Ancient Ruins
The Amyntas Rock Tombs, dating back to the 4th century BCE, are a remarkable series of burial caves carved directly into the cliff face that served as the resting place for ancient Lycians over 2500 years ago. These classical tombs feature columned porticos and offer stunning views of Fethiye marina and the bay.
€3 entrance ticket. Look at this from technical perspective. Perfect alignment and symmetry. Once again they call everything which functionally is unclear a “tomb”. And tools were hammer and chisel. I can not determine the type of rock. But it is hard stuff. Wonderfully designed and made!
Harold F — Google review
If you’re in history and ancient ruins you will like it, but if you’re coming for adventure or hiking it is not the best place to be. The stairs are easy and take you to one place only which is the “burial room”. You can watch the sunset with sea view which fantastic.
Humam A — Google review
Be prepared to get your sweat on. Very impressive views across the bay. 3 Euros to Enter. A short stroll up from the harbour, through the old town up the hill to the entrance. Worth the visit if you’re in the area.
Kyle C — Google review
Grrat view of Fethiye. The entrance is 3 eur. Turkish citizens can buy muzekart at the entrance for 100lira. There are quite some stairs and a bit of rocks to climb to get to the main thomb. Be very careful because the rocks can be very slippery and a fall can be very dangerous. Have proper shoes on.
Burak A — Google review
Not far from the bus terminal. You can see most of it from the road or 3 euros or 150TRY for entry. Some 300 steps to the top. Steep and rocky but a great view over the town.
Nigel — Google review
Definitely worth the visit, these tombs are fascinating. My friend and I had a great time exploring and climbing closer to get a sneak peak. One of my highlights from Fethiye ✨
Tama R — Google review
We didn’t pay any entrance fee or for the hike, but even from a distance, it’s beautiful to admire the rock tombs. We recommend going before sunset, as the lighting is much better. It can get extremely hot during the midday hours.
Arzu A — Google review
Very easy to go there. Not far from city at all. We walked from hotel in Fethiye around shopping area. Entrance fee is €3 per person. It is worth for going. There is parking area too.

Çalış Beach is a stunning sandy beach in Fethiye, Turkey, offering a perfect setting for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying breathtaking sunsets. The area is known for its vibrant atmosphere with numerous bars and restaurants. Fethiye boasts an array of beautiful beaches including the famous Oludeniz beaches with crystal clear waters ideal for water sports. The region also offers opportunities for hot air balloon rides and exploration from above.
It's a beautiful beach, a romantic place with friendly people, especially at Jive Beach Resort. It's relaxing, offers excellent food, and provides outstanding service.
Sunny M — Google review
Lovely beach, pretty long, nice for a walk. I spent 6 weeks there next to the beach in December 2024 and January 2025 and liked it. It's partly dark sand, the rest are stones. Usually clean. Mountain view in the background and islands around were a bonus. Nice for sunsets. Many locals go there with chairs and tables and eat and drink. Some parts of the beach were quiet, mostly on week days, but it got too busy on weekends and in the afternoona in general. As an introvert, I would not enjoy the Calis beach in summer when it gets overcrowded. In winter it was still fine for me on weekdays. What I did not enjoy: way too many people smoking on the beach, they do not care at all if there's any non-smokers around (for a lifelong non-smoker, it was disgusting to me). And also many locals were fishing there, jus anywhere among other people who went there for a swim (yes, I did go for a swim even in winter when the water was not very warm but that's why I was staying next to the beach) and it was bothering having to check the fishing sticks and lines all around me. It's very inconsiderate that the fishermen do not stick to the end of the beach in order not to disturb other people who are not on the beach for fishing.
Alexandra ( — Google review
Beautiful beach to watch the sunset - however parts of the seafront strip feel a bit like Blackpool abroad. There are some really lovely food places though.

Had a fabulous beach day at the Seahorse Beach Club whilst on holiday with Friendship Travel. Lovely beach with excellent facilities. Awesome to watch the paragliders landing nearby.
Hilary H — Google review
As someone who has spent her entire life in Fethiye—from birth through childhood and high school—I’d like to share a few thoughts about Çalış Beach (Çalış Plajı). Let me say this upfront: the water at Çalış isn’t the cleanest or most pristine you’ll find. That’s a fact anyone can figure out, whether they’re visiting for the first time or have lived here for years. But the real charm of Çalış isn’t in its water quality—it’s in the experience. Çalış is one of those rare beaches where you can walk barefoot on soft sand, where the shore doesn’t feel like it’s fenced off or commercialized with a cordon or barrier. You’re not forced to pay high entrance fees, buy overpriced drinks, or reserve a sunbed just to enjoy the sea. There’s a quiet kind of justice in that. You can just be. The view here is stunning, especially at sunset—one of the best in all of Fethiye. You can grab a cold beer from a nearby bakkal, walk down to the beach, and enjoy it with your loved ones without bothering anyone. It’s that simple. That free. You can walk, breathe, watch the Knight Island across the bay, and feel like you’re in a space that welcomes you as you are. There are wonderful restaurants around too—especially fish restaurants—and the pubs feel just right for Fethiye. The atmosphere is unpretentious, friendly, and open. Çalış offers a kind of democratic beauty—natural and social—that makes the friendships and memories you form here feel extra special and lasting. That said, I also want to offer a sincere warning. The water here may look calm and inviting, but it can get surprisingly deep after just a few steps. I say this as someone who nearly drowned here as a child, despite being a strong swimmer today. If you don’t know how to swim, don’t go in alone. It’s deceptive. The sea bottom drops quickly, and before you know it, you’re in over your head. There’s also a fair amount of underwater moss, which might feel unpleasant or slippery. So please—enjoy Çalış, but do so with care. Let yourself go with the flow, but not without a sense of awareness and respect for the sea.
Ada L — Google review
Lovely laid back resort, flatter then near by resorts so easy to get out and about. Lots of great bars and restaurants not as busy as Hisaronu, oludeniz but if you like a more laid back atmosphere then this is for you. Some amazing views and sun sets along the front, have visited many times and will definitely return.
Tracey D — Google review
The beach is rocky and the waves can be strong, but the sunset is absolutely breathtaking. A view well worth the visit.

