Discovery Mall Bali ⭐⭐⭐ (3 stars) We visited on a weekend morning and were surprised to see how quiet it was. There was an Asian Food Festival happening, with about 10 stalls offering various dishes — prices seemed mid-range. The vibe felt a bit empty, which was a shame because the setup was nice. Compared to Beachwalk, this place definitely had fewer visitors. On the plus side, all the shops had clear price tags, which made browsing easier and less stressful.

Decent sized mall, selling electronics, local clothes and departmental stores. A few restaurants located within the mall and fast food located at the entrance. The mall is just next to the beach so can walk through it to access the beach. Have a good walk around the mall, enjoy the air con.

Lots to and see at Discovery Mall Bali… very nice mall, and is across the road from Waterbom Park for those that wanna relax and enjoy some shopping after a day at Waterbom Park. And they also have a Bali dance outside of the mall as well, which is excellent to watch.

Surprisingly this mall is not very crowd It's located on kuta beach When arrived here, it held Tari Kecak while enjoying sunset, it was free

Small mall with good variety of local shops and dining places. Easy to walk around.

If you want to buy gifts, garments or knick knacks and not sure about your bargaining skills, then this can be an ideal place for you. The collection is good and usually price is displayed on all items. The place is very neat and clean and has a toilet which is cleaned all the time. Not crowdy. Cherry on the cake is view of beach and access to beach from rear door of mall.

Great mall facing ocean at the back. Looking at the sunset of kuta beach here with the plane landing ti ngurah rai airport on the right is steam up the marvelous look. Worth to come

It depends what you expect from this mall, as it's outside food, drink and entertainment offerings are much better than the internal shops and retailers. Mostly clothing retailers inside the mall and nearly all bars and restaurants outside, with a small stage for live music and events. Has a cinema complex in the lower ground floor.

It’s an old mall. If you’re looking for souvenirs off the main path it’s ok. The outside part by Starbucks looks nice though.

I visited this Mall in May 2025. My favourite shops were "Mr D.I.Y" & the "Primo Supermarket." In these 2 shops I found what I was looking for...diecast model cars. Overall, the Mall is just OK.

This shopping center is excellent for family outings, especially due to its variety of children's attractions and arcade games. You can enjoy riding on children's electronic cars, rollerblading, and even take a train ride here.

Totally revamped and looking good comparing to 2023. It was very quiet after Covid outbreak, great to see it's recovering!

A nice place to go. You can find many kinds of attractions you want from watching movies to shopping and dining in a fancy restaurant! Ni entrance ticket. Parking area costs IDR 2k to 3k per hour for motorbike. Still, the place is huge without good direction/signs, so if you just got to this place for the first time, it must be puzzled when entering this place.

Nice place eat and relax outside in the evening listen to the live music with family and friends the bands are pretty good been here a few times and always play great music. Has about 6-8 places to choose from for food in the open air area a few more down stairs if you don't like what you see on this level. Overall is a good place to visit and chill

Cozy mall in Denpasar with shops, supermarket, ACE, and Gramedia. Lots of food choices, not too crowded. Parking is big but busier on weekends.

While I wrote another review about a different shop inside the mall, I didn’t realize I had never reviewed the mall itself, which should be something more significant to provide information about whether one would like to visit or not. Mall Bali Galeria is located in By Pass Ngurah Rai, and there is another exit next to the Duty Free. There used to be an entry there, operated when it’s too crowded on this site, but I haven’t visited enough during peak hour lately to know whether it’s still in operation. Parking. There are plenty of parking lots, from the VIP, the shaded one, the elevated one with scary ramp to the ones that are under the sun. The shaded one is located in the basement, beside a quite smelly city drain (I believe). However, I prefer to park here as the access to the mall is closer. During hot season it can be unbearably hot to park your vehicle without shade. Parking fee is standard, I can’t recall the detail now, but it’s one of the cheapest mall parking rate that charges you by hour with first hour being the most expensive. The mall itself is partially air-conditioned, with open area. It’s a two row concept with open space in the middle. It can be hot. There are barely any public sitting space/bench. Shops. From clothing to sport, watches, supermarket, medicine, bank, hardware, coffee shop, cinema, and many F&B. You can get many things here but personally, I think it’s a bit on mediocre side. You might not get everything you need. Having said that, I think the mall is variative enough although it no longer has bookshop the last time I visited. I don’t remember seeing Gramedia, Indonesian book store chain, but there are are under renovation so there is still hope. Overall, I think it’s worth going. The mall is on the older side, and the layout is quite different, but I think it has the charm in its unique way.

