1Ancient City Wall

Xian's Ancient City Wall is a well-preserved historic site that offers scenic views and is popular for walking and bicycling. The city of Xian, though not one of China's largest, is a top tourist destination due to its rich historical monuments and ancient sites such as the Terracotta Warriors, Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Ancient City Wall. Visitors can also explore the Shaanxi History Museum to delve into Chinese history.
This ancient city wall was built about 1,500 years ago, has a total length of about 14 km and is about 12 m high. This is the most intact and best preserved ancient city wall in the world. The city wall is very thick and has many watchtowers, it can be said that the city wall protects Xi'an city from attacks. This is the capital of 13 Chinese emperors. You should visit the ancient city wall in the late afternoon when the weather is cool. Renting a bicycle (rental place on the city wall) and cycling on the city wall is a great experience. After cycling around the city, you can get off and eat at some local restaurants right at the foot of the city. Delicious food, enthusiastic service and very reasonable prices
Anh T — Google review
One of the best restored Town Wall fro 16th Century. The wall is 14 km long and you can walk around the inner city in 3h or rent a bike.
Andreas W — Google review
13Km in length which is approx 3-5 hours to walk. Cycling will take 1 hour to go from South Gate to South Gate doing a loop. Tickets cost 50 RMB per person to enter the wall. It cost 100 RMB for bike deposit and 45 RMB for the bike rental. There are bike rental spots around the wall which can be seen on the images attached.
Sven A — Google review
A nice place to walk a bit around the city. Nice buildings on it with some fine detailed architecture. You can see some parks below the wall with locals doing all sorts of activities. A lovely place to hang about and have a gentle stroll. Very much recommended while you are in Xi'an.
Vijay J — Google review
Highly recommended to visit the ancient wall, walk around or rent a bike. Don't forget to bring your passport in order to buy tickets if you are a foreign visitor
A B — Google review
The Xi’an Ancient City Wall is one of the oldest, largest, and most complete city walls still standing in China. Originally built during the Ming Dynasty in the 14th century on the foundations of a Tang-era wall, it encircles the heart of old Xi’an. Stretching over 13.7 kilometers (8.5 miles), it offers a unique way to see the city from above and experience its historic defenses firsthand.
Andreas N — Google review
I was a little surprised to find that you have to pay to access the city walls, but it makes sense — like any major tourist attraction, maintenance and preservation come at a cost. There’s quite a steep set of stairs to reach the wall, but once you’re up there, the scale is absolutely incredible. There are a few small shops along the way, but it’s mostly a place to enjoy a leisurely walk — or even explore by bike or another mode of transport. It’s a lovely spot to visit for an hour or so and take in the views.

Amazing historical spot in Xi'an. Definitely recommend for anyone interested in history. Walking around this wall felt like a time trip to ancient China.

The Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, also known as Big Wild Goose Pagoda, is a renowned attraction in Xi'an, China. Dating back to the 7th century during the Tang Dynasty, this brick pagoda was initially constructed with five stories to house Buddhist scriptures and figurines brought from India. Renovated during the Ming Dynasty, it now stands at a height of 64 meters and serves as a well-preserved religious site for Buddhists.
It's located at the end of the walking street I took. I was very late in the evening so I just looked at the pagoda from the outside. The street was super crowded although it was midnight. People cosplay in traditional clothes everywhere and they looked beautiful. It was a historical place and a very important part of the history and the culture.

Must visit Xi'An tourist site, its a historically significant Temple with ancient Pagoda. Temple is very clean, well maintained, beautiful with flowers and landscaped gardens. People are polite and good mannered, some old men playing Chinese chess inside. Enjoyed the atmosphere, found peace and tranquility. I could stay in this temple and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere for hours. When the sun goes down, just outside the temple is the Tang Everbright City! its basically Larger than Singapore's orchard road, a huge shopping district! Many souvenir shops and cafes! and also luxury SPA / Massage for your tired feet. if you want to enjoy this place, just book your hotel here, all the big brand hotels are located here, its prime spot.
Chili A — Google review
The Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, or Dayanta, is truly an unmissable experience that provides a sense of history even deeper than the City Wall. This monumental seven-story structure, housed within the Da Ci’en Temple complex, is not just architecture; it is the physical symbol of the Tang Dynasty's golden age and the legendary journey of the monk Xuanzang. Built in 652 AD, the pagoda was designed to safely store the hundreds of Buddhist scriptures (sutras) and relics Xuanzang brought back from his seventeen-year pilgrimage to India, along the ancient Silk Road. It's my buckle list to be able to visit this pagoda, a testament to profound religious devotion and monumental early Chinese engineering, having survived numerous earthquakes over the centuries. The Pagoda sits within the tranquil and beautifully maintained grounds of the Da Ci’en Temple. Do take time to wander the halls, appreciate the stone steles engraved with historical texts (including two featuring writings by Emperor Taizong and Gaozong), and observe the traditional rituals still practiced here. If you can stay till evening, the fountain show at the North Square is massive. It's a musical fountain display, set against the backdrop of the gloriously illuminated pagoda, is absolutely spectacular. It’s a wonderful fusion of classical Chinese music, light, and water (check for seasonal showtimes; they are often held around 8:30 PM/9:00 PM). My getting to the Pagoda is exceptionally easy compared to other sites. Took Xi'an Metro Line 3 or 4 directly to Dayanta Station (Giant Wild Goose Pagoda Station). I Use Exit B, and follow the signs—you'll reach the North Square in just a few minutes.

Climb worth it for exercise and view. Don't photo budda remember. It's a working temple. Great to see the connection between India and China here. Tranquil courtyard
Anil H — Google review
A Buddhist pagoda in the center of Xi'an with unique and characteristic buildings. A must-see. You can climb to the top of the pagoda and observe the old city from above.
Edoardo C — Google review
One of the richest Buddha place. The tower had been built in 652 in lesser than a year. The tower is leaning around 95m towards one side. The entrance to the the tower is not included in the park ticket.
Andreas W — Google review
We paid the 10Yuan to gain access to the grounds of the Wild Goose Pagoda and we were very happy with our decision. There’s so much to walk and explore on the grounds around the pagoda, and depending on the time of year, you could see the 50 varieties of peonies blooming (mid April to mid May). We didn’t pay the additional cost to also get inside the actual pagoda because we needed to get back to meet our tour group.
Helen E — Google review
When in Xi'an, the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda is a must-visit—you can learn about the relics and stopovers related to Monk Xuanzang's pilgrimage for Buddhist scriptures. It has been quite lively in the past year or two, with many online check-in spots and studios offering photoshoots in Tang Dynasty-style clothes. I’m not sure, but I think there are a bit too many. Maybe people all like it, though. However, there’s a musical fountain at night, and there are also some snacks nearby—it’s definitely worth a visit.

