Museums
The Museo del Barro is a unique museum that showcases a diverse collection of Latin American and Paraguayan art, including pottery, ancient relics, contemporary art, indigenous artifacts, and rural crafts. With over 4,000 artworks and artifacts on display, the museum offers an immersive journey through 500 years of Paraguay's history. Visitors can explore intricate lace weavings from the 18th century alongside well-preserved examples of Franciscan religious art.
Amazing museum! Better than some state museums. Visit it , if you want to know about Paraguayan/guarani material culture.

Well worth stopping by, full of interesting Paraguan art, from all cultures in the country. Lots and lots to see

Very, very nice! Quillermo explained us many things and is a wonderful ‘host’ and artist himself! Many thanks, we had a wonderful time!
Remco V — Google review
Great place with a lot of culture in Asunción, amazing pictures and old newspapers that showcase the history of Paraguay. Furthermore we can find a rich collection of different native tribes and religious artifacts and more
David C — Google review
Okay museum, rather disappointed after all the hype. Great pre-Columbian collection, probably the best in the southern cone and very well labeled. Large collection of colonial religious art, but very poorly labeled. (If interested in art from the Jesuit and Franciscan missions in paraguay, much better to visit the Sacred Art Museum downtown, beautifully done.) The contemporary collections were disappointing. The indigenous collections just seem like tourist trinkets commissioned for the museum. (If interested in indigenous artifacts, much better to visit the ethnographic museum downtown - it has one of the best collections in all of LATAM.) Make sure to visit the bathrooms, which are filled with exhibits. If you only visit one museum in Asunción, I guess this one is okay. But besides pre-Columbian art, the many specialty museums downtown are better.
Josiah W — Google review
A whirlwind of South American art, from pre-Columbian to contemporary and spanning pretty much all media (sculpture, painting, textile, photographic and so on) and genres, from figurative to conceptual. The museum is not huge, but it is brimful of art objects. To me it lacks some organization of the exposition, there is no clear logical path from a room to the next and some more explanation of what's on display. I found the pre-Columbian sculpture to be the most interesting, but the overall feeling of being immersed in an ever changing kaleidoscope of art was also thrilling. The entrance ticket of about 7 US Dollars equivalent is more than fair, but it is even better on Fridays and Saturdays, when the entrance is completely free! Judging from the visitor logbook it would seem that the museum is more popular amongst foreigners and tourist than the local Paraguayan, and it is in fact an excellent way to have a 360 degrees glimpse of Paraguayan art through the centuries and up to the XXI century. Highly recommended!
Niccolo' B — Google review
Great place. A beautiful and interesting exhibition. Very well presented exhibits of traditional Indian and contemporary art. The service was very nice and helpful. You can communicate in English. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

If you want to know Paraguayan old and new culture, Museo del Barro is the best place to visit. We went there by walking from Paseo La Galeria. It took 10 minutes. There were a lot of exhibits. We spent time around 1 hour and half there. Their opening hours are limited but it’s worth to visit if you go Asunción.

Centro Cultural Manzana de la Rivera is a cultural complex located in Asuncion, Paraguay. It consists of nine restored buildings that house a library, museum, theater, and cafe. The center was established as a result of a restoration campaign led by Paraguayan architecture students in 1989. The complex features colonial-era architecture and offers exhibition spaces showcasing artistic pieces that reflect the city's history.
Best to visit this place with a guide. So much history within these walls as the cultural center serves as a small museum. Especially not speaking the local language well, a guide was the perfect way to go.
Debbie F — Google review
I love this space in Asuncion but unfortunately the last time I went to visit the gallery spaces were empty. With already so little spaces for art in the city, it’s a shame that a place like Manzana de la Rivera doesn’t organize enough for their galleries to be used and lived in by artists. I came from very far away and was looking forward to discover new great Paraguayan artists and found empty spaces. Really sad.
Alexandra R — Google review
Wonderful collection of cultural, art, and city historical museums, a library, cafe, performance stage, and courtyard. Rarely have I seen such a nice collection of museums, all free to visit. The city history museum is excellent and should not be missed. Everyone there was very welcoming. As a foreign speaking visitor, I found myself wishing there was a directory at the entrance listing of all the museums available, but we are curious and not shy people so we just popped in every open door and everything was fine. So if you are visiting, you must explore and engage. For example, we nearly missed the city museum as it is sort of back inside the complex beyond a cafe behind a closed door.
GT H — Google review
Super centric cultural center absolutely worth visiting, and not only because the entrance is completely free. It includes a museum, a permanent collection and spaces for exhibitions, as well as the lovely Casa Clari bar restaurant with the absolute best view on the Presidential Palace of Paraguay. Without going into the museum, the cultural center can be easily explored in about half an hour to an hour and the main courtyard is a great example of old architecture with patios and some greenery. The only downside is that, regarding the exhibitions spaces, there is little to no information about the works of art you are seeing. Still highly recommended for a visit and, obviously, with an unbeatable quality to price ratio (as it is free).
Niccolo' B — Google review
Very nice cultural center and beautiful restaurant inside with nice views. Casa Clari is a little overpriced but nice to visit once in a while.