Spacious mall with great variety of high end and local shops. The dining options are plenty as well. There is a big supermarket having all the essentials. Worth visiting.

Quite a large area of a shoping mall with many branded outlets as well. The food court also offers a variety of food to taste. All shops close by 10pm.

One of the malls we visited in Bali is the Mal Bali Galeria. There are various shops and restaurants. To book a taxi, go to the Level southern zone of the mall. Look for the taxi stand and ride only Bluebird taxi since it's metered and safe taxi to ride.

It’s a really nice mall. It’s not too big, but it has a great variety of shops — from fashion and electronics to cozy cafés and little boutiques. The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, and the people are always friendly and helpful. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a relaxed afternoon, grab a coffee, do some shopping, or just stroll around and take in the lively vibe.

It feels like a big, spacious department store. There are many restaurants with food from all over the world. And it's not a bad idea to invest your time because you have to walk a lot, but there are many things to see. It's a clean and safe shopping place. I recommend you to take your time and look around.

The concept of this shopping centre is out of the box and it's very refreshing to walk around it. It has almost all the notable brands like Zara, H & M, Uniqlo etc. The food court area is big too but major food brands are missing here. The beach view from their top floor is very pleasing and seeing sunset from there is an experience to have. It's highly recommended to whoever is visiting Bali.

Beachwalk is a huge shopping center with a very big Starbucks and all the modern shops you could want. There are also plenty of places to eat, so it’s a nice spot if you enjoy shopping and just want to chill for a while.

Big shopping centre and a refuge from the city. Had a nice sushi bar. Should have more air-conditioning though, it was extremely humid. Also the music is way too loud in several parts of the mall.

Must visit mall. From high end to affordable brands, you get everything here. We also spotted a Popmart filled with Labubu buyers! 😃 A good place to hangout and eat at after a funday at the beach surfing.

Kuta has degraded over the years unfortunately with the lower end of tourist and locals making the area not as nice as before and reminds me no different of Phuket. However my first visit to this mall and was lovely with tons of F&B options and international brands which now seems like an odd ball in a rather dodgy area of Kuta

Nice place to find tourists souvenirs and most likely brand copies. A little overpriced compared to anything else you can find, nothing is really authentic or handmade, but at least you got a good large choice in one single location. Can fund everything there, without having to look too long around.

Walkable from Kuta Beach. This art market is not so crowded, and have a lot of souvenir options. Not very pricey too. They allow retail buying so I was able to get a wooden spork to bring home.

Want a bargain? Go to unit/shop/block 19 to see Jake, he's proficient in English, very friendly and helpful! Even for goods from other shops other than his, he can help you get them at bottom bargain price, just give him a voluntarily, fair tips. How do I know? Because I purchased some linen shirt and pants at other neighborhood at what I thought already to be a good deal, after talking to Jake, he helped me purchased more from his neighbor at even a better price... Talk to Jake; will safe you alot of headaches haggling (and money) 😉😉.

The worst market and the worst people in all of bali. It’s full of thieves who pretend to be shopkeepers. They pretend to sell you stuff which is also bullshit and steal your wallet and money. When you confront them they will say stupid and crap in their local language and make fun of you. They just get drunk after 6:00 pm and smoke and steal things. Do not even dare to count money or take our wallet in front of these thieves otherwise they will steal it. They will also starting abusing and threatening you just because they are locals and they have a group. Entire market even the cashiers are involved in this scam. And the worst thing is even if you complain to the police thats of no use as police will make you wait for hours and best case if they come with you to the spot of crime they will favour the thieves as they are also involved in the crime. Absolutely worst experience. I have video cctv evidence of the theft but unfortunately police is blind. What a shame for a place that calls itself tourist friendly and its economy runs entirely on tourists. You criminals god is watching.