Museums
Shaanxi History Museum, located near the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, is a large museum housed in a traditional Tang-style building. It boasts over 370,000 cultural relics dating back over 1 million years to the late Qing dynasty. The museum holds various exhibitions and also features Chinese and foreign classic paintings, calligraphy works, children's paintings, photography, sculpture works, film and television media art.
One of the best museum that I have visited in my life, we have booked the ticket in advance from trip.com it’s easy just passport to show. A lot of history showcasing, for me it’s good to visit before going to Emperor Qinshihuang’s mausoleum, you will understand piece by piece.
Dia W — Google review
Great collections of few dynasties over thousands years ago! A little crowded to really appreciate these amazing collections. Definitely worth the visit but make sure to pre-booked the ticket online prior to avoid disappointment.
David C — Google review
The place is strict with the admission timing. You will not be allowed to enter if you miss your slot. If you arrive early, join the snaking queue until the a lot starts. Takes about 20-30min before I can get in. Place is way overcrowded, as it’s jn the city and it’s FREE! Book early to get the ticket. Many of the exhibits in the museum are replicas. Make your own decision if you want to visit.
Too C — Google review
One of the most historic and beautiful museums I have ever set foot on in my life. The exterior and interior are equally beautiful, both showing the great historical culture of Xi-an and Chinese history. There are two floors and many rooms in the museum to store these delicate artifacts in the museum, each of these artifacts is magnificent, vibrating an ancient aroma that can bring the visitors to Ancient China, seeing how they lived and what they used back then. Through this museum, you can as if retrieve your footsteps and view the development of China and see its history with your own eyes, immensely increasing your own historical knowledge about the place. What a beautiful museum! Also the sensation of just seeing the photos online in comparison to seeing them in person are completely different.
Kunfu P — Google review
It is a great museum charting the history of Xi'An. Lots to see and it is free to enter if you are lucky enough to get one of the 12000 tickets issued every day. I have only rated 3 stars for the following reasons: The wait in line is around 1 and a half hours, if you get there early, if you arrive later in the day it can be much longer. The temperature in Xi'An is around 38 degrees c in the afternoon and it is not until you get closer to the museum entrance that some shade is provided, so bear that in mind when you visit. The museum was severely overcrowded, and this unfortunately spoilt the experience as viewing the displays was very difficult due to the sheer amount of people in the museum. There was a lot of pushing and shoving due to the lack of space around the exhibits. The museum staff were friendly and helpful.
Trevor E — Google review
This is a must-visit place in Xi An. It's free, but make sure to book your ticket in advance. Try to avoid the holiday season or weekends.
Vincy D — Google review
Virtually impossible to get in for a foreigner. Wechat reservation only in Chinese and days ahead possible. I am sure it's a great museum, which I will never see I my life.
Jan K — Google review
I cannot give a review of the museum as it’s impossible for foreigners or anyone without WeChat to get in. You need to book in advance but this is only possible through WeChat. I went to the ticket office only to be told it was sold out for 3 days. You must book in advance and you must have WeChat set up which is difficult for foreigners. Even with tickets people were queuing down the street, it appears to be a very busy and crowded museum, even on weekdays.

Xi'an Muslim Dasi Residential Quarter, also known as Huimin Street or the Muslim Quarter, is located behind the Drum Tower and around the Great Mosque. This bustling area is a popular spot for souvenir shopping, with vendors initially quoting high prices. The quarter offers a vibrant atmosphere with colorful street food catering to various budgets and tastes. As you navigate through the lively streets, you'll encounter historical insights about the arrival of Muslims in Xi'an and their connection to the Silk Road.
Lots of halal shops, food or otherwise! Mosque is also close by! It is right in the city center and near the Xi’an drum. Lots of local delights with halal symbol all over!! look out for this symbol 清真 it means halal in Chinese. Usually written in green color but there are also other shops that is not halal but they can have green color signage so be extra careful to compare with this word 清真 before buying anything.
Hay M — Google review
The Muslims probably from the time of the Silk Road to now have completely assimilated into the Chinese culture. There are approximately 50k Chinese Muslims living in the city. What is a glimpse into their daily lives is the rows and rows of restaurants where you can get almost anything except of course pork and non-halal stuff. Some food stuff don’t look all that hygienic but just choose freshly and fully cooked ones. The claypot dishes we got were absolutely scrumptious and we couldn’t be happier that it came with unli rice.
Bill Y — Google review
The Muslim Quarter is a must-visit when you’re in Xi’an! It’s a vibrant and lively area filled with amazing street food, rich culture, and a strong Muslim presence. As a Muslim traveler, I always made sure to eat at restaurants or food stalls that display the Qing Zhen logo, which indicates that the food is halal. Everything here is cheap, delicious, and full of variety. We had so much fun going from one stall to another, tasting different snacks and local specialties. Besides food, there are also many souvenir shops selling everything from local crafts to snacks you can take home. The streets are clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. One thing to note is that almost all payment is done cashless—using Alipay or WeChat Pay. Some places still accept cash, but it’s best to bring small notes for convenience. The Muslim Quarter is also conveniently located near the Xi’an Great Mosque, so you can easily stop by for prayer while exploring the area. Overall, it’s a lively and welcoming spot that truly showcases the Muslim heritage in Xi’an. Don’t miss it!
Sakinah — Google review
This is food heaven. Reminder of the silk road influences in xi'an. Buzzing with life and experiences even if you don't eat but there is something for everyone here
Anil H — Google review
It's definitely worth a visit for first-timers, especially for Muslim tourists, considering that the Grand Mosque of Xi'an has a long history and the city is located along the Silk Road. Unfortunately, the food was below average in most cases—especially when compared to the food on Niujie Street in Beijing. Unlike in the north, the cuisine in Xi'an is mainly based on lamb, which tends to be greasy and lacks flavor, including the tasteless baked goods. That being said, I would still recommend people visit and check out jade, accessories and the local food stalls—there’s always a chance to find something you enjoy, and the overall cultural experience is well worth it.
E D — Google review
The Xi'an Muslim Quarter is more than just a street, it is the city's Hui Muslim community and a crucial piece of the Silk Road's legacy. Located immediately north of the Drum Tower, this residential quarter offers a complete sensory immersion, providing a stark contrast to the quiet serenity of the nearby Great Mosque. Evening visit is recommended to immerse into the perfect cultural companion must-visit piece to the Great Mosque. It's where you see the community that has sustained this blend of Chinese and Islamic culture for over a thousand years.
David L — Google review
One of the most iconic spot to visit in Xian is absolutely the Muslim Quarter or Huimin street. This vibrant and bustling area is known for its rich blend of culture, history, and especially food. Stretching through several streets near the Drum Tower, the Muslim Quarter is packed with local vendors and restaurants offering a wide array of popular Xi'an dishes. Main products include various noodles, Chinese burger, Cold plum juice – a refreshing local beverage, and several other snacks and juices. Many restaurants provide comfortable seating, and there are also public benches and seating areas scattered throughout the quarter. However, the street can become very crowded, especially in the evenings and on weekends, so expect a lively, energetic atmosphere. For Vegetarians: There are a few vegetarian-friendly options available, such as grilled vegetables, flatbreads, and some noodle dishes. However, cross-contamination with meat products is possible, so those with strict dietary requirements should inquire carefully or consider dining in restaurants that clearly label vegetarian items. For Muslim Travelers: Please note that not all food stalls are halal. Look for the halal sign, typically written in Chinese (清真).
Amaal D — Google review
The muslim quarters is just next to the Drum Tower. There's an open air street market during the day and night. Lots of food stalls and souvenir shops. Meander through the stalls to reach The Great Mosque.

