Mall was empty even on weekend ,there are lesser number of shops but there was a food court at top floor which has some variety , it also has a decent play zone where you can do bowling , video games ,stuff toy winning games and lot more . But the mall didn't had much to do .

Went at 20:44 hrs on 21st Oct'25. At basement car park the counter person said fast tag not working. Asked to pay Rs 30 for parking. Paid and got reciept. At exit one attendant asked for parking payment proof and after seeing the reciept kept it with himself. Later on checked my sms an amount of Rs 50/- was deducted from my fasttag. Either mall doing scam or staff. The staff clearly said that fast tag is not working.

Worst pvr seats in audi 1 with uncomfortable seats making not able to seat properly for movies and damaged seats which have been not replaced from around 1 to 2month. But the mall is nice so 2star and pvr is not good to go.

Passenger lift was dirty and not working properly, Smell was coming from toilet, theater chairs was damaged and not working properly, poor theater cleaning and housekeeping.

It's a multipurpose building where you can get food outlets, McDonald, Vishal mega Mart, Carnival Cinema, fashion stores and much more to shop and to hangout with friends & family. BUT it's not a mall for better experience you can go to C21 mall.

Basically it's a shopping centre, but ample space for parking backside for both two and four wheelers.

It was promoted as a mall but it's actually looks like a shopping complex majorly having supermarket, open stores ,and offices in its premises. Having huge parking in its backside is a plus point who is planning to visit this place and the connectivity is also good as it's near to the square where commuter can get bus, auto and cab easily. Street food can also available by its side lane so one can also enjoy the food if he don't want to have food in mall premise. Overall experience is medium to good as it's always less crowded. edit -1 Few new outlets and pub opened, thats the only new thing I observed.

The mall has good offer over and above your shopping . I got free movie ticket and free entry pass for paw petrol event. Awesome experience food options also good. I used locker facility 100₹ per bag and that helps me to move around the mall.

Food quality was ok But the problem was I booked ticket to see solo leveling english dub but they played sub and after telling them they took 10-15min and in end said we can not resolve it so they said you watch sub or either can take refund (refund ka sure ni hun kyu ki maine nhi liya 😅)

My experience at Velocity Cinema was extremely disappointing. There was an issue, and the movie was delayed for over an hour. The most frustrating part was the lack of clear communication from the management. The manager kept assuring us that the movie would start in 10 minutes, but this promise was repeated every 10 minutes without any actual progress. It was misleading and unprofessional. The entire experience was frustrating and poorly handled. I would not recommend watching a movie at this theater.

The hall was very clean and the seats were comfortable. The big screen and surround sound made the movie experience even more enjoyable. These are 2-3 single screen theatres..merge together in one complex...but it's good! Sound balance is good...screen size is big enough to enjoy your movie experience from top seats too( where most of the named movie complexes lags). Cleanliness is okay..and washroom are okay too! Other than that... Ambience is thumbs up but interior lighting could have improved!

Extremely Unprofessional – Show Cancelled at the Last Minute Had a very frustrating experience at Velocity III (Miraj Cinemas), Indore on Sunday, July 13th. We had traveled 30 km to watch the 5:45 PM Superman (English 3D) show and were planning to buy tickets at the counter. Even when we arrived, the digital display boards were still showing the movie as running, and we waited patiently in line. Only after standing in queue for several minutes and reaching the counter were we told that the movie had been cancelled — no announcement, no signage, and no apology. This last-minute communication is completely unprofessional. We wasted time, fuel, and energy for nothing. If this is how they operate, I’d strongly recommend others to avoid this theatre—especially if you're coming from a distance. Disappointed and dissatisfied.

❌❌ Had a terrible experience at Indore Mobile and Laptop Repairing Center in Arbitto Mall, Indore. Dropped off my laptop repair, was promised a call by 10 PM but never got one. Next day, the shop was closed, and on calling, they delayed again. When we finally went to pick it up, a different person was extremely rude and disrespectful. They kept our laptop without consent and acted like they could return it whenever they pleased. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and terrible customer service. Highly not recommended! Avoid this place at all costs.

Zodiac Mall has the best movie theater I’ve experienced in Indore. The seating is amazing — the front seats are designed like lying-down seats, so even sitting in the first row is super comfortable and you won’t regret choosing them. Behind the front row, there are recliners and sofa-style seats which make the whole experience even more premium. The overall comfort, ambience, and viewing experience are top-notch. The mall on the main road has top shopping brands like central , H& M , nykaa ,sugar ,zivame , trends, etc. for shopping.It has a food court also on the 4th floor but not so many options . On the first floor , CCD is there . Not very spacious but well maintained.

Nice INOX Cinema, you can enjoy there combo pack of popcorn and coke in just 149rs on monday to thursday before 6pm on any show, but this offer is not always available and not have any specific time or date when it available so it's totally depends on your luck else all item available in regular price but there burger is start from 99rs and it also good in taste you will love it. Really very cool palce as it is small than TI mall. But then also it look so attractive. It has biggest showroom of H&M in Indore. It's stairs have AI (artificial intelligence ) it operates when person come. It consists of four floor in which third floor has food area and Inox. Really very good. One interesting fact about TI next is that most of the people also called it Central Mall. So you may remember this name if someone didn't understand you may use other name.
