Shopping mall
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Austin, Barton Creek Square is a premier shopping destination that beckons both locals and visitors alike. This expansive bi-level mall boasts over 170 retail stores, including renowned names like Nordstrom, Macy's, and Apple. Shoppers can explore an array of specialty shops such as Bath & Body Works and Coach while enjoying a delightful food court filled with diverse dining options—from quick bites at Chick-fil-A to leisurely meals at California Pizza Kitchen or The Cheesecake Factory.
Barton Creek Square opened over 40 years ago and was the largest and nicest mall in the Austin area for quite a while. Well, it doesn’t have the same cachet as it once did, it is still a nice place to go shopping. There is an Apple store, the main reason I go here, And it’s anchored by Nordstrom, Macy’s, and Dillards, there’s a bunch of kiosks in the open spaces, and a small handful of restaurants although there’s not a proper food court. It does have the AMC theater, which is a nice one. And right now it looks like there’s some gigantic circus tent in the parking lot. I have no idea what that is. From the north east corner of the parking lot, the closest side to downtown Austin, there’s a nice overlook of the city. It is a very different skyline now that it was 40 years ago.

Great experience is the biggest mall we even went very cool a lot stores good brands food court is ok but not great we got food from two restaurants and Immediately still sitting at the tables we got severe stomach pains we got sick my wife and I was horrible I hope the health department visits these restaurants frequently so that this doesn't happen to someone else oh children………..also restrooms are super clean great job team 👍
Ernesto E — Google review
The mall is somewhat updated. But it really needs more things to do. The restrooms are only at the center of the mall and you have to walk forever to get to them. The food court is sad.
Federico C — Google review
Barton Creek Square is a fantastic escape from the Austin heat. The mall offers a diverse range of stores, from tech products to trendy fashion and delicious dining options. There’s even a free Disney Junior play area for kids, making it a family-friendly destination. With its comfortable indoor environment and variety of amenities, Barton Creek Square is a great spot for people of all ages.
Abbey — Google review
What was once a vibrant display of consumerism, is now a shell of its former self. While this is not directly the mall's fault by any means. I do have to wonder whose idea it was to repair most of the escalators at the same time. That and now they have up front premium parking that you have to pay for.
A B — Google review
Beautiful mall. Great food court. Clean restrooms. Plenty of stores. Relaxing atmosphere. Bring some friends for a great time. Just make sure to get Auntie Annie's, or you're dead to me.
Caleb — Google review
I went into the Miniso store to make a return annd also ended up buying another item. When I approached the counter, I waited for several minutes with no one there to assist me. I had to call out to an employee who was stocking shelves, she saw me but didn’t acknowledge me until I said “excuse me?”. Even then, she only said “yes?” without looking up. When she noticed I had a return, she said she needed to get her manager. The manager also didn’t greet me or offer any kind of acknowledgment. She simply asked, “What are you returning?” even though the item was clearly in a Miniso bag on the counter. The whole interaction felt cold and dismissive. I ended up bagging my own items just to get out of there as quickly as possible. It was an uncomfortable experience overall, especially for someone like me who already gets anxious in public spaces. Customer service should make shoppers feel welcomed and valued, not ignored or brushed off. Suggestions for improvement: - Acknowledge customers when they enter or approach the counter. Even a simple “Hi, I’ll be right with you” goes a long way. - Train staff and managers to maintain friendly, professional communication during returns and purchases. - Keep checkout areas staffed and avoid leaving customers waiting unattended. - Consider improving store layout. It feels overstocked and cramped, which makes it hard to move around comfortably or safely. I hope this feedback helps your team improve their service and store environment. Unfortunately, I don’t plan to return to this location after this experience. UPDATE: Thank you for the response. I did read your message, but it feels very automated and doesn’t address anything specific from my review. I already provided detailed feedback here and being redirected to a general contact form doesn’t inspire much confidence that the issue will actually be reviewed or resolved. (Also the website you redirected me to has a limited amount of words I can message.) I hope future responses from management will take the time to engage more personally with customer feedback rather than using a template reply. It makes a big difference in how valued guests feel.

This enclosed mall is one of the few in Austin area that still has most stores still populated and with a variety of goods and styles. Recommend this for shopping, looking, eating, entertaining. Was safe and well kept up.

Located in Northwest Austin, The Domain is a glamorous outdoor shopping center set in a beautiful park-like environment. It boasts over 100 luxurious and mainstream retail stores and restaurants, with almost half being exclusive to the market. From high-end boutiques like Louis Vuitton and Tiffany & Co. to more traditional retailers such as American Eagle Outfitters, there's something for every shopper. Dining options range from True Food Kitchen to Glorias Latin Cuisine, offering a variety of culinary experiences.
Great mall. One of my favorites. It’s a huge upscale outdoor mall. The layout design is beautiful and it’s very well maintained. There’s an abundance of stores, restaurants, and entertainment stops. It’s a sophisticated and lovely place to shop or simply socialize. It’s so large and there’s so much to do that it feels like a small town in its own.
Ulysses E — Google review
I absolutely love this mall! It’s an open-air shopping destination that features three major department stores—Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, and Dillard’s—along with a wide variety of smaller boutiques and specialty shops catering to different tastes and needs. Beyond shopping, the mall offers a vibrant dining scene with numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars, making it a great place to enjoy a meal or unwind with friends. In the evenings, the atmosphere becomes especially lively, with many visitors strolling around, dining outdoors, and enjoying the ambiance. Families with children will appreciate the designated family-friendly areas, which make it easier for parents to shop while keeping their little ones entertained.
Lina E — Google review
Visiting The Domain in Austin was really fun. It’s packed with shops, restaurants, and bars, all in a modern, open-air space. The vibe is super relaxed—perfect for walking around, shopping, or just hanging out with friends. Everything is easy to get to on foot, and sometimes there’s live music or events, which makes it even more enjoyable. It can get crowded on weekends, but it’s totally worth it for the full experience.
Juan R — Google review
It's a nice outdoor ground level only shopping area. Clean and well maintained. Plenty of rest areas and lovely shaded by trees chill out spots. There's even some charging docks around in case you needed it. Not a bad place to hang out with restaurants and entertainments such as movie and comedy theatres around too.
Sventek — Google review
Out door shopping center. Not an indoor mall like I expected 🥵I didn’t want to try on clothes after walking around sweaty. Would be good to walk on a cold day but it’s 95 degrees today. But the stores were cold and clean. We walked for a while and checked out the area. I noticed they had water for dogs outside a few stores which was nice.
Ms. H — Google review
Retail and commercial luxury. Always a pleasure to visit. So many restaurants to choose from and shopping options. Comfortable seating areas. It's a fully holistic experience.
Theone A — Google review
The Domain in Austin is a vibrant and upscale outdoor mall that offers a wide variety of brand-name outlets, restaurants, and entertainment options. If you’re someone who enjoys strolling through well-designed open-air spaces, you’ll likely appreciate the modern layout and lively atmosphere here. You can find just about every brand you’re looking for — from high-end fashion to more affordable retailers — and the dining options are diverse, ranging from casual bites to sit-down restaurants. It’s definitely a destination where you can spend the whole day shopping, eating, and people-watching. That said, be prepared to do a fair bit of walking. The layout is spread out, so wear comfortable shoes. And because it’s an outdoor mall, Texas heat or unexpected weather can make the experience less enjoyable, especially if you’re used to the comfort and climate control of indoor malls. Personally, I’m more of a fan of indoor malls — everything under one roof, AC blasting, and less walking required. While The Domain is undeniably nice, I’d choose a traditional indoor shopping experience over it most days. Still, it’s worth a visit, especially if you’re in Austin and want to explore a popular local spot.
IDreamer — Google review
The Domain has grown over the years was a fave spot each time l'd come down to North Austin when I lived in SA. That was 2017! Now I moved here in North Austin for a job and it's become a place where a mixture of high end and mid luxury stores are in one giant outdoor area. Lots of apartments, food places and the Museum of Ice Cream an addition. My favorites always: Neiman Marcus and lululemon. (The theater I haven't checked out). The parking space (pink F) has car wash detail while you shop! Shout out to Lululemon whose service always consistent. I'm a healthcare member-verified ID so l get member perks and this place is always organized and with helpful staff. I had purchased an outfit twice and was able to switch it to cute backpack and sling purse instead---with receipts of course and without a fuss plus a smile! I couldn't take pics as it's crowded! Next time :) Tory Burch---I love the shoes, footwear and purses. But this location with a better layout. Plus a hidden clean elegant unisex restroom! The staff was very professional and friendly. Zara is temporarily closed FYI. Overall, the Domain is a must go spot for leisure, fun activities for kids and adults, huge variety of restaurants, roofed parking areas and so much more.

I’ve always loved coming to The Arboretum. It’s a beautiful open-air shopping area with outdoor seating, a peaceful vibe, and a scenic overlook at the end with views of the city. I enjoy the variety of businesses like restaurants, home decor shops, an ice cream place, dessert stores, and bookstores. It’s family-friendly, has restrooms available, and is a great spot to spend a relaxed afternoon with your loved ones.