I love this place. Nice cafe and pastoral patio behind

A must go for tourists. There’s a great view of the Palace, food and beverage and an excellent museum. Fine data collection from the post colonial period to middle 20th century.

The National Pantheon of Heroes, built in 1936, is a revered mausoleum housing the remains of Paraguayan leaders such as Don Carlos Antonio Lopez and Marshal Jose Felix Estigarribia. The architecture is reminiscent of Paris' Les Invalides, featuring a grand dome and stained glass windows. Visitors can witness the changing of the guard and explore commemorative plaques from various sources. Located in the historic center, it offers guided tours through the tourist office.
Fantastic building architecturally and spiritually. We visited on Sunday morning when a Catholic Mass was wrapping up. Very nice. Here the heroes of Paraguay from the mid 1800’s to about 1940’s are honored and in most cases interred. Presidents, Generals, a symbolic war hero is featured, one artist (musician and poet), and some statues to Catholic clergy e.g. bishops. It’s a beautiful building, to us one of the best places to visit in Paraguay as one gets some history and the vibe and spirit of Paraguay’s independence and importance as a country. It’s free, don’t miss this place. Includes the tomb of the first President of the Republic who was the gentleman behind the famous term “Paraguay soup” as a name for bread, something I shall never forget. Well done!

UNESCO site remembering the valient men of the Chaco War. There's a changing of the guard 💂‍♂️ every so often. A must if in the area. Nice restaurant across the street called Narional Bar

A beautiful building in the city center. The history of Paraguay is here. It's small but it is a must visit if you are in the old city center. Around the pantheon there are shops and cafes if you want to chill after visiting it.
Fabio A — Google review
Free entrance. We took 10 minutes to see inside and three hours sitting in across the street at National Bar drinking beer, relaxing and contemplating the architecture of the building.
Alexander F — Google review
In the heart of downtown Asunción stands the National Pantheon of the Heroes, one of Paraguay’s most important landmarks. Originally designed in the 1860s by Italian architect Alessandro Ravizza, construction was interrupted by the War of the Triple Alliance and only completed decades later, inaugurated in 1936. The neoclassical façade with its dome and columns gives it a solemn, elegant presence on Plaza de los Héroes. Inside rest the remains of Paraguay’s most revered figures, including Marshal Francisco Solano López, other national leaders, and unknown soldiers. It serves both as a mausoleum and a symbol of remembrance. A highlight for visitors is the changing of the guard ceremony, performed by the Honor Guard. It’s dignified and formal — though not as elaborate as the spectacles at Buckingham Palace or similar sites — it adds a sense of living tradition to the memorial. Notes The site is compact — 20–30 minutes is enough to take it in. The guard change usually happens every couple of hours, we were lucky to get but not sure of the exact schedule Great photo opportunities: the white dome, flag against the sky, stained glass, and the guards at attention all make striking images. It is good to the stop here with a walk to the nearby Metropolitan Cathedral, Plaza Uruguaya, or nearby historic streets.
Sandeep S — Google review

The Independence House Museum in Asuncion, Paraguay holds a significant place in the country's history as it was where Paraguay's independence was declared in 1811. The museum is filled with historic documents and objects that narrate the rich history of the nation. Surrounding the museum are cultural landmarks such as the Government Palace and bustling plazas like Plaza de los Heroes and Plaza Uruguaya, offering visitors a chance to immerse themselves in local life.
A must see! A small, but free museum. The alley which is part of the museum was the starting point of the revolution. Learn some history about Paraguay here.