Fethiye Bay is a paradise for boating enthusiasts, with its stunning aquamarine waters and uncrowded bays offering a serene sailing experience. The Fethiye Central Fish Market, also known as Balık Pazarı - Mengi, is a bustling hub where local fishers sell their catch of the day. Visitors can purchase seafood from the round fish counter and have it cooked at nearby restaurants.
Amazing place , delicious, fresh from the sea fish and seafood ( you buy in the middle of the market fish of your choice plus as much seafood as you want and the restaurant cooks it for you) it’s the best food I have ever eaten. We go to Fethye every year especially to experience the fish market atmosphere and food. If you lucky there might be also some Turkish live music. Highly recommended.
Malgorzata C — Google review
It's a small area where you are approached by various people trying to pull you to their restaurant. The idea is to buy the type of sea food you like and then have a restaurant cook it for you they way you prefer. The restaurant charges you for cooking your sea food plus upsells you their side dishes.
A J — Google review
The second you walk close to the market you’ll be hounded by someone trying to drag you to their fish counter and sell you a fish, or a restaurant trying to get you to eat their food. As you would expect the area smells of fish, which is expected, but I don’t want to sit and eat my meal right next to this. Walk through the small market, look at the fish, ignore the people hassling you (or politely say no thanks) and walk on, job done.
Lee S — Google review
Always come here when I'm in the area. You choose and pay for what fresh fish you want, take it to a surrounding restaurant and they cook it for you exactly how you desire with the added extras for a nominal fee. Fantastic fresh food!
Michael F — Google review
Be aware of this shop with the number 612280. They’ll show you the fresh seafood, big, and alive but once you not paying attention they’ll use the dead seafood that’s been 3-4days dead. Especially the crab, oysters, mussels,….Many Restaurants are no longer allowed to bring seafood from the shop for cooking. So if you would like to take away the seafood, PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM CLEAN THE CRAB, MUSSELS, OYSTER,..etc (you can wash them yourself with water, vinegar,…) once they start to clean they will switch to the dead and you cant tell. BUT IF THEY CLEAN THE FISH, ITS OKAY. BE CAREFUL AND PAY ATTENTION TO HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE AND FRESH SEAFOOD.
Kim E — Google review
If you’re exploring Fethiye and want to try local food with a traditional touch, this place should definitely be on your list. For me, it was one of the best experiences!
Mohammed S — Google review
A bit of a tourist trap. Very hectic and pushy restaurant owners trying very hard to get you to sit at their restaurant. The food is ok, but the fish prices have to be negotiated which is a bit of a pain. There is a strong fishy smell everywhere (it is a fish market, so it’s not surprising) which isn’t the greatest while eating. It’s also quite pricey especially considering the quality was ok at best. Interesting experience, but not a must in my opinion. There are much better places to eat fresh fish in Fethiye. Also the octopus was not good.
Paul O — Google review
A colorful and flavorful place! The atmosphere is great, and the fish was fresh — but be careful with prices, as we ended up paying more than expected. The food itself was tasty but quite ordinary in preparation.

Fethiye Old Town is a quaint and shaded village perfect for leisurely strolls. The area is filled with traditional Turkish carpets, ceramic shops, and various stores offering a wide range of jewelry, watches, and sunglasses. Visitors can also explore the markets selling dried herbs, spices, and lokum. Additionally, the town boasts attractions such as Paspatur Carsisi (Market) and the Amyntas Rock Tombs carved into the rock cliff above the town.
We loved the old town. There are many shops that sells various products, clothing, spices, bags, souvenirs, shoes... etc. At the same place there are many restaurants and bars. It was wonderful experience, the prices here slightly better than Oludeniz and Ovacık. Visiting this area is highly recommended especially that it next to Fethiye Marina and the Fish market. (I will leave you with the pictures)
N. B — Google review
Visited in November and I enjoyed it so much, almost no tourists at this time of the year so the place isn’t crowded, sellers are in a good mood, and you have variety of stores between clothes, spices, food & gifts store
Ehdaa I — Google review
The location itself isn't the problem, it's the stores that are all trying to milk tourists for their hard earned money. We attended this place on three different occasions, all in the hopes that maybe we could find what we were looking for and on each occasion we were let down by nasty sales tactics and store owners quoting one price to one person, then another price to others. My partner whom came across like a tourist, caught a store owner lying, increasing the price of an item when asked again, when only minutes ago the store owners wife gave us a completely different price. This place is fine for a walk-through, but trust me, you won't find anything in this place that you can't find elsewhere for a fraction of the price. This place is purely a tourist trap.
C4LIBEE — Google review
Most of the guys who work/own the fake clothes shops are the most rudest people one would ever meet. I wonder whether they understand the ethics of a business despite knowing they sell cheap and fake stuff, their arrogant attitude is beyond understanding. The gift shops are excellent. They sell good quality stuff The sweet and spice shops are brilliant
Hallian — Google review
Food was great lovely atmosphere friendly staff Had a lovely time
Rovinder K — Google review
Old town clothing in Fethiye is a place where they try to scam you on the prices. Ask how much things cost first and negotiate as well. Please know that they see foreigners and beef up the prices a lot. Don’t be surprised if they charge you 1,000 Turkish lira for a t-shirt. Be careful when shopping there.
Andrew S — Google review
The old town is a nice place with lots of shops etc just out side there is a fish market which we did go in but was was harassed constantly so you couldn’t look around, so I just left and ate elsewhere.
Darran W — Google review
They are not good sellers and people, do not buy anything from them. When we had problem with our order and wanted to return it back they behaved agressive and rude. Do not waste your money with this overpriced fake products. If you really crave to buy them, bargain to the half of the price.

Playground
Şehit Fethi Bey Parkı, located on the promenade of Fethiye, is a modern seafront park and garden complex that offers a variety of activities for visitors. Opened in 2018, it features winding paths, green spaces, coastal views, and a skatepark. The park is perfect for families with children as it boasts an expansive playground with diverse equipment suitable for all ages.
This has to be one of the best parks I’ve ever seen for the family. Absolutely a stunning creation for everyone to use. You have free bathrooms, a bridge to watch the sunset, basketball court, skateboard area, those who want to jog, bike, I use a scooter the playground for the children too much things to do! We love it this park needs one in every city in the world. It’s so family oriented well planned out! I wish we had something like this in Canada!
Katarina P — Google review
Visiting Şehit Fethi Bey Parkı in Fethiye was a fantastic experience. Here’s why: Beautiful seafront location: The park stretches along the coast with panoramic views of the bay, perfect at sunset. Variety of amenities: I loved how it catered to all ages—there are playgrounds, a skatepark, exercise zones, basketball courts, and smooth walking/cycling paths. Artistic and relaxing atmosphere: Sculptures, water features, ponds, bridges, and even tunnels make strolling through the park feel dynamic and visually engaging. Comfort-focused design: There are cozy seating areas, wooden loungers, hammocks, and shaded pagodas—perfect for reading, relaxing, or simply people-watching. Well-maintained and family-friendly: The park is clean, offers free parking and toilets, and is clearly popular with families and locals. My only slight feedback? Some of the trees are young, so shaded spots can be limited in bright midday sun, but the atmosphere remains pleasant throughout the day. That minor note doesn’t dim the overall experience. If you’re in Fethiye, this park is a must-visit—whether you’re cycling along the waterfront, watching your kids play, enjoying the art installations, or simply soaking in the gorgeous sea views.
Harun T — Google review
If you have children or not this place is well worth a visit plenty for children to do and nice peacefully spots for adults .pond area is beautiful England should take a leaf out of the Turkish book . You can walk it along beach we did and we both nearly 60 took about 40mins if not get a bus or taxi
Sharon B — Google review
A very rare and exciting park! The City of Fethiye and people involved in creating such a practical park deserve a medal. This park truly offers something for everyone, regardless of age or interest. Sport enthusiasts and children alike will find plenty to enjoy here. Whether you’re looking to work out, jog along the elevated ramps, climb the stairs for a great cardio session, or simply relax by the water, this park has it all. You can easily spend a few hours here with family and friends, staying active, unwinding, and soaking in the beautiful surroundings.
HAMID G — Google review
The playground is absolutely brilliant, possibly the largest I've ever seen with a diverse range of equipment suitable for children of all ages. There's plenty of everything, which means you rarely have to wait to use any of the facilities. However, despite not being very old, the playground has been somewhat neglected. A number of the equipment pieces need repairs. It’s important to acknowledge the hard work of the groundsmen and women who keep the entire park clean and enjoyable. It would be beneficial if the same attention could be given to fixing or replacing the broken playground equipment to ensure it remains a safe and fun environment for everyone. 5 stars to the men and women who keep the park clean! 4 stars to the overall condition of the playground.
Luke — Google review
Beautiful park, very well maintained and nicely designed. Children playgrounds, skate park, cushioned running path, cycling paths. Just beautiful!
Julia R — Google review
Wonderful park. Great playground for kids, small water bridges, reading areas, "Relax" long chairs, Dogs pathways along the water. A lot of greenery and grass, sidewalks. 3 Restrooms: Women, Men, Moms. Some 4 people tables for picnics. No picnic on the grass. Small water Pound with a sitting view. 2 Basketball courts, small skateboard park.
Simed A — Google review
Cool park, there is a skate area and a very large playground, there is a bridge for viewing the sea at the level of the second floor. The park is clean, respectable, there is a public modern toilet. There are book reading areas and bookcases with free books, although the books are only in Turkish. I recommend

