with the staff here. Book this place - we are right by the construction work and it’s not that bad, and hasn’t started as early as some have claimed. It’s not affecting our sleep! The breakfast is plentiful and vast variety, the mini supermarket is a great addition, and the hotel is somewhat dated, but still definitely modern and comes equipped with everything you would need. If things dramatically change during our visit I will update my review, but for now, I felt it was really important to leave an honest review so that those who are worried or scared off by some of these reviews see that it’s not really like that, and we are really happy with our choice. We almost feel as though we should pay more!

We went there for a 6 day vacation in october. The Location is beautiful and not so far from anything, the Rooms were overall okay however there was a massive crack on the balcony’s glass and when one of the bed broke(we Still don’t know how)they brought a small and hard guest bed. But the Tennis was for free and sunbeds on the beach were also free. The Gym was free too but it had a giant crack on the ceiling which had water dripping from it so the Floor was slippery. And I didn’t even mention it that they made drinks a with their bare hands.

A basic hotel worn out in the few years that exists. When open at first 20 something years ago it was really good. Now the years passed and the management of it does not take care of it. Basic rooms are ok. Uncomfortable bed. Small flat tv. Basic facilities. Shower and bathtub. And a mini fridge.

I like the place and its good value for money, I'm sure when it was first built it probably was lovely, sadly it's looking a bit frayed around the edges, I would consider coming back as I said it is good value for money, it is very clean and the staff are very nice. Also massive plus as there has been no pushy sales pitches for the onsite spa 👍

I’ve recently stayed at Capital Resort in Paphos and it’s always been my first choice due to its location. However, it’s clear that the hotel is no longer being properly maintained. The bedroom door was broken and couldn’t close at all (see photo). The bathroom sink cabinet was also slightly damaged and looked like it had water damage (see photo). The hairdryer was extremely weak when set to high power, it would turn on, make a strange noise, and shut off after less than a minute. Only the low setting worked, but it took forever to dry my hair. I recommend bringing your own hairdryer. What’s more disappointing is that it seems like feedback is being ignored. Judging from other guests’ reviews, many of these issues have been mentioned before but no improvements have been made. Overall, while the hotel has potential and a good location, the lack of upkeep really affects the experience.

Clean, fresh, well-serviced resort. Pools are excellent. On-site restaurant excellent. Nearby groceries with huge range and impressive opening hours. Only downside is location - beaches are 20-30mins taxi, and harbour area is 10min taxi. Old town is served by bus but is a traditional market area for day time only, and the bus schedule is complex.

Fantastic experience in many ways. We had a two-bedroom suite with a view of the garden/pool. Great room and facilities. We had a small issue one night with creepy crawlies, and I reported it the next morning. They came immediately and sprayed, and when we returned, a lovely gesture of Wine and Chocolates awaited us. They were responsive at every level. The pool scene was perfect. No fighting for lounges, and generally quiet and never crowded. Glad we had a car as the location is a bit away, but if we wanted to stay, there is a local mini market, and the restaurant on site. All in all, an excellent experience. We booked directly as they offered the voucher in case of cancellation. We'll be back.

Stayed at a 3 bedroom apt with 2 full bathrooms and a balcony, pool view. Very spacious for a family. The pool is great, sunbeds are availble at all times. The location is okay, not walking distance but a short car ride. Lots of parking near the apt.

I have stayed there with my wife for a full week and it’s blown me away. I haven’t expected for this type of experience. First off, there’s a restaurant and a kiosk within the parks limits, with reasonable pricing and amazing service. The location is insanely close to every attraction there is in the area (except for the blue lagoon, but there are sailing bundles that include a free bus ride!) my recommendation is, hire a car, go to King Avenue mall, The Old City market and area which is HUGE, tons of stores and restaurants , and around the kings castle specifically at night for the best shopping experiences. Take a buggy tour with Golden Rides to the waterfalls, if you like swimming take the ride to the blue lagoon. Visit Aphrodite waterpark which is amazing, the Kings Tomb is pretty meh but the beach is very nice. The people are mostly Christian, lovely valuable and honest people of god. As an Israeli, I can’t recommend this experience enough. I fell in love with the country and the people, and the staff of the park! I highly recommend you stay there.

Our 2nd stay at elysia park. Positives :Apartment comfortable and spacious and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Bottle of wine left out for repeat stay and for my birthday which was a nice touch. Baby bath, highchair and cots all set up for our arrival. Little supermarket right next door which is handy Negatives The WiFi kept cutting out every 5 mins which became extremely annoying having to constantly re register. This was not resolved be time our stay had ended. The cleaners come in every 3 days but we had to chase this as the cleaner had marked down they had cleaned it when they had not. 3 days with kids coming in from the beach probably isn't enough but there is a charge if you would like extra cleaning. You dont have instant access to hot water you have to turn on a switch and wait which isn't ideal when you've got kids and want to get ready quickly. One of the reasons we like to stay here is for the infinity pool however half of it was closed and the water half empty so didnt look attractive . We weren't notified of this, prior to our stay or on arrival. The pool was also freezing so spent majority of our 10 night stay at the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The place is very beautiful, and we especially loved the large swimming pool. The hotel staff was wonderful – always kind, attentive, and quick to help with any issue or question. On the downside, we were a bit disappointed that the gym closes at 5 PM and is not open on Sundays. Also, the jacuzzi has been out of service since May, which was a letdown. As for the location, I had a rental car so I can’t comment on public transportation, but with a car it was extremely convenient – everything we needed was close by. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel!

Only issue was part of the hotel where we were specifically located was a building site as pool being renovated. Despite this being a known issue, it was not mentioned during or immediately after booking despite it being an ongoing issue. Notified a couple of days before arrival only to be given a room directly above said site. Dust and noise prevalent. Room and service were great, location is about 5 min drive from harbour which was fine.