Good place for tourists to buy some unique gifts.

Took a walk after having lunch at Bluefin restaurant across the road. The place feels unwelcoming, and many shops are selling similar things. It's like Chatuchak market in Bangkok and Queen Vic market in Melbourne, but just a lot less friendly with dishonest vibes in the air, making the place unwelcoming. My son was looking at football jersey. After I asked for the price and felt it was too high for an imitation jersey, I told him it's ok and we wanted to walk away. The shopkeeper then asked repeatedly for us to give a counter offer, seemingly not wanting to let us go until we buy something.

The name art market may not be suitable as most products sold are clothes. Outside shops are better and have more things than those inside

Unlike the busy areas in central Bali, Trans Studio Mall Bali is located a bit further away, making it less crowded and more comfortable to explore. The mall offers a great selection of restaurants and shops, making it easy to find something to eat or buy. One of the highlights was the cinema, which had excellent facilities and provided a great movie-watching experience. The prices in the mall were reasonable, making shopping and dining even more enjoyable. For families, there’s also a kids' activity zone, and when I visited, there was a winter-themed playground, which was a fun and unique experience. A great place to spend a relaxing day in Bali! 🛍️🎥❄️

The VIP ticket was worth-it, skipped so many long queues. Rides were cool. My fave was “Flying Over Indonesia”, second was the Race Car, third was the afternoon show (forgot what it’s called). Limited food options inside tho, some attractions were mid, few toilets. Overall, the experience was great.

Interesting Mall at Imam Bonjol Street Denpasar with 2 Levels. Lots of amusement venues for kids, Bank Mega, branded shops like H & M, Ralph Lauren, Havainas, etc. Samsung & iPhone shops. Many Japanese type restaurants, Starbucks. Cinema on second floor. It's very quiet on weekdays

It had aircon, which was great in the hot weather. The mall itself was filled of Asian restaurants, mainly Japanese. Of which we ate at ramen ya, and it was good for the price. The shopping however lacked variety. A lot of pharmacies and tech stores. We wouldn’t go back.

Roller-coaster out of action. Can't bring bottled water in. Other then this great indoor theme park. Get there on opening, later throughout the day got really busy and up to 45min wait times for most if not all rides. This was outside peak times ie Aussie school holidays. Pay more as a tourist rather then a local. That's not cool! Over 7 year old kiddoa have to pay adult prices. That's also not cool.

Sad mall... the only highlight is the cinema, but as a tourist, there is hardly anything to see or do here (view my photos and see the lack of people in them). I seems like it was once a decent place, with a supermarket and a food court, but today its a really quiet, not sure if its due to covid, not sure if it will change, but that i was i experience when i was there in June. There also seems to be a church attached? so i guess Sundays could be better.

Surprisingly very clean n comfortable n services are top compare to other XXI cinemas. I will def go back. We had a great time. The mall is empty but the cinema is busy and small compare to others but i can say this is one of the cleanest. Keep it up!

Park23 Mall/Creative Hub has the most comfortable Cinema XXI in my opinion, that's why I've been here for so many times already. The mall is not crowded at all, there aren't so many tenants. More people should know about this one mall located near the airport! Even though there aren't so many tenants but they have various exhibitions that you might cannot found in other malls.

If you want to go there just for movie go ahead, but i think there somewhere else better than this mall, its feel like theres no people here, most of them are closed

Park 23 is one of the cinemas that I often visit. This cinema is located in Kuta, Bali. This place is very nice and the ticket price to watch the movie is cheap. For holidays (Saturday and Sunday) the ticket price is 50k. If Monday to Friday the ticket price is 35k. When watching movies, you can also buy snacks such as popcorn, waffles, and cola drinks. Not only watching movies, there are also clothes shops and good photo spots too so you can have a vacation there at the same time. If you go there, don't worry, you can bring a car or motorbike because there is a large parking area like a mall in general.