Historic location. Very nice museum with several rooms of exhibits of period furnishings and artifacts. Nice historic paintings. Staff friendly and unobtrusive. Self tour, use your translator tool if you don’t read local language. Allow 30 to 60 minutes.
GT H — Google review
The best thing I can say about the museum is that it's free. There is one sculpture that I like there and then there is a bunch of dirty Dusty furniture. I guess it's worth a visit if you're in the area cuz it's free. It does have a functioning bathroom. The bathroom spray
Karen B — Google review
Cool little museum, mostly a collection of artifacts from the colonial and early post-independence era. The letters from independence leaders in the first room are a real highlight. Free. Clean bathroom.

A well-preserved house where Paraguay's fight for independence started.Today, it’s a museum dispensing history of Paraguayan independence. The house once belonged to a wealthy family, consisting of 5 rooms and a large hall with a patio in the center. One can view where the desk and the oratory is located, the bedroom, the dining room, and portraits of famous heroes of Independence. Other artifacts include period documents, utensils, and original furniture from the early 1800s.

It was small place to see all. But we spent rich time there even it took less than 30 minutes. You can see Paraguayan independence history and precious exhibits. We felt their patriotism and passion. If you go to downtown, centoro, it’s worth to visit.

The Cultural Center of the Republic, located in the old town hall building, is a dedicated space showcasing Paraguayan cultural heritage through music, art, and film exhibits. Originally serving as the seat of the National Congress, this monument now houses a museum featuring collections of sacred art and offers an auditorium for lectures and concerts. Established in 2004 with the aim to raise awareness about Paraguay's historical and cultural significance, it provides a new perspective on indigenous cultural heritage.
One of my favorite spots to have visited in Asuncion, especially since the museum curator is incredibly friendly. Former senate building that has turned into a Paraguyan cultural heritage center. Inside, one can find shamanic feather crowns, initiation ceremony costumes, and artifacts from other indigenous groups. They will have an artist's work on display and the upstairs has different exhibits. An interesting one is about the different immigrant groups. Note that all the signage in the museum is in Spanish, but they do have English brochures and the museum workers are very friendly and happy to provide historical context, even using voice-to-speak through Google translate to convey information.

If you have some spare time in Asuncion, highly recommend to visit this place. This is a cultural center/museum with exhibitions of Paraguayan popular arts and curated works of Latin American artists (I even found a piece of Botero’s work). Entry is free. From the patio and the top of the staircase, you can enjoy the view of the city and the river.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Asunción, the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes de Asunción stands as a testament to Paraguay's rich artistic legacy since its establishment in 1909. Housed in a historic building that once served as the National Senate, this museum showcases an impressive array of artworks from both Paraguayan and international artists. Visitors can explore a diverse collection that spans various mediums, including paintings, sculptures, and ceramics.
Absolutely a great place to visit while vacationing in Asuncion Paraguay. The museum has a great deal of paintings that will make you enjoy it every minute of your visit. It is free! Yet you are welcome to offer a donation.

Interesting small art museum. Mostly European oil paintings, with a few urban landscapes of asuncion. When I visited most of the artwork was partly hidden by some horrendous modernist exhibition. Free. Make sure to enter on the south side of the building, though the North entrance is beautiful to look at.

careful: MUSEUM'S ENTRANCE IS ON THE BACK / LA ENTRADA DEL MUSEO ESTÁ DETRÁS Small but nice museum, with a collection focusing on 19th century art of Paraguay and Europe (Regnault, Troyon, Rusiñol). The art exhibited is made by lesser known artists but the quality will please any art lover.

The Botanical Garden of Asunción is a sprawling park that houses a botanical garden, a small zoo, and a museum of natural history and regional culture. It's an ideal outdoor activity for families with children, offering the opportunity to enjoy both attractions within the same enclosure. The zoo is home to around 70 animal species, including birds, rodents, and reptiles native to South America.
Prepare to be reminded about your health! (Look at pictures attached). Awesome park, recommended. Very well maintained.

The price is very cheap. I did see a few animals I wouldn't see in Canada. The pathways are rough and the way finding direction signs are almost non existent. It's worth visiting for sure. Some of the monkeys run wild.
Tyler P — Google review
A very nice park and possibility to see native and foreign animals in the middle of the city. It is a very nice destination, not only for children. One important recommendation I can give. Take with you means against mosquitoes or buy is directly at the cash desk. Without mosquito repellent, the fun is very limited.
Gingerfilm L — Google review
Nice park close by the city to relax. Plenty of benches available and a free museum of natural history it has lots of exposed animals and an air conditioning! Which is great for the hot summer days
Wouter L — Google review
A great place to visit with kids. The tickets are cheap (11.000 Gs for an adult, and 4.000 Gs for a kid), the animals are a sight to see, and a bus stop is near. What I would improve is a few more stalls where you could buy water or snacks (there is 1 gentleman selling these things near the entrance) and clearer signs where different types of animals are. We could not find capibaras although we looked for them everywhere. Also, do not forget to take anti-mosquitos repellents with you.
Olga S — Google review
They don't accept card... only cash... I felt discriminated because my means of payment was not accepted. Animals before the entrance looked hungry... they were eating dry leaves and sticks. I only pray the people there ake care of them. I did not get to go in. Honestly not sure about this place. Not sure what I would have seen inside.