Paspatur Çarşısı, also known as Fethiye Old Town, is a charming area located near the marina and ancient sites. The town boasts low-rise buildings due to historical earthquakes, adding to its allure. Visitors can explore authentic food markets, old stone buildings, and picturesque Umbrella Street adorned with colorful umbrellas.
I loved this place. it's full of good restaurants and coffee shops. Everything you need you can find in paspatur and especially the souvenirs. I went many times and always enjoy my time there.
Asmaa M — Google review
A must see to experience some Old Town culture with a mix of shopping for traditional foods, spices and "genuine fakes". It's NOT open 24hrs a day, the shops/cafes & bars start to open around 10am and close at midnight. Quieter in the morning busier at night, shaded so won't be in direct sun whilst shopping. Good variety of shops from clothing to souvenirs, always barter to get the price down and shop around - they prefer cash payments but do except card! Look out for the turtle 🐢 in the duck pond.
Hannah H — Google review
Love this old town. The markets are undercover. You can buy all sorts of stuff , you will need to bargain as some items need a reduced price to be a good deal. Probably get 25-40% off initial asking price. All the fake items seem quite good quality. What out for cash vs credit card for pricing.
Banksie — Google review
Old Town of Fethiye area. 150 meters far away from marina and 100 meters far from Fish Market. - Ideal for shopping. Especially best place for genuine copies. There are lots of leather shop and traditional spices and turkish delights. But don’t forvet to shop from stores with a price tag. - Always maske bargain with spices and delight shops. Check your bill if you paid with your card. - Never trust a salesman if he says ‘’don’t worry i will make you a good price.” at the beginning. - Try all of the t-shirts if you are bigger than 2XL before the salesman put into the bag. - Never shop from a salesman who is jumping on you while you are walking around. - Try to choose proper shops for your shopping.
Fethiye M — Google review
Great shopping in between Old buildings and streets. You can find a lot of typical Turkish items and gifts; it is definitely focused towards tourists and people wanting to take a little piece of Fetiyhe and Ölüdeniz home with them. Almost entirely closed off for pedestrians only, and there are a lot of dining options ranging from homestyle Turkish food , to fast casual food, and even a couple of fancier international food restaurants. Some of the freshest and delicious seafood can be found here in the market and will be cooked for you directly after choosing your fish or seafood. You will definitely find something good to eat here. Amazing world class specialty coffee shops are available here along with locally sourced spice shops, honey, jams/jellies, and local sweets/candy stores (lokum) Did I mention shopping? I am not exaggerating about the coffee shops
Alex H — Google review

The entrance is quite expensive cost a small fortune for a family of 5 especially when you are trapped all day in site with just the site bars and restaurants. Also felt a little put out as many of the rides were not working. The whole park is looking a little rundown and poorly kept and past its heyday. But it is easy too get too and from and my kids did have a good time . However the teenagers were not too impressed.
Simon B — Google review
Friendly, good value, enough slides to entertain for a few hours. Plenty of loungers in the shade. Small queues. Maybe not as glossy as the other big park locally, but this one is convenient. Good amount of inflatable rings and double rings. Decent pool for cooling off in. Good mix of slides. Our visit was with 3 teenagers and lasted 2 hours.
Joanna G — Google review
This place is a bit pricey. Entrance fee is 95tl per person and 80tl for kids above 5. If you want to eat and drink at the premises, 50cl beer is 30 to which is 12tl at the stores. This should give an idea about just how ridiculously expensive everything else is. You might not mind the money so much if the place had shown any effort to create comfort, ambiance or indulgence. On the contrary, it simply does nothing for you. If you have a kid, he will love it though. Kids definitely have loads of fun here. I haven't heard my son call for me for hours on end. Dangerous and expensive - there are hardly any or no anti-slip mats placed around the place at all with hard concrete everywhere, I witnessed 4 people slip in two hours, 3 being kids and one older lady, I would say it’s unbelievable but Turkey isn’t exactly leading the way when it comes to health and safety. Also found it ridiculously expensive for what they had inside the park, 1000 each for adults so roughly £20 each, really not worth the money.
Ediz S — Google review
I needed to entertain my two teenagers and we decided a waterpark would be a good idea. Sultans Aqua City was right next to our hotel so we gave it a go. From the outside the park looked old and unloved, this was confirmed on the inside. After the security team searched my bag for food and water (really) we were in. The park is old and pretty rundown in that it could benefit from some TLC / maintenance, for example the wooden treads on the steps up to the slides had quite a few screws sticking out and split boards, I saw a small child getting first aid as he caught his toe on a protruding screw. Everywhere is concrete and old sun beds so it could do with some plants / greenery but the slides were fun, none of them are super big / long like you see in the modern parks, but we enjoyed them. The kids had a great time. Drinks were the same price as everywhere else and it cost £20 each to get in. We stayed for two hours and had a good time.
Lee S — Google review
My kids loved it! They have put another ride over the kiddies area, so, bit more squished now. I felt it was a bit neglected, from when we were last there in 2018, weeds growing through flooring, no staff on at top of big slide area. But, we had lots of fun there and had to drag ourselves away! Great slides. Thanks.
GamingVerse — Google review
I know some say it's old and not worth it, but I can only say, I was there with my family, 1 child under 10, 2 teens, one young adult and 2 over 40. We all had so much fun, the slides are so cool and not "too" old

Uğur Mumcu Parkı is a charming little park situated in the heart of Fethiye, offering convenient access to nearby shopping centers, cafes, and waterfront promenades. The park is particularly enchanting in the evenings but retains its allure during daylight hours as well. While there are no free restroom facilities available and the parking attendants only accept cash for a fee of approximately 5 TRY per hour, visitors have the option to rent yachts directly from the vicinity.
Love this little Park in the very center of Fethiye. It is located perfectly for short trips to nearby malls, coffees or walks along the seaside. Especially beautiful on the evenings, but a lot of shape during daylight too, which is nice. No free WCs though and car park guys accept cash only, about 5 TRY for an hour. Also you can rent a yacht right from the spot, there are a lot of them parked nearby.

The ballerina park looked pretty but there wasn’t any water in at the time. 15.05.25 The main reason for 5* is the ability to see the turtles! The water coming from the inlet was bringing out bits they were eating. Was an amazing thing to see. There were loads!

Wow!!! Its a must place to spend a day with children. We were 5 famileis with lots of children. They have an easy course for 4-7 years old children accompanied by a parent. Kids over 7, and brave adults can do all courses. We all gear up with climbing eqipment. The guied took us to a demo track, and we learn how to use the eqipment, and how to do the zipline.... We all enjoy the long day out, with lots of fun. They have restaurant that served food and drinks.