The Great Mosque of Xi'an is a stunning architectural marvel built in 742, boasting vibrant and colorful designs along with serene gardens. The mosque stands as a symbol of the harmonious coexistence between Muslim and Han people in Xian. Surrounding the mosque, visitors can explore streets lined with various crafts and traditional Shaanxi handicrafts. Nearby, the Muslim Quarter offers an array of delectable Muslim cuisine, including roasted beef, fish, and pancakes at reasonable prices.
A Muslim pagoda in Xi'an that's a must-see. It's located in the center of the old city and is surrounded by a Muslim quarter filled with traditional restaurants and various stalls. It's wonderful to visit this place where you can taste typical food revisited with a Muslim twist, with unique aromas and flavors.
Edoardo C — Google review
The Great Mosque of Xi’an - Tucked inside the lively Muslim Quarter, this mosque is unlike any other in the world. Built during the Tang dynasty and expanded over centuries, it’s one of China’s oldest and largest mosques, with more than 1,300 years of history. What makes it truly special? Its architecture — a graceful blend of Chinese pavilions, courtyards, and gardens, interwoven with Islamic calligraphy and motifs. From afar, it could be mistaken for a traditional Chinese temple, but step closer and the Arabic inscriptions remind you of its spiritual heart. It’s a place of calm and reflection, just steps away from the buzzing food stalls outside. A must-see for anyone who wants to experience Xi’an beyond the city walls and Terracotta Army. 👍👍👍
Mun W — Google review
The Great Mosque of Xi'an is one of the oldest and most renowned mosques in China, with a history dating back to the Tang Dynasty (around the 8th century). It is located in the heart of the bustling Muslim Quarter, and reaching it requires a walk through lively, narrow alleys filled with street food stalls and souvenir shops. Entry is free of charge for Muslims, many of whom perform prayers inside the mosque. There is also a wudoo (ablution) area available for worshippers. At the time of our visit, there was some renovation work. What makes this mosque truly fascinating is its unique architecture. The Great Mosque of Xi'an is a stunning example of Chinese-Islamic architectural fusion. Upon entering, you are greeted by a traditional Chinese courtyard layout, complete with wooden pavilions, stone archways, and serene gardens. Instead of domes and minarets, the structures resemble classical Chinese temples. However, Islamic elements are gracefully integrated through beautiful calligraphy in both Chinese and Old Khat Arabic, and inscriptions from the Qur’an can be seen throughout the complex. As with all places of worship, modest dress is required, and visitors are expected to behave respectfully. Non-Muslim visitors may not be allowed into the main prayer hall but can explore the rest of the mosque complex and appreciate its historical and architectural significance.
Amaal D — Google review
An amazing location. Smack in the middle of the Xi’an Muslim quarters, the mosque radiates serenity and calm. The garden was a sight to behold, a compulsory walk before you reach the prayer hall. The warm reception by the Muslim brothers is the cherry on top.

Most amazing place to visit in xi'an.place where one can see how a religious place completely mingled with another culture and art..unlike mosque all over the world has done minerates but this one is totally opposite it's more like a Chinese pagoda..beside this is 740ad which means Islam came to china much before any other places on earth..1200 years of pristine history preserved in all quarters of the mosque ..so many dinasty that preserved restored this place ..making it one of the most beautiful places to visit in china .

Location is wrong in google map. Search instead: Mosque 清真寺 Entrance is by going thru alley near Drum Tower. Worth going as it have big courtyard with old architectures building and fence. Not many people going here, so its not crowded. For prayer hall at the end of the courtyard can only be viewed from outside for non muslim, and muslim can enter during prayer time for pray. Entrance fee is 25 yuan

Tang Paradise, completed in 2005, is the largest cultural theme park in Northwest China. It is a model imperial garden showcasing the charm and grandeur of the Tang Dynasty. The 165-acre site features replicas of Tang Dynasty buildings and twelve scenic regions including Ziyun Tower Block, Elegant Lady Area, Imperial Banquet Hall, and more. Located near the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, it offers magnificent imitations of Tang architecture and beautiful scenery illuminated at night.
This place is an absolute must visit! I used to be a tour guide at splendid China in Florida and this is very reminiscent of that park. That is long gone. The shows were really extraordinary. Awesome place if you’re into the old cultures.

A SCAM ! If you love plastic and fake sceneries this will be your paradise. 4 people at ticket desk but we had to do everything via alipay ... This ticket that is one of the most expensive in china just give you access to the park, all activities are extra in the park. Was attracted by the 5A which was also the case for Huaqing palace and terracotta army; maybe there should be a new type of grade cause in my opinion a 5C-.