This is such a cool place to hang out. Some really good outlets/shops and coffee places. There's a very nice seating area with a fireplace with a lookout point at the back.

The only downside of this place is the parking lot. It can get kind of confusing following the arrows here and there. Most of the shops there though are very good. Are two favorites are conolio and the spice shop

I had the Lunch Prix Fixed with Butter Lettuce Salad and Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka. They were delicious!

Round Rock Premium Outlets is a shopping haven with 125 designer and name-brand outlet stores offering everyday savings of 25 to 65 percent on upscale goods. Located just off Interstate 35, the center's Hill Country architecture provides a relaxing atmosphere for visitors as they peruse boutique-style stores featuring renowned brands like Adidas, Calvin Klein, Coach, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, and more.
First time coming to this outlet to do our shopping! It’s a decent size mall and good amount of shops there! I like the fact that good stores are spreading everywhere so that gives us an opportunity to walk around and get our steps done for our workout in walking style 😁 I got to buy a new wallet and am very happy with it! I’ll come here again! Cheers 🥂
Mr. D — Google review
Since the first time I went to the Round Rock Outlets, it has always been held to a great standard. The common areas are always clean and even on a busy day, weirdly enough, it never feels crowded. They keep the stores updated, but I wish they could add new restaurants in the food court. Overall, this is a great place to shop at your favorite stores with family or friends!
Kielan S — Google review
Not much of an outlet. Prices are still outrageous even with discounts on the premium brands. Its all external so shopping gets challenging in the texas summer and the food court has 5-6 outlets. Place needs some sprucing up
Keng L — Google review
I absolutely love shopping at the Simon Malls. And the Round Rock Premium Outlets is one of my favorite places to go around Austin to shop. Love that it is outdoors so you don't have to feel like you have to wear your mask constantly and I also love that they have already put the Christmas trees up which makes it so nice for winter shopping. I just love having all the stores in one location and there's plenty of parking. I really like shopping at Nike, Pacsun, and American Eagle.
Destiny — Google review
Pretty good shopping experience, and everything look well kept! They have a lot of shops so there is something for everyone. They even have a little food court, and some food trucks around the outlets! It's a good spot to be if you like walking. Just also know it's all outdoors minus going into a shop.
Dakota F — Google review
Loads of shops. Very open. Loads of carparks. Easy to move around. For anyone that has come over from Australia this is a DFO and you'll find good deals here. If you have hired a car its a easy drive to get here with GPS from say Austin CBD. Its a must visit if from Australia or New Zealand.
Anton B — Google review
Went to the outlets it was not really busy at the time I went around 2 to 3 pm. The stores were good stock seems to be good also. I saw a few stores with some decent sales. Friendly customer service in all the places I visited.
R V — Google review
Very bad experience. The outlet security approached me to tell me that I am causing riots. After having bought a toy for my 2 and 1 year old children in a Seven Depot store. The security person intended that my children would not play with their toys while I was in the area.

Lakeline Mall is a large indoor shopping destination situated in Cedar Park, just outside of Austin. It features well-known department stores like Dillards, Macys, JCPenney, and Sears alongside over 150 specialty shops. Visitors can also enjoy a 9-screen cinema, two sit-down restaurants, and a diverse food court. Adjacent to the mall is Lakeline Plaza which offers an additional 11 anchor stores and 20 specialty shops.
This place was very far from we were located at so it took a couple of days to decide to go but we were very glad we did. Lots of fun store s that my family was hoping to find in Austin. All under one roof. The bathrooms did seem very small considering that it was such a large mall. Parking lot is alittle weird to navigate but worth visiting to see stores with lats of various collectibles.
Hector C — Google review
Lakeline Mall used to be one of the high-end shopping areas around Austin, but in the last 20 years, it has definitely gone downhill. Most of the stores are still occupied, but it has a distinctly sinking aura. It’s too bad, the location is great. The food court still has a few interesting choices though.
Steve T — Google review
This is a fairly typical shopping mall in the south and midwest part of the country. It opened in 1995 and can be found near the intersection of Hwy 183 and FM 620 N in Cedar park. This mall has three department stores including Dillard's, JC Penney and Macy's and 150 retail and food shops spread around 2 floors. You'll also find a cinema, food court and large carpark encompassing Lakeline, a good mall for local residents of the Cedar Park area.
Brad — Google review
First impression: the mall looks like a has-been on the outside. It is obvious no one is caring for the grounds or the parking lot. Many old parking cones and debris just sitting everywhere, old plastic fencing and around the entrance (JCPenneys/Macy's) there was gravel from the landscaping strewn everywhere and looking like it has been years since anyone cleaned. Parking lines are not visible and this show with how people have to park in the lot. Doesn't make the mall inviting. If I were I tentant of the mall, I'd complain. After my visit inside, I'd have to say it fits with the condition of the outside: stained, dated carpet and flooring, and both "down" escalators (from the food court to Macy's) were not working, forcing me to go to the elevator in the middle of the mall, the only I came across. There has been an inoperable escalator each of the 3 times I have been to this mall.
Jules S — Google review
It was such a great Halloween! Kids loved it! Huge thanks to Lakeline Mall and all shops that joined!! Spirit Halloween costume store is so amazing! Store with fiddgets had the best trick or treat cute little gifts! Wish next year more stores joined the fun! God bless y’all

Sooo I absolutely love shopping at lakeline mall because there are so many fun shops and there is even a movie theaters. The pics from this review were taken in Dilliard's, but you can usually catch me at Pac Sun, which I am obsessed with (wearing PacSun jeans). The mall has two levels and all of the usual haunts you can find at a Simon mall. Also plenty of parking and a huge food court, although I have never eaten there, but have seen a movie.
Destiny — Google review
Quite nice, I like the atmosphere and considering how old it looked from the outside. It's so much nicer inside since there are many stores. There's this one store ran by an Asian lady, it's sort of kdh themed but the stuff there is really cheap. Lip oil for 1.99, a nice smelling lotion for like 3 something, and bras way under 10 dollars. That was the highlight of the trip. The store was cheap and the lady was kind. Made this from a 3 to a 5.
Mr W — Google review
Yhe mall itself isn't bad. I have an issue with the Candy store downstairs. Sweet Treats The Candy Jar. I bought a bag of candy the other day, it was littered with bugs. Think there weevils and fruit flies. They refused to give me a refund. The owner wasn't even there, leaving the a young and flustered Indian girl to deal with it. Never coming back again!!! Never!!! Then they had the audacity to leave the candy out.

It’s a vibe. The cocktails are good, strong club energy, cute cabanas, and aesthetic areas. Visited during the day towards sunset on a weekday so it was not crowded. The top level apparently is open on the weekends.

South Congress Avenue, also known as SoCo, is a vibrant and eclectic neighborhood in Austin. It's a popular destination for visitors looking to experience the city's unique culture. The area is lined with an array of restaurants, boutiques, vintage stores, art galleries, and music venues. Visitors can enjoy strolling down the avenue while taking in colorful street art and sampling delicious local cuisine.
Cool, short street food walking, shopping, and eating. But be ready to spend some money at shops like Lulu and Birkenstock. Lots of iconic venues, notably Gueros and Home Slice. Boots ‘n cowboy hats at Allen’s. Lively couple blocks.

South Congress on a Rainy Day (Update as of July 2025) Spent a rainy afternoon strolling down South Congress Avenue, and it turned out to be one of the most peaceful experiences I’ve had in Austin lately. Even with the light drizzle, the street kept its signature charm—quirky shops, neon signs, and friendly locals, just with a much calmer vibe. The rain seemed to keep the usual crowds away, which made it easier to explore without rushing. I ducked into spots like Allen’s Boots, browsed some gems at South Congress Books, and grabbed a warm latte at Jo’s Coffee (yes, even in the rain, the “I love you so much” wall is still a photo must). It felt cozy, nostalgic, and honestly kind of magical. There’s something special about seeing South Congress this way—slightly quieter, a little softer, but still full of life. It reminded me why this strip is such a staple of Austin culture. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or you’re a local like me just revisiting old favorites, this spot always delivers.