Nice place for a family tour. Parkour zone with couple small zip lines for smallest children (my 3 years old nailed it). Family course for those that are 6 and older (accompanied by an adult) and lots of trails for kids 7 and older. I mean, really extreme and high ones ) it is in the pine forest, so not that hot even in July. Personnel speaks poor English though.

Turkish Coast Homes (TCH Emlak İnşaat) offers an exceptional experience for those looking to explore the stunning Turkish coastline. With breathtaking views of Oludeniz Bay and pristine sandy beaches along the Mediterranean, it's a paradise for beach lovers. Clients rave about the attentive service provided by Selahattin and his team, who go above and beyond to ensure comfort and luxury during your stay or property purchase.
Where do I even start with this review? The entire team at Gökalp, Emrah, and Vanessa—have been absolutely fantastic! My whole family is incredibly grateful for their outstanding support and guidance throughout our journey of buying our first home outside the UK. From the very beginning, their professionalism and dedication shone through. Each of them speaks excellent English and kept us informed every step of the way via email and WhatsApp, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. When we first met the team, they took us to see five properties in Fethiye and even giving us a guided tour of the town too. On our second visit, they spent an entire afternoon showing us additional properties. Unfortunately, during this visit, my daughter fell down some stairs and injured her elbow quite badly. Gökalp immediately sprang into action, calling the hospital, arranging everything, and driving us there. At the hospital, when the receptionist tried to charge us more than the quoted amount, Gökalp stood his ground, advocating for us and ensuring we paid the correct price. This moment truly showed his character, he is a man who stands up for what is right and genuinely cares about his clients. In the end, we purchased our dream home in Üzümlü through a video viewing, and we couldn’t be happier. Even after the purchase, the team continues to support us, helping us to arrange the water and electric bills in our name and to get the best quotes for work on our home, all at no extra charge. Gökalp, Emrah, and Vanessa, thank you for making this life-changing experience so memorable. Your professionalism, kindness, and integrity are unmatched. We wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone looking to buy a property in the region. You’ve earned our trust and gratitude for life!

We had an exceptional experience with Turkish Coast Homes. We had tried a few other estate agents who were just not listening to our needs, but Turkish Coast Homes went above and beyond. They really took the time to understand our needs and kept to viewing properties within our budget. We must have seen over 20 properties with them before finding the right one, but with their knowledge of the market, we did indeed find the right one, in an area we love, for the right price. Gokalp and Emra were very helpful at negotiating price and the whole process was smooth, thanks to their expert guidance and support. The apartment we purchased needed building work which they continued to be helpful with, providing suppliers at reasonable prices etc. Nothing was too much for them. Gökalp and Emra have been great to work with and we highly recommend Turkish Coast Homes to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and truly dedicated real estate team. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Over the past year, since first reaching out to Turkish Coast Homes in Fethiye, the team has been absolutely outstanding. From day one, they provided clear and sensible advice, guiding us through every step of the process with professionalism and care. Gökalp and Emrah have been incredibly responsive, answering all of our questions promptly and accurately, and keeping us well-informed at every stage. From that very first enquiry right through to the completion of our property purchase, they made us feel completely supported and in safe hands. We cannot thank you enough for your help guys!

We’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Turkish Coast Homes for the purchase of a villa in Uzumlu. They are professional, speak English, and just pleasant to deal with. ‘Institutions are people’ and people like Gökalp, Emrah and Vanessa all bring a combination of skills, know how and just their own personality, understanding and kindness to the whole sale/purchase business. Hands down, they make Turkish Coast Homes the exceptional real estate agency it is. I particularly appreciated the patience, understanding and professionalism related to the purchase process and the other steps post purchase. Everything went smoothly mostly thanks to how easy and straightforward they made this process. I continue to engage with them after the purchase and trust their expertise, advice, knowledge of the area. I recommend them without any hesitation.

The beach itself is OK but the staff at the restaurant/bar are unfortunately dishonest. I ordered a simple çay (tea) which was nice, but then when it came to pay it was a different story. I asked the young guy how much in Turkish and I must have made him think for a second I was Turkish. He initially said 15TL but when I saw he realised I was not Turkish he then hesitated and stated 25TL. Avoid if you don’t want to be ripped off.

Farout Cruises - Blue Cruises & Sail Turkey offers extended cruises along the turquoise coast, such as the Marmaris Blue Cruises that last about a week. These cruises provide a mix of time at sea and onshore, allowing you to visit various towns along the Turkish coast. The 2-night, 3-day sail from Kas to Olympos provides a great experience, although some travelers suggest negotiating prices in advance.
Had the best time on the 4 day Fethiye to Olympos cruise! Did the 18-39 boat on Esmeralda which had a super fun social vibe. Food was really good, lots of fresh salads and different everyday. Our crew were amazing and joined in with our games/jumping off the boat, they even went out and bought one of the girls a birthday cake which was such a nice touch! Cabins were quite warm at night but we slept out on deck anyway. A really amazing trip, good balance of sightseeing and having enough boat/swim time. Would recommend 10/10, thanks Usain and the crew for the best trip! Zoomy zoomy!
Sarah W — Google review
The moment we paid for our 4-day boat trip, the Farout representative informed us that we couldn’t sail beyond Kekova, which was just 30 minutes from our starting point in Demre. Their solution? Anchoring in a bay for the next three days. While the crew was incredibly friendly and the boat itself was great, and I understand that safety is the top priority, what frustrated us was Farout's lack of communication. They didn't inform us about the itinerary change until after we had paid, and we had to reach out to them multiple times—they never contacted us proactively. If they had at least offered some excursions or activities on land, this review would have been much more positive. In the end, we, along with other passengers, left the ship a day early to see the things we were supposed to experience during the cruise. After we requested it, Farout did cover the cost of our transfer to Fethiye, which we appreciated.
Kees G — Google review
One of the most amazing experiences i have ever done! it was my first cruise and I don't regret my choice. The crew was fantastic, the food was amazing. The boat Esmeralda was so clean and beautiful, and there was a big bed and nice shower. The WhatsApp communication with the organizer was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this experience.
Clemence V — Google review
We were genuinely excited for our gulet cruise, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations and left our family disappointed. While parts of the broader tour were lovely, our time on the boat felt more like a rough camping trip than a relaxing vacation. Key issues we encountered included: • Overwhelming Heat: The air conditioning operated on a limited schedule and never cooled the rooms sufficiently. Night temperatures hovered around 83°F, making indoor sleep impossible. • Poor Sanitation: The bathroom was unhygienic with visible waste and a non-draining shower. • Misleading Description: The boat was advertised as having been refurbished in 2022, but that clearly wasn’t the case. The condition felt outdated and unkempt. • Dirty Bedding: The beds did not appear clean, raising concerns about hygiene and even potential bed bugs. • No Relief Outdoors: Although we initially tried sleeping outside, mosquitos made it unbearable. Combined with loud music from nearby boats until 1am, rest was nearly impossible. • Smoking on Board: Crew members frequently smoked, which made parts of the boat uncomfortable for our more sensitive family members. What’s most frustrating is that this boat was marketed to us as an upgrade. If this was an improvement over the original, I can’t imagine what the standard option entailed. We would have preferred fewer days onboard or to pay more for a better experience. To be fair, the crew worked very hard and were kind throughout the trip. The food was excellent, and they genuinely tried to make things enjoyable. But the environment and conditions onboard were unacceptable. This cruise simply did not match what was promised or what we paid for. We would not recommend this experience to others and hope the company reevaluates how it describes and delivers this product.
Boris L — Google review
My wife and daughter and I spent the month of May in Turkiye and our 3-day cruise from Demre to Fethiye on a gulete with Farout Cruises was the highlight of our trip! There were 11 guests (including the three of us) and three crew onboard the Bluefest, which is a lovely ship built for maximum relaxation and fun. Lots of deck space for everything from solitary sunbathing to impromptu dance parties (more on that later). The itinerary included Kekova, where we ascended to an ancient Lycian fortress, homemade ice cream in hand (note: though there are many ice cream vendors along the path advertising ‘homemade’, check out the I Am Here Café for the mind-blowing real thing!) We also stopped at St. Nicholas’ Island, where the 3rd century namesake of our modern-day Santa Claus was buried, and which offers spectacular views atop hills laden with endless stone ruins. It always takes a few days to unwind when travelling in a new country; nothing helps more than having three wonderful meals served to you daily. The Turkish breakfasts were especially wholesome and lavish and set us up nicely for the adventures of the day. Any time the Bluefest was not underway, we were able to swim in the supernaturally blue waters of the Mediterranean. The water was warm even in early May and once in it was hard to motivate yourself to get out (the bell signalling the meals worked well, though). Finally, the Bluefest crew took hospitality to the next level while taking care of us. Captain Yousef and his two mates took care of everything, including the tunes for the dance party on the upper foredeck (tip: make sure to include Hey! Douglas in your Turkiye dance playlist!) The only thing better than this cruise would be a longer cruise, a full week or so, which we plan to do on our next trip to Turkiye!