The name can be confusing. It is a beautifully manicured garden or park, with lakes, pavilions, bridges, and a palace holding nightly performance. It is very photogenic and one can easily spend a few hours relaxing there.

The Tang Paradise Theme Park is characterized by its portrayal of the prosperous Tang Dynasty, harmoniously blending Tang-style buildings, gardens and unparalleled cultural arts. Its layout is based on the design of the original royal garden of the Tang Dynasty. Highly recommend the outdoor live show🤩❤️

Perhaps it’s a tourist trap but it would be a pretty well done tourist trap. It does a pretty good job of recreating ancient historical sites and the entire place lights up at night with absolutely beautiful lights. It’s a 5A tourist attraction in china which means china regards this as one of the highest graded attractions in the country. Someone of something clearly spent a lot of money to make this a worthy place to visit.

The Bell Tower of Xi'an, built in 1384 during the Ming dynasty, is a historic landmark that has stood for over 600 years. Originally used to announce the time, it now serves as a museum showcasing cultural relics and traditional artworks. Visitors can enjoy daytime performances and admire stunning scenery at night. Situated at the geographical center of ancient Xian, this iconic wooden tower stands 36m tall on a nearly 9m high brick base.
Recommend visiting this historical attraction. It is a museum documenting history and development of the Xian city. The old bell is still present. Set in the middle of a large roundabout, the views are worth climbing the stairs to get a 360 degree panoramic view of surrounding buildings and Xian city. Best to visit during late afternoon around sunset for best lighting and photography.

The largest round about inside old Xian city and the bell tower is in the center of it. Iconic landmark that you cannot missed. Bought the tickets online for both bell and drum tower on Ctrip together. The current location is not the historic location. Its past location is much nearer to drum tower. Not much to see but as tourist just visit once is enough. Btw, night time it is more beautiful.

A beautiful monument right in the heart of the city. It truly comes alive at night when it’s lit up—grand, majestic, and impossible to miss. Crowds gather from all angles to snap photos, and it’s easy to see why. Absolutely loved it!

Magnificent, must visit in China.. the number 1 place in your Xi'An trip plan should be this followed by the Drum tower. Deep historical value, and super for photo taking. try to take pictures from across the roads, that's what the locals do. So that you get a majestic Architecture in your picture background.
Chili A — Google review
This is my first visit to the Bell Tower, or Zhonglou (in Mandarin), is not just Xi'an's most iconic landmark; it is the geographical and spiritual heart of the ancient Ming Dynasty city. Standing proudly at the intersection of the four great avenues—connecting to the East, West, South, and North Gates of the City Wall—this majestic structure is the largest and best-preserved of its kind in all of China. From the site, it was built in 1384 and then famously relocated 1,000 meters east in 1582 (an incredible feat of ancient engineering!), the Bell Tower exemplifies the architectural prowess of the Ming Dynasty. It was originally used to signal the start of the day for the entire city, a tradition known as "morning bell and evening drum" (with the nearby Drum Tower). The Architecture and Engineering was the sophisticated brick-and-timber structure. The clever use of traditional Chinese Dougong (interlocking wooden brackets) showcases ingenuity, as the entire 36-meter-tall structure was assembled largely without nails. Note the triple-eaved roof and dark green glazed tiles that give it its regal appearance, just memorized me. The Bell Tower is absolutely breathtaking after sunset when it is completely bathed in golden illumination. The lighting accentuates its architectural details and creates a magical atmosphere, making it one of Xi'an’s best photo opportunities. My accommodation is just minutes walk to the the bell tower. For those whom need to commute in, the easiest way to reach the Bell Tower is by taking Metro Line 2 directly to Zhonglou Station. Use one of the underground exits that lead directly into the vast pedestrian tunnels surrounding the tower base, which is where the entrance is located.

You’re probably going to end up here whether you plan to or not—it’s smack in the middle of Xi’an. And I’m glad we did. It’s one of those places that’s more about the vibe than what’s inside. The tower itself is pretty, especially when it lights up at night. There’s a little exhibit inside, but don’t expect too much. What I liked most was standing on the upper level and watching the city swirl around us—cars looping endlessly, people rushing below, the whole city moving while the tower just sits there like, “Yep, still here.” Definitely do this one in the evening when it’s glowing. Combine it with a walk to the Drum Tower and maybe grab snacks after. Xi’an at night is low-key magical.
ChuLuxe E — Google review
The Bell Tower of Xi’an stands at the historic center of the city and is one of the best-preserved ancient bell towers in China. Originally built in 1384 during the Ming Dynasty, it once served to mark time and warn of danger. Today, it's a proud symbol of Xi’an’s rich past and a striking architectural gem amid the modern cityscape. Worth a visit, especially if you’re already exploring central Xi’an. While it’s not a long stop, the Bell Tower is a beautifully preserved piece of history with great views and architectural charm. Come for the skyline, stay for the ambience—and don’t miss it at night when it’s glowing in lights.

Go at night to see it lit up. Check out the Muslim Quarter near there for street shopping. Not sure if you can enter the tower itself.

The Museum of Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses West Gate is a significant part of the Emperor Qinshihuangs Mausoleum Site Museum, which includes the Qin Shihuang Mausoleum Relics Park and Lishan Garden. This museum showcases the world-renowned Terracotta Army, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of China's national AAAAA level tourist attractions. The burial pit covers an extensive area of 2.
A stunning site where this army was discovered. I recommend going with a guide and avoiding peak hours. I also advise against going there in the height of summer, as you will find rivers of people and you will not enjoy the visit at all. I recommend a stick for taking photos and videos with your phone.