The Museo del Futbol Sudamericano is a museum dedicated to South American football and its stars, officials, and clubs. It is located in Paraguay and has a vibrant spirit and enthusiasm for the game. There is no admission charge, but tour guides will ask for tips. It is small enough to do on your own, and it is worth visiting if you are interested in South American football.
It is a fun place to visit if you like soccer, and especially if you like Paraguayan soccer. Unless there is an event, you probably won’t ever spend more than an hour and a half there.
Colin B — Google review
Good to see south American football celebrated. Seeing not just the national team items but clubs as well. Disappointed that there wasn't a copy or original world cup trophy on display though. There were miniature ones but not full size.

Small yet very nice museum for soccer fans. It has jerseys and cups.

The 203L, towards Luque, from the bus terminal leaves you a block from the museum. Ask the driver or get off at the Petrobras gas station, cross the street towards the Bourbon Hotel. A day trip just to the go to the museum is doable. No admission charge but the tour guides will shake you down for a tip. Small enough to do alone.
Martin V — Google review
It looks like the CSF has cut the museum's budget because it looks kinda abandoned in some areas like displays not working at all, some jerseys missed, some museum staff members are rude (not all though), and the museum is not updated with recent cup america champions. The whole place has like 5 important areas: 1) the trophies section 2) 2 halls which lead you downstairs with pictures of every football club in south america grouped by each country 3) a commemoration of each country football history with very typical stuff about each of them 4) the champions of every libertadores classified by year and 5) a video room with football history (this is the big ball you see when arriving at the complex). Overall I thought it was interesting but the staff pretty much ruined it, maybe more maintenance and a very good guide will improve it.

The Museum of Sacred Art in Asuncion is a must-visit attraction that offers a glimpse into the rich religious art heritage of Paraguay. Housed in a picturesque country villa with Italian architecture, this museum showcases an extraordinary collection of woodcarvings and sculptures created by Guarani artists, reflecting various faiths.
Absolutely worth a visit, there are four rooms full of statues mostly made out of wood, but are very intriguing. They were left from the Spanish occupation of Paraguay more than 250 years ago. I was the only one in the museum. It was a small entry fee and it is absolutely worth going to see here are a few photos below

Quite a small museum with sacred art created during the colonial period, which means that there are a lot of Christian religious depictions. They are all quite beautiful with signage all in Spanish. The curator is quite friendly and provided a good 15-minute description about the history of the Guarani people and the significance of the museum. It's housed in a beautiful building with lots of steps to reach the top.

Small but poignant museum with excellent descriptions of the artifacts (in Spanish only). Excellent view into the cultural mix of the Guaraní and Spanish colonists. The gentleman at the reception, who also gave us an introduction to the museum and its contents, was wonderful.

We loved this small museum of sacred art. The guide was fantastic. He went over the story behind the museum and give us the story about the art. My husband and I absolutely enjoyed it.

One of the best museums in Asunción. Sacred art is the biggest artistic treasure Paraguay produced during its colonial period. Housed in a beautifully restored italian style villa in a quiet downtown corner. The Museo de Arte sacro exhibits remarkable pieces of art, mostly made by the Guaraní indigenous in the Jesuit Reductions that flourished in the XVII century.