The food quality at this hotel is very disappointing. Breakfast was especially poor – I could hardly find anything to eat. The so-called “live cooking” station does not function as expected. When I asked for an omelette, I was simply pointed towards some already-prepared omelettes that looked at least an hour old and were inedible. Meanwhile, the staff at the station were chatting in Russian about personal matters, and I felt like I was interrupting them just by asking. I had expected a freshly cooked omelette made in front of me, like in other hotels, but that was not the case here. We stayed on a B&B basis and are glad we did not choose half-board or all-inclusive, as the quality of food is simply appalling. In addition, the pool water felt slimy and unpleasant, leaving me wanting a proper shower immediately after swimming. Another disappointment was at the bar: beer is advertised as €4.20 for a pint, but in reality, you only receive a 0.4L glass for that price. This feels misleading and leaves a poor impression. Entertainment was also poorly managed. Bingo was advertised to start at 22:00, but when we arrived at 21:50, the game had already finished. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Not a 4-Star Hotel – More Like a Wedding Venue a chav-tastic paradise. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has received so many good reviews. This is not a 4-star resort — more like a wedding-and-party venue where paying guests come second. Room & Check-In We booked a “garden view” room, which turned out to mean one olive tree and one lime tree directly in front of the balcony — plus a full view of all the surrounding balconies. No actual garden, no privacy. The check-in itself was friendly enough, but the directions were confusing, and we ended up relying on cleaning staff to find the room. Noise & Weddings From the very first night, our stay was dominated by weddings. The music was so loud it was impossible to relax in the room, even with doors and windows closed. We had been awake since 2am for travel, but when we asked reception what time the music would end, the response was: “11pm is law. Well, it is a wedding.” We were shocked at the lack of consideration for paying guests. Here’s how the week went: Day 1: Wedding until 11pm. Day 2: Wedding until 11pm. Day 3: Wedding until 11pm. Day 4: Wedding until 11pm. Day 5: (Sunday, no weddings allowed by law) – finally, peace. Day 6: Stag party screaming, chanting, banging doors until 1am. Reception only acted after I complained. Day 7: Another wedding and competing loud bar music. We came on holiday to rest, not to be unwilling guests at multiple wedding parties. Pool & Atmosphere Sunbeds by the pool are “reserved” as early as the night before, so unless you play that game, you’ll never get a spot. The pool atmosphere was chaotic: large groups from wedding parties drinking heavily, shouting, swearing, pushing each other into the pool, and even dancing with cigarettes in hand. Think “Benidorm” rather than a 4-star resort. The quieter grass sunbeds were better, but unfortunately right next to a public promenade — not ideal if you want to relax without worrying about your belongings. By day three, we started renting a car just to escape the hotel during the day. In the evenings, we often went back out until at least 11pm because of the relentless noise. Rooms & Cleanliness The rooms are very basic and in need of updating. The sofa had stains, the towels were marked, and the beds were uncomfortable. Kitchen equipment was outdated, and basic amenities like flannels were missing. Instead, guests are left with makeup-stained towels. There was an ant infestation downstairs next to our room, which meant ants were coming into our room, there was nothing done to get rid of the ants nest. The patio door of our room did not lock, despite signs on the patio telling you to lock the door, for safety. Photo of my white socks to show how dirty the floor was, these were brand new out of the packet and only worn in the room! Positives The gardeners deserve recognition. They work incredibly hard to keep the grounds, plants, and communal areas looking beautiful. Unfortunately, this was one of the few highlights. Final Thoughts This is not a peaceful holiday hotel — it’s a wedding and party venue where guest comfort is clearly secondary. Management only responds to complaints when pushed, and solutions offered (like moving rooms on the one day weddings aren’t allowed) feel disingenuous. It’s worth noting that Jet2 don’t even sell this hotel — and I can see why.

Great location right on the beach,villa type accommodation with kitchen facilities. The pool is a very good size and a small toddlers pool as well.The sun beds are numerous with some out on the grass and down onto the beach.There is a good bar and snack shack. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they run an entertainment throughout the day.The restaurant does lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices.The included breakfast was very good and catered for every taste .We really enjoyed our stay here.

This is one of the best—if not the best—choices to stay. In addition to the delicious, freshly prepared food served daily, you’ll find wonderful and friendly service, great music, a professional approach to guests, and fantastic management. The location offers breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets. Whether it’s morning, afternoon, or night—there’s never a dull moment here. Beyond the pools, there’s also access to the beach! Amazing people in an amazing place

5 stars is not enough! We spent a lovely holiday in this hotel for the 1st time in Cyprus! Clean rooms, beautiful location and views, delicious food and very friendly and helpful service and people, who helped us to get to the airport (because our travel agency didn't care about our transfer). Definitely recommend!😄