It’s been on my must visit places for years. And finally got to see it and it was stunning! The magnitude of the site and the 8000 status were incredible. Each soldier was uniquely carved and so human like. The rich culture and history behind the side and the discover of it all were unforgettable!
Jenn Z — Google review
A must-visit landmark in Xi’an — the world-famous Terracotta Warriors site. You can easily take a Didi ride from downtown Xi’an for around 100 RMB. It’s highly recommended to book your entrance ticket in advance to avoid confusion at the gate, especially for foreign visitors. Official guides are available right at the entrance and can greatly enhance your visit with detailed historical explanations. Inside, you’ll find three main excavation pits open to visitors, along with a museum showcasing ancient weapons and artifacts discovered at the site. After finishing the tour, you’ll pass through a lively food street — perfect for lunch — before continuing to nearby Lishan Mountain, believed to be the actual tomb area of Emperor Qin Shi Huang. Plan about 1–2 hours for the visit. It’s an unforgettable experience that perfectly combines history, culture, and the legacy of China’s first emperor.
Somboon L — Google review
Visiting the Terracotta Army is one of the most impressive experiences in China. Seeing thousands of clay warriors — each with unique facial features and details — is absolutely breathtaking. The site is well organized, with clear signs and a smooth visitor route. It’s best to come early in the morning to avoid the big crowds. Tickets can be bought online, and there’s a free shuttle bus between the entrance and the main hall. You can also see exhibitions and reconstructions showing how the army was discovered. Overall, it’s a fascinating and unforgettable place — definitely worth visiting at least once in your lifetime.
Katarzyna — Google review
A must-visit historical site in China. The site is large and the actual museum is far from the ticket entrance, so advisable to buy the electric buggy tickets (additional cost per person) if travelling with seniors, kids or just unable to walk too far. Tickets can be purchased at the entrance but you will be hounded by tons of tour guides charging few hundred yuan to be your guide once inside. You can rent an English audio guide for 40yuan (if i remember correctly) after entering instead. After touring the 3 pits, you are forced to exit through a maze of restaurants and shops - another unnecessarily long walk. Once you finally reach the entrance again, you can queue up for a bus to take you 1.5km to the mausoleum site, where it is just a few more uncovered pits. This is another huge site, and you have to pay for another electric car buggy to bring you around because it is quite impossible to walk when you are already so tired! Once we got off the buggy at the first stop, we were told we must follow one direction (flow) from the first stop to the last stop and are not allowed to turn back if we missed anything. This was told to us in Chinese... so Im not sure if foreigners would have been informed of this seemingly important instruction. The actual tomb of the emperor is not yet open. So this site is really just giving some history of the site, some other uncovered pits featuring horses and bronze charriots, and a very large museum showcasing how they made the statues and figurines in the olden days. Overall, the site could have used a lot more signages to guide us in the right direction. Felt a bit annoyed having to pay for the electric buggy on top of the already expensive ticket fees at two sites.

Seeing these magnificent statues in person, after years of only encountering them in history books, was an absolutely unforgettable experience. This is a fantastic museum and an absolute must-see for anyone visiting the area. Truly a historical marvel! We were fortunate to have a fantastic tour guide who enhanced the visit immensely. She not only provided us with amazing historical facts but also entertained us with funny, relevant stories, making the experience both educational and highly engaging.
Tiago G — Google review
A fantastic day! You will need at least 2.5hours inside the exhibition complex to absorb the wonder and glory of the terracotta warriors! The mausoleum is 50 mins away from the city centre - we took a didi and it was around USD15 one way. There are 3 pits to enjoy along with a host of displays, just like a museum. Food choices are plenty and toilets are aplenty

Xi'an Museum is a modern complex that showcases local heritage and features beautiful gardens with pools and a historic pagoda. Since its establishment in 2009, the museum has hosted various remarkable exhibitions, including Chinese art creations, realistic painting school oil paintings, Chinese painting and calligraphy masters' fine art, and photography retrospectives. The museum also houses an impressive collection of classic paintings, calligraphy works, children's paintings, photography, sculpture works, and media art.
Xi'an Museum tells the story and is divided into different zones. Inside, ancient artifacts from different eras are displayed, very beautiful. Outside is a beautiful garden and you can walk to see the pagoda. Importantly, there is no entrance fee. You can exchange your passport for a ticket at the ticket office.

we visited the Xi’an Museum, a fascinating cultural hub with an extensive collection of 130,000 artifacts. The museum’s highlights include over 14,400 national third-tier precious artifacts. The permanent galleries in the basement feature impressive archaeological collections of bronze, pottery, and grave statuary, vividly illustrating Chang’An’s pivotal role as the starting point of the Silk Road. The second floor, showcases ancient jades, with another gallery currently showcasing an educational photography display, providing insight into the museum’s school programmes. Overall, the museum offers a rich and immersive experience into Xi’an’s historical significance.

If you also failed to reserve the Shaan’xi Historical Museum, this local museum will be a perfect alternative. Thousands of cultural relics are exhibited in five halls. The ancient Chang’an exhibition at the ground floor is a must go. All kinds of Buddha sculptures, famous Tang tri-color glazed ceramics, and terracotta figurines are everywhere and you cannot believe they were produced thousands of years ago by Chinese people. What fantastic arts! Better be here in autumn or spring as in summer it’s very hot due to poor air conditioners.

A Thoughtful and Flexible Museum Visit I visited the museum during the summer holidays, so it was quite crowded with local tourists. It wasn’t as peaceful as other museums I’ve been to, but the lively atmosphere showed how much people appreciated the exhibits—especially local visitors, who seem to really enjoy museums. One thing I loved was the option to rent an audio guide (30). As an introvert, it made the visit so much more comfortable. I could explore at my own pace, take extra time at displays that interested me, or skip parts that didn’t. No need to follow a group or feel rushed—just a personal and relaxing experience. There’s also a lovely café in the garden, perfect for enjoying some tea and a peaceful break surrounded by greenery. Near the entrance, a row of local hawkers sells traditional street food. If your culture or dietary preferences allow, I highly recommend trying some—it's a fun and flavorful part of the visit. Ticket -0 ( free entry).

Small Wild Goose Pagoda is a must-see landmark in Xi'an, China. Dating back to the 8th century, it offers stunning views from the top and is surrounded by an adjacent park. The pagoda is part of the historical Jianfu Temple complex, which has been rebuilt during the Ming and Qing dynasties.
Wonderful place to visit with significant historical and cultural experience. This pagoda was built in the 7th century (1,300 years ago) - although the wild goose of legend actually fell out of the sky at the site of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. Entrance is free but you absolutely must book your trip here months in advance. For foreigners, your passport is your entrance ticket.

Small wild goose pagoda is a lovely place to visit while in Xi'an. It is popular with tourists. Has a history of Buddhism in China behind it. It is also a World Heritage Site. There is a big Pagoda in the city as well. Some very old trees are there in the park. You will see markings on the trees with their age. There is a massive bell in the centre of the park which you can ring for a price.