The ticket price is super cheap, which is great. However the studio is damp, up to the point you can smell it. They need to invest on dehumidifiers.

Modern, clean, and centrally located. Level 21 Mall is great for shopping, dining, and hanging out. It has a good mix of local and international stores, a tasty food court, and a comfortable cinema. Parking can get very crowded on weekends, but overall it’s one of the best malls in Denpasar.

The mall again so so. Not too big. And there's a cinema. There is a parking lot on the rooftop, u can enjoy the sunset from the rooftop. There are some stores and restaurants. There's an arcade also. Good for family

Level 21 Mall is one of the best shopping spots in Denpasar. It’s modern, clean, and has a great mix of local and international stores. There are plenty of food and drink options, from casual cafés to restaurants, and the cinema is also a nice addition. The mall isn’t too big, so it’s easy to walk around without feeling overwhelming. A comfortable place to shop, eat, or just hang out with friends and family. 🛍️✨

I enjoyed visiting the mall the locals go to. I went to the Beachwalk Mall but it was very expensive... you can tell it was the tourist mall. I purchased some clothing and ate at Level 21 Mall and it didn't break the bank!

Nice atmosphere and good vibes overall. There weren’t many choices for clothes and shoes that suited my taste, but the food options were plenty! Bakmi GM is always my favorite consistent and delicious. The cinema was also clean and comfortable, perfect for enjoying a relaxing movie time

The overall experience at this mall was disappointing. There was a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the building, which made it feel neither clean nor inviting. While the selection of shops was okay, the atmosphere felt more like a market than a proper mall — definitely not a modern or inspiring place to spend time. Timezone, the arcade, was a highlight and offered some fun, but unfortunately the food options didn’t live up to expectations. We tried Ramen 1 and had a particularly bad experience there. Not a place I’d choose to return to.

This mall is deader than dead. The selection is so dismal, a range of sports clothes with dubious origins (I’m not sure if they are genuine or fakes). When we were there at 12 noon, we were the only ones there. I’m shocked by the 5 star ratings. The mall is also located in the middle of nowhere so we were very disappointed having travelled here to find nothing. The chocolate shop at the front also has near expiry boxes so check before you purchase.

Jul 2025: A colleague recommended this place for souvenirs. Very wide selection.Your money goes a long way here especially if you're buying obligatory gifts for officemates etc. However, if it needs to be special, this is NOT the place.

The place to shop your oleh oleh or souvenirs in bulk. Some stuff looks great, some items are just trinkets. Clothing, bags, food, jewelery, toys and art. It's langere for reasonable prices.

Well, what can I say. It is certainly not a good place to buy souvenirs, but at the very least it is better choice among all other shop. Product looks cheap, expensive price, not many varieties. Also the staff, all of them, looks like hate working in there. Everybody have sour face and unhelpful, busy gossiping each other and angry when we ask something about items. What the hell...? Entrance area looks dirty and reek of cigarrete smoke. At least, less local thug than in bypass branch.

Great Place for Souvenirs at Honest Prices! Krishna Oleh Oleh is the best place to shop for souvenirs in Bali. Unlike the tourist markets that overcharge, here the prices are fixed, transparent, and very reasonable. You’ll find everything under one roof—handicrafts, clothes, snacks, beauty products, accessories, and more. The quality is good, and the variety is amazing, so you don’t have to bargain or worry about being scammed. I was surprised to find items that were quoted at 500k in Ubud market for just 20–30k here. The store is well-organized, and shopping is hassle-free. Highly recommend this place if you want to take home authentic souvenirs at fair prices. Definitely worth a visit!

Large souvenor shop on Bali. Lots of souvenirs you can buy from key chains to foodstuff to clothings. Items are sorted by categoey qhich is a big help fpr buyers.