Farmers Markets
The Barton Creek Farmers Market is a vibrant Saturday market located at the Barton Creek Square Mall in West Lake Hills. It offers a picturesque view of downtown Austin and features a variety of farm-fresh produce, specialty foods, and organic goods. In addition to fruits, vegetables, and pasture-raised proteins, visitors can find freshly baked breads, jams, and Angus beef. The market also hosts art vendors, jewelry makers, and live music to create a lively atmosphere for shoppers.
It's my first time visiting the place. Lots of parking and alot of vendors. I believe they have more vendors than Muller's (sorry if you think other wise) amd the spacing of the vendors were better. Plants, food, coffee, baklava, tamale, farm goods, dog treats, crystal arts, wooden arts, and many more to see!
S.J. — Google review
I went once recently, it was small and crowded, nothing great, but good enough .....I was planning on going again soon so I pulled it up on google, and thankfully decided to read the reviews......I usually read all of the, and the one star comments too, because that's usually where to truth is found. I was disgusted to read the comments about the owner, and further disgusted by her rude, snarky, arrogant reply to one star comments. I won't be going back, even though the pickles I got last time were delicious. I won't patronize a business that is run by a rude, nasty owner......and you vendors, perhaps find a better way to sell your products, because doing business with someone who seemingly berates and intimidates you, is not worth it. I'm sure she'll reply with some ignorant comment, that's what bully's do. If you care anything about what Austin used to stand for, you'll not patronize this place. The owner seems indicative of what Austin has become, filled with people moving here only to capitalize off the greatness that Austin used to be, and they are bringing their nastiness from wherever they came from, destroying the friendly, peaceful nature we used to be.
Anthony T — Google review
Born and raised Austinite here...Ive been attending this market since high school and each time I come, I am never left unsatisfied. Over the years, I've become good friends with the owner and she is one of the most interesting and intelligent person I've come across. Some of the reviews left on here, from "Anthony T.", say she is rude and ridicules her way of running a business. Well sir I can assure you, you are no match for her. Her business's, that's right plural, are clearly doing something right because they have been going strong for many years now. May I ask how many you have? In order to be successful, you must be stern sometimes and be able to learn from your mistakes. If any of those vendors had a problem, they wouldn't be coming back each weekend. So please don't bother listening to a fool who got his feelings hurt. This market is fun and full of the best products you can think of
Cody J — Google review
There's no variety. Seems like the same vendors just different day. They need to change it up. Not much for veggies and not much of anything. The Honduran coffee was delicious.
Teresa E — Google review
This is the largest Farmer’s Market in the South Austin area, at least that I am aware of. A Saturday morning visit to this market is a great family or date activity any time of the year. They have a diverse selection of vendors; from baked goods to produce, all the way to CBD and candles. Many people bring their dogs along to stroll around the many vendor tents. There is also a fantastic view of the downtown Austin skyline and plenty of parking.
Chris S — Google review
I love this market. Do not miss Peace cheese - the best vegan cheese. This is such a laid back market. Beautiful produce, great breads, live plants, kombucha, artisan chocolate, locally raised meat, handmade soaps and more. Quiet relaxing music, great parking.

Highland Mall, currently undergoing renovations by Austin Community College, has been partially open and operational for a few years. Despite the ongoing changes, it remains an excellent destination for both education and leisurely strolls.
Great place to go to school, the mall is totally closed since 2015. Austin community college will eventually take over a large portion and convert it into a beautiful campus. The part that is completed already is beautiful!
Luke K — Google review
Highland Mall is..an experience. Their mall is very vacant and stores are closing by the minute. I only would go if I needed to get something really quick from Macy's or Dillard's but those have both shut down. Highland Mall is pretty shady and there are always teenagers just loitering around. I would suggest just driving further and going to Barton Creek if you want more variety of stores.
Veronica P — Google review
Highland Mall seems to be like a mall that was thriving then the boom died. This place is currently like an abandoned ghost town. You can get great food court food from this mall but that is about it. Austin Community College bought out the mall in order to get more space. Give it about 1.5 years from now, the mall will be thriving again!
Deitrick F — Google review
The mall is being renovated by Austin Community College. Many of the areas are open and have been in use for a couple of years. It's still a great place to learn and to walk through!
Baron D — Google review
I'm from out of town so when I first pulled into the parking lot I thought that Google Maps had screwed up. But, I kept driving thinking that maybe I was just at the back of the mall. After the third abandoned store I began to lose hope. The only thing that didn't look like a clip from some post-apocalypse movie was a completely out of place college campus. I kept looking for signs of construction or remodel or at least something saying that they were in the process of moving to a new location. It's a pretty big mall and looks like it was in great shape and thriving at some point but it's little more than a ghost town now.
Jennifer C — Google review
Is it sad that I'm giving Highland Mall a 5 star rating because I feel sorry for it? It used to be a thriving mall when I moved here 14 years ago. I used to work in Sanrio Surprises (they have now moved to Lake Line Mall). I have a lot of good memories here and it's not a BAD mall, it's just not in a good location so no one wants to put their store in there. It's soon going to become a ACC campus, so it doesn't really matter what stores are in there anyways.
Chris B — Google review
I feel so bad for this place. It seemed like a place that was once a thriving, cool place to be; but now, it's half empty and out dated. I went into the GNC, and across there is a zumba fitness (those people were having so much fun in there!) I had "Sauced" at the sad little almost not there food court. The most attractive thing was the carnival in the parking lot. I don't know if that is owned/ran by the mall or not, but the blinking lights are what attracted me to the place.
Steph G — Google review
Great visit to visit. Loved it but not as much to give a 5 star, because it was quite hot to enjoy the outdoors at this time of the year. I would have been better if Austin has LA weather. The view of the city was great.

The Diwali celebration at Hill Country Galleria Central Plaza was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was vibrant and full of energy. There were a variety of stalls offering beautiful Indian wear, exquisite jewelry, delicious food, and intricate henna designs. It really brought the spirit of Diwali to life here in Austin. Nat ( — Google review
Overall we are happy with the Galleria and have had good experiences. This review is specifically for the ice rink. We tried the Bee Cave Ice Rink for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. We preordered tickets a few weeks in advance but that didn't really seem necessary, as people were buying tickets at the door. They had skates small enough for my youngest (5 years old) which was great. They have a few benches to sit on to change into the skates, and cubbies for shoes, but I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my purse in an open cubby. I was disappointed with how melted the actual ice was. There were dirty puddles of water all around the edges and corners of the rink. If you were to fall not only did you get a little wet, but you got soaked. This is not normal out of any ice rink I have visited. I also think they need a few more of the skate helpers for little ones to hold onto. We had to wait in a separate line until one became available, not knowing how long it would take, and that cut into our skate time.

The Hill Country Galleria is one of the newer shopping areas in the Austin area. It is all outdoors and has a few anchor stores, including Whole Foods. It feels very suburban, which I suppose it is, and has the most energy in the evenings and sometimes on Saturday. On Sundays, the place feels very sleepy and is not that much fun to go to.

Currently, it is celebrating Citrus Fest, showcasing over 55 varieties of citrus fruits incorporated into a wide range of products such as tortillas, shortbreads, pork chops, beef ribs, and sushi rolls.
Definitely what representative of what you'd expect from a fancy grocery store. A plethora of select organic and fresh foods, all for more expensive prices, but works for me when I need to go to a grocery store in the area. All the produce is organized very well, and there's a wide range of fruits and vegetables you might not find at other stores. However, I was hoping to get some Chinese eggplant and was disappointed there was only regular and baby eggplants. I do find the Gelato there very delicious though! I like to get a pint for $7.

I visited Central Market recently and was genuinely impressed. Everything felt incredibly fresh and well-organized, which made shopping there such a pleasant experience. They carry a lot of premium products that you don’t usually find at a regular H-E-B, which I really appreciated. I loved the freshly baked sourdough they were making right on the spot, and the wine selection was surprisingly diverse. The cheese section was also amazing—tons of variety, and one of the friendly staff members even offered us a tasting when we couldn’t decide. Thanks to that, we found a really delicious cheese to bring home. Overall, it was such a fun and satisfying visit. I’ll definitely be going back!

Doesn't have my favorite ginger beer, only their overpriced central market brand. Got fresh 5 dollar red currets yesterday and then spoiled the next day. Update: Same with my bananas. Ironically, you know it is an inconvience for people with valid complaints to follow up with your manipulative marketing tactics. You are only giving me resources (through an automatic response) because you don't want other people to see your store as a place that sells products that can't last a single day in a fridge. I will indeed call this number and get a refund on the weak fruits your provided.

The Austin Antique Mall is a paradise for antique and vintage enthusiasts, with over 100 dealers offering a diverse array of items such as furniture, jewelry, toys, and more. Spanning two floors and boasting the largest selection of antiques in Central Texas, this sprawling mall provides an immersive experience with its 30,000 square feet dedicated to treasures from the past. Visitors can easily spend hours exploring the maze of booths filled with vintage furniture, clothing, collectibles, and other hidden gems.
Texas Books! Civil War Books! Western Americana Books! That's just my favorite genres. And there's more genres. These are collectible books. The kind you would find on a list like Basic Texas Books. The inventory is carefully selected. This is the main reason I visit here when I'm in Austin. These two rooms are on the back wall.