Love it, middle of the city, but still very bing and open place. Parked just in front. Super atmosphere, we picked mid level tickets, with a table - close to the scene. Had a drink, snacks and some fruits. Amazing interaction between spectators and performance artists. Good service, and unforgettable experience. You can call and make a reservation if this is last minute idea.

The smaller of the two Wild Goose pagodas in Xi'an, and a little worse for wear due to age and earthquakes ... but certainly impressive. Surrounded by a pleasant park which invites you to simply stroll around and enjoy different views. Or do a bit of bellringing for luck. Or shop for souvenirs. Relaxed atmosphere, and not quite as crowded as some other sights.

The little wild goose pagoda, as part of the Routes Network of Chang’an-Tianshan Corridor which is the World Heritage Convention, is free to visit. The interesting history shows it was destroyed several times by earth quakes but incredibly recovered like a miracle. Presently under re-construction and visitors can only see it outside. Xi'an Qinling Wildlife Park, located in the middle section of the Qinling Mountains, is the first wildlife park established in northwest China. It is situated about 28 kilometers south of downtown Xi'an City and boasts over 300 species of animals including birds, mammals, amphibians, and reptiles. The park offers a vast area to explore and visitors are advised to arrive early to make the most of their visit.
I had an incredible day with my friends at Qingling Wildlife Park in Xi'an. The park is expansive, so I would recommend arriving early in the morning to make the most of your time there. The journey from Xi'an takes around two hours, but it is definitely worth it. Admission tickets cost 140 RMB for adults and 100 RMB for students. Once you enter the park, you can take amazing photos and explore the different areas. There is a gate for the games park, and another road that leads to the buses which take you to the open wildlife park. The bus ride lasts around 30-40 minutes, during which you can see incredible wild animals roaming freely in their natural habitats. Although the bus doesn't stop at any specific location, I recommend recording the wildlife trip on your phone or camera to preserve this unforgettable experience. After the wildlife trip, the bus drops you off at the park, where you can spend the rest of the day walking, eating, taking photos, and playing games. It's the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Qingling Wildlife Park for an unforgettable day out in nature. Qingling Wildlife Park is home to a wide variety of animals, including but not limited to Siberian tigers, lions, giraffes, elephants, and pandas. It's an incredible opportunity to see these animals up close and in person. The park is beautifully designed and maintained, with plenty of greenery and picturesque landscapes. It's a great place to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. In addition to the wildlife park, there are also other attractions such as a water park, a roller coaster, and a 5D cinema. There's truly something for everyone at Qingling Wildlife Park. If you're interested in learning more about the animals, there are educational exhibits and presentations throughout the park. You can learn about their habitats, behaviors, and conservation efforts. The park is also committed to environmental sustainability. They use solar energy to power some of their facilities, and have implemented waste reduction and recycling programs. The park staff are friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of amenities such as food stalls, restrooms, and seating areas throughout the park.

The facilities for the humans are excellent… the facilities for the animals are not… almost all the animals are in tiny concrete enclosures with no real vegetation… the chimpanzees look like they are in prison… the wolves, panthers and other “beasts of prey” (their label) look like they are in jail cells… these animals have no places to walk or move around… only a 2m by 2m concrete box to sit in… Again the zoo itself was clean and tidy and well maintained for the humans, there were many paths, gardens, shops and facilities… the same care is not shown to the animals

Embarking on a historical journey, my friends and I ventured to the heart of Xi'an, China, where the Drum Tower stood as a testament to ancient marvels. Built in 1380 during the Ming Dynasty, its three-story wooden structure, reaching 46 meters high, beckoned us into a bygone era. Our international group, comprising three Pakistani friends and one Yemeni companion, marveled at the tower's cultural richness. The 24 drums, once signaling the passage of time in ancient dynasties, echoed tales of history. As we stood beneath the double-eaved marvel, we could almost feel the resonance of those ancient beats, stretching up to five miles around. Exploring the Drum Tower became a cultural immersion as we delved into its small museum, a treasure trove of Ming and Qing Dynasty artifacts. Each exhibit whispered stories of imperial China, captivating our diverse group with its historical charm. Our visit was not just a sightseeing experience; it was a harmonious blend of cultures, as friends from different corners of the world shared the awe-inspiring moments in the heart of Xi'an. The Drum Tower, with its timeless allure, left an indelible mark on our collective memory, transcending borders and connecting us through the threads of history.

The underground museum at Han Yang Ling houses the tomb of Emperor Jing Liu Qi and features artifacts and models from that era.
A rarely visited mausoleum of a Han emperor, would highly recommend stopping here after braving the crowds at Emperor Qin's Terra Cotta warriors. Whereas that was war, this is peace. You are required to wrap your shoes in plastic, as you are walking over the tomb itself encased in glass. The figures are smaller, illustrating the luxurious royal life of the Han dynasty, including a great number of pottery animals. Not a lot of folks know about this place and we had to book out a taxi for the day to get here.

(Translated by Google) The Yangling Mausoleum of Han is located in Han Yangling Mausoleum of Han, Weicheng District, Xianyang, Xianyang, Shaanxi, China, and is the site of the fourth emperor of the Western Han Dynasty. It is the joint tomb of the Emperor and the Queen Mother, and is adjacent to Xianyang International Airport in Jian County, on the north bank of the Wei River, 20km northwest of downtown Xi'an. Excavations have begun, and relics are being excavated in all directions centering on Hanyangneung, and among 81 tunnels, Only 11 tunnels were excavated and opened as an underground museum. The official name is Hanyang Tomb Museum, which is the joint tomb of the fourth emperor of the Han Dynasty, Ke Jing (景帝) and Empress Dongying. You can purchase an admission ticket at the ticket office, put on your boots at the entrance, and then follow the glass passageway to view the grave goods preserved as they were when excavated. Various grave goods, including warriors, maids, eunuchs, and various animals, are characteristic burial customs of the era. The size of the Hanyangneung tomb figures is about 60cm, and what is interesting is that all of the figures in the Hanyangneung tombs are naked with friendly and happy expressions. Although it is a clay pot, it has no arms. Originally, the toyongs were dressed in silk clothes, but over time, they withered away, the wooden arms rotted away, and the toyongs were clearly differentiated between men and women. Qujiang Sites Park of Mausoleum of the Second Emperor of Qin is a part of the World Heritage List and offers a glimpse into ancient Chinese history. The park features the City Wall of the Ming Dynasty, which is the largest and most well-preserved castle from that era. Visitors can explore the 3,000-year-old Banpo Village Remains from the Neolithic Age and marvel at the Forest of Stone Steles, housing 3,000 stone steles from different periods.
My recent visit to the Qujiang Sites Park of Mausoleum of the Second Emperor of Qin in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China, left me utterly enchanted. The park is a cultural haven, resonating with the rich history of the Qin dynasty. The majestic mausoleum of the second emperor is a testament to China's deep-rooted heritage. Walking through the park, I was captivated by the intricate statues and artifacts that adorn the surroundings. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the awe-inspiring Terracotta Warriors and Horses. These life-sized terra cotta sculptures depict the emperor's formidable army and are a mesmerizing testament to ancient craftsmanship. One of the remarkable aspects of this cultural gem is its accessibility. The fact that entry is free makes it an ideal destination for families and friends seeking an enriching experience during holidays and vacations. The Qujiang Sites Park stands not just as a historical site but as a symbol of China's enduring legacy. In conclusion, my visit to this park was not just a stroll through history; it was a profound immersion into the cultural tapestry of China. For anyone passionate about history, art, or simply seeking a captivating outing, this park is a must-visit, offering a glimpse into the splendid legacy of the Qin dynasty.