Krishna Oleh Oleh – Bali’s Mustafa for Local Shopping! If you’re looking for souvenirs and local items in Bali, Krishna Oleh Oleh is a must-visit! It’s truly Bali’s Mustafa — offering everything under one roof at fair, fixed prices. You’ll find wooden wind chimes that sell for ₹100K–150K in Sanur or Nusa Dua, starting here at just ₹20K and going up to ₹90K for the larger sizes. Fridge magnets begin at just ₹8K, and paintings are well-priced with good quality too. The shopping is hassle-free, with no bargaining needed and a huge variety to choose from. Do visit the coffee plantations nearby for the tasting and beautiful views, but avoid buying products there — prices are heavily inflated. Luwak coffee which u will get 100gms packet at 150 their u get 50gms at 335. Chocolates n everything they sell is exorbitantly charged For example, Worcas chocolates sold for ₹50K+ at plantations are available here for ₹36K, and in marts for even ₹39K. Overall, Krishna Oleh Oleh is the smartest and most convenient place to shop for authentic Balinese souvenirs.

Nice quiet environment/atmosphere. Not too busy. Some small stores offering affordable clothes for adults and children. A few dining options. Not many optiona for enterntainment, however a nice passtime when waiting for doctors appointment (a clinic is also in the building)

Lippo Plaza is a medium-sized mall located in Sunset Road, Kuta. It is not as big as some of the other malls in Bali, but it has a decent selection of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The mall has a food court with a variety of Indonesian and international food stalls. For entertainment, the mall has a cinema, a bowling alley, and a kids' playground. There is also a small supermarket and a few clothing stores. Overall, Lippo Plaza is a good option for those looking for a place to shop, eat, and relax in Kuta. However, it is not as lively or exciting as some of the other malls in the area.

Good place, many options for food, and have exclusive gym. This is the best place for lunch and meeting for around sunset area but the only thing still less is the parking not so big for a big mall but it's ok😊👍

Lippo Plaza isn't a big mall. It's quite small and connected with Siloam Hospital. When i entered this mall, i really shocked by one outlet named "French Toast" lol🤣 I thought it was a cafe, but it's actually a fashion outlet. Beside that, they have cinema at underground floor. If you go to the cinema, maybe you will get signal lost😆😆

Just wanna go to Celebrity Fitness which open at 6.00AM. But the mall still close. Like howww?

A moderate large mall in Denpasar area, nice place for hangout with family and friends. Large enough to look around. Many domestic and foreign come here to watch shows and buy goods. Many food court also inside.

A huge new mall right in the middle of the city’s traffic, but luckily public transport passes by this spot. I shopped at several stores – Informa here is quite complete, almost everything I was looking for was available. There are also plenty of electronics shops, a cinema, restaurants, and even a kids club. What I like is that the mall is quite creative and artsy in design, with some nice green outdoor zones that make it refreshing. The only downside is the heavy traffic around the area, which can’t really be avoided, and online transport can be a bit tricky if you’re in a hurry.

Of course, this mall is far from the tourist area. It's not accessible by public transport from Kuta or Nusa Dua. If you're traveling alone, I recommend downloading the Grab app and getting there quickly and three times cheaper than a taxi. It's also possible by bike. The mall is seven stories tall and has a large number of cafes and eateries, as well as a grocery supermarket. Overall, the interior feels like you're in Bali. The decor is quite authentic. A word of warning: be extremely careful when exchanging currency. I have a strong impression that most exchange offices are scammers. After you've paid, they'll suddenly grab a wad of rupees and arrange them, while three or four bills seem to accidentally fall out. They'll examine a brand-new $100 bill for five minutes, then hold it up to a UV light and say it looks genuine, but I'll accept it at a low rate. Take your dollars and euros back immediately. It took me four tries to exchange money with an honest person!

Nice shopping mall. There’s pendopo section selling traditional and local artist products. Good place to hang out, many option restaurants. Many event spots as well. Great place for family to hang out and specially teen. They held many events there. Toilets are clean and air-con is cool.

Need more evaluation for bike/motorcycle parking, especially parking track that doesn't fit enough for big bike and not measured well according to vehicle dimension. It seems like, this mall design and access only for people with car. However, it has good and pretty design, good service, plenty of tenant and retail, high quality and genuine products, clean and good circulation, there's amphitheatre outside and many of culinary tenant.