Ok, this place is pretty cool to walk around it. It honestly made me feel like I was in a hoarder’s paradise. The prices are RIDICULOUS. Y’all there was a plastic flashlight that looked like it was found in an old shed they were selling for $65. Y’all I can get a 20,000 luminous flashlight at academy for the same price. And it WAS NOT AN ANTIQUE. It was a plastic piece of JUNK. I honestly have no idea how this place is still open! If you honestly want to know what it is like to walk through a hoarders place, check out Austin Antique Mall!
Gregory M — Google review
You know that tingly feeling you get when you go into a Goodwill or a thrift store? Like that feeling of, I might find some hidden treasure for a couple of bucks to take home? You'll get that feeling walking in here only to get it squashed to dust once you see that mason jars sell for like $60. God bless the people who can afford the things here because I sure can't. The things here are beautiful but think ANTIQUE prices and not THRIFT prices. Staff was super friendly and talkative. The booths are very eclectic, some are complete landfills and others are pristine. The place is massive, I got turned around several times. It's stuffy in there but they're trying to cool the space as best they can with lots of fans, which is appreciated. I spent three hours in there, bought one thing, and saw endless things that I picked up only to put back down upon seeing their price.
Chris F — Google review
I’ve been coming here for years and have spent a lot of money here but this has been the worst visit yet. I took my parents here, as they were in town visiting, and I found something really rare. It was a vintage wood cheese box from Pennsylvania, but what made it rare is it featured a hand-painted Dutch Hex symbol. The box itself was a little wobbly, but the hand painted hex symbol as in perfect condition so I decided to take it. My father grabbed an old metal beer sign he wanted. Both of these were taken up to the counter to be held until it was time for us to go. The lady making the announcements made it very clear that the time to leave was in 15 minutes, as the store was closing, so we made our way back to the front counter. When we were checking out, the same lady making the announcements was checking us out, but stopped in the middle of the transaction and handed it over to another lady to check us out. Not sure why, didn’t make any sense at the time. She had already handed my dad his metal sign which they had not wrapped up in paper, something very out of character for this place. Expensive or no, an antique is an antique and it should be treated as such. The new lady checking us out takes the sign back from my dad to ring it up then rings up the cheese box. She then handed the cheese box over to my dad and slid the medal sign on top of the box. My dad, now with his arms full couldn’t continue the transaction, so I decided to help him. I carefully take the sigh of the top of my beautiful hand painted box (which I couldn’t believe they had done considering it’s hand painted on top) and it is scratched! Not only is it scratched, she scratched the exact area that was hand painted. These hand painted hex signs are so rare, I couldn’t believe they mishandled this! When I confronted the lady who scratched it she pointed us to the original lady who was checking us out and said “well you are going to have to talk to her” so I guess she’s the owner. She overhead the entire conversation and said “well did you give them the 10% discount?” To which the lady said she had not. So the owner says “well you should have given them 10%”. The lady realizes her mistake, hands us a couple of dollars and says “sorry about that”. So not only did she NOT wrap our items, or give us the original discount, but she used that 10% we were already due as an excuse for her negligence. I was so irate I hade to leave. I am a shop owner myself and I would NEVER treat a customer this way. I literally bought a $700 Dutch chest from this same vendor I found the cheese box from and I can’t imagine how they would feel knowing this place mishandles their beautiful antiques. I will NEVER come here again!
Alexis A — Google review
The Austin Antique Mall NEVER disappoints. From my first visit to my most recent, I am always happy to go and I don't know if I've ever left empty-handed. It can take hours to browse the store, depending on your level of interest and dedication, but there are literally millions of treasures here. My most recent (and currently second-most prized acquisition) is a portrait by S. Watson (who?) of three white, pudgy, ugly puppies, which I have had my eye on since the day after it entered the shop. I don't know why it exists, but it is now mine and will become a family heirloom.
Marisela M — Google review
Great place. Lots of variety from collectibles, such as comic books and action figures, to vintage appliances, and more. They also have a fair amount of military memorabilia and vintage clothing. It was really worth the 30 min drive. Also, free parking onsite and they accept cash and debit as well. Only downside was prices for some things were above what they were worth, but for others they seemed to be below or on par.
Kat R — Google review
This place is great for a day out with the kids, a date idea , or for the antique enthusiast. There are plenty of different booths here with a variety of goods for everyone. There are mostly antique items but there are also vintage as well for those seeking a particular piece of furniture or Decour for their place
Nick S — Google review
This place has more clothing options than I've ever seen at any other antique mall. If you are hoping to find a vintage something interesting in Austin, I would definitely choose this place over any of the thrift stores. You will pay a premium for someone else doing the curating, but the goods are here. I knocked one star off for the prices. I was hoping for vintage patterns, which I've found elsewhere for unreasonably low prices, but the prices here seemed unreasonably high. Still, interesting goods and miles of vendors. Give yourself plenty of time here, they close at six and they mean it.

When you suffer from PTSD & depression you just don't, can't enjoy much of anything. Unless: GOD IS YOUR EVERYTHING. ✝️ So to be able to walk or ride a bus is awesome. It is safer than a lot of neighborhoods but, people need to come together and find common ground; The Safety of Our Elders and Children Should Be Enough. Your race, sexuality, religion nor political background should matter. It Is About: The Neighborhood. When I'm here it's in The Community. The East Side Is Changing. We All Have To Change...and Stop Hate. On any level, Or Any Kind. ("NO HATE!") 👼🏽✝️♥️☮️🙋🏽‍♂️

How does one write the Hancock center? By itself pretty challenging, but it does get major points for having: HEB A pet store A liquor store Ups store A variety of food joints. So you can go get your groceries, booze, and pet groomed at the same time. 😋

They were remolding, can't stand the loss prevention people at HEB. Also the cahier was kinda shitty. When did HEB change their bagging policy. Cahier handed me bags to bag my own groceries. Check out belt where you put your items was shorter than normal and the space to stand in line was also smaller, like the shopping shelves across from check out lanes was too close so it felt very crowded due to how close people had to stand to be able to let people by down the Main isle

The market boasts an extensive selection of organic produce and locally sourced foods, while the retail options cater to various shopping needs. Visitors can also enjoy a beautiful sitting area with ample shade and a playground for children. On weekends, live music adds to the vibrant atmosphere. Central Market within the center is particularly popular, offering an array of flowers, ready-made food, and bakery items.
Great shopping center just north of the University of Texas. The anchor store is Central Market, which is well known for a large selection of produce and organic foods. They have a cafe that offers delicious and creative meals. There’s seating on the deck, which is shaded by tall oak trees. And there’s a popular playscape just off the south end of the deck. They usually have live music several times a month.

Good Morining Austin!!!🙋🏽‍♂️🌄 I thought I hawhat d done a review, but this was my experience. To start: I have been a few blocks away from this shopping extravaganza, overload. It was a special evening with A Beautiful Soul: KK, who suggested going & making an evening of it. Boy Did We. The shopping center is ideal for the folks that live near or around it. This store has 2 things that really stand out: every department is fully stocked, & The Spencerin Produce: reminded me of a time: when you actually interact with the people who work there. KK was curious about the peaches/🍑 this young man took time to not only help....he allows her to have one. 👀 She then asked about the Cantaloupe: this guy grabs his knife & gives a sample. What?🤪 It was brilliant because: others were given samples & my friend bought 2. The person she bought the peaches for: with a giant smile on his face: he said: they were the best peaches he'd ever eaten. The first 25 minutes after we arrived was a sensor overload to what all I saw. After the awe of the store, shopping was serious, but, there is so much of everything...it was a Lil too much for me....now. As I age & become more practical... I don't know. 🤭The have a huge restaurant & patio that was playing live music that evening. I would say go check it out... I'll go back for sure.

This shopping area is great for quick in and out purchases in many of the retail stores and restaurants in the area. Easy parking and great for quick in and out shopping however, please keep in mind this is in the Windsor Park Neighborhood. People live, shop and walk there too and people must be reminded that its not Hwy 35 to drive careless speeding like you're on IH 35. The Dobie Center, a 27-story residence hall located in Austin, was once the tallest building in the city. It also houses a two-story enclosed mall known as Dobie Mall, which includes a food court and various shops. The center has historical significance as it is where Michael Dell started Dell, Inc. back in 1984. Additionally, it offers office spaces that are conveniently situated in the heart of the city and close to UT Austin.
Great office spaces at center of the city and close to UT Austin…Target and food courts mostly for students. Conference rooms and shared office spaces are good and affordable

A few restaurants (and boba) are located on the second floor, targets on the first floor, and on the third floor (or first residential floor) there is the dormitory reception desk and study areas. There is also a pool, ping pong table, basketball court, and gym (available to residents only) on the level of the first residential floor.
Tyler S — Google review
The Dobie as clean, looked remodeled on the outside and had a clean pool area with a Target on the bottom floor with a grocery. Very convenient and it had a few eateries like a mini mall food court. We went to check it out during my son's orientation and looks different from back in the 90s. I give it 4 stars because I've yet to see what the rooms look like come August. But honestly anything is better than the old Jester prison dorms and communal showers. These have their own private bathrooms and a shared living room like a 2b/2b apartment with a shared living room and small kitchen counter and refrigerator.