There may have been 200 different species of tulips and 200 brides getting their photographs taken. Wedding photography appears to be big business at garden. The tulips were beautiful and well cared for, however they were lacking identification tags. In spite of the wonderful care, I found Chinese people appear to have little respect for plants and many were stepped on. As an American touring China, I found Chinese people would destroy the flowers to pose for a photo. I found this distasteful. Would have liked to have seen some platyceriums common in SE Asia but it probably gets too cold in Xi'an. The gardens are beautiful, however the variety of plants are limited, mostly tulips.

This is a MUST SEE area . You have several street food and you can just try everything. I really recommend to try the food I have some videos (in portugues, sorry) where I try the food there. Excellent place to eat shop and just hang around. We spent around 2 hours and it wasn’t enough. Surprisingly shop keepers will not haggle in this street. Fresh coconut milk and Sugar cane juice are must have. The hot noodles with lamb in them is delicious. We added some salt and sesame and red pepper spicy sauce available at the table. Sheek Kebabs were everywhere. It is open till late. You will not be bored.

It is an interesting place to visit - having lived in SE Asia for years, it really wasn't anything super unusual - TONS of people, lots of food and all the typical trinkets and knick-knacks you see at every Asian junk stall. I was quite surprised at the limited choices considering there were 50+ food stalls. It was basically noodles - which were quite good, fried squid - which looks bad, but tastes ok, bacon and pigs feet - didn't try those and they aren't exactly a Muslim food, and some different types of ice cream/dessert things - some of which were tasty and some not so much. If you are looking for something similar to a grocery store, they have a few of those and you can get some fresh fruit there also. No beer or bars which you wouldn't expect at a place called Muslim Street. If you are in Xi'an for any amount of time you should see it - if you are only there for a day and need to see the Warriors, it isn't a huge miss.

This entire sector of the city features street after street of local foods - skewered meat, lamb-stuffed buns, cure meats, and sweets. It is the most colour place and full of aroma. You cant leave here without having eaten something. The way they make candy from molasses is a sight to behold, with the entire thing being continually stretched on a post along the street, while everyone watches! Lots of stores selling souvenirs and spices as well.

The Tang Dynasty, established in 1988, is a cultural treasure of Xi'an that attracts both locals and visitors. It stands out as the first establishment to showcase dance and music performances in the ancient Tang Dynasty style. This venue offers a unique experience with nightly dinner theater where guests can enjoy both food and performances, reminiscent of imperial palace luxury.
Watching the performance at the Tang Dynasty Theatre was like stepping into a piece of living history. The highlight of the evening was an exquisite dance performance featuring Empress Wu Zetian, capturing the elegance and grandeur of the Tang Dynasty. The performers were captivating, dressed in vibrant, intricate costumes that seemed to shimmer under the stage lights. Every move was graceful, evoking the poise and power of Empress Wu Zetian, one of China’s most iconic rulers. Adding to the experience was the dumpling buffet served throughout the evening. Each bite was delicious, with a variety of flavors that complemented the theatrical atmosphere perfectly. It was a unique experience, blending rich cultural heritage with culinary delights, and a must for anyone visiting who wants a taste of Tang Dynasty opulence.

The ticket costs RMB 268 if you buy over the counter. It is cheaper to buy online. However, after 5pm, the tickets will cost full price at RMB 268 even if you buy online. As a solo traveller, no one led me to a seat when I entered the hall. After sitting down, a tour guide told me to move to another table as she had 3 tables of guests. Priority was only given to tour groups and not based on a first come first served basis for solo customers. Seating was given based on a first come first served basis to tour groups as well. I had to ask 2 waitresses where I could sit down before I was shown a seat at the farthest corner of the hall. If we are all paying customers, why didn't anyone show me a seat, and even had to move me to the farthest corner of the seating area? The whole experience made me feel very unwelcome. It is very commercialised. I have a feeling that as I look Chinese and not a Westerner, I am given little priority. I was seated in a corner where there are only 2 Chinese tour guides sitting in the corner. And the waitress keeps putting the big plates of condiments like soya sauce at the corner table. So you know it is not an important table. The good comments on the performance definitely come from non-Chinese or those who do not watch Chinese dramas or have little contact with Chinese performances. Due to the comments, I paid a hefty price for it. The performance was so-so. I have seen better performances in Chinese dramas, and really exciting live performances in other parts of China. Some parts were boring and I almost fell asleep during those times. It is exorbitant by China standards. Only overseas visitors would pay for it. That is why there is no Chinese face there except for the tour guides and service staff. As what the China people say, 骗外国人的钱 bluff money from overseas people. It is a rip off. Even country / city grade performances promoted by the local governments are cheaper and of higher quality and better standard. The famous Director Zhang Yimou's team with Director Wang Chaoge also directed performances which are excellent and cheaper ie. the 《印象》and《又见》 series. This place is totally not worth your spending the money.
Karen - — Google review
The food is decent, some great dumplings, some not so great, but you really come here for the performance. The show was great, though the live orchestra was not used for every song. The price is a tad expensive, there's definitely a "tourist tax" here.
Alan C — Google review
Really fantastic. We just happened upon this place while walking by during the day, and decided to get tickets for dinner and show that evening. (The reservation staff has sufficient English to make this easy for American visitors.) The dumpling dinner had an amazing variety of offerings; everyone was delighted. The show was stunning; no mid-class dinner theater offering at all; this is a high-quality professional live song and dance show, with live orchestra. The lights and staging were super high-quality.