The location is great with the complex right on the coastal path and then the beach and sea. We checked in quite late, but the process was efficient and trouble free - we booked the hotel independently. The staff were polite and friendly. Our room was spacious and in reasonable condition - one chair at the dining table was broken and the shaving mirror in the bathroom wasn't usable as it was hanging on by a thread. Most importantly the bed was comfortable and made up with nice linen. We were all inclusive and didn't plan to use the kitchen area, but there was enough flat wear and pans to be able to eat simply in the room if you wanted to. The restaurant was very good and the quality of food on offer was excellent. Eat night of the week has a different country theme so dining was not boring and it was always possible to find something nice to eat. All areas of the rooms and the hotel were very clean. The pool was quite big, but the area around it was packed with sun loungers, tables and chairs, but if this didn't appeal the grass area between the hotel and the sea had plenty of umbrellas and loungers. A fresh water shower nearer to the beach would have been good, but, once you'd climed over the people and loungers, the ones at the side of the pool area were fine. The pool bar offered a good selection of drinks and cocktails with many available as part of the AI option. Snacks were also served here in between meals times for those nearing starvation. There was entertainment most evenings with bingo in several languages. The quality of the entertainment was ok-ish, but I wouldn't expect anything exceptional at this type of resort. The walk along the coastal path to the harbour was nice and safe with good lighting at night. The harbour had a good selection of restaurants, a very good ice-cream parlour, lots of tourist shops selling cheap clothes and the usual toys, mementos and gifts. We went out on a boat trip to see turtles (the one we saw was actually in the harbour) and do some swimming and snorkeling. If you are attending a wedding, check the details of your reservation. The catering and bar for wedding receptions 'are a different company to the hotel's which means your AI band is taken off you for the evening and you have to pay for your drinks. This wasn't made clear when we made our reservation or at check in and did take the shine of events a little. We asked for a discount at check out, only the amount we actually spent on drinks for the evening, but we're told 'It's company policy not to make refunds and I will lose my job if I give you a discount, I agree that charging you for drinks could be handled much better and lots of people complain about this' Our stay at the resort was pleasant, but for the money there are better and we probably won't return.

Just sat waiting to leave this hotel after a brilliant holiday. Weather amazing! Well the room v clean and spacious and had cooking facilities, fridge, we were half board didn't need facilities but good to know we could of if we wanted. The bed a little uncomfortable but I was given a mattress topper the same day happy days. The Aircon 🤫 quiet which is great for a light sleeping husband. The staff at this hotel are brilliant 😄 The food excellent and plenty to choose from. It can be busy in the dining room but the staff are efficient and really organised. The location iof the hotel is great but a good 15-20 min walk to the main harbour area and it's v hot to walk !!!!I had bunion surgery 4 mnts ago and iv walked a lot more than my foot wants too flipping foot!!!, normally this isn't an issue. There seems to be sun bed wars CBA with it so we found 5 mins from hotel there's a lil beach with bar called lighthouse and the sun beds and umbrellas which are cheap and you get to swim in the sea and no sun bed wars!!!! And the sunbeds have the comforts of a topper !!!...and bonus little rock pools and play area for children and chilled drinks fabulous 😍. We have visited Cyprus before but we will definitely come back to this hotel it's been great 💯 👍

Hotel is about to undergo a re-vamp, looking a little tired just now, but understandable under the prospect of an update. (November 2025) Staff were very welcoming, good selection of foods,cleaning of rooms and other parts of hotel were excellent, pools were lovely and so clean and tidy...no rubbish about. Very close to a sea front walk way along the coast line. Lots of local entertainments of all sorts. Hotel entertainment was OK. All in all a lovely hotel if you have children or a couples holiday, all interests catered for. Young or older... Wheelchair friendly...

Room 138 & 139 We arrived home Monday 21st July 25 having spent 10 days at this hotel. We had a fantastic time, the Hotel is very comfortable, the surroundings are beautiful. The food is very varied and caters for everyone, your sat down quickly and feel no rush to eat and go. We had our Grandson with us and all staff were ready to get the high chair etc ... for us. All the staff at the Louis are fabulous, the cleaners, bar staff, life guards, entertainment crew, receptionists, restaurant, the chefs were all very welcoming. Special shout out to Chris the Manager who was great !!!! Many Thanks everyone for making our stay a brilliant experience ❤️

The hotel is lovely, and the staff are even better. End of this season it starts phase 1 of being upgraded. There is inside and outside dining areas. The selection of food daily is superb, always plenty to eat even for a picky eater like myself. The staff are prompt and helpfully. Some other reviews compkain about sunbeds, i can say i never had that problem. If you speak to the lifeguard he finds spare beds. The entertainment isnt amazing, but i didn't go there for that, so its perfectly acceptable. Everything was clean and tidy. Rooms comfortable and clean with free water and tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. Two outdoor pools and one indoor, plus a gym and spa. Massages well worth the money, super relaxing and my skin felt amazing after. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and i know i will go back again.

Been to this hotel a few time and it is absolutely amazing every time the bar staff are always so respectful and polite and are very quick when bringing your drinks to you around the pool areas I can’t fault the food one but every night the food was absolutely delicious and i couldn’t find a single thing wrong with it. The animation team wear absolutely brilliant always coming round in the morning to ask how you are and asking you to join in with all the activities throughout the day a big thank you to Zak Anastasia Roland and Petra for being absolutely wonderful as the animation team

We went back for the second time in July this year and had a great time - again! A great hotel, fabulous food, lovely location (beach is like a lagoon - so nice) a great customer service - the hotel crew is great. And an absolute gem in our view - Anastasia who was driving the kids club - our very energetic 4 year old LOVED it there and kept asking to go back which was so lovely and a true testimony to how good she was. This was our first time at this hotel — and maybe not the last. The hotel will undergo a full renovation this winter, so I might come back again. Overall, I really liked the hotel. The food, location, and beach right by the property were all excellent. Service I’d rate a 4, and the rooms a 3 at best — we stayed in two different rooms, and both had a sewage smell in the bathroom. We booked directly through the hotel’s website, which was much cheaper than Booking.com. They were supposed to arrange a taxi from the airport for us, but when we arrived, there was no taxi. We ended up waiting almost an hour until someone came to pick us up. In short — for the price we paid, this was a great option.