How is there only 14 reviews? Dobie is freaking the WORST student housing building in the area. Yes it's right on campus, if you want to live in a room with all the charm of a concrete cell block. Handy as always to have a bar in the hotel but it does lack ‘atmosphere’. The bar in most of the neighboring hotels tend to have more of a biz about them but all of them suffer from the entertainment draw of down town. The busiest hotel bar by far is in the JW Marriott. The Soco bar also only has a limited food menu, furthermore I often find it closing by the time my flight gets in. As always, if you found this review useful please remember to like it. Visitors can also enjoy browsing the trophy room or observing the aquarium on location. Overall, Cabela's is a great destination for anyone looking for quality outdoor gear.
Had some excellent customer service from Bruce over in the used gun section in the Buda, TX Cabela's. We struck up a conversation and he ended up giving my wife and I a great deal on a pair of matching Beretta Tomcat 32 Autos. We love the little pocket guns, and couldn't pass them up for the price offered.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cabela's, and I have to say, the experience exceeded my expectations. I specifically went to the gun counter, where I was immediately greeted with fast and prompt service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with confidence and expertise. They really took the time to address every concern I had, making me feel comfortable with my purchase decisions. One of the things that stood out to me was how well-stocked the entire store was. No matter what section I explored, from firearms to outdoor gear, everything was organized and fully stocked, ensuring a wide selection of options. It's clear that Cabela’s prioritizes keeping their shelves full and up-to-date. What really impressed me was the overall customer service experience. In every department I walked through, employees were actively engaging with customers. Multiple staff members approached me, eager to offer assistance and ensure I found what I was looking for. Their enthusiasm and willingness to help made a big difference and really enhanced the overall shopping experience. Pros: Fast and efficient service at the gun counter Knowledgeable and approachable staff who address concerns with care Fully stocked store with a wide variety of products across all departments Multiple employees willing to assist in every section of the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere Cons: Honestly, I couldn't find any downsides during my visit!

Waited 25 minutes for a gun runner. Had to holler at 3 outfitters to make it happen. The appraisal was not evidence based it was based of the leads feelings. The outfitter told me this outright because I asked what method was used to come to the 200$ offer. They didn’t use the blue book or look at other used online listings whether it be internal across their stores or 3rd party. So it resulted in an insulting low ball offer. They even printed the wrong paperwork. Do not go to this Used Library! They are not ethical at this location. The new firearms side was great. Wait was not bad, Kimberly being newer was supported by the team in the complexity of my transaction with warmth. Her peers were knowledgeable. The checks and rechecks were smooth. The whole team on that side of the house was professional.

Yesterday evening my partner and I went to this location to purchase two old town kayaks. We ended up asking multiple people around the store for assistance. We were redirected to fishing, then customer service, then camping. When we got to camping there were no employees in sight. Eventually an employee was walking by who we asked to help us but they stated they had to find the correct person. Which left us hanging out in camping for a while while they located the camping representative. When she arrived we told her we wanted two old town kayaks and she proceeded to write the kayak name down on a piece of paper and sent us back up front. When we got back to the cashier we realized she wrote the wrong product down entirely. So the cashier just looked it up and was able to ring us up without the paper. So I would assume from the beginning they could have just helped us at the cashier?! Anyway, the transaction was over $5,000 and we paid in cash. The cashier proceeded to count the money over and over. He then marked every bill with the counterfeit detection pen. Front and back for over 10 minutes. Then he counted it again, spreading it across the counter. All while customers are standing around eyeballing us. We’re two women alone standing at the register after dark while a bunch of men are now aware we pulled over 5 grand out of our back pocket. I asked to speak to the highest available manager to make a complaint. I spoke with Jeremy and he asked what I suggest their policy be for large amounts of cash. I don’t have a policy or process for your store but I’d recommend large cash purchases be handled at customer service. Your store needs to find a more discreet way to handle large amounts of cash for a multitude of reasons and if the manager you have staffed is incapable of creating a process or understanding the risks involved with waving thousands in $100.00 bills around in front of the entire store maybe they should not be the manager and perhaps you should hire someone who is more competent. Also, this morning when we unpackaged our kayaks while they were technically the same model they are two different year models and one seems to be the older design. No one informed me we’d be getting an older year model kayak but I guess your team doesn’t know much of anything so what can I expect. Will never return.

Wow! I've been to Cabela's and Bass Pro shops all over the country, the animal displays are absolutely the best I've seen here. I mainly go for camping gear and clothes, but I also like their selection of shoes, sandals and boots. I found the best pair of the most comfortable jeans here. Yeah the prices can be a little high, but I'm always finding great sales and my club member points add up really fast. I had a $50 credit to play with today. Ok so you can tell I'm a big fan, I'm from North Texas and I think this place is pretty awesome!

Came in to purchase a compound bow for the first time. I ended up walking off since know one came to see if I needed any help. Three men who worked in that section were chit chatting with a customer about his truck. Nothing about archery, so I decided to leave. As I was walking off finally I was asked if I needed any help from the older man who worked there. By then I was upset and decided to just leave. A matter of fact I was never greeted with let me know if you need anything, nothing. Very rude since I walked right between them. I guess I don’t look like I hunt to them. The only time I’m greeted here is when they are trying to get me to sign up for a credit card.

The market also features activities for kids, live music, and cooking demonstrations.
Great market, great booths, lots of stuff to find from local growers and businesses, they even got some really good tea and natural medicine that really worked from the lady there at Monarch Herbs. Also they got some good and healthy eats at Bountiful Pantry had some great gluten free pies and as well as I got my gold chain repaired from Crystal Nova love their jewelry.

If you’re ever in Austin on a Sunday, do yourself a favor and check out the Texas Farmers’ Market at Mueller (2006 Philomena St). It’s hands down one of my favorite farmers markets in the city. The vibe is just right—laid-back, lively, and full of friendly faces. There’s something for everyone: fresh local produce, artisanal goods, amazing food vendors, and even live music sometimes. It feels like a mini community gathering where you can support local businesses and discover something new every time. I always leave feeling good—whether I’ve picked up some organic veggies or just chatted with a local vendor. Bonus: it’s very family-friendly and dog-friendly too. Support local. Eat fresh. Feel good. 🌿🛍️🐾

The Texas Farmers Market at Mueller is more than a place to grab fresh produce—it’s a full-on family adventure. Between the vibrant market buzz, the beautiful little book collection, and that cool airplane that doubles as the kids’ ultimate playground landmark, there’s something for everyone. Our little one was all smiles on the swings, while the older crowd got competitive over at the volleyball court (who knew farmers market + spike ball energy worked so well together?). It’s family-friendly, community-centered, and sprinkled with just the right amount of Austin charm. If you’re looking for fresh food and fresh fun, this is the spot. 🌿

I enjoyed the vibe in the farmer’s market. While it wasn’t really big, it still has some foods and drinks to buy. Also, street parkings were available as well.

Great place to find local goods. Stuff is a bit pricier than a grocery store, but if you want to buy fresh, local stuff this is your place. There are also a lot of people selling fresh meat. I always get a couple of steaks or porkchops or something and I have yet to be disappointed. I recently got a leg of lamb from Hackamcre Ranch and it was amazing. There are lots of people selling food, so if you get hungry while you are there they got you covered, no matter what dietary restrictions or.preferences you may have

IKEA is a popular Scandinavian chain known for its ready-to-assemble furniture, textiles, lighting, and home decor. The opening of an IKEA store in Round Rock was highly anticipated, drawing crowds eager to explore the 252,000 square-foot space featuring 10,000 exclusively designed home furnishings. The store also includes a 300-seat restaurant and a supervised children's play area. Customers appreciate the well-organized layout and clear signage throughout the store.
Ikea is a great, yet expensive day trip 😂😂😂 we love the show room and finding new ways to design our home. The cafeteria is DELICIOUS but be warned it closes earlier than the store! Be sure to check out the "as is" section for great deals.

Double check price at checkout always. I recently bought the Micke desk from IKEA. The regular price was $59.99 but with the IKEA Family discount it should have been $49.99. At the self-checkout, the system charged me the full $59.99. When I spoke to the cashier about the mistake, she called her supervisor, but unfortunately he didn’t believe me. I had to walk all the way back to the showroom, take a photo of the sign, and return to prove the correct price before they adjusted it. While I appreciate that the price was finally corrected, the process was frustrating and time-consuming. As an IKEA Family member, the discount should have applied automatically, and I wish the staff had handled the situation with more trust and efficiency. I recommend all other customers double-check the price on the monitor and not rely only on the system.

Love IKEA in Round Rock, every time I am here i can find everything I need, well organised, spacious, lots of choice, great prices, Scandinavian minimalism never dissapoints, fast service, polite assistants. Absolutely recommend it.