My partner and I have just started a Sail Turkey with Farout Cruises. To our disappointment, there are only one other couple on the cruise. We are deeply saddened by this, as we were expecting a fun social experience as the website and marketing suggests. I have attended a sail before and the best part is sharing the experience with friends you meet along the way. Very disappointed that a greedy company such as Farout Cruises to do impose minimum quota limits to prevent consumers losing out on these valuable experiences. Do not suggest you book with this company.
Peter H — Google review
My friend and I (both 21 and from Australia) just finished a 3-night cruise, and it was honestly one of the best experiences we've ever had! From the moment we stepped onboard, the staff made us feel so welcome. The food was absolutely incredible, generous servings we never went hungry and the quality was above our expectations. The cruise stopped at the most stunning little towns, giving us a genuine taste of the more authentic side of Turkey. The water at each bay was crystal-clear and insanely blue. Our cabin was super comfy, with our own beds, private bathroom, and shower. A big highlight for me was celebrating my birthday onboard, the crew went above and beyond surprising me with a birthday cake that night. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made the trip feel extra special. The crew knew how to have a laugh and connect with our group, while still keeping everything running smoothly and professionally. Honestly, I can’t recommend the 18-39 Sail Turkey enough. It was the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and unforgettable memories.

We had an amazing 4 days on Gulet Cruise from Olympos to Fethiye. Swimming in the Mediterranean's clear water with fantastic views, and excellent onboard service took everything to the top point. Cannot say enough good things about the boat, the captain Gokhan and his family! We visited many amazing swimming spots, and all food made by Kismet was insane 🤤 I can say they were much more better than many restaurants! It can easily be seen how much effort they put for their guests. This is 6th year we go with them and hopefully will be more soon. Thanks for your welcoming and keeping the same quality each year.

Highly recommend this family run boat trip, max 15 people on board and no loud music, excellent for people with small children and older, 09.30 till 5.30 pm is more than enough, minil bar is not priced high so the family can enjoy drinks and icre creams without braking the bank 😁 Foods are all homemade and fantastic. Free wife on board and you can charge your phone Me and the captain on one the photos 😁

(Translated by Google) We rejoined the same tour we experienced 15 years ago as a child. It was a tour of the highest quality and experience. Four bays were visited, with a swimming and lunch break at Aquarium Bay. The variety and flavors of the food were so good (there was chicken, two types of meatballs, salads, pasta, fried foods, chicken with sauce, and much more). There were even more options than you might find in even the most luxurious five-star hotels. Fruit and cake were also offered on Knight Island. Because the maximum capacity is 15 people, you'll find a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Instead of experiencing overcrowding and poor service on the 12 Islands tour, definitely choose this tour departing from Calis. It was a wonderful tour that enhanced our day. It's worth every hour. Nestled in the serene highlands above Uzumlu, Cadianda is a hidden gem that whispers tales of its rich past. This ancient Lycian city, known as Cadavanti, dates back to the 5th century BC and flourished during the Roman Empire. As you wander through its remnants, you'll discover four distinctive Lycian tombs at the northern entrance, all encased within a rugged stone wall that offers breathtaking views from 600 meters above sea level.

(Translated by Google) Visiting the Ancient City of Kadyanda (Cadianda) was a wonderful experience. This magnificent ancient city, which I reached in the forest with a 40-minute walk, is fascinating with its historical texture. The ancient running track, small stadium, theater with its rows intact and the view of Fethiye are truly worth seeing. Many of the structures have been demolished and it is difficult to recognize parts of the large area, but this does not diminish the magic of this place. I think everyone should come and see it at least once. It is also a perfect place for taking photos. Yapıların çoğu yıkılmış durumda ve geniş alandaki parçaları tanımak zor, ancak bu durum buranın büyüsünü azaltmıyor. Bence herkes en az bir kere gelip görmeli. On the other hand, there is a serious danger of wild animals. We started traveling with my 2 daughters. We returned to the entry point when we saw large wild animal tracks in the ground. The officer told us that a wolf was seen in the area. He even ate the animals of the herds. So, when you say you are visiting the ancient city, be careful not to fall victim to the wolf bird. Great beach, super large with plenty going on in the area. Water was turquoise and crystal clear! Super beautiful, we went in the beginning of may and it was extremely empty and pretty peaceful.

its a really cool place. but be prepared: it is very crowded, they will charge you multiple times for different things. The sun shades are a bit small, you need to adjust your sun-bed constantly (if you have space of course). it has a locker tho’ which is really handy, but didn’t worked for us, but the staff did a workaround to fix it for us. :) All together we had a blast at the bay, the water is very clear once you pass the shallow water. and if you up for exploring , you can climb the surrounding “mini island” rocks. i wouldn’t miss it!

Beautiful Beach. Love the scenery. It’s pebbly, but the pebbles are smooth. Water is crystal clear. Beach has washrooms. Entrance was 100TL per person. No stamp or receipt to leave and come back. Parking is extra. We had a scooter and just parked it outside the gate for free.