I stayed at the hotel in late July with my two sons (a child and a teenager) on an all-inclusive package. Overall, it was a very good experience, and the hotel provides a solid base for a relaxed family vacation. 🛏️ Rooms We had a room with a beautiful sea view. The size was decent for three, though it felt more suitable for two adults. The bathroom was a bit cramped, and while the air conditioning worked, it was noisy when dealing with high heat. Personally, I found the bed uncomfortable, and the type of bedding could use improvement. Also, there was no option to separate the double bed – which would have been helpful. Room cleaning was done daily, but sometimes quite late in the day, which didn’t always match our schedule. 🍽️ Food Breakfast was decent and met expectations. Lunch and dinner exceeded them – with a good variety of meat, chicken, and fish dishes, all well-prepared and flavorful. The all-inclusive plan proved very convenient with kids, especially when they wanted to grab a snack between meals. The restaurant staff were kind, attentive, and handled requests well even during peak times. 🏖️ Pools and Beach The hotel has two outdoor pools – one includes a small children’s area with slides – and one indoor pool. There were always enough lounge chairs at the pools. The beach is beautiful and directly accessible from the hotel. Just note that there are some rocks in and around the water, which can make it slightly tricky to walk or swim. That said, the sea was refreshingly cool, the pool water was warm – and we really enjoyed that contrast. 🙌 Service Service throughout the stay was excellent. Every request was met with attention and a solution – even when I needed help contacting the airport transfer company. The lobby staff were also great – especially in the evenings with live music, offering table-side drink service that created a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. 📝 Bottom line This is a very good 4-star hotel – I’d rate it 95 out of 100. Still, there’s room for small improvements: more comfortable beds, better bedding, and modernizing the key system (they still use physical keys instead of key cards – a small but noticeable detail). I hope hotel management considers this feedback, especially if it’s echoed by other guests.

Spacious rooms and balcony with everything you need. You need to drive really especially with small children to get anything to eat. The pool is clean and nice no pool toys floats food or drink allowed. Theres a couple of vending machines at reception area for things for sanitary needs drinks and snacks etc. my only complaint is the water was only warm once I had 3 cold showers one Luke warm. If not for the shower I would highly recommend.

I stayed in this accommodation for 3 nights. Overall, the place itself is quite nice: clean, well-located, and comfortable. However, my experience with the customer service was extremely disappointing. The first night went very well, but when I returned after a day out, I realized that the air conditioning had stopped working. Since the reception was closed, I decided to wait until the next day to report it. Unfortunately, I had a busy day planned and left early in the morning. When I came back at 4:15 PM on Saturday, I found that the reception was already closed. It turns out that it closes at 4 PM on Saturdays (unlike other days when it closes at 5 PM), which was quite unlucky. It's also completely closed on Sundays. (I genuinely wonder how issues like this are supposed to be handled if they happen on a Saturday evening or Sunday.) I called the emergency number at 4:30 PM and was shocked by the response. The woman on the phone scolded me and blamed me for the situation, saying I should have come to reception the morning after the AC stopped working (even though I wasn’t at the accommodation at that time, I left early that morning). She told me I should just open the patio door to sleep, which I found completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a result, I had to spend two out of my three nights without air conditioning, which seriously affected my comfort and overall experience. In conclusion, while this is a great place in terms of facilities and location, the management and customer service were very poor.

For the size of the rooms, price and overall amenities, it is certainly worth staying here. Apartments are quite spacious and have a large balcony, lounge and living space with full size fridge and washing machine. 4 pools which when I stayed (mid-Sept) were never too full. Perfect for a young family who is just getting away. Perfect for me for a place to sleep. Close to a few small mini marts and about 30 minute walk to promenade (easily drive with free parking if needed). Cons- while somewhat clean, there is a strong public toilet smell from the bathroom. Kept windows open and it was fine. Pillows do very little. Not sure why they take 100€ deposit, this then takes ages to go back in your account. Reception only open 9-5 and closed on Sundays.

Decent location with good service. The location can use a bit of maintenance, but in all honesty the price was lower than other options we checked so it’s definitely a good deal. Personnel was kind and ready to help where needed, so that’s a plus.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and bright. There are 4 pools, a gym, benches. It is perfect for a couple or families. The beach and the city center are 20-20 mins walk. I only did not like the coffee at the reception, everything else was fine.

This has to be the best apartment to stay at in Paphos. Super easy to collect your apartment key if you arrive when reception is closed. Not a problem! Apartment very clean & spacious, with everything you will need for your stay. Great facilities with swimming pools and a gym. Great location too which is close enough to all places of interest and easy to get around. But also in a quiet location with little disturbances day and night. Checking in at a convenient time for yourself is a definite plus, so you can relax and not feel rushed. All the staff in reception extremely friendly, welcoming and very helpful, offering lots of information for your stay. They really cannot do enough for you. Even out of hours, to contact somebody in an emergency is very easy and simple. They continue to be super friendly and very helpful to quickly and efficiently sort out any problems or concerns you may have. They do not let you worry about a thing and rapidly get back to you with updates on the situation of concern. Resolving everything for you, putting your mind at rest. I will definitely be staying here again and I will recommend this apartment to my friends, family and anyone else who is looking to stay in Paphos. I cannot fault this apartment or staff. They do amazing job at this amazing apartment. Well recommended. Five glowing stars! *****

Stayed in a superior sea view room. Lovely view of the harbour and the room is modern, spacious, and has a large glass fronted balcony. Central location, so bars and restaurants are only minutes away. Was very quiet on this side of the hotel. Would recommend Breakfast only boarding so that you can enjoy the lovely local restaurants. Would definitely return.

I really lived our stay. The room was clean with a balcony. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was generous and the courtyard beautiful. We also were well located. Just beside the old town and the sea.