Shopping at the Round Rock IKEA is an experience that goes far beyond a typical furniture store run. It’s a full-on adventure for the senses, and a place where home furnishing dreams come to life, no matter your budget. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a beautifully laid-out showroom that's more like a series of inspiring model homes. The carefully designed room settings give you countless ideas for every space, and you can truly imagine how the stylish and affordable pieces would look in your own home. The whole store is a masterclass in smart, functional, and aesthetically pleasing design. But the fun doesn't stop with the furniture. The IKEA restaurant is a destination in itself. You simply can't leave without a plate of their famous Swedish meatballs, and the food court offers a delicious and inexpensive break from shopping. It’s a perfect pit stop for the whole family, especially with the supervised children’s play area that lets parents shop with peace of mind. The staff at the Round Rock location are always helpful and knowledgeable, and the "As-Is" section is a treasure trove of incredible deals waiting to be discovered. IKEA isn't just about shopping; it's about finding smart solutions, enjoying good food, and having a genuinely fun time. It's an asset to the Round Rock community and a place I'll happily return to again and again.

My recent IKEA experience was a total win! The customer service was top-notch, making me feel like a VIP shopper. The cleanliness was impressive – the place sparkled. What I loved most was the fun vibe; it's not just shopping, it's an adventure. And oh, the dining options! Whether you're a vegan explorer or a carnivorous enthusiast, they've got you covered. It's a fantastic spot to grab a quick bite – diverse and delicious. IKEA, you've mastered the art of being not just a store but a destination for all-around good times and tasty treats. Thumbs up!

Long John Silver's | A&W is a popular counter-serve chain known for its fried fish and seafood combos, as well as chicken and sides. The Cameron Rd location is highly recommended, with fast and friendly service, clean surroundings, and hot, fresh food. Customers appreciate the convenience of having both Long John Silver's and A&W in one place. Despite occasional disappointments at other locations, this particular spot consistently delivers on quality and service.
I grew up with Long John Silver's , back where all the employees wore pirate hats with a ring attached to resemble a pirate's earring. We love the LJS here on Cameron. About 3 months ago a driver hit the back corner of their building and did some major damage. The time estimate to repair and re-open was 1 month. Of course we know with new inspections and all they finally were able to open after 3 months. This Long John Silver's/A&W rootbeer burgers and more is fantastic. We also enjoyed it and we finally made it back around and got to eat there again. This is a "standard" for us. They have come a long way. There are healthier choices...it's not all fried. And new selections as well. The staff has been and was today so very helpful and service was A+++! So come on Mueller, Windsor Park, and all others and let's help them by go0ing by and giving them a "new" try. Maybe we will see ya there. Dave Anderson (With Jan Smith) Windsor Park, 78723

I haven't been to a Long John Silver's in forever and I was pretty excited to find there's one near my work. I used the drive-thru at lunch, the staff was extremely friendly, and the food was very fresh and hot , seemed like it just came out of the fryer. Everything was cooked exactly right - No rubbery overcooked shrimp.

Awesome hot fresh food! I ordered the shrimp coleslaw fries and those wonderful puppies! Lol l! My husband (not into alot seafood so thank goodness for A&W) ordered doublemeat bacon cheeseburger with fries! Ummm I'm so stuffed and was so delicious we also HAD the ROOT BEER. The drive thru worker was upbeat fast and friendly. Really enjoyed the experience. Well done!

Took order and got the food quick. Not that busy during the week. There is always a street person snoozing in the store. They need to get red vinegar for the fried or grilled fish.

Inexpensive lunch, well prepared though a little salty, good malt vinegar. Pickup from the ordering counter. Cooked corn, and green beans available. CocaCola products and A&W root beer.

A fast-food establishment called A&W Restaurant offers its namesake root beer along with burgers, chicken, and fries. The reviewer hadn't visited in a long time but found the service to be good. They particularly enjoyed the BBQ burger, which they described as delicious. Although they couldn't finish all of it and only had one bite left, overall it was a satisfying experience. The reviewer mentioned that the fries could have been fresher as they were somewhat undercooked and soggy.
A&W Restaurant exceeded my expectations during my recent visit. Although it's primarily known for its classic American fare, I decided to try something from the Long John Silver's menu. Opting for the 2 chicken plate, 6 shrimp, and 2 sides, I was delighted by the flavorful and mouthwatering meal that awaited me. What impressed me most was the exceptional service I received. The drive-through attendant was incredibly patient when I changed my mind about my initial order. He listened attentively as I described what I wanted and willingly swapped out the fish for chicken, accommodating my preference without any hesitation. It's rare to encounter such understanding and flexibility in fast-food establishments, making the experience all the more enjoyable. Upon receiving my order, I was thrilled with the presentation and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. The inviting ambiance made me feel comfortable, and the courteous staff added to the positive dining experience. As I took the first bite, I knew I had made the right choice. The food was undeniably delicious, with the chicken cooked to perfection and the shrimp delightfully crispy. The two sides complemented the main dishes perfectly, adding an extra layer of satisfaction to the entire meal. In conclusion, A&W Restaurant truly impressed me with its top-notch service, warm atmosphere, and delectable food. I wholeheartedly recommend trying out their Long John Silver's menu, and I am already looking forward to my next visit to savor more of their delicious offerings.

I haven’t been inside of an A&W in soooooo long. The service was good and the BBQ burger was on point. Can’t eat all of it and I only left one bite, so it was good. I would ask for fresh fries next time they were done, but they were in between done it undercooked little bit soggy, but I don’t know if my only complaint was the fries weren’t good then it is what it is I like seeing the older pictures on the wall and the the jukebox on there was super cute but food ambience the restaurant was those good I mean I think it’s overpriced, but it was good

When I looked it up on maps this location is very old, is with a bad restaurant and there are way too many old features in this location should you just remove long John silver's and the old stuff from this location and what I tell you to do means you should do it. I hate bad restaurants and old designs, it also still looks like a restaurant from the 20th century.

Food was alright- I was more upset that he lobby was open with people eating and ordering. The one worker signaled to us to use the other doors. My friend and I walked in and the manager refused us service at 8:30 on a Saturday evening. Saying he forgot to lock the lobby doors and that the lobby was closed and we had to go into the drive through. In the middle of a city? That was busy, y’all are going to close lobby early on a Saturday night? No wonder AW has so many closed down restaurants. The food was delicious but I’ll be going to another fast food restaurant where I won’t be refused service in the lobby and I can get slot more food for less money. I was throughly disappointed. Please email me if you’d like to discuss further.

This place was PERFECT. I had a great experience. The restaurant was clean, service was excellent. Friendly staff. (At least the people I interacted with were friendly.) The food was delicious. Beyond my expectations. The cheese curds were a surprise that didn't disappoint. Everything was cooked and prepared to perfection. I will definitely be coming back to give them my business. I definitely rang the bell!

I ordered the wrong thing because I read the menu wrong but the service was so fast and the thing I ordered was made so well that I don't have any complaints. Fish was crispy on the outside and soft/flaky on the inside, hushpuppies were flavorful and had good texture, and the fries were appropriately salted. Clean table, kind staff, fast service. If you're looking for fried fish and fresh root beer in a hurry, this has got to be the best place around here

Airport
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is a vibrant airport in the Austin area, known for its regular live music performances and numerous artworks. The city of Austin itself is a diverse and lively destination, with a mix of cowboys, hipsters, and a colorful LGBT scene. It hosts major events like the Austin City Limits Festival and South by Southwest (SXSW). The city also boasts rich history, innovative food, art and culture, as well as outdoor activities.
Wow what an exciting airport. This is like a mall experience while waiting for your flight. Thank goodness they are getting ready to build new terminals because it is super super crowded here. I’ve never seen an airport with so many people. One of the cool things is, they had a live band playing at the bar next to my gate. The people are friendly here so at least while you’re in the crowd, you make new friends. It was also really easy getting into the airport from the interstate. Bringing back the rental car was really easy. We even got a ride from the rental car return to the terminal. If you’re coming from Dallas, don’t drive just take a flight on Southwest.
Chanda M — Google review
First time at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Seemed like a small airport and a lot of construction was going on! Being small had its perks too - it was a quick walk to baggage claim and from there another short walk to get an uber!Noticed there weren’t many lounge options unfortunately. “Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is known for featuring regular live music performances and numerous artworks. The airport is undergoing a major expansion to increase its capacity to handle over 31 million passengers annually, with construction expected to be completed by 2040.”
Arch S — Google review
I had a three hour layover here, so I can’t speak to security or checking in. But this airport was large, spacious, clean, bright, and so many things to do and see. I took the time to walk all the terminals and was overwhelmed by fun choices. I especially like the unique vending machines: coffee, cupcakes, Legos, protein, bowls, parent/baby needs. There is daily live music in a food court area along with a taco truck and plenty of seating located across from gate 18. Across from gate 20 is an independent bookstore. Yes a little independent Corky bookstore. The food choices are unlimited, from a candy store and an ice cream parlor to barbecue chicken sandwiches and sit down restaurants. Of course there are burgers and pizza. Lots of grab and go. There were so many bathrooms, and no lines. The shops were full of really interesting Texas stuff and souvenirs, as well as goodies. The price is ranged from reasonable to really expensive. The people were nice, and there was plenty of places to walk. Grateful for my living over here.