Ölüdeniz – Where Turquoise Waters Meet Tranquility 🇹🇷 Nestled along Türkiye’s stunning southwestern coast, Ölüdeniz is one of the country’s most iconic destinations — and for good reason. The name “Ölüdeniz” translates to “Dead Sea”, referring to its famously calm waters, even during stormy weather. This natural lagoon has been drawing visitors for centuries with its crystal-clear turquoise sea, soft white sands, and breathtaking mountain backdrop. Ölüdeniz lies near the ancient Lycian Way, a historic trail once used by the Lycian civilization. It has long been treasured as a protected national nature reserve, which has helped preserve its unique beauty and biodiversity. - Calm, shallow waters ideal for swimming and relaxing - The Blue Lagoon, a postcard-perfect area great for families - Clean beaches with sun-beds, umbrellas, and changing facilities - A variety of cafés, restaurants, and beachfront bars - Public transportation and parking nearby - Eco-conscious management as it’s part of a protected park - Paragliding from Babadağ Mountain – world-famous views over the sea - Boat trips to Butterfly Valley, St. Nicholas Island, and hidden coves - Snorkelling and scuba diving in crystal waters - Kayaking, paddleboarding, and jet skiing - Hiking along the Lycian Way trail for scenic vistas Ölüdeniz offers everything from luxury resorts and boutique hotels to cozy guesthouses. The atmosphere is laid-back yet vibrant, with nightlife in nearby Hisarönü if you want a livelier evening. Whether you're after adventure or total relaxation, Ölüdeniz delivers it all — wrapped in natural beauty and Turkish hospitality. A must-visit on any trip to the Turquoise Coast!
Ferit B — Google review
⭐️⭐️ Ölüdeniz has always been known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Türkiye, and I’ve visited many times over the years. The sea is stunningly crystal clear — but sadly that’s the only thing left I truly love about this place. Prices have gone through the roof, the beach itself isn’t very sandy, and the lack of security is a real problem. There are people walking around taking photos of women without proper control, and one man with a parrot goes around pushing photos on tourists. When I said no, he was extremely rude and even shouted at me because he didn’t understand my answer — which is not my problem. It left a very bad impression. For such a famous destination, it feels poorly managed and not welcoming anymore.

Water is super clear, clean. The water is cold in May,June. You can still swim but not so much so i think its better to visit starting July. What I didn’t like is there is no good food no where in that city. The food dont have taste its like you chewing a piece of paper so be ready for that. You cant find good restaurants because we check every spot by car. Its really expensive. You have to drive 2 hours away for better food.

Saklikent National Park is home to one of the world's deepest canyons, with depths reaching up to 300 meters. Visitors can embark on a picturesque walk through the canyon to reach a stunning waterfall. While the water may be initially cold, it gradually warms up and provides a refreshing experience, especially on hot days.
Such a stunning place. Views were breathtaking, water crystal clear and so relaxing. Would recommend having an ice cream, taking a seat on one of the water benches and just taking in the scenery and atmosphere. Make sure you wear a hard hat and take care on the rocks. Some people who were rushing around then took a slip or tumble. Water rafting was also phenomenal, cannot stress how enjoyable it was (lift your bum though, some areas not that deep...)
Rosie J — Google review
Amazing stunning canyon. One of the best hikes i have ever done in my life. Water is crystal clear and you can see it come up from the underground springs, some sections the water is almost a neon blue colour. The canyon is very tall and super grand. There are a few pools in the canyon with water knee deep which require you to trek though the water. You also need to climb waterfalls which are very fun and walk through caves. Water is freezing cold at the start of the trail which is refreshing on a hot day. Highly recommend if you are in the province.
Dallin L — Google review
The gorge was amazing and a decent challenge to make it to the end. The water is very cold at first but refreshing. Make sure your footwear is suitable for both water and climbing rocks. The views are amazing. We did the rafting and mud bath which was definitely worth it. The restaurants by the water are over priced but the views are great.

It's beautiful. For the ones that appreciate the nature I'm sure u'll love it here. I'll let my pictures speak for itself. The only thing I want to warn you, or give an advice, come early in the morning. We arrived at 9.30am and we did the "hike" (more like a walk) through the canyon within 2 hrs time. On the way back I couldn't believe how crowded the place has got. Crazy. And it was a weekday - Friday. So yes, definitely worth seeing. Also there are nice places u can eat, beautiful surroundings, it felt very refreshing :) and please make sure u bring water shoes, we rented shoes there for 100 Turkish lira per person.
Erika G — Google review
The walk in the gorge was very short because of the rain the day before. There are some very cosy, hippy like terraces. You will have to wear a helmet. Be aware that you must cross the river at the start, bring water shoes! After that, the path is easy and dry.
ASTRID M — Google review
Very cold water in this amazing canyon. Especially in the hot summer a cool place to go. You can also walk way up into the canyon for a long walk. Entrance fee is 65 tl. Parking is 200 tl.
Janet B — Google review
This was a crackingly good day out and an excellent place to beat the heat. The water is icy cool and super refreshing and there are benches and tables in ankle high water so you can cool off while you eat. There is ziplining and rafting available (costs extra, about 500 lira each person/activity (£10)) in addition to the gorge itself, which is rather stunning and offers plenty of great photo opportunities. If you want to see everything, you will need to get wet, to at least knee high, so take some water shoes (I saw lots of lost sandals floating away) and beware that small children may need to be carried through some of the deeper or faster moving sections of the stream.
Nathan K — Google review
Don‘t go with a tour. Just take a local bus! Entry is 65. Watershoes to buy 200. Tours just go to the beginning of the gorge, you will miss incredible landscapes! Took me around 90 minutes inside. After 45 minutes there is a high waterfall, you can climb from inside the rocks if you feel confident. After that you can probably continue a while.

Absolutely stunning beach, with fabulous light blue sea water and a sandy beach. It’s truly beautiful. We visited at the beginning of July, 2025. There were a lot of people there, but the beach is very big and spacious so it doesn’t feel crowded. Sun-beds are comfortable and umbrellas are big. It costs 750 TL for two sun-beds and an umbrella. Thats a reasonable price. There is a bar and a restaurant there. Prices are also completely fine. The beach has a huge parking area, and a lot of it has shade, which is great. Parking costs 180 TL for the entire day for a car.

I visited this beautiful beach in October, and it was a fantastic experience. The beach was peaceful and not crowded at all, which made for a very relaxing day. The weather was perfect for lounging by the water, with the added bonus of not having to deal with the usual summer crowds. There were also some reasonable options for food and drinks right on the beach, so we didn’t have to go far to enjoy a delicious meal or refreshing drink. Overall, it was the ideal spot for a laid-back day at the beach, and I highly recommend visiting during the off-season.

We had the best week here, the staff were all so lovely, food was really nice and atmosphere is brilliant 👏 entry fee and food prices were fair and parking was free, women can relax and enjoy the beach as well as having family time. We hope to be back again soon !
Toma C — Google review
Cost: 20 TL Per Person is enforced whether or not you're actually renting out their seats and umbrellas. This is very expensive and they need to understand that making it expensive to enter makes me less likely to spend inside which is exactly what happened. They charge 20TL for children 12 and older. So heads up on that too. Hygiene: They have decently clean bathrooms. We did not see any showers which was unfortunate. The seats were decent. Food: They have food and drinks. Beers are 20 TL. Dishes with meat are around 30 TL. Tea is 3.50 TL. The prices are high but not crazy high. They work with a card system. So you load money in the beginning and pay with that card. They said they return the unused money when you exit. We did not buy anything so I can't report back on any more than that. The beach: Rocky beach with beautiful clear and warm water. Other options: if you have your own car there are similar places you can probably go to without having to pay per person. I would say most places will cost 25 TL to park your car and not take per person fees so this is quite a bit more than what most places cost.

Too expensive and you can’t even bring your own food or chairs to the beach. If they were a little more flexible on some of these rules, they could get more visitors to the beach who actually do rent the chaise longues and spend money on food. The huts are a great idea, but I know that in many countries, use of a hut is free with the purchase of food or beverages. Don’t waste your money, there are plenty of less expensive options around the region.