What a fantastic hotel this is. The location is right in the middle of Paphos, so there's everything you need. Great restaurants and bars and plenty of shops. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and we had a sea view room overlooking the pool. The room was cleaned perfectly every day and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone.

Be prepared to pay €10 per hour to keep your room on if you have a late flight home that’s if you can get one, if there’s no room available you have to shower around the pool as there’s no courtesy room. Staff are very friendly and helpful, location is fantastic.

I don’t think you could ask more of a 3* hotel. We were b&b as we hired a car to travel around the island and were out most days. The hotel has a small car park which was perfect for us. The pool was very relaxed and none of this claiming lounger nonsense. Breakfast was basic but what you’d expect for the hotel rating. The location it’s self is perfect for walks to the harbour to watch the sunset. We did spend a few evenings in the old town which is a bit of a ropey walk (blame Google maps for off-road route) but we learned there was a shuttle bus service which was ideal in mid day sun. I was worried about the reviews of noise coming from near by lively bars, we could not hear it from inside the room and expect noise from such a central location.

I give this hotel one star , I'm very disappointed because my friends booked two rooms for 4 nights , and they arrived today. presented their reservation numbers ,they were told that their booking was cancelled , how cancelled ??why ?? Who cancelled it ,the Hotel reception did not give any excuse or apology ,they were disappointed and had to find another hotel

We went here for 4 nights and had a good stay. Hotel pool area is very pretty and looks great when lit up at night. The pool was the highlight for us, inflatables provided and the lagoon pool was really fun! The room was fairly basic, but very clean and we were lucky our balcony looked out onto the pool which was lovely (I’m not sure if this is the case with all rooms) No small bottles of toiletries, just some shower gel on the wall and a small bar of soap. It does have air con which is decent and definitely needed! Other reviews have said they had to pay for a fridge, we did not have to pay and the fridge was essential in those temperatures! Bear in mind there is no kettle or tea and coffee provided in the rooms as standard, I think you have to pay extra. We did bed and breakfast and this was a good choice, there are lots of nice restaurants nearby and we had some amazing and very cheap meals. The breakfast was pretty average but plenty of options. Overall the hotel is good to use as a base if you’re going to go out and explore, it is kind of equidistant between the harbour and the old town, and near the bus station so that’s convenient. I wouldn’t recommend for all inclusive if you’re looking for anything too luxurious, but we had a lovely holiday. We went September time and it was quite busy but there were enough sunbeds for everyone at the pool.

We've only done b&B, I have read other reviews from people regarding the food, all I can say is the breakfast is adequate for us. I will say this, the rooms are cleaned everyday and the beds made for you with fresh towels and clean bedding every other day. It's got good pools with the pool areas kept very clean. There's no hunting or ridiculously early morning dash to put your towels, there always seems to be loungers available. You wouldn't get a week's b&b in the UK with this weather for that price, after all it's a 3 star hotel, what would you expect. Brilliant location, well done to the hotel staff.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. We were hesitant after reading some of the reviews but our worries were put to rest very quickly. This hotel could easily be 4* with their location and friendly staff. Pros: • Amazing location with some lovely restaurants nearby and the bus station is about 10 min walk away. • Beach was about a 5 min walk (10 mins to the sandy beach). • Staff were lovely and happy to help with any questions. • The entertainment lady (think her name was alex) was perfect providing us with activities morning and afternoon and with full enthusiasm. • Rooms were clean, air conditioned and very comfy beds. • Pool was the perfect temperature and we'll maintained. Cons: • Lots of sun bed reserving which the staff didn't seem to do anything about. If you didn't go down before 9am it was hard to get a bed. • Pool bar was relatively expensive if you were after alcoholic drinks. • We only had breakfast and it was a little mundane, very basic foods mainly English aswell. Would have preferred a more Greek/med breakfast and more fruit avaliable. They only had apples and occasionally pineapple. • We didn't pay for the fridge and safe as they wanted €5/day each which felt expensive for these, would have expected it to be included. Despite these small cons we had a lovely time and would definitely be back.

Convenient location if you want to see the ruins of Tomb of the kings. And there is nice sea side walk path near the hotel. There is a bus station 5minutes away from the hotel and you can go most of the places by bus easily. There are cafes and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is big and has nice pools. The receptionists are very helpful. Tidy, clean and comfortable room.

The location is great, close to shops and restaurants. 400 meters from the sea. The rooms are very clean and the service is very good. But if I will say something about the feeling, it's an old hotel but well maintained. Still very recommended. Great value for money 😁 Have fun in the lovely Paphos

Booked 4 nights, fantsstic value for money, room was very clean comfortable bed decent shower. Nice balcony and grest sunbeds. The breakfast was good the coffee was not. I ate once in the restaurant in the evening the food was ok. The drink prices were reasonable. The service was very good everyone was lovely.

We just returned from the all-inclusive Louis Paphos Breeze hotel. The hotel environment is clean and beautiful. The hotel staff is nice and friendly. The food is varied and delicious. Towels by the pool are changed every third day. Towels in the bathroom are changed every two days. Pool towels, safe and bottled water are free .On the last day before the flight, we went to the spa. The shower cabins and changing room are very small. The hotel has a very small and rocky beach. Therefore, you need to take a bus to the big beach. The price per person is 2€ one way. These are additional costs. Next time I will look for a hotel with a beach. I will definitely return to Cyprus! The water is amazing!