I had a layover at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, and it was surprisingly pleasant! The airport is modern, clean, and well-organised, making navigation easy and stress-free. There are plenty of dining options featuring local flavours, from barbecue to Tex-Mex, and the coffee shops are perfect for a quick pick-me-up. Free Wi-Fi and comfortable seating make waiting enjoyable, and the friendly staff adds a welcoming touch. If you have some time between flights, the airport even has art installations and a small observation area to stretch your legs. Austin Airport makes layovers convenient and enjoyable!
Dr.Bhargava B — Google review
Mid size airport and one of the nicest. 34 gates total I believe and there are plans of expanding to accommodate more travelers by 2030. Main concourse is basically just a straight line, very easy to navigate . Design is bright and have plenty of open space. TSA checkpoint was pretty fast when I was there. Even during government shutdown.
FriedChicken — Google review
I've flown in & out of this airport a few times now and its pretty good. There are a ton of stores & restaurants to entertain you while you wait for your flight. It's an airport, so it's expensive but I've definitely seen worse at other airports. TSA is always quick and easy and the agents are usually polite. My flights are never late when I fly here either.
LiME L — Google review
I traveled on a Monday thinking it would be less crowded. I was wrong. Everyone is trying to leave Austin on a Monday. Security lines were long, check-in lines were long, and the bathroom lines were long. I'm going to assume short staff. There were not enough seats to accommodate every person in the airport waiting for a flight. We had a service animal with us, and there was only 1 pet relief station along the gates we were at. We were at the farthest end of one side (gate 33), and the only relief station was all the way down by gate 9. It took us 30 minutes to get through the walking traffic there and back. The announcements for the gates for delta airlines were quiet, and we couldn't hear when they were calling our zones to board. Southwest could be heard every time over the intercom. Even from the other end of the gate way.
Analisa H — Google review
Nice little airport easy to access, TSA was a little backed up but they were rapid enough to keep the lines moving. Seemed like Parts of the airport was under renovation, I will be excited to come back to see the difference or new look. Rental car was a walking distance away from the terminal as well.

Best Buy is a well-known chain retailer offering a wide selection of electronics, computers, and appliances. However, some customers have experienced issues with online orders such as missing items upon delivery. Additionally, there are observations that Best Buy stores seem to be transitioning towards an online model with limited in-stock merchandise on shelves. Despite these challenges, there are positive experiences highlighted by customers who commend the store's organization, cleanliness, and helpful staff members like Wesley who provided excellent customer service.
I went to buy a replacement charging cord for my friend's phone which was totally different from mine. The staff was great at helping me find the cord only which saved some money. The geek squad helped to confirm that it would indeed charge. I knew the plug in part was still good. The shopping trip was successful!
Patrice H — Google review
I had a very disappointing experience with an appliance delivery from Best Buy. The delivery team arrived and immediately began arguing with each other, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. In the process of bringing in the washer, they ran into my marble table and chipped it, and banged into the walls, leaving visible scrapes. I had to hire a handyman to repaint and touch up the damage, which was an added cost and inconvenience I wasn’t expecting. I called three times to report the issue and requested a refund for the $90 I paid for delivery and haul away. After all that effort, I was offered only an $80 gift card — not even a full refund, and certainly not enough to cover the damage or the handyman’s fee. This entire experience left a bad impression. I expect more from a company like Best Buy, especially when it comes to professional delivery service. I’m now hesitant to purchase large appliances from them in the future due to the risk and hassle involved. A smoother resolution and more accountability would have gone a long way.
Jon S — Google review
I recently visited Best Buy to have my laptop checked out, as it had completely stopped working. The initial assessment couldn't resolve the issue, so it was sent to HP for further evaluation. HP quoted $450 for the repair. When I returned to pick it up, I was helped by Adam from the Geek Squad. He kindly took the time to take another look at my laptop, just to be sure. To my surprise, it suddenly powered on and started working again! I’m planning to bring it back once more because it seems the audio speaker may not be properly connected, but thanks to Adam and the Geek Squad team, I was able to save my laptop from being recycled. I really appreciate their help and second effort—it made all the difference.

Completely incompetent, ordered a washer and dryer along with the needed stacking kit. They never sent the stacking kit, and then left the units in my living room for weeks. They did not communicate when delivery would be made and then would not pick up the phone when called right back this happened multiple times. I talked to people from corporate on down and was assured "notes" where left in my account to fix the issue and that they'd bring the kit next time and of course they did not.
Brishen M — Google review
Have hardly ever left reviews but wow, my customer service desk experience here was very bad. The girl at the counter didn’t seem like she wanted to help after I told her it’s been 2 hours for my pick up order, basically told me to go away and wait, I asked does she no why it’s taking so long and she didn’t ask. Ended up waiting 3 hours, 2 of them spent in the parking lot of the store, for something that I could’ve walked into the store and bought in 10 minutes. First time at this Best Buy I’ll be avoiding it next time at all costs. The manager eventually helped and the young guy in the pc section was eager to help and deserves 5 stars for making me feel like someone cared and had charisma. Should stop flirting with each other and help the customers.
Nano — Google review
This store charged me for a defective Apple product under warranty and told me to “call Apple” about reimbursement. This launched a two day back-and-forth, with Apple repeatedly sending me back to Best Buy and Best Buy just sending me back to Apple again. I finally confirmed with Apple that of course Best Buy was supposed to swap the defective product out with a new one, but even speaking with several Best Buy representatives and “supervisors” at length over the span of two days didn’t yield an admission of error and/or a satisfactory solution. Best Buy’s dubious customer service aside, this particular store, my neighborhood store for the past decade, seems underwhelming in general. It usually appears understaffed and many on the staff seem poorly trained. I’d say skip it if you can.

Now I normally don’t write reviews but this interaction really stood out to me and I knew I had to come on here so he can get the recognition he deserves. Carlos if you are reading this I hope you know your kind words made this old woman’s day.

I’ve noticed that my sandwiches here have not been as great. The chicken was super thin and my large fries weren’t even filled up all the way. Again, great and friendly people but the food 👎 Update : decided to give it another try but the chicken was still so thin and not worth the price. (Last 2 pictures)

Came here about 2 weeks ago and had a terrible experience. Customer service was non existent and my order was wrong/cold. Thought it may of been a hiccup, but went back today and I left very upset once again. Mac n cheese was old, bread had mold on it, and majority of the nuggets got thrown away due to being chewy (you know those pieces with the veins/etc). I am upset that basically our entire lunch was inedible. Will not be coming back to this location.

Gateway Shopping Centers is a vibrant outdoor shopping destination that offers an impressive array of over 30 retail stores and dining options. This expansive complex features three distinct areas: Gateway Courtyard, Gateway Market, and Gateway Square. Shoppers can explore popular national chains like REI, Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, Best Buy, and Old Navy among others. The layout encourages leisurely strolls between shops rather than driving from one to another—perfect for enjoying the Texas sunshine!
Nice places like REI, Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, Container Store, Saks OFF 5th, and Crate and Barrel. It's more convenient to walk between the stores rather than driving. So, bring a sun hat, wear sunscreen, and bring a few recycled bags. I like to stop for a beverage at Whole Foods to cool down in the hot Texas summer.

85 Cafe! Lots of yummy bakery, coffee, tea items to choose from. Cool and unique items to choose from. I absolutely love the pudding tea, hot or cold. Everything is fresh and delicious. Prices aren’t too bad and are priced right for what you get. Small shop with some seating, but does tend to get very busy on the weekends. Friendly staff, fast service on coffee and tea drinks that have to be made for you. They have a rewards program through an app that you can download. Located next to H-Mart. Definitely try this place!

I have been a loyal customer of your store for over a year. I’ve always appreciated the service and products, but a recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and disheartened. About a week ago, I purchased several items from your store. Since there were too many, I decided to return a few. When I came back to the store to return them, there were staff members at the counter, but none of them offered to help. They just looked at me and did nothing. I politely explained, “I don’t need this item anymore. Please take it back—you don’t even need to refund me.” Yet, no one responded or took action. Even though I had lost the invoice, I showed them the transaction details from the debit card I used for the purchase. Still, they neither accepted the return nor gave me any assistance. To make matters worse, the security guard there behaved in a way that felt rude and aggressive, which was very upsetting for me. As someone who has trusted your store for a long time, this treatment was very hurtful. In the end, I had no option but to throw the item away. After this experience, I’ve lost my trust and don’t plan to return to your store. I sincerely hope you take this complaint seriously and make improvements in your customer service going forward.

Worse place to shopping. They have no return policy whatsoever. All the kitchen supplies made so professionally fake that breaks with one time use. They don’t know anything about costumer service. Very rude people!!

Lots of different shops and restaurants catering to the heavily Asian clientele in the area. The MT supermarket has a very broad selection of imported goods from Southeast Asia. There are some live fish/lobsters at the supermarket as well as some whole fish on ice. The home goods section has energy kitchen utensil you could need.

Lots of great shop and restaurants here. Then there's MT....incredibly cool supermarket. I've never seen so many noodles! Needless to say, I think we need to ditch the regular "Ramen" and try some of their offerings!