That night, we're craving some warm soup for dinner, so our tour guide took us to a food court inside a shopping mall near the hotel. The moment we stepped inside, it instantly reminded me of daily life back in Taiwan, strolling around with friends and finding a cozy place to eat. The only difference was the language floating around us. We decided to have ramen, and when the staff came to confirm our seats, they kept speaking Indonesian to me🤣 (Maybe I really looked like a local, Lol) It wasn’t until they realized I was a tourist that everyone laughed There's a great Shopping mall that you can spend more time to stay there

Very nice mall with AC. Nice to cool off during these hot days everyday. Lots of stores and brand stores. The paintings are beautiful near the clean toilets.

Good place for quick shopping before going to the airport. Price is affordable. Quality is good. The place is close to airport. Have 3 floors with full of handmade stuff. I really like souvenirs , paint drawings, dreamcatcher, necklaces and jewelry. Unfortunately, all clothes don’t have large size. It is only x small , small and medium. Staff were helpful and friendly. When you enter the centre they will give you a welcoming stickers. The last floor has restaurant with pool view. Easy to get Grab or car. They accept Visa card or cash.

Krisna Oleh-Oleh Bali is the perfect one-stop shop for souvenirs. The store is huge, air-conditioned, and has everything—handicrafts, Batik, jewelry, and especially tasty local snacks at fixed prices. Shopping is easy and stress-free. overall it’s a great place to pick up gifts from Bali.

The place was comfortable. Foods are not that good, but the atmosphere on the rooftop is surprisingly pleasant. The first three floors sell souvenirs you can't easily find anywhere else (at least not in one place). Highly recommended if you don't go to Bali that often. They also sell local snacks, clothes, perfumes, even statues. PS: There's a photo booth where you can dress up in Balinese traditional clothings.

Great shop to get local Indonesian snacks and souvenirs. This particular store has lots of space and not too crowded. Can easily get heaps on whatever budget you are on. Snack probably range 30k-80k per pack. Shirts from 50-120k on average. Recommended to go here to get cheaper items rather than the main shops downtown.

The place for overall souvenirs for many of things you need likes pies susu( milk pie ), luwak coffee, Batics fabrics, painting, chocolates and so on. There are a lot of parking and interesting things you would like to carrying back for someone.

I've been there twice for lunch and got "the Pad burger" both times with a beer. Came out really quick, and the burger was made very well. The bun was slightly toasted and the beef patty had good flavour and cooked to perfection. The burger was the size of my hand, very filling. Overall, no complaints and definitely one of my favourite places to go for lunch. Can't wait to go back there.

Another safe & clean eatery. Been here a few times & meals are good but not huge. One night they had karaoke with a group of ladyboy entertainment. It was a bit loud & full on for me but the older Aussie crowd liked it..

Seminyak Village is a nice little shopping centre with a clean, modern feel. It’s not very big, but it has a good selection of quality shops, boutiques, and a few great spots for a coffee or snack. Perfect for a quick shopping trip or a relaxed stroll in between beach time.

We visited Seminyak Village as a couple and had a lovely time. It’s a clean, air-conditioned indoor mall that offers a great break from the Bali heat. There are also a few cozy cafes inside – perfect for a quick coffee or dessert stop. One of the malls in the Seminyak area is a good place to visit, especially for tourists. If I’m not mistaken, they also offer handmade soap-making classes, which is a fun activity to try. You’ll also find a paddle court and a relaxing spa — a nice mix of things to do in one place.

If you go to the Seminyak village you have to visit the Graz store in the upper level on the left side away from the elevator. Many Wonderful dresses and accessories for a fair price with a great quality. You come to Bali, you visit that shop.

Possibly the only such shopping center in Seminyak or Legian. If you've been to other parts of Indonesia 🇮🇩 or Asean, this is a miniature mall. No basement and just 2 floors of shops. Really small but modern building. There's a roof top spa. You'll be surprised that H&M is here, Crocs too! There's also a nice coffee place Baked at the entrance to the mall. Nice and clean. Ideal venue for meeting friends or having a cuppa.

A refreshing spot from the different vibe of bali or other places. There are areas variety of shops, but what i loved the most were the pop up shops or the market place called “the bali collective”, on the second floor. It features alot of balinese local brands and local products.