When choosing this hotel, we were guided by the wonderful reviews about the service and the food – as we believe these are the make-it-or-break-it factors for any hotel. Unfortunately, in this case, it didn’t quite live up to our expectations. Let me start with the positives: - The à la carte restaurant MEZE was by far the highlight of our stay – the food was outstanding, and the service there was excellent. - The rooms were spacious (there was a slight smell of dampness, but with the air conditioning running constantly, it wasn’t noticeable). Our room was cleaned very well; however, our relatives staying in another room mentioned that theirs wasn’t cleaned regularly and sometimes the beds were left unmade. - The hotel’s location is great – close to the promenade, with a beautiful sea view and amazing sunsets. The sunbeds were comfortable, although the access to the sea itself was rather limited. Parking was never a problem, perhaps also because the hotel wasn’t too crowded during our stay. Now for the downsides: - The service in the main restaurant was disappointing. You can tell that certain service standards have been implemented, but warmth and genuine hospitality just weren’t there. The staff often avoided greetings and generally came across as distant and cold. - The food in the main restaurant was quite average. It was the first time during any of my all-inclusive stays that I saw such limited options, and the food was often not even warm. My issue wasn’t so much with the quantity, but with the quality. I couldn’t understand why the quality couldn’t be similar to the à la carte restaurant, especially when dealing with smaller quantities. Drinks, however, were good. - The adult pool – the chlorine level there was through the roof. The smell was strong and unpleasant, and two of my relatives experienced itchy skin afterwards, even though they never have this problem in other pools around the world. This was also the reason we decided not to use it anymore during our stay. - Animations – it was quite an unusual experience. For the first time, we stayed in a hotel that didn’t have a proper space for the animators. The music came from one large speaker, and if you sat a bit farther away, you could barely hear it. I usually only have time to enjoy the evening animations, but overall, they just weren’t engaging, and the quality was rather poor. In summary: as a place to sleep, it’s okay – but as a 4-star ultra all-inclusive family hotel, it simply doesn’t deliver. I stayed in May at one of the Atlantica hotels in Rhodes and expected a similar level of experience from the Louis Hotels chain. Unfortunately, this chain and stay turned out to be quite disappointing. After this experience, I can say that I would not choose Louis Hotels again in the future.

Our stay at Louis Paphos Breeze was nothing short of perfect. From the very first moment, the experience exceeded all our expectations. First and most importantly, the staff is truly outstanding. Everyone we met was extremely helpful, kind, and always ready to go above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Their warmth and friendliness made us feel genuinely cared for. The location is beautiful—right by the sea, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds both by the waterfront and around the pools. Everything is spotless, modern, and perfectly maintained, which makes relaxing here an absolute joy. The food and drinks are another highlight. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and varied. Whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was always something to suit every taste, and the quality was exceptional. As for the rooms, they are clean, minimalistic, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. Comfortable beds and a serene design helped us rest and recharge after each day in this stunning setting. Overall, Louis Paphos Breeze combines excellent service, comfort, and beauty in a way that makes it the best hotel we have ever been to. We will definitely be back and can recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday in Cyprus.

Excellent choice! Great food, nice drinks, and very friendly and helpful staff! Yiannis was always there to assist us, as well as all the bar and restaurant team Irini, Lorena, Dipak. That would be a great choice for family vacations and not. Suggest you to visit for sure. See you next year.

The stay here was pleasant. The staff is exceptionally kind. The room was clean and the whole areal is overall good maintained with a little tlc needed here and there. The backpool is more quite than the large main pool and there is a big grassy sunbed area where you can enjoy the seaview. The main pool has music and aqua gymnastics during the day and hotel activities in the evening.

If you’re looking for luxury then this isn’t the place for you. We were expecting a four star hotel level which this is far from. We booked a superior sea view suite but were given a ground floor suite where the sea was obstructed by the pool. Our walls also had damp & were cracked (see pictures). There was also an ant infestation! Despite staff clearing this up, they kept returning. The photos are NOT representative of the hotel itself. The rooms are very dated. The staff were nice - especially Mahmoud. Otherwise, I have nothing nice to say.

Wow wow wow, this hotel is stunning, only small thing I would say is it's remote so not alot around but they do offer a free shuttle bus to paphos harbour and the mall. Room was lovely and bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was amazing. Food was lovely with a variety and entertainment was good. The pools were lovely and warm and was always enough sunbeds which were very comfortable. They have a stunning mini beach which is lovely for sunset. Staff were always lovely and polite, would highly recommend myself and my husband had a amazing honeymoon here .

Tidy rooms, but they look like a homage to the communist era. Small bathrooms; the rooms are hobbit-sized. The whole place needs a radical renovation. The Wi-Fi signal is lost when you go onto the balcony. Breakfast is weak, with few hams, cheeses, and limited drinks. Truly disappointing. The only advantages are the close proximity to Paphos Riviera and the polite personnel.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel has a free car park if you need it in case you want to rent a car. There was an aircon in our room which was very efficient and that was very nice because we visited Paphos in July when the outside temperature was around 35 degrees. We didn't like that there was not a small fridge in the room or kettle. Breakfast was not the best to be honest. Everyday we ate the same food. The choice of food was very small.

Hotel is very basic and quite expensive for what it offers. The location was great, close to everything. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms though needs some serious upgrade, there is no minibar, no hairdryer, no iron for the clothes. There were ants in our room, which we didn’t make a big deal about it. The breakfast was probably the worst, extremely basic, coffee tasted weird not to mention the awful taste of the croissants which seemed expired. It doesn’t take or cost much to offer to the guests a good and fresh breakfast, especially for the price we pay. Better to have breakfast in some of the nearby restaurants for a better experience. The doors are also no insulated, so we can hear all the noise coming from the hallway. Overall the hotel is just ok for a few days, but I wouldn’t stay there again until they make some improvements in the rooms.

Very nice hotel with a simple, but good breakfast. Good location with friendly and helpful staff. All rooms with airconditioning and close to Paphos Harbour. I think a good quality/price ratio for Cyprus and very good choice for couples.