Keep driving right to the end of thw road and you reach this magical place. Safe for your kids as its part of the blue lagoon and pefect for a swim in the out of season months as warmer than the swimming pools. Absolutely awesomw staff and atmosphere ,i love it here, its my go to place whenever i'm in fethiye Costs roughly about £10 each and theres a restaurant whoch is excellent and reasonably priced, not as cheap as less touristy places downtown but the food is well worth the monry. The Adult section is an excellent idea to hope having a quiet and relax time, but they should apply it in the water as well as nothing prevents noisy infants to play in the sand and water literally 5 meters from your expensive “adult only zone” sun bed. And even if not the case, kids constantly screaming in the water will disturb the relax time you were hoping to get in the adult only zone…too bad as the site is fantastic and the lounge music well chosen.

Worth every penny! You get sunbeds and umbrellas included in the price with entry. Restaurant is really nice and food was great! They have an adults only area as well as area for families. Can’t wait to go back

Good service, decent food. It can get crowded on weekends it seems. We visited this place every year for the last 3 years. However this year the water was quite dirty. I know that they can not do something about it but something to note.

Nice place, not amazing as we expected. Pros - Calm blue turquoise waters and beautiful views of the bay. Cons - Lots of noise even in the adult area and the sun-beds need a little bit of maintenance. The staff speaks few English.

Beach
Nature & Parks
Kumburnu Beach, located within Oludeniz Nature Park, offers a serene escape with its rocky shoreline and calm lagoon waters. Surrounded by lush greenery and mountains, this 2-kilometer stretch of beach is a designated natural park, providing a tranquil sea without waves. Ideal for families and non-swimmers, the beach features sun lounger rentals and picturesque views of paragliders in the distance.
I had the chance to visit Kumburnu Plajı, and I must say it was one of the most memorable beach experiences I’ve had in Turkey. I’ve traveled quite a bit and visited countless beaches, but there is something about this place that combines natural beauty, peaceful atmosphere, and thoughtful amenities in a way that makes it stand out. Let me share my experience in detail, because this gem deserves recognition. The beach stretches out gracefully into a narrow strip of land that almost feels like it’s hugging the turquoise waters on both sides. On one side you have the calm, crystal-clear lagoon of Ölüdeniz, and on the other side, the open sea with its deeper blue shades. It’s like standing between two worlds, and the contrast is truly mesmerizing. No matter where you look, the colors of nature feel surreal—greens from the pine-covered mountains, shimmering blues from the water, and the golden tones of the sand. The water here is something else. I’ve swum in many places, but the lagoon at Kumburnu is one of the calmest, cleanest, and most inviting I’ve ever experienced. It feels like a natural swimming pool, with gentle waves, shallow areas perfect for families with kids, and deeper spots for confident swimmers. The clarity is unbelievable—you can see small fish swimming around your feet. I even brought a snorkeling mask, and it felt like exploring an aquarium. If you are a nature lover, you will appreciate how unspoiled and well-preserved this beach is. One of the highlights for me was renting a sunbed and umbrella. Yes, there is a small entrance fee, and you pay extra for the sunbeds, but I found it absolutely worth it. The facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained. There are showers, restrooms, and changing cabins close to the beach, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. The staff were polite and attentive, always making sure visitors had what they needed. For me, that balance between natural beauty and practical service is what makes a place perfect. Food and drinks are also available on site. There’s a beach café where you can grab a cold drink, an ice cream, or even have a proper meal if you want to spend the whole day there without leaving. Prices are fair considering the location and the view you are enjoying. I had a Turkish gözleme (stuffed flatbread) and a cold ayran, and it tasted even better while sitting under the shade with the lagoon right in front of me. What I appreciated most was the versatility of Kumburnu. If you want a quiet and relaxing day, you can find a peaceful spot under the trees and enjoy the sound of the waves. If you’re with family, the lagoon is incredibly safe and fun for kids. And if you’re adventurous, you’re right next to the world-famous paragliding spot of Babadağ Mountain. Watching colorful parachutes glide gracefully over the lagoon while you’re lying on your sunbed is a sight you’ll never forget. It adds a touch of magic to the whole experience. Of course, like any popular destination, it can get crowded, especially in July and August. My advice is to come early in the morning or visit during May, June, or September if you prefer a calmer vibe. Even when it was busy, though, the beach never lost its charm. The natural beauty is simply too overwhelming to be overshadowed by crowds. All in all, Kumburnu Plajı is a must-visit. It’s more than just a beach—it’s an experience that stays with you. The combination of calm lagoon waters, dramatic mountain views, and excellent facilities makes it one of the best beach spots in all of Turkey. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple, or a family, you’ll find something here that makes your visit unforgettable. I left with a sun-kissed smile, salt on my skin, and a deep sense of gratitude for discovering this slice of paradise. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fethiye or Ölüdeniz. Trust me, once you step onto the sand of Kumburnu and dip into its turquoise waters, you’ll understand why so many people call it one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

This place has only one thing going for it. The crystal clear water. Yes, the sea is stunning. The water is turquoise color. Beautiful. And that’s it. The negatives heavily outweigh this single positive thing. First of all, the crowd is crazy. There is insane amount of people here and sun-beds with umbrellas are so tightly packed you barely have any space to move around. On top of that, there is lots of people that bring their own towels and umbrellas and mix in between. As I said, the it’s insanely crowded. Even the parking and the access road. If you are not there by 8am in the morning, be prepared to wait in a huge line of cars to enter the parking lot. We arrived around 10am, and waited around 25 minutes in the traffic in front of the parking lot. Okay, this is not a deal breaker, crowd on a beach is nothing new. But, considering the prices and how expensive it is, it’s a horrible deal. Parking is 500 TL, around 10€. Sun-beds with an umbrella for 2 people cost 1200 TL, or ~25€. And if you want to order anything from the restaurant, again, very expensive. And for what? For a low end and uncomfortable sun-beds, small umbrella, mediocre service and such a tight packing of people that you feel like a sardine in a can. Simply horrible experience. All of this, while you have multiple beaches just 5-10min drive away from the city centre, that are more than half a price and more than double the enjoyment (same crystal clear turquoise sea, beautiful sandy beach, cheap parking, cheap sun-beds, cheaper restaurants, spaciousness and no crowd anywhere).
Harun T — Google review
This beach was sadly very overcrowded and overpriced. We paid 180 lira each entry to the beach, and then a whopping 2500 lira for two sun beds, this was a luxury option but we chose it because there was only 300 ish lira from the next option down which was completely full. There was a lot of litter on the beach too. The food was very mid and so overpriced, we paid £23 for one beer, some fries and Greek salad.. Cocktails were around £11-13 pounds each, same as London prices. Yes the water was beautiful, and there’s a cove you can swim to, but there’s lots of other beautiful beaches nearby that don’t charge entry, aren’t so packed with litter and are better priced. We don’t regret going because the views were amazing, but at least bring your own food and be prepared for the crowds!
Yasmin B — Google review
The view is great, but it is an overcrowded place, with to many sunbeds. Otherwise, in the middle of the Oludeniz beach it's more beautiful, not that crowded, with planty of empty sunbeds, a large place to put your own umbrella. First 3 pictures are from Kumburnu plaji, the last one is on the middle of the beach were we stayed.
Alina C — Google review
I used to love this beach, but sadly it’s changed a lot. It was never this crowded two years ago. We paid the entrance fee (100 TL) and 1200 TL for two sunbeds, but could barely stay an hour because of the overwhelming crowd. It felt more like a festival than a relaxing beach day. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
Bilal G — Google review
The car park is 9€ and the entrance walking 2€ if you let the car outside. I recommend you to come early in the morning (before 10) and park the car in the city centre, so you won’t have to pay.l the park. The you’ll need a green card to pay your lounge chair and it’s between 10 and 15€. We recommend you the one close to the Starbucks shop, it’s a bit more expensive but better quality and less people around you. Then the music they put is nice to rest. You can pay food and drinks by card or cash as usual. The area is clean with toilets and showers.
Alexandre B — Google review
It’s not worth 100 lira. The water is not pretty at all. We walked in and left we didn’t even swim because how ugly the water was
Ari J — Google review
Ample clean showers toilets and changing rooms. 50 lira entry. They strongly encourage you to put money on a card but we paid cash for food. Beds and a brolly were 750 lira for 2. Nice place. Water sectioned off with ropes and got much deeper beyond. Seemed good for families.