The Fortifications of Xi'an, also known as Xian City Wall, is a well-preserved ancient defensive system in China. Built in 1370 during the Ming dynasty, it spans 13.7 kilometers and is surrounded by a dry moat. The imposing walls feature imposing gates and offer a cycling path atop for visitors to explore. This historical site holds great significance for the Chinese nation and has been designated as a national cultural site.
It a magnificent city wall, I think best to visit during evening time where the place it lit up with light. Feel it is more romantic at night, compared the day time. If want to cover the whole city wall best to rent a bike. We only manage to cover quarter of it and we are all drop dead tired.

Nice place to walk along, you can also rent a bike. A few shops and places to eat along the way . We also stopped to do the vr experience which was amazing, we had to defend the wall and it was lots of fun. See pictures of what it looks like here.

Interesting ancient Walls of Xi'an City built under the Emperor Hongwu. There are several doors through which you can enter. On top, there is a large path that you can follow and even ride a bike for the trip of 14 km around. The Xi'an City walls are very well preserved and have been renovated/rebuilt 3 times over the centuries. The part that I have seen is not particularly wonderful. However, it can be fun for a short visit and walk.

It was cool. They have bike rentals on top of the wall, make sure you get a decent one. You'll see the ladies dressed in old style clothing having a photo shoot. Trip.com offers the service for $140. My wife and her family were able to do the same thing near the Bell Tower for a fraction of the price. Check with the local places first before ordering online.

Lovely way to see Xi’an city from the top of the wall! We got up to the wall from Jian-Guo Gate (建國門, walk past East Gate (長樂門), and got off from Zhong-Shan gate (中山門). Nice easy walk on top of the wall and you can see both inside and outside of the Xi’an city. There were bike for hire to ride on top of the wall too. When you get off the Little East Gate (小東門), stopped over Yong Xin Fong (永興坊), lots of stalls selling local snacks. Not a bad day to spend the morning when you are in Xian.
David C — Google review
Absolutely loved it here. If your in Xian, give this place a wonder. There's a few places to see as you come off the wall to attractions, like temples and museums. You can hire a bike to get around, and with 14 kilometres of a rectangle to cover I suggest you think about it, haha. There were loads of surviver stalls, but no-one approached us for sales.
Adrian L — Google review
Impressive walls surrounding the city. Especially the gates are architectural highlights. Best to see everything by bike. Start your bike tour at the south gate. There are bike rentals at every gate, but the loop is interrupted for bikes at a section near the south gate. Plan an hour to do the 13km loop.

Nestled at the northern base of Mt. Lishan in Lintong County, Huaqing Pool is a serene retreat that beautifully combines nature and history. Just 30 kilometers east of Xi'an and near the famed Terracotta Army, this hot springs complex is renowned for its stunning landscapes adorned with vibrant peach blossoms, lush willows, and elegant pavilions.
Nice non tourist trap tourist attraction near xi an china. This place has a lot of historical significance not only because of its pools but also because of the role it played during the Chinese civil war. The food in here is not so good so make sure to eat before you come. One of my favorite things about this place is that you can dress up in ancient Chinese costumes and take pictures which I had a lot of fun doing. Highly recommend it plus it’s right next to the terra cotta warriors.

Hot spring for the Tang emperor and empress, nice site to visit with history. Location is very scenic and hot spring water is at 42C constant temperature. It is nice to bundle the visit with terracotta worrier, both sites are close to one another. You can experience the hot spring, but at a very steep price!!!
David C — Google review
What a wonderful garden! Although it was extremely hot and humid, the beautiful scenery I was able to witness made everything worth it!
Kyujin K — Google review
First of all, this place is easily accessible by bus (from Xian train station). Air here is magnificent as compared to the city areas. Great views and packed with history. Many guides are around and will come up to you constantly trying to sell their service (best way to avoid the constant haggling if you does not want a guide is to just say you've been there before). Beautiful architectures on the inside and the place is big for exploring. A spring water fountain is located inside for tourists to try out the water (washing hands and faces only). If you are game enough or have enough time, Li Shan (Li Mountain) is right behind and entry to the mountain is covered with the ticket you bought to enter the hot spring. Cable car accesses are available for going up and down the mountain. However, climbing up yourself is recommended as there are many fun things along the way (like horse riding the last mile up the mountains). Overall, a really nice place to stay for the whole day.

A unique place to visit while in China. There is a little area to feel the actual hot spring water along with seeing some history. The best part in my opinion is the night show that they put on. The show was amazing and it is something people should really see when visiting.

30km east of Xi'an and beside the Terracotta Army, Huaqing Pool features the Imperial Pools of the Tang Dynasty (618 - 907), Pear Garden, Frost Flying Hall, Nine-Dragon Lake, Five-Room Building and Mount Li. Huaqing Pool is famous for the romantic love story of Tang Emperor Xuanzong and his concubine Yang Yuhuan. The Pear Garden in Huaqing Pool is the most famous imperial theater in China. In the Garden, Emperor Xuanzong and his concubine Yang Yuhuan created many tunes and dances. However, the most famous one, Ni Shang Yu Yi Qu has been long-lost. West of the Pear Garden stands Frost Flying Hall, aka Feishuang Hall in Chinese, the bedroom palace of Emperor Xuanzong. The name, Frost Flying, comes from an interesting story. It’s said that the whole hall is quite warm even in winter due to the hot springs. When the snow fell down upon it, all snow turned into frost at once.

Nothing here. Go if you have time/money to spare and nothing else better to do. We took a tour package from the xian airport information counter for the terracotta museum and this is a mandatory part of the package. *** Do not take any packages from xian airport. It is grossly overpriced. The guide from tour agency, biang biang 假期,started her jade promotion here, spent much time telling us about the jade baths emperor build for 杨贵妃 and how we must bring someof these 福气 or blessings home (through jade purchases). Prevalent poor quality jade in xi'an. If you are not an expert dont buy.