I was there on night en route on my travels but I will definitely be back. A comfortable and clean hotel near a lot of amenities and not too far away from the sea.

They stole stuff from my luggage and my make up case while i wasnt at the hotel. They thought i wouldnt know because its only a couple of stuff, i only knew when i left

We didn't stay at the hotel, but loved the bar for cheaply wonderful drinks. It's a very quiet bar but great for conversations and card games. The decor is modern greek, so is a really nice vibe. Shame it's not always open though

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Just home from our second visit and the Location, cleanliness and all round service is outstanding. I want to do a massive shoutout in particular to Raj and Ines who both work in the restaurant, we were always met with a warm welcome, especially towards our 2 year old son. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean and everyone around you is happy and friendly. The location is great not far from the airport around 20 mins in a private taxi, very accessible to local shops, restaurants and local pubs/bars. The pools are clean, the snack bar is yummy (unlimited ice cream!) The lifeguards are very efficient and fair with keeping children safe, we will certainly be back for a third visit…

Wonderful hotel. Immaculately clean. Rooms were amazing. Staff were really polite and extremely helpful. One thing to note: if you arrive after the restaurant closes you are given a dry, stale ham sandwich! Other hotels usually have a small buffet area with cheese, crackers bread rolls etc but the lone ham sandwhich they give you is fit for the bin. After at least 7hrs travel that's not good. Apart from that, our hotel experience was fabulous!

stayed this week, uk family with 2 children 11 and 15. Fab holiday location. clean and spacious hotel, it hasn't felt crowded given that it is peak season. The food has been a highlight, plenty of choices for all tastes, all fresh and delicious! All inclusive drink choice varied and typical local drinks. Pools fresh water and perfect temp ( in the August heat!). We love the few local residents cats! You will have to get up by 7am to claim a sunbed and be warned they get very hot in the sun even with towels on! Not got too involved in the entertainment as we've had our own day trips, but there is often something going on if you wish to join in, staff friendly and approachable. We've had a great week here and would recommend to others.

Not long back after a one week stay at this hotel, and we miss it already! The staff, facilities and food are all wonderful. The staff and housekeeping really go above and beyond to help make your stay home away from home. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. With location, the hotel is situated in an ideal location- 5min walk to the harbour, where you can have a dip in the sea or to check out the other side where you have the castle and other archaeological finds. It's about a 15min from the Kings Mall if you need to go shopping and a short walk to the bus stations. There's also 2x wonderful restaurants nearby (The Windmill and Argo). The hotel also has some parking available if you end up renting a car, also worth asking about this as they some have good contacts with rental companies. Highly recommend staying here.

We have just returned back from a week at this hotel and we didn’t want to leave !!! It was brilliant .. our 1st family holiday all inclusive with our 1year old and he loved it… the staff were AMAZING!! Every meal time they couldn’t do enough for us and our little boy Vinnie loved the attention he got !! So friendly helpful and just all round made our holiday perfect … everywhere was so clean and tidy the food and drinks were unreal !! We cannot wait to visit again very soon

Best hotel ever. I stayed between 21 Sep 2025 and 28 Sep 2025. Nice, helpful and like a family. They are so punctual and you find them there whenever you need help. A budget single room was comfortable for one person. Generous breakfast, clean sheets, good functioning AC and minibar. I would repeat the stay. Well accessible to public transportation. Comfortable walking distance. Close to the Harbour, Coral Bay Beach and Kings Avenue Mall. Price is so reasonable. Enjoy ;)

A wonderful family hotel with wonderful people! If you want to feel like you are visiting close friends, this is the place for you. People who truly love both their hotel and their guests, and who are always happy to help with any question. Beautiful views of the sea and the city from the lobby, the restaurant, and some of the rooms. Breakfasts are buffet-style, varied and delicious. A special thanks for the coffee – real fragrant Arabica of the highest quality. The beach is a bit of a walk, but it’s very convenient to get there by car or by the direct bus 610, with a stop right next to the hotel. There is also a lovely park near the hotel, a great restaurant with delicious food, and parking. The city center is not far away. We had the best experience during our stay – many thanks to the whole family for the warm welcome. Wishing you success for many more years to come!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient—just a short walk from the bus station and close to the old town. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea view, which was nice. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only minor downside is that it’s a bit of a walk (around 30 minutes) to reach the promenade. Also, the internet was down on my last day, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault but worth noting. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

Save your money or spend it somewhere else! The service given by people in this hotel was awful! The staff is loud, unkind, and rude! My friends and I have booked two rooms there, and due to circumstances that were completely unexpected and out-of-hand, we had to cut the trip short. Although we paid an extra amount of money which covers such cancellations and guarantee a refund, the hotel did not refund us and was asking us to deal with it as its not their problem. Very unpleasant experience!

Decent rooms. Decent wifi. Okay showers. Great AC! Some rooms might have a great view...others...really don't. There is a good breakfast spread as well.

We only stayed one night but a very pleasant stay it was. Added peace and removed the rush to return to the east side of the island the same day, well worth the money. Good clear instructions text of how to enter the hotel and room. Room was welcoming and clean, a mixture of old and new. with a cold bottle of water in the fridge. Good bed and bedding helped with a good nights sleep. Breakfast was adequate but the experience was added to by eating it in a very peaceful courtyard garden setting. Good location for the Old Town. Owner was very hospitable and a good host. Will stay there again.