Good prices on footwear if you can find something you like and dont have big feet! Some good buys in menswear...particularly for slim guys. Ladies fashion...not a lot of western styles ( more Asian/ Muslim fashion trends).

Simple dept store where you can find shoes store, parfumee, make up, clothing, bookstore, and fast food. The prices are pretty fair. I experienced good thing when I have to change my just bought shoes because they're uncomfortable. They promised me that I could exchange the sizes and type in maximum 14days. I am glad that they are commited on that.

Its a very good local mall in bali if you are looking for good quality clothes and shoes in reasonable price. Much better than beachwalk mall. I think i found exactly what i want here. They have a wholesale supermarket in the top floor which sells almost everything in very cheap price.

I love this supermarket it has everything you could possibly want and don’t forget to look upstairs. Bintang Supermarket is my go to for hair and beauty products, specialty coffee and all essentials, they also deliver. Four times to Bali and four times to Bintang Supermarket, highly recommended Bintang Supermarket.

There are two floors with a wide range of shopping options, just like any other supermarket. Many of the shoppers here are Chinese and Australian. The staff are very friendly. The fruits are fresh, and there’s a great variety of yoghurt. I made my milk tea using the Java black tea and A2 milk I bought here. The local-brand face wash is quite nice too!

Visited Bintang Supermarket Seminyak and loved it! There are so many things to shop here — from daily essentials to local Balinese products. Prices are reasonable and the variety is great. You can find lots of locally made food, souvenirs, and snacks. We bought plenty of chocolates from WoCa and some delicious local treats. A must-visit spot for shoppers in Bali!

Bintang is the only supermarket around, so I shop here as there’s no other option, though I find it quite expensive. You can get almost everything you need, but prices are on the higher side. The place is always busy, though it tends to be a bit quieter in the afternoons. Staff are friendly, but communication can be a bit challenging.

Bintang Simenyak is a large and well-stocked supermarket. Prices are generally good. Groceries are located downstairs, and souvenirs are also sold upstairs. You can find both western and local products. I occasionally try local products to try something new. I was particularly impressed by these Pie Susu cookies. The flavors are chocolate, butter cheese, and green tea. They are very creamy and fresh. They are my favorite cookies now in Bali.

Dead mall. There is nothing here except visa processing centres and airline offices. There appears to be one open restaurant - Teluk Merah. Even the fabled Burger King is now gone. The ATM Centre... has no ATM machines. Only come here if you need to process a visa, renew a passport or book a flight in person.

Not much here at all. This is where the temporary Bali Immigration office is set up while the Nusa Dua one is being renovated. I had to extend my Bali visa. There are two restaurants in there (no one in there when I went) and nothing else. There was an orange van there as a make shift cashier for the Immigration office

After a misunderstanding regarding “nearest local office” (for us that meant Denpasar, for Imigrasi that meant Kuta even though that is further from Berawa where we are staying, make it make sense 🤷🏻‍♀️) we came here to get our 30-day Visa Extension Biometrics done. The young lady at reception took our passports and gave us a ticket for the queue promptly, we didn’t have to wait very long and were seen by an agent within 20min. They however only took a photo of each of us, no fingerprints, no short interview as to why we’re extending, just the photo. We felt like this whole trip (and the location mix up) could’ve been avoided as they had used the photos provided in May for our May Visas to make our September Visas, so they could’ve easily used those same photos for the Extensions as well 🤨 especially since no prints were taken, we felt it a bit unnecessary to congest and pollute the cities more by driving from Berawa to Denpasar to be sent to Kuta, but it is what it is and protocol is protocol 🤷🏻‍♀️ The agent informed us after the snaps that we should be receiving our Extensions soon via email 🙏 We were quite shocked at the state of the WC’s: they were quite dirty, not one roll of toilet paper, no soap in the dispensers, no hand sanitizer anywhere (luckily we have a child so are prepared) but yeah quite dirty for an official building, and the staff looked/was quite surly, which is very unusual compared to all the other kind and smiling people we’ve met/come across the past years in Bali 😳