The Andrés Barbero Ethnographic Museum, situated in Asuncion, Paraguay, is a cultural treasure trove founded by Dr. Andres Barbero and inaugurated in 1933. Housed in the Museum Dr. Andres Barbero building since 1956, it offers a rich display of traditional Paraguayan culture through well-preserved indigenous artifacts and antique items from across the country.
Wonderful collection of indigenous artifacts! I was blown away by the breadth of the collection, all very well organized (though very poorly explained). There's everything from spears to bags to burial pots. I spent probably an hour just pouring over everything. Probably the biggest collection of indigenous ethnographic artifacts (not archaeological) I've seen anywhere in LATAM. Strangely, no photos are allowed and a staff member followed me around the museum to personally watch me the whole time. They also devoted about 1/3 of museum galleries to chronicling the lives of key museum staff, very strange. Free. Just yell at the entrance and someone will come to unlock it for you. This would be a great museum to hire a guide to show you around.
Josiah W — Google review
A great museum where you can learn about the indigenous peoples of Paraguay and see items dated back 1500 years and of the previous century. A huge collection of domestic artifacts as well. The museum employee, Ariel, was very helpful and kind to share some interesting facts about those items. Definitely recommend! Free entrance.

Nice place, sadly photos are prohibited. So much to learn about the native culture. It's free and have a tour guide but nothing in english, only spanish speaking and writing. Only stairs, not available for wheelchairs. You can buy souvenirs and bags made by original native people.

(Translated by Google) A nice little museum where you can learn a lot about the way of life of the Guarani indigenous people and also about those from the Chaco. There are urns, weapons for hunting, children's toys, headdresses and robes as well as various everyday items. There is also a comprehensive exhibition dedicated to the Slovenian researcher Branislava Susnik and her research expeditions. (Translated by Google) A mixed experience visiting this museum, whose entrance is so discreet on this rather bumpy stretch of Avenida España that you could easily walk past it without realizing it. You have to ring the bell and wait until someone opens the gate at the top of the stairs, which remains padlocked, no doubt as a precaution given the dilapidated state of the immediate surroundings. The chronological section detailing the research, excavations, and other elements of Branka Susnic's impressive career is interesting, well-documented, and very comprehensive. The exhibition rooms, however, are poorly lit and unfortunately do not adequately showcase the objects on display. The explanatory vignettes, when they exist, are too basic to constitute an interesting source of information, and their placement is often strange. The museum, however, is appreciated for its free admission. Donations are welcome.

The Museo de las Memorias Dictadura y Derechos Humanos is a place that carries the weight of Paraguay's painful and violent history. It offers free admission and provides an emotional experience, evoking feelings of powerlessness, sorrow, and more. This museum serves as a reminder of the atrocities endured by our fellow countrymen during one of the most brutal periods in our nation's past.
Interesting former interrogation site from the most recent dictatorship era. Exhibits describe the secret police, use of integration sites and detention centers, and a bit about the opposition in exile. There are some recreated integration cells at the end. Spanish only. Free.
Josiah W — Google review
Very interesting museum about the dictatorship and it's human rights' abuses, including archive photos and documents, torture equipment, information about those tortured, killed and "disappeared", in a house where political prisoners were imprisoned and tortured. You can see the cells. The museum is free to enter and is open even on a Monday when others in Asuncion are closed. I was asked to show ID on arrival, a copy of my passport sufficed. All the written information is in Spanish only. Has toilets. On a Monday morning between 9 and 10am, I was the only visitor.
Lyndsey — Google review
Very well-done and emotionally moving exhibits. All information is only available in Spanish. Exhibit info comprehensively shares the story of the repression and punishment during the dictatorship. As a foreigner, I learned a lot and am grateful for the moving experience of my visit and all that I learned. This is by far the best museum I visited in Asunción. Reading all the info available, my visit lasted about 1 hour. Highly recommended!!

An informative and eye-opening museum. The entrance is to the right of the building, where the old red police car is parked. The museum is free, but I left a donation, as this is an important place. This is a sad part of history that everyone should learn and hope is never repeated.

We called and emailed the museum to confirm the schedule. No response. We went there during working hours and it was closed. It’s a shame because we really wanted to learn more about the crimes against humanity committed during the dictatorship. Paraguay lacks tourism infrastructure. Assuncion has very little to offer when compared with other places in Latin America and no willingness to showcase its culture.

(Translated by Google) We went to the insect exhibition, it was really very nice and the exhibitors handled the information well, however I would recommend that they make exclusive schedules for children, there was too much and since they are children it is normal for them to be curious and restless, but as a student it was a little annoying, mostly because of the lecturers trying to explain and preventing the children from touching or breaking things or hurting the insects.

San Cosmos | Un Planetario MuCi is a must-visit destination in Paraguay, offering an excellent and carefully curated experience for visitors of all ages. The first science museum in the country, it provides an educational yet entertaining way to learn about various scientific concepts. The friendly staff and interactive documentaries make the visit worthwhile. While the online ticket purchase process is convenient, the only downside might be the presence of restless children at times.