This is a really lovely little hotel in the heart of Paphos old town. The hotel has a stunning courtyard dining area. The food is exceptionally good and the owners and staff are very helpful. We only stayed for one night but would certainly recommend it to anyone

We spent four nights in Casa Mespilea. Wonderful experience : a beautiful garden full of flowers for breakfast and diner, a menu of chypriot specials home made, a pedestrian district full of cafes and restaurants nevertheless very quiet. Don’t miss the Casa Mespilea experience, far away from the crowded and trivialised hostels on the beach promenade ! And don’t forget to have a chat with the owner Costas whose French is perfect : he will be helpful ! Something else - very important : this place is very convenient for family with babies 👶🍼🐥

The room is quite dark, but this added a kind of mystery, coziness to the rest after long days in the hot sun. Doors with shutters, behind them is the hotel's inner courtyard, with lots of greenery, plants, cozy lights hiding the restaurant tables in the courtyard. The night was quiet and peaceful, although musicians played in the courtyard restaurant in the evening, but they stopped playing around 11 p.m., so it did not interfere with sleep, and hearing live beautiful music in the room only adds to the wonderfulness. There are many restaurants, cafes, shops around the hotel, because the building is in the old town, in the heart of the city. I recommend the room number 05. I was given 02, but the a/c does not work well, and the ceiling fan is very noisy. So they switched me to 05 which is quite nice. The bathroom has a door and the a/c works very well . Fan is a bit noisy but good. It’s larger and has a window with double paned glass. The position of the room is slightly farther away from the restaurant guests. So privacy and lots of light. The bed is really comfortable with high quality sheets. This room is priced the same as the other Deluxe Double Studios, so no reason not to ask for it. I am grateful to the staff for moving me to this room. Best to read all of the reviews.

The hotel is near King's Avenue Mall, some restaurants, the harbor and transportation can easily be used by buses. Both pools weren't crowded and the gaming room is good! This place is a must!

Great rooms (apartments) with a washing machine, kitchen appliances, etc. Located near a shopping mall (about a 3–5 minute walk). Quiet area. Since the hotel is not very large, the pool is a decent size.

Staff were so friendly and attentive, the whatsapp service for booking facilities was really convenient and efficient. Facilities and pool were excellent. The apartments and surroundings are spotlessly clean. There are lots of restaurants and bars around the apartments, slightly out of the way if dining down by the harbour which is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car. Would highly recommend downtown park if visiting Paphos.

Went here on Sunday with my sister whole on holiday for a pamper. I had a facial as well as head massage. My sister had the relaxing body massage. Both treatments were fantastic, the best facial i have ever had. The staff are all very friendly and professional. The spa is very clean, relaxing and welcoming. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Booked a deep tissue massage using WhatsApp, the communication was quick and easy. I arrived, was provided water and introduced to Vivian. Have to say this was great experience, she spoke very good English, asked if the pressure was suitable for me, and worked around my wishes for areas to focus on and areas to be careful of due to injury. The accommodation was spacious, with large terrace and the entire residence was really clean, tidy, calm and quiet. My kids loved the smart home technique, the big shopping mall was for 5 mins walk. The living room view was gorgeous to the sunset. :)

We stayed in Sofia Luxury Apartments one week in January 2022 (family 2+2). We loved the apartment! It was big, clean, modern equipped with all we needed things and even more. The kitchen is very comfortable for cooking with high quality equipment. There is also an option to do BBQ on building’s roof, but on the day that we wanted to do so, it was windy there so we preferred to cook in the kitchen. Our apartment had two bedrooms with very comfortable beds and blackout curtains. We had also two bathrooms with WC and shower. Very big terrace with view on the green bushes, trees and pool was more than perfect. The pool was cold in the winter time, but it was still nice to sit at the pool and enjoy the sun. The location is very good – close to the beach, restaurants, big shopping centre. In the winter time it was quite there. It is about 20 minutes walk to the old town and about 10 minutes walk to the seaside. The contact with host was very good and quickly get answers to all questions. We recommend in 100%. Would definately come back!

Location was great, short walk down to beachfront and also to King's Mall. Zorbas cafe close by too. For us as a family (with two young children) apartments like this are perfect and makes the stay much more enjoyable. Pool area was always clean and well maintained (noticed every morning it was cleaned and looked after) and nice to have surrounding trees. Iryna (residence manager) was so kind and helpful and also contributed to making this stay so pleasant. We will definitely return here.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. Very modern. The rooms are very clean and all the staff are so lovely. They always go the extra mile to make everything comfortable for you. Nothing is too much for them. Wifi is very fast. The location is perfect. On a quiet street, with a few shops/restaurants nearby, 5min walk to the sea. There is a massive rooftop terrace with BBQ and sea views. The pool was fantastic - warm enough to swim in all day and to keep everyone entertained. Great apartments with really high quality materials and furnishings. You don’t see such high quality in rentals very often. They thought of everything and provided all the appliances you might need. Since we stayed during the winter, the floor heating was great. The location is great, just a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and bars with sea view. The apartment was full equipped, modern, tidy and very clean. The location is excellent and if you’re traveling by car, there’s a public parking lot nearby, which is very useful. However, the mattress and pillows were hard and very uncomfortable.

There are tractors coming in and out, drilling and sawing and mixing concrete. You can't be outside there is dust and dirt workers walking around you and unbearable noise. You should have said this before we came here for such a long time. No one told us anything about it. In addition, there is no water flow in the kitchen faucet and you can barely wash dishes. The villa is new and modern. Full functional with kitchen. But the sofa bed in the living room is not comfortable, even not flat. But my son can sleep in any of the conditions. The responding of the host was very quick, someone came to cleaned floor, and check, even helped to wash and dried our clothes. No more leaking on third day. I suggest to have more hanger on the grand floor , specifically this season, we need to wear jacket, and no hanger for towel either. And as both bed rooms are on upper floor, maybe not suitable for aged people. I don't know how to describe the location, it's a small town, but you need a car, the public transportation is not good in Cyprus.