This was a GREAT comics store!!! They had a few of my childhood favorites. CARtoons magazine is the greatest comic of all time for cer guys!!! I asked Mia about them and she immediately blasted through the store as if they were HER favorite. She searched a couple spots before finding 5 different copies of varied vintage. I scored the two oldest of them. Then I asked her about vintage Hulk. Explained that my wife and I were looking for graduation gifts for our son. She enlisted Tim in thus endeavor. He quickly produced many great examples of super cool HULK comics. He even used his phone app to give us neat details about the different choices. His expertise was evident, and he was super polite and helpful. Great store and awesome associates.

We happened to be driving by Austin Books and Comics and decided to stop—so glad we did! We were blown away by the size of the store and how clean and organized everything was. The wide selection is fantastic, and my son was thrilled to find some comics he’s been hunting for (Battle Beast). Every staff member we encountered was super helpful, and the manager was especially awesome, super friendly & knowledgeable. This place is a true gem for comic lovers. We’ll definitely be back!!!

On our quest to hit up the 10 best comic book stores in the country, two from the Austin area ended up on the list. Austin Books & Comics was a fun addition to the lineup! We loved the unique decor, and in addition to their amazing comic and book selection - they had a great game section (like board games and card games). I think I purchased just as many games as my son did comic books. The staff was helpful when I asked questions. And it was in an easily accessible location with plenty of parking.

Burger King is a well-known fast-food chain that offers grilled burgers, fries, and shakes. Customers have raved about the delicious Rodeo Burger with added cheese at the Riverside location. Despite encountering some less-than-friendly service, many patrons praise the amazing food and express their intention to return. The dining room exudes a nostalgic atmosphere with its 1992 decor. Visitors have enjoyed large, hot, and tasty burgers as well as delectable onion rings.
I usually never eat at Burger King but today I decided to give it a shot I came in during busy hours so I didn’t mind waiting, the staff worked efficiently and they were respectful my food came out amazing my twins enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies! I’ll definitely be eating here more often !

We hadn't gone to Burger King in a while and decided to give it another try. We pulled up to the drive through(the whole place was empty, we were the only ones there) we ordered a chicken sandwich and a whopper meal with no pickles, it came out to a bit over $20. Once home we began to eat and I noticed the mountain of pickles and jalapeños on my whopper. The employees didn't know so I can't fault them but I have a mild allergy to jalapeños, and a strong aversion to pickles. So I was left with no lunch and a wallet that was $20 lighter

Staff was always really nice to me, but I won't eat here anymore. Something about the meat isn't right. Goes down OK, but doesn't sit well. Not following proper refrigeration/storage practices? Or maybe refrig equip needs to be looked at? I don't know, but the food too often doesn't sit well.
M S — Google review
Sometimes it’s alright, no problems. Nothing *wonderful* but decent for fast food. There have been times it wasn’t. REALLY MY LAST EXPERIENCE was one of the worst times I may have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered on the app and it’s a super simple order, which most of the time they’ve gotten first time. I got one Impossible Whopper with cheese. That’s all. There was a kid there at the window that I’d never seen before. I get the food, say thank you, and leave to home. When I get there (luckily I don’t live too far) the burger is a bacon cheeseburger (I realized after I took a bite). I’d shrug off a slightly wrong order if I wasn’t vegetarian. So…obviously I paid and was hungry so I go back. He looked SO confused when I said it was a bacon cheeseburger. He said “you ordered bacon…” No…I showed him the order on the app on my phone. Still confused. “Bacon?” No. I said the Impossible Whopper with cheese. He went “only vegetables?” I said, “well, yes…and the Impossible patty.” He still just stared at me blankly with a half-smile. He didn’t even seem to know what was on the menu? I said, “there are two patties…one is meat, one is the Impossible patty. I’m vegetarian so I don’t eat meat. No bacon or beef patty.” He went “okay.” And I got the new burger. He wanted me to check and I quickly did and it seemed okay. I pulled around to the parking lot and bit into it again. Hiding under the veggies, mixed in with the cheese- bacon again. I had been nice this entire time (still was, but frustrated. This was already so much time spent on one BK burger). I pulled BACK around and was like, “sorry man…this DOES still have bacon on it…I’m vegetarian, I said no meat, I just want what I ordered. One Impossible Whopper with cheese. That’s all. No added bacon. No meat.” He blankly stared again. And it was another back-and-forth conversation saying all of the same things with him being befuddled. Then the lady who was making the food was in sight looking annoyed. I was feeling bad, but also just hungry and also annoyed. I said “no bacon. No beef. Vegetarian patty with cheese.” He told me to pull around to the parking lot. He brought it to me and I checked it out. It was right but it seemed odd with not much flavor. Terrible experience.

Additionally, the main corporate location boasts a hidden park area on its rooftop, providing a surprising amount of breeze under the covered picnic area. Fall stuff is on the shelves and pumpkins are in! Parking is free & easy in the garage just to the left of the entrance. Bring your ticket in, it’s validated at the little machine at the exit. Very cute location with great set ups. Visually appealing, felt relaxing to shop there. There’s a hot bar at this location and a cute cheese area with little jellies. An awesome selection of vegetables. Loved the prepared foods, as well as cheese and deli sections. Plentiful canned and jarred, as well as refrigerated and frozen items. Nice selection of beers and wine too. Service was genuinely friendly and helpful. Store was very clean and well stocked. Easy parking.

If you need to grab something quick or do some quick grocery shopping, this is the place to go. I like how it is not overwhelming and there is all the popular items that you would think of at the larger Whole Foods in the store. I also love that they do have a hot bar and a salad bar even though it is a small Whole Foods. I like going here to grab lunch if I’m on the go. They also do offer parking validation, just make sure to bring your parking validation ticket inside with you. That way you can scan it, otherwise you’ll have to go back down to your car grab your validation ticket and come back up to scan.

My first time ever visiting a Whole Foods and I stopped by the Austin location. Really liked the variety of fresh fruits and veggies – lots of great options. I’d have to check out other Whole Foods stores to compare, but this one definitely made a good first impression.

This Whole Foods location would rather throw out a half of a pizza than to abide by Texas law and allow the selling of hot foods with EBT. If there was an explanation, like the one I found out myself that this benefit ended on the 14th (yesterday) they would still rather stick their nose up and throw the food out, instead of providing a reasonable explanation of any kind. So. Thanks for that. Thanks for letting people go hungry. Thanks for letting your workers do extra work for nothing, and throwing their time and effort in the garbage. And thanks for rubbing it in all of our faces to boot. Glad you got... uh... wait, what did you get out of that, exactly? A still uneducated workforce who could have extended the courtesy to a very confused and hungry local consumer/s? Bravo.

The plaza also features fun games both inside and outside, as well as a bar with an extensive selection on tap. Additionally, the lone Alamo Drafthouse location close to downtown Austin adds to its appeal.
Went to TLC for lunch and it was amazing! It great for friends and family. The food was so good! I got the red snapper and the flavor was amazing! I also got fried pickles, green beans, gumbo for my parents who raved about it, salad for my daughter, and a kids meal for my 2yo. The dessert peach cobbler was awesome. Some food coffee shop and Lick ice cream plus the Alamo Drafthouse Theater. Only bad thing is the smelly, filthy gargage.
Gladys C — Google review
This is a significantly better-than-average shopping center if only because it has the lone Alamo Drafthouse location close to downtown Austin. I also lived in the apartment complex above it for a while, and know its drawbacks. The large majority of its street-level businesses have failed, and for the most part not due to problems such as COVID. Shake Shack & Medici probably aren’t going anywhere, but OTOH they’re merely branches of popular chains. TLC is a great eatery, and also the only other one that’s remained open (aside from a closure during the pandemic). If you’re visiting on a weekend night, I’d definitely suggest getting there via rideshare; the guest parking garage usually fills up, and there’s no nearby street parking.

Came after 5pm on a Monday. There was a lot of friendly staff to help out. Not too busy, 4 other customers plus our family of 3. My son ordered a dinosaur creature creation and well...we got half way there?! 🤔😬

This place is crooked. Like really shady. If you order online and they mess up they won’t fix your order or remake it for you. I used a giftcard and they stole the entire amount of money on there and tried to pretend my card was the issue and made me pay in cash. Quickly found out they had just taken the $50 that was on there. DON’T GO HERE!

Jai is the owner and his customer service skills are excellent! I really enjoyed the brownie cake delight! I'll go back for more and I highly recommend this place!

Workers were kind, a little slow, and they got a part of my order wrong.clean/good 4 stars is good😀🫠👍

Hours state they're open till 10pm on Friday. We got there at 8:30 and were able to place our order but one employee was putting up tables except for the one left for their friends. We sat down on some chairs still left and were told the dining room was closed. We couldn't stay there to eat even though they continually served other customers. Lights were off and one employee poured melted ice cream back into one of the tubs. Customer service is nil.