Küçük Samanlık Plajı is a hidden gem that perfectly embodies the serene beauty of Turkey's coastline. Known for its stunning views and crystal-clear waters, this beach is also a popular paragliding spot, making it an exciting destination for adventure seekers. Visitors rave about the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The beach offers comfortable loungers at reasonable prices, allowing guests to relax without breaking the bank.
Nice beach in quiet forrest with sundbeds on the sun or in the sun shadow. Entrance is 300 lira per person and they have amazing staff always ready to take your order! Food is really good and prices are resonable. Recommendation!

We loved this place. Of course we came on a day that wasn’t super full so that definitely helped to have a better experience. They have different options of sun beds and umbrellas, you can choose any of them after paying the entrance fee which is 600 TL. The food was very nice too and the service was perfect, we want to thank specially our waiter Arda for taking very good care of us and being so helpful and nice. I saw comments about the beach being too rocky, to be honest it wasn’t a problem at all, it’s not even that rocky. Also no fish was biting you 😅 We will be back
Lucille A — Google review
I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Küçük Samanlık Plajı, and it truly left an impression I’d love to share—this hidden gem offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, thoughtful amenities, and a deeply calming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the setting felt like stepping into a tranquil sanctuary. Nestled along a quiet peninsula near Fethiye, this cove is embraced by green hills and pine trees, offering shade and a lush backdrop to the shimmering Aegean waters. The beach isn’t large—roughly 130 meters of golden sand mixing with pebbles—but its size only adds to the intimate and peaceful vibe. The water here is nothing short of magical—clear, calm, and inviting. At times, it resembles an aquarium, especially on windless mornings when the surface is glassy. I did notice some sharp rocks along certain entry points, so I’d highly recommend wearing water shoes for a more comfortable entry. Despite being privately operated, the beach maintains an affordable and welcoming feel. There’s a modest entrance fee—around 300 TRY per person during peak season—to access the beach, including amenities like sunbeds and umbrellas. It’s worth every kuruş because the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, consistently ready to take your order or assist as needed. Convenience is a priority here. A well-positioned parking area lies close to restrooms, showers, and changing cabins. Even when parking isn’t free, it’s well worth it for the comfort and peace of mind it offers. Facilities go beyond the basics—there’s a neat café-bar on site with a menu of snacks, sandwiches, pasta, and refreshing drinks, all reasonably priced. The place has a relaxed, upbeat vibe, with nice music in the background that enhances the ambience without ever being overpowering. One of the most special moments for me was spotting sea turtles gliding near the cliffs—unexpected, delightful, and soul-stirring. Timing your visit can enrich the experience further. I chose to go in May, and the beach was peaceful—practically deserted at times, giving me a rare sense of personal paradise. In contrast, summer weekends can bring more locals and families, which is great if you enjoy a livelier scene—but if peace is what you’re after, May, June, or early September are golden months. Of course, everything isn’t perfect. The rocky entry points and occasional slippery wooden decking mean caution is advised. Also, there are small complaints about occasional maintenance needs, like slippery steps or algae on some platforms—but these are minor in context. In sum, Küçük Samanlık Plajı is a standout—serene, beautifully maintained, and just the right blend of service and natural charm. Whether you’re looking to escape for a quiet swim, enjoy a peaceful sun lounger under the trees, or spot a sea turtle while sipping a cold drink, this beach delivers in spades. A hidden slice of coastal heaven near Fethiye that I wholeheartedly recommend.
Dr. A — Google review
Potential to be a lovely spot to relax for the day, however the water was very dirty when we were there - looked like sewage floating on the water's surface. Possibly a one off, but we were very disappointed as it cost 600tl per person.
Leyla C — Google review
600tkl entrance fee which includes comfortable lounger and umbrella. Popular with families with a gentle sandy slope into the sea. Let down by constant thrum of a generator and music which doesn't disguise it. Sad not to hear nature. But effort made to keep the integrity of the bay with pine trees fringing the beach.
Julia H — Google review
Place is good we came in february to eat breakfast which we brought with us but they asked 200 tl for using their table on the beach..we moved away Cause wht reasonable for summer is not reasonable for winter..especially nbd was on the beach) But view is good come in summer)))
İnna M — Google review
Great place. We visited in May and were practically alone on the beach for quite a few hours. 2 sunbeds + umbrella = 70tl. We also had a few toasts and a bunch of beers, and everything totalled less than 250tl. Besides the affordable pricing, staff is great, place is clean, and the sea is crystal clear. However, there are a lot of sharp rocks when entering it and they really hurt your feet, so water shoes might be a good idea.
Hristina N — Google review
A Beautiful Beach, parking was 20Tl (the most expensive beach parking we've paid) service was good Food was Very good the water is clear and area is clean, the Wooden decking needs to be maintained, as the stairs into the water were broken and some steps were covered in algea making them dangerously slippery. This beach is definitely one of the less crowded beaches in the area.

Playground
Şehit Fethi Bey Parkı is a remarkable destination for families and individuals alike, offering an expansive playground that stands out as one of the largest around. With a variety of equipment catering to children of all ages, it ensures that everyone can find something fun to do without long waits. While some facilities may show signs of wear and tear, the dedicated grounds staff work tirelessly to maintain the park's cleanliness and overall enjoyment.

Beautiful park, very well maintained and nicely designed. Children playgrounds, skate park, cushioned running path, cycling paths. Just beautiful!
Julia R — Google review
Wonderful park. Great playground for kids, small water bridges, reading areas, "Relax" long chairs, Dogs pathways along the water. A lot of greenery and grass, sidewalks. 3 Restrooms: Women, Men, Moms. Some 4 people tables for picnics. No picnic on the grass. Small water Pound with a sitting view. 2 Basketball courts, small skateboard park.
Simed A — Google review
Nice place to take a walk. It has many are playgrounds for kids with toys, it has mini shop which sells foods, water and other stuff. The area also has public toilets
Ali A — Google review
Cool park, there is a skate area and a very large playground, there is a bridge for viewing the sea at the level of the second floor. The park is clean, respectable, there is a public modern toilet. There are book reading areas and bookcases with free books, although the books are only in Turkish. I recommend
Andre W — Google review
This park is a real treasure! I highly recommend visiting this place. Everyone will find something for themselves here: children will gladly play on the huge playground and adults can enjoy the beautiful landscape design and picturesque mountains. There are also a skate park, a calisthenics park, a basketball court and much more. The toilet is at one's disposal. And all of this is completely free of charge.