(Translated by Google) I bought the tickets two weeks in advance, and went on a Friday. There weren't that many people. I went with three other people besides myself. Two adults and two children, one three and the other six. First of all, I really recommend not bringing babies or much younger children. The exhibition space is very dark and can be frightening. During my visit to the dome, a little boy sobbed very loudly, and that really ruined the experience of calm and serenity inside the space a bit. 😅 Unless they're totally interested in everything about astronomy, the children I brought didn't find it interesting or surprising, but it's a new experience, and it's all worth it if it helps the children learn. That aside, the place is beautiful inside. I wish the show would last a little longer... It felt so short, but I enjoyed it as much as I could. I wish there was more variety in terms of merchandise!

(Translated by Google) The venue: beautiful. Very well maintained down to the smallest detail for a great experience. The lockers, doors, everything was decorated within the theme. The service: great, everyone treated you very pleasantly and politely. The viewing experience: amazing. We chose to see "On the Edge of Darkness," and it was something unique. So why 2 stars? Because people go with very young children (1, 2, 3 years old), and they, of course, like any child that age, get bored, restless, and start screaming, talking, wanting to walk, etc., and the organizers don't say anything. At the beginning, they give instructions that most people don't follow. It really felt like we were in the middle of a children's birthday party. My wife, my daughters, and I enjoyed the viewing experience, but we all agreed that, unfortunately, the documentary wasn't understood at all because of the noise. There are screenings more geared toward younger children, and the one we chose wasn't at all in that vein. The documentary we chose to see was very in-depth. I don't understand why people brought such young children to the screening. Of course, they're going to be bored and restless, and not even their own parents are going to have the desired experience there. I also don't understand why the organizers don't impose an age restriction on certain screenings. A "6+" recommendation would suffice. As I mentioned, there are other screenings more appropriate for little ones. Conclusion: It's a shame that the organizers' tremendous investment, both in money and time, is squandered by a lack of oversight. If they don't want to enforce silence in the screening room, then at least they should impose restrictions. If you go, bring headphones or earplugs. Edit: I read the venue's response to my post, and just in case, if my text didn't make sense (I thought it did), I'll clarify: I love kids too. I happen to have TWO. But there are places and times, like everything in life. (Original) El lugar: hermoso.

The Museo Monseñor Juan Sinforiano Bogarin, formerly known as the Museum of the Asuncion Cathedral Treasure, is a hidden gem in Asuncion. It houses over 400 pieces from the Monsignor Augustine Blujaki collection, showcasing religious art including Jesuit and Franciscan wood carvings, Hispano-Guarani Baroque works, and centuries-old silverware used in cathedral masses.
It’s a unique museum of Paraguayan Christianity culture and history. When we went there as of September, 2023, admission fee was only 10,000 Gs. It was only Spanish explanation, but their staff was able to speak English. They are located in downtown and near Catedoral. If you go to Asunción centro, it’s worth to visit.

(Translated by Google) Excellent! Several pieces of the museum were explained to me in great detail. With very rich stories. The attention they give to visitors is more than excellent. I have rarely been treated so well. (Original) Excelente! Foi-me explicado com bastante detalhes várias peças do museu. Com histórias bastante ricas. (Translated by Google) It tells the story of the devastating wars, each in its own way, that the Paraguayan people faced. Many objects to appreciate, in good condition. For those of us who are foreigners, the names of cities, streets and even soccer clubs will resonate after receiving an excellent explanation from the guide. Save two hours of your time to enjoy good stories.

(Translated by Google) I WOULD RETURN... I RECOMMEND IT. The museum is FREE and opens until 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. When you go, ask for the grandson of the illustrious and honorable Emiliano R. Fernández, he is a very kind man with a passion for telling you Paraguayan history. IT IS TO CONGRATULATE YOU! SANITARY: YES and very clean. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: none in particular... NO ONE highlighted that because when we went they didn't want to let us in because "we had shorts" but we called and Mrs. Juana very kindly apologized to us and welcomed us to the director. (just some photos so you can stay with them) (Original) VOLVERÍA... (Translated by Google) A very good museum, with a wealth of history and an excellent guide. It just needs more resources to preserve the collection.

(Translated by Google) It was a very nice experience. I learned a lot about history and our ancestors. I learned about so many things I had no idea had happened before. I think the way they take care of the old objects is fantastic. I definitely recommend visiting the place.
